Registered service order [protected].
I have registered complaint for washing machine repair on 28th aug 2017.. Till date i have contacted customer care almost 5 times.. Every time i got assurance that service engineer will call me but i have got any call from them. I tried contacting on personal number of service engineer ilias from pune but number was out of service which was provided by samsung service center.
Customer satisfaction is the only golden rule to get maximum business through referrals.
But because of some irresponsible people working with such renowned brand customers do not recommend anyone to go for with these companies. No doubt the service is good but company has to take care of all the feedbacks from its customers so that can improve better on services.

    On 2nd June 2017, I had bought a Samsung S7 Edge Coral Blue mobile from Samsung Smart Café located at Kharadi Pune using my SBI Credit Card. I was entitled for a cashback of Rs 10, 000 in 90 days from the time of purchase, but It’s been more than 90 days already and I haven’t received my Cashback yet.

    I called Samsung and they gave reference - [protected] and also sent email to my.[protected]@samsung.com with the invoice slip where it is clear mentioned about 10k cashback. But there is no response form them. I called my bank and they haven't received the cash back yet.

    Please help with the cashback.

    I called Samsung customer care, they are big cheaters and no one is ready to help, they keep transferring call from one department to other and finally they disconnected my call. I was big fan of Samsung mobile but not anymore, Samsung is not trusted company. After writing so many emails and making so many calls, no one is helping. CHEATERS.

      I submitted my samsung galaxy tab 4 (Sm-t331) for service at the service centre, asian electronics, shop no.5, unique apartments, aligarh (202001) on 18/09/2017 at 16:14. I was advised by the serviceman at counter no.1 to enquire about the product after an hour. To my phone call, the service centre replied that the tab was being checked for problems. At, 19:47 in the evening i received a message that the repair of my device has been successfully completed and was ready for immediate collection. But as i was busy, i could not collect it the same day. The next day, i received another message at 11:03 am ensuring me my problem been resolved so i reached the service centre to collect my device only to be told that the motherboard needs to be replaced for which i have to pay rs.8950. For the confusion created i collected my device and paid the amount of rs.177 against invoice no. [protected] dated 19/09/2017. I am unhappy with the way my service. Request was handled. I am surprised with the kind of treatment from the service centre of a company like samsung! I seek an immediate response on this confusion.

        I had purchased a samsung led tv a month a ago & i am facing problems with it from the very 1st day, i called the samsung customer care they sent their rep who did something & assured us that we won't face that problem again.

        But it happened again, now the problem that the tv screen suddenly goes off but the audio is still audible, at times its opposite i. E audio goes off screen is on, & at times its completely off. This happens 2-3 times a day, randomly. When i contacted the customer center & complained the same, the engineer wants us to take a video of these things. Now they want us to leave our work & sit with a camera the entire day in front of the tv. The last rep assured me that he'll talk to his higher authorities & get back to us, its 2 weeks now but no response.

          I, dr rana prosad kundu, buy samsung ph sm-j510f 4month back, just after 1 month lcd screen became dark.
          I submitted it in my local authorised samsung service centre on 14/7/17 at alipurduar, wb (Pin 736121).
          But, they say lcd screen is not available even 2 month
          I frustrated a reputed company like samsung's j series phones lcd not available.
          Please help me, in my hostel my friends also became afraid to buy new samsung phones.
          I think this is very unfortunate & sensitive matter

            I am a samsung customer since 9 years, very dissonantly i just want to say i will never buy or use or suggest to buy samsung product. It was very bad experience with me i want to tell in briefly,

            Recently i was bought samsung s7 edge worth amount of 50, 000. It was not a small amount for me. I am a just a job person from my savings i bought phone.
            And suddenly there was a something problem with battery and head phone jack problem. I was gone at near by samsung service center. As i gone i was saw that
            Many customers fallout with your service executive. (Name-jagdeep ratan and asish bajpai). Many customers disappointed with service. They told to every one that whatever u want to do you can do. And go to customer care and complain with my name.. When my number reach i explain my complain and they took in observation for 24hr. I was ok that after that my query will resolve it,
            But when i was gone to pickup my phone i was check that battery problem is still there. I was angry on that customer executive as they know my issue but they are giving me all kind of excuses, even they are not ready to talk with any one
            Now what should i do i was not expecting this incident with me as i buy a phone worth 50, 000rs what should i do??
            Should i complain to consumer court or make a police complain against your service center???

            After my complain my case forward to management department and u end call to me and mr. Sandeep told me again visit service center and mr. Sandeep rudely talking with me he say am call mr. Sandeep please transfer call to tl he say i am senior person i complain last 5 day no one solved my problem why?

