Hi team,

I want to share one incident happen to me. I have purchased samsung s8 mobile two months back. I read about the phone compare with other mobile and found s8 best suitable to me. I choose s8 over iphone 7.
But after 2 months i face some issues with my s8. As it is a electronic device it is normal i have 1 year warranty! Great.
I visited samsung service centre and submitted my phone. There were two issues fast charging not working and headphone mic not working. They noted it down and promising that it will be fix in 2 days.
After two day called them and ask the status they said phone is ready. I visited the centre that is 50 km from my town. When i reached there they said mother board has been replaced. It checked the charging issue in front of them it was still not working. They said might be we need to replace the charger jack ok. How can they give the status as ready without checking the phone? Let be i said plz do that. Next day i called is it ready they said yes again i visited the centre now thank god charging is working but when i checked the mic it is still not working!!! They said looked like we need to replace the head phone jack!. How can they do that again.

I registered i complaint number [protected] but got no solution till date. Is it my mistake to choose samsung over apple?

I will not accept that phone which is repaired many time by those nontechnical guy. I want replacement of the phone. Kindly look into it.
I have no option other than going to consumer court.

Note : still no resolution they are saying just take your device from our service centre. I got this call[protected]. Phone submission date was[protected]. We can replace your device. If they can't help why they just wasted my 10 days???

    Hi,
    I have pre-ordered galaxy note 8 on 21st september and was assured delivery in 2-4 days but still i could see my order is not even shipped.
    I had requested for cancellation via call and have sent mail to samsung support also and no reply from them.
    As this was purchased using emi, i would lke this order to get cancelled asap and refund my money to bank before it gets reflected in my credit card statement.

    Still my refund is not processed.
    I cannot afford to pay extra amount to bank as TAX once EMI is generated and is been billed.
    by today if the refund is not processed then have to raise a complaint again and will make sure you guys pay the extra amount to bank.

    After i do update on my mobile its working nicely, but charging is very slow after 85% and it cant reach 100%.please resolve my problem fastly.

    Really Samsung is a very bad, without a proper service, even they don't give response . I purchased S8.
    I got a network issue since i purchased, and it is manufacturing defect and they are telling that it is mother board problem. I raised a complaint that to give new mobile or my money. My mobile was in service center for nearly 1month. In these days finally they agreed to give 6 month's extended warranty, first i dint accepted but afterwards I agreed and finally they are not able to give that extended warranty also.
    Finally I came to know that the only treatment for them is a complaint in consumer court and media.

      Purchased the above mentioned phone november 2017. Now for the last 4 maths facing low sound problem and also visited the co. Service centre two or three times for solving the issue but no result. R k jain [protected].{ jain. [protected]@gmail.com}. So i request the company for solving the issue. The sound of the handset is very low one could not listen the sound even while receiving the call or listening the music.

          We had purchased many of your items. But it is shameful on you that inspite of so many complaints lodged for more than last 6 months regarding the malfunctioning of a washing machine supplied by your dealer, we are not getting the required replacement part.
          Shame, that your customer care is not usually attending calls, or keeping the promises that you will send replacement part and technician within 24 hours.

            Sir,
            I have purchased a samsung galaxy a5 mobile from rashmi international, 112/363 swaroop nagar, kanpur imei no. 358005/07/097122/8 for rs. 25500/- on dt. 28/05/2016.in july 2017 display error was occured in this set.
            I have changed display of this set from city fashion, shop no. 43 & 44 baba city centre market, etawah and he has charge me 7060/- by inv. No. [protected] dt. 09/08/2017 and given me guaranty for three months.
            Display problem was again get started in this set and when i visit to service centre he refuse to to repair the same and set that it might be fail down or pushed by yourself.
            I have made a complaint to call centre few days back and rohit sharma has make a call to me and given me a complaint no. [protected] for future regard.
            Is it possible that display of samsung (International brand) has been disordered within a week worth rs. 7060/- and customer has to suffer or samsung is saving offer the display to be replaced.

            Kindly look into this matter in case i don't get my display change i will go to consumer forum.

