I am writing this complain with extreme disappointment. The after sales service of samsung led televisions is pathetic and horrible in india. My led televison was not working properly and hence i took the service of samsung service centre to repair my led t. V. They took rs 8, 235 from me for a t. V whose value is 11000 in the market right now. The t. V it worked for 3 hrs and it stopped working. I have lodged the complain to the customer service of samsung since 15th september and i have called them 100 times but they are not resolving my issue. I want my money to be returned back to me if my led tv cannot be repaired. It is my hard earned money otherwise i will be taking legal action against samsung and i will sue samsung in the consumer court and i am very serious about it.

Always coming display problem.
I have replaced my screen 3 times.
Very bad experience in my life with Samsung.
I don't choose this kind of worst product ever in my life...

    Hello,
    On 3rd of oct, i have registered a complain (# [protected]) with samsung customer care about the gas leakage problem on my split ac (1.5 ton) purchased in april, 2016 but got the warranty extended till april 2018. On 5th oct one engineer from a service centre visited my place and checked the ac, as per him, condenser was required to be replaced, which is still pending, i call samsung everyday and they only send a reminder to the service centre but no engineer from sc calls or turns up for replacing the condenser??

    This is a big question mark on the service & support a customer expects from the samsung???

    If anyone listening to me and will the needful.

      Yesterday i called samsung customercare again and the executive connected me to the team leader who kept my call on hold and spoke to the lady who was supposed to call me and gave an assurance that i will get a call back by yesterday evening. The reference no is [protected].

      As usual i did not get any call from that unprofessional lady. The fault is not hers. But the company gives the employees such freedom they turn unprofessional. She gave me an extension on her table 1647 but never did she pick my phone. Are these the professional ethics of a company supposed to be of repute. I would have sacked such persons if they cause harm to companies repute. Even after telling her that i am planning to lodge an fir, she is so careless
      Any how i have lodged an fir as it has caused lots of health problem to me and loss of my business. I have to provide them with some proofs.
      This sunday i will be sending the same to two papers and other social media. Dont blame me later. I only had a problem of my phone calling an emergency number without dialling. Other wise it was charging and was working fine. Even today when ever i call the samsung customer service i get an answer my phone was not working what nonsense.
      Today also i called and the call was disconnected.
      You mention that our letters should be lengthy to gain attention. Then why dont we get an immediate action for lengthy letters. Nobody has time to write lengthy letters. I am also writing to samsung about the efficient work ethics of samsung india. Probably they will feel the pinch and take action.
      I still do not have hope but i will keep doing all i will to atleast make a consumer to think twice before investing in a product which has such good response from especially samsung india customer support. And the great wizard mrs. Srijitha who is never at her desk. Last to the team leader who is working with such am effective team with patience.

      Today already i updated my issues but it so happened as i was speaking to the customer care team and i was escalated to the supervisor level he put me on hold to try to reach ms. Srijitha. As usual she was absconding. Then by a fluke chance, the supervisor mentioned her calling me on 6th. Which is a lie. He said she has mentioned it on my data.
      It means she is unprofessional lethargic and also a liar who can manipulate things to suit her convenience. The last call i got from her was on 28th that was a three-way call and she was not interested to hear and disconnected as soon as mr. Anand hung off not able to answer my queries.
      How can such women be in the head office? I am also writing to the ceo.
      You can recheck the information with mr. Raman the supervisor. He again assured me that i will get a call today which i defended. Once everything comes to papers you can decide on how professional is it to have srijith like people in the head office.

        On 10/10/2016 i purchased samsung s7 edge mobile in samsung smartphone cafe located in purasaiwakkam, chennai. Not even a month of purchase, the mobile display got damaged and i had it replaced in samsung service center located in kodambakkam, chennai. They charged around rs.990/- as the display was offered with one-time replacement warranty (Claim no. [protected]).

