I had complaint for my plasma tv whose service order no is [protected] before 6 days and your service center use to call every day that our engineer is going today but no one is to come and today they cancel my service by sending one sms that your address is wrong.
So i request you to do the needful and who will be responsible for delay.
Note:- i[censored] r unable to give service then why should you sell the product and harsh us.

    We bought the rt65k705bs refrigerator (Serial no.0dvc4dbj400461m) from the girias store indiranagar, bangalore. We asked for installation (Req. No.[protected]) on the 6th of sep'17 which was assigned to service engineer mr. Ranganath (Mob: +91-[protected]) who visited on the 7th sep'17. After the initially opening and setting up the refrigerator he plugged it in and it didn't turn on. He then said that he is not authorised to open the panel behind and check for faults.

    So we gave a service request (No.[protected]) on the same day ie 7th sep. The request was assigned to mr. Habeeb (Mob: +91-[protected]) who came the next day. When he opened the panel he found water in the electrical parts and that he would come back after 4 days with a replacement motherboard/panel. He hasn't responded to any calls from us since then.

    We then placed another request (No.[protected]) on the 13th which was assigned to service engineer mr. Ravi (Mob: +91-[protected]). When we called him to check on what time he would be coming he said that he doesn't service that area at all. When we started speaking sternly to him he asked us to check with the service head mr. Naveen (Mob: +91-[protected]). He refuses to receive calls and doesn't respond to messages either.

    I called ravi again yesterday and he said i can only escalate the issue by calling the customer care. When i called and all they said that "we regret the inconvenience caused, we will raise another request and send a reminder to the service engineer" i was like which service engineer will you send the reminder to? The one who doesn't service that area or the one that doesn't answer his phone?

    After screaming my tonsils out i was assigned another engineer mr. Rajesh (Mob: +91-[protected]). When i called him i explained the whole story and told him to come with a replacement board and he agreed and said that we would come by 12 noon. Obviously he didn't turn up. I called him around 2pm and his response was "sir we don't have a replacement board so i didn't come". No courtesy to even inform the customer. So i screamed at him too and said atleast come and reconnect the wires that were all disconnected by his colleague mr. Habeeb on the 8th sep'17 he came in a couple of hours and did the needful and plugged it in. But still it wouldn't turn on. He then said that he would go to the office today ie the 15th sep'17 and check as to when a board would be available and revert back to me with the information by mid-day.. As the tradition goes with samsung service personnel he is not receiving calls.

    We are now really fed up and don't have the energy to call customer care again and not a clue as to when the issue will be resolved and we can start using our refrigerator.

    We are still waiting on closure of this issue. It's been over a month now and service personnel from Samsung just keep coming and going on a daily basis but can't seem to find the problem and resolve it. They've changed every board in the main panel and it still doesn't turn on. We're now worried that even if they get it to turn on eventually, there might just be another problem in a few days than would then not come under the warranty.

    We want to get them to give us a new one. Even their head office in Delhi is not taking a call on this. We are going to shift into that house in a week and we have no refrigerator there.

    We are planning to file a consumer complaint on Monday after drafting it out with our legal advisors tomorrow.

    My Samsung J7 prime mobile is under warranty period of 12 months. The mobile screen was broken few days back and when I asked for the offer in the nearest service provider of Samsung outlet but no response when asked about the offer. The offer is either not understood or it's just for marketing gimmick. So, maintain the brand name.

      Respected sir,

      I have a sumsung j7 prime which i purchased and continuously my phone was getting hung. However i was able to reboot it. But before giving to service center, i was not able to reboot it or power if off. When i gave to service center, i was told that software issue. But when i called service center to get update. They were staying it was liquid damage. But am every much double sure that there was no water damage to the phone anytime. Service center is charging 7800 for the motherboard replacement when still the phone is under warranty. I know that warranty does not cover the damage. However i am requesting for 50 % off on the repair charge since i sure that there was not liquid damage to the phone. I had contacted service center reference number [protected] & i was not getting update. However one lady called from chennai head office & she was very rude and when i asked for escalation matrix she was denying to provide the same.
      Would you please help on this matter.