              I had complaint the samsung company for refrigerator on september 11, 2017. They have assured me that a man from the company visit to my residence for solving the problem. Now. Instead of any visit from the company to my residence they sent me a message on september 15, 2017 that "thank you for contacting samsung.                 Complaint was lodged about non - functioning of microwave oven with superior service, kadma jamshedpur about 10 days back. Service engineer visited and opened the machine and informed us that the touch pad is not working. Simultaneously, he informed superior service. Next day, another group visted and informed us that the touch pad brought by them is different. However, they tried with the same touch pad without opening and microwave started functioning. They charged rs 350 and issued a receipt dated 17.9.2017 (Attached). They used grill and other buttons and got satisfied with the functioning of oven. But, the very next day, it was not working and was informed to mr raja. Next day, another group visited and informed us that the touch pad will have to be replaced. After 2 days, service engineers visited and said that now pcb is not working. He informed on phone that you have to pay rs 2605 for pcb. I have contested this because the defect has occurred during the repair process.
                Pls find a soiution and get the ove repaired without any further delay.

                          There is always cooling problem since we had bought air condition of brand samsung. Air condition has been serviced so many times and at last they are saying that, there is problem in condenser and condenser should be changed which cost around rs 10000, when the warranty of this air condition has just over (3 month).                             Samsung engineers are careless and not fully trained to know the problem.
                            Purchased inverter ac in year 2015, with cost of 46 thousand, its worked only one year without any problem, but by 2nd year problem started, in 2016 all year i didn't use the ac because their engineer incompetency, they don't know the actual problem and replace quite few spare parts which cost me around 20 thousand, this year again problem started and it's not working, i complaint to samsung and they send the engineer, engineer told me that there's pcb problem, i asked them to replace the pcb, but they came and say your pcb is ok, and there's problem with compressor gas, and need to be refilled, he refilled the gas which cost me 2800, but within two days problem again started and ac didn't worked, informed the engineer about it, and now they say the pcb need to be replaced,

                            Please note just last year there's same pcb replace, one small and another one is big. At the same time engineer told me that change the remote, change the motor, at least five spare parts i had replaced last year maintenance, and now again they are doing the same, replace this and that.

                            I'm really very disappointed with their response, should i spend 15-20 thousand every year for the maintenance? Do they really have this kind of products? I'm expecting them to replace the main unit.

                              I bought a samsung p780 3 years back i used it for 7 months and then its start giving problem wen contact in samsung service center they told its a software defect and even after serving we cant give u garranty that it will work

                                      So the story goes like this i am an apple fan and my wife prefers only samsung.. It was her birthday and i gifted her samsung s8+. Within 3 days it started showing some signs of a faulty phone (Outgoing voice is not audible toh the other person) within an hr or so it was back to normal
                                      Now again on the 14th day of purchase my wife is having same complain since morning
                                      Since we both work. I logged an online complaint regarding this my complaint no is:[protected]
                                      I was suppose to go to the service centre next day for the replacement.
                                      I go there and find out the staff is not cooperative..
                                      My complaint is flashing on their system but they are not helping us
                                      They took my phone and gave me a jobsheet number
                                      Now when i asked for a spare phone they cannot even help with that as they dont provide a spare phone
                                      They said ill get a call from a senior executive on the same day
                                      I awaited for the call but no calls from your side
                                      I call to the customer care service they say senior executive dont work on weekends
                                      Senior executive will let us know on monday
                                      1. I[censored]r senior executive doesnt work on weekends but we do work u dont provide us spare phone how r we suppose to work
                                      2. After purchasing a phone worth rs65000 is this the way you treat your customers
                                      3. It is highly depressing to gift a fautly phone
                                      4. Even worse to experience such a thing from a company like samsung

                                      We had a worst experience with samsung
                                      I m really shocked by the way you treat uour s8+ owners.
                                      I will never use samsung (Faulty phone makers) again and will suggest others to do the same.

                                        I have purchase a flag ship product i. E samsung galaxy note paying a premium and confidence in the brand however i am facing significant problems in getting an original battery.

                                        I called the customer care for help, the person asked me why do i need a replacement battery, i told him its almost two years old and the battery backup is very poor, and need a new battery (I told him i will pay for the same) the customer care executives response was it is not in warranty so we can do nothing.

                                        Really since when purchasing a replacement battery involves warranty. Fyi i have the receipt / invoice but its past warranty.

                                        I have visited multiple samsung stores and without luck, purchased a battery from ebay which turned out to be fake and i am in desperate need of an original battery.

                                        Team samsung please organize for an original battery asap.
