I have bought a samsung galaxy j7 pro from dubrajpur. Accidentally i dropped it and the display had broken. I have got the never mind offer with it. So i ave gone to the samsung care in bidesipara, in suri. They kept the phone for 7 days... Applied the new display panel... Then after 7 days they gave us the mobile and said that it was not attached properly. So they again replaced and had put the broken display panel and said that it can only be replaced if it's sent to kolkata... Why shall i send it to kolkata although everypart is available in suri? I need immediate action asap before durga puja.

    Dear samsung,
    I have been using samsung devices for a long time so i decided to purchase s7 edge phone. With in few days i noticed some problem in display i took it to the service center they refused to replace it and ready to repair and they repaired it after some days i was coming home on bike and in rain my phone got wet but when company claims that phone can survive 1.5 meter water for 30 min how this phone could get out of order from small drops of rain might be when they repaired first time they left some loop holes for the set and now they are asking 14000 to repair it.
    Please it bieng only one month since i purchased please provide some solution for this i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

      My complain id is [protected] registered in the name of subrata sethy from 12/09/17 and given reminder on 14/09/17&18/09/17 but there no response from you side and your so called service center near me contacted on 15/09/17 and try to make a condition that if you are ready pay the estimated cost which is around 6000 to 7000 then they will send the engineer i simply ask with out finding the problem how can you fix a price 1st find the problem then i will decide from then onwards no one contacted me. So i request you to find out the reason and give me reply so that i can understand why to buy a samsung product.

        I own a samsung ac at my home. Suddenly it stopped working and we made a complaint to the dealer where we purchased it. It happened to be that the compressor became defective and has to be replaced. Compressor has 5 years warranty and the complaint was made to the dealer 2-3 days before warranty expiry. Samsung took more than 20 days to come back to us and without any proper reason, declining to cover the replacement under warranty. Below is one of the emails that i sent to samsung with sequence of events.

        "12 august 2017 - complaint made with bharath electronics & appliances dealer (Erode) that the ac stopped working. The dealer asked for a copy of the bill, which i was not possessing with me on that day. I told them to take up the complaint and would return back with the bill.

        13 august 2017 - went back to the dealer with the bill proof. I registered a complaint with bharath electronics and appliances dealership.

        16 august 2017 - samsung servicemen visited my house and informed me that the ac compressor is the problem and need to be replaced. Servicemen told that the date of purchase that they have in their record is[protected] and that they would have replaced it for free, if the warranty had expired 2-3 days before. Though i informed that the date of purchase is[protected], they didn't agree to it and left after rs.100+ service charge. This complaint was closed on the same day

        19 august 2017 - i sent an email complaint to samsung and after telephonic conversation they mentioned that a service delivery person would reach out to me, which they didn't

        22 august 2017 - i sent a follow up email to samsung support as no one contacted me from samsung. This time samsung asked me to reach out to the dealer.

        23 august 2017 - i reached out to dealer again and they said they will connect with the samsung servicemen, but no updates after that

        31 august 2017 - as there was no response from dealer or samsung, i called samsung toll free number for update. After hearing all the story for about 30 minutes, the customer care person said that they would get back to me in 4 hours, but no one did

        2 sep 2017 - as there was no response, i sent another email to samsung about their worst customer service, they called and told me that a customer care executive is looking at my issue.

        5 sep 2017 - received a call from the dealer and was informed that the replacement cost would be rs.11000 approx and i believe it was you who called me and said you would not be able to honor the warranty as it is 21 days past the warranty expiry.

        Now, here are my questions, i hope you would answer each one of them

        1. Do you deny any of the above facts?
        2. With so many follow ups, emails and calls since 12 august 2017, who do you think is responsible for a delay of 21 days? Is it not samsung?
        3. Who is responsible for thinking[protected] as the purchase date instead of[protected]?
        4. Why the service men had to close the complaint on 16-august-2017 without fixing the issue? Is it because of the fact that the replacement had to be done free of cost if the complaint was open?
        5. If a product with 5 year warranty breaks down just after 5 years, how do you want me to trust your replacement, which is 1/3rd of the total ac cost?
        6. Why should i be paying for a complaint which i placed on time?

        I need to talk or email to the next higher authority. Please provide their contact number or email address."

