Hello samsung
I have purchased galaxy s8 on august 13th 2017
The store keeper told me i would receive a free wireless charger within 10-15 days
It is almost more than a month and still i did not receive the charger
When spoke to the customer care people
After making repeated calls nearly 6 times
They informed the product will take 30 working days from the day of order
However when i asked for a call back from the supervisor for more information
The agent arranged a call back from a fellow agent whose name i don't want to dis close
Just 24 hours back when i again called back and asked for a supervisor and the team leader of a particular team called me and denied giving his employee id
He is a higher official and indeed argued with me that he cannot proceed further unless the duration of 30 working days
Which is 29th of september 2017
Well i do not have any issues in leaving this
But valuing a customer's concern is the main job of a company
Which samsung has completely forgotten and the customer service from the chennai location is too bad in understanding the customer need
Instead i was put on hold for 10 minutes over the call
6 times repeated calls and issue is not solved
Very bad customer service
When requested for a manager call
The team lead from the chennai service department straight away denied and asked me to wait for my due date
During the time of purchase
It was free
Now i have to wait for 30 working days to get this wireless charger
I have all the recordings of the calls made repeatedly and i am going to lodge a complaint straight in the next 24 hours
If i am not getting a call back from samsung.
Service/sales team from the chennai location on a straight note have completely lost there trust.

Sir mene samsung ka mobile liye or bo mobile chaina ka nikla...
My mic is not working.. Phone is heating i bought it a less than month ago.. I want to replace my phone no plysicaL damange in my phone.. M vry much worried as i had paid 70900..
I buy new origional Battery from shop but after 3months it is swallon. And it has in warranty period but the shop keeper can't do the same. I am 100, %Sure that I can't over charged mobile phones. And this was happen. Please clear it. My mob no-[protected]
I purchased it on February 2017, so i accidentally dropped my phone, so is it replaceable under replacement offer.Also my phone's motherboard price. Service centre said that ur phone is rooted so it cannot be done under warranty.

    I want to say that your latest update og nougat on j7 prime has given me a severe headache from the past days i am feeling very helpless. Its of no use. Almost every app and games keeps crashing even your messaging app keeps crashing.. I want to downgrade to marshmallow again but i cant even do that i tried but i failed. What should i do now. I[censored] donot know how to handle any operation system please donot give it to your customers until it is fully in your control. Hell man this nougat is such a pain in my head i cant even play a game. Even a small one. Whats the use of calling that an update then. Not expected this from you samsung.

    Spin function was not working due to that water inside the machine when wash is completed where my washing machine is fully automatic

      Greetings

      I'd like to draw your kind attention towards a very serious matter/situation which make me frustrated as well as furious by samsung care.

      I am going to enlighten you about your samsung mobile phone model no edge-7 which was launched in the year-2016 which i purchased from an authorized samsung dealer on 19th september 2016, this phone is claiming a water resistance phone at a certain level of 1.5m (Ip68) as per your claim policy. There was some issue with the battery which get replace under warranty on 29th august 2017 and also i spent 3700rs approx to extended my warranty for one year. However couple of days ago i encountered a scenario where some of my phone's functions and features were not working properly as in mic, sensors etc. Therefore i visited your samsung care @ noida sector-3 on 13/09/2017 & for the same they called me on 14/09/2017 stating that they found water substances inside my phone however there's nothing like that i didn't put this phone into water (Even though company is claiming that it's water resistance) therefore they're stating that couple of internal parts of phone are subject to change which is around 31000 as well as they are refusing to cover it on their end and asking me to pay it. Earlier i use to walk in rain caring my phone in hand and also clicking photographs but nothing happened. But after the service on 29th august 2017 same thing happened, i was caring my phone in pocket while driving and there was sudden rain. I didn't care much about my phone as it is water resistance (Claimed by samsung) and once i reached my room i found some sensor and both mic are not working which i already told you above.

      Now tell me why should i pay this amount if it is water resistance as samsung claimed and same thing is mention on the phone box? Secondly, the way your samsung center dealing with me on this issue is highly unprofessional and rude as well if we consider your brand name.

      Also, would like to bring to your notice that, last time when they replaced battery and taping, seems they haven't done it properly as far as taping is concerned and because of that this happened.

      So, can you please look into this and fix asap, as its pending for so long.

      Note - if required, can provide bill, mobile box.

