I have handed my samsung edge s7 at the service station at disha services, ahmedabad for replacement of my broken display screen.
But i was informed that i will have to pay rs. 18060.00 for the replacement of the display screen.

As quoted earlier by me

“ i am a samsung loyalist. I owned all the samsung galaxy note mobiles and do upgrade when a new samsung upgraded smartphone is launched. I had purchased a mobile samsung galaxy s7 edge on 29.07.2016, (Copy of bill is appended) after some days the one time replacement scheme was launched for galaxy7/edge mobiles one time free replacement of screen display. My screen is damaged and broken. I approached one of your service centres in ahmedabad who refused to carry the replacement. I have searched and inquired in web sites also where i have found that samsung has never denied screen replacement for their loyal customers. I am in really need of your timely help. And also request you to inform me the best service station in ahmedabad at the earliest.”

I have visted your web site and have found that the mobiles purchased in the same period by other customers of samsung has been replaced free of cost.

Then why they are charging 18060/- from me?

Its a humble request to you that i being a strong loyalist of samsung products and when the scheme is aplicable for me too, i am being charged.

You are requested to take the issue on priority and convey nessessary instruction to the service station at ahmedabad as they were demanding the same from you.

    Ref: [protected] samsung raised number.

    My mother had dropped in the mail to the good offices of ceo offices of samsung india with respect to the negligence in reverting to the complaint made w. R. T the problem i am facing with my 32 led tv.

    I have already stated in my earlier mail that i haven't used the tv.

    And it's been nearly to two months even after brought to the notice of ceo of samsung india has not reverted with solution.

    I am very sorry to say that samsung has failed to win the hearts of customers in providing excellent services w. R. T to post sales.

    It is not a big issue for our family to buy a new tv.

    We are awaiting what samsung will come out with the solution.

    It is suggested to fellow citizens of india not to get carried away by the false statements made by the electronic retailers while purchasing any electronic devices in india.

    Few brands are giving major margins to retailers to sell their brands/products and we are getting carried away by these brands and their marketing strategies/words of the retailers.

    We the citizens of india firstly need to review on the services provided after post sales of devices/products.

    I will also write a letter to concerned parliamentary committee which works on consumer protection to reframe the law to the present/ further nation so that citizens will be benefitted and even such false prestigious brands will not dare/ cheat the common public in our nation.

    We are very much disappointed/dissatisfied with the samsung and in its negligence in reverting back.

    It is submitted to citizens of india to read the consumer complaints posted in the forums against the samsung or other brands while purchasing the devices there on.

      Dear team,
      With much dis-satisfaction i am writing this on your wall, i have purchased the model c7 pro from one of your samsung store in new delhi on 11th aug’17. Since, then i am facing issues with the speaker of the phone. Speakers was not working since, in the meantime i have sent my mobile twice at the service center. However, i am not getting any amicable solution, every time they have returned my phone confirming that it’s working however in actual after 1-2 days the issue has persisted. I have called your call center people several time however no response at all. Now, i am losing my patience and my faith towards the brand. It is just 45 days that i have purchased this phone and with in 15-20 days i am facing this much inconvenience.

      I have already two job cards which they gave to me and said your phone is working fine from our side,

      But still am facing same problem i don't know what they have checked or repaired or just fooled me,

      Actually they have replaced too many child parts that i believe you have given me used phone.

      Absolutely, manufacturing defect i want my money to be refund or you guys can replace the handset. Looking for some amicable solution from your team.

      How many days more i have to wait for your response? its been almost 45 days am fighting for resolution,

      When you guys take me seriously ? your customer care executive always cut the phone by saying we arrange a call back from our high management team but from 5-6 days no one call me, this is how you treating customer,

        Purchased galaxy s7 on july-2016 after 7-8 months after purchase the battery backup started reducing. And now after 1year the battery backup lasts only 2hrs max. When we visited the service center in warranty period they just had an excuse of server down. And now after the warranty is expired the service center estimated the cost of repair of 20k (Thousand). After submitting the complain to samsung they had a simple excuse that we can't any thing. The worst samsung product and more worst there service. So don't buy any costly samsung product because after the problem faced they won't help us.

