Dear team samsung

This is in regards to my samsung s7 edge which is few months old.
I have been quite loyal to your brand and expect a favour this time.
Thr was no screen replacement offer when i bought it but i was hoping if any exception can be made.
Also initially my phone battery use to last for more than a day and now it discharges in few hours only.
Request you to kindly help me with that too,

    Hello i m continuing with samsung product since long period of time but this time i had experienced a worst and very bad response from the executives and manager of samsung service center situated at hariniwas circle thane, as i had purchased a samsung tab a 3 months before and my charger is not working properly it takes 10 to 12 hours to charge the tab and still i get 30 to 40 % of charging also if i move the product during charging it activates and deactivates, hence i decided to move on to service center, when i report there to the representatives about the problem they said that they have to replace the charger bcoz its in warranty period but they dont have the stock of charger so he asked me to wait for 4 working days, i asked them that how could i use till date than i got an answer that "ye aapka problem hai usme hum kuch nahi kar sakte"than i said them that my child is addict towards tab for playing games so pls make some options than i got replied "itna hi nahi agar aapko replace karwana hai to abhi aapko aapka handset aur charger yahi drop karke jaana hoga fir aapko call ayega tab aakar apna tab aur charger lekar jaana" than i replied "this is rediculous why should i drop my handset as there was no issue i said ki main bahar se naya charger leleta hu aur tab use karta hu jab aapke pas charger aajayega to mujhe call kardena main receive karlunga than they said ki" aisa nahi chalega aapko handset aur charger sab yehi drop karke jaana hoga chahe kitne bhi din lage wo humko nahi malum aur tumko kuch problem hai to jaake company ko complaint karo hamko dusra bhi kaam hai ek customer ke piche itna time barbaad nahi karna hai, tumko charger lena hai naya tab lena hai jo karna hai karo lekin humko pareshan mat karo aur jo ukhadna hai ukhadlo call center me call karo company ko mail karo ya company ke naam pe complaint karo humko jo karna hai hum karenge"
    Jab maine ye sab baate sun to fir maine without complaint launch kare waha se apna charger aur handset lekar chala aaya, ab agar mujhe company ki taraf se positive feedback nahi milta hai to main definately us service center ke against police complaint file karunga aur hosaka to samsung company ke naam pe bhi case file karunga,
    Qki insaan agar koi device purchase kart hai to wo apna paisa dekar kharidta hai naaki warranty claim karne ke liye beizzat aur time waste karana kisiko pasand hai
    Koi logic hi nahi hai boss ki mera charger kharab hai to main handset bhi jama karke aau i have other options by purchasing another charger
    Ye to zabardasti hogai ki pareshani uthao so pls resolve my problem if possible nahi to chahe kitna bhi aur kharch ho lekin main inlogo ko nahi chodsakta

    I have complained about charging issue but in centre they don't take it seriously they call me 4 times but didn't solve my problem. they said the charger fault in charging lead but didn't change. I think they are corrupt and also show bad impression on customer. I want to change the staff of service centre of auraiya 206122 complain no [protected]

      I have purchased a Samsung printer with the trust that it would provide services within 48 hours of complain. The printer got problem within 6 month and it is under warranty . When I called the customer care they have continuously postponed the date and when I requested for refund there is no reply from the company once complain was placed 2 months ago the engineer did not even touch the product and said its working fine . after that the same problem persisted and the company has postponed the date of complain from 18th of October and I did not get any result.

        I purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge last year on[protected] after that few days ago my s7 edge screen broken. Then the people at service center said i need to pay screen cost + service charge approx rs-16000
        So why do i have to pay service charge? Total 16k only for screen replacement is it worth it?
        Generally other phone screen replacement cost is about rs - 5k-6k but for s7 edge 16k is too expensive.

          Hello sir
          I purchased new samsung mobile note 8 on 26 september 2017 from a samsung dealer at ahmedgarh (Punjab)-148021
          At the time when i visited to samsung store samsung promoter boy tell me about the offers of free wireless charger and screen protection scheme (By paying rs 999 at the time of service).
          I liked samsung offers and new note 8 so i decided to buy this phone.
          Same day i purchased it with attached invoice at last.