        On june 2017, i noticed my mobile camera was not working properly after installing a software update as it stated _quotcamera could not start close other applications_quot and immediately i took my mobile to samsung service center which is located at annanagar (Near to my home). They took my mobile for service & informed me that they would need to revert the software back to its previous version in order to troubleshoot the camera issue. Next day i received a call from customer center that the camera is not working even after reverting the software so they informed me that the mobile has to be opened to check if any hardware problem and i accepted for it (As i don't have any clue on the issue). Later the same evening i received a call from the customer center stating the mobile seems to have water logged & that has caused the camera to malfunction. I was really shocked to hear the results they told me as i very well knew about ip68 rated s7 edge mobile and it's multiple protective features which had strongly recommended me to buy the mobile. I requested an explanation from the support executive but he refused and requested me to come directly to customer center to discuss on the issue. When i met the executive, he handed me the phone with display screen flickering and he explained that this might have happened due to water log. I was totally disappointed
        With the service and i demanded an explanation why the display was flickering now but when i handed over the mobile earlier the only problem was with camera. After so much of argument, he came to a conclusion stating that the mobile was already been serviced earlier and they had not validated the checks properly after closing the panel hence i was requested to take the mobile to kodambakkam service center again to check the issue exists from their end (As no proper service was done earlier).

        On 08/07/2017 i took my mobile to kodambakkam service center and handed over my mobile to the f2f engineer (Sivachandran) stating the above issue & camera not working as well (Bill no. [protected]). Couple of days later, i received a call from the customer support stating the mobile had been opened/serviced some where else and the panel was not closed properly so the mobile would not be taken for service. I explained that the mobile was taken to samsung customer center which is in annanagar earlier and told him the above scenario again but the f2f engineer who spoke to me was not kind enough to listen to my explanation and there started an argument. Later i went directly to the f2f engineer and i handed over the job receipt number which was given in annanagar customer center & claim receipt [protected] (Which was for display replacement). After looking into the receipts, the f2f engineer (Rudely) informed me that the mobile cannot be repaired here & i need to call samsung customer support to get this resolved (Which means the engineer was not ready to accept the mobile for repairing nor would provide any alternate solution). After so much of arguments between me & the engineer, i handed over the mobile to him & i informed that i will have this discussed to samsung customer support in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Later, i called up the samsung customer support @[protected] and explained everything what had happened before and slowly the problem ticket [protected] was prioritized and i was receiving several calls from the customer support. I kept explaining the same situation again & again to everyone who called me from samsung customer support and at last the ticket reached to a decision - making team, there an executive (Jayaram) handled my case. After a month & so, i was convinced & asked to pay 50 of the repair charges so that i would be getting my mobile at the earliest. At last, after so much of consideration that i haven't used my mobile for atleast 5 months hardly, i accepted the agreement to pay it partially.

        Now, it has been more than 3 months, i haven't received my mobile neither an update regarding my case. Whenever i called the customer support, they informed me that they had sent a request for a particular part and it would take another one more week to get that done. I even called[protected] and they informed me that they had prioritized my ticket and had requested for an update from the customer center. Now, i have been informed that the ordered part was not available hence the mobile would never be repaired. When i requested for an alternate solution, the customer support executive who spoke to me said that i need to try getting it repaired in chennai bazaar without hesitating (I was dumbstruck). I was totally depressed about the comments & service provided by samsung customer support/center.

        Several times i called samsung customer support (Even yesterday & today) and requested a status for my mobile but till now i haven't get any solution for the problem. I tried sending emails, live chat & contacting customer support but i never get a response from samsung end. I feel frustrated to keep calling the customer support again & again without any progress. I have enclosed the receipts which was given to me for the repair. Also i look forward to hearing from you immediately of receiving this mail. I would like this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. However, if this could not be resolved/repaired, let me know an alternate solution at the earliest.

        If any of my friends/relatives are planning to buy a samsung product or if anyone ask me about the samsung product which i was using, how could i provide my valuable feedback on this brand. This kind of service set a very bad example & experience to me and i feel very unhappy for buying a samsung product which had given me a worst experience so far. I still look forward to get my mobile repaired since rs.50, 000/- is more valuable amount for me and my family hence request you to take necessary action on this case immediately.

