Hello friends.,

I took samsung j7 mobile from universal within 5 monthns it's got charging problem then i went to telangana, hyderabad customer service but they are really stupids and i don't know how company gave them jobs as support but that people behaving like as owners and talking in very rude manner also they doing damages to our batter like accessories so again they are not resolving our issue and again they raising one more issues to customers what is this hell till i am not getting that point. I bought samsung mobile that's mistake i did and created punishment myself why these people don't have any heart and frankness chee chee god never leave them he will punish them very hardly... So please frends dont believe this company support people...

    Back side camera pictures are too dark where as this was highlighting feature of s8. Finger print scanner does not work properly. Automatically scratches are coming on screen whereas phone is always covered with original samsung flip cover. Edge screen lighting is also not working. I had visited your service centre & registered complaint [protected] however they refused to replace the phone and just offered a repair. 20 days old phone with so many problems is not acceptable for me so i either want a new sealed phone or want a refund of my complete money. I have also registered my complaint with national consumer helpline with reference 495482. Post which i registered a complaint on their website however no response from them

      Sir i have samsung washing machine model no.-wf8550nma/xtl have noise issue sounds like generator i complaint on customer care on sept. Picked from samsung service center kaiser electronics patparganj delhi -92. I have pay rs 7055 against bill cash receipt no. 4922 dated 5/09/17. Detail of spares they change drum, 2 bearings and seal. After few days the same problem comes again than i complaint on samsung customer care on 22/09/17, 26/09/07 and 27/09/07 the engineer from service center comes and visit the machine is taken back to service center for re-repair on first week of october than return washing machine after few days the machine is working ok... But after 15 days the same problem comes again i complaint than engineer visit take video as i complaint on 4/11/2017 after than i got message from samsung on 06/11/17 that your unit need to pick and repair at workshop but no response from service center after many calls and reminder the position is same no one is taking any action against complaint kaiser electronic or samsung only harassing the customer. I am chasing like mad for my complaint but no response from samsung. I request you to take necessary action to resolve my problem if not than i will not suggest to buy any product in future of samsung...

        Have ordered a mobile samsung c7 pro on november 13, 2017 from estore. According to tat, it should be delivered within 4 days, however, product is not yet dispatched by samsung even on 4th day and there is no update on that as well. I called customer care, but they also not have any info. And no one is providing any information. My ordered id is[protected]. Please ask them to dispatch my product, as i have already paid rs 21758.

          I have log a complain on dated -31.10.2017 case#[protected] but till now my issue not resolve,

          This is very worst service.. No one confirmed the status, technician say part received but he found defect when he is on the way..

          Call centre saying that part not delivered.

          Plz resolve the issue otherwise i will choose other way to solve my issue.

            Hello,

            Samsung is cheating me since last couple of months by killing my time and energy in useless talks and not replacing the defected part of my led tv
            I had left with no other option but to get the help of consumer forum.
            My complaint reference no.[protected], where i am connected with rohit majumdar whose job is to misguide customer and force them to settle with whatever he wish.

            I have bought samsung smart tv with below details
            Model no. Ua46d7000lrmxl & serial no.20003zeb900521b

            My tv has suddenly stopped working and after complaining for several months i landed up with solution that the tv cannot be repaired as company doesn't have the part been manufactured now so there is only one option of getting refund of tv which is just 10% of the total value. When i asked how the depreciation % has been calculated there was stupid answer that it is confidential and cannot be disclosed. I don't want refund of tv as the amount is good for nothing i cannot even buy remote control of my tv in this nominal amount given to me. My tv should be repaired as i cannot afford now to buy such expensive tv again which has such a short life.

            If you can give better solution it will be good for both o[censored]s, else i will have to move further in legal actions soon against samsung and rohit majumdar as any day i will be given better option then what is given to me right now by the court of law.

            I am requesting again to look into the matter and let me know what really samsung can do for their customers apart from cheating and being rude to them.

            I am purchase samsung galaxy on nxt of 4th of oct 2017 in never mind offer after one month my phone screen is damage in accident than i m reach to authorize samsung service center but service center told me that your phone is not under the Samsung never mind offer

              I purchased samsung j7 pro mobile from bajaj electronics, attapur, hyderabad on 4th nov. Paid rs.20900 for the same and within 10 days, its display has gone and i am very sure that there is no damage done by me even by mistake. Service centers refuse to replace the display stating it can happen by mistake without knowledge of the owner but comes under damage and i have to pay. After visiting 3 service centers, finally i had to pay and get it replaced. One of the customer support engineer told me that they are getting minimum 3 cases per day which are similar in nature. Its product fault and customers are suffering. Samsung service center at nanalnagar told it will cost 5800, another branch quoted 5000. Finally, i had got it done from madhapur branch at rs.4554. Same display replacement costs differently at samsung authorized service centers.

              Does Samsung representatives call from [protected] number? I just got a call and the person was asking me for my bank debit card details stating I will get the refund for mobile 17999 plus the repair charges and he told me that the mobile cost is only 17999 and the shop people have taken excess amount from me. When I denied giving bank details over phone, he started telling me that only i will call from Samsung, if you dont give me your bank details, you will not get any calls anymore and no money. I really doubt that it was a call from Samsung.

              My mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Invoice number for the charges taken for repair is HHPH30801718. I don't think they have given me any reference number as such. This invoice is from samsung service center at Madhapur. I tried asking manager contacts when i visited nanalnagar service center, but the representative told me that manager is not picking up the phone, after some time, they said manager is out of country. Because of these suspicious statements, i visited other branches and finally went to madhapur branch based on advice from samsung representative Akbar who works at Bajaj Electronics, Attapur branch. He himself checked the mobile and told that its not damage and it will be replaced under warranty and asked me to visit madhapur branch.