          In my samsung refrigerator rt32, water was leaking drop by drop inside, it was also coming out and causing a puddle on the side. The items towards the back of the fridge were catching ice. I had the same issue last year and it was successfully fixed by the engineer in 1 visit. This time, the first engineer came on 4th july and tried to fix the issue, service request [protected]. Within 2 weeks, i had to request an engineer again for the same issue, service request [protected]. Another engineer, supposedly more experienced, came. He did something different and asked for the fridge door to be repaired in addition. I agreed. So he unhinged the door and switched off the fridge committing the door would be picked up for repair next day. But after my daily followup, it was picked up 3 days later and returned after 5 days. Imagine living without a fridge for 10 days. These 2 episodes cost me about 2500 rs and a lot of mental agony and torture!! This was august. By beginning of september, i started noticing water inside my fridge again. I wanted to be sure so i waited. Finally, after being sure, i called for a senior technician (Very specifically an engineer who knows how to repair fridges) service request [protected]. Yesterday this engineer called naresh came. I told him the history and he opened the freezer. There is a thermocol board at the back of the freezer in front of the cooling rods. He showed me that the thermocol has caught water and that is why water is dripping inside the fridege. His solution was that let the thermocol dry under a fan for 24 hours and then he will put it back and it should fix the fault. So i gave the go ahead. There was a silver foil covering about 60% of the thermocol board which he tore to facilitate drying. After destroying the foil, the engineer told me that he wouldn't get the same quantity of foil from the company, they get very little quantities as the company doesn't want them to repair these faults. But still he will try to get the right amount from the company. If he is unsuccessful, he will procure it from elsewhere and i am supposed to reimburse him for that. I asked him what will it cost and he asked for 850 rs. On top of that he wanted service charges. I am furious and feel cheated!!! First, why should i pay service charges again when my previous issue hasnt been resolved. Second, why wouldnot samsung provide the foil to be replaced? Third, how come their engineers are doing a side business of fooling customers? The engineer should have told me about the foil unavailability before tearing the foil and not afterwards and he is asking for undue amount for replacing it. Now my fridge is lying switched off again god knows for how long this time. I have lost faith in samsung service center and their engineers this year. Maybe their engineers work well only in the pehchan advertisement and elsewhere they are busy just torturing and fleecing people and nobody at samsung cares 2 hoots about it.

            Hello sir
            I tausif reza having residence in bokaro (Jharkhand). As i have made purchase of my washing machine (Front load) on dated 1st jan 2013 which record was found on customer care service center. On 09/08/2017 my machines get damage and i have made complain regarding my machine, then technician has visit our site and they said that your machine drum wheel and pcb box are damage so you need to change it then i decided to change it on behalf of that i have paid rs 6000 as advance which total is rs 13200, after a few weeks they visit our site and started doing operation on that they found front tub is broken then they reply change your front tub it will cost rs 2000 more i said change it after discussion from service incharge they said now a days it is not available in our company, they made the excuse of 17th sep he say on that day we make clean our workshop if we find any old washing machine then we will replace it. On 19th sep 2017 i went there (Service center) they reply product is not available then i ask for my money refund they reply it can't reverse, i reply why? They reply as we have bought the product of rs 13200 which is not retuned in our company. Then i said this is not my field you say it cost rs13200 then only i have paid you advance rs6000, when i am asking for my money refund he use to misbehave with me and rudly send me out after that i have given the threaning of consumer court. On 20th sep i have made complain to customer care regarding above issues they said your problem will be solve soon but soon is not coming then service center made excuses of bill and made my complain cancelled when i track my complain from customer care they say it cancelled. Then after i made complain on 26th sep 2017 regarding above issues and also asking the depreciation value of machine as it has not completed 5years my complain no. [protected]. Please solve the issue before elascating the matter to consumer court and also attaching advance slip and video misbehave done by service incharge

              Hi,
              I still have not received the refund status update via mail or message from these guys.
              I am not ready to pay exta amount as gst tax to bank if bill is generated, will make sure you guys pay the extra amount to bank if the emi is billed.

              This needs a serious action as you guys are worst in customer support.
              Make sure the refund is processed and i get a message/notification by end of the day, else would be happy to file a legal action against you to pay the extra amount the bank charges.

                  My samsung note 4 got dead after recent update which i got on my phone. It's not turning on, when i contacted to local service centre they are saying that motherboard of your phone need to be change. I have come through a lots of such news that after getting recent defective update on note 4 mobile phone stopped working. I need a proper reply that how can motherboard of a phone got dead after an update sent by samsung company. And i need a solution of this problem. I am very disappointed by this incident. I am a regular user of samsung phones, i had galaxy s2, note 1 and now note 4 but after this incident i lost my faith from samsung. Please provide me a definite solution of this problem. I am desperately looking for a positive reply. Thanks

                    I had placed an order on[protected] at 19:56pm for "two samsung 25000mah power bank with jbl earphone and 128 gb memory card" with order confirmation number [protected], amounting to rs. 1198.00 (Including shipping charges). Product was delivered to me 2 days later on[protected], and upon opening the packaging, the contents were found to be damaged.
                    I had tried calling the customer care helpline, but it was not able to connect, following which i raised the issue through email but received no feedback.