          Samsung boy and samsung dealer clicked the selfi with me to promote samsung products and viraled on social media. I felt very happy.
          After paying i told samsung boy to fill all documents to avail all services and schemes and i told him to let me know all about conditions and he told me nothing. He opened the box and copied all necessary data in the new phone from my old one and insert a sim (Out of my three mobiles) in note 8 and told me that i have done all my process and you would got a call from samsung and yours wireless charger would be delivered on yours adress after 15-20 days. He didn’t tell me anything more about it. I don’t know which number he had registered.
          After one month i visited many times to this samsung store to know about my wireless charger but they always told me to wait for some time because no nobody has received it yet...
          But now when i forced to tell me the reason for delay then they told me that i can not avail any schemes because of change one of my mobile sim from note 8 to another one. I liked note 8 better then i phone 7+ so after two days i inserted my personal number [protected] in note 8. Any samsung staff did not tell me about the condition that the number which has been inserted in new mobile slot is compulsory to use in same mobile. No body did not tell me about any boundations. I didn’t know any thing about this.
          I’m a reputed businessman in my region. I purchased samsung mobile first time and i have always used i phone since my childhood and i’m using three mobiles with different mobile numbers now days. I am using my new note 8 mobile as a priority with my personal number [protected]. Where is the fault of custmor who paid rs 70, 000 on a samsung product and he used it as his requirements.
          Who is responsible for this
          . Samsung promoter boy (Who did not know his responsibility regarding his customers and did not told necessarily to me)
          . A samsung dealer (Who’s stores reputation effects after such incidents)
          . Samsung company (For that types of conditions which are meaningless)
          . Or a innocent custmor who spend a huge amount of rs 70, 000 for a new mobile after impress samsung offers.
          So pls tell me why i have to bother for any others negligence rather then i have paid for all services.
          I don’t know about yours conditions but i know i have paid for it and i have purchased samsung note 8 with all free gifts and offers from samsung that they offered me before i have purchased it. I have right to avail this.
          When if you know that i have purchased new note 8 with valid purchase invoice then why samsung company can loiter to full fill there promises. All mobile numbers till now i used in note 8 [protected] and [protected] both are my numbers and i’m using these numbers since last 5 to 10 years. These both mobile numbers and a valid purchase invoice should be sufficient to samsung to avail all my pending offers.
          So pls send me my pending vouchers for which i already have been paid as soon as possible or pls tell me what i can do for it.
          I will wait for your kind reply.

            I have a samsung galaxy j5 phone which warranty over on 30th sept 2017.
            Yesterday when i open my back cover of the phone for sim replacement i found the battery swelled. I contacted samsung customer care but they told me after warranty no part can be replaced by company. Here ids one question to be asked to samsung, the battery swelled only in one month or it take more time.
            If the battery damaged gradually it means the battery is defective because the battery began to damage in warranty period and why cannot i claim for a new battery replacement for free??? Kindly respond to the matter. I feel scared to use the samsung mobile now as i read samsung battery exploded.

              Hi team,

              Last week i purchased samsung fridge and we informed them it is giving high sound in the back on the very first day but no one from samsung has visited to our home for 1 week. Below are the fridge details. Once they came and opened the fridge, there is damage to the pipe inside and they are saying its rat cut but there are no rats in my home.                 Dear concern,
                Earlier also i have requested for solution of my complain no [protected]. After that
                One person has visited my home from samsung today but unable to give any solution. As he was not having any information regarding the availability of parts broken in service center. He is asking me to wait for another 20days for the solution which is really not acceptable at any means. My defrost button and freezer door needs to be replaced. Also unable to provide any sltn for overfoaming. So kindly take the matter on priority basie for solution. I am not able to use my freedge without this freeger door. And without any solution of ovrfoaming. Kindly resolve the issue. Requesting ur kind cooperation.

                  Please be informed that i bought a samsung mobile metro 350 on 25th october 2017 from najafgarh delhi (Archit communications), which went blank after hardly 4 days o[censored]se and when i approached the seller i was advised to be in touch with the service centre of samsung who eventually directed me to hcl services ltd situated at c-5, 1st floor, main road, janakpuri, delhi - 110058.
                  This service centre advised me to come the next day and also said that problem might be related to sim card and returned the set. But when i changed the sim same problem recurred. So, i again visited the service center next day and they checked the mobile and said it’s a software related problem and they are loading the software and after struggling with the mobile for more than 2 hrs told me to submit the phone along with the original receipt and asked me to bring the packing of the mobile so that they can replace it and gave a receipt to that effect. So i revisited next day (Viz., third day) and a young lady at the service centre assured me that next day i will positively get the replacement of the said mobile and i should come at 11a. M. So i revisited next day (1/11/2017) at 11 a. M. As advised, on reaching there a man shouted at me to come at 4.00 p. M. And i was annoyed told them to resolve the matter now as it is not possible to come again. Then a man came to me and snatched the receipt given by the center and on questioning his rude behavior identified himself as the manager. When i asked them this is not expected from a service centre of reputed company like samsung, the manager of hcl started abusing and threatened "do what you can do, call the police" and announced to the staff that no one should entertain this man.
                  Now they have my phone, all invoice, service report, packing etc. I am a sr. Citizen and a retired govt. Official and still in shock and surprise from such behaviour of samsung india’s authorised service centre namely hcl services ltd situated at c-5, 1st floor, main road, janakpuri, delhi - 110058.

