Sir, my samsung galaxy grand2 mobile is given to repair with sv problem. Initially asked me it will ready on 03.10.2017. Later on asked me to come on 11.10.17, but till 7.00 pm of 13.10.17 my order was not forwarded. Upon query insulted me, avoiding to provide proper, expedite service, still not given. I am depriving from use of cell phone. Plse action.

    Due to dust in camera of my j7 mobile. And its having warranty period but when i went to samsung customer care at aurangabad maharashtra india i have face so many problem such as the employee of cc tell me that they will not give guaranti of mobile it will be damages while repiring the mobile. Ingact my problem is very small i. E inrespect of dust on camera glass. As well as they told me that samsung have not use god metaril. Gence please solve my problem by any replace new mobilr.

      We purchased the samsung side by side refrigerator on 28th sept, 17 and got the delivery on 9th oct, 17. Since then no one from samsung has come to give the demo. I called the customer care on 12th oct, requesting for a demo, and i was assured that the executive will come to my place within 24 to 48 hrs. No one came. I again called customer care on 14th oct i. E. Yesterday afternoon around 3pm and again i was told that the executive will come on or before 8pm, on the same day. When no one came, i called the customer care to enquire, and the lady on the phone says that right now she came help me as the service executives would have left for the day. When i requested to connected me to the manager incharge, she kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes for a couple of times and later says that the manager is busy and will get him to talk to me the next morning by 10am. No calls from them till now.

      It'll be a week now and no one has come for demo. It's a shame on part of the samsung team. Inspite of purchasing such an expensive product, we are harassed and made to wait for days.

      I hope this complaint is taken as a priority and someone is sent for the long awaited demo.

      No one has come to give the demo . I was told yesterday that a service representative will contact me today around 10am. Till now no calls nor the demo person has come. Infact I called the customer care at 2pm today.

      This is ridiculous on part of Samsung

        I have purchased j7 problem 2oct 2017 and it got started hanging n heating to an extent where it becomes unusable.
        I tried resething it thrice and again same result.
        I visited samsung service centre three times and they're saying the same that they cannot replace it at any cost becauwe it's showing hanging not heating. And said hanging pe doa nahein banta.
        And then i called samsung toll free number and they said co - ordinate with samsung service centre.
        I means what else i have to do for a replacement.
        This phone have issues and my friend using j7 pro and it's working fine.
        Even phone i used in service center is also working fine
        Why the hell i have to suffer.

        I purchased J7 pro on 2 oct and it's start Hanging, Heating, Voice drop etc etc and as per samsung policy phone is going to change within 14 days. And today is 12. I visited service centre and they just said they can't replace.

        I am tired of Samsung's service. Please help me ij this Issue.

          Worst service and worst service office staff

          Tv got delivered on 7th oct’17 and technician came to give demo the next day, he installed the system and did not give demo. He said you should have dish connection to give demo.
          Later tv should connect to my phone and i had issue in connecting and i logged 2 complaints for the same issue [protected] and [protected] but pathetic is no resolution as on date. Based on the complaints raised i got messages regarding service office and tried reaching them the way they were talking to me was intolerable. No one gives right information and till date no resolution for the issue.

            Dear team,

            I am from agra. My complaint is that i bought samsung refrigirator last year in the month of june. Hence its one year 3 months old approximately. But the gas has been leaked in this time interval itself. Dont know from where. The person who came also took 1000rs in cash. And said will come tomorrow to refill the gas. Isn't it ridiculous that in such a small span of time the product gas is leaked out and i have to pay 1000 bucks for the same. Is there no warranty on the product?               Hi

              I’ve placed an order for the note 8 device on the 8th of oct 2017 from samsung online shop. It was stated that the device will be delivered in 2 to 4 days. Its been more than a week now, and it hasn’t been delivered yet. Called up customer care and was told i will have to work this with fedex as samsung has shipped the order and their work is done. Tried getting cancellation details on chat with customer support and the guy ended the chat saying i dont need to worry.

              This is the way you treat people who made a purchase of your flagship device? After such a disgusting experience how would you expect me to have a long term association with samsung. Even after last year’s debacle with note 7 having faith in you guys and you proved it aint worth it.

              Can you cancel the order and initiate a refund for this order? I’m not at all interested in going ahead with the purchase now.

