I have complained that my microwave was not working( copy of receipt attached). the complaint was handled after 4 to 5 days after calling customer care number of times. the technician visited my home on 12/11/2017. he looked in such a hurry. first he told just because the few auto cooking display were not working it is not heating. before opening the oven it was heating but it was taking very long time but one he starting pulling the wire it started not to heat at all however the plate the rotating. he was not sure what he was doing and constantly asking his supervisor. first he told that he wanted to take display with him and after that he started to say that he wanted to take the heat assembly with him. seriously it seems to replace all the oven but to repair it.

    Last month i have purchased a samsung galaxy j7 prime for 15000 rs. The phone worked fine for 1 to 2 weeks. But after that suddenly the phone started leaving harmful rays which directly affects eyes, face and head.

    I can't use the phone after that even for 5 minutes. I tried several times but everytime my eyes got bloody red and head started burning just in 2 to 5 minutes o[censored]sing phone.

    My 15000 rupees get wasted now. I also made a complaint to their customer care but they don't give any satisfactory reply.

    Never purchase any samsung product. They are cheaters and big fraud.

      Hi team i have purchase samsung galaxy a8 in reliance digital in december 2016.in my mobile right corner display colour is changed automatically first it was half inch spot after 3 days it was spread out more than 2 inches. When i visit samsung service centre in guntur brodipet area they are saying it is physical damage. I never drop down my mobile no pressure also on mobile how can it comes in physical damage. They are asking rs. 7000 for repair. Is this your service to customers? I want my mobile need to repair or replacement. Hope you can understand.

          Hello,

          We bought
          Samsung device name
          Samsung 28 l convection microwave oven
          Device model ce1041dsb2/xtl
          On sept 27-2017 on flipkart in big billion day sale.
          Within a month its power went down and stopped working completely.
          After this when contacted customer care several times, they informed service centre of kharadi pune to look into matter.
          Service engg sharad came and verified the flipkart invoice took photo of invoice and checked microwave and said he will come second day with a component which had to be replaced.
          We said ok after that i received a message saying my request is caneelled as service engg said customer not at place. I got shcoked and called customer service they said service engg said so then i told them he did visit and said will come with component.
          After that noone came again i called on number provided by samsung and service engg said send invoice on my email id as your flipkart invoice is invalid and not accepted by service centre.
          I said hows that possible i will send you email. But he did not gave any email id. After calling customer service they again said we will send engg tomorrow like this happened for couple of days. Sefvie engg never came and kept informing service centre he did visit and matter is solved.
          Then we realised this is same engg who came for tv repair and asked us i[censored] repair from samsung it will cost u 30k and if i will do it it will cost you 10 k. We dint entertain him,. Now also he intends same.
          Again service centre manager said same and issue didn't resolve.
          Since three days service centre said engg has left will reach in a moment. But again fake promise and they cancelled my request without my concern.

          Now i have lost so much money, mental, emotional and physical energy behind solving this.
          And i see customer service and service centre both are involved and dont care in customer care as they have no losses. And black mail by service engg that showing anger of not taking his personal service he not giving samsung service for which he is appointed.

          I want refund of this product. I want samsung take it return and give me my refund.

            I had purchased a samsung galaxy s8+ phone on 25 july,[protected]. At the time of purchase, there was an ongoing offer:

            1. Refund of emi under no cost emi option within 90 days
            2. Cashback of rs. 3000 on registering the hdfc credit card on the samsung pay app and a free wireless charger by september 30, 2017.

            The "terms & condition" document clearly states that the samsung pay cashback should have been credited by 30 september, 2017 and the samsung official website stated that the emi interest cashback would take no more than 90 days to be credited.

            I have reached out to the helpdesk numerous times and i have not got an answer regarding when the cashback will actually be credited. All that i was told was to wait for 90 days and the amount would be credited.

            I had spoken to mr. Pradeep on 1 nov who stated that i would receive a call back by 4 nov, it didn't happen. I had spoken to ms. Lizie on 4 nov, she told that she would get back to me by 10 nov, it too didn't happen. Nov 10, i spoke to mr. Bala, who assured me that he would arrange for a call back from his manager, it didn't happen as well.

            Prior to all these calls, i had spoken to ms. Lizie multiple times over the last two months and she too told me the same thing which was to wait for 90 days.

            Now they want me to wait for more 25 days. As a consumer, why should i wait any more even after having all the documents.

