My washing machine drier was not working. I called the samsung customer care and they took my complaint and sent and engineer next day. Engineer saw the drier and told us that the cover of the drier is broken and is to be replaced which will cost 1500 rs total. We saw the cover and found it absolutely alright. Nothing was broken. We told him but he talked very rudely and said that without changing the cover the drier is not going to work. We did not found him convincing and so we told him that we will tell him later. He took 250 rs for doing nothing and went. Next day we called a mechanic and he told us that there is no problem with the cover only a wire is broken. He fixed it in 2 min and charged only rs 100 and cleaned the drain as well. So either the engineers of samsung group are not qualified enough to recognize the problem or either they are doing it purposely to gain extra money. But they should not forget that people are not so silly not to be able to distinguish between a broken cover with that of non broken cover.

    I was using samsung a7 was stolen from my pocket as i was standing on a red light. I wa son my scotty.. After few seconds i checked it was not there.. The incident happened around 7.50 am on 09.10.17 i. E monday... The shocking incident was my phone was on till 02.00 pm and it was being answered by the theif but he was not speaking any thing... I instantly called pcr to write my fir.. And i was told to do it online and i submitted the copy of fir nearest police station. But till my phone was on no action was taken up by the police so i am little disappoint. The incident happened in pitampura police lane 110034 delhi red light.

    We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
    As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

      Samsung service centre shillong mai mera microven bina thek kiye de diya or 3000 rupees bhi le liye. Or ab refund nahi kar rahe. Mere pass bill ki orignal copy miss place ho gayi but iski picture hai. So plz meri complaint hai li metd 3000 rupees refund karye. Jab maine manger se baat ki toh woh bade batimizi se manna kar diya hum refund nahi karenge aap jayeye consumer court. Unhone ek bar oven tek kardiya bolke wapas bhi lar diya tha but uska problem solve nahi hua. Toh maine wapas service centre bhej diya microven. Ab bolte hai thek nahi ho sakta or mrre 3000 rupees bhi wapas nahi de rahe.

        Bought the mobile phone 45 days back. Yesterday morning colour patches were seen on the screen. Samsung service centre was approached and they said that this is not covered under warranty and would be charge rs 5k for repair.
        Atrocious behaviour by the company's service centre people and call centre people / supervisor.
        They have no courteousness in attending to the call in a fair way. No one on the earth would damage the mobile on their own and go to the service centre for repair.
        The mobile supplied / purchased should be a low quality product and hence this damage is coming up within such a short period of time.
        Recommend to shut samsung in india who are taking so many customers for a ride with poor quality products / sercvices.

        I have an imported TV. I need some service for it. I am not able to understand why the same person is charging differently depending on the place of purchase of my TV.
        Parts can cost me more but why the cost of person coming to check.

          Hi,

          I have bouvht this samsung galaxy note 8 handset on 21st sep 2017 from neeru enterprises sec 18 noida which is a samsung retailer and on 22nd i noticed my battery is draining very quickly. I contacted samsung executive on the store and he himself did some checks on my phone and told me yes there is some problem and told me to monitor battery usage. On 27th sep my phone got auto off wbile i was on a call, i conta ted samsung echat executive he told me to press power and volume key for 15 seconds and my phone got on. Then i visited samsung service center and my pain started. They submitted my phone for doa check and next day they told me phone is working fine. I thought lets complaint about this on customer care they after 2 -3 days they ask me to submit the phone again which i did. After 2 days i called them and ask for my phone they told me they are using my phone for servuce center calls and it is working fine (Data off, edge lighting off, every feature off) then i conatcted cc again then escalated the issue to some higher department from where i got a call on 6th oct from some senior manager who after listening to my problem told me to get back to me in 15 mins but never called back. After that i got my ph back on 10th oct. Problem is as it is. Now nobody is lizteninv and i am feeling cheated for 70 thousand rupees.

            I have just purchased and received from you. Its discharging within 10 mins when i attach my any one mobiles by one at a time, so i confirm that it is inferior quality or it is a duplicate device, and it is not useful to me, therefore please call back the same device from my end and return my total amount immediately.

            For your suggestion to grow-up your business please avoid this type of frowardness with any genuine customer in future.

