We had purchased a samsung refrigerator model sg629epnsh.

The refrigerator suddenly stopped working in august 2017 as the freezer was not cooling and ice was melting. We informed the samsung service station and they sent us the service team.

Since august 2017 till date, the service people have not been able to repair the fridge. We have paid repeatedly for the following services and replacements :

1. Gas refill

2. Compressor change

3. Memory card change

Further, we have incurred a lot of lose due to the expensive frozen food which was stored in the freezer. The same was also inspected by the technical who had visited our home.

    I have purchased samsung double door digital inverter fridge (Model #- 038u rt27jarzesp/tl - 01, sn - 038u4paga01663y) which had 10 years warranty for rs.21450 from viveks on jan 01 2016. Fridge was delivered to us on jan 4th with some billing issue. They promised us to correct the bill and send a copy but they haven't. Since last month fridge is not working and samsung technician took 10 days to come and check the fridge. He said its a manufacturing fault and samsung needs bill to proceed further either to replace/refund. When i sent the bill which we had he said its not clear. Only after verifying the bill fridge was installed and the same was registered online by the installation technician who came and now what is the need to ask for the bill?. Their motive was to drag the issue. I contacted viveks cust care and requested bill copy. They sent an incorrect bill with wrong serial num. I came to know about the same only when samsung technician told it but they took more than a month to inform us the billing issue. Samsung people were dragging this issue asking for bill although they know its a manufacturing fault. They were totally unprofessional and unethical. Samsung technician said its pending with samsung and from samsung call centre they said its pending with technician. Finally when i sent the bill they said they will get back to us by eod but they did not and next day when i called they said in couple of hours they will let me know if they are going to refund/replace. Finally they called me back and said they will refund it with rs.16000 only. When i asked for a replacement the samsung person said he will not do it and when i asked why only 16000 he was so arrogant and he asked who told its a manufacturing fault and he said he will refund only that amount and he said you can do whatever you want and disconnected the call without further explanation. Finally he sent a message stating your request has been cancelled. I have purchased samsung for its name and brand value and after sales service provided by samsung if this is the kind of service what you people provide within 2 years of purchase and you are claiming that you are giving a warranty for 10 years for the digital inverter fridge which i have purchased, i feel i have been chated samsung. Your entire service team including your call centre, local technicians and supervisor s who called back, do not understand the issue immediately and they not have any empathy for what has happened. We expect samsung to provide a full refund for the faulty fridge which you have given me or replace with a new one. If you have informed me that you are going to do a refund only i would have purchased a new fridge long time back.

    My mobile samsung j7 prime screen burned from inside so i walk to service center and they denied to replcae it they was that it was not a company faltu and my mobile is in under warranty

      Sir, i have mobile gt 8262 of your company. Its battery back up was very low, so, i purchased battery from your s. C. On 09/05/17. My problems started from battery. Old battery was charged in my mobile, new battery was not recharged. There is no indicator of charging. So, i again went to s. C. And replace with another battery. The problem of charging remained as it was. Then, your executives at call centre advised me to take my mobile set to s. C. I took it to s. C in 29/07/17. There, your technician at tokeno.94, checked my problem as i described above. He advised me to submit my set along with battery, but, lt being saturday in 29/07/17, i had to need the set, i did not submit the set. After the backup of old battery was little, then, i again went to your s. C. On 29/10/17 saturday my off day
      With my problems, your so called engineer received my set after depositing inspections charged rs. 177, and told me at my no. No.[protected], the expenditure of mobile set rs.1600 approx and after depositing half of expenditure of repairing, they started to repair it. I again deposited rs.700 on 30/10/17 with assurance of resolved problem would tell me on mob.in 01/11/17. There was no response till03/11/17, i called your call centre, they told me my mobile was complete, so, i went to collect my set, your efficient engineer told me to deposit of rs.7000 of repairing expenses. I was shocked at the efficiency and experience of your staff at s. C. Now, what i have to do after the expense of rs.177 and rs.1142, please advise us. I submit the documents that i got from your s. C. After spending my 8 visits and rs.1319.

      This refrigerator is total loss for me. I have just wasted my money on buying this refrigerator. It is not cooling properly and it make so much noise. It has been fear that it will blast sometime.. Service is alsi very bad... Not satisfied at all with service . Worst refrigerator i have ever seen.. So i recommend not to buy any samsung product.