                I bought a samsung refrigerator 3 years back, and from the very first year it is getting malfunctioned every year. Same machinery part is failing over and over again and in fact that part is not even covered under warranty, so as a result each time i end up paying a huge amount for that part. This is really frustrating when you invest so much money in a trusted brand product and it does not even last for a year and also fails to perform repeatedly. This is about the trust that my family members have in samsung as a brand, so could you please take care of this and get us out of this mess? Still it is not working and i am not filing any repair request until i hear from you. I do not expect to spend that much amount on repairing of a newly bought product.

I am continuously following up with service centre and customer care but no solution has been worked out. There is sweating of moisture due to poor insulation but samsung is not ready to take any responsibility towards its poor workmanship. Requested to pl resolve the issue.

                      Problem is not resolved and technical team of Samsung finally says there is no issue in refrigeratora and condensation on the outer surface is normal phenomino. I wish the Samsung should follow the zero defect policy and understand and admit its poor workmanship. Regret to say this is the last product of Samsung I have taken and never suggest anybody to go for samsung product. For existing consumers...all the best !

                        My mobile display was damaged and given to service centre on 17/10/17 but still no updates are there and service centre guys are misguiding me. They have taken rs3000 in adv. I registered complaint on customer care on monday n no is [protected] on 13/11/17 but no solution is received. It's really bad that a reputed company is misguiding their customer

                          Hello i am useing s8 plus i have purchased this phone before free mounts my display was not working so i had visited samsung service centre to ask about it they did just ignored buy saying its normal wil go in some day and did not made my job card, after few days, accidentally my phone from my hand and my display is not working and irs broken i asked service centre to replace my display in one time replacement in 990 they are not ready to replace it they are telling me to give 20000 rs for display, i have used all high end phone of samsung, this display is too costly, my phone is still in warrenty i want it to be done in that offer.

                          I had purchased a Samsung LED TV on 1/3/2017. Now some blue lines are showing in screen. I had complaint the customer care [protected] and engineer visited and told panel is complaint and that need to be replaced. Since warranty is there I told for TV replacement. But they have ordered panel without my consent. Please intervene for TV replacement.

                              I have purchased samsung front load washing machine and afterward after requesting for installation
                              One of your engineer came however he didn't know about proper installation and failed to provide demonstration and he simply said call senior engineer.
                              Then on same day i requested for senior engineer call then on next day when engineer came i told him to fit rat shutter then he told me it's useless part and don't fit it when i further insisted he told me why u want to fit it it's not needed then i told it's for rat prevention then he told me in such small place why rat is going to come (I am surprised!!!) then i told call ur senior person i[censored]r not able to fit it then he started giving excuse that i need to rotate machine upside down and then it ll get scratched then u should not blame me then i argue don't you have proper technique to fit, i[censored]r not competent enough then don't fit or call ur senior then he starting abusing me and told call yourself and muttering with abusing language gone out.

                              Looking with above senario samsung failed to provide proper service twice
                              After trusting your brand and looking at past record of purchasing refrigerator mobile 2nd washing machine i hoped i will get same service but you failed to provide customer service and top of that your service engineer using abusive language is shameful act which represent hopeless attitude towards customer.

                              I hope u ll take care of further process and kind attention towards my complaint.

                                Hi i got the mobile 1yr 6 months before. All of sudden pink line is seen in display. But i never dropped my mobile down. I enquired about this on internet. There are more customer who as the same problem.in the same side. So i came to know tat this is manufacturing default. So samsung should do necessary steps for the s7 edge customer.                                   I bought the samsung j7 pro before two months. Last week the display was white at one side of the mobile, but all other options were working properly. Slowly the white screen become multi-color and it spread across and display is completely gone. I gave my samsung j7 pro to the samsung service centre and they are charging 4700 rs, thought it's in warranty period and was saying that display will not be covered in the warranty. There was no physical damage. Not even a single scratch and it's purely the manufacturing defect or the product quality issue. Why should i pay for this issue? I called the customer care for more than 7 times and they responded saying they escalated the issue to the higher official and they will get back to me. It's been 4 days no-one contacted me and i am following up daily but there is no improvement in the status.

                                  Still i didnt get my mobile back from the service center too. I would recommend people not to go for samsung and get frustrated like me. : (

                                    My name is yash dubey. I am using samsung j7 since november 2015. Recently, on 9th november the display of my phone stopped working and i took my phone to the samsung service center on 10th november. They changed the display of my phone and returned the phone back to me on 11th november and charged rs. 3900 for the new display. They didn't give me any bill. They also told me that the new display comes with the warranty of 1 month.
                                    But on the very next day i. E. On the 12th november, the display again stopped working. I took my phone to the samsung service center on the 13th november and since then they have not repaired my phone and they keep delaying it.
                                    When the amount was not paid they repaired the phone within one day but now that i have paid the amount and it is in warranty they are delaying it.

                                      I purchased samsung washing machine on 06th november 2017, still the demonstration and installation is not done... I have complaint samsung customer care 2 to 3 times but the answers given by them are not relevent.
                                      Once an engineer has visited my home to installation but he didnt install and demonstrated washing machine and updated his status on samsung that he has demonstrated and installed washing machine. Such a worst experience with samsung... I never have expected from samsung like this.
