My refrigerator had problems from the first day itself. Purchased in dec 2012. Few wks back it developed problems & ur company has said that it cant be repaired. All i have to say is a reputed company like yours has cheated me with no satisfactory reply. I hope u, the ceo realises that its our hard earned money that is gone for a lousy product you have supplied. I shall take every effort in future to see that no body whom i know will buy your damn products. Also certain parts of the product are missing when it was returned. I need an explanation as to why this has occurred. Expecting u to have the decency to give me a reply..

    Hello,
    I had purchased the s7 edge in 6th jan 2017, durung this period there was an offer which said 1 time screen replacement within 12 months of the purchase at the cost of 990, but when i went to the service center to avail the offer i was told that they are not sure about the offer and have to contact samsung officials for the same... My point here is that if samsung is giving such offers for the purchase of they flagship phones why cant it be availed easily, why do we as the customers have to always run around keeping our busy schedule aside and following up with the authorized service center for the update regarding the screen replacement... Looking forward to get a positive reply from samsung

      Myself Vinay Kakkar buying a mobile on date of 24/08/2017 Modal no Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro from Hotspot showroom location Vaishali Sector 5 Ghaziabad and my INV NO[protected] and Customer No[protected] and that Mobile cost me 20, 900INR.
      From the starting i face network issue with this mobile even my other mobiles are working well, so i called to customer care of samsung and they said to take my phone to Service center which is at Vashundra, So i visited over there at 6/9/2017 and they told me as per company policy we can not give you any credit note for your phone but we are willing to repair this 15 days old New Mobile Phone and after checking they said this set is ok and no repair need regarding my Problem, after suffering this problem i visit again there 26/9/2017 and they told me to resolve this issue in 2 days, after 2 days on 28/9/2017 i have my phone but that issue remain same, After that on Date10/10/2017 i visit again there and this time they provide my a working samsung phone for my use and it's work good as other normal phone but after 5 days on date 14/10/2017 they still cant able to find any problem in my own phone .
      I am still facing that network issue in my phone and i am tired to find how to use my mobile phone Kindly provide me credit note for same amount so i can buying a other new phone, Kindly Help

          I dont know why my samsung j7 prime is not yet 1 year but i got hang sometimes and the internal gb simply changes itself to 8gb while the original is 16gb. Why???. I wish if you could help me out or do something or is your company not worthy to trust?? What is wrong with my phone or is this what happen to all samsung j7 prime users... How long will this continue. I have been facing this problem past few days back and now am facing it again.

            I had bought a samsung s7 edge in the late january 2017 and i have started facing problems with the battery, auto closure of apps after usage of 2 minutes and what not. Had even filed a complaint against the same under the customer support of samsung india but unfortunately got a reply with various steps to follow which were of quite a waste. I have never seen a customer service like this ever which just shows no interest in following up. Replying back again with anger to the same email id and the reply doesn't gets delivered which is very shattering to get from such a big company which is actually trying to compete with apple. I feel apple has much better and amazing after service than samsung which i happened to buy after hearing great positive points and performance.
            This is the first ever phone in which the colour as well fades after few months of the home button.
            Battery is not just a problem which is not resolved but the whole phone is a mess. This is the worst buy ever even after buying and being a regular customer for samsung. I hope to get a reply over here for the same with something positive.

            I bought samsung s7 edge and the mother board got spoiled in just 16 months which is just 4months after my warranty. This will be the first phone in which I have used and seen a motherboard getting spoiled in just 16months. Very bad performance. And now the service people are asking to pay 17000 for mother board.

              I buyed a gear icon x from samsung store in mysore and it was delivered me faulty. On thr next day i came to return the product when i was sure that its faulty as right earbud was not charging and not even detected by computer.
              The showroom person told me that it will be send to repair and cant be replaced as they dont have stock. What the hell why would i use a repaired product when i payed for new.

              Anyway i gave him as i thought may be the problem was small and it may be solved easily. Now they have the iconx with them from 2 days and when ever i called them, he says half and hour i will tell u.. He is just passing time

              I am not able to understand how can samsung store people do this with me. This has just made me lost trust on samsung.

              Kindly solve my problem. I am attaching my bill.