            After 2 day mr. Sandeep call me told me that this phone is secound hand and many type excuses and he told me not replacement aur refund. I also already send id proof and also send my bill. Mr sandeep is full attitude talking with me all excuses
            Please my case forward to another person am not satisfaction with mr, sandeep.
            Today full 1 week my problem not any my problem resloved.

            After 3 day i call mr. Sandeep he told me management team not decisions and many more excuse. Mr. Sandeep told me u can talk to suryprakhash (Sandeep tl) i call sandeep tl he also same information. Today my case 14 day and ur comapny not provide a charger. Finally am consumer case againt ur employee and ur company bcz no one can help and not any problem sloved my case

            Mr. Suryparkash and mr. Sandeep both are fake person and both are committed fake promiss, mr. Suryprakash all time say other thing and unnecessary.

            Mr. Suryparkash told me mrg he will committed to me my case final decision evening. And am calling 5:45 pm call to mr. Suryparkash he told me management team not dessised to ur case many more thing..

            Am finally take police case agiant ur both employyedd bcz he fake promise and unnecessary thing again and agian repet..

            Ur management team is wrold wrost manageemnt team. Samsung is wrost wrost comapny. Samsung employyee is fake people and fake promiss

                    I have bought new samsung galaxy j2 pro mobile in 03.06.2017 and after a month from mid of july the speaker gets high noisy like jet / pressure cooker whistle during in call.

                    I have gone for samsung technical support through smart tutuor app two times but it doesnt solve the problem.

                    I am frustrated with this problem but not with mobile or samsung brand.

                    Kindly provide necessary support interms of satisfied customer because i am having confidential matter in the mobile and also dont have a spare mobile to give this to service center.

                      I have purchased samsung refrigerator in 2013. From last more than 15 days, there is cooling problem in our refrigerator. Freezer was not working at all. We filed a complaint in samsung care and requested for an engineer visit. He came within an hour. After his visit, engineer said there is leakage of gas and it will cost around 1800rs including labor charges. We said okay and ask him to fix thw problem. He came the next day to solve the issue. Then he said compressor is not working which is under 10 years of warranty. So it was under warranty. He asked for the bill, we gave him the bill and he said he has ordered the new compressor and it will arrive in 3-5 days.
                      It has been 10 days from when we have registered our complaint and they have not provided any useful solution. Today i have received a call from service centre. They said it will take another week. It takes more than 10 days for a compressor to arrive from noida to haryana!! Strange -_-

                        I had purchased samsung galaxy j7 prime from new universal mobile cafe jagat farm market, gamma-i, greater noida (U. P.). At the time of purchasing i was informed that this mobile has 32 gb memory and same was mentioned on phone box and on bill provided by the seller. Later on i came to know that only 16 gb memory is shown by phone. It is fraudulent done by the company or by the seller.
                        I want a resolution of this problem. Otherwise, i will go to consumer court.

                          I have bought a samsung galaxy j7 pro from dubrajpur. Accidentally i dropped it and the display had broken. I have got the never mind offer with it. So i ave gone to the samsung care in bidesipara, in suri. They kept the phone for 7 days... Applied the new display panel... Then after 7 days they gave us the mobile and said that it was not attached properly. So they again replaced and had put the broken display panel and said that it can only be replaced if it's sent to kolkata... Why shall i send it to kolkata although everypart is available in suri? I need immediate action asap before durga puja.

                            Dear samsung,
                            I have been using samsung devices for a long time so i decided to purchase s7 edge phone. With in few days i noticed some problem in display i took it to the service center they refused to replace it and ready to repair and they repaired it after some days i was coming home on bike and in rain my phone got wet but when company claims that phone can survive 1.5 meter water for 30 min how this phone could get out of order from small drops of rain might be when they repaired first time they left some loop holes for the set and now they are asking 14000 to repair it.
                            Please it bieng only one month since i purchased please provide some solution for this i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

                              My complain id is [protected] registered in the name of subrata sethy from 12/09/17 and given reminder on 14/09/17&18/09/17 but there no response from you side and your so called service center near me contacted on 15/09/17 and try to make a condition that if you are ready pay the estimated cost which is around 6000 to 7000 then they will send the engineer i simply ask with out finding the problem how can you fix a price 1st find the problem then i will decide from then onwards no one contacted me. So i request you to find out the reason and give me reply so that i can understand why to buy a samsung product.

                                I own a samsung ac at my home. Suddenly it stopped working and we made a complaint to the dealer where we purchased it. It happened to be that the compressor became defective and has to be replaced. Compressor has 5 years warranty and the complaint was made to the dealer 2-3 days before warranty expiry. Samsung took more than 20 days to come back to us and without any proper reason, declining to cover the replacement under warranty. Below is one of the emails that i sent to samsung with sequence of events.

