I have bought a smartphone s7 edge of golden color few months back. The phone is all good in its features and design but in the terms of qality it is worst. The screen of phone has been broken 3 times and moreover it is too costly. Spending more than 50k on a smartphone and getting such problem of quality breaks trust towards the company. I can not afford eveny a peny to repair it again and now i need a compensation. Really disappointed.

    I had spent 70 k on this failure models.

        Bought samsung 43ku6470 ultra hd led smart tv on 15th aug'17 from reliance digital hinjewadi pune. Tv installed on 19th afternoon. Same day raised complaint. My complaint: when we watch tv from any angle, tv display loses its color brightness, sharpness, contrast. Also, its losing colors intermittently. Samsung. Technician visited the place and analysed & said tv will display pictures like this only from angles. He sent the qna to samsung support & their reply is variation in contrast is a common phenomenon when viewed from angles. 4k uhd tv losing color / sharpness / contrast from an angle of 10-15 degrees is surprising and pathetic. Samsung is not ready for refund or replacement.

          Dear sir,

          Its very hard for me to tell that i am very unsatisfied from samsung, i have raised an issue for receiving defective model since august 07, both through the place i have purchased and samsung toll-free service center nothing has been resolved yet.

          It shows how poor is your service handling capability is. Every time i call samsung service center no one speaks in with regards to matter and my concern over the device. I have purchased 551 liters model, i am requesting for replacement of this fridge or give me an extended warranty of 5 years or to take this fridge back so that i would go buy some other model from lg. The refrigerator i have purchased is not in use from around a month i am using my old refrigerator, since any thing i keep in samsung refrigerator gets spoiled. If it is to be accounted i have spent more on fruits, vegetables breads and juices which after keeping in samsung refrigerator has been spoiled is of more value than the emi i am paying monthly on this samsung refrigerator.

          Fyi, i did have a old refrigerator purchased from lg which is still in very good condition and being used since may-2006. Just as my demand in refrigerating food items has been increased purchasing new one gives me a bad opinion of how worst response is given from samsung on service of its electronics.

          This samsung refrigerator after me purchasing it for rs60270/- is become like a garbage at my home since its not in use, if you want me to make it a dustbin sort of thing for the way its being used your service is responsible for it.

              Purchased samsungs latest flagship phone s8+ edge in june. Exactly in one month the phone dropped first time from a mere hieght of 4 feet and the front screen cracked. The phone had a glass protector and a case too yet it cracked.
              The display is not broken but the front glass screen has cracked.

              These samsung edged phones are very fragile.
              Gorilla glass 5 as advertised is not as strong.
              Samsung has asked me for 1/3rd of the phones cost although they have offered new customers one time glass replacement at rs 999 under the "never mind" offer.
              Is this justified that because of the timing difference i am not able to avail the offer.

              Smartphones drop many times and none of the previous 5 phones broke untill this latest s8+. I still have the s5 and s7 as it is with not a single scratch.

              Customer care can't help forward my complaint to senior executive.
              Says pay what you are asked for. The price is almost 30% of the retail price.
              I asked the customer care to transfer my call to someone in the higher department who would actually listen but to no avail.
              Twice they said your complaint has been forwarded and someone will get in contact but it never happened.

              I have been constantly asking for help on twitter or on customer care.
              Samsung messaged that someone will get in touch with me and the same never happened.
              Have been dissapointed in samsung.

              No one in my family or close relatives would again purchase again ever purchase a samsung phone.

              I really hoped samsung would acknowledge the complaint faced by so many customers.
              Just google "s8+ screen break" or search on twitter "s8 screen break" and see the results.
              Many comsumers are facing similar issue.

              6 years brand loyalty rewarded by ignorance and frustation.

                We purchased a double door samsung refrigerator (Rs554nrua1j) last year by shelling out close to rs 90000. It is less than 18 months now and there is zero cooling in the fridge. We called up the service center and the person in charge tells us that we have to change the coolant (Gas) and filter. Ref service reference no [protected]. The approx cost for this would be rs 3500 and would have to be borne by us as it is outside the warranty period. Shouldn't a refrigerator work without any issues for at least 5 years? If we are facing an issue within 18 months of purchase, can this be deemed as a manufacturing defect? Is this a common issue in this category of refrigerators? If yes, samsung should stop selling these products till they have a proper quality check conducted.

                I do face the same issue with same model (RS554NRUA1J). Called customer service and after frequent follow ups service engineer visited and asked us to shut off the refrigerator for a keeping the doors open to further diagnose the issue and expecting some fuse and coolant change. I asked him what should i do with the stuff in my fridge and freezer.. his reply is that will go waste.
                I had LG refrigerator for more than 10 years with out an issue. upgraded to Samsung and already giving PAIN within in 2 years.
                I see a point that this model has some manufacturing defect with the coolant. in this case, they Samsung should recall the product and replace with a new.
                Now i do not recommend any Samsung products.. very bad ... :(

                    2 times replaced lcd same problem is now after 2 months replace lcd. First lcd change after warranty. 2 months back again fix lcd with full payment. Now same problem in lcd blinking and scrolling black line on the screen. That means i will frequently visit care centre. Samsung care not resolving problems but attempting complain. We are purchasing any products only for warranty period. Pl find out solutions.

                      Never buy a samsung product. Their service is very poor. I have registered a service request and if you call the customer care, they do not have any information like service center number, head office number, supervisor's number or any thing. They will say, we will resolve your complaint as early as possilble, and this as early when come only god knows. If you tell, we want to talk to your supervisor, they will say will arrange a call back in 4 hours, and that 4 hours will not happen even after 48 hours, and the person talk to you will give all promises and none of that will come to reality. For me head office told they will take action against the service center, they are saying lies, part are not there, i am waiting to see what action they are going to take. Some my advise to everyone, is that never buy any samsung product.

