We are sorry to hear the loss of your mobile phone. As an immediate step incase FIR for the same is not registered so far, we request you to kindly do the same at the earliest to avoid any misuse of the phone and data.
The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

    I received fake call from the no.[protected] regarding free service of ac machine the ladycaller asked my address. She told me for verification of address she needs it. But after
    Discussing with my husband. It is understood, it was fake call of different motifs. My phone no which was given to samsung could was different from this number in which she called. Please do collect the information of the above mentioned number.

      To concerned authority of samsung,

      Could you resolve or give a solution to recurring panel problem with one of your samsung tv model (Ua46d6600). As neither your authorized service personnel nor your call center guys are giving a proper response

      Tv model: ua46d6600 (3d smart tv)
      Bought it on 2012 (Price: 1.35lacs) after 17 months o[censored]sage the panel board had a problem and replaced after spending 35k (The reason behind is it just survived warranty period of 12 months)

      Couple of weeks back there was issue with the replaced panel, only samsung logo was getting displayed in tv when switched on,

      Root cause identified on trial and error basis:
      After booking a complaint, samsung authorized service person did initial checks to identify the rook cause, he diagnosed it as circuit board issue and we were given an estimate of 6k for resolving the problem. He received
      Advance of 2k on the same day and placed order. It was a long wait and he turned only after 10 days (The reason he gave is because of cm's visit there was delay in receiving the courier)

      The next part is even more tragic, after trying with the new circuit board he had no clue of what went wrong and said it was the problem with panel and not the circuit board. All we were given is another estimate of 60k rupees.
      When we ask some questions we should be given a proper response, but that did not happen in any of the event.

      Queries:

      Is your service engineers trained to work on trial and error basis? They don’t have justified answer for any of our questions
      The reason we get from service engineers is more pathetic "all these electronic products will work based on your (Customers) luck"

      Is samsung doing quality test of products at customers money, point here is these issues need to be sorted before launching a product into market

      What kind of experience that samsung is providing to customers?

      Is this a faulty model from samsung and customers are cheated as i could see many post stating the same panel issues with this model?

      Won't the company take any responsibility? Or give us some valid solutions except for selling again and again this faulty panel to us?

      We are not getting proper response for the problem with TV (complaint given in this thread). There is no report or response given for the cause of failure even after multiple examination by your service engineers.
      The only response we get is "your problem is under discussion and our authorities will contact you soon". It would be good if someone could give an ETA for identifying or revealing the underlying problem with this and a suitable solution

        Dear concern,

        On[protected] i had purchased a7 2017 from jasmine infinite ltd vadodara raj mahal road. From day 1 i facing eco sound problem from my oopponent's caller. So i visit samsung service centre. They told me to change sim and try. So i changed and try with another sim but same problem raised so again visited and your service provider told me same story to change sim and also they rub brush below side speakers of phone. This is raj mahal road service provider. So on 4th october i visited gayatri enterprise for same rreason they told me to upgrade my phone if problem resolved then okay otherwise they make it doa. So i told them go ahead. They upgrade and check but problem remains same. So they make it doa and told me samcc will call you to collect doa papers and handset. On 6th october i got call from samcc to collect doa handset so i collect and they told me to get new one from retailer from where i purchased it. Retailer told me that they have no stock it will be stock till monday. So they will provide it me on monday.
        Now my request is that from day one i am suffering from samsung. If i had purchased new one for a reason to use why i have wait so much long to get my handset. If samsung unable to provide solutions fast then give me refund asap.

        Hope you will reply in customer satisfaction as a brand name like samsung.

        Today so many time talk with your customer care your executive they told me to talk with service center for refund process. He gave me service center number [protected]. I talk with service center they give me them mail id. Gayatrient. [protected]@gmail.com. Now please give me my money back as i don't need it.