            I recently bought a samsung galaxy s8 from reliance digital. While making the purchase the sales guy said that there is this offer where i can avail a free wireless charger with the purchase of this device. He then directed me answer after the purchase i did what he said and got a code and ordered the wireless charger from samsung estore. I received a mail confirming my order and said i well receive the order in 10-15 days. Now it's been more than a month and i contacted samsung via mail id they provided and they were little to no help. So hoping that posting this problem here will atleast solve this.

              I bought a brand new washing machine front load (Model no: wf600u0bhwq/tl), yesterday (18/09/2017) evening after washing 2 bed spread, and my 3 t-shirt. While spinning there was a "weird sound while spinning", when removed all clothes and found the rubber which is given in door has been sliced. Called cs engineer came in he was very rude and informed me to rubber is not in warranty but i bought the machine on 08/05/2017, just 4 months done and engineer tells "sorry sir, rubber and plastic are not in warranty and you have to pay"rs. 1, 365/-"for replacing the rubber.

              In 4 four months using machine once a week or once in 2 weeks, in 4th month rubber is in hand what happens if i use the same for daily.

              So when denied the engineer for paying the engineer ringed his manager that lady on call was even more rude. When engineer informed her that am not ready to pay her answer on that"leave the machine and ask them to speak to cs".

              I want to this to be resolved.

                I went to samsung service center c. G. X. Service center vadodara gujarat.
                My mobile purchase date is 07-03-17. I am having problem with my charger i went to this service center at 09-09-17. Firstly your executive told me that my charger is in warrently period and the same will be replaced, and today i. E; 18-09-17 after 10 days i received the message from samsung which is mentioned as below:

                Dear samsung customer, the repair of your samsung product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from c. G. X.. Thank you.

                Why this is happened..
                If my charger is not in warrenty period then how your executive generate the job sheet. What i understand would you replace the charger or not.
                And when i asked why did then that you have to told me that day when i came to replace the charger.
                Mis behaved persons. Even not behaving properly.

                  Bought new phone from connexions arcade, shimla vide memo no. 56756 dt.31/08/2017 (Samsung j730) iemi-[protected]. On 16th sept. 2017 stopped charging. Reported the problem to dealer who directed to customer care. Received a call from customer care that mother board needs to be replaced. I donot want to retain repared phone after paying more than rs. 20, 000/-.
                  You are kindly aware that i am retired public sector officer without any pension. At this stage of my life spending such an amount for a repaired phone is not appreciable.
                  Kindly arrange replacement with new set.

                    Hi,

                    My name is subhomoy dutta. (S/otapan kumar dutta). I have purchased led -32 " samsung ua32fh4003 television on[protected]Rs. 19990/-) from great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd. And the same was delivered and installed at my home on 11 th feb, 2016.

                    Problem started to appear just after 1 year 2 months (April, 2017 on wards) of purchase. At the beginning, one black dot appeared at the bottom left corner of the screen. Now that dot becomes a black dark circle. And, the dark circle is increasing day by day as well as straight line is appearing over screen.

                    Samsung authorized service engineer visited at my home and as per his inspection, he informed us that entire panel needs to be replaced to resolve this issue and it would cost around rs. 13000/-. He took a vising charge of rs. 295/-.

                    I have a certificate of warranty for 2 years. I talked with the customer care representative but they are telling me that warranty covers only for smps panel and i have to pay entirely by my own to repair the defects.

                    I paid rs. 19990/- to purchase it just 1 year 2 months ago and problem started to appear just after 1 year of purchase, could you please think why an user will pay entirely for it and also i have a warranty card where the tenure of warranty is mentioned as 2 years.

                    Estimated amount (Rs. 13000/-) is too much for us to repair this defect. Could you please think why an user will pay for it just after 1 year of purchase.

                    In case we have to pay by our own to repair this defect, it would be better for us to buy a new television with rs. 13000/- and we are not sure what other defects will arise from this faulty model in future.

                    It is not at all expected from a top brand like 'samsung'. I am extremely disappointed.

                    Hi SAMSUNG Team,

                    I am 66 years old. I have seen atleast 5-6 television of different brands like oscar, haier, sony, videocon, philips, onida in my life.