                Dear team, i have give my sumsung led tv 40 j5100 to local service center for repair on 19 jul 17 with advance rs. 4000. They said tv wouldn't be repair due to they couldn't be arrange part and requested to take return with advance amount. I have self arranged same part and said for just install it. They were agreed but after installed it demanding rs. 1100 as service charged. It's totally proud thing because they not intimated before as like charges. Currently my tv in service center. Please take suitable action on this service center. Hope i will be get positive response from yourend.

                  I bought the samsung 32k4300 series smart tv for rs 34000 on 23/12/2016 from reliance digital. I trusted the samsung and its warranty service so much that all appliances including refrigerator, ac, phones, tv, etc., belongs to samsung brand. My tv got cracked from inside without any external visible cracks on 10/10/2017. I conveyed the same to the samsung service center and the technician came to my home for the inspection. He concluded that it is physical damage and we have to pay for the panel cost which is rs; 15750. Then i surfed in the internet and saw some thousands of reviews with the same incidents of cracking from inside which was due to thermal crack not the physical crack. This type of service from the samsung was not that i expected after buying so many products from samsung. How am i supposed to spend another 16k to repair a tv that i bought for 34k without any fault of mine. This is so disappointing for me as a customer of samsung.

                  Here is another update about complaint.
                  Samsung technicians replaced the panel and billed an amount of Rs: 15, 100. This is surely not desirable for a TV that is 9 months old and bought for 34K.
                  Can i expect the reply from the samsung customer care? Its been 2 days since i shared the details required by the samsung customer care.

                  I didn't get any response from the samsung. So this is the proof for why i am very disappointed about samsung customer service. This makes think before buying any samsung product next time. If samsung sees this post, try to atleast respond to our queries. You disappointed me so many times for the same complaint.

BTW i have taken resQ care plan for my TV for 2 years from 23/12/2017 to 23/12/2019. If this plan can help then it would be very much useful.

                    I'm raising this on behalf of the bhosale family as help! They have been reporting and following up with the concerned department for last two and half months. Technicians visited however they were incompetent to resolve the serious product complaint. It is in-built problem of the compressor and the noise (So big noise, that it can be equated to the tractor engine). The details of complaint including video recording has been shared with samsung services multiple times. Every time, the assurance is given to resolve the complaint however nothing helps. Please consider this an escalation and replace the product.

                      Hi,

                      I went to services my mobile phone samsung z1 on[protected], the customer cre executive said, your phone charging port is damage need to replace it will take two days means[protected] i will get my phone. I want[protected] to collect my phone, they said that was not yet repaired another more time needed. After that i received on msg the repair of your samsung product has been completed, ready for delivery. Today i went to connect my phone, your customer care executive said, your phone's mother board is damage and demanding rs. 3000/-.

                      What type service is this?, why they not say earlier when i went first time.

                      This informtion is not reliable at all.

                      We will not purchase any type of samsung product in future and we speard this information all my firends, relateds and colleagues.

                      This companies product is not reliable in any cost.

                        My microwave is in non-working stage from last few days. I have tried to put a service request through the toll free numbers[protected], [protected], [protected] &[protected] many a times. The toll free numbers never get connected even after multiple attempts. Only once it got connected but the executive didn't respond at all. I called the authorized dealer from whom i bought the microwave. They were not even ready to listen my problem, just gave me another service center number ([protected]) & dropped the phone. I tried on that number a lady picked up the phone. I explained my problem to her. She noted down my address. But the her way of response was not proper or professional. Now i doubt whether she will take any action or not. I have purchased a number of samsung home appliances. This is the first time i am in need of service & i got this kind of experience. So now i realized i have done a blunder by choosing samsung. The photo of invoice is attached. My experience says samsung has the worst service in india in comparision to any other company.

                          I posted a complaint on oct 10, 2017 regarding my samsung s7 edge pink line issue, and an executive (Ankit singh ph:[protected] from samsung mobiles india called me to resolve my problem and assured me within few hours i will get another call from someone who could actually fix my issue. I got a call after 2 days from another executive (Pradeep kumar, ph:[protected] ext:- 9680) and he told me to visit samsung service center and call him so he can talk to concerned person at the service center who could fix my problem, so i did the same but the contact number that mr. Pradeep kumar gave me always seems to have a busy line & contact number of mr. Ankit singh is always on voicemail. To clear my doubts i also went to the service center but they are also not ready to help and they don't even know how to talk to the customer.
                          I am helpless and saddened with the fake promises of samsung and will never ever purchase any product from samsung or wont even suggest anyone to go for samsung cause of the ill mannered staff they have who definitely don't know how to talk to a customer.