          The glass of the camera was broken two months back... Bt there was no problem in capturing the pictures. Last week one small piece of the broken glass gone inside and placed in front the focusing part of the camera... And not able to capture the pictures. All the pictures taken are blur now... Kindly help me out that whether the whole camera part will be replaced or jst the camera glass got replaced...

          My 32 GB memory card is not working in mobile and pc.So I want replace my memory card.This memory card is very very reject by me.
          I am using samsung j2 mobile phone from last 5 months . My phone has internally a problem that it is not charging ...My phone is in warranty and i went to samsung service centre and there said to me that it has some fault inside and you have to repair it and the repair cost is 595. How is it possible if my phone is in warranty???

            Samsung give me veru shamefull and bad service. I give my mobile to samsung service centre from 13 sep to till date..
            They repair my phone almost 2-3 time, chnag mother board twise in these days and chage battery also.. Its mean they open my phone many time so its seems my mobile life is not going well in future....in the last thay tell me that your phone is ready come and take i go today 21 sep but the phone condition is same and they your take some more time till sunday means 24 sep... Again they said your mother board will change again... My patience is over this time...
            What i ecpct from samsung and what i get...
            After this i said i dont want to take this phone becoz its life no more... From 8-9 days they make me fool... Again and again even they dont provide me any alter mobile to use to do my office work...
            Aftero that i just said that samsung service is bad too bad for me.

            They dont give me any resolutions...
            What i do i dont
            I dont indrstand what they are doing with my phone..
            They dont give me any type of resolution or even there is no option for replacement...
            They break my trust
            I will not buying any samsung product bcoz of there service..

There service center always repair the unit with fake parts so customer keep on coming to them & generate business.                 I am now become very disappointed with your service that on 25.7.17 there is my complaint regarding non operating microwave
                And error is c do in reponse of the complaint the engg gandhi visit and told me that we have to replace the part and will replace when it become available i am in touch with gandhi but part not received in between my product warranty expires on 13.8.17 and i received messessge that part is become ready and you have to pay rs.354/ then i was shock and call mr gandhi he says now system not accept replacement after warranty he suggest me to complaint again i again contact on toll free and i got another shock that status of your complaint is solve and instead of giving me proper service they blaim me why you do not call in between i said that i am in touch with mr gandhi then they says ok we will do within warranty period but after one days i received message that is another shock that your request cancel. Again i call today launch complaint repeat history again and get assures that our senior will call you but as usual i am not received any call but get another shock as the history of samsung call centre got message order become cancel i hereby request to kindly look into the matter at urgent that i am suffering since last two months
                Or replace my entire product
                I am expecting your seniors call if your service is proper

                    refrigerator is not working in compressor guarantee period

                    I am using samsung refrigerator model rt2735, refrigerator stop working compressor not working. I call sales service to check and sort out issue. Technician told to pay rs 500 for visit. And he checked and ask to replace pcb worth rs 7000. I need inverter pcb for samsung refrigerator model rt2735 (Power ac 220v/50hz)
                    Pcb part no da41-00757a (2011.0330 ver1.1) power ac 220v/50hz. From samsung so i can make my fridge working...

                    Sir,
                    I sri chitaranjan nayak had brought a samsung air conditioner dt09.03.2017. After 45 days it had not worked properly. Then i request to samsung care to provide the necessory service.in that time service engineer mr amar had demand me a huge amt for repairing the same. So i send a email to jagannath egency for proforma invoice. After repairing jagannath egency could not provide me hard copy of original invoice according to proforma invoice. Kindly check the difference between both invoice & proforma invoice & take necessary action.
                    Hence i repeat again that my ac is bearing under warrenty period.

                    Hence I repeat again that my AC is under warranty period & Gas refilling charges will be lieble for company.but It is very sad that the jagannath egency recd gas refilling charges from me & not maintain in INVOICE.How is it possible ? .kindly check into the matter & shortout. waiting for your early response.

                        I am facing the most pathetic after sales service by samsung india
                        My complaint no. [protected] is still not resolved & there is no communication from samsung
                        Engineer was suppose to come yesterday i. E. 20/9/17 at 6:30pm
                        But he didn't showed up
                        I was suppose to get a call early morning which never came.
                        I bought led tv which isn't working for past 6 days & im facing
                        Poor attitude of samsung, customer care exe lies over call gives wrong feedback.

