My registered no is [protected]... Maine apne refrigerator ki service karai usme cooling isu tha... But within one month phir se wahi problem ho rahi hai... Aaj mujhe complain kiye hue 1 month ho gaya hai koi bhi service engineer nai aa rahe hai meri problem ko solve karne k liye... Kiya samsung ki itni kharab service hai... Ya bekaar ho gyi hao service aap logo ki... Plz solve my problem...

    I bought a galaxy note 8 on 7-oct-17. Till now i have not receved my wireless charger. There is no one at samsung to attend to my issue. All act like robots and with no willingness to resolve my issue and fix the problem.
    Useless statements and passing the complaint from one department to another. Escalated to the support centre ceo desk, but they are also just passing time and not giving the wireless charger.

        Dear sir,
        Apologies for escalating this petty concern of mine.
        I visited babli media centre, kolkata, india on 11/11/2017 at 3.30 pm. Bill no.[protected]. There were 2 black spots on my screen. I was told i need to pay 1700 inr which i agreed.. I categorically asked whether data will remain intact in my internal memory. I was assured it will. (After the front desk lady enquired from technical guys i was replied).
        After waiting for 2 hrs i was told that my phone is dead and all data need to be deleted. I called customer support sr no.[protected] and rina tried to help me after discussing with them, but was in vain.. I took on chat support and vineet asked for their name and employee id.. Which they denied.. They also denied to return my phone in the condition i had submitted. I was told to wait till all customers vacate and will discuss with me singly. I felt threatened and unsecured. At 7.40 pm i left.
        Sir, i can always shift and purchase a phone of apple or nokia.. But i am of view that for some employee organisation goodwill must not suffer.
        What i disliked most an employee called bali deleted all photos of another lady and subdued her with technical jargons. I was also tried by tathagata, seemed to b a senior guy, but i refused to accept.
        Again another partially handicapped person was treated with such an indifference that i felt, do we term us as civilized human being?
        Even even i was chatting and was having discussion with your call centre, the attitude of the service centre was sarcastic towards me.
        May i request you to advise your service centre to return my phone with the data and files as those are of immense emotion values to me so that atleast in future i never have to visit samsung service centres.
        Just for your information, today morning i visited micromax service centre at narendrapur, 5 km's from your service centre, but enjoyed my visit..2 weeks back i visited nokia shop and was overwhelmed by the staff's welcome and gesture.
        A small suggestion - surprise service quality checks are very important.
        An observation - many of the customers were complaining during my 4 hrs stay at your centre.
        Something positive was nandita at centre, rina, manish at customer care and vineet at chat support was excellent in delivering my expectations.
        Till today i am yet to get back my phone.

          On 17/12/2016, i bought a samsung refrigerator trivandrum, kerala, india.

          I had to log a complaint with samsung on 25th september, 2017. The problem was bottom portion of the fridge was not cooling and there was severe ice formation. Fridge is at service centre

            I brought 2pcs samsung ehs64avfbecinu headphones from barasat dated 30/8/2017 but one headphone stop working i went yo ultadanga service centre with bill with in warranty period but service centre people start making all type of excuses and not replacing the product which is still under its 6month warranty period i ask them to give me in writing what the problem but that also they are not doing and saying its company policy we cant replace or give in writing. Is this the type of service samsung give to there customer. Hope to get reply soon.

              Hello, this is akansha. I purchased 32 inch samsung television in the month of january of 2016.in december, of the same year it's picture tube stopped functioning. I called samsung customer care executive and undoubtedly they sent the engineer to fix the problem. Again, after 8 months that is in the month of august it's led panels are damaged and engineer is saying that it'll charge 13000 to fix it. I mean, what us it? Should we buy television just for an year? Samsung is a brand with such a high repo. But still must say it's electronics are worthless.

                Dear sir,

                I have a samsung television model that cost us originally rs. We bought this tv in and in 2015 had to undergo a repair as the tv was not starting and also giving some display issue. Since the tv was under warranty the service was free.