            Respected, i buyed your phone on 12 may 2017, after 1month i m facing a problem. Firstly i had camera (Not working), heating issue in it.2nd time the heatin problem was same and the new problem persist that was the volume itself decreasesnow the third time when i got my phone it was not starting after 4-5 hours it startsup, the ringtone isnt working, the heavy games are not responding. Talking to your customer care they said me that our seniors will contact you but i think that they dont have time or responsibility after selling their products now im fedup carrying thatproductsi want u to take it priority.               Dear sir,

              I have purchased a samsung galaxy c9 pro mobile on 5th april 2017. From 09th oct 2017 onwards the display of the machine is not working. I have contacted the nearest samsung service centre and handed over the phone for repair as the device is within warranty. But surprisingly the service guy denied warranty repair, the reason quotes was a small crack on the display board, and he itself told me that it may be due to while using un the pant pocket. I usually using my phone in my pant pocket only, i don't think samsung phone is not suitable for using in the pant pocket.

              As the damage is not happened from any mishandling from my side i am eligible for getting warranty repair as per samsung warranty policy. But it us denied by the service person.

              I hope samsung galaxy c9 pro is not a low cost phone from samsung india. And one of the recent add punch line of samsung is no cost display repair. It may be due to the increasing trend of display damages of samsung phones.

              I have given the phone for repair at samsung authorized service centre with ref no:[protected]

              Also i have registered a customer complaint via ref no:[protected] but still get a reply.

              As a valued samsung customer for long, me and my family, request you to consider my case and please do the need ful get my phone repaired in warranty.

              Today I have delivered the mobile phone with a Bill of Rs 5900/-.. It is very disappointing that Samsung team is not attested my request and there is no meaning for Warranty for Samsung Mobile.

                Since 03/10/17 till on date, i have intimated to customer care for early attention & recovery the problem. The said refrigerator is out of order. Two days back service engineer attended, but failed to rectify the problem. As a result i am facing trouble to keep my daily needs, which are kept in neighbors refrigerator since long. It is my request to take necessary steps either proving a replacement with a new same refrigerator or proving standby during repair in workshop at service provider. My ref no.                   I had bought a new refrigerator last year in october 2016.
                  The fridge has been giving repeated problems.
                  The new fridge had stain marks on body which have become light after rubbing but are still there.
                  Later in july 2017 frosting problem appeared which was resolved after replacement of two parts.
                  Now again frosting problem has appeared and mo solution has been provided to me.

                  Please replace my fridge else i will have to go to consumer forum.

                  Samsung India — samsung level u bluetooth headphone

                  Reference number for my previous complain is [protected]. The call was closed without giving me any solution. Extremely disappointed at this service of samsung. Indian companies are better at handling complains like micromax and lava than samsung.

                    Hello i have purchased an samsung refrigerator. And knw i am facing some problems regarding the working of refrigerator so i call at customer care and they have send the person for checking the problem. But when that person come he behave like as he is an owner of samsung. He says please give me 394/- rs as fess without even touching the refrigerator. He use the words if he touch the refrigerator and it starts working u have to pay. I just asked him atleast u will check the refrigerator and tell us the issue even we are ready to pay also the compressor is under warranty period. Just i want to say at the time we purchase u give us number of statements but when it come to services it's worth. I will not expect this type of service from samsung.

                      I bought a front load washing machine. The person who came to install it did a shoddy job and left without fixing the mouse barrier. The next day the machine did not work and i called in a complaint. Since[protected] three engineers have visited and not resolved the issue. They say the part is not available. Now i have asked for a resolution immediately - refund or replacement. The samsung person says another engineer will visit on[protected] and say what can be done. Why do they take so long to solve a problem when they have no hesitation in taking money? Lousy service.

                        Hi, i felt disgusted and humiliated when i visited samsung service center at new multan nagar. This was my third visit at the store. Earlier when i visited the store 2nd time they told me charging port is damaged and when i visited 3rd tym a service center rep name nisha was rude and told me 6000 rs approx charges without understanding the problem. I told her last time i was informed about the rs 450 charges and she was rude and told me then go and talk to that service representative. When i asked her name she told me speak to my supervisor. When asked twice she told me her name. I want this to be escalated asap as this has hampered samsung brand big time.