          I have been using samsung's flagship phone from note 2, then note 3, note 4 and now s7 edge. Problem started from note 4, after an update it refused to boot, as it was out of warranty, had no choice except to sell it for a price of dirt, used it for 15 months. Sold the phone for 4k no wonder the flip cover i had brought for note 4 was for 3.5k. No idea why i went again for samsung and brought s7 edge on 6th september 2016. S7 edge was working fine until 27 august 2017, then it started to freeze and reboot randomly at times when the phone was not at all in use, i could see it automatically restarting while lying in my desk. So i called samsung helpline and made them understand my problem, samsung executive cleared my cache memory and told if issue persists contact them. Handset was fine till september 9 2017 after that the same issue started. As i am working for a for a private company never had any time to go to service center, moreover now the handset become out of warranty. Then i started to get used to s7's behavior by knowing when it will restart so carefully started using it and now warranty was over didn't wanted to spend more money on this handset. Issue become unbearable from 3rd october 2017 handset started restarting every 2 to 3 minutes interval after switching it on from an automatic restart. When contacted samsung help line they readily helped me as my handset was out of warranty now. When told them about this issue, which started occurring when the handset was in warranty, they said they cant help me out. When said i cant go to service center as i have office on saturdays, executive said he can send samsung service center executive to pick up the phone and i have to pay extra for that service. I am in wonder, as this option was not conveyed to me when my handset was in warranty. When the executive came to pick my phone. I. E today (07-oct-2017) i informed him to check the handset as there is no scratch or dent and i need it back as it is, he showed me a pink line on top of my screen which is very hard to see or notice, this pink line was reported to the phoenix mall samsung store (Chennai) at the time of purchase (Didn't brought handset from samsung store) they said it's normal and this pink line was invisible for marathahalli samsung service center as if they are color blind, but while taking the phone for service now they can see all the colors of rainbow lol.

          Wanted to be professional and thought of not writing so long about this incident but couldn't control. My question is, will your flagship phone survives at most 15 months. Your service center people can see problem only when the handset is out of warranty. Being in middle class buying a phone for 50k means a lot to people. Cant change mobile phone for every 12 to 15 months. We expect to have the flagship phone brought from you to run atleast 2 years. I don't want to behave sentimental but wanted you to know the emi is still running but not your phone lol. I need a good resolution or else will never ever think about your product ever neither my family. Moreover this is second incident, didn't react for first (Note 4) thought it was my bad luck. I believe my phone was in warranty when the issue started to grow but nothing much was done from your side so it's your responsibility to repair it at your cost not mine. For reference check my complains using my mobile number, when did i logged my issue. Please don't ask me the incident number and all, i didn't note down as i was frustrated with your handset, check it using the mobile number provided. Hope to see our relationship grow and a good resolution a taken for this issue.

            The after sales service provided by you is pathetic. The amount i have spent is alot and i could have got new product. Completely ignorant and harassing people at machine perfection, vidyaranpura post bangalore. Can't believe samsung don't have there own service center. People are not interested to help and are only after money.

              My new samsung mobile purchased 10.5.17 my mobile warrenty 1 year and accessories 6months warranty... My mobile headphone damage in 3 months... It is my fault???                   I am a engineering student from guntur. I am unhappy with the service i got from the samsung service center. I gave my mobile at service center on 28/8/2017 on the issue of charging problem and battery problem. They told me that they will intimate me furthur. Buy they never intimated me about my mobile service till telephoned the service center and visited on 12/9/2017. After this they apologized and returned mobile on 17/9/2017 and charged rs3700. I noticed the back glass of my mobile was not fixed properly and scolded them and again they apologized and did some adjustments and gave me back.
                  Again after 1 week the back glass was openibg up and charging problem repeated. So, i consulted customer care and failed complaint. So they repaired my mobile and now the vibration feature is not working in my mobile after this repair from samsung service center. I complainted almost 4 times but they ate not responding properly. What should i do now??

