I am facing the same issue, I purchased Samsung S7 Edge for 50, 900 from Samsung Store and There was offer for 10, 000 cash back, I didnt receive the cash back yet. I called Samsung and they are not helping and the customer care keeps transferring the call. Check the attached credit slip, It is clearaly mentioned about the 10000 cashback.

    I brought a samsung galaxy a7 2017 mobile from lulu hypermarket in qatar last month.
    It costs me qr. 1499 which is equal to rs. 26, 000.
    I checked in many sites including that of samsung and there it says it has volte support which is required to enable direct sim access for jio network.
    When i inserted my jio sim, the mobile doesn't support volte.
    I was having a samsung j5 2016 performing well but doesn't support volte. That is the reason i purchased a new a7.
    Now tell me what shall i do?

      I have bought a refrigerator in june 2017 for 69k and now it does not give cooling. This is under warranty and the service centre (Rude people to talk to) tells me that it will take 72 more hours to even align an technician. I had already registered a complaint 12 hours back and told them that this is not working from let 24 hours, yet this kind of a response. Call centre says that due to festivals we do not have technicians available. This is so in professional for a service industry.

      Really regret buying a samsung product. Earlier product was a hitachi. Service from them was so good and prompt. Sometimes buying a product just based on market position of the brand... Makes you pay...

        We have purchased a samsung washing machine on[protected]. The machine was recently not working properly because of which we registered a complaint to harsha udupi on[protected]. The washing machine has a warranty of 10 years. Despite having a warranty of 10 years they sent us a technician who charged us rs.3026. Our question is why should we pay the repairing amount if the warranty period has not expired?
        Hence we request you to look into the matter and remburse the amount paid.

          Sir/madam:
          I have a lot of things to say to samsung, so kindly bear with me and read this carefully.
          We bought a samsung refrigerator model rt56 from samsung digital home in dwarkapuri colony, punjagutta, hyderabad, on 24th june 2016, for rs. 68000.
          On 12th august 2017 we registered a complaint with samsung that the refrigerator compartment of the rt56 was not cooling effectively, and were assigned complaint number [protected].
          This was after my wife and i both suffered a mild attack of food poisoning on 11th august, with symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and headache that lasted a day. My wife pointed out that for the last few days the refrigerator appeared not to be cooling effectively. Over the next 24 hours i used a thermometer to measure the internal temperature several times. The freezer compartment was fine at -20 celcius, but the lower compartment measured 8 to 10 celcius, even though the setting was at 2 celcius. Thus i was able to link our food poisoning symptoms to consuming left over chicken and other foods that had gotten spoilt.
          The samsung mechanic who inspected the frij on august 17th found ice build-up in the cold air duct blocking the air flow. He removed the ice and solved the problem, at least temporarily. He said that some malfunctioning part would have to be changed for a more permanent solution.
          But what is of serious concern to me and my wife is that this is the second time we have faced this problem with this frij. The same problem happened before in february 2017 – internal temperature going up and spoilage of food. At that time we were shocked to find so basic a problem with a new frij and wanted a replacement. But the samsung mechanic explained that the ice build-up was caused by a faulty pcb, and that once that was replaced, the problem would be solved.
          But the same problem has recurred in less than six months. I have had several refrigerators in my life, and none of them until this one has given any problem in the first 5 to 7 years.
          We can be forgiving the first time and say that there is a small statistical failure rate that is normal, and it just happened to be in the frij given to us. But if the failure happens a second time in such a short time period, then there is clearly a more basic problem. It could be that this particular piece is a lemon, or possibly there is some design flaw in the rs56. Either way, we don’t want to be saddled with a lemon. If we have spent this kind of money, we have every right to expect high quality and peace of mind.
          Kindly take this refrigerator away, and either refund us the money we paid, or give us a new replacement, or give us equivalent credit towards the purchase of a different (Large size) model.
          I wish to point out that i have purchased four samsung refrigerators in the last few years – three in our three hyderabad homes, and one in my ghaziabad (Ncr) home – because i have liked your product features and have trusted your brand. I hope samsung will live up to that trust.

            I bought a samsung galaxy s8 phone on 22 june 2017, i was facing network issue from the day one but i thought it might be of the service provider. When i realized that the issue was with the phone i approached samsung service center madhapur. I requested for replacement or money, but they convinced me with repair of the product with 6 months extended warranty which they emailed me as well. But when i visited to collect my phone after one month now they are refusing to give me 6 months extended warranty i will attach all the necessary documents to support my complaint. Now as they broke their promise i want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard.

              My mobile is heating up while charging...

              Only 9 days before..
              Before.. I am using j7 but that was very satisfacted mobile... But now i am confused that samsung is best or not...
              J7 front camera was 13mp and c7 pro is having 16mp... But pixel quality wise.. J7 was good..