                  We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                  As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                    My name is sajal garg and i bought samsung galaxy s8 mobile on 15th july 2017 using hdfc credit card because there was cash back offer of rs. 3000.

                    I registered with the same hdfc credit card which was used for purchase with samsung pay as per the t&c's.

                    It's been more than 90days, since then, but neither did i receive any confirmation from hdfc on my cashback, nor did i received it until now.

                    When i contacted customer care they are illogical excuses, like merchant has not issued them & i should contact them etc.

                    I would like to know, this was a hdfc offer, so why should i contact the merchant on this?

                    This is very bad from hdfc's point to keep ignoring there customers & harassing them like this.

                    This is also against the honourable supreme court ruling in one such case.in view of the above, my request is to not only refund the cash back immediately but also compensate me for the mental trauma i have suffered through.

                    My name is Arnapurna moharana and i bought samsung galaxy tab S6 on 3rd August 2020 using hdfc credit card because there was cash back offer of rs. 2000

                    I registered with the same hdfc credit card which was used for purchase with samsung pay as per the t&c's.

                    It's been more than 90days, since then, but neither did i receive any confirmation from hdfc on my cashback, nor did i received it until now.

                      I had purchased a note 8 in which i am facing issue in charging phone, contact list opening etc from the the beginning but no service centre including ceo department is giving any resolution rather than taking extension from last 15days. Samsung claims high charging which is slowest charging phone on the earth. Battery drainage etc is the bigest issue.

                      It may happen but level of taking care of problem arrived is worst. Whenever contacted customer care it was worst.. Reference number is: [protected]. If samsung person can see the status how worst treatment is being provided by them. It's shamfull.. People should not by samsung phone worth more than rs[protected]. Apple is good where post sale service is fabulous..

                        I have purchased a 49 inch led tv with model number mu 6470, this led has a smart card support with airtel. I have purchased a cam card from airtel and the same was installed in sep'17, however from 30-oct-17 i am not able to view the channels in my tv and post i got the same checked by the airtel digital tv team i was informed their is an issue with the cam card slot of my tv and it needs to be checked by the samsung team. I have registered a complaint regarding the same with samsung customer care with service order number [protected] and i got a message on 31-oct-17 that mr. Kedar singh with mobile number [protected] will be coming for the resolution, now i am writting this mail on 1-nov-17 and no one have turned up to even check the issue. I have also made a call on number [protected] which happens to be the landline number of the service centre but i was again redirected to call mr. Vijay on [protected] but he is also not answering my calls.

                        I would request to please help me in getting the issue solved as i have purchased the tv because of the brand name of samsung but the kind of support i am getting is making me think that my decision was not wise.

                        I hope this mail is written to the concerned person or team and the solution is provided to me at the earliest.

                              I had lodged a complaint iro my samsung refrigerator, purchased by me on 26.12.14, at a cost of rs.65000.00, at your toll free number vide service request number - [protected]. The problem was that the refrigerator had stopped cooling completely. Your service technician mr ashok (Contact no. [protected]) made a visit to attend to the complaint on 21st oct’17. He informed us that a certain part had become faulty and would need to be replaced. He took some snaps of the faulty part and sent them to his superior for assessment. Al the time of leaving, he informed us that some sensor had gone faulty and if it was available in the stock, it would be replaced otherwise the fridge would be declared as irreparable.
                              After a few days, on 26.10.17, i received a call from your representative (Tel. No.[protected]), informing me that the refrigerator was no longer repairable, since the necessary part could not be replaced. He further said that the value of the refrigerator had been reduced to rs.36000.00 and the same would be refunded to us. I told him that the refrigerator was fairly new, since it had been purchased less than 3 years back, that too at a rather high price of rs. 65000.00. I was shocked that such an expensive product of samsung, a supposedly international brand, could be so flimsy that it would breakdown completely within a short span of 3 years. I was even more shocked at the value he had placed on the product. I therefore asked him how such an expensive refrigerator would reduce to the value of zero in matter of 5 years. He simply replied that this was the company policy and had nothing to add to this.
                              I said that i was in no way satisfied by the manner in which my service complaint was being attended to and that i would like to receive a mail informing me the complete details of the part that was no longer repairable and how the value of such an expensive refrigerator had been arbitrarily reduced to a paltry amount of rs.36000. He said that he would revert to me shortly.
                              I, then, received a call from him on 27.10.17. This time i got to hear something which was even more ridiculous. He informed me that no written communication can be sent in this regard and these matters can be disposed off only through verbal communication. I said i am dealing with a company which is said to have a high standing in the world of home appliances and also happens to be an international company, how on earth can it refuse to communicate with its customers. He simply retorted that this was the only offer he could make and i would have to send my documents to him to process the refund.
                              I then said that i would like to communicate directly with the company and asked him to provide me the email id where i could do so. He refused point blank to give me the same.
                              I am deeply pained at this high handed, inappropriate and distressing treatment that has been meted out to me by your personnel. Not only is it a reflection on the abysmal level of servicing being provided by samsung to its customers, but is also a sad commentary on the quality of products being sold by you.
                              I wish to state that i am in no way willing to accept such a shoddy handling of the complaint. I am writing to you in the expectation that my grievance is redressed in a manner befitting the name and reputation that samsung claims to hold in the market today.

