Sir, balaji here, we purchase one samsung 32 led smart tv in reliance digital on 24/09/2017, from the day beginning display shows many colors, when we start the tv on the first time of the day it shows like this, and in mean time many lines color lines are crossing, i registered a complaint in reliance digital service center, service engineers are come and check the tv, and give a feed back that the hdmi cable was to change, he recomonded one company (Bilkin), i bounght from the store and change that hdmi cable, but my problem was not solved, again i register a complaint in samsung, a technician come from samsung and they checked the product, and they analyze the screen many colors are coming, and said that mother board was problem, but they are not informing to me, discuss themselves, and ask to change the settings, and use to view in normal tv mode instead of hdmi mode, and use the product in this mode, then y should i buy this, i dont know what to do next...