            Request you to please look into this issue and help me get the refund

              I'm a frequent customer to reliance digital since past three years.. I bought a samsung 32inch led tv 32fh4003 on 11/09/16 worth of 22k with the product warranty of one year since i'm a regular cust they were not offerd/suggested me for an extended warranty.. Within a year issue with the led panel which tested by samsung engineer and he claims panel has to be replaced by new one cost of 12k due of 1 month warranty extended against complaint no action taken comp num [protected] reg wit samsung cc but no action taken by them.. I trusted the brand name called samsung but not even a year it's sustained..in that case i could have choosen some other brand like china/korean made which gives 3-5 years without giving trouble still runs.. Considering the 1 month warranty extended arrive can be done by free of cost but intention is to earn money not to serve good service to people. Kindly look into this issue and sort it out asap

                I bought a samsunh a5 2016 in march 2016 and the phone was handled with a lot of care but since the past few months it has been problematic.. It gets switched off even at 50% battery indicating that the battery wad decective.. Such an expensive phone dint even work for a year.. And now the battery jas swollen up.. Its so dangerous.. And my money has gone waste.. This means samsung uses cheap material.

                I can never connect to the customer care .. the service is soo poor .. a 30k phone doesn't even work properly for one year !!! This is hoe cheap materials samsung is using !

                  I have given my samsung s6 edge for minor slim slot repair n the samsung service centre guy named ashraf has broken the mobile touch while repairing n now it cost 10k for new one. They asking me to change it n now they saying they are not responsible. How ridiculous they are talking. Manager sridar has no sense in talking wit customers being working in serice sentre. N i'm raising serious complaint on this issue. I need my mobile in same condition as how it was earlier. Now they have broken my mobile touch

                  Thanks for responding to my mail id, However This is not fair in what you and your team has been concluding though after several reminders that they have not informed me that the glass may get broken. if at all they would have informed me that touch glass would be broken. yes, i agree they don't know till they open the mobile but yet they should have informed me that "if at all while repairing the mobile if they found display as repaired one then there may b chance of getting broken" this statement this should have informed me prior, then i would have been in my risk . but they dint informed me this thing they informed me only regarding back panel might get broken but they dint informed me anything regarding touch and display. now they have broken touch and also camera clarity not working properly. i need them back in same condition how it was earlier.

                    I bough my new samsung c7 pro mobile on oct 14, 2017.
                    My mobile phone got shut down while restart and never came up since the day before yesterday night.
                    I visited my samsung dealer today around 2 pm, samsung smartplaza in chrompet, chennai and he routed me to samsung service center in shunmugam salai, tambaram stating any issue 14 days from purchase has to be handled in service centre and this issue should might need a flash and would get fixed in 20 mins if i go there.
                    At samsung service centre in tambaram which i visited on my way back home around 2:30pm the service person push some buttons to try rebooting and said he can't fix this unless he opens and removes the battery and since he doesn't have the parts he can't take this up for fix. I was asked to go to velachery service center which is 1 hr from here in a normal traffic. I was then asked to call up 1800 support and get a resolution and he can't do anything further.
                    I called up 1800 support and the person spoke to the service person in tambaram on my phone and updated me that there is some financial issue between this service center and head office and hence they can't take my request for processing. I was asked to visit velachery branch. I asked her then why do we have a service centre there to just fool customers. And since he mentioned about parts replacement i even enquired if this product which is around 28 days since purchase has any issue which they are hiding from me. She dint give me a convincing answer and finally ended up saying i'll get a call back from her supervisor within 4 hrs. I never got the call till now.

                    I understood that this is my problem as a customer am the one who always have to take the hit and companies which are liable to fix issues end up not taking responsibility and make the life of customers hell. I then decided to visit velachery service center.

                    After a long wait with many customer with some problem or the other in their mobile, one gentleman took my handset and connected to the power cord and did some magic pressing a combination of 2 buttons which he said should been what these customer care or service people should ideally have done at the first place. My mobile was back up running and after testing the charging process for few minutes he returned my mobile back.

                    Time was 7:30 pm. I lot almost a day and energy because of the dumb employees samsung has in their customer care and service centre and with their internal problems with finances.

                    I still did not get a call back from the supervisor and nor did anybody care about my ticket registered with samsung. But am happy my phone works and would ensure i won't give any positive response about samsung customer care or products to anyone, instead i would make sure whoever approaches me are alerted of the pathetic support you have.

Directed to go to service center which instead of taking repair of handset advised customer to change the router at his home to rule out its involvement in non-recognition of wi-fi. Router changed and reported to support center through mail which remained mum for a substantial period. After expiry of warranty period support center advised to handover the handset to their authorised service center which estimated cost of repair to the tune of one-third of hansset cost. That too denied cost-less repair means consumer has to pay for repair of defects reported within two weeks of purchase.
                      Deliberately, samsung entertained complaints after expiry of warranty period and denied costless repair for defects reported within warranty period.

