Its at mahrashtra pune, abhay patil ([protected]) bought on 2014 led 46 tv now there are black spot on screen, filed first complaint on 18 sept 17, engineer visited said screen damaged. Will check for part. Next day he said part not available. Samsung will refund money for tv gave him all docs invoice, id card, addr. Proof, cancelled cheque and waited 7 days called back engineer but the request got closed without my notification or reason. No 28 sept 17 filed new complaint, same engineer same story everyone just say we will help and get back to you no one helped till now.
And i am getting messages from samsung to submit warranty docs which i did to engineer mr. Sharad, maharashtra pune. On 19 sept 2017. Daily calling customer care and asking status they same thing we will help you. And nothing happening further. Now i am not sure who is liar here samsung or the employees of samsung who are talking to me. I bought this tv for 1.40 lakh and now its garbage. I will just wait till current request close from system side once that done the only option left it consumer court.
I was fan of samsung further never every by any samsung product and will ask all not to buy.

Updated by bryanabhay Samsung have given a unique solution for me waiting to complete the same. I got a call from Delhi branch,
now they have asked me to wait till next 7 days. To get my refund back.