        On 25/11/2017 i went to the service centre to receive my samsung j7 mobile which was there for replacement of display and they have given me the bill of rs. 4325/- and at that time cash was not with me and i asked for swipe machine and they replied with big no we don't have have and i told them that such a big and professional company is samsung and you don't have debit card swipe machine in today's time of digitization. Then, they replied they have one but it is not working and i went to manger asked him same question that why you don't have swipe machine and he replied that your why has no answer and he said keeping swipe machine is not in company's policy which you will hear from the video which i am uploading in support.
        I want from you to at least reprimand your staff and keep the swipe machine in all your centres... Thanks regard... Akhtar

          Sir,

          I have buy samsung make 40" fhd tv on 2nd oct, 2017 from m/s reliance communication, bhiwadi, dist. Alwar, rajasthan.

          There is sound break problem in my tv set from day one.
          I have analyse for one month, then i complaint to your customer care on 3rd novemeber, 2017 and they suggest to reset my tv setting, i have done the same as per guided by customer care.

          But the problem exists, again i am complaned on 18th nov, 2017 and they arrange the service engineer visit to my home.
          Service engineer reached and said, it need a software update. I permited but infortunately pendrivr used for software updation is not running. Suddenly, he said it need pcb replacement, means he will come and open the new branded tv and fit the pcb.
          I said what will be the surety after pcb change, then he has no reply even same question i asked to customer care then also they have no sure.

          I think the experiment is doing to my new and costiest (Of that size and model) tv. How i allow him to open my tv.

          Please suggest and arrange to proper analyse the problem, give me the surety that after repalcement of this part, this and another problem will never repeat.

            I am regular user of samsung mobiles scince last 8 years and 2 years back my wife gifted me samsung s-6 edge on my birthday. I am using it till now. But 6 months later i got 1 pink straigt line on my display. Initially i took it easy and i went to samsung authorised customer care to show my problem. They told that u have problem on ur display and it will cost 9350rs. I[censored] get repeaired. I was then worried and i asked some time to think about. But in some time that pink line got wide and now its too much. During such time many peoples came in touch those r having same problem. And just yesterday one of my friend having samsung s-8 edge also got same problem and just in 5 days exprying warrenty time. So i am sure this is most manufacturing defect of all samsung s series and note series. Might be if company doest agree or not but tis fact. And comapred with iphone i never heard such complain. My iphone lover friends even suggested my for iphone but still my wife gifted me samsung. But i think that was our mistake to buy samsung. Now i expect positive step from company and should repair my instrument without any charges.

              Dear Sir,

              I write this mail to you after loosing all hope.

              This is to bring to your notice that I am a consumer of Samsung Electronics for many years and so when we decided to change our refrigerator Samsung was our first choice.

              However, it has been a horrendous mistake from our end. I bought my refrigerator (model no. Samsung RH62K6007S8) from Reliance Digital, Gurugram SCO-312, Sector - 29 on[protected]bill enclosed). When the delivery was made to my home address most of the plastic parts were damaged. On calling the customer service department a service engineer was sent, who said it is not Samsung's responsibility. However, later on the dealer changed the refrigerator for us.

              Just about a little over a month the refrigerator started leaking water. It was however rectified by changing some part. On 19th of November the refrigerator suddenly started making a loud noise and we immedeatly filed a complaint with the customer service department. We received a visit after next day and was advised that the compressor needs to be replaced (may I add here that this is a refrigerator which is only 4 months approx. old). We agreed and the compressor was changed on 23rd November 2017. On 24th the refrigerator started making similar noise as before and it ceased cooling. After rigorous followup with the customer service department, the engineer (Mr. Awdesh) visited at 1:30 pm and informed the compressor was burnt and needed to be changed again. He reported the same to his supervisor on phone from my residence and assured us will resolve the issue for us today itself.

              However my wife and me have been communicating with the customer service department since morning and neither have we received a solution nor has executives from Samsung called back after giving time numerously to revert back. The highlight of the event is everytime we have asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager, we have been told either they are busy or not available. Each time we call and tell our predicament to a new executive with no solution. The last call I made is at 9:15 and spoke to Mr. Pankaj, who again told us all managers are busy when I asked to speak to one.

              I'm very sad to say that we are a very harassed consumer of such a well known brand. We have not only been cheated of the money we paid to buy a product of Samsung but also very sad to see that a customers grievance is taken so casually and carelessly that it has amounted to this magnitude. May I also mention that being a house of elderly and small children I have lost food products and medicine worth about Rs. 10, 000 during this period.

              I sincerely request you to look into this and would be grateful if our issue can be resolved at the earliest.

