I went to samsung service centre new krishna park jankapuri new delhi, your representative mr. Shokeen was misbehave with me and also not repalced charger. They told me we can provide token no. Till 6 pm but as discussed in morning they told, we provide support til 8 pm, and they give excuse your charger is damage, we can't replace this but i checked charger is working but slowly.

I have purchased s7 edge on 26th jan 2017 from samsung store. The screen got a crack in june. I enquired about the warranty at the samsung service center and i was told that screen is not covered under warranty.
The charges quoted for fixing the screen were around 15k inr. Please advise, if there is a way to get the screen fixed at lower price?...

I have bought a smartphone s7 edge of golden color few months back. The phone is all good in its features and design but in the terms of qality it is worst. The screen of phone has been broken 3 times and moreover it is too costly. Spending more than 50k on a smartphone and getting such problem of quality breaks trust towards the company. Three days back i bought samsung add wash technology 9 kg washing machine. It is best named as dancing washing machine instead of add wash machine.

Its very hard for me to tell that i am very unsatisfied from samsung, i have raised an issue for receiving defective model since august 07, both through the place i have purchased and samsung toll-free service center nothing has been resolved yet.

It shows how poor is your service handling capability is. Every time i call samsung service center no one speaks in with regards to matter and my concern...

Recently purchased c9 pro smartphones receiver not working properly (Intermittently) while calling, but the same time speaker is working.
We restart the phone it's working after a few calls it's not working... I noted this issue for last few weeks. Now it's frequently... I can't use the phone properly