                                I purchased a 43 inches tv, model no. Ua43k5300 from vijay sales, linking road store on 29th october 2017. The tv which was delivered the next day at my residence came in a faded torn crumpled packing. On installation, the technician realized that it was faulty and the display was a merged picture. He took away the tv.
                                The next day after a lot of follow up another tv was delivered. Today we are again facing issues with the tv. The images get blurred for a few seconds and then focus into images. The viewing on sd channels is pathetic with fudged images and there is no sharpness and clarity on hd channels.
                                A customer on purchase of a high end and highly priced product looks forward to having a great viewing experience with his family. Unfortunately for me purchase of a samsung tv has turned out to be a traumatic experience. Is this what is being offered by the korean industry to the indian consumers. Their website mentions that their innovations will transform the consumers’ lives. We the consumers certainly did not expect it to transform our lives adversely.
                                Morever their installer mahesh +91-[protected] was not ready to accept the fault. He also bullied us into buying a hdmi cable and took 850/- in cash promising us that it would enhance the viewing experience. Alas it was just the opposite.

                                Request your personal intervention and instruction to samsung team to change the tv and deliver a fault free tv at my residence today. Irene. [protected]

                                  This is to bring to your notice that i am a very loyal customer of samsung and have been using almost every gadget of samsung for past 10 years.

                                  But this time felt like cheated and harassed for the very first time by samsung mobile unit. The story goes like this:

                                  I pre-booked samsung note-7 last year in the month of august as i was so very excited about the phone and was already using note-3 and was looking for an upgrade.
                                  Unfortunately the phone had problems and it was not delivered to me and i was forced to buy galaxy s-7 edge without any benefits on 4th sep-2016 as i have been very loyal to samsung and never wanted to shift but for sure disappointed for not getting which i had been waiting for almost 6 months.

                                  Although i had compromised with my choice but still since i never wanted to leave samsung so tried adjusting with the phone i bought. Now suddenly in the month of november 2016 i got a mail from samsung stating that all the customers who had pre-booked note-7 which could not be delivered and bought s7 will be given some benefits like free bluetooth and vr and one time free replacement of screen at the cost of inr 999/- so i also registered for the same and was happy with the compensation given.

                                  Since i have a export business so i had to travel abroad to african continent in zambia from 9th aug 2017 to 15th oct 2017 where my screen got broken and i started searching for a service centre to get it repaired, and to my utmost surprise there was not even single centre to get my phone repaired and was not left with any choice other than wait to come to india to get my phone fixed.

                                  When i came hear and tried contacting the service centre i asked them to change my screen under the offer of one time replacement @999/- for which they refused stating that the warranty has expired. I tried explaining that the offer was given to me in nov 2016 which still has time but they said that the offer was only valid for 1 year from date of purchase and then i told them that i was not in the country and where i was did not have any service centre and just to get my phone repaired under warranty i would have not come back.

                                  Still nothing happened and i placed a request with samsung care online to get my phone picked under the same scheme which in turn was checked and confirmed by an executive that the offer was valid on my phone for one time replacement and i was quite satisfied. The next day the pick up happened and in the evening i received a call again from the service centre that the offer is not valid on my phone and the screen will get replaced on chargeable basis. I was shocked to hear this and was wondering what has happened to samsung that for such a small thing they trying to harass a customer for no fault.

                                  I again registered a complaint with samsung cc team for a resolution and i was told to wait for 48hrs for a resolution. Surprisingly even after 72hrs when no one came back i had to again call back to check what was happening and that is when i was made to speak to a supervisor who then asked to write a mail on this id for further resolution.

                                  Now i want to request the samsung team to look into the matter and provide me with an amicable resolution for the same as i have been suffering big time because of this continues harassment being done with a loyal customer of samsung for no fault of me.

                                  If required i can provide you with my travel tickets of the said period and considering the fact that the country where i was did not have a samsung service centre and i being a loyal customer i bought the phone when there was no offer and it was given late to me in the month of nov-2016 the case is requested for an exceptional approval under the same scheme of one time replacement of screen for inr 999/-