                In 2017, again there was a problem with the display where red lines were appearing on the screen so on 6th march your service centre technician named shailesh from astavinayak enterprises came to check where he identified the issue with tcoin where the part was ordered for replacement. For the same visit we paid rs. 699 on 6th march

                On 18th march 2017 the same service technician came with the part to change the tcoin for rs.5630/- and he mentioned to us that the same problem shouldn't happen again as the part was genuine.

                Now again, on 26th oct we are facing the same issue if red lines appearing in tv screen. We raised a complaint (Complaint no. [protected]) and the same technician shailesh from astavinayak enterprises came for repair and indentified the same issue asking us to change the tcoin part. This time we hesitated to changed as the same part was changed just few months back where again there was no guarantee that the issue will not arise in future/ few months.

                We are extremely disappointed with this continuous repair and trouble and if we get the display repaired every 6 months we would have spent close to the actual cost of the tv that we paid. This was a really helpless scenario for a loyal customer who trust samsung as a brand for home appliances. We felt really cheated where we buy expensive electronic product but neither the samsung customer support nor your service centre team were efficient to handle hence i requested astavinayak enterprises to put forward a special request to get my tv repair done or refund us the earlier amount. After repeatedly following up with the in charge manager of astavinayak enterprises named mr. Rajesh pulikar to put forward an email to the management for service approval for replacing the part without charging us he puts a request email to the management after 4 working days he gets back to me saying the request was declined by management so we have to speak to the head of customer handling named anupam from samsung. So we had to struggle to reach out to anupam as he was too busy to handle a customer complaint. After a day of trying we could speak to him and he said the issue will be resolved and he order the part for replacement. But again after giving us benefit of trust for a day which were fake promises he leaves me a text that speak to samsung customer care and refuse to take my call and blocks my number.

                You are requested to kindly take a sympathetic and reasonable view of our problem and take back this tv and replace it with another working tv or refund our service repair cost. This way of handling customer issue is unethical way of making money where customer pays for both service visits and expensive parts.

                Let us know what options we now have so that we can take a decision on this matter.

                Unfortunately, my interaction with contact customer care / complaints are futile as they are just loosely handling the matter without any deligebce. Do forward this email to the relevant samsung office.

                    I have purchased a refrigerator from your dealer khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. (Dhakuria shop, kolkata) vide invoice no k4324/1718/02823 on a buy back option with my old refrigerator which is in running condition. We were given verbal assurance that the old refrigerator will be taken and the new refrigerator will be installed within an hour so that the food which is stored is not rotten. After the refrigerator is replaced in the afternoon at about 4 p. M., we started khosla electronics for installation of the machine. After repeated follow up, mr banerjee told us that he is trying if he can manage to install the machine within couple of hours as it usually take 24 hours to install the machine. Then your service engineer named as tokon called us and informed me that the machine cannot be installed today as he is not available and it is late. I requested him to at least install the machine and give the demo later. He called me again and told me that he was asked to inform me by the service center that as the call was booked after office hours he may install the machine tomorrow from 12.00 hrs to 1400 hrs. (Request no [protected]). I am in fix whether the new machine will be installed at all or not.
                    Samsung cannot disown its responsibility for an misdeed or false commitment given by its dealers. Samsung is also equally liable for the loss i have suffered for false commitment given by its dealer.
                    Please ensure that the new refrigerator is installed as soon as possible.
                    Please also let me know what action you have taken against the harassment i have suffered and how you will compensate the loss i have incurred.

                      Suddenly after using one year the pink line starting appearing on the screen. Went through the net and seen all over the world multiple s7 edge users are facing same problem. I think the company like samsung should acknowlege such problem and should have replaced the handset.

                      But, with note 7 issue and the way samsung is dealing with such problems they dont want to acknowledge the manufacturing defects in s7 edge.