Further service center informed that handset might have mother board problem which they will replace once i transfer all the data and rule out router problem if any

                      one day in sep 17, call came from mr abhishek of samsung that mr vikas has been changed and now he is in place to take care of my handset problem . He advised me handover the handset to service centre m/s deepak telecom at khar west mumbai

                      handed over the handset to service centre and sent mail to abhishek.[protected]@partner.Samsung.Com and cc to deepaktelecom.[protected]@gmail.Com, deepaktelecom.[protected]@gmail.Com

                      remained in touch with me abhishek who twisted the matter saying the handset is out of warranty. Only one answer came that handset need repair costing around rs 15 k which cannot be covered in warranty as warranty period expired.

                      Fact must be appreciated that how much my time, energy, efforts and money spent during last 14 months and i could not get solution till date . All efforts costing around five times of the handset cost have already been spent without getting any support and solution from samsung
                      matter is raised for design defects since purchase of handset well within warranty period, seeking refund of handset cost plus harassment cost which must be five times the handset cost

                      i did not get refund/replacement /repair till date.

                      I had forwarded the consumer forum mail to customer support, the same reply came that their management has given the best solution to go for paid repair.
                      Samsung is not discussing /deliberating on the fact that problem had been reported to CEO/customer support within two weeks of purchase and the issue had been kept alive till now .Once when their advice can=me to handover the handset within warranty period, I had presented the handset to service centre wherein it was advised to change the router at my home for one of the problems reported and then report. After changing the router and agin referring the case through mail, they did not reply for months together and when reply came to handover the handset the warranty period was over.

                      whatever delay occurred it was die to mishandling the case by customer care, all mails are witness and can be attached if required.

                      pl take up the issue or advise alternative action to get justice on the matter

                        I have bought a samsung j7 pro mobile on 10/09/2017. I have faced a problem in a mobile. The mobile was not power on and was not charging. I have went to service center there they told me if there is a problem in mother board or other parts in mobile means we will repair it.. Otherwise there is no replacement on phone.

                        I am not satisfied with service the mobile. Kindly replace my money or replace me the new one.

                            I bought samsung j7 pro in aug 2017 and it has stopped working, i went to customer care center where i was told that screen of your phone is damaged and will get changed and for that i will have to pay. I asked them please show me where it is physical damaged the could not satisfy me as there is not a single scratch on my phone. I was asked to contact customer care. I wrote everything to customer care, i got a fixed reply not any solution, it compelled me to write you about my problem. Sir i am attaching pictures of my device and even you will not find a single scratch on my phone. I am a very old customer of samsung products and always rely on samsung quality. I trust you will provide any solution of my problem and help me out.

                              Hello, i had given my handset for repair, they said they will give in evening or tomorrow but its been 8 days still no reply from the service center. I have facing some problem mention. I would to like mention some problem. 1. First problem i can't open the phone. 2. The application could not work properly. 3. A spot was occur on the top of the screen.

                                  I had purchased one samsung galaxy j7 max having imei no [protected] two and a half month back from a retail outlet in bhiwadi (Pin code-301019). I have been facing multiple technical problems in this mention. I would like to mention few problems here in.
                                  1. First one is the one of the oldest problem of samsung phone that it gets hanged for no reason.
                                  2. Moment i am on one call and finishes one call, it get hang and i am not able to dial another call for next 10-15 sec. It shows remark program isn't responding.
                                  3. It automatically changes number saved in name of one person to the name of other person.
                                  4. So called finger sensor available in this phone automatically deletes updated fingerprints and i am not able to use finger sensor for unlocking my phone.
                                  5. Once if you have finished any call and want to type any message then it will take about 10-15 seconds for opening of keyboard.

                                  These are few major problems which i am facing continuously. I am feeling cheated after purchasing this phone. Please help to get my money refund or change this phone if you can assure that i will not find same kind of problems in future.

                                    I have purchased this phone in jan 2016 and 6 months back iit had issues of charging and they have repaired (Pin etc) and charged me around rs. 2000. Now again same charging and i went to nearest customer service center and handed over.
                                    Then i got a call from service center and they said battery need to be replaced and taken rs. 2000 approval from me. After 2 days they came back saying battery is not available, you have to contact customer care. They are washing thier hand.

                                      Respected manufacturer,
                                      I bought a mobile handset having model no.- sm-j700fzkdins (Serial no.- rz8j60c7afw-[protected]) on the dated 26/06/2017 and problem took place in charging which was certainly the fault in manufacturing.
                                      I had given it to the service centre : [protected] p. G. H. Marketing at new chowk, japlinganj, ballia-277001 on 28th of october, 2017 and they promised it to hand over on the last saturday (04th of october) but they didn't do so and asked to come on 10th of october, 2017. Befpre going to the agency i got confirmed through the customer care in this regard that service centre is ready to hand over.
                                      Again i found myself helpless when they refused to hand over by calling me again on monday (13/10/2017).
                                      Many more new contacts are there in my phone and i feel miser on myself.
                                      I do hope your company will take prompt action and will make sure for the better service in the both aspects product and service as well.