                I have purchased a samsung j1 mobile phone on 31st june, it is having problem since i purchased. It is been submitted by service center (Hazratganj lko) 7-8 times, still problem exists. Every time i am being assured by service technicians that the issue is resolved and you will not face it again, but its the height of patience level now. Seriously very disgusting service. Let my cell phone replace, else will never recommend any one to purchase samsung.

                  I purchased samsung s7 edge on 25 oct 2017 @8pm
                  Samsung representative told me that phone is water resistant and i can take these phone into ocean for 30 mins and i can take it to a depth of 1.5mtr.
                  Next day morning @7:30am, i poured very small amount of water on the phone to check the water resistant of phone as informed by samsung representative, to my shock that phone is dead
                  Im getting calls that the phone is out of warranty and i have to bear charges, i payed 30k plus to just get cheated.
                  Ill take all possible actions to ensure that i get what is mineeee

                    I bought samsung galaxy c9 pro in june 2017. After two months of time tge earphones i got in that box of c9 pro stop working one side. I dual checked into another phones then the both side earphones stopped working. I went to the samsung service centre in saket nagar (Infront of jagran college) kanpur but they kept that earphone and told me come next week as they updated in their records about changing the earphones and also told me atock is not available. I went there many a times after... But there was same response.

                    The guarantee is for 6 months of the accesories. Its november now from june.
                    Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                      I had purchased a printer with model sl-m2060w/xip online from flipkart. I am very much harassed after purchasing samsung product. I had paid approx 10k for my product for my convenience but zero service received from company side. From more than a month i m doing effort to know compatible toner for my printer but not received any satisfactory revert from any mode of customer care like on mail / on customer care number and also on live chat.
                      Company asking for compatible toner mlt d110 and same is not available anywhere as per company distributor same is not in stock of company. How i do my work. Have send more than 10 mails to customer care, sale team, audit team etc but of no use now company asking contact hp for same and as per hp this product is no longer serviced by hp. You may search for possible solutions on this support website

                        I have purchased a brand new samsung washing machine 15days prior 1st thing i have received it in a dented condition on delivery and 2nd thing within 20days its water intake wall got damage. I have already complained to cust care they told will get back to you now the engineer guy called me and he is telling me it’s manufacture defect go n complaint n mail ul get reply on mail is this the bloody way to talk to customers.

                          It's been more then 5 days i have logged a complaint with samsung support team for the refrigerator cooling issue and till now not a single person or service center has called me for the issue or visited the site.

                          I have been following up with the samsung customer care executives everyday about 10-15 calls and the answer i get is that they have escalated the issue and the service center team will call back or the engineer will arrive in 1 hour to have this issue resolved.

                          This is the worst customer care service i have ever experience from such a renowned brand company... Totally pathetic and cheap level customer experience.
                          Going forward i will think twice before buying any samsung appliance.

                            Dear samsung team,

                            This is to bring into your kind knowledge that i have purchased samsung j7 max from one of your dealer reliance digital lucknow on dated 01/07/2017.

                            Issue in the handset started when its back button (Right bottom back button) started not working.. Then i approached samsung authorized service center and submitted my phone dated 18/09/2017 with complaint number[protected] and got back on 28/10/2017 almost after 1.5 month. During this period they have started harassing us and called for so many visits at this service center.

                            Again when we post receiving the phone another problem of touch screen started and we again approached the same authorized samsung service center and submitted again then they issues new complain number [protected] dated 30/10/2017. Also found people are screaming for replacing of their original samsung mobile parts with duplicate or chinese low quality parts.
                            For only back touch problem i think not more then 1 to 3 working day but they take 1.5 month. That is not a professional way to handle the customer and never so much time take for service.

                            This seams that these people are making fool of your valuable customers and cheating customers by replacing their respective samsung mobile parts.

                            Now we want the replacement on urgent basis. Otherwise we will go to consumer court and will post against samsung to social media about my bad experience with samsung.