                As requested by Pradeep (Samsung Escalation Handling), once again I've visited the service center today evening and requested the service center to accept my C9 Pro which is under warranty and is having issues with encryption post factory reset but they refused to do so, mind you this was the third time that I was visiting this very service center.

                I even called up the manager of this service center but he said that he won't accept the handset no matter what.

                Since this was the third time that I was visiting this service center (30 Kilometer from my home), I really wanted to handover the handset to the service center as advised by Pradeep but they were very adamant. It turned out to be an argument and after that I was shocked to see that all the service center employees ganged up against me and started abusing and got into a brawl.

                How can 6-7 staff literally gang up against me and literally threaten me to hit with chair and hurled abuses (Maa Ka Bhonsda) and I was there only to submit my handset and that too on the advise of Pradeep who is currently handling this encryption issue from Samsung side.

                Name of the service center where this brawl happened today around 5.15 PM is 'Virasat Communication' & name of two employees who hurled abuses and threatened to hit me with a chair are as below.

                I would request Samsung to take stern action against these two employees so that what happened with me today doesn't happen with any other customer.

                It is absolutely shocking to see that Samsung franchisee/Service center people don't respect customers and the core Samsung values.

                I've shot a video of the entire incidence and can share with you people, what's even more unfortunate is that I was accompanied by my wife who is currently pregnant with our first child and was subjected to all the stress due to this.

                Pradeep once again made a fool of me by unnecessarily making me visit the service center without even having a word with its manager. Even last time I told Pradeep that the service center is not accepting the phone but still he insisted that I visit the service center once again and handover the phone.

                Even from the service center I've sent 15 text messages to Pradeep and requested him to call me back but he didn't bother.

                Is it a crime buying a Samsung phone worth 38000 and asking for service as it's still under warranty?

                I'm initiating campaign against Samsung on Facebook and other social portals due to today's incidence.

                I feel let down as a customer and also feel cheated by Samsung by making me go through all this nuisance.

                Uploading the video shot minutes after this incidence. You would be able to see the hostile body language of the service center staff in this video.

                Even when I was having argument with one staff, why did others get involved in such a violent way?

                These people must be terminated with immediate effect or else I'm contemplating lodging a police complaint against them and even go to prime time news channels with this experience and video.

                  This is with reference to Complaint No [protected]

                  The samsung service center had picked up the washing machine for repairs from my flat on the 10th Floor. Before pickup, I had clearly informed them that my Building does not allow washing machine to be carried in the list.

                  The service center had not issue with carring the lift over the stairs at the time of pickup. However, they have now refused to deliver the product back to the 10th Floor claiming that they can only deliver to the ground floor.

                    On 20 Nov 2016 my brother in law has purchased Samsung "S5" model mobile. In Last two months we have repaired four times mobile's jack. The service center had made us fool each time they repaired the jack in separate room not in front of customer that's why we cannot say they insert the company's part or local as it would damaged again and again. So can we trust on them. And above of all this five days ago again on 20 Nov 2017 its jack damaged we went to the same service center but this time they were asking 3000 Rs. for its repairing because according to them now its not in warranty period as its over on 19 Nov 2017. We have raised the question if we have purchased it on 20 nov 2016 so how it would over on 19 nov 2017 but they didn't agree on it instead argue with us and misbehave with us. Also the showroom manager neither come to us to solve the matter or staff didn't allow us to meet them. I could not not believe in my eyes how such a big company can behave in this way to their customer and didn't follow any protocols. We very upset with this.

                      I own a galaxy s8 plus 128gb midnight black.
                      Samsung claims that the phone is water resistant over 1.5 meters upto 30 minutes but surprisingly water went into my phone's earpiece just by a splash of water while i was drinking and now they are charging a lot of money for repairing my phone's earpiece.
                      My phone is still in warranty (Just 2 months old).

                      This incident happened on 22.11.2017 at night while i was eating my dinner.
                      I immediately cleaned my earpiece by a cloth but when i attended a call, all i could hear was a crackling sound.
                      Why should i pay when they claim that it is water resistant?

                      I want my phone's earpiece repaired free of cost, i. E, i want it covered under warranty.