              My phone in warranty period though bought from dubai but display is flickering automatically without any physical damage
              Samsung being a global brand expected it to look into d matter but i was told a charge of 15000
              Manufacturing defect then to i have to pay doesn't appear sensible
              Had it been any physical damage it would have been my responsibility
              But manufacturing defects should be addressed unbound by the place of purchases

              I bought samsung c7 pro on 20 th September. But the back key of the phone is not blinking from 6th oct. Sometimes it blinking and sometimes it doesn't.I visit customer care of midnapore town twice but thay cannot solve it out and refuse to exchange with new one.

                I have bought a new samsung evo micro sd card from dealz cart
                It costs 898
                It contains two micro sd cards
                1. 128 gb samsung evo
                2. 64 gb samsung evo
                These cards are not working properly
                From the day of delievery
                So i request u to refund my money and take these sd cards back as soon as possible
                And please refund my money
                Sir, rs. 998 is a very large amount for me
                It takes me 3 months to collect this money
                When i orderd you i was very happy to order these sd cards
                But when they deliverd to me
                I saw that they are not working properly
                They get formatted automatically when i saves my data into these sd cards
                I have lost my very very important data by using these sd cards
                Sir,
                I am not satisify to your product
                So please take it back
                And refund my money
                Or raplace these sd cards with a new one

                My refrigerator is faulty since the date i have purchased this. I have filed so many complaints regarding that. Your engineers visit my home and found that there is gas problem in the fridge. But the problem still persists, coz nobody comes from company either to replace product or to fill the gas in the fridge.

                  It has been a few months that this problem is continuing. I don't know why my storage is full. I've deleted so many apps, still nothing has happened. There is this 'other' category which i don't know about. Pls tell me what this 'others' contains because i've searched my phone several times but i haven't seen anything other than my photos, videos, audios and other apps. I've attached an image too.

                    Hi all,

                    I purchased samsung s7 edge. And i received a defective piece. They just replaced the piece but not tranfering the offer. But here my question is by looking the offers we will buy the mobile. Receiving deffect piece is not my fault. It is company in capability to deliver defect less products. And still fighting for this not at all bothered by samsung.

                    Sadly the 2nd time received mobile also defect piece. And the samsung managaer now said that we can do doa now as we have done it already. So doa replacement also there is restriction.

                    Hi friends please do not trust the samsung services never buy samsung worst brand and poor services (Iphone is top class compared with samsung). They are simply cheating the customers, they do not follow minimum process. What ever they replied above is complete fake. They have no taken any action on this case. I just lost simply 50900 rs by purchasing samsung s7 edge. They are not even responding me. I tried many times just my time is wasted no solution from last 7months.

                    Shame on samsung products and services. One person in the samsung is not responding. Exclusion team (Sangeeta) and services centre people like manager is just lifting there hands buy saying any we replaced the product na... But the replaced mobile also not working properly.

                    Still trying buy expeting response. But finally lostvthe hope.

                    It is really bad from your side. What ever the information you asked i shared in the proof documents in the attachment.

                    But still you are not responrjding to me. It is annoying.

                    Samsung is saying zero percentage on emi. It is completely wrong, they are giving cash back as interest only. But on the interest there us previously service tax and currently gst. Which are not giving.

                    I am paying mobile cost plus service tax and currently gst. So it not zero percentage emi. Please refer below attachments.

                    Hi friends once again for remaining please do not trust the samsung services.                       I have received a mobile phone from flipkart on 4 th september. My mobile set is samsung galaxy on 8. After using 25 days my mobile battery was not working properly means it decreses powers so quickly in about 5 hours and the entire mobile set is became very hot it cant touchble. It was so embrassaing that it is now only 1 months and i have those problms from samsung phone. Plz do something

                        Service is very worst... I have bought tv and i received delivery for the same on saturday 4th oct 2017 but still your technician is neither visit nor contact us... I was calling to your customer care continuously for 2 days... And i experienced some executives are very arrogant and not serious about their duty and situation just spoiling the corporate image of samsung india...