        It is for giving thanks to you for the replacement of my refrigerator on 14/09/2017 but still i didn't received the warranty of my replaced product (refrigerator of same model) as the warranty is very much needed as earlier also we faced many problems with the same model refrigerator rt49k6338bs/tl we had lost our trust on this particular model of refrigerator of your company because of our past bad experience i had already requested on telephone to your executive samsung head office for it but still they give the product without warranty .It is my humble request to you to please provide us the warranty of the replaced product for one year (as you provide it for any new product).Need your cooperation to maintain the trust on your company

          Dear Sir,
          From last seventeen days i am not getting correct answer from Samsung service center On 30/08/2017 i submitted my handset at VAPI service center they check my cell phone & they told in 2 to 3 days your cell will be repair if not any part will replace then, if parts will replace then in five days they will hand over me the cell phone.
          On 4 September i called Samsung service center they answer me that parts is not their & they had order the part but some major problem with their company parts are not coming so it will come after 10 September then i call on 11 but they told me same thing that parts is not available on 14 at evening mobile will conform repair if not then on 15 morning it will definitely repaired..
          So today i call them i am getting same reply parts is not their you’re part of cell will come on 19 September,
          not it is to much if i will call on 19 then they will reply same thing than what should i do that's why i am complaining today please do the need full to me ..

              This is regarding a tv i bought just a month back is now suffering from many issues. Just a month old tv has been visited by ur engineers twice i guess this system will not last longer. Hence i would like to have my money back, i don't want to keep this defective piece with me. Kindly take this system back and return my money.

                I had given my cell phone (Samsung a5-16) to the karnal service center (Telus global verifact solution, shop no 20, 21, 22 asa ram market, karnal-132001) in working condition. The problem was that the battery
                Was swelled due to which the back side cover was not adjusting properly. This all information is mentioned in the job sheet. When i went to take the mobile they said that the mobile had already been opened somewhere else (Not in the services center). He also said that the mother-board is not functioning and rs 9000 would be the amount for the same.

                As i had submitted the phone in working condition and my cell phone is in warranty and insurance too, the service center denied regarding the warranty as mention above and provided me the damaged phone. After the heated discussion they provided me the job sheet and the phone is with them.

                I had written multiple emails & reminders. But the Samsung company and service center didn't replied on any. I had a word with Mr. Sandeep when i registered my complaint in the consumer forum, the complaint was registered & provided me the complaint ID [protected]/[protected](as provided thru SMS). There is not any update regarding the same.
                Mine 1st point is when i had given my phone, its battery was swelled and the same is mentioned in the job sheet. But the service center said that the phone is damaged and Mother-board is not working. If it had been the case, they should have mentioned this in job sheet. Job sheet is already attached in the previous complaint.
                Mine 2nd point is when the phone was in warranty and insurance too, then why will i give it for repairing in local shop rather than giving to service center & which is more reliable for me. But but they said it is not in warranty and I Had given it for repairing to some Local shop. They have updated this in their database too. Kindly provide me the resolution as the Samsung services center is unable to do so till now. Its the height of irresponsibility that such a renewed company is showing.

                  After submitting for more than 6 times its still unsolved. Mr. Pradeep singh from delhi had seen case n yet unsuccessful and people from thane service center keep on making fake promises. Everytime they give back my gear fit 2 with some unsolved problem and new problem. U people kept on giving fake assurance but never completed. I submitted my smart watch more than 6 times n still my problem is not solved seriously shame on u people seriously shame on u people.. [protected]

                    Lottery fraud by mr. Mike brown diplomat of samsung promo uk received rs 9, 42, 600 in individual bank accounts sbi for custom duty (Rs 16700), currency registration and currency conversion charges (Rs 49900) account upgrading code from rbi (Rs 1, 48, 000), income tax code from rbi (Rs 3, 48, 000), insurance cover charges (Rs.3, 20, 000) and anti terrorist code to be acquired from account officer rbi for rs 5, 60, 000. I paid only rs 60000. Mrs anita sharma from new delhi international airport is also connected with fraud as she was calling mails on mail [protected]@gmail.com. Mail id of diplomat mr. Mike brown is [protected]@outlook.com and bank receipt verifier mail id [protected]@yahoo.in. All are connected with each other. Total rs 9, 42, 600 recovery is to be made. The diplomat mr. Mike brown and mr. Anita sharma were using indian mobile no. [protected] of sandhya2 for fraud implementation in india. Online payment processing software belonging to [protected]@yahoo.in which if providing link for online payment processing and saving bank details and pan no. Etc. The asking for customer id and pin for accessing bank account and making fraud with bank account using net banking. Diplomat mr. Mike brown claims the prize money rs three crores and six lakhs is in reserve bank of india as per his mail dated[protected]. All transactions took place between[protected] to[protected].