                    Those televisions were not so expensive but served 6-7 years nicely in my home

                    Yes, we had faced issues in those but those issues did not appear just after warranty period is over and we had spent money 500/- to 1000/-from our pocket to repair and do not ask for free repairment from those brands.

                    My son told me to go with TOP BRAND SAMSUNG and I have spent Rs.19990/- just 1year few months before.Now you are telling me to spend 10000/-
                    more to repair this defect.Why should I spend Rs. 10000/- to repair this faulty model.It would be better for us to buy a new one.

                    You should think before giving me any solution that you are telling me to spend in total 30000/- within 1year of few months of purchase

                    As you mentioned "Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products.After an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault
                    during its normal usage." .

                    If so and if you believe that everyone is not facing this issue as you have great faith over SAMSUNG then you should consider issues in my television as an exception and you should provide the service with minimal cost as the defect is found just after warranty period is over.

                    One more thing, I would like to remind you that SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED service engineer informed us that panel needs to be repaired to rectify the defect and it was not me who took decision what needs to be done.

                    As you have mentioned " As a special gesture, we are offering you Rs-3200/- discounted repair on the above mentioned product.",

                    I would rather suggest you if you want to show special gesture then your offer should be Rs 10000/- since SAMSUNG is doing business with CRORES daily.
                    Otherwise, we don't need your special gesture.Because we have our own respect and if we can pay Rs. 10000/- and it won't be too difficult for us to pay
                    Rs. 3000/- more.

                    As informed earlier, we were facing issues over display screen( dark circle from left bottom corner with straight line) within 1 year and 2 months of purchase of Samsung LED TV model number UA32FH4003RMXL, bearing serial number 0A2F3ZNH118536E..

                    We thought that we will be bearing with that problem.Since other portion of the display screen was clear at that time and the solution of the problem was to change the entire panel which costs 13, 186/- which is too high for us.

                    But now, no picture is appearing over screen from Feb 25, 2018 on wards(exactly just after two years of purchase).

                    As per the samsung authorized technician recommendation (CALL NO :[protected], DATE: 10/03/2018), entire panel has to be changed to resolve the issue. And, we have no other options.

                    As discussed earlier ' Keeping customer satisfaction in mind, we are offering a very cost effective repair for your product. The total repair cost for your product is Rs. 13186.In conclusion, based on our discussion we will not be able to cater your request for free of cost repair of the above said product. As a special gesture, we are offering you Rs-3200/- discounted repair on the above mentioned product.'

                    Could you please help us to change the entire panel within a cost of Rs. 9, 691/- (after adjustment of SERVICE CHARGES Rs. 295/-already paid to TECHNICIAN on 10/03/2018) providing a warranty over new panel for 1 year.

                      Sir my name is gufran ahmad. O say i hav submitted my mobile to samsung service centre in karachi khana kanpur up. My mobile screen was not functioning properly. The person of servoce centre told me that come after 1 mlnth and take your mobile.. But after one month they give me mobile.. But they hav changed all internal parts of my mobile and they did not serviced my mobile and problem as same now. Please i want that please take necessary action against him that they hav cheated me.. I will be very gratefull to you. Mobile number of samsung service centre karachikhana kanpur is [protected].                       Samsung care ka number kyo nhi mil raha hai
                      I recieved mobile on 22 sep 17.Now display is workong normal ..but battery drain too much fast wothout using.
                      When called to samsung care they told lie that battery was change but...In real no battery was changed ...I am in big trouble.I want change my battery..

                        I lodged comp. For my tv 40" curved on 10/09 [protected], eng. Amol assigned, as per eng. Need one more eng. To handle the comp so he will attain the comp. On 17/09, after one day i got sms from service center we tried not able to cont. You.
                        Again on 17/09 after waiting for him lodged a complaint [protected] same eng. Assigned and at around 7.00pm his reply was same. I am shocked how come job distributed to engineer without analysis of type of comp. Or model.

                        Please look in to the matter imm. And resolve the issue.