                      Exactly after one year i am also seeing the same pink thin but because warranty is gone now why i should pay for it. It is a manufacturing defect not the mistake and damage by the user.
                      I visited customer care and they were asking 14k to repair .
                      If you dont want to replace it than as a use i will go to consumer court and run a social media campaign against samsung mobiles after spending more than 40, 000 and seeing exactly after one year such thing happens to my mobile it is seriously pathetic.

                        Sir, balaji here, we purchase one samsung 32 led smart tv in reliance digital on 24/09/2017, from the day beginning display shows many colors, when we start the tv on the first time of the day it shows like this, and in mean time many lines color lines are crossing, i registered a complaint in reliance digital service center, service engineers are come and check the tv, and give a feed back that the hdmi cable was to change, he recomonded one company (Bilkin), i bounght from the store and change that hdmi cable, but my problem was not solved, again i register a complaint in samsung, a technician come from samsung and they checked the product, and they analyze the screen many colors are coming, and said that mother board was problem, but they are not informing to me, discuss themselves, and ask to change the settings, and use to view in normal tv mode instead of hdmi mode, and use the product in this mode, then y should i buy this, i dont know what to do next...

                          We purchased washing on 10th nov from vivek privet limited, manapakkam, chennai -600125..

                          Our so number: soj16_00550365 and dc number psv16_00095214

                          We havnt received anybody from the company to install the washing machine yet. When i try to follow call centre have just one answer. Technician will come before 8 pm. From last 2 days. Here why can’t they give time range? Why we have to wait morning to evening? I was trying to explain all the call centre people why have to wait from morning to evening. To which the answer was madam they will call you and then come. To which my arugement was what if i go half an hour away from my place and the technician calls and tell me i will be there in next 5 mins to which they had vague argument saying : no no technician will call you well before. To which i asked how much we’ll before. Again they didn’t have any answer. Right now the technician called me and said i am coming at your place in 5 to 10 mins... Which exactly the scenario l tired explaining to customers care and it already half and hour and technician havnt arrived yet.

                          Why can’t it be organised???

                            I had taken a samsung mobile of guru 1200 at the date of 21/10/2017
                            I am using my mobile
                            Since from nov 10th my mobile is not working and any sim inserted no signal showing & showing no simm inserted
                            At that dday i had gone to retailer shop & shown to shop owner he sent a sales boy with me to samsung autorized service centre at (Brodipet 4/10 guntur (Ap) 522003 — ph no —
                            In service centre he checked my mobile & told it is not in warranty it will costs — (450) — for mobile unlock
                            I had talk to incharge person name — (Mnb maleswara rao i'd no — [protected] cco) he only check & talk us & told it is not in warranty it costs (450) &: last 3 months before also for my blue tooth hm 1350 also same in warranty for ear speaker not listening complaint
                            Service centre asked it is not in warranty & it costs * (650) — fornew blue tooth only (900) repair (650) mobile costs 1150 repair (450) cheapest & cheating service in guntur (Ap) they r using ur (;samsung) brand name at taking money so many customers r shouting there for irrecleus response & not in warranty & taking cash cheating all
                            Plse not my mobile so many r shouting & facing so many problems from authorised service centre

                            At today one of the samsung service madam call us
                            She also told same not in warranty
                            Frnds customers 1 thing there is no problem for this mobile or for service it costs — 100 — or
                            I will take another company mobile
                            But 1 thing is samsung is selling brand name sales only for cash
                            Not for quality & not in service
                            Total problems
                            So many people are facing so many problems in service
                            What they know
                            We are in guntur ap

                            We are middle class people
                            They want sales
                            Once visit service centre
                            So many issues
                            No body is not responding