                    National Consumer Complaint Forum published individual account details on[protected] and notified on[protected]. Delhi police might have been informed and cyber Crime authority might have also been informed. Complaint was also registered With Consumer Education and Protection Cell (CEPC) of RBI. National Consumer Helpline no. [protected] was also briefed the lottery fraud. I was also advised to register this lottery fraud with local police and cyber crime cell today i.e.[protected].
                    Waiting for fraud investigation and recovery of Rs 9, 42, 600. I have bank deposit receipts as proof of payments made individual accounts.

                    Fraud collected money between[protected] to[protected]. Today is 53 rd day.

                    National Consumer helpline no.[protected] was also contacted and recorded Complaint. Lottery fraud was detected. I was advised to lodge complaint with nearest police station. I am also lodging complaint with police shortly. Mobile no.[protected] is also switched off. One call from mobile no. [protected] has also come on[protected]. One call was also wrong. He has withdrawn Rs 21900 and Rs11018 From my bank accounts may be using net banking but don't have not issued net banking.I donot know how he is operating.

                      I bought my phone from seattle, california, usa. My phone is still in warranty period and it having horizontal translucent bars on screen and it got minimum as setting brightness, i visited nearest service station but they replied they cannot repair foreign sim, as i am having international warrant, i din't got any responce from service station in faridabad. Sir then what is the use of buying expensive phone from such a reputed company. Thanking you hoping a positive responce from you.

                        My refrigerator was having a small problem water leakage from front side for which i have complained and two times samsung engineer's visited and worked on it. After that the water leakage fault remains unsolved further the ref. Stops cooling also. Then they have taken it the workshop and worked for three days also gas was charged. When i received back my ref. It works only for one day and stop cooling again. Then the engineer changed one relay but of no use the cooling fails again. Further on 09 sep 17 they again charged the cooling gas but the ref again stops cooling the very next day. Sir eight times the engineers have visited and for once they have taken ref to workshop also. Instead of solving the water leakage problem they have created a big problem of failed cooling.
                        After spending so much of money and facing lots of trouble i request a good solution from the company.

                          I have bought a led tv from dl on 27th aug 2016 from (Techno kart) serial no. 23483zed600218l.. Led had issue in display hence i registered a complaint on samsung service center on 17th aug, an samsung engineer visited my mumbai address on 17th (As now i stay in malad west mumbai) and checked the led and confirmed that some chip is faulty hence need replacement. He took the tv pictures with the bill to take it further..

                          The engineer visited my place was more interested to sell extended warranty and least interested in my actual issue.

                          On 18th eve mohhamad (Engineer) informed back that this tv cannot be repaired in warranty due to some bill issue and asked me to speak to service center in charge mr. Vishwajeet. I spoke to him and vishawajeet said that i need to get a letter head (Signed and stamped) from the dealer on led purchase.

                          I don't know why i was been asked to produce letter head and declaration but when i saw nothing is moving and no one is listening to my issues i contacted the dealer and after many followups i have received the led sales declaration and mailed to samsung escalation team on 7th sep.

                          I bought samsung product just because i thought its a professional organization and as a customer i will not have any issue in after sale service but with my experience with this product i m very disappointed.

                          The way i have been treated it looks like i'm asking for loan and personal favors.

                          Its been 25 days i have been awaiting for the resolution but till date have not been given any solution. I have already provided sales invoice, dealer declaration, declaration form tecno kart of letter head on product sold.

                          I m writing this msg keeping a last hope that someone will try to understand my issue and will give me some solution.

                            I am having samsung double door 550 liter fridge purchased in 2013. Now it has a problem of fan in it as per technician of local service center is saying that the part is not available & we can't say in how many days it'll be available. I hope you ll resolve the same at earliest.

                            Samsung, these people during purchase of the product, doesn't say that this product do not cover any warranty on any of the item in it except digital inverter, they mis-guide the consumers all the time, without providing proper information. Inspite of spending huge amount in purchasing side by side door refridgerators, if service is this poor, why would one prefer to purchase such type of products. My service request no. Is [protected] in samsung portal.

                            If this products can't even work properly atleast for a minimum of 5 years, what is the value of the brand samsung, and why do they say they are the best service providers and number one leading home appliances in market.

                            Request you to consider this as an serious issue and try to resolve this asap and spread the same to all the consumers who are going to buy big home appliances out of trust on the brand name, and which the brand name can keep their brand image with worst services.

