A pathetic. Fridge i must say. I paid 59000 for this fridge. Disappointed with samsung, the product, the service.
Ice formation in the lower fridge. The engineer manjunath in bangalore updated the software. He mentioned that this model had a design problem. Still ice formation is there. Worst part food ets spoilt in a day. Water has to be drained every day!!!
Tried escalation but samsung not responding. They want me to change the software for which i am to pay another 4000/-.. That too warranty is only 3 months.. Absolutely disappointed samsung!!!

    We have purchased samsung j7 pro dt. 26.08.17 and submit for repair on 18.09.17 at ur authorized service centre - hearing world - mgs-23, sec-b, aliganj, lucknow. Set is in warranty period but the service centre claims that the display is damage, you have to purchase the lcd costing 4500/- aprox.
    We agree to purchase the same but we are unable to find the set after one week. Service of the centre is very poor and nobody in the centre is committed to give the set or provide the delivery date.
    Kindly solve the problem.

      The battery of my device galaxy a5 2016 expanded a couple of days back and cracked its motherboard. The device is 3 months past its warranty period but this damage is merely due to poor hardware quality installed in the device. I need a immediate solution to this without having much to spend on something which happened due to the oems defective implementation.

          I've bought a fridge from your farmgate branch, dhaka, bangladesh on date mentioned. I'm a regular samsung product user. I've bought tv, oven from your company. But in case of fridge on the 3rd year it's creating problems. I've already serviced by your team 2 months ago and now again it is showing same problem. I must say your your service is not up to the mark. Because they are saying it may take 3~15 days to get the parts that are required.
          If this type of service you provide worldwide than i'm sorry to say that i can no longer use your product or recommend it to others.
          And if you think you can resolve my problem asap than please do so to regain my belief on samsung.

            I purchased a samsung led tv of 48 inches on 23, october, 2016 and it was installed on[protected]. It has been only 3 months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly, i have noticed a fault with regard to the display of the tv i. E. The tv screen appears only one third of the screen just like in pip mode. Immediately, i photographed and took videos of the same and the same were attached for ready reference. After having a conversation with customer care on[protected], i was told that the software has to be updated, later they updated the software through remote management vide your service request id no [protected]. Unfortunately, the same problem was occurred on[protected] and informed the same to the customer care vide request id no [protected]. Accordingly, the service engineer, rajesh jadhav assigned the work and he visited my house on[protected]. After attending the tv, he had taken the tv to service centre and kept there for four days and brought back on[protected]. On[protected], the same problem was recurring frequently and i have registered complaints several times and their request ids shown below in the table. Sorry to inform that the problem is not solved sofar and the problem are recurring frequently and i am not interested in repairing the tv. Repeatedly mother boards were changed twice, but problems has not been solved so far. Moreover, it is inform that i have been a fond consumer of samsung products until now even after purchasing an expensive your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying samsung products seems like a very big mistake. I am not the only one who has a complaint regarding the faulty display in your television. I am highly disappointed with your services.

            Therefore, you are requested that it would be highly appreciated if you replace the tv or refund the amount at earliest and oblige. If you are not replacing your product then, unfortunately, i have to proceed other way.

            I regret to further inform that, the same problem was occurred on 18/[protected], upon which Sr. Technician of Samsung namely Prabhakar and Rajesh Jadhav, visited my home on[protected], they observed my LED television in my home about 10 to 15 minutes and later they informed the same to the concerned that they did not notice the same problem. In this connection, it is to inform that the Sr. Technician who visited my home told me that he has never seen before like fault which arise in my LED whereas other technician Jadhav Rajesh has already seen the fault in his presence. Further, I was informed through emailed dated[protected] that unless the product has some technical fault, it will not be possible to either replace/repair or provide any refund on its behalf. As long as the product has any fault, it is always open to a repair as per Samsung’s warranty policy. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we can recommend for 4 Months Extended Warranty as goodwill gesture. I never satisfied with answer given by UMANG UPADHYAY. I expect only replace / refund. Therefore, you are requested that it would be highly appreciated if you replace the tv or refund the amount at earliest and oblige.

              I have purchased samsung led 55d6600 tv from bajaj electronics, hyderabad vide invoice no. Mall/cr11/48550 dtd.28.12.2011 assuming that the quality of the product will be as good as any reputed brands available in india but to my dismay & sorrow i have encountered a problem with the quality of picture, display & sound. One of the samsung technicians visits my residence and gives an estimate (Rs.75, 000/-) of more than 50% of the cost of the tv (Rs.1, 40, 000/-) which is absurd. I strongly oppose to this kind of exploitation from the customers who repose faith and confidence in a company like samsung and spend huge money for the home appliances. I have seen tv's working perfectly for more than 10 years without problems but surprised to see that the product of samsung lasts for 5-6 years as in my case. How can samsung expect the customer to shell down whatever is demanded and spend huge amounts every 5 years for repairs within the life span of the product? Need resolution from samsung soon.

