I have purchased samsung s7 edge coral blue on 19th july 2017 (Imei [protected]) at ssk retails pvt ltd, samsung cafe at phoenix mall, vimannnagar pune
At the time of purchase rs 10000 cashback offered on the model within 90 days of purchase.
But even after completion of 120 days, cashback has not yet received.
I have communicated thru email to plutus team as per mail id and contact no shared on txn slip and also retailers ssk.
They have informed on mail that policy changed from 90 days to 120 days!

Pls look into it and arrange the cashback immediately.

This is causing great inconvenience to me.

    Fridge is not functioning makes huge noise, several attempts made with the customer care engineers have not resolved the problem except charging every time service charges besides charges for spares upto 3000 putting us under inconvenience and mental tension. Complaint is kept pending without rectifying the problem and without scope for further complaints. Needs proper action. We need of action from customer support vice president higher authorities.

      Hey i have purchased my phone in 2017 there was a problem in the display i showed them they said sir that is not a major problem u can use ur phone but after that i i drop my phone and display got damage and now they are saying me it will charge extra for the replacement. According to ur advetisment you promise that there will be one time replacement but the severcie addvisor at the branch said it is not applicable on my phone.

        1st of all i want to complaint against mr naseem and mr. Kalash. Mr. Naseem is calling person who called me and misbehave with me and anger on me? Is this customer service? I think this is the reason you people is too back of apple company. I really 1st time feel this # type of customer service where no respect of premium customers.           Sir i observed a person in visakhapatnam is selling duplicate led tvs with samsung logo and stickers where should i complaint, please give me the details in clear so i'll provide information to them in clear. They are selling different sizes like 55", 42", 32" smart tvs china made with samsung logo and samsung stickers, the models available in regular samsung authorized stores and the product i had seen are quite different. And i felt this information is to be passed to concern department because selling duplicate products is illegal and will cause damage to original brand. Even the remote control is having samsung sticker.

            I bought a samsung galaxy s7 sm-g935fd last year on 05/09/2016.
            After a year and one month o[censored]se the device is starting to show problems.
            I keeps on frezzing and restarting. And after a days of this continuous happening the phone is dead. Though i have contacted samsung authorised service centre they kept the mobile under observation and returned it to me saying that it is fixed and charged me rs.850 for it. Now the device is again running the same problem. An is dead again. I contacted samsung team but not getting proper solution to my problem. I didn't tamper the device. I would like samsung to contact me and give a proper solution keeping in mind that the problem wasn't due to me but due to samsung hardware or software issues.

Then few days after working finely the device again started showing the same problem and this time they told me the motherboard of the device was damaged. Since there is no physical or impact damage to the device i think samsung should take the responsibility of repairing my device because if the motherboard is damaged it is due to faulty manufacturing. Now when I'm going to their service center again to give the reason for faulty motherboard and let me talk to senior authorities they are telling they can't take my device until they are ordered to do so.

              Ref : complaint letter regarding the irresponsible employees service center.
              On 27 june 2012 i have purchased a refrigerator from your showroom after installation it was working fine 5 years but then it's cooling system has not working

                I encrypted my sd card on samsung c9 pro but had to factory reset the phone due to some reason not knowing then that i was supposed to decrypt the sd card before factory reset. Now i'm not able to access any of the files on the sd card post factory reset.

                At the time of data encryption or factory reset there should have been a disclaimer that the data would be lost if the factory reset is done on a phone with encrypted sd card, i've lost valuable pictures and other property documents of the last 4 years due to this reason and now i don't know where to go.

                I'm getting the error message that the same phone is needed to decrypt the sd card which was used to encrypt it, but this is the very same phone on which the sd card was encrypted, still i'm getting this error message. The button to decrypt the card has been greyed out as per screenshot provided, i have also provided the software and phone details in the second screenshot.

                Already reached out to the local samsung service centre in jaipur but they are saying that they can't decrypt or recover data from sd card. Can't believe that a 38000 rs phone is giving me so much of inconvenience and that too from a big brand like samsung.

                I feel let down by samsung due to this nonsense.

                Your Customer Service Team called me up and made me visit 3 different service centres in Jaipur within 3 days, extremely shocking to see that the so called technical team at these service centres don't even know the basic concept of data encryption and decryption and wasted my time by asking irrelevant questions. They finally said that they would not be able to provide a resolution for this issue.

                Extremely frustrating to see this kind of after sales support from Samsung for a phone which costs 38000 Rs and under warranty.

                As requested by Pradeep, once again I've visited the service center today evening and requested the service center to accept the handset but they refused to do so, mind you this was the third time that I was visiting this very service center.

                I even called up the manager of this service center but he said that he won't accept the handset no matter what.