                          New ways of making money or lack of skilled personals... Recent experience with samsung for our samsung refrigerator is a real bad one.. Samsung team will visit you only in 24 hrs as they have a 24 hrs tat... So we were visited by technician after 24 hrs who was only supposed to diagnose the problem and won't fix it. Was informed that there was gas leakage problem. Again after 24 hrs this person named raju visited us for gas top up. Until now the ic and compressor of the fridge were working perfectly fine but after he opened the ic panel and did his experiments there was a short circuit and the ic panel broke down. After 3 days we have no solution but an addition to our problem and also we are told that we will have to bear an additional 2500 rs for his faults.

                          Really pathetic after sale service..

                            My samsung galaxy j7 prime has shown a os update before one week. I had done the upadate using mobile data. After updated to nougat my phone has a slow charging problem after 85% of charge and not exceed 92% of charge. Other than this i dont have any problem with phone. Please resolve my charging problem fastly. Please give me the update to fix these slow charging issues.

                              We purchased a samsung refrigerator model rt39m5538ut on 15.09.2017 from authorized samsung dealer (Shyam enterprises). The refrigerator was delivered to us by a rikshaw person and no demo was given about the various functions available (As it is 5 in 1 model). Now our freezer compartment has stopped working. The dealer should be responsible for having a product not only just delivered but having a representative sent to explain all features and to have a customer satisfaction report signed by the owner. Samsung representative closed demo call after calling one time my no. Is [protected]

                                Registered service order [protected].
                                I have registered complaint for washing machine repair on 28th aug 2017.. Till date i have contacted customer care almost 5 times.. Every time i got assurance that service engineer will call me but i have got any call from them. I tried contacting on personal number of service engineer ilias from pune but number was out of service which was provided by samsung service center.
                                Customer satisfaction is the only golden rule to get maximum business through referrals.
                                But because of some irresponsible people working with such renowned brand customers do not recommend anyone to go for with these companies. No doubt the service is good but company has to take care of all the feedbacks from its customers so that can improve better on services.

                                  On 2nd June 2017, I had bought a Samsung S7 Edge Coral Blue mobile from Samsung Smart Café located at Kharadi Pune using my SBI Credit Card. I was entitled for a cashback of Rs 10, 000 in 90 days from the time of purchase, but It’s been more than 90 days already and I haven’t received my Cashback yet.

                                  I called Samsung and they gave reference - [protected] and also sent email to my.[protected]@samsung.com with the invoice slip where it is clear mentioned about 10k cashback. But there is no response form them. I called my bank and they haven't received the cash back yet.

                                  Please help with the cashback.

                                  I called Samsung customer care, they are big cheaters and no one is ready to help, they keep transferring call from one department to other and finally they disconnected my call. I was big fan of Samsung mobile but not anymore, Samsung is not trusted company. After writing so many emails and making so many calls, no one is helping. CHEATERS.

                                    I submitted my samsung galaxy tab 4 (Sm-t331) for service at the service centre, asian electronics, shop no.5, unique apartments, aligarh (202001) on 18/09/2017 at 16:14. I was advised by the serviceman at counter no.1 to enquire about the product after an hour. To my phone call, the service centre replied that the tab was being checked for problems. At, 19:47 in the evening i received a message that the repair of my device has been successfully completed and was ready for immediate collection. But as i was busy, i could not collect it the same day. The next day, i received another message at 11:03 am ensuring me my problem been resolved so i reached the service centre to collect my device only to be told that the motherboard needs to be replaced for which i have to pay rs.8950. For the confusion created i collected my device and paid the amount of rs.177 against invoice no. [protected] dated 19/09/2017. I am unhappy with the way my service. Request was handled. I am surprised with the kind of treatment from the service centre of a company like samsung! I seek an immediate response on this confusion.

                                      I had purchased a samsung led tv a month a ago & i am facing problems with it from the very 1st day, i called the samsung customer care they sent their rep who did something & assured us that we won't face that problem again.

                                      But it happened again, now the problem that the tv screen suddenly goes off but the audio is still audible, at times its opposite i. E audio goes off screen is on, & at times its completely off. This happens 2-3 times a day, randomly. When i contacted the customer center & complained the same, the engineer wants us to take a video of these things. Now they want us to leave our work & sit with a camera the entire day in front of the tv. The last rep assured me that he'll talk to his higher authorities & get back to us, its 2 weeks now but no response.