                          Earlier i had posted a complaint on 8 oct against samsung for not giving me an amc for my old (26th jan 2016) refrigerator with lapsed warranty. Today morning received a call from mr ankit ‭+[protected]‬ assuring me that he will look into the matter. Again recived a call from samsung service center telephone no-[protected] saying that they cannot provide us with the amc. A refrigerator is a long term used product so why can’t i get an amc for the same? My problem remains unresolved. My date of purchase is 26th jan 2016, invoice no-e587460h

                          I bought the new MW MC28H5025-VK from m/sRaj Electronics Bapujinagar Bhubaneswar on 29.09.2017 and installed on 30.09.2017 at my res CHP-96, Patia Bhubaneswar-751031.                             My samsung mobile model a5 2016 have totaly dead due to battery probelam. I complaint for same last month when it have the warrnty then acc. To service centre the battery is changed but within one month same battery problem is occured. Within two months i reached the service centre many times but they not responed me properly. I am too frustated on the samsung company kindly slove my problem.

                              I was logged the complaint regarding regarding washing machine on (6.10.2017) & engineer was visited on (7.10.2017).

                              Complaint no.:-7267864.

                              Samsung service engineer 's behavior / attitude/ the way he was taking with ladies at home was very poor & rubbish.
                              Even not have product knowledge as well. He was unable to resolve the problem. & since last 3 days our warranty system under breakdown.

                              Note:- we are using samsung products since last 10+ years. Having refrigerator & washing machine.

                              We are unhappy with the service quality of samsung for last visit.

                              Requesting to resolve our concern asap. As we are surviving for washing cloths since last 4 days.

                              I would insist for expert visit.

                                I had purchased a samsung frost free refrigerator in 2016. After my original warranty lapsed this year i contacted samsung and asked to give my comprehensive maintainencecontract for two years. Despite repeatedly asking for comprehensive annual maintainence contract it was being continuosly denied saying once the original watranty expires they will not renew or give a new maintainence contract. I do not know why a new amc is being continuosly being refused. A product sold by the company is for a long time use and if the consumer is ready to pay for a reasonalably priced amc why the company is refusing. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                  I have purchased a samsung galaxy note 8 on 21.09.17 from venus arcade, patturaikal, thrissur, kerala after prebooking the same. On delivery, i was promised that the package of one time screen replacement voucher and the wireless charger will be available within 3 working days. The screen replacement voucher arrived on 25.09.17. Days passed by and nothing happened regarding the wireless charger, despite multiple phone calls and personal visits to the shop. The samsung representative in the shop, mr. Shameer contacted me latest by 03.10.2017 after multiple enquires and told that it's a minor issue that they can rectify and that a samsung official will call me now itself. Days past, i'm still waiting for the promised call and my wireless charger. This offer was the primary reason i had opted for the relatively unknown product, keeping in mind the failure of previous generation note. I feel cheated now. The phone conversations can be produced at request. Please rectify the issue soon.

                                        I recently brought the flagship device s8+ due to its stronger 'virtually indestructible' display as advertised by samsung. While i was using the phone i accidentally dropped the phone on a ceramic tile (On the floor) from a height of hardly 2ft. As a precaution i had the phone protected in a case. Yet, the phone's screen cracked at top right corner. The display is working fine. Despite of gorilla glass being scratch resistant, my phone has also recieved some scratches. I am a past user of the s7 and currently own two s7 edge i never had a problem with those devices. The cracks of the screen are on the front camera too, the lens is undamaged but due to the crack passing on top of the camera the pictures captured from the front camera are distorted. I have tried visiting the customer service but in vain. New display is ridiculously costly. Costing 15000/- rupees. Also the customer service person told me that samsung claims the display is virtually indestructible but does not cover the warranty of the display. It is actually surprising because the screen is not soo fragile. I have seen youtube videos of s8+ being dropped from a height of 10 ft yet the phone apart from some corner dents was as good as new. Being a loyal customer and having faith in samsungs products i brought this flagship phone believing it to be stronger, its display was particularly claimed to be virtually indestructible. Recent news articles have also stated that the flagship device's display is actually fragile than you expect it to be.
