Dear sir/mam,

​i m getting 3rd time issue leakage problem in my fridge samsung purchased on 30-jun-2010.
Each time it was ​not handle properly by samsung service engineer.
3 rd time getting issue in 3 years and each time pay 2200 rs for service
As gap not filled properly in last services.
Pl arrange payment less support as this time i will not pay.
Or give me in written that next 5 years i will not get this issue again.

    I am also facing the same problem.
    I bought samsung j5 from delhi last year in oct maybe.
    Now it hangs and suddenly switched off automatically from last some weeks.
    I have to charge it again to reboot this phone.
    Please let me know what i have to do with this phone, should i have to through it in dustbin?

    Hi,

    I went to Samsung care on 19th September 2017 for battery replace and they told me during the replacement of battery if something broken they will charge of it to me. How can I pay if during the replacement of battery if something broken in Samsung care, I can pay only for battery.

      Respected sir or mam i am a regular user of samsung mobile. Last year i purchased samsung s7 edge. A few days ago it got heated and blasted in my hand. No severe injuries but it was very disappointing. Now if i don't get refund for my cell i am going to viral all the pictures of the mobile on social media as well i will make a complaint in grahak suraksha.

      I have purchased an refrigerator on 2014 of about 63000 and from 6 month around my refrigerator is not working properly after having repaired by samsung service center also it is same water is leaking from the fridge

        Mobile use bettery can running well but mobile can not use automatically battery is drain . Service center is all parts are changed but problem is not solved.           There is always cooling problem since we had bought air condition of brand samsung. Air condition has been serviced so many times and at last they are saying that, there is problem in condenser and condenser should be changed which cost around rs 10000, when the warranty of this air condition has just over (3 month).             Samsung engineers are careless and not fully trained to know the problem.
            Purchased inverter ac in year 2015, with cost of 46 thousand, its worked only one year without any problem, but by 2nd year problem started, in 2016 all year i didn't use the ac because their engineer incompetency, they don't know the actual problem and replace quite few spare parts which cost me around 20 thousand, this year again problem started and it's not working, i complaint to samsung and they send the engineer, engineer told me that there's pcb problem, i asked them to replace the pcb, but they came and say your pcb is ok, and there's problem with compressor gas, and need to be refilled, he refilled the gas which cost me 2800, but within two days problem again started and ac didn't worked, informed the engineer about it, and now they say the pcb need to be replaced,

            Please note just last year there's same pcb replace, one small and another one is big. At the same time engineer told me that change the remote, change the motor, at least five spare parts i had replaced last year maintenance, and now again they are doing the same, replace this and that.

            I'm really very disappointed with their response, should i spend 15-20 thousand every year for the maintenance? Do they really have this kind of products? I'm expecting them to replace the main unit.

              I bought a samsung p780 3 years back i used it for 7 months and then its start giving problem wen contact in samsung service center they told its a software defect and even after serving we cant give u garranty that it will work
              I spent 18000 for that phone as a price
              It is not a small amount
              Now who is responsible for my loss. That phone is still with me. Now where do i get refund of my loss 18000 rs.

                    Sir i hav given two times of mobile to samsung care for display problem and draining of battery too fast wothout using but they changed my battery but not changed my battery so problem is same as before. No use of my mobile.. They told lie that changed my battery but in real same battery.

                      So the story goes like this i am an apple fan and my wife prefers only samsung.. It was her birthday and i gifted her samsung s8+. Within 3 days it started showing some signs of a faulty phone (Outgoing voice is not audible toh the other person) within an hr or so it was back to normal
                      Now again on the 14th day of purchase my wife is having same complain since morning
                      Since we both work. I logged an online complaint regarding this my complaint no is:[protected]
                      I was suppose to go to the service centre next day for the replacement.
                      I go there and find out the staff is not cooperative..
                      My complaint is flashing on their system but they are not helping us
                      They took my phone and gave me a jobsheet number
                      Now when i asked for a spare phone they cannot even help with that as they dont provide a spare phone
                      They said ill get a call from a senior executive on the same day
                      I awaited for the call but no calls from your side
                      I call to the customer care service they say senior executive dont work on weekends
                      Senior executive will let us know on monday
                      1. I[censored]r senior executive doesnt work on weekends but we do work u dont provide us spare phone how r we suppose to work
                      2. After purchasing a phone worth rs65000 is this the way you treat your customers
                      3. It is highly depressing to gift a fautly phone
                      4. Even worse to experience such a thing from a company like samsung

                      We had a worst experience with samsung
                      I m really shocked by the way you treat uour s8+ owners.
                      I will never use samsung (Faulty phone makers) again and will suggest others to do the same.

                        I have purchase a flag ship product i. E samsung galaxy note paying a premium and confidence in the brand however i am facing significant problems in getting an original battery.

                        I called the customer care for help, the person asked me why do i need a replacement battery, i told him its almost two years old and the battery backup is very poor, and need a new battery (I told him i will pay for the same) the customer care executives response was it is not in warranty so we can do nothing.

                        Really since when purchasing a replacement battery involves warranty. Fyi i have the receipt / invoice but its past warranty.

                        I have visited multiple samsung stores and without luck, purchased a battery from ebay which turned out to be fake and i am in desperate need of an original battery.

                        Team samsung please organize for an original battery asap.