                      I hd purchased samsung earphones hs130 3 months back, suddenly one day left side earpiece was not working. I visited nearby samsung service centre at sion circle, mumbai for the same n registered request for replacement on 21st september 2017. A wk later i got sms saying ur handsfree hv been replaced, so i visited the centre for collection n i got shocked as they said the handsfree they received is faulty. I requested them for urgent replacement n they promised me for the same n will call asap as they receive new handsfree.
                      Now its over 10 days for that n still i haven't got their call instead i hv called them quite a number of times, n everytime i called for the status i get reply saying still in process n ask my contact number again n again. I m really frustrated with this kind of poor service. I need an answer from their head or otherwise i'll sue them in consumer court.

                        Purchased a washing machine model nowa90j5730ss/tl. After three washes noticed a dent on the front. Having made a complain it is not dealt properly by the service centre. The engineers came and took photographs and videos also and say we never allowed them to touch the machine. Want to replace the machine as the company offers 10 years warranty as early as possible

                          My parents bought rs.36k tv early august. The delivery was supposed to be 3 days after purchase, but samsung booked an engineer for installation (Fitting stand and plugging to wall - which is done by customers across the world - i own a samsung tv in uk that i fitted on my own) for a day after purchase and then had to wait for weeks together for someone to turn up.
                          Within a month, the tv is broke and on complaining an engineer was sent in 3 days and now a week and half after they are still waiting for parts. This is terrible service. They should not go through this ridiculous service just after a month of purchase, it should have been as easy as swapping a tv. This is terrible standard of service and i am hoping you sort the issue as early as possible, compensate them for the gross inconvenience you have caused them or refund the value of the tv so that they can go for other options.

                            We bought samsung refrigerator just six months back and now new fridge giving cooling issuesafter lot of follow up with the support service three service epngg already tried to fix the issue even pcb part replaced still the problem. Remaina the same i have asked for product replacement as the last option now and save us from further harassment samsung had given the worst experience of life to us we are hoping to either get the refund of the product replacement

                              With great disappointment, anger and still some hope i am writing to bring to your notice the horrible experience i am going through with employees of your organisation and retailers your choose to deal with, all in the name of making a foolish decision of buying your flagship phone.

                              To begin with, on 2nd october 2016 i bought my samsung s7 edge 32gb gold (Item code-196132/) from croma store (Dt mega mall gurgaon). As per scheme of the store i got one time screen replacement offer within warranty period which i had not use till date. Coming to present time, my mobile screen has broke on 1st october 2017 and i could not submit my phone within warranty period as the service centres were closed on 2nd october. I went to croma store on 3rd october and they refused to accept my phone, as the concerned person was on leave and suggested to contact service centre directly. On 4th october, when i went to the samsung service centre in sector - 15 gurgaon, inspire of admitting to the horrific experience i had, they did not service my phone and simply registered a complaint (Complaint no - [protected]). Till date i have heard from no body, neither samsung nor croma when for no fault of my mine, i am being tortured and deprived of my consumer rights. We have made numerous calls but nobody seems to actually care for their customers.

                              I could have shared my horrifying ordeal with my few media friends and they would have loved to take it forward to get me some help at least. However, whjie i still await to hear on my complaint, am writing to senior authorities to look into this matter so that i can utilize my one time screen replaceable scheme. Please understand for you it might be just one customer, but for the customer its their 51 k of hard earned money. Hope some one is listening and will positively get back else i will be pushed to take all desperate measures and at least ensure that i create enough noise around this because it sure is one hell of torture i am being subjected to.

                                The phone bearing imei no[protected]/01 [protected]/01 is showing suspicious behaviourand seems to be hacked since the day i bought it. I believe it is a manipulated phone. Request an urgent response as it has serious consequences. The edit button on the screen as well as calls being made from the mobile as well as the torchlight of the phone being switched on despite the phone being switched off is clearly fishy and there seems to be a sustained effort to utilise the phone remotely.