                I have had a screen break issue for which i called the service centre they did not mention about the one time screen replacement offer at all after purchasing a 51k phone if the screen costs another 15k its just waste of money and would never trust buying a samsung product. Infact my phone hasnt fallen down and the screen break is just a mystery strange never happened to my iphone ever highly disappointed

                  Sir, i have purchased samsung j5 prime on 21 sep 17. After 6 days i observed that 90% of screen colour gets black. Immediately i visited to my nearest service centre (Guwahati) for resolving my problem but they didn't solve it. Sir i am very upset to see the company's response and negligence.                   Mai last 2 n half month se s8 use kar rha hu, aur iske pahle bhi samsung ke bahut se mobile use kr rha hu..s8 is superrb mobile..bus bahut kam height se girne par bhi iski screen crack ho gyi..maine iske regarding support me mail kiya to suppprt team ne service center jake physical inspections karane kaha..maine wo bhi karaya wha unhone 14000 kharcha bataya...bt jab s8 ki screen me cornig gorilla glass laga hua hai phr bhi ye itne kam height se tuta kyo..aapki service team ne ye kah ke apna palla jhad kiya ki hum kuch nahi kr sakte..aapko kharch krna hi padega..very disappointed from samsung support...

                      1. The screen of the tv has turned black whereas we can see the tube working.

                      2. The service center repair man of samsung company refused to touch the tv & said the following tv is an "egyptian made model." & does not have the serial no. Mentioned on tv as other television sets of samsung have.

                        I purchased a samsung a7 mobile on march'16. The battery has swollen so much that the back cover has opened up. I am forced to discard the phone in 1 year 6 months. A similar thing had happened to my samsung s6. We always hear samsung and iphone battle. My iphone 6 s which i have been using since its launch is giving fantastic service till today.                           I purchased j7pro model in supreme paradise tirupur on 19/09/2017. On that day onwards i am facing lot of problems in that phone. They are telling 14days replacement warranty. I told the problem to sales person he said to go service center. I went there but no response. I called to customer care there also no response. Nobody responding for that problem still now. What i do.

                          2. Fingerprint scanner too slow
                          3. Cannot remove shortcuts from home
                          4. Hanging problems
                          5. Working too slow

                            I bought samsung c9 pro worth 32500 in june, the earphones i got was suddenly stopped working while i was listening the music.
                            I went to samsung store to replace it, but everytime i went they excuse me saying "we do not have new earphones right now, contact after some time."
                            It has been 2 weeks now.

                            It would be grateful to you if you kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                            They haven't provided me the reference number or any slip or anything. They have just taken the old non-working earphones and told me come after some days when the stock will be available.

                              We had bought a samsung double door refrigerator, with 10years warranty, by trusting the brand name "samsung".
                              Unfortunately we didn't know the customer service of your company is poorest to this level.
                              During this festival occasion our samsung refrigerator, stopped working. Initially i lodged a complaint on 24th of september, and the mechanic from your service centre came and said that there was problem in the cooling, and the relay is not working, and then he came back the other day and changed the relay. But the refrigerator still didn't work. Then again i called him up and he said that the compressor is not working
                              (We r having 10years warranty on the compressor). Now again 2days have passed and this we have not recieved any proper help from your service centre provider. They are now complaining that we don't have any compressor for such a large refrigerator and they have to bring it from delhi or some where else. Recently i have been updated that our refrigerator may not even have 10yrs warranty. So who has stickered the same over it.
                              As this is a festive season we are facing a lot of inconvenience regarding this issue, and we are really shocked and sad about the response of samsung care.
                              To let you know, the refrigerator is an almirah type one and 5yrs back it had been of rs 80000 around. As a genuine buyer i am very irritated right now with samsung.
                              Help me out from this situation, and let my hopes still on your brand.

                                I have handed my samsung edge s7 at the service station at disha services, ahmedabad for replacement of my broken display screen.
                                But i was informed that i will have to pay rs. 18060.00 for the replacement of the display screen.

                                As quoted earlier by me

                                “ i am a samsung loyalist. I owned all the samsung galaxy note mobiles and do upgrade when a new samsung upgraded smartphone is launched. I had purchased a mobile samsung galaxy s7 edge on 29.07.2016, (Copy of bill is appended) after some days the one time replacement scheme was launched for galaxy7/edge mobiles one time free replacement of screen display. My screen is damaged and broken. I approached one of your service centres in ahmedabad who refused to carry the replacement. I have searched and inquired in web sites also where i have found that samsung has never denied screen replacement for their loyal customers. I am in really need of your timely help. And also request you to inform me the best service station in ahmedabad at the earliest.”

                                I have visted your web site and have found that the mobiles purchased in the same period by other customers of samsung has been replaced free of cost.

                                Then why they are charging 18060/- from me?

                                Its a humble request to you that i being a strong loyalist of samsung products and when the scheme is aplicable for me too, i am being charged.

                                You are requested to take the issue on priority and convey nessessary instruction to the service station at ahmedabad as they were demanding the same from you.

                                  My mother had dropped in the mail to the good offices of ceo offices of samsung india with respect to the negligence in reverting to the complaint made w. R. T the problem i am facing with my 32 led tv.