                            Good day,
                            I deepak goel had bought a fridge on[protected] from shilpa agency, ambala cantt, haryana. From past many days i am facing problems with the fridge as it is not working. So i had registered several complaints regarding same at samsung service centre situated at prem nagar, ambala city on following dates:
                            1st complaint - 27 sep 2017
                            2nd complaint - 04 oct 2017
                            3rd complaint - 10 oct 2017
                            The reply i got on 27th oct was that sir your complaint will be resolved in one day & there after nothing was done.
                            So i again called the service centre
                            Same thing happened second time aswell. So finally i decided to visit the service centre & what i get to hear it just #.
                            There is a staff member there named: mr. Jatin
                            When i asked him about the status of my complain, what he tells me is just great:
                            Mr jatin tells me that they don't have time to repair my fridge.
                            Then when i asked him what does that mean, u r suppose to help me get my fridge working, he says something that is just great.
                            Mr jatin tells me that "do what ever you can, we will not repair your fridge.
                            I was so shocked to see the behaviour of a staff member of a service centre.
                            Really amazed by the service provided by samsung service centre, prem nagar, ambala city.
                            I hope samsung finds some time to check on their staff attitude n teach them some sense of talking with the customers.
                            And after that if possible, do something about my fridge which at the moment is a useless box for me.

                              Am once again going through the harrowing experience with regard to the samsung s7 edge after the screen replacement at my cost for the self-damage caused. The following are the details with attachment.
                               after many promises for replacing the screen / refunding the cost of the mobile – the screen cost it has taken almost 3 months for samsung to get back to us and stating that the replacement is not possible and we have to repair the mobile at our cost.
                               we have replaced the screen at our cost of more than 15 k and got back the mobile delivered on 01.03.2017.in this period of almost 6 months we haven’t used the mobile.
                               the new screen was replaced and the mobile was given to us on 01.03.2017 with only 3 months as guarantee period, however you have promised to give an additional guarantee of 3 months since the mobile was not used for almost 6 months.
                               the screen has started flickering again without any mishandling from our end and it was taken to your nungambakkam service center for the screen repair / replacement.
                               as per your own version we still have one more week for the additional guarantee provided by you orally.
                               mr. Anwar the floor manager of your nungambakkam service center is asking for a mail approval from your side for the additional 3 months guarantee committed by you orally for which you haven’t sent a mail.
                               we have tried contacting you from samsung service center nungambakkam through mr. Anwar for which he replied that you are very busy and i have provided all the details to him which he promised to get back to me and still he hasn’t got back to me.
                               i have tried your land line no with your extension and the call was not picked up and it went to voice mail in which i have requested you to call back which has no response till date.
                               there is no response for the mail sent to your chairman / managing director desk also which is quite surprising!!!
                               please note that the mobile was purchased on 13th july 2017 and in this 15 months the mobile couldn’t be used for 6 months for want of screen replacement, so actually we have used the mobile for 9+ months only with one screen replacement done at our cost due to our mishandling and non availability of screen at your end and now again am facing a problem with the flickering screen
                              I don’t want to dig into the past for which am feeling cheated even today and want a positive response from you for the commitment of three months additional warranty for the mobile screen as promised by you.
                              Hope you would give a positive response this time at least.

                                Hi i am writing this letter as i am fed up of samsung pathetic service. I purchased an samsung s7 edge and had a pink line issue during my warranty period but my issue was resolved by coustomer service executive by pressing the front camera. Now i am facing the same problem again and the service center is asking for 16000 for screen replacement as it is out of warranty. They sell a flgship phone and due to cheap products and manufacturing the product doesn’t even last an year & it is a problem in more than 60% of s7 edge phones. Please tell me what to do now.

                                I posted a complaint on Oct 10, 2017 regarding my Samsung S7 Edge Pink Line issue, and an executive (Ankit Singh Ph:[protected] from Samsung Mobiles India called me to resolve my problem and assured me within few hours I will get another call from someone who could actually fix my issue.I got a call after 2 days from another executive (Pradeep Kumar, Ph:[protected] Ext:- 9680 ) and he told me to visit Samsung Service Center and call him so he can talk to concerned person at the service center who could fix my problem, so I did the same but the contact number that Mr. Pradeep Kumar gave me always seems to have a busy line & contact number of Mr. Ankit Singh is always on voicemail.To clear my doubts I also went to the service center but they are also not ready to help and they don't even know how to talk to the customer.
                                I am helpless and saddened with the fake promises of Samsung and will never ever purchase any product from Samsung or wont even suggest anyone to go for Samsung cause of the ill mannered staff they have who definitely don't know how to talk to a customer.