                          We purchased a mobile model no. Samsung j7 on dtd 19.04.2017 from kanahia watch co. Address 145, chandni chowk delhi -110006 (Near moti bazar), after 2 months a black spot was recognized on the screen of mobile which spread day by day to whole screen. We ask seller to exchange the same, seller show the mobile phone to customer care "care zone" address a-16, tagore market kirti nagar new delhi-110015, which refuse to change & ask money for the same. We paid the amount & bill is received for the same on 25.07.2017, but then also the problem is not solved & after 1.5 months a same problem arise. We request to solve the same from company & request the refund which is paid earlier on 25.07.2017

                            This is to inform you that your samsung service centre can't provide the service to your customer. This is the worst service i got from your service centre.
                            When i went there to submit the phone for repair then their was one manager directly denied to submit the phone and used very 3rd class language and his name was mr. Shokeen in janak puri branch (District centre). Your branch manager can't maintain the standard of your samsung brand.
                            He directly said that i repaired my phone outside but when i said that few months back i repaired my phone from your service centre your can check your records but he got so much angry and was trying to fight with me.
                            I said i have job sheet number [protected] you can check your records but don't know what kind of manager you hired for your samsung brand. Who can't listen and provide the service.
                            I visited 10 times to your service centre sometime your server not working but at the end when your manager can't provide the service he used fake things that i repaired my phone from outside.
                            I visited again your store on 13 september then one of your employee submited my phone and gave me job sheet number [protected]

                            Now i want to know how you can help me in the same.

                                I purchased galaxy s8 on 4th june 2017. 1 month my phone was working fine.
                                But in aug one day when i was charging my phone it showed some droplet
                                Symbol. And a sigh of not allowing to charge. I changed my port and tried
                                Charging in another socket. But same droplet came. I went to samsung care
                                Centre sec 16 faridabad. I showed them the issue. They took my phone and in
                                Evening told me to collect. They told mam its a moisture issue. Water
                                Went in the lower panel etc. I have not put my phone in water how come
                                Moisture came. That horrible. S8 is a water resistant phone and i have
                                Not put water. I took my phone and came. After 1 week again same problem
                                Occurred. Again i have 2 rush to service centre. They took my phone and
                                Gave me on 4th day. They told me mam due to season its happening. Keep
                                Your phone safe.

                                If this is the case that i could have buyed a affordable phone. Why to
                                Waste so much of money on s8. Does did mean i should not charge my phone
                                Till october end? This is unacceptable to me. Now yesterday (3rd time). I
                                Faced some issue droplet came to my phone and not working. I am very
                                Annoyed with this now. I need replacement or my money back. Every time
                                Facing same issue going to centre. People are simply giving me lame
                                Excuses. Now i regret on my decision of buying s8. Instead of giving me
                                Pleasure. This phone is giving me trouble.

                                I am writing this E - Mail to you because of my on going issue of S8 . I found moisture in my S8 . I went to service center 3 times. They are keeping my phone and telling me it is working fine now. Water went inside and now we dried up the water and its working fine . But this issue is still existing . One of the service center communicated to me Water test has been failed. It is not water resistant . I need replacement of my phone . Samsung India people are lying to me and they are simply keeping me in round talks. My phone is facing the Moisture issue every time. This is really not acceptable . This is not how Samsung works or value customers satisfaction .I felt so bad by the executives . Its been 1 month Service center has kept my S8 and they are not responding me back.

                                S8 has water problems . Now nobody is responding to my emails . I am loosing faith on Samsung .I am regretting on my decision of buying S8 .