                            I ordered samsung gear icon x wireless earbuds from samsung official estore on 29 sep 2017 the product was delivered on 5 oct 2017 to me, the product was dead on arrival, and upon contacting samsung customer care they told to go to samsung service center, the service center told i can not provide refund for this and can provide only repair and which will take over a month and wont provide doa certificate either, samsung customer care told without doa certificate we cant do anything so go to samsung service center, also contacted the savex headquarters mumbai first they entertained me by asking all the details then they also said we cant do anything and go contact samsung, right now every concerned authority is making me round and round but no solution.

                              Very much dissaponting camera in c9 pro. I have samsung c9 pro mobile and its front camera is worst camera i ever seened. If two people take selfie 2 nd person become blured. 1st they replace my display and camera. And same problem still having now told me to replace board. I cheked with other c9 models all have same issue in front camera. Samsung says its 16 mega pixel camera even it dont have the clarity of 13 mp j7 pro. Front cam. J7 pro camera is far better than this. Worst phine and worst camera

                                I am totally dissatisfied with samsung, in which i had very high expectation. I always believed in the company product and i used to suggest others as well but after facing so many problems in connection to the mobile phone i bought, i thing i will never dare to go with your gadgets.
                                I had purchased a samsung j7 prime 16gb mobile phone of your company @rs.16900 and after about a month a white spot in the screen was noticed to which the service centre assurred that the display panel will be changed. I hesitated to leave it because it was scratchless and new. Anyways i left it in the service centre in darjeeling and now it has been about 4months. The price of my product fell much and ultimately its not there in production bt still i have not recieved my phone. When i call up they always have a reason.
                                So, its my sincere request to please make settlement for refunding my money or exchange it with another product worth rs.16900 and save me from the guilt of trusting in samsung.