                                  I had purchased samsung on nxt mobile in july 2017. From starting it is hanging. I have gone to service centre; service centre only upgrade software but right now problem has not solved. It is hanging. I've many times complaint to samsung bt no resolution right now. Request you to pls do action on samsung and exchange my mobile phone. When i press soft key, sometime it is hanging. If samsung will not replace my mobile; will go to consumer court.                                     I have registered complaint about cooling problem in ref. I was told when i followed to assigned eng. There is a gas leakage problem which was going to attend today. Today when i had contacted thrice with eng he had given another number to contact[protected] to which i had contacted to know the status from branch head santosh verma. He informed me that the part was not available with us and received on the second half and our office timings does not allow us to all the service call to eng after 7 :00 pm. Hence your call will be attend by tomorrow. My only question is that

                                    Is this is criteria samsung commits if the call is generated a days back and eng are not able to complete.
                                    Secondly, f1 info services are not having samsung official email ids... Or it is that they are not allowed by them to share if certain query is not been attended by his team.

                                    I am always fan of samsung products and services but now onwards it makes me think twice before making decision.

                                    I would appreciate if clarity should be given on the given raised issue.

                                    Hi,

                                    The assurance is not subjected to visit, it matters till the time it has not been completed and closed by customer end...I am witnessing the pathetic services where I am following to the concerned engineer and service centre for my complain update and do not getting any response neither of them.The engineer rizwan who attended my complain is not attending my phone call to give me update nor I did received any call from service centre for the update about my call...Can anybody in the organisation help me know what is the TAT for any registered call.

                                    I request you people do not call me and neither visit as I would go to consumer form to sort my issue.

                                      My name is hameeda khan from lucknow uttar pradesh.

                                      I have purchased samsung led tv model number samsung led 32fh4003 on 20th august' 2017 from relainace digital, srs mall, gomtinagar lucknow.

                                      I didn't get its installation properly. After 2-3 days of pruchase i have log a speaker sound complaint. Engineer visited my place and he told me that there is speaker's manufacturing defect and we must log request for replacement or refund. I requested for refund. Few of your supervisors told me that refund process cannot be done the after 2 days they told me your refund request has been processed then after 2 days they told me that it cannot be refunded you have to take replacement. They were actually not clear what to process and what not to process. Finally when i pressurised them they processed my refund request. Refund got aprroved on 20th sep' 2017. I was following up on regular basic i called on samsung toll free number i. E.[protected] the executive told me that it will get 15 days to get the cheque from the date of approval. I was waiting patiently when i called up on 30th sep 2017 to get the status of my refund request the toll free executive told me that i will get the refund cheque by 5th oct' 2017. Again i started waiting for 5th oct' 2017. When i called on 5th oct' 2017 the toll free executive told me that i will not get the cheque on 5th oct' 2017 as it takes 15 "working" days to get the cheque after date of approval. Why they never told me that it takes 15 "working" days before?

                                      Why samsung behaves so irresponsible to their customers. I am just fed up. Purchasing samsung is like troubling my ownself. My expereince is really very bad. I will not recommend samsung to anyone else.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Further to my reference number [protected], please note that your service engineer visited on[protected] to my house and witnessed the machine error.
                                        Accordingly they said mother board to be changed.
                                        As per my previous complaint register [protected] on 06th june-2017 (Same error), they have taken the machine (1 month in their workshop) and repaired (Replaced balance bush, spring — except mother board) and returned to me with out rectifying the defect.
                                        Now i feel that you want to change all the parts except the washing machine body. Hence i request you to replace or refund the machine and i am not happy or trust in your service/product. Please advise.

                                        Today 19/10/2017 they changed the motherboard and 1st trial was ok as usual. my wife signed as satisfied as per their request. Frankly we are not satisfied with this machine and we suffer a lot due to this machine.
                                        Anyway thank you for your time and hope it will work at least for 1 year. This is for the future records.

                                        After 2nd repair, again we are facing same problem now. 2 times works normally and 3rd[protected] time went back to ub (photo attached)

                                        I have purchased samsung galaxy prime on 25th jan 2017 bt with 10month my mobile suddenly stoped working and it is not staraing...

                                        I have taken care of my phobe very mannare after that it happend..i m very disappointed i have used galaxy y..galaxy j1..galaxy grand neo as well...itz my 5th phone n this had never happen before...

                                        Feeling very hurt that my brand new phone is not ok n it is not working SANMSUNG a brand is now not as good before...