                                I got a call from Mr.Pradeep Kumar once and was disconnected before I could even pick up and later I was notified via email that I didn't pick up the call.
                                The Email Stated :-
                                "Dear Mr. Rai,
                                Greeting from Samsung!
                                This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung handset.
                                We are trying to do contact with you in your provided contact numbers ([protected]) however numbers are not reachable.
                                We would like to request you kindly provide alternate number with your Convenient time (Business time) so that we can do contact with you regarding your concern."
                                I think every one at Samsung is fooling & misleading the customer cause I don't think it should take 4 days (Excluding Weekends) just to contact the customer or just to look upon the concerned matter.

                                  I am writing this complain with extreme disappointment. The after sales service of samsung led televisions is pathetic and horrible in india. My led televison was not working properly and hence i took the service of samsung service centre to repair my led t. V. They took rs 8, 235 from me for a t. V whose value is 11000 in the market right now. The t. V it worked for 3 hrs and it stopped working. I have lodged the complain to the customer service of samsung since 15th september and i have called them 100 times but they are not resolving my issue. I want my money to be returned back to me if my led tv cannot be repaired. It is my hard earned money otherwise i will be taking legal action against samsung and i will sue samsung in the consumer court and i am very serious about it.

                                    On 3rd of oct, i have registered a complain (# [protected]) with samsung customer care about the gas leakage problem on my split ac (1.5 ton) purchased in april, 2016 but got the warranty extended till april 2018. On 5th oct one engineer from a service centre visited my place and checked the ac, as per him, condenser was required to be replaced, which is still pending, i call samsung everyday and they only send a reminder to the service centre but no engineer from sc calls or turns up for replacing the condenser??

                                    This is a big question mark on the service & support a customer expects from the samsung???

                                      Yesterday i called samsung customercare again and the executive connected me to the team leader who kept my call on hold and spoke to the lady who was supposed to call me and gave an assurance that i will get a call back by yesterday evening.                                       As usual i did not get any call from that unprofessional lady. The fault is not hers. But the company gives the employees such freedom they turn unprofessional. She gave me an extension on her table 1647 but never did she pick my phone. Are these the professional ethics of a company supposed to be of repute. I would have sacked such persons if they cause harm to companies repute. Even after telling her that i am planning to lodge an fir, she is so careless
                                      Any how i have lodged an fir as it has caused lots of health problem to me and loss of my business. I have to provide them with some proofs.
                                      This sunday i will be sending the same to two papers and other social media. Dont blame me later. I only had a problem of my phone calling an emergency number without dialling. Other wise it was charging and was working fine. Even today when ever i call the samsung customer service i get an answer my phone was not working what nonsense.
                                      Today also i called and the call was disconnected.
                                      You mention that our letters should be lengthy to gain attention. Then why dont we get an immediate action for lengthy letters. Nobody has time to write lengthy letters. I am also writing to samsung about the efficient work ethics of samsung india. Probably they will feel the pinch and take action.
                                      I still do not have hope but i will keep doing all i will to atleast make a consumer to think twice before investing in a product which has such good response from especially samsung india customer support. And the great wizard mrs. Srijitha who is never at her desk. Last to the team leader who is working with such am effective team with patience.

                                      I have been told time and again Ms. Srijitha will contact me and finalize the issue.
                                      It is 15 days. Now My Patience is lost.
                                      If she is not competent please hand over my issue to a different person

                                      Today already i updated my issues but it so happened as i was speaking to the customer care team and i was escalated to the supervisor level he put me on hold to try to reach ms. Srijitha. As usual she was absconding. Then by a fluke chance, the supervisor mentioned her calling me on 6th. Which is a lie. He said she has mentioned it on my data.
                                      It means she is unprofessional lethargic and also a liar who can manipulate things to suit her convenience. The last call i got from her was on 28th that was a three-way call and she was not interested to hear and disconnected as soon as mr. Anand hung off not able to answer my queries.
                                      How can such women be in the head office? I am also writing to the ceo.
                                      You can recheck the information with mr. Raman the supervisor. He again assured me that i will get a call today which i defended. Once everything comes to papers you can decide on how professional is it to have srijith like people in the head office.

                                        On 10/10/2016 i purchased samsung s7 edge mobile in samsung smartphone cafe located in purasaiwakkam, chennai. Not even a month of purchase, the mobile display got damaged and i had it replaced in samsung service center located in kodambakkam, chennai. They charged around rs.990/- as the display was offered with one-time replacement warranty (Claim no. [protected]).