                                "12 august 2017 - complaint made with bharath electronics & appliances dealer (Erode) that the ac stopped working. The dealer asked for a copy of the bill, which i was not possessing with me on that day. I told them to take up the complaint and would return back with the bill.

                                13 august 2017 - went back to the dealer with the bill proof. I registered a complaint with bharath electronics and appliances dealership.

                                16 august 2017 - samsung servicemen visited my house and informed me that the ac compressor is the problem and need to be replaced. Servicemen told that the date of purchase that they have in their record is[protected] and that they would have replaced it for free, if the warranty had expired 2-3 days before. Though i informed that the date of purchase is[protected], they didn't agree to it and left after rs.100+ service charge. This complaint was closed on the same day

                                19 august 2017 - i sent an email complaint to samsung and after telephonic conversation they mentioned that a service delivery person would reach out to me, which they didn't

                                22 august 2017 - i sent a follow up email to samsung support as no one contacted me from samsung. This time samsung asked me to reach out to the dealer.

                                23 august 2017 - i reached out to dealer again and they said they will connect with the samsung servicemen, but no updates after that

                                31 august 2017 - as there was no response from dealer or samsung, i called samsung toll free number for update. After hearing all the story for about 30 minutes, the customer care person said that they would get back to me in 4 hours, but no one did

                                2 sep 2017 - as there was no response, i sent another email to samsung about their worst customer service, they called and told me that a customer care executive is looking at my issue.

                                5 sep 2017 - received a call from the dealer and was informed that the replacement cost would be rs.11000 approx and i believe it was you who called me and said you would not be able to honor the warranty as it is 21 days past the warranty expiry.

                                Now, here are my questions, i hope you would answer each one of them

                                1. Do you deny any of the above facts?
                                2. With so many follow ups, emails and calls since 12 august 2017, who do you think is responsible for a delay of 21 days? Is it not samsung?
                                3. Who is responsible for thinking[protected] as the purchase date instead of[protected]?
                                4. Why the service men had to close the complaint on 16-august-2017 without fixing the issue? Is it because of the fact that the replacement had to be done free of cost if the complaint was open?
                                5. If a product with 5 year warranty breaks down just after 5 years, how do you want me to trust your replacement, which is 1/3rd of the total ac cost?
                                6. Why should i be paying for a complaint which i placed on time?

                                I need to talk or email to the next higher authority. Please provide their contact number or email address."

                                  I got a problem on the back pannel of mobile. I lost the letters of the mobile on the back side of the mobile. I lost the letter u in samsung.                                     I recently bought a samsung galaxy s8 from reliance digital. While making the purchase the sales guy said that there is this offer where i can avail a free wireless charger with the purchase of this device. He then directed me answer after the purchase i did what he said and got a code and ordered the wireless charger from samsung estore. I received a mail confirming my order and said i well receive the order in 10-15 days. Now it's been more than a month and i contacted samsung via mail id they provided and they were little to no help. So hoping that posting this problem here will atleast solve this.

                                      I bought a brand new washing machine front load (Model no: wf600u0bhwq/tl), yesterday (18/09/2017) evening after washing 2 bed spread, and my 3 t-shirt. While spinning there was a "weird sound while spinning", when removed all clothes and found the rubber which is given in door has been sliced. Called cs engineer came in he was very rude and informed me to rubber is not in warranty but i bought the machine on 08/05/2017, just 4 months done and engineer tells "sorry sir, rubber and plastic are not in warranty and you have to pay"rs. 1, 365/-"for replacing the rubber.

                                      In 4 four months using machine once a week or once in 2 weeks, in 4th month rubber is in hand what happens if i use the same for daily.

                                      So when denied the engineer for paying the engineer ringed his manager that lady on call was even more rude. When engineer informed her that am not ready to pay her answer on that"leave the machine and ask them to speak to cs".

                                      I want to this to be resolved.

                                        I went to samsung service center c. G. X. Service center vadodara gujarat.
                                        My mobile purchase date is 07-03-17. I am having problem with my charger i went to this service center at 09-09-17. Firstly your executive told me that my charger is in warrently period and the same will be replaced, and today i. E; 18-09-17 after 10 days i received the message from samsung which is mentioned as below:

                                        Dear samsung customer, the repair of your samsung product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from c. G. X.. Thank you.

                                        Why this is happened..
                                        If my charger is not in warrenty period then how your executive generate the job sheet. What i understand would you replace the charger or not.
                                        And when i asked why did then that you have to told me that day when i came to replace the charger.
                                        Mis behaved persons. Even not behaving properly.