                              Said me that you have ta carry your mobile phone no need of bill but i had gone there for my brother mobile phone which is not present in the local area they said that they don't need any bill whether the phone is stolen from any where we need only mobile phone after that i can do any thing they don't behave good also.
                              Sir please help me to get exchange my earphone from the customer care because now it is in guarantee period
                              If the guarantee is delayed then how can i replace it so do it urgently thanks

                                I have purchased one samsung g 570 (J prime) (2/16) [protected] from hotmail, main road, tezpur on 21.07.2017. But from very nextday lower portion display is showing flickers, which increases day by day and handset become extremly difficult to use. On contact with dealers no satisfactory reply is given. Plz help.

                                  Am having the same issue which is many users are facing, pink line on the display. If the issue impacting multiple customers to Samsung must look into this because on every unit the same line appearing at same position. We already paid big amount and purchase this device and it is company's fault. You must help with this otherwise we will not buy any Samsung product.

                                    Request to repair my refrigerator dated 20th september and subsequent request on 23rd october, 2017. (Case #[protected]&[protected]). Its 50 days and my repair request was not solved yet. When contacted the main office they entrusted the local samsung service center of mavelikara, kerala for follow-up. When made repeated contact to both offices my problem left in-solved.

                                      Samsung is cheating me since last couple of months by killing my time and energy in useless talks and not replacing the defected part of my led tv which is under warranty period with the original and genuine part.
                                      I had left with no other option but to get the help of consumer forum. Please help and support me.
                                      Please find below the recent conversation i had with samsung but still not getting the positive reply.

                                      Hello all,

                                      I have received couple of emails from samsung co-ordinators (Service & representative teams) few days back where they have ensured that the new required part for the product (Led tv) complain no. [protected] and reference no. Provided by samsung in this regard is [protected] has been ordered (Refer to below email in loop) and confirmed that it will be received soon. After that, i have received call from mr. Pradeep suri (Customer relationship manager[protected] extn. -1564) who claims himself as the top authority of samsung and has mis - behaved with my father by talking in incorrect manner and then he called me that the process is under progress and will receive the product soon.
                                      After couple of days again i got a call from mr. Pradeep again and he said that samsung has stopped the inventory for model of led tv which i had and he is forcing me to compromise by using the product of alternate basic model of different jack’s and too by doing some cutting on it to get it fit to my led tv panel. Even the engineer from samsung mr. Lakhvinder tried around 1 hour to fit the alternate panel in my led but unable to do so inspite of every effort he did.
                                      To my surprise and shock i asked mr. Pradeep that how a company can stopped the inventory of a product in year 2013 though the product i am having is manufactured in year 2014. This guy is clearly misguiding the facts and things for what reason i have no idea as he is involved in some wrong deeds with samsung service center at kurukshetra. Also, mr. Pradeep used to change his statement on every call.
                                      This is complete an illegal activities and unethical things are going in samsung and especially at mr. Pradeep end. As he used to call my father every time inspite of my no. And talk to him inappropriately and don’t contact me on the no. (Mentioned in my signature as well) provided to him and he is the only person in this planet earth who is not able to call me however, rest of the world can easily contact me on my provided no.
                                      This is clearly a showcase of what samsung is actually do with their customers and how they cheat them.
                                      Till now samsung has not felt ashamed of what they are doing and not even they offered me any compensation for all the pain they are giving inspite of the fact they act to be big brand.
                                      It seems, samsung wants to test my patience since around last couple of months i have been facing all such nuisance and my legal warranty time has already lapsed because of all things wrong done with me and it seems i have to move further in legal actions soon against samsung and mr. Pradeep and service centre kurukshetra. Please give your views, should i wait or go ahead with exploring the reality of this fake brand to social media and legal firms?"

                                      I am requesting again to look into the matter and provide me justice as common man is left with no other option than consumer forum.

                                        I was facing problem of slow charging in my phone since one month but some time it was getting resolved automatically, so that way i could not decide to visit customer care or not! Few days back my back keys and recent apps keys stopped working, and i immediately went to customer care and they refuse to repair and reason was liquid damage whereas my phone is water resistance and it cannot get damage due to humid and moisture conditions!! And if water resistance phone get damage by moisture and humid than whats the reason buying water resistance phone that too worth rs 50000/-. My phone is in warranty but still i have to spend rs 35000/- to repair!! People at customer care do not understand anything and they are just stick on one thing that i have to pay for repair!
                                        I want samsung care to repair my phone as it is warranty itself!