                    Either refund me the entire amount i have paid or send me the replacement product.

                    Kindly respond as soon as possible.

                      I went to samsung care amritsar for exchnge of my s3 neo battry which is in under warrnty but samsung care manager said if you have battry box then we will exchnge your battery otherwise no. But i have a bill of my battery and samsung care center also sell their batteries without box in the packet. I have issue regarding this and your officer amit singh also behave very rode with me i have recording of this conversation. Pls solve my issue if not then i will go in the court. And one more thing your samsung care officer said to me of you have another battery box then give we will exchnge your battry that means you people are fake or use dublicate things in your care center?                         I have purchased samsung c9 pro on 24 sep.in moradabad (U. P.) but it is creating problem since starting as the voice from other side is not clear some time and becomes low during the time.
                        I have visited the customer care center here in moradabad 2 times.
                        They have formatted the set and updated the software but problem is still there.
                        We are very upset to see the company's response and negligence.
                        Need your support to resolve the issue and please instruct them to return back the mobile set as per company's policy and don't create problems for me.

                          There is problem in my front loaded washing machine i have complaint the engineer visit and said the drum of washing machine will change after period of one month they delivered washing on 5/09/2017 i have paid bill of rs 7000. After few days same problem occurs than i have complaint on 22/09/2017 customer care the service request no. Is [protected] the service engineer has been assigned contact no. [protected] is not picking the phone and i complaint than on 25/09/2017 on costumer care they sad your problem will resolve same day but the situation is same as first day there very disappointing the costumer not getting any response from samsung and your service center in patparganj delhi.

                              Regarding double door refrigerator got a corrosion in its gas flow tubes (Which are inbuilt in the model) which is purchased on 9/7/11 only 6 years of purchase
                              And the company's engineer has nor solution for it, means a 20000/- refrigerator is useless after just 6 years o[censored]se just because of company's bad quality of products and engineering.

                                My mobile was in working condition but calls were going to the emergency no without my dialing. I took the issue to samsung center located at kphb and they dismantled my phone without even a document nor permission and said i have to pay them 11k because the motherboard is at fault. I brought it home and connected it to the charger and the phone which was charging earlier was showing very odd icon on the screen. I called the customer care and was asked to contact one mr. Anand at the samsung center i visited earlier. When contacted, i was asked to come over and they said they will repair my phone and when i went in was made to sit for 2 hours and refused to agree what they said. From that day till today i am contacting customer care with no use. They tell me that the topic is escalated to head office.
                                Iam calling every hour. The head office is very negligent in the issue and my complaint is also misworded and mismanupulated.
                                I even requested to be connected to some higher official and they refused. Please help me soon.

                                I have called [protected] no of customer care again but with no response from the concerned person ms. Srijita from the head office. It was also informed to her that my vacation starts tomorrow and i will not be having all the data with me. But still, she was not responding.

                                However, i thank the executives who are very courteous in convincing me the call will be coming soon. They tried their best to help me.
                                But am awaiting the call from the head office to sort out my problem. I could not imagine the head office people of a branded product to be so unprofessional.
                                I will also be updating you with the proof from the places who saw the phone in working condition before reaching the care center.

                                The head office executive ms. Srijitha does not seem to be competent to make the calls on time. Today again i was promised that my issue will be resolved. But i do not have time to waste on such unprofessional ways.

                                  It is suprising to know that q&a team needs 4-5 days time to respond to a samsung s7 edge mobile handset. 357327/07/252492/5 my handset nos. Master care authorised centre is not responding on the issue of my handphone getting blank and no screen display. Have submitted the handset to borivali service centre mumbai and they are stating that they are not getting feedback from q&a team. Isn't it funny to know about this or samsung doesn't cater to warranted products so that they can charge the enduser.

                                    I bhought samsung on nxt last 4mnths back...from last few days, earphones are not working properly. I went to the samsung serivce centre, they said it comes under physical damage, no replace for it. No wirecuts. Only rubber issue ..they simply rejected it.

                                      My name is mihirkumar r thakkar. I have puchased samsung j7 pro on 31/07/2017. After a week phone's wireless connectivity was stopped. I have submitted my piece on 18/09/2017 with samsung care (New era softtech service) as the piece is defected with the wireless connectivity problem.

                                        Xtremely dissapointed with handset, as to the network issue,

                                        Xpected better response, but very sad, with the perfomance,

                                        Even had the sim card replaced, being the best network vodafone,

                                        Had high hopes, gave it to the gallery, as in warranty, but still in vein, no improvement, request no [protected], they said they had replaced the mother board, but feel like i am being fooled, still having the same issue,
