My parents bought rs.36k tv early august. The delivery was supposed to be 3 days after purchase, but samsung booked an engineer for installation (Fitting stand and plugging to wall - which is done by customers across the world - i own a samsung tv in uk that i fitted on my own) for a day after purchase and then had to wait for weeks together for someone to turn up.
Within a month, the tv is broke and on complaining an engineer was sent in 3 days and now a week and half after they are still waiting for parts. This is terrible service. They should not go through this ridiculous service just after a month of purchase, it should have been as easy as swapping a tv. This is terrible standard of service and i am hoping you sort the issue as early as possible, compensate them for the gross inconvenience you have caused them or refund the value of the tv so that they can go for other options.

    We bought samsung refrigerator just six months back and now new fridge giving cooling issuesafter lot of follow up with the support service three service epngg already tried to fix the issue even pcb part replaced still the problem. Remaina the same i have asked for product replacement as the last option now and save us from further harassment samsung had given the worst experience of life to us we are hoping to either get the refund of the product replacement

      With great disappointment, anger and still some hope i am writing to bring to your notice the horrible experience i am going through with employees of your organisation and retailers your choose to deal with, all in the name of making a foolish decision of buying your flagship phone.

      To begin with, on 2nd october 2016 i bought my samsung s7 edge 32gb gold (Item code-196132/) from croma store (Dt mega mall gurgaon). As per scheme of the store i got one time screen replacement offer within warranty period which i had not use till date. Coming to present time, my mobile screen has broke on 1st october 2017 and i could not submit my phone within warranty period as the service centres were closed on 2nd october. I went to croma store on 3rd october and they refused to accept my phone, as the concerned person was on leave and suggested to contact service centre directly. On 4th october, when i went to the samsung service centre in sector - 15 gurgaon, inspire of admitting to the horrific experience i had, they did not service my phone and simply registered a complaint (Complaint no - [protected]). Till date i have heard from no body, neither samsung nor croma when for no fault of my mine, i am being tortured and deprived of my consumer rights. We have made numerous calls but nobody seems to actually care for their customers.

      I could have shared my horrifying ordeal with my few media friends and they would have loved to take it forward to get me some help at least. However, whjie i still await to hear on my complaint, am writing to senior authorities to look into this matter so that i can utilize my one time screen replaceable scheme. Please understand for you it might be just one customer, but for the customer its their 51 k of hard earned money. Hope some one is listening and will positively get back else i will be pushed to take all desperate measures and at least ensure that i create enough noise around this because it sure is one hell of torture i am being subjected to.

        The phone bearing imei no[protected]/01 [protected]/01 is showing suspicious behaviourand seems to be hacked since the day i bought it. I believe it is a manipulated phone. Request an urgent response as it has serious consequences. The edit button on the screen as well as calls being made from the mobile as well as the torchlight of the phone being switched on despite the phone being switched off is clearly fishy and there seems to be a sustained effort to utilise the phone remotely.

          I had purchased samsung on nxt mobile in july 2017. From starting it is hanging. I have gone to service centre; service centre only upgrade software but right now problem has not solved. It is hanging. I've many times complaint to samsung bt no resolution right now. Request you to pls do action on samsung and exchange my mobile phone. When i press soft key, sometime it is hanging.             I have registered complaint about cooling problem in ref. I was told when i followed to assigned eng. There is a gas leakage problem which was going to attend today. Today when i had contacted thrice with eng he had given another number to contact[protected] to which i had contacted to know the status from branch head santosh verma. He informed me that the part was not available with us and received on the second half and our office timings does not allow us to all the service call to eng after 7 :00 pm. Hence your call will be attend by tomorrow. My only question is that

            Is this is criteria samsung commits if the call is generated a days back and eng are not able to complete.
            Secondly, f1 info services are not having samsung official email ids... Or it is that they are not allowed by them to share if certain query is not been attended by his team.

            I am always fan of samsung products and services but now onwards it makes me think twice before making decision.

            I would appreciate if clarity should be given on the given raised issue.

            Hi,

            The assurance is not subjected to visit, it matters till the time it has not been completed and closed by customer end...I am witnessing the pathetic services where I am following to the concerned engineer and service centre for my complain update and do not getting any response neither of them.The engineer rizwan who attended my complain is not attending my phone call to give me update nor I did received any call from service centre for the update about my call...Can anybody in the organisation help me know what is the TAT for any registered call.

            I request you people do not call me and neither visit as I would go to consumer form to sort my issue.

              Hi,

              My name is hameeda khan from lucknow uttar pradesh.

              I have purchased samsung led tv model number samsung led 32fh4003 on 20th august' 2017 from relainace digital, srs mall, gomtinagar lucknow.