                Since this was the third time that I was visiting this service center (30 Kilometer from my home), I really wanted to handover the handset to the service center as advised by Pradeep but they were very adamant. It turned out to be an argument and after that I was shocked to see that all the service center employees ganged up against me and started abusing and got into a brawl.

                Name of the service center where this brawl happened today around 5.15 PM is 'Virasat Communication' & name of two employees who hurled abuses and threatened to hit me with a chair are as below.

                I would request Samsung to take stern action against these two employees so that what happened with me today doesn't happen with any other customer.

                It is absolutely shocking to see that Samsung franchisee/Service center people don't respect customers and the core Samsung values.

                I've shot a video of the entire incidence and can share with you people, what's even more unfortunate is that I was accompanied by my wife who is currently pregnant with our first child and was subjected to all the stress due to this.

                Pradeep once again made a fool of me by unnecessarily making me visit the service center without even having a word with its manager. Even last time I told Pradeep that the service center is not accepting the phone but still he insisted that I visit the service center once again and handover the phone.

                Even from the service center I've sent 15 text messages to Pradeep and requested him to call me back but he didn't bother.

                Is it a crime buying a Samsung phone worth 38000 and asking for service as it's still under warranty?

                I'm initiating campaign against Samsung on Facebook and other social portals due to today's incidence.

                I feel let down as a customer and also feel cheated by Samsung by making me go through all this nuisance.

                    I have purchased the new samsung galaxy note 8 phone from the official samsung store at puducherry on 22-oct-2017 21:12.

                    Issue1: they said you will receive the free wireless charger after 3 days through my galaxy but nothing i have received and no proper response from the shop.
                    Issue2: i didn't faced any problem till today morning (18-nov-2017) but now my phone screen flashing continuously and i'm not able to use the mobile. I have approached the service center today at 12:00 pm puducherry and requested for the phone replacement since i have used the phone only for 25 days. They said replacement is not possible but we will replace the screen if you agree to pay for that. Then i asked about the warranty and he said we will consider this as a damage (Actually there is no damage on the phone) and we will not able to replace the screen for free of cost. Then i left the service center and called the toll free number about this incident but not getting any solution.

                    This is the first time i am using the samsung phone (Gifted by my wife) after using nokia, iphone & microsoft for 14+ years. I've not faced such kind of issues with these phones and really worried how you are taking care of the customers and value of the money. Even we have not yet started paying the 1st emi.

                    I'm working as a technology manager in a it company and i am really is enjoyed using this phone battery life, performance, apps and sharing this to my teams. But today i am totally frustrated and i request you to provide me a solution for this.

                      I bought a samsung s7 edge in may 2017, and it started developing hardware issues and stopped charging within a month. There service center claimed there must have been a water damage, which after a long ordeal they accepted that they will replace the usb charging hardware and accepted that there was no water damage. They for some reason also replaced the display even though it had no issues. This display installed was faulty and started giving issues.

                      After 2 months, my display has started flickering like disco lights. Service center guys say that this is due to some physical damage to the phone (I have handled my phone as carefully as i would handle my little 2 year old son, trust me). The screen of the phone is intact, there is not even a single scratch on the phone, but according to samsung the display inside has been magically damaged and they will not repair it for free, and are asking for 15k!!!

                        My name is samenam sheikh and i purchased a microwave oven on the 10th november 2017 and had the samsung representative on the same day for the demo and he showed us that there was 2 buttons which was not working the model number of the oven -:-mc35j8085pt/tl. Purchased from zaid enterprises situated at andheri west. A complain was logged with complain number [protected] on the same day we had the engineer who opened the panel and god only know what he did with the panel but after that he spoke to his senior and closed it. He left and after that the microwave started to jump in the time. If you set to 1 minute it will automatically change to 3 minutes ad start again. There was a second complain made with samsung number -[protected] but there was no action taken. The dealer was called and he said that the company's engineer will rectify the fault but no one came till this date and today is 17th and nobody has come. We register another complain about it, the number is [protected].
                        I request either to resolve the issue at the earliest or replace the product since it is just purchased and is on warranty. Its a complete dissapointed to buy such an expensive product and is not working as it is suppose to. This is a first samsung product bought by us and we are not happy with it.

                          On facing the charging problem of my mobile handset model samsung j7 purchased on 27/07/2016, i deposited it to the nearest service center on today 18/11/2017 for repairing at agartala, tripura - 16, tripura - 791119. I have been informed by the servicing people that the problem is with the connector of the handset, but the battery is ok and it would take a week for repairing as the parts is not available.in the evening i have been informed by the servicing people that the problem is with the connector as well as the battery of the handset and it would cost rs.1500.00 for repairing. Again after one hour i have been informed by the servicing people that the repairing cost would be rs.1800.00. The way it is being handled i felt cheated and have the doubt on the integrity of the servicing people. You are requested for looking into the matter.

