There is problem in my front loaded washing machine i have complaint the engineer visit and said the drum of washing machine will change after period of one month they delivered washing on 5/09/2017 i have paid bill of rs 7000. After few days same problem occurs than i have complaint on 22/09/2017 customer care the service request no. Is [protected] the service engineer has been assigned contact no. [protected] is not picking the phone and i complaint than on 25/09/2017 on costumer care they sad your problem will resolve same day but the situation is same as first day there very disappointing the costumer not getting any response from samsung and your service center in patparganj delhi.

    I have purchased samsung c9 pro on 24 sep.in moradabad (U. P.) but it is creating problem since starting as the voice from other side is not clear some time and becomes low during the time.
    I have visited the customer care center here in moradabad 2 times.
    They have formatted the set and updated the software but problem is still there.
    We are very upset to see the company's response and negligence.
    Need your support to resolve the issue and please instruct them to return back the mobile set as per company's policy and don't create problems for me.

      Regarding double door refrigerator got a corrosion in its gas flow tubes (Which are inbuilt in the model) which is purchased on 9/7/11 only 6 years of purchase
      And the company's engineer has nor solution for it, means a 20000/- refrigerator is useless after just 6 years o[censored]se just because of company's bad quality of products and engineering.
      1- i want the company to replace my product as soon as possible to retain its image in my mind and many more like me

        My mobile was in working condition but calls were going to the emergency no without my dialing. I took the issue to samsung center located at kphb and they dismantled my phone without even a document nor permission and said i have to pay them 11k because the motherboard is at fault. I brought it home and connected it to the charger and the phone which was charging earlier was showing very odd icon on the screen. I called the customer care and was asked to contact one mr. Anand at the samsung center i visited earlier. When contacted, i was asked to come over and they said they will repair my phone and when i went in was made to sit for 2 hours and refused to agree what they said. From that day till today i am contacting customer care with no use. They tell me that the topic is escalated to head office.
        Iam calling every hour. The head office is very negligent in the issue and my complaint is also misworded and mismanupulated.
        I even requested to be connected to some higher official and they refused. Please help me soon.

        I have called [protected] no of customer care again but with no response from the concerned person ms. Srijita from the head office. It was also informed to her that my vacation starts tomorrow and i will not be having all the data with me. But still, she was not responding.

        However, i thank the executives who are very courteous in convincing me the call will be coming soon. They tried their best to help me.
        But am awaiting the call from the head office to sort out my problem. I could not imagine the head office people of a branded product to be so unprofessional.
        I will also be updating you with the proof from the places who saw the phone in working condition before reaching the care center.

        The head office executive ms. Srijitha does not seem to be competent to make the calls on time. Today again i was promised that my issue will be resolved. But i do not have time to waste on such unprofessional ways.
        I request you to move my query to a more professional and competent person who can decide on the issue on priority basis so that i can decide on the next step to be followed with my concern.

        Dear Sir,
        I am facing charging problem in my Samsung Galaxy J1 4g (IMEI [protected], [protected]). I have contact to Sri Ganganagar Service Centre. They said mobile can not be repaired. I think Samsung is the worst company in my whole life. My mobile is working but I am facing charging problem.

          It is suprising to know that q&a team needs 4-5 days time to respond to a samsung s7 edge mobile handset. 357327/07/252492/5 my handset nos. Master care authorised centre is not responding on the issue of my handphone getting blank and no screen display. Have submitted the handset to borivali service centre mumbai and they are stating that they are not getting feedback from q&a team. Isn't it funny to know about this or samsung doesn't cater to warranted products so that they can charge the enduser.

            I purchased mobile handset samsung galaxy s7 edge in 2017 from dindigul tamilnadu india. Now screen glass has broken. The shape of handset is prone to breakage. On inquiary samsung dealers say replacememt of screen glass will cost rs.14000plus taxes. This cost of replacement is too much. Pl ask samsung to replace my phoneset's screen glass under their one time screen glass replacement offer

            I bhought samsung on nxt last 4mnths back...from last few days, earphones are not working properly. I went to the samsung serivce centre, they said it comes under physical damage, no replace for it. No wirecuts. Only rubber issue ..they simply rejected it.

              My name is mihirkumar r thakkar. I have puchased samsung j7 pro on 31/07/2017. After a week phone's wireless connectivity was stopped. Called at samsung technical care call reference number is [protected]. I have submitted my piece on 18/09/2017 with samsung care (New era softtech service) as the piece is defected with the wireless connectivity problem.
              Still i donot receive my phone back and i am getting completely dissatisfaction with samsung. I want a replacement from samsung as just launched model gets defective. I invested my one month salary and i am not getting return on it.

                Xtremely dissapointed with handset, as to the network issue,

                Xpected better response, but very sad, with the perfomance,

                Even had the sim card replaced, being the best network vodafone,

                Had high hopes, gave it to the gallery, as in warranty, but still in vein, no improvement, request no [protected], they said they had replaced the mother board, but feel like i am being fooled, still having the same issue,

                My other handsets r having full network, checked with other friends samsung handset, even tried changing the sim card,,

                Still big time dissapointment.