                Extreme faulty repairs by samsung authorised center
                My samsung note 5 imei no rz8h30jve5v phone had display problem for which i visited sapphire service center at dadar. They asked me if i was interested in buying note8. I said no i would like to repair. They changed the display and charged me rs 9630 /-
                They said new phones have better display.
                I was happy with my note 5 galaxy phone spent 55ooo already.
                After getting my display done in just a matter of weak the new display went blank again.
                My bill[protected] dates 08/09/17
                They now say that mother board is gone and you better buy a new phone.
                Either side all they want is to buy new phones
                And repairs are pathetic
                How do we trust samsung brand.
                I am going to put this on all social media websites and on consumer court for the kind of repair and harassment done and sofisticated fooling done to indian customers.

                    I ordered samsung gear s3 on emi on credit card from samsung estore.

                    My order id #[protected]

                    Its been 3 months and i didn't receive my cashback on credit card emi. When i purchased it on emi it mentioned the interest will be received back on credit card within 90 days and till now it has been not credited back. I have attached a image below.

                    When contacted samsung support 3 times didn't get the response and after writing to samsung india ceo desk. Got a callback from senior customer care executive mentioned on phone that i am not eligible. But no where they have replied on email that i am not eligible.

                    I have attached screenshot while making payment where it shows i am eligible for cashback.

                      Hi,
                      I bought samsung flagship phone s8+ 128 gb on 22nd august from your samsung store in navimumbai. I saw your "never mind offer" being offered to your new customers but not for the ones who have purchased it before 21st sep 2017.
                      Is this the goodwill being given to your regular customers who buy your phone as soon as they are launched?..
                      I and my wife are using your galaxy models from s2, s3, s7 edge and s8+ as and when it was launched..
                      It is very disheartening to know and to learn that to never buy samsung phones as soon as they r launched but to wait for offers..
                      My wife dropped the phone accidentally from just her knee height and the s8+ 128 gb phone's screen got cracked.. When i went to the samsung store they said i she to pay approx 15000 inr for the repairs, to keep the warranty valid..
                      For the first time i feel the gorilla glass of s8+ is not up to the mark as promised.. I own a s7 edge as i bought it soon after the launch and i am very happy with phones performance and it's built..
                      I want to put it in your records that i am very disappointed that this never mind offer is not given to samsung early bird customers and i request you to pls forward this email to your marketing head for india too, so as to enlighten him how a customer feels discouraged to buy samsung products as soon as they are launched..
                      Pls help me in this regard and i expect you to allow me to make use of your "never mind offer" to replace my s8+ screen..

                        Washing machine was purchased on 30th aug 2017 in kerala thiruvananthapuram pin no 695581, post that i got a demo from the samsung engineer regarding how to use the washing machine. The next day of the demo it was working well, however from the 3rd day the machine stopped working. We contacted the customer care on 13th of sept and found out that there is an issue with the drum. The customer care executive logged our complain and assured us that a samsung engineer will come within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
                        We are yet to have a visit from the engineer, we have placed numerous calls to the service centre but every time they assure us that the engineer will visit us in the next 24 hours but nobody from the samsung team turns up.
                        I also contacted the supervisor of the service centre but he in turn says that my mobile was out of coverage and the engineer tried contacting me. I haven't received a single call from the engineer and its been almost 10 days from the date of complain and more than 15 days that the washing machine has stopped working.

                          I purchased samsung level u bluetooth on[protected]. Its right side earpiece stopped working. I took it to the service centre in patna named galaxy communication, and when i showed it to them, they took it and tampered the cable from their side. And returned it to me saying that it can not be replaced as it is damaged physically. I was speechless at their this action. I really am very much depressed at this kind of service of samsung. I do not know where to complain about this. I am trapped in such a situation that i cant explain. As the earphone is tampered physically it can not be accepted in any other service centre. I want some solution to my problem.

                          [protected] this was the reference number i was given. The guy who contacted me was the worst cce i have talked to ever in my live. Without listening to my problem he disconnected my call and next moment i got the message that your problem has been solved. Is this the standard of a multinational company like samsung? If it is... It is the condition is pitiable . The desi comoanies like micromax and lava are far better at this point.
                          Worst quality & worst customer care experiance. Buy Samsung level U just 5 month ago. Within a frame of these 5 month sound get low day by day. Battery Backup reduce to 45 minutes only. Even remain connected to mobile after switch it off. When go to customer care their behave is worst how illiterate peoples Samsung have hired. No manners to talk to customer. When ask to repair or replace clearly denied.

                          I have purchased Samsung level you Bluetooth on 23rd June 2019, but now Bluetooth is not working properly.
                          Might be there is technical problem as voice is breaking in between while listening the song and battery backup is also reduced drastically.

                          Due to covid 19, i am not able to raise complaint.

                          kindly look into this and registered my complaint.