              I didn't get its installation properly. After 2-3 days of pruchase i have log a speaker sound complaint. Engineer visited my place and he told me that there is speaker's manufacturing defect and we must log request for replacement or refund. I requested for refund. Few of your supervisors told me that refund process cannot be done the after 2 days they told me your refund request has been processed then after 2 days they told me that it cannot be refunded you have to take replacement. They were actually not clear what to process and what not to process. Finally when i pressurised them they processed my refund request. Refund got aprroved on 20th sep' 2017. I was following up on regular basic i called on samsung toll free number i. E.[protected] the executive told me that it will get 15 days to get the cheque from the date of approval. I was waiting patiently when i called up on 30th sep 2017 to get the status of my refund request the toll free executive told me that i will get the refund cheque by 5th oct' 2017. Again i started waiting for 5th oct' 2017. When i called on 5th oct' 2017 the toll free executive told me that i will not get the cheque on 5th oct' 2017 as it takes 15 "working" days to get the cheque after date of approval. Why they never told me that it takes 15 "working" days before?

              Why samsung behaves so irresponsible to their customers. I am just fed up. Purchasing samsung is like troubling my ownself. My expereince is really very bad. I will not recommend samsung to anyone else.

                Dear sir,
                Further to my reference number [protected], please note that your service engineer visited on[protected] to my house and witnessed the machine error.
                Accordingly they said mother board to be changed.
                As per my previous complaint register [protected] on 06th june-2017 (Same error), they have taken the machine (1 month in their workshop) and repaired (Replaced balance bush, spring — except mother board) and returned to me with out rectifying the defect.
                Now i feel that you want to change all the parts except the washing machine body. Hence i request you to replace or refund the machine and i am not happy or trust in your service/product. Please advise.

                Today 19/10/2017 they changed the motherboard and 1st trial was ok as usual. my wife signed as satisfied as per their request. Frankly we are not satisfied with this machine and we suffer a lot due to this machine.
                Anyway thank you for your time and hope it will work at least for 1 year. This is for the future records.

                After 2nd repair, again we are facing same problem now. 2 times works normally and 3rd[protected] time went back to ub (photo attached)

                I have purchased samsung galaxy prime on 25th jan 2017 bt with 10month my mobile suddenly stoped working and it is not staraing...

                I have taken care of my phobe very mannare after that it happend..i m very disappointed i have used galaxy y..galaxy j1..galaxy grand neo as well...itz my 5th phone n this had never happen before...

                Feeling very hurt that my brand new phone is not ok n it is not working SANMSUNG a brand is now not as good before...

                  Hi,

                  I had purchased samsung galaxy s8 during an employee sale on the samsung online shop. As per the terms of purchase the device was eligible for a free wireless charger and hdfc cashback of 3000/-

                  The wireless charger was to be redeemed through a coupon code on the 'my galaxy ' app. My device was ordered on 30aug2017 (Order no[protected], invoiced on 19 sep2017 (Attached) and delivered on 21sep2017.

                  Even though i had activated the device on the same day (Within due date of 30sep2017), samsung refuses to entertain my claim for wireless charger stating that the activation date is 30may2017 for my device, which is absurd.

                  I am attaching herewith all the details needed related to my grievance. I am also not sure if i will receive the cashback in the month of nov, 2017 as per the terms.

                  Please look into the matter at your earliest convenience.

                      This prob continued in third time.
                      I am totally upset for purchase samsung on max. Because just 3 days used but touch not worked and adapter not worked. Your customer center solved and touch fully changed. But now every notifications came my mobile screen move to up and down and back button not worked all time home button used. So i am not satisfied used samsung mobile because i am not to feel new mobile so please replace my mobile.

                      Otherwise this news updated all social medias i have facebook account 2300 friends list so please solve my problem.

                        Dear team,

                        I have purchased a new phone samsung j7pro in august 2017.
                        2 days back, when i was working on my phone, the display suddenly had a blue patch at the bottom right corner. As i work in bank, i thought it is a ink pad touch on the phone display and went to my dealer for the liquid to get that ink out of the display.

                        He told me it is a display problem and asked me to contact service center for the same as the phone was under warranty.

                        Yesterday evening, i went to the center. They told me that it is an ink spread problem probably occurring due to hard pressing of display. They were only giving me reasons of how this problem can occur and various reasons. They were not ready to listen to the actual and the real situation in which the phone went to.

                        While selling the phone no one is saying that this this this this this this point of the phone is not covered under warranty. If even the display is not covered under warranty than wats the use of warranty. I don't mind if i had made a mistake while using the phone and something might have occurred. But this is all of a sudden and was not under any pressure. The reasons given by the service center were not logical at all. I being a samsung customer since last 7 years do not understand why such harressment is being done.
                        Please help me repair my display without any cost as the phone is completely under warranty and is not physically damaged.