                          I have complaint about samsung smart tv[ref no...[protected]] at 02/09. Engineer visited two times. Both time they say that display problem. You have to change display system. My tv is in warranty period. Local service centre ordered the display many times but rejected the ordered as per local service centre. Why such big samsung company doing so. More than 20 days crossed but still the problem exist. Please do something. A number of times i have talked with toll free nos.

                            A pathetic. Fridge i must say. I paid 59000 for this fridge. Disappointed with samsung, the product, the service.
                            Ice formation in the lower fridge. The engineer manjunath in bangalore updated the software. He mentioned that this model had a design problem. Still ice formation is there. Worst part food ets spoilt in a day. Water has to be drained every day!!!
                            Tried escalation but samsung not responding. They want me to change the software for which i am to pay another 4000/-.. That too warranty is only 3 months.. Absolutely disappointed samsung!!!

                              We have purchased samsung j7 pro dt. 26.08.17 and submit for repair on 18.09.17 at ur authorized service centre - hearing world - mgs-23, sec-b, aliganj, lucknow. Set is in warranty period but the service centre claims that the display is damage, you have to purchase the lcd costing 4500/- aprox.
                              We agree to purchase the same but we are unable to find the set after one week. Service of the centre is very poor and nobody in the centre is committed to give the set or provide the delivery date.
                              Kindly solve the problem.

                                The battery of my device galaxy a5 2016 expanded a couple of days back and cracked its motherboard. The device is 3 months past its warranty period but this damage is merely due to poor hardware quality installed in the device. I need a immediate solution to this without having much to spend on something which happened due to the oems defective implementation.

                                    I've bought a fridge from your farmgate branch, dhaka, bangladesh on date mentioned. I'm a regular samsung product user. I've bought tv, oven from your company. But in case of fridge on the 3rd year it's creating problems. I've already serviced by your team 2 months ago and now again it is showing same problem. I must say your your service is not up to the mark. Because they are saying it may take 3~15 days to get the parts that are required.
                                    If this type of service you provide worldwide than i'm sorry to say that i can no longer use your product or recommend it to others.
                                    And if you think you can resolve my problem asap than please do so to regain my belief on samsung.

                                      I purchased a samsung led tv of 48 inches on 23, october, 2016 and it was installed on[protected]. It has been only 3 months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly, i have noticed a fault with regard to the display of the tv i. E. The tv screen appears only one third of the screen just like in pip mode. Immediately, i photographed and took videos of the same and the same were attached for ready reference. After having a conversation with customer care on[protected], i was told that the software has to be updated, later they updated the software through remote management vide your service request id no [protected]. Unfortunately, the same problem was occurred on[protected] and informed the same to the customer care vide request id no [protected]. Accordingly, the service engineer, rajesh jadhav assigned the work and he visited my house on[protected]. After attending the tv, he had taken the tv to service centre and kept there for four days and brought back on[protected]. On[protected], the same problem was recurring frequently and i have registered complaints several times and their request ids shown below in the table. Sorry to inform that the problem is not solved sofar and the problem are recurring frequently and i am not interested in repairing the tv. Repeatedly mother boards were changed twice, but problems has not been solved so far. Moreover, it is inform that i have been a fond consumer of samsung products until now even after purchasing an expensive your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying samsung products seems like a very big mistake. I am not the only one who has a complaint regarding the faulty display in your television. I am highly disappointed with your services.

                                      Therefore, you are requested that it would be highly appreciated if you replace the tv or refund the amount at earliest and oblige. If you are not replacing your product then, unfortunately, i have to proceed other way.

                                      I regret to further inform that, the same problem was occurred on 18/[protected], upon which Sr. Technician of Samsung namely Prabhakar and Rajesh Jadhav, visited my home on[protected], they observed my LED television in my home about 10 to 15 minutes and later they informed the same to the concerned that they did not notice the same problem. In this connection, it is to inform that the Sr. Technician who visited my home told me that he has never seen before like fault which arise in my LED whereas other technician Jadhav Rajesh has already seen the fault in his presence. Further, I was informed through emailed dated[protected] that unless the product has some technical fault, it will not be possible to either replace/repair or provide any refund on its behalf. As long as the product has any fault, it is always open to a repair as per Samsung’s warranty policy. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we can recommend for 4 Months Extended Warranty as goodwill gesture. I never satisfied with answer given by UMANG UPADHYAY. I expect only replace / refund. Therefore, you are requested that it would be highly appreciated if you replace the tv or refund the amount at earliest and oblige.

                                        I have purchased samsung led 55d6600 tv from bajaj electronics, hyderabad vide invoice no. Mall/cr11/48550 dtd.28.12.2011 assuming that the quality of the product will be as good as any reputed brands available in india but to my dismay & sorrow i have encountered a problem with the quality of picture, display & sound. One of the samsung technicians visits my residence and gives an estimate (Rs.75, 000/-) of more than 50% of the cost of the tv (Rs.1, 40, 000/-) which is absurd. I strongly oppose to this kind of exploitation from the customers who repose faith and confidence in a company like samsung and spend huge money for the home appliances. I have seen tv's working perfectly for more than 10 years without problems but surprised to see that the product of samsung lasts for 5-6 years as in my case. How can samsung expect the customer to shell down whatever is demanded and spend huge amounts every 5 years for repairs within the life span of the product? Need resolution from samsung soon.
