Updated by rikhiya Please note that I received 2 calls from Samsung - on 18/9/2017 from some Ankit and on 19/9/2017 from Rupendri Rathore. It is just a repetition of the harassment that I went through before I complained to Consumer Forum as a last resort. Ms Rupendri was insisting that if Service Centre head says that the problem is resolved, then I should go and collect it from the service centre since they are willing to fix my problem as many times as possible till the warranty period is over! I demanded a refund of the phone price that I have paid and also compension for the harassment since the phone sold is a defective model and that it is no solution that I keep going to and coming back from the service centre again and again ! Moreover, they are claiming that they have found no fault, then how is the question of the problem getting resolved coming into the picture? Till now, all the body parts have been replaced, still the problem persists!
I got a fnal mail from Ms Rupendri that they will not be able to help me with a refund or whatsoever because they have found no technical fault but I can get my problem fixed as many times as possible till the warranty period! It is a clear indication that in order to evade any refund, they are just going to continue like this till the warranty period is over!
May I request the Consumer Forum to look into it on a more serious level and help me get my problem resolved. I am going to attach my documents as a proof that I have constantly facing challenges from their end since I bought the phone. As of now I am going to paste the mail that I received from Ms Rupendri, Samsung, yesterday. Please find it as below.

As informed earlier, we were facing issues over display screen( dark circle from left bottom corner with straight line) within 1 year and 2 months of purchase of Samsung LED TV model number UA32FH4003RMXL, bearing serial number 0A2F3ZNH118536E..
We thought that we will be bearing with that problem.Since other portion of the display screen was clear at that time and the solution of the problem was to change the entire panel which costs 13, 186/- which is too high for us.
But now, no picture is appearing over screen from Feb 25, 2018 on wards(exactly just after two years of purchase).
As per the samsung authorized technician recommendation (CALL NO :[protected], DATE: 10/03/2018), entire panel has to be changed to resolve the issue. And, we have no other options.
As discussed earlier ' Keeping customer satisfaction in mind, we are offering a very cost effective repair for your product. The total repair cost for your product is Rs. 13186.In conclusion, based on our discussion we will not be able to cater your request for free of cost repair of the above said product. As a special gesture, we are offering you Rs-3200/- discounted repair on the above mentioned product.'
Could you please help us to change the entire panel within a cost of Rs. 9, 691/- (after adjustment of SERVICE CHARGES Rs. 295/-already paid to TECHNICIAN on 10/03/2018) providing a warranty over new panel for 1 year.
Please confirm and let me know the amount(including GST and after adjustment of SERVICE CHARGES Rs. 295/-already paid to TECHNICIAN on 10/03/2018).