                        Sir, i m a serving soldier.. I got a samsunga3-6 series mobile as gift. But unfortunately the same fell down and get it repaired through crystal communications, trivandrum, kerala (Contact no [protected]) (Samsung authorised) and paid rs, 6300/-. (Changed lcd). The whole thing happened in the month of apr 2017. As i mentioned above i returned to duty place i. E delhi with that mobile. But after few days i observed that the screen is not pasted properly and when i used talk my hair got stuck and one vilot spot came on the screen. It spread all over the screen and screen is not visible now. I came on leave in the month of nov 2017 and approached crystal communications for its repair. They send it your firm vide work order 0062 10 nov 17 for repeat. But after few days they communicated that its not possible to get it repaired on repeat basis.
                        So it is my kind request that case for repair of my mobile on repeat clause may be considered sympathetically as a serving soldier i could not give the mobile to your company in time after the 1st repair. With high anticipation

                          I was purchase mobile 11 month ago frequently battery and heating issue.
                          Service center changed battery 2 times one tome charger cable last 2 month same issue facing. Display issue resolved one time and microphone issue.

                          I have paid to you around 35k this type of product provide to me. This is no accepting from samsung last 8 year i was used samsung mobile & product.
                          But this experience with mobile a9 pro is to worst. Service center fail to fix issue permanently.
                          Now my warranty period has been finish.
                          I want take care next time purchase product from samsung and suggest to anyone.

                            I purchased samsung galaxy note 8 on 25-september-2017 and soon after sensors of my phone started giving issues. Condition slowly kept deteriorating and finally on 13-november-2017 i reported the issue to samsung service center and they asked me to drop handset for repair, which i did on 14-november-2017 with bill no is [protected] and complain#[protected]. After checking they confirmed that all sensors of my phone are not working and they need to repair my phones and change required part. To add to the pain, they didn’t have spare parts and i was asked to “kindly bear with you” and wait for indefinite period of time.

                            Even at that time i was very skeptical about this problem. Considering the fact that all sensors are not working, there is a very high probability that the motherboard itself is faulty or has some major issues. Engineer could not even confirm the cause of the problem. Within a month of my purchase, i had such a major issue and i'm sure i may get more of it in future and certainly i do not have the time or patience to keep running after your service centers and get useless excuses and unnecessary push to go for a repair.
                            I simply asked for a replacement for this device as this device itself is faulty and was conveniently denied of the same

                            I tried to escalate this to your customer service and again they forced me to get it repaired. After reiterating the same thing a hundred times, the response from them was: “if i get another issue, they will not force me for replace but look for alternate options”.
                            Though it is ridiculous for you to ask customer to wait for another issue to occur but still i waited and to no surprise another issue occurred even before first problem was fixed. Service center confirmed my battery is also faulty and they wanted to change it but as usual they didn’t have spare parts.
                            Again your executive asked me to have patience as they arrange for spare parts and yesterday night i was assured that part is received and i will receive my handset today.
                            And today, 24-november-2017, when i contacted service center they said even my mother board is faulty and they wanted to change it but as usual they didn’t have spare parts so i must again wait for another indefinite period.

                            Right from start, i’m asked to have patience and bear with you. Now let me tell you what all i have been bearing
                            First, you said the sensors are bad, and you will change them, so i waited for the hardware to arrive for a week.
                            Meanwhile, you executive mr. Abhishek chaturvedi (Marked in cc) offered me extended warranty and assured me that if i receive another issue with my handset, they will not force me for repair and look for other option, which is replacing the handset.
                            To no surprise, another issue was identified with battery, which needs to be changed. Now when i reported this back to mr. Abhishek chaturvedi and he very casually denied acceptance of this as new issue, instead said it is an add on issue and i should wait for repair.
                            Today, i get to know that even my phone’s motherboard is faulty and needs to be changed.
                            Now tell me what else is left in this phone to be “repaired”? Sensors are faulty, battery is faulty, motherboard is faulty, what else is left? Why are you been so arrogant about accepting the fact that you have shipped a defective product and gracefully replace it.
                            This is your flagship phone, isn’t it? When i buy such an expensive phone, this is not the kind of product and service, i expect. This is such a shame on samsung that even your loyal customers and owners of your flagship phone are treated this way.
                            I work for citibank, which is partner with samsung. I tried contact mr. Prashant reelkar, who apparently is point of contact for citibank & samsung engagement but even he did not address my concerns and forwarded it to mr. Hemant jadhav, who was equally incapable of doing anything.
                            I even wrote to “email to india ceo’s office” and wrote to your india md but there was no response or acknowledgement.