                  I usually bought samsung product and so far it is all very satisfying.
                  Last month, i bought samsung glaxy j5 prime (Black) at aizawl and i don't know whats wrong with it, maybe because some water get inside it. It switch off itself and i cannot turn on. I went to samsung servicing center and they told me that it can be serviced only at october or maybe november. The servicing is very bad. There are lots of people facing the same problem too.
                  Since it will take lots of time i cannot wait that long so instead of registering at the servicing center i take it home and i use my brother's phone.
                  My request to samsung is to please give me a new "galaxy j5 prime (Black)" since i spent lots of money to buy the product and i cannot buy a new j5 prime again.
                  And i cannot request for repair because the customer service is not satisfying at all and i cannot wait for another month.

                    Samsung service center, mohit enterprises jinsi road no. 1. Gwalior misbehaved with me (A senior citizen) when i approached them for servicing my new samsung mobile.                           Hi team,

                          I want to share one incident happen to me. I have purchased samsung s8 mobile two months back. I read about the phone compare with other mobile and found s8 best suitable to me. I choose s8 over iphone 7.
                          But after 2 months i face some issues with my s8. As it is a electronic device it is normal i have 1 year warranty! Great.
                          I visited samsung service centre and submitted my phone. There were two issues fast charging not working and headphone mic not working. They noted it down and promising that it will be fix in 2 days.
                          After two day called them and ask the status they said phone is ready. I visited the centre that is 50 km from my town. When i reached there they said mother board has been replaced. It checked the charging issue in front of them it was still not working. They said might be we need to replace the charger jack ok. How can they give the status as ready without checking the phone? Let be i said plz do that. Next day i called is it ready they said yes again i visited the centre now thank god charging is working but when i checked the mic it is still not working!!! They said looked like we need to replace the head phone jack!. How can they do that again.

                          I registered i complaint number [protected] but got no solution till date. Is it my mistake to choose samsung over apple?

                          I will not accept that phone which is repaired many time by those nontechnical guy. I want replacement of the phone. Kindly look into it.
                          I have no option other than going to consumer court.

                          Note : still no resolution they are saying just take your device from our service centre. I got this call[protected]. Phone submission date was[protected]. We can replace your device. If they can't help why they just wasted my 10 days???

                            I have pre-ordered galaxy note 8 on 21st september and was assured delivery in 2-4 days but still i could see my order is not even shipped.
                            I had requested for cancellation via call and have sent mail to samsung support also and no reply from them.
                            As this was purchased using emi, i would lke this order to get cancelled asap and refund my money to bank before it gets reflected in my credit card statement.

                            Still my refund is not processed.
                            I cannot afford to pay extra amount to bank as TAX once EMI is generated and is been billed.
                            by today if the refund is not processed then have to raise a complaint again and will make sure you guys pay the extra amount to bank.

                            Really Samsung is a very bad, without a proper service, even they don't give response . I purchased S8.
                            I got a network issue since i purchased, and it is manufacturing defect and they are telling that it is mother board problem. I raised a complaint that to give new mobile or my money. My mobile was in service center for nearly 1month. In these days finally they agreed to give 6 month's extended warranty, first i dint accepted but afterwards I agreed and finally they are not able to give that extended warranty also.
                            Finally I came to know that the only treatment for them is a complaint in consumer court and media.

                              Purchased the above mentioned phone november 2017. Now for the last 4 maths facing low sound problem and also visited the co. Service centre two or three times for solving the issue but no result. R k jain [protected].{ jain. [protected]@gmail.com}. So i request the company for solving the issue. The sound of the handset is very low one could not listen the sound even while receiving the call or listening the music.

                                    I have purchased a samsung galaxy a5 mobile from rashmi international, 112/363 swaroop nagar, kanpur imei no. 358005/07/097122/8 for rs. 25500/- on dt. 28/05/2016.in july 2017 display error was occured in this set.
                                    I have changed display of this set from city fashion, shop no. 43 & 44 baba city centre market, etawah and he has charge me 7060/- by inv. No. [protected] dt. 09/08/2017 and given me guaranty for three months.
                                    Display problem was again get started in this set and when i visit to service centre he refuse to to repair the same and set that it might be fail down or pushed by yourself.
                                    I have made a complaint to call centre few days back and rohit sharma has make a call to me and given me a complaint no. [protected] for future regard.
                                    Is it possible that display of samsung (International brand) has been disordered within a week worth rs. 7060/- and customer has to suffer or samsung is saving offer the display to be replaced.

                                    Kindly look into this matter in case i don't get my display change i will go to consumer forum.

                                      I had complaint the samsung company for refrigerator on september 11, 2017. They have assured me that a man from the company visit to my residence for solving the problem. Now. Instead of any visit from the company to my residence they sent me a message on september 15, 2017 that "thank you for contacting samsung. We hope your query was answered satisfactorily and also quote refrence no. [protected]. However, no one visit my house or no one call for refrigerator complaint.

                                        Complaint was lodged about non - functioning of microwave oven with superior service, kadma jamshedpur about 10 days back. Service engineer visited and opened the machine and informed us that the touch pad is not working. Simultaneously, he informed superior service. Next day, another group visted and informed us that the touch pad brought by them is different. However, they tried with the same touch pad without opening and microwave started functioning. They charged rs 350 and issued a receipt dated 17.9.2017 (Attached). They used grill and other buttons and got satisfied with the functioning of oven. But, the very next day, it was not working and was informed to mr raja. Next day, another group visited and informed us that the touch pad will have to be replaced. After 2 days, service engineers visited and said that now pcb is not working. He informed on phone that you have to pay rs 2605 for pcb. I have contested this because the defect has occurred during the repair process.
                                        Pls find a soiution and get the ove repaired without any further delay.