                                        On june 2017, i noticed my mobile camera was not working properly after installing a software update as it stated _quotcamera could not start close other applications_quot and immediately i took my mobile to samsung service center which is located at annanagar (Near to my home). They took my mobile for service & informed me that they would need to revert the software back to its previous version in order to troubleshoot the camera issue. Next day i received a call from customer center that the camera is not working even after reverting the software so they informed me that the mobile has to be opened to check if any hardware problem and i accepted for it (As i don't have any clue on the issue). Later the same evening i received a call from the customer center stating the mobile seems to have water logged & that has caused the camera to malfunction. I was really shocked to hear the results they told me as i very well knew about ip68 rated s7 edge mobile and it's multiple protective features which had strongly recommended me to buy the mobile. I requested an explanation from the support executive but he refused and requested me to come directly to customer center to discuss on the issue. When i met the executive, he handed me the phone with display screen flickering and he explained that this might have happened due to water log. I was totally disappointed
                                        With the service and i demanded an explanation why the display was flickering now but when i handed over the mobile earlier the only problem was with camera. After so much of argument, he came to a conclusion stating that the mobile was already been serviced earlier and they had not validated the checks properly after closing the panel hence i was requested to take the mobile to kodambakkam service center again to check the issue exists from their end (As no proper service was done earlier).

                                        On 08/07/2017 i took my mobile to kodambakkam service center and handed over my mobile to the f2f engineer (Sivachandran) stating the above issue & camera not working as well (Bill no. [protected]). Couple of days later, i received a call from the customer support stating the mobile had been opened/serviced some where else and the panel was not closed properly so the mobile would not be taken for service. I explained that the mobile was taken to samsung customer center which is in annanagar earlier and told him the above scenario again but the f2f engineer who spoke to me was not kind enough to listen to my explanation and there started an argument. Later i went directly to the f2f engineer and i handed over the job receipt number which was given in annanagar customer center & claim receipt [protected] (Which was for display replacement). After looking into the receipts, the f2f engineer (Rudely) informed me that the mobile cannot be repaired here & i need to call samsung customer support to get this resolved (Which means the engineer was not ready to accept the mobile for repairing nor would provide any alternate solution). After so much of arguments between me & the engineer, i handed over the mobile to him & i informed that i will have this discussed to samsung customer support in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        Later, i called up the samsung customer support @[protected] and explained everything what had happened before and slowly the problem ticket [protected] was prioritized and i was receiving several calls from the customer support. I kept explaining the same situation again & again to everyone who called me from samsung customer support and at last the ticket reached to a decision - making team, there an executive (Jayaram) handled my case. After a month & so, i was convinced & asked to pay 50 of the repair charges so that i would be getting my mobile at the earliest. At last, after so much of consideration that i haven't used my mobile for atleast 5 months hardly, i accepted the agreement to pay it partially.

                                        Now, it has been more than 3 months, i haven't received my mobile neither an update regarding my case. Whenever i called the customer support, they informed me that they had sent a request for a particular part and it would take another one more week to get that done. I even called[protected] and they informed me that they had prioritized my ticket and had requested for an update from the customer center. Now, i have been informed that the ordered part was not available hence the mobile would never be repaired. When i requested for an alternate solution, the customer support executive who spoke to me said that i need to try getting it repaired in chennai bazaar without hesitating (I was dumbstruck). I was totally depressed about the comments & service provided by samsung customer support/center.

                                        Several times i called samsung customer support (Even yesterday & today) and requested a status for my mobile but till now i haven't get any solution for the problem. I tried sending emails, live chat & contacting customer support but i never get a response from samsung end. I feel frustrated to keep calling the customer support again & again without any progress. I have enclosed the receipts which was given to me for the repair. Also i look forward to hearing from you immediately of receiving this mail. I would like this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. However, if this could not be resolved/repaired, let me know an alternate solution at the earliest.

                                        If any of my friends/relatives are planning to buy a samsung product or if anyone ask me about the samsung product which i was using, how could i provide my valuable feedback on this brand. This kind of service set a very bad example & experience to me and i feel very unhappy for buying a samsung product which had given me a worst experience so far. I still look forward to get my mobile repaired since rs.50, 000/- is more valuable amount for me and my family hence request you to take necessary action on this case immediately.