                            My name is ritesh jaisinghani i had bought this note 5 duos sm-n9208 on december 18th 2016, my phone is warranty, my phone was on charge and when i unplugged it my display got a line (Pink colour) and all on sudden it started getting colored on screen from white to pink. I went to service centre and no being in warranty they telling me to pay rs.8065 which is absolutely outrageous.. Please to consumer compliants to look in the matter and help me resolve this before my warranty gets over with

                              I realized it is a big mistake to believe that one should only buy mobile handset from reputable organizations only. I bought a brand new samsung j5 prime from samsung authorized showroom (Ss communications) at himayatnagar hyderabad on the 22nd oct 2017. Within a fortnight we begin to have problems with the phone. It conked off with a blue screen every day and we had to force restart it. We took it to samsung authorized service center at kharadi pune where we were told it's a software update issue and they supposedly rectified it and also did a quality check. They confirmed the issue will not recur. However the issue has cropped up again! Can samsung please replace my phone and provide me with a proper piece?

                                Hi team,

                                This is in regards to my service request #[protected] for samsung microwave ce117adv.
                                I raised a complaint on 16th novebmer’17 stating that, my microwave is producing an error code –se - while trying to reheat the food. I was asked for preferred time to attend my complaint and i have shared my available window between 11am to 1pm for the engineer to visit. However, the engineer srinivasan came at 3:30pm which was not in my preferred time and on top of it he did not clean the ribbon cable with the ip solution or some cleaning solutions/ spray which he was supposed to do for fixing the se error, rather wiped cloth and gave temporary fix. Later on 17th november i got the error reproduced again with the same error code –se-. Today, 18th november i called the samsung customer care to report the re occurrence of the issue and suggested my preferred time as 11am and to send senior engineer who can fix the issue permanently. Both the chennai service center and assigned service engineer did not bother to address my concern and the response was very lethargic (Example) the service center manager informed me that, the service engineer will visit anytime between 12 noon to 7 pm. I called the samsung customer care 4 times until 3:30 pm to inform no proper communication or professional service received from samsung service center chennai.
                                There is no communication from the service engineer or bothered to attend my phone call even after 5 long rings… i have lost hope on samsung after service as they rely on some unfit service centers to support their premium products.
                                I wish i should have paid this service charge to some professional third party service centers rather considering and paying to this unprofessional samsung service center operates from chennai.
                                No one has contacted not visiting until now 5:45pm
                                I am dissatisfied with the service and never ever expected this kind of customer experience from anyone.

                                  Product quality of samsung has gone so down that its confirmed that within warranty period of your purchased device no issues will occur. Once the warranty period is over, surely your device will be faulty. I have bought a samsung tv, model number ua32j4300armxl on 20 mar 2016. 1 week back suddenly the tv went off. Called the service centre, they came and detected that the panel is faulty and repairing would take rs.14, 000. Even if the pcb was the problem, i would have considered. But how come the tv panel go faulty so early, without any damage or harm made to the device. I mean what a great job samsung... Your customers will keep on buying tvs every year!!! Thats how you have made your products. Highly disappointed with samsung. My recommendation to all the buyers who are planning for samsung product purchase, please look for another. Else you will also end up listening "its electronics device mam, kuch bhi ho sakta hai".

                                    Sorry but i want to start with that samsung has a poor service support!
                                    I bought a samsung smart tv on 19/10/17, however the same was installed on 21/10/17. After 4 days i. E 25/10/17, the same stopped working.
                                    I had raised a complaint on the same date. First they agreed that the tv will be replaced but after sometime, they informed that it is not in their warehouse, hence refund will be generated.
                                    Its been nearly a month now, we dont have tv in our home. Do they care? Nooo
                                    Its been nearly a month now, we are paying for our hd dth connection. Do they care? Noooo
                                    Also no alternate solution was provided like stand by tv for somedays, upgrade to higher model if the same is not available.

                                    On asking about the service center today also i. E 18/11/17, i was informed that may be 15 days more will take for initiating a refund.

                                    So ultimately they are taking 1 and a half month for service which is called a very poor support system.

                                    I wish i should have bought some other brand instead and will never go for samsung again and also will not recommend it to anyone

                                      I had purchased my phone 2 months back i. E on 29/08/2017 and theres a pink patch on the right side corner of the screen all of a sudden (The phone didnt even fall). I had been to the service station and they said it cant be claimed under warranty. They showed me three to four phones which had the same issue.
                                      How can there be four phones with the same issue at the same place.
                                      And what issues are covered under claims then?
                                      Having a problem like this within such a short period of time is a sign of bad quality maintained by samsung india.
                                      Kindly suggest as the amount required to replace the display is 5k which i believe is too much and should be covered by the company in warranty.

Monday his response also was. The same we. Can't hold on the same time i told hold or else i need to. Take next step he told ok do as you wish...