                                    I, swapna joy, a working professional purchased a refrigerator, microwave and washing machine – all samsung brands vide invoice no. 209/17-18g1 dated 16/04/2017. The fridge and washing machine were delivered on 16/4/2017, post which demo was given by company official mr. Suraj (Mob no. [protected]) on 17/04/2017. The microwave was delivered in the month of may and mr. Suraj himself had come for the demo of this product too. During that time, i had raised a few concerns about the refrigerator cooling issues, which he dismissed stating that it was due to the temperature set. The fridge continued to give problems in terms of food getting spoiled, vegetables becoming soggy, milk getting curdled etc. However, being a working woman, i could not afford to give much attention to it and blamed the housed family members for their negligence. A couple of times, when the call centre was approached, i was advised to remove all items from the fridge and freezer, switch off the unit, switch on it after two hours and reload the items after another two hours. I followed these instructions, though it occurred to me that such requirements had never aroused with my old refrigerators (Godrej, kelvinator & lg). Moreover, this was a costlier fridge of rs. 65, 500/- (Rupeessixty five thousand five hundred).
                                    In august 2017, the fungus deposit seen on lemon peels and cheese slices raised my concern. Again a call to the call centre made me repeat the procedure of turning the empty unit off and later reloading it after 4 hours. However i insisted on a technician visiting and thus mr. Eliyas (Mob: [protected]) came on 19th aug vide the complaint raised on 18th aug 2017. He checked and advised some temperature settings and did the needful. However, he too was not sure about the reason for malfunctioning of the fridge.
                                    Things did not move smoothly but this was a secondary concern amidst the other family concerns.in sept 17, i was on leave from 25th sept 2017. When at home, i realised that the fridge was malfunctioning. The non-veg items in the freezer were not getting frozen, ice cream was not being set etc. Food items were getting spoiled and this time i was at home to monitor everything and could not blame other family members. So, learning well that the refrigerator was serving more like a cupboard, i made a call to the call centre on 29th sept 2017. They, as usual advised me the standard solution of turning the empty unit off and later reloading it after 4 hours. I refused to do it and on persistent insistence, the service engineer, mr. Eliyas visited us again on 30th sept 2017. He found that the cooling was not as per the temperature displayed. He reset the temperature and advised us to monitor the same. I started clicking pictures of the food items that got spoiled to validate my claim. Being company holidays on 1st & 2nd of oct 2017, i waited impatiently till the 3rd of oct to make frantic calls to the call centre. However, my concern fell on deaf ears and in spite of repeated calling to call centre, mr. Sukesh yadav (Tl - mob: [protected]) and mr. Prashant (Area manager – mob: [protected]), my concern was not addressed. Because of continuous follow ups for two whole days, finally a senior service engineer, mr. Dinesh (Mob: [protected]) at last landed up on 5th oct at 9.15 pm. The items were emptied from the freezer and the panel was opened. He checked, re-checked and finally drew a conclusion of gas problem. So he changed the cylinder. However, when things did not work after that, he said the valve needed replacement. Since he was not carrying the part, he said another service engineer would do the needful the next day. Accordingly, mr. Vishal (Mob no [protected]) came on 6th oct 2017 in the afternoon and replaced the gas cylinder and valve, after removing all the items from the freezer and opening the panel. These replacements too did not improve the performance of the refrigerator. The display was shown as -23 & 9 for the freezer and fridge respectively. By the next day, the frozen items in the freezer had to be disposed of due to stink. Frantic calls made to the call centre, mr prashant (Who conveniently did not answer my calls), mr sukesh and mr. Dinesh. Mr. Dinesh agreed to come on 8th oct 2017. As promised, mr. Dinesh came by 11.30 and set out to replace the gas cylinder, this time after emptying the whole fridge. He spent 4-5 hours – checking and rechecking. He arrived at the conclusion that power to the fridge was not being passed over. He said that the control panel unit needed a replacement. The said item would be replaced the next day if available or done so when the ordered part would be received.
                                    By this time, the trauma and mental agony that my family members and i faced had reached a peak due to using a samsung refrigerator. Being a working lady, with multi tasking responsibilities, lot of time and money was wasted due to the selection of a wrong brand i. E. Samsung. I called the call centre and conveyed my decision to return the product and take refund. My request was forwarded to the head office and i received a call from mr. Yogesh (Ho - samsung) on 9th oct 2017. I explained the episodes and he assured that he would call back in a couple of days. Accordingly on 11th oct mr. Yogesh called and told me to share snaps of spoilt food items, the invoices, sticker on the fridge with serial number on whatsapp number [protected] provided. Meanwhile mr. Dinesh also called stating that the part for replacement was received. However, i conveyed him my decision for return of the unit and take refund.
                                    On 12th oct 2017, i received a call from [protected] (Samsung ho) stating that they would repair the part and provide an extended warranty of additional 5 more months. A product, which calls for major repairs within 3-4 months of purchase, speaks highly of the functional disabilities. I have no intention of keeping this cupboard (Refrigerator that your company may call it) and make good my loss. For the past one week, i am at the mercy of my neighbours to store some perishable items in their refrigerator. I have lost faith in your brand and products and would be grateful if you could take back all the three items purchased with full refund of rs. 1, 10, 000/- (Rupees one lakh ten thousand only).
                                    Kindly note that the issue was highlighted a fortnight ago and till date there has been hardly any progress. Request you to resolve the issues once and for all within 3 days from the receipt of this mail, post which we will be compelled for another course of action.

                                    Which email id and reference number are you speaking about? Entire details about the call centre communication had been updated along with the contact numbers of the service representatives.

                                    As far as my email id and mobile number, hopefully the same is available in your records. Are there queries being posted just to buy time unnecessarily? Highly unprofessional and unethical.

                                    If a mobile comes from the customer care, you better would know it yourself!

                                      This is regarding my 18 months pending complaint where i had mentioned issues with my led tv.
                                      I have not been provided with a satisfactory response.
                                      The response told by your team keeps on changing every time.
                                      It is to let you know again that effort should be made by samsung and not the customer to resolve the complaint since the the tv is from samsung and the directtv technology is introduced by samsung and not by the service provider. I have tried my best to cooperate with you in this regard but havn't recieved any satisfactory response from any side.
                                      I would again request you to please look into this matter.

                                        I bought a j7 pro from samsung authorized showroom in vazhuthacaud, trivandrum. It's just 20 days old but today when i tried to make a call nothing is moving the phone is still and tried to switch off and switch on but the phone got off but not turning on when the phone battery was 61%. I have taken the same to the authorized samsung service center but they are telling will check the complaint and will try to rectify it. I have told them i do not want to repair my 20 days new phone i need it to be replaced with a new one but they are not helping me in this concern, the service center executive said as per company policy the phone can be replaced only within 14 days once it is sold. So my question is what they are providing with one year warranty. We pay our hard earn money to them and they are making us fools. Its clear cheating. Otherwise it should be informed at the time of purchase that the device which they sell has only 14 days replacement warranty instead of telling 1 year warranty.
