I bought a samsung p780 3 years back i used it for 7 months and then its start giving problem wen contact in samsung service center they told its a software defect and even after serving we cant give u garranty that it will work
I spent 18000 for that phone as a price
It is not a small amount
Now who is responsible for my loss. That phone is still with me. Now where do i get refund of my loss 18000 rs....

I have purchased j5 prime in january and afrer 7 month i was facing display problam so service center changed display but after that i was facing front camera problam and service center replied me we are not taking any action befor 3month of last repair. I had bought a expensive led television with hd features series-6 in the year 2010 from your esteemed dealer croma in mulund mumbai. I page a huge price then and last year the speaker gave away, now the screen is blurred and having lines, your support service is not able to help and with couple of calls to your call centre nothing has resulted. Need immediate attention....

We have purchased samsung j7 pro dt. 26.08.17 and submit for repair on 18.09.17 at ur authorized service centre - hearing world - mgs-23, sec-b, aliganj, lucknow. Set is in warranty period but the service centre claims that the display is damage, you have to purchase the lcd costing 4500/- aprox.
We agree to purchase the same but we are unable to find the set after one week. Service of the centre is very poor and nobody in the centre...

The battery of my device galaxy a5 2016 expanded a couple of days back and cracked its motherboard.
