My name is bilal khan. I ordered a samsung note 8 on 26th september 2017. When i ordered the phone i entered the number incorrectly and i called the customer care and requested for change of number. Its been 10 days that i ordered the phone but when i check my order status its still showing in process. I have called samsung customer care and asked them what is delaying the product. All they tell me is that my complaint has been lodged and my phone will be dispatched today. Every morning they tell me that my product will be dispatched soon. I dont want to be rude thats why i ask them confirmation and cut the call. And even after 10 days they tell me that my phone will be dispatched today.

    Hello,
    I register a complaint from last 3 month and they told me you need to replace the pcb circuit i pay for that 10k and still they are not capable to repair my ac. The engineer told me again pcb come from company faulty so we need to replace again. After few days he came with new pcb and still the same problem after 2 months samsung company took a decision. Return to take ac unit and they are refunding my payment for ac unit.

    So here my complaint about is 10k which i already pay samsung service center for pcb.
    When i call to service center they told me to fight with samsung company. This is not my fault. And samsung company not giving me the proper answer.

    Where i have to go for my 10k can you help me out?

              Hi team,
              I went to samsung service centre new krishna park jankapuri new delhi, your representative mr. Shokeen was misbehave with me and also not repalced charger. They told me we can provide token no. Till 6 pm but as discussed in morning they told, we provide support til 8 pm, and they give excuse your charger is damage, we can't replace this but i checked charger is working but slowly.
              Please look into this matter on priority.
              Your team is not respond as soon as then we can go to consumer forum.

                I bought a samsung front load washing machine few yeas back. One week back there was a complaint in the machine. I complaint on online nd the complaint number is [protected]. But there is no proper response from the company and the service center. Very high negligence and very poor service response. I dont know how to complain directly to the company. Even the online is available there is no response fro their service centers. It is one week gone but the problem is not resolved. Please consider the request. And hope the problem will be solved as soon as possible

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I found that my handset display was not visual properly, so i went to authorised service centre bir electronics pvt ltd. Guwahati-781003 & they suggest me to repair display at a cost of rs.2922/-. I paid & repair the handset. But when i return home with my repaired set, i found it again not working, even not switch on. So i again approach the service centre. But stunningly they reply that my handset motherboard got damage. And even if i repaired it would cost rs.5500/-. So, my question is sir/madam, if i already paid 2922/-, then why they should not confirm me before. I was totally harassed & they behave rudely. I attached my bill copy for your help.

                    Hello complaint receiving person
                    I n my whole family is a user o[censored]r company since long time.. We have been using ur products alot but nowadays ur priducts are not that good as before...in my family 3 people including me are using a samsung j5 handset.. N let me inform u the internal storage is ridiculous.. It has 8 gb internal as u know but 4gb is for system storage n the remaining gets filled in such quick time that warning popup is always in my notifivation box. Im feeling ive done a big mistake buying this phone if this continues i wont be ur customer hence further thanku

                      I bought a samsung a 7 mobile in april 2015. Now battery of my mobile phone is discharging very fast. I wanted to replace battery and ordered a new battery thru samsung mobile service center, vidyadhar nagar, jaipur, rajsthan and deposited 600 rupees in advance for battery. After ten days when i did not get any info from samsung mobile service centre i contacted customer care at toll free number. Cce promised me that i will get my battery very soon. Today after almost 20 days i got a call from samsung service centre and they said me that we dont have your mobile phone battery. We dont have stock
                      . I am feeling disappointed and cheated. Now in future i wont ever buy samsung mobile phone. Why should i continue buy samsung product. Tell me one reason? When u people cant arrange one battery of samsung a7 mobile phone?-laxman singh mobile -[protected]

                        I have purchased new note 8 on 22nd sep 17 from samsung online store.

                        From day one i am facing problem in watching youtube, during watching video there is no option available for corp to fit (For full screen option).

                        For this problem i have contacted samsung care multiple times and screen also shared with them on smart tutor.

                        I formatted the device and also run handset in safe mode also but till the time no solution provided.

                        I have visited samsung authorized service center also for the same but they also not able to provide the solution.

                        Please provide the solution on priority or get replaced the same.

                          I have purchased s7 edge on 26th jan 2017 from samsung store. The screen got a crack in june. I enquired about the warranty at the samsung service center and i was told that screen is not covered under warranty.
                          The charges quoted for fixing the screen were around 15k inr. Please advise, if there is a way to get the screen fixed at lower price?

                            Dear sir,
                            I have purchased samsung c9 pro on the month of april 2017, the performance of mobile is too good so that i purchased one more c9 pro for navigation purpose only and stick in car. Everything was going good and faster as required. But before five days the display given blue dots on screen and after 2 days its got totally blue screen, i cant understand why its happened so i rushed to service center immediately but i shocked when i got reply from service center executive (Vibhuti enterprise-400059) that the mobile phone having physical damage, i am not understand that what is the definition of physical damage where there isn't any damaged sign or a single scratch.. Phone was in car and not a single movement or any pressure on it, even mobile phone is looking like the same when i purchased (Brand new). I am attaching some snaps for you reference.                               I am fed up with your samsung s7 edge!!! 1st there were issues with headphone and now there is a pink line on my display. I have visited your service centre and they gave me an estimate of more than rs. 14000 for display replacement. The phone is just 1 yr 3 month old and after spending rs. 57000 this what i expect. I have checked internet and this is common problem many customers are facing. Why should i bear for your technical issues and after this the same problem will happen again. How unethical is your service. I want this to be escalated to highest level. I'll expose this on social media so that others dont face same trap and will take this up to consumer court. I dont want the replacement, i want my money refunded. After purchasing a 57k phone why should i visit service centre every now and then!!!

                              Very disappointed with the way are dealing this. I am without phone from last 3 days as the service engineer took it for verification though you know its a techical fault from your side which is being faced by lot of customers. Please give me timeline whether you are in a mood to resolve or else I will move to consumer court as I am having ample evidences.

                                  I had purchased the samsung led tv model no 32j5300 on 20th oct-15. I had got its colour panel changed last year in october after use of 1 year. Now again same probelm in colour panel exactly after 1 year.

                                  Can you please register a complaint & send your executive to resolve it. It is exactly a wastage of inr 30240 to me as such a costly product of a renowned company is getting damaged year after the year???

                                      I have given my mobile on the august 14th for replacement of motherboard and battery. The r-logic technology services i p ltd service centre people are torturing me. I still didn't get my mobile till now. I call the customer care... The data is not relevant to what these people in the centre tell me. I got a call from samsung head office to collect my mobile for rs. 7200 on the 23rd sept... When i went to the centre... They said its not ready. I clearly understand that there is no coordination among you all... And shame on u tht u cudnt fix a simple problem. You people have drained my energy.. My money... My time... Put me thru mental torture.

                                        I have purchased samsung hw-m550/xl sound bard from electronic paradise, main najafgarh road, new delhi store. On installation, it is found that the woofer is not working properly. It is giving some sound when it is played on bt. On other channels like aux it is not giving any sound.

                                        I have complained to the store and they agreed to change the product and then changed the mind and not given any replacement.

                                        It is also to be noted that in the invoice the product serial number is not mentioning. Without mentioning the product serial number how the company is ensuring that this is a genuine product.

                                        Request your intervention in replacing this product.