                                  I have purchased a convertible frost free refrigerator model no.- rt39m5538s8/tl/2017 from kohinoor electronics which was delivered to me a week later from the date of purchase since then there was sweating issue around the control panel area and cooling issue for which i raised a technical complaint and an engineer was sent to my place he asked my mother to get the invoice who was alone at that time and in the meantime without our knowledge he opened the control panel and tried to fix the sweating issue and damaged the corners of the control panel and for the cooling issue he said that unless there is ice formation in the fridge we don't consider it as a cooling issue.
                                  I have to again call the support team and tell the problem but still it was not paid heed to. After several attempts i have to ask the support executive to transfer the call to one of the seniors after which my complaint was escalated to the head office and i was assigned miss sonia upadhyay to handle my case, she asked me to get the door replaced and assured that the problem will get resolved once i replace the door and also offered me extra warranty on the fridge which i refused and asked for replacement as it was faulty unit with not even the basic function of the fridge which is cooling not working properly, but she tried to convince me stating that lets see if the issue gets resolved and if it doesn't then i'll further escalate your case to the management and get the replacement done to which i agreed but to my surprise when the technician visited my place with the replacement door it didn't had the control panel which was actually damaged, i again had to call mrs. Sonia to explain her the issue and then they replaced the control panel as well along with the door, the technician in order to stick the brand stickers removed the transparent plastic laminate on the door halfway through which looks very ugly upon asking why he did it he said it was done to verify that the color was proper, even after that the issue was not solved there was still ice formation on the vents in the freezer, i once again has to call mrs sonia for which she said i'll be sending the senior technician mr kalpesh to take temperature readings. When he came he was saying that no matter what happens the sweating issue will remain as is and nothing can be done about it and the ice will continue to form on the vents as outside air goes in the fridge and ice is formed. I told him that how can this be possible as its a frost free refrigerator and cold air is getting blown outside the vents to which he said that this is what happens, about the temperature readings that were taken were, the default temperature of the fridge was set to 3 degree & freezer at -19 degree for which the temperature readings were -26.8 degree for the freezer which is higher than the max temperature on the control panel which is -23 degree and for the fridge it was 7 degree which is the lowest temperature on the control panel at which the fridge can be set, upon asking the mr kalpesh he said its fine this is the fridge is supposed to be like this as its an automatic fridge and it will cool down eventually so i replied and asked then what was the need of control panel if the fridge is not getting set at my desired temperature and why was the technician trying to fix it to which he said that control panel never gets repaired i don't know why he did that because of which we got it replaced and for every problem i ask he had the same answer that the fridge is fine and left. I tried calling mrs sonia for 2 days continuously after that she didn't answer again i called up the customer care and asked them to raise a request that i get a call from the head department to let me know the status of my complaint after which i received the call and she said that according to us there is no issue in the fridge as per the reports we received, losing my patience i told her that i have followed every procedure you asked for as per your company policies and even after all this you are saying that the fridge is fine i asked her that will you be finally able to help me with the replacement of this faulty unit to which she very blatantly replied no and hung up. I don't get this first of all i received a faulty unit, instead of repairing they damage the control panel and the technician coming at place even after seeing that there are issues is saying that there isn't any issue and the replacement of the parts are given for the parts which are not even damaged is this the kind of troubleshooting and solutions head office staff provides. Pathetic service from all the service staff and no sign of giving replacement even though the fridge is under warranty as if they have instructed the staff that no matter what no replacement will be given

                                    I have always been a loyal samsung customer using all samsung devices. I bought samsung s7 edge smart on 22 sep 2016 for 53000 and the one time screen replacement offer is available for everyone who bought it on and after 1 october 2016. I now have my s7 edge screen broken now the new screen charges are 16000 as i have checked. I feel very disheartened as i have always bought latest of samsung, but i am not considered eligible for the screen replacement offer although i have bought the phone at a higher price than those who bought it in october 2016. I would be really happy if my request is considered as i have always been a samsung loyal fan.

                                      Hello sir i m using samsung a8 moblie i had buy it last year may 2016. Before one month its had come minor pink spot single dought on my display bottom right side and after some day thats spot wide itself lumsum 1.5 inch and cover conner by pink colour and afer some day blue colors also has come now blue colour overlaping pink colour and its wide 1 inch at display conner and then one more colour has come black and its also doing same like blue.
                                      So there i thought that i should cheak on youtube what is issued with that. There is so many moble with same problem i think this manufacturer default. Now i want know this that what is this which is has come after laps warranty. Many moble on youtube which is same problems.

                                        Hi, my name is amit kumar and i have purchased my samsung galaxy s8 from samsung retail store citywalk and they promised me that u will recieve ur wireless charger within one week or so but now it has been more than one month now i bought it on 4th of aug 2017 order no[protected]. Plz someone tell me was the company promises were fake or its supposed to take more than 2 months.

                                        [protected] is my ordar no. I ordared powar bank, sd card and blue tooth. But all product are not acording to add. I got duplicate powar bank, 64gb card in place of128gb, and last their is no blue tooth. In stead off I got headphone. So kindaly request send my money back. It was cash on dilevery . I got order at 30 august 2017.