                            Now since i lost all my patience to start with, i have reported this issue to consumer court with complain# 517942.
                            And to mind you, this is not the first issue reported for your samsung galaxy note8, another buyer dr. Robbin ghosh, president, victorious kids educare pvt ltd had software issues and was issued replacement from samsung. Now even with replacement handset he is having issue and now together we are going to go for legal action against you if appropriate resolution action is not taken from your end.

                            So now you either replace my phone with a new handset or refund my money.

                              Respected sir,

                              I brought samsung double door refrigerator (Model no. Rs554nrua1j/tl) on 28.10.2013 from s. V. Sonovision enterprises, rajahmundry, costing rs. 90, 000/- and it got cooling problem. I logged a call no.[protected] on 21.06.2017. On 22.06.2017, one authorised service engineer came from samsung named mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry, visited and found sensor and blower fan faulty. On 03.07.2017, the same service engineer mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry rectified the problem by replacing the sensor service part and informed us that the new blower which he brought was not suitable because the model is different so iam replacing the same old blower fan which is now started working and we paid rs. 930/- towards his service charges.

                              I logged another call no.[protected] on 26.07.2017 and the same authorised service engineer mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry visited and found compressor and cooling coil pipes faulty. Immediately we made a call to the authorised samsung service center, rajahmundry and told the problem. Then they told to hand over the refrigerator in samsung workshop, rajahmundry and we handed over it on 28.07.2017.

                              On 12.08.2017 we received a call from the samsung workshop that please come and said take your refrigerator, we have replaced with new compressor and tested cooling coil pipes and have been observed for 48 hours and now it is in full condition. At that time we paid rs.2035/- towards gas charges.

                              On 11.09.2017 again refrigerator not cooling. So i logged another call no.[protected] on 11.09.2017, and we made a call to samsung customer service centre and told them to send trained service engineer not from the rajahmundry. Then service engineer rajasekhar came from hyderabad and rectified the compliant.

                              Now again fourth time my refrigerator not cooling from[protected]. Now i logged another call no.[protected] online complaint. When is my problem rectify permanently.


                              It is extremely bad experience from your rajahmundry, samsung service center

                              I might loose the trust on samsung. Please take care of your customer because they are the only reason of your goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any customer.

                                I purchased samsung j7 pro j730 black on 24th oct'17. The imei no.: [protected].

                                Its been only a month and there is a black spot inside the screen. When i went to service centre (Akanksha enterprises, malviya nagar, roshanpura circle, bhopal - 462003), the executive (Ashwini kumar) who attended me, refused to take the complaint on the same date[protected]. He said that he will have to check whether it is under some kind of scheme. Asked me to come back on monday[protected] along with phone, aadhaar card, passport size photo of phone owner & a copy of mobile bill.

                                I requested him to register the complaint on same day and start the repair process as i had a copy of bill along with me, on the basis of which he could have registered the complaint. But he refused to take the complaint on same day.

                                Samsung has great value in market as a customer satisfying n reliable product. But my experience turned out to be a pathetic one.

                                What is the use of so many service centres in a city when a customer's complaint is not taken into consideration. There are so many brands of mobile phones in the market but i relied on samsung when i had to gift it to my husband on a special occasion. Within a month's time if a phone is causing this trouble, then the warranty claimed by the company along with the handset is fake and irresponsible commitment by the company and its service centres.

                                  I own a samsung galaxy s7 edge sm-g935fd on 29th-october-2016. Which i was bought for rs.50900.

                                  On the 20th november 2017 my phone back and recent keys were not working i took it to the local samsung authorized service center.

                                  I said my phone recent app key not working, so they took my phone and they check if it's working or not and said this touch screen need to be replace with new one it will cost around rs.14500. But i said yesterday both the recent and back keys were not working. But back key is working now. Do you have any other solution, they said this need to be replace with new one.

                                  So decided to wait for a day, after that day it's started working but the recent key was self pressing.

                                  Then i decided to take the assistance of app samsung member then i raise my problem about my phone they come up with solution like recovery mode, safe mode, wipe catch, soft reset, hard reset, i did all the steps but still no use as am still facing recent key self pressing problem.

                                  On 23th november 2017 my phone goes total dead. Then i took it to the service center at 11.30 am bill no [protected] as it was out of warranty they said there will be rs.180 for checking to see what is actually the problem with device. They said it will take two hours to check. I said ok and go ahead, at 1.30 pm i gave a call to check weather its done or not no one lift phone at 2.00 pm i visited store they said there is server problem we have not checked it at, after that at 4.30 pm i gave a call to them they said the server just came back now your device check will be done till 6.30 pm and we will give a call once it's done. Then i gave call to them at 6.30 pm and they said we have connected your mobile to server it will take 1 hour we will call you once it's done. Then i call them at 7.45 pm they said checking of your device is done. I said what is the problem in it so they replied engineer is not near me i don't know what is exactly problem in it so i replied should i visit now to collect my device they replied collect your phone in the morning.