                            Mobile number [protected] registered in my name was lost at approximately 0920 hours on 04 september 2017 at gandhinagar, gjarat in general area of dps gandhinagar, gujarat. It was being used with phone samsung galaxy a8 imei numbers 353004/07/095895/9 and 353005/07/095895/6. My wife was using the phone and sim. She travelled in uber taxi gj-01-et9749 (Driver mobile number [protected]) from my house in sugad, gandhinagar to dps school.

                            It is requested that a case be taken up with concerned government authorities to track the costly handset by imei and block it permanently. I had purchased the handset on 30/10/15 from samsung it store, sr computer annexe, 37, 38 krishna nagar, mathura vide invoice no 2324. I may be intimated of the success by a call on [protected] or on my mail id.

                            We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                            As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                                I had ordered wireless charger from samsung website "https://shop.samsung.com/" on 31st august 2017.
                                Order id :[protected]
                                I received acknowledgement from samsung on my email that they have received order from my end and i will get the order in 8-15 working days.
                                Till date, i have contacted samsung customer care via phone and email 10 to 15 times and everytime, they just provide same replies that
                                - samsung concerned team will call me or get back to me asap
                                - i will received the order in another 8-15 working days or 7-10 working days.
                                - order is under process and team will call me.

                                However
                                It is now over a month and samsung still dont hesitate to provide same replies again and again but just fails to deliver the product.
                                God knows if they even wish to deliver this product to me?
                                Please help me take some strict actions in this case as samsung has never ever called me once but just says concern team will call me and that wait for another 10 days or so. I dont wish to wait for months here.

                                  I want to say that i bought 64 gb memory card of samsung company... I just tried to copy files from my pc into memory card and unfortunately my all files got corrupted... First it was working well but i don't know what happened... Please do something regarding this... I thought that it is going to be work well but i was disappointed by this defect. I want my full money back...

                                    Its at mahrashtra pune, abhay patil ([protected]) bought on 2014 led 46 tv now there are black spot on screen, filed first complaint on 18 sept 17, engineer visited said screen damaged. Will check for part. Next day he said part not available. Samsung will refund money for tv gave him all docs invoice, id card, addr. Proof, cancelled cheque and waited 7 days called back engineer but the request got closed without my notification or reason. No 28 sept 17 filed new complaint, same engineer same story everyone just say we will help and get back to you no one helped till now.
                                    And i am getting messages from samsung to submit warranty docs which i did to engineer mr. Sharad, maharashtra pune. On 19 sept 2017. Daily calling customer care and asking status they same thing we will help you. And nothing happening further. Now i am not sure who is liar here samsung or the employees of samsung who are talking to me. I bought this tv for 1.40 lakh and now its garbage. I will just wait till current request close from system side once that done the only option left it consumer court.
                                    I was fan of samsung further never every by any samsung product and will ask all not to buy.

                                      I had complaint for battery drainage on 02/08/2017 and service centre replaced mobile mother board and delivered it on 10/08/2017 at 7pm while i was collect my handset the battery remained only 1 percent i could not properly checked my handset costumer care adviced me to please complete charge to ur battery and then check ur handset the next when i was checked my handset it had another problem of display (Display line) and i had another complaint on 11/08/2017 the costumer care officer (Miss karishma) and told me that she will inspect my device and she will give me feedback about my mobile but it was not happened and company had replaced my display device and now costumer care charged for display device
                                      So please check my complaint and give me feedback
                                      Otherwise i will take legal action against your company

                                        Worst customer service by Samsung India, I purchased Samsung TV on May 2016, After call one tech. came to install my TV, since he don't have a drilling machine he went my home without installation and entered in Job card as installed, Then nobody turned up to install. finally after coming from vacation I installed the TV in Sep 2016 with the health of my friend and one carpenter. In June 2017 one small vertical line starts coming in TV and it's starts broadening.
                                        I make complaint to SAMSUNG INDIA, while service order no. [protected], First they assure me to change of panel under warranty later they starts demanding Rs. 30000 for change of panel. I tried to contact Mr. Ghosh service head of RAIPUR SAMSUNG INDIA, but Tech. of the company never provided his no. and told me he never talk to customer in service matter. I contacted each and every person in Samsung, but my issue didn't resolved, finally I lodge online complaint to consumer forum. It's annoyed them and closed my complaint. one tech. in evening informed me that they are going to close my complaint, If you desire lodge complaint again. He also told me that there is no gain in lodging complaint and writing email, Since Samsung is very big company and they are capable to manage everything and everybody including consumer forum.
                                        The behaviour and attitude of Samsung is pathetic, and they are behaving in a manner how 150 yrs. back East India company was doing. How TV turns faulty after 14 months of purchasing and 11months of installing.
                                        I am demanding Job card where date of installation is mention but till today they didn't provided me.
                                        3 days back Hon'ble PM told the nation for stronger consumer protection law but till that time SAMSUNG INDIA torture the customer.