                        My mobiles, refrigerator, led tv & other things are belong to samsung, but now i have been cheated buying a samsung evo 32gb micro sd card (Class10). I had bought it online (From ebay), but it did not work or unlock. I have tried my best, took help from teachnician, but none can open it. As per our observation it has manufacturing defect. Can i replace it or get your help please? I will be highly oblige if the company replace the item.

                            I am facing the same issue, I purchased Samsung S7 Edge for 50, 900 from Samsung Store and There was offer for 10, 000 cash back, I didnt receive the cash back yet. I called Samsung and they are not helping and the customer care keeps transferring the call. Check the attached credit slip, It is clearaly mentioned about the 10000 cashback.

                              I brought a samsung galaxy a7 2017 mobile from lulu hypermarket in qatar last month.
                              It costs me qr. 1499 which is equal to rs. 26, 000.
                              I checked in many sites including that of samsung and there it says it has volte support which is required to enable direct sim access for jio network.
                              When i inserted my jio sim, the mobile doesn't support volte.
                              I was having a samsung j5 2016 performing well but doesn't support volte. That is the reason i purchased a new a7.
                              Now tell me what shall i do?

                                I have bought a refrigerator in june 2017 for 69k and now it does not give cooling. This is under warranty and the service centre (Rude people to talk to) tells me that it will take 72 more hours to even align an technician. I had already registered a complaint 12 hours back and told them that this is not working from let 24 hours, yet this kind of a response. Call centre says that due to festivals we do not have technicians available. This is so in professional for a service industry.

                                Really regret buying a samsung product. Earlier product was a hitachi. Service from them was so good and prompt. Sometimes buying a product just based on market position of the brand... Makes you pay...

                                  We have purchased a samsung washing machine on[protected]. The machine was recently not working properly because of which we registered a complaint to harsha udupi on[protected]. The washing machine has a warranty of 10 years. Despite having a warranty of 10 years they sent us a technician who charged us rs.3026. Our question is why should we pay the repairing amount if the warranty period has not expired?
                                  Hence we request you to look into the matter and remburse the amount paid.

                                    Sir/madam:
                                    I have a lot of things to say to samsung, so kindly bear with me and read this carefully.
                                    We bought a samsung refrigerator model rt56 from samsung digital home in dwarkapuri colony, punjagutta, hyderabad, on 24th june 2016, for rs. 68000.
                                    On 12th august 2017 we registered a complaint with samsung that the refrigerator compartment of the rt56 was not cooling effectively, and were assigned complaint number [protected].
                                    This was after my wife and i both suffered a mild attack of food poisoning on 11th august, with symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and headache that lasted a day. My wife pointed out that for the last few days the refrigerator appeared not to be cooling effectively. Over the next 24 hours i used a thermometer to measure the internal temperature several times. The freezer compartment was fine at -20 celcius, but the lower compartment measured 8 to 10 celcius, even though the setting was at 2 celcius. Thus i was able to link our food poisoning symptoms to consuming left over chicken and other foods that had gotten spoilt.
                                    The samsung mechanic who inspected the frij on august 17th found ice build-up in the cold air duct blocking the air flow. He removed the ice and solved the problem, at least temporarily. He said that some malfunctioning part would have to be changed for a more permanent solution.
                                    But what is of serious concern to me and my wife is that this is the second time we have faced this problem with this frij. The same problem happened before in february 2017 – internal temperature going up and spoilage of food. At that time we were shocked to find so basic a problem with a new frij and wanted a replacement. But the samsung mechanic explained that the ice build-up was caused by a faulty pcb, and that once that was replaced, the problem would be solved.
                                    But the same problem has recurred in less than six months. I have had several refrigerators in my life, and none of them until this one has given any problem in the first 5 to 7 years.
                                    We can be forgiving the first time and say that there is a small statistical failure rate that is normal, and it just happened to be in the frij given to us. But if the failure happens a second time in such a short time period, then there is clearly a more basic problem. It could be that this particular piece is a lemon, or possibly there is some design flaw in the rs56. Either way, we don’t want to be saddled with a lemon. If we have spent this kind of money, we have every right to expect high quality and peace of mind.
                                    Kindly take this refrigerator away, and either refund us the money we paid, or give us a new replacement, or give us equivalent credit towards the purchase of a different (Large size) model.
                                    I wish to point out that i have purchased four samsung refrigerators in the last few years – three in our three hyderabad homes, and one in my ghaziabad (Ncr) home – because i have liked your product features and have trusted your brand. I hope samsung will live up to that trust.

                                    I bought a phone Samsung j2 pro approx. eight month before. but still there is no battery backup.

                                      I bought a samsung galaxy s8 phone on 22 june 2017, i was facing network issue from the day one but i thought it might be of the service provider. When i realized that the issue was with the phone i approached samsung service center madhapur. I requested for replacement or money, but they convinced me with repair of the product with 6 months extended warranty which they emailed me as well. But when i visited to collect my phone after one month now they are refusing to give me 6 months extended warranty i will attach all the necessary documents to support my complaint. Now as they broke their promise i want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard.

                                        My mobile is heating up while charging...
                                        I purchased it on 20/09/2017
                                        Only 9 days before..
                                        Before.. I am using j7 but that was very satisfacted mobile... But now i am confused that samsung is best or not...
                                        J7 front camera was 13mp and c7 pro is having 16mp... But pixel quality wise.. J7 was good..
                                        And what is this that complaint is too short and all...