                                  I have already stated in my earlier mail that i haven't used the tv.

                                  And it's been nearly to two months even after brought to the notice of ceo of samsung india has not reverted with solution.

                                  I am very sorry to say that samsung has failed to win the hearts of customers in providing excellent services w. R. T to post sales.

                                  It is not a big issue for our family to buy a new tv.

                                  We are awaiting what samsung will come out with the solution.

                                  It is suggested to fellow citizens of india not to get carried away by the false statements made by the electronic retailers while purchasing any electronic devices in india.

                                  Few brands are giving major margins to retailers to sell their brands/products and we are getting carried away by these brands and their marketing strategies/words of the retailers.

                                  We the citizens of india firstly need to review on the services provided after post sales of devices/products.

                                  I will also write a letter to concerned parliamentary committee which works on consumer protection to reframe the law to the present/ further nation so that citizens will be benefitted and even such false prestigious brands will not dare/ cheat the common public in our nation.

                                  We are very much disappointed/dissatisfied with the samsung and in its negligence in reverting back.

                                  It is submitted to citizens of india to read the consumer complaints posted in the forums against the samsung or other brands while purchasing the devices there on.

                                    With much dis-satisfaction i am writing this on your wall, i have purchased the model c7 pro from one of your samsung store in new delhi on 11th aug’17. Since, then i am facing issues with the speaker of the phone. Speakers was not working since, in the meantime i have sent my mobile twice at the service center. However, i am not getting any amicable solution, every time they have returned my phone confirming that it’s working however in actual after 1-2 days the issue has persisted. I have called your call center people several time however no response at all. Now, i am losing my patience and my faith towards the brand. It is just 45 days that i have purchased this phone and with in 15-20 days i am facing this much inconvenience.

                                    I have already two job cards which they gave to me and said your phone is working fine from our side,

                                    But still am facing same problem i don't know what they have checked or repaired or just fooled me,

                                    Actually they have replaced too many child parts that i believe you have given me used phone.

                                    Absolutely, manufacturing defect i want my money to be refund or you guys can replace the handset. Looking for some amicable solution from your team.

                                      Purchased galaxy s7 on july-2016 after 7-8 months after purchase the battery backup started reducing. And now after 1year the battery backup lasts only 2hrs max. When we visited the service center in warranty period they just had an excuse of server down. And now after the warranty is expired the service center estimated the cost of repair of 20k (Thousand). After submitting the complain to samsung they had a simple excuse that we can't any thing. The worst samsung product and more worst there service. So don't buy any costly samsung product because after the problem faced they won't help us.

                                        In my samsung refrigerator rt32, water was leaking drop by drop inside, it was also coming out and causing a puddle on the side. The items towards the back of the fridge were catching ice. I had the same issue last year and it was successfully fixed by the engineer in 1 visit. This time, the first engineer came on 4th july and tried to fix the issue, service request [protected]. Within 2 weeks, i had to request an engineer again for the same issue, service request [protected]. Another engineer, supposedly more experienced, came. He did something different and asked for the fridge door to be repaired in addition. I agreed. So he unhinged the door and switched off the fridge committing the door would be picked up for repair next day. But after my daily followup, it was picked up 3 days later and returned after 5 days. Imagine living without a fridge for 10 days. These 2 episodes cost me about 2500 rs and a lot of mental agony and torture!! This was august. By beginning of september, i started noticing water inside my fridge again. I wanted to be sure so i waited. Finally, after being sure, i called for a senior technician (Very specifically an engineer who knows how to repair fridges) service request [protected]. Yesterday this engineer called naresh came. I told him the history and he opened the freezer. There is a thermocol board at the back of the freezer in front of the cooling rods. He showed me that the thermocol has caught water and that is why water is dripping inside the fridege. His solution was that let the thermocol dry under a fan for 24 hours and then he will put it back and it should fix the fault. So i gave the go ahead. There was a silver foil covering about 60% of the thermocol board which he tore to facilitate drying. After destroying the foil, the engineer told me that he wouldn't get the same quantity of foil from the company, they get very little quantities as the company doesn't want them to repair these faults. But still he will try to get the right amount from the company. If he is unsuccessful, he will procure it from elsewhere and i am supposed to reimburse him for that. I asked him what will it cost and he asked for 850 rs. On top of that he wanted service charges. I am furious and feel cheated!!! First, why should i pay service charges again when my previous issue hasnt been resolved. Second, why wouldnot samsung provide the foil to be replaced? Third, how come their engineers are doing a side business of fooling customers? The engineer should have told me about the foil unavailability before tearing the foil and not afterwards and he is asking for undue amount for replacing it. Now my fridge is lying switched off again god knows for how long this time. I have lost faith in samsung service center and their engineers this year. Maybe their engineers work well only in the pehchan advertisement and elsewhere they are busy just torturing and fleecing people and nobody at samsung cares 2 hoots about it.