                                  On 24th november 2017 i visit the store at 10 am they said your phone's motherboard need to be change it will cost rs.15000 so i said ok give me my mobile back i don't wanna do it and she replied you need rs.180 then i payed the money one of the executive gone downstairs to bring my phone it was like half an hour but she was not coming back, so i asked the one who is in front of me why she is taking so long time she replied your mobile parts are opened we are assembling it, i said my mobile was checked yesterday only what they are doing now.

                                  This is your flagship phone that we are talking about and it really seems odd that no one seems to be taking any responsibility. This kind of service makes me switch

                                  The checking part should be on the 20th november 2017, she just took my and touch the recent app key and said need to be replace with new one

                                  I am just so in love with the products from samsung but am really disappointed in this kind of service.

                                  Flagship phone cost rs.50900 only work for 1 year 1 month it's total waste, and wants me to pay rs.15000 it's completely no no from me.

                                  I thought samsung is best but your proved me wrong.

                                  I would be really happy if i can get the repair done for free or new mobile phone.

                                  I would be really happy if my request is considered as i have always been a samsung loyal fan.

                                  Today morning i received call from samsung they advised me to take the device to service center

                                  so replied them that as i gone through all complains on consumer complaints website i seen many post stating that after paying money for particular repair they faced another problem in device what if i face the same problem i.e (Even after paying 15000 for motherboard what if i face any other problem )

                                  so she said that as you paid already for checking please take it to service center they will recheck the device and they will be no charge. and i will call them and inform them

                                  so i visited the service center asked them do you received any call from samsung regarding S7 edge recheck they said no. then i showed them the reference number can you find anything with this number they said no.

                                    I have called the samsung estore customer care for about 12 times now within a month and emailed customer support at least 8 times for a refund of rs. 23000/-. Why is samsung not refunding me? It is very annoying. Let me describe the events for order no[protected].

                                    1. Samsung c7 pro purchased from the samsung estore using credit card on 8th oct 2017 and order no[protected] generated.
                                    2. Phone received on 12th oct but was defective.
                                    3. I filed for a doa receipt and got it from the samsung service centre.
                                    4. Since phone was bought online, a reverse pick up was arranged via courier.
                                    5. Meanwhile, i was tired of waiting and requested for a refund thrice via email. I bought a samsung phone from chroma instead.
                                    5. Reverse pickup for doa order no [protected] done by courier on 24th oct.
                                    6. Refund requested again. On 31st october, without prior intimation, another phone was at my doorstep. Rejected it since i didn't need it anymore and had already requested a refund.

                                    It has been a month since reverse pickup has been done but no sign of refund. Can samsung action this as soon as possible???

                                      We have purchased a samsung 32" led t. V on 10.06.2014 from venus electronics, coimbatore for rs. 32, 000/-. Since may 2017 (With in 3 years) the display of the t. V got damaged. On complaint with samsung toll free nos, we have been advice to pay 19, 000 to get it repaired as the warranty period is over. This is really shocking that after putting all the faith on the samsung product it has got damaged within 3 years of purchase and asking further rs.19, 000/- for change of panel. Out hared earned money has been put into fire by fooling through advertisement and it is a betrayal to the custmer. Pls act something favorubly complain consumenr referrnce id is [protected] (4)

                                        6kgs - washing machine automatic sequence not functioning.
                                        On 14th morning i had registered a complaint and no:t4411 was allotted to engineer mr. Fakrudin. By afternoon the same day they have registered another complaint no t4421 allotted to mr. Vikram.
                                        Mr. Vikram attended the fault but could not rectify the same till 21st nov'17. Then complaint t4523 was registerred and allotted to mr. Naren on 21st nov'17 evening.
                                        Mr. Naren spoke to me on 22nd morning to know the problem and confirmed his visit by evening to attend the fault. Therefore i had applied permission from office and informed mr. Naren by 5pm that i am waiting for his evening visit. Since then and till now mr. Naren has not turned up nor cared to call me.
                                        Really surprising to note the seriousness/accountability your engineers care for customers which will in turn bring down the reputation of your brand and company.
                                        This morning i have called your customer care and informed the happenings. Yet to get a response also.