                            Samsung people have called and said we will try to resolve this issue asap. Still waiting for the product... Same answer... No proper standard technicians... Who can identify the problem and place order for the product all at one shot...

                            Didn't expected this much delay from brand which says themselves as world's one of the top most brand...

                            It's been 2 weeks... and till now. No proper response from the team. As you are not having proper well experienced technicians in small cities like Kurnool who can identify problem correctly and resolve it asap. Just think in customer perspective. How many days shall the customer leave all his works and wait for the technician...and the product... no proper update from you people. And that too. Nowadays fridge is the basic thing where every customer would be having. Without fridge. Or atleast. Any spare fridge is also not provided. If it's taking too long to resolve the issue. This kind of response is not at all expected from Samsung people.. very irresponsible...

Why does consumer need to go for big refrigerators with this kind of poor service.. one would purchase 5k smal fridges. N even if it gets problem. He would go fr a new one every year. Poor quality n standards. Which need to be rectified from company perspective...

                            Atlast they tried to rectify the problem but charged around 5, 100/- to get it rectified and replaced...Main PCB itself was not working...I want them to refund my amount...since if these sort of luxury refrigerators cant even work properly for a minimum of 7-8 yrs, its mere waste to go for these products...this product costed me around 80K+ and now not even properly worked and costed me 5K again...and again they gave this warranty is only for 3 months...Samsung, How would you gain the trust of customers if this is the situation...no customer would be happy with this sort of low performance, quickly damaging pieces...

                              I have purchased samsung s7 edge from samsung showroom, they have said there is 10000 cash back which will be credited to account in 90 days.
                              90 days are passed and still 10k amount is not credited.

                              They has mentioned this offer in bill as well.

                              This is very disappointing from brand like samsung cheating customer like this.

                                After purchasing the model from relience digital bangalore the screen starts to bleed/ started to blacken from 3rd day onwards. I have started to follow the complaining procedure but there is no positive replies from samsung.                                     Hello, recently i purchased brand new samsung s8 (Rs:[protected] headset from samsung borivali (Mumbai) store. And the sales person told us that we are providing wireless chargeable if buy this headset. There is some oniline process u need to do. Once its completed u need come to store for wireless charger that will provide just this information given by sale person.
                                    Now when we went to store his not providing the charger due to offer expired. And the last date is[protected] and his saying if you insert your sim in the phone and activate with samsung application then only you will get.
                                    This information not provided by the samsung sales person.

                                    This is how samsung sales persons are cheated with customers.

                                      Bring to your notice that my samsung handsent guru has some technical glitches on 07.09.2017 (I. E it got switch off sudenly & some keypad issue there) & i went to the servicing centre on 08.09.2017 aidc, guwahati assam.

                                      My handsent is on warranty, but the servicing centre didnt fix my issue properly as because my warranty is going to be expired on 11.09.2017.

                                      Its a reputed company, how the servicing centre like this..???

                                      After it got repaired they call me frequently to renew for the warranty for the one year...

                                        Sir/madam, mne ye ph abhi 3 mnths phle hi liya h 1st time iski back krne ki key m problm h m service cntre gya unhone pta nhi kya kiya thodi der k liye thk ho gya. Uske baad phir se whi problm m phir service centre gya unhone mjhe 4 hours m ph thk kr k diya. Phr abhi 4 days phle ph apne aap hi off ho gya on nhi ho ra tha sb kuch kr k dekh liya m phr service centre gya unhone bola ye hum abhi nhi kr skte hmare pas iske parts nhi h. Ok koi baat nhi ph kuch der baad khud hi on ho gya. Phr 2 days tk thk chla. Uske baad dubara jo fingerprint or back key work nhi kr rhi. Ye haal h samsung k phones ka m apna sara kaam chod kr hr 20 days baad service centre jau mtlb customer pagal h jo itne paise dekr ek toh ph le or uper se daily dhkke khae. Aap plz iska solution niklwaiye nhi toh m iski installments nhi dunga. Or sbse bdi prblm ye h samsung m ki apke service centre staff hmesha yhi bolta h ki hmare pass abhi parts avialable nhi h aap okla jao woh thk kr k denge. Toh hmare nearby service centre hone ka fayda kya h. Phone lekr apne ghr se 30 km dur jao thk krane. Ye last ph tha samsung brand ka ab kbhi lena hi nhi very poor services.