                              Hello, sir/maam
                              I have a samsung s7 edge phone black colour somehow its screen got broken i summited the phone to samsung repair centre located at allahabad the conserned person there asked for 7 working days for the repair to get it done but after waiting and continuous visits for about 10-15 days i got the phone repaired but with the different body colour which was a grey body for a black phone on asking them for the problem the people there with a very unprofessional attitude are telling me to summit the phone again for 10 days and they will seen to it what can be done.
                              This answer was not expected from a employee of a renowned company like samsung. I am very disappointed that after spending a huge amount of money i m getting such a response from samsung and i will make sure to take this thing publish wherever its possible.
                              My only wish is to get the phone re-repaired as soon as possible because i dont have that much of time to leave the phone again. It is there mistake not mine so they should suffer not me. My only request is to get my phone re-repaired as soon as possible without wasting more time.

                                I have complained that my microwave was not working( copy of receipt attached). the complaint was handled after 4 to 5 days after calling customer care number of times. the technician visited my home on 12/11/2017. he looked in such a hurry. first he told just because the few auto cooking display were not working it is not heating. before opening the oven it was heating but it was taking very long time but one he starting pulling the wire it started not to heat at all however the plate the rotating. he was not sure what he was doing and constantly asking his supervisor. first he told that he wanted to take display with him and after that he started to say that he wanted to take the heat assembly with him. seriously it seems to replace all the oven but to repair it.

                                  Last month i have purchased a samsung galaxy j7 prime for 15000 rs. The phone worked fine for 1 to 2 weeks. But after that suddenly the phone started leaving harmful rays which directly affects eyes, face and head.

                                  I can't use the phone after that even for 5 minutes. I tried several times but everytime my eyes got bloody red and head started burning just in 2 to 5 minutes o[censored]sing phone.

                                  My 15000 rupees get wasted now. I also made a complaint to their customer care but they don't give any satisfactory reply.

                                  Never purchase any samsung product. They are cheaters and big fraud.

                                    Hi team i have purchase samsung galaxy a8 in reliance digital in december 2016.in my mobile right corner display colour is changed automatically first it was half inch spot after 3 days it was spread out more than 2 inches. When i visit samsung service centre in guntur brodipet area they are saying it is physical damage. I never drop down my mobile no pressure also on mobile how can it comes in physical damage. They are asking rs. 7000 for repair. Is this your service to customers? I want my mobile need to repair or replacement. Hope you can understand.

                                        We bought
                                        Samsung device name
                                        Samsung 28 l convection microwave oven
                                        Device model ce1041dsb2/xtl
                                        On sept 27-2017 on flipkart in big billion day sale.
                                        Within a month its power went down and stopped working completely.
                                        After this when contacted customer care several times, they informed service centre of kharadi pune to look into matter.
                                        Service engg sharad came and verified the flipkart invoice took photo of invoice and checked microwave and said he will come second day with a component which had to be replaced.
                                        We said ok after that i received a message saying my request is caneelled as service engg said customer not at place. I got shcoked and called customer service they said service engg said so then i told them he did visit and said will come with component.
                                        After that noone came again i called on number provided by samsung and service engg said send invoice on my email id as your flipkart invoice is invalid and not accepted by service centre.
                                        I said hows that possible i will send you email. But he did not gave any email id. After calling customer service they again said we will send engg tomorrow like this happened for couple of days. Sefvie engg never came and kept informing service centre he did visit and matter is solved.
                                        Then we realised this is same engg who came for tv repair and asked us i[censored] repair from samsung it will cost u 30k and if i will do it it will cost you 10 k. We dint entertain him,. Now also he intends same.
                                        Again service centre manager said same and issue didn't resolve.
                                        Since three days service centre said engg has left will reach in a moment. But again fake promise and they cancelled my request without my concern.

                                        Now i have lost so much money, mental, emotional and physical energy behind solving this.
                                        And i see customer service and service centre both are involved and dont care in customer care as they have no losses. And black mail by service engg that showing anger of not taking his personal service he not giving samsung service for which he is appointed.

                                        I want refund of this product. I want samsung take it return and give me my refund.