                          I will contact customer service once situation will be in control.

                                  I purchased a samsung mobile galaxy note 5 on 21/11/16 from chandigarh and almost after 6 to 7 months, i started facing battery issues. It started heating a lot during phone calls and charging time. I went to one of your service centre, without even looking at it, they told me "sir garmi bahut hai" don't worry.

                                  Last week, it started getting worse for me. I noticed the battery draining from 100% to 0 that too without warning in about 3-4hours o[censored]sage. I contact live chat support, whatever steps they told me i followed.

                                  And finally, yesterday evening, while charging the phone, i noticed the back cover was a little abnormal i immediately removed the charger and found that the battery started swelling.

                                  Today i went to sector 22 service center in chandigarh, and i found the staff non-cooperating to which i asked them about regional service managers no. But they handed over me that card "pic attached" and asked me to call on that no. I called and to my surprise, i was talking to someone in their premises only. That how you treat your customer who bought high-end phones from you.

                                  I asked mr. Umesh who was at reception to give me no. For samsung officer to which he then refused and ask me to meet mrs. Gosawmi who was supposed to be their head.

                                  I talked to that lady and very casually she told me to submit the phone so that they can replace the battery to which i refused as i was not convinced. I also asked her to give me the no. And she refused and arrogantly told me to call at customer care no. Her rude and arrogant behavior really made me upset.

                                  For samsung:

                                  1. As a customer, i am not satisfied with the service centre attitude. (For the second time)
                                  2. Now i dont want my phone to be repaired as i have lost trust in samsung note devices as an example was note 7 the blasting phone.
                                  3. Why samsung is pricing the devices so high when they don’t know how to treat their premium customers.

                                  Buying samsung phone was my biggest mistake. I think you should learn from apple what customer dealing is.

                                  Now they only option i have is to take this phone as a loss for myself but to highlight this issue online so that people should know the kind of bombs you are making with your devices.

                                    I register a complaint from last 3 month and they told me you need to replace the pcb circuit i pay for that 10k and still they are not capable to repair my ac. The engineer told me again pcb come from company faulty so we need to replace again. After few days he came with new pcb and still the same problem after 2 months samsung company took a decision. Return to take ac unit and they are refunding my payment for ac unit.

                                    So here my complaint about is 10k which i already pay samsung service center for pcb.
                                    When i call to service center they told me to fight with samsung company. This is not my fault. And samsung company not giving me the proper answer.

                                    Where i have to go for my 10k can you help me out?

                                      This is to bring you in notice that i'm facing lot of issues regarding samsung.
                                      1. Target - the target you are giving us is not proper. Due to which it affect our activation which result in increase in our target. This problem is understood by dealer only.
                                      2. Credit not is not received on time. Every time this problem affects our sale but no solution is provided by your end.
                                      3. Demo availability - our counter is not having any demo in the price range above 20 k, in that case we are unable to showcase it to our customer.
                                      4. Dealer is not having any knowledge about your company product.

                                      Every month we are facing this issue which adversely affect our sale and vice versa. We are in this business to sell but all this circumstances is leading us to think something wrong. We are not company employee so better company should take some strict action against these point and try to resolve the issues asap. This is tottaly clumsy that every time we need to have an argument on these topic.
                                      So i will like your team to have a visit to my counter and have a permanent solution on these matters.
                                      I have already informed senior managers like abm'zsm, asm of samsung but no one responded.

                                        I have purchased galaxy s8 on august 13th 2017
                                        The store keeper told me i would receive a free wireless charger within 10-15 days
                                        It is almost more than a month and still i did not receive the charger
                                        When spoke to the customer care people
                                        After making repeated calls nearly 6 times
                                        They informed the product will take 30 working days from the day of order
                                        However when i asked for a call back from the supervisor for more information
                                        The agent arranged a call back from a fellow agent whose name i don't want to dis close
                                        Just 24 hours back when i again called back and asked for a supervisor and the team leader of a particular team called me and denied giving his employee id
                                        He is a higher official and indeed argued with me that he cannot proceed further unless the duration of 30 working days
                                        Which is 29th of september 2017
                                        Well i do not have any issues in leaving this
                                        But valuing a customer's concern is the main job of a company
                                        Which samsung has completely forgotten and the customer service from the chennai location is too bad in understanding the customer need
                                        Instead i was put on hold for 10 minutes over the call
                                        6 times repeated calls and issue is not solved
                                        Very bad customer service
                                        When requested for a manager call
                                        The team lead from the chennai service department straight away denied and asked me to wait for my due date
                                        During the time of purchase
                                        It was free
                                        Now i have to wait for 30 working days to get this wireless charger
                                        I have all the recordings of the calls made repeatedly and i am going to lodge a complaint straight in the next 24 hours
                                        If i am not getting a call back from samsung.
                                        Service/sales team from the chennai location on a straight note have completely lost there trust.
