Hi sir

This is to inform you that your samsung service centre can't provide the service to your customer. This is the worst service i got from your service centre.
When i went there to submit the phone for repair then their was one manager directly denied to submit the phone and used very 3rd class language and his name was mr. Shokeen in janak puri branch (District centre). Your branch manager can't maintain the standard of your samsung brand.
He directly said that i repaired my phone outside but when i said that few months back i repaired my phone from your service centre your can check your records but he got so much angry and was trying to fight with me.
I said i have job sheet number [protected] you can check your records but don't know what kind of manager you hired for your samsung brand. Who can't listen and provide the service.
I visited 10 times to your service centre sometime your server not working but at the end when your manager can't provide the service he used fake things that i repaired my phone from outside.
I visited again your store on 13 september then one of your employee submited my phone and gave me job sheet number [protected]

Now i want to know how you can help me in the same.

    సామ్ సాంగ్ కంపెని వారు మాకు ఫోన్ చేసి మీకు ఒక ఆఫర్ వచ్చింది అని తెలియచేసారు. ఏమిటి ఆఫర్ అని నేను అడగగా వారు సామ్సంగ్ S J7 మొబైల్ ఫోన్, Reebok shew, Reebok Watch ఆఫర్ చేసారు, నేను తమరి యొక్క ఆఫర్ ని ఒప్పుకొని నా యొక్క అడ్రెస్స్ తెలియపరిచాను. వారు నాకు పార్సెల్ పంపగా నేను సదరు పార్సెల్ తీసుకొని, పార్సెల్ తీసుకొని వచ్చిన పోస్ట్ మెన్ గారికి సదరు ఆఫర్ డబ్బులు 4000/- రూపాయలు ఇచ్చాను. కానీ పార్సెల్ విప్పి తీయగా అందులో సామ్సంగ్ S J7 మొబైల్ ఫోన్, Reebok shew, Reebok Watch లేకపోగా వాటికీ బదులు champ shew, Reebok watch, Spets ఉన్నవి. వీటి గురించి నాకు ఫోన్ చేసిన మీ ఉద్యోగికి నేను ఫోన్ చేయగా, మీకు నేను చెప్పిన వస్తువులు రెండు రోజుల్లో పంపిస్తాను అని చెప్పారు, కాగా రెండు రోజుల తర్వాత నేను ఫోన్ చేయగా మీకు మొబైల్ రాదు, అని చెప్పారు, ఎందుకని అడగగా మీకు రాదు అని బదులిచ్చినారు. దయచేసి నా యొక్క డబ్బులు 4000/- రూపాయలు నాకు ఇప్పించగలరు, లేకపోతె మీరు ఆఫర్ చేసిన వస్తవు లు నాకు సామ్సంగ్ S J7 మొబైల్ ఫోన్, Reebok shew, Reebok Watch ఇప్పించండి. సదరు ఆఫీసర్ గారి మొబైల్ నెంబర్ .[protected], పేరు: హరీష్, ఢిల్లీ లో ఉంటారు అని చెప్పారు.

      I purchased galaxy s8 on 4th june 2017. 1 month my phone was working fine.
      But in aug one day when i was charging my phone it showed some droplet
      Symbol. And a sigh of not allowing to charge. I changed my port and tried
      Charging in another socket. But same droplet came. I went to samsung care
      Centre sec 16 faridabad. I showed them the issue. They took my phone and in
      Evening told me to collect. They told mam its a moisture issue. Water
      Went in the lower panel etc. I have not put my phone in water how come
      Moisture came. That horrible. S8 is a water resistant phone and i have
      Not put water. I took my phone and came. After 1 week again same problem
      Occurred. Again i have 2 rush to service centre. They took my phone and
      Gave me on 4th day. They told me mam due to season its happening. Keep
      Your phone safe.

      If this is the case that i could have buyed a affordable phone. Why to
      Waste so much of money on s8. Does did mean i should not charge my phone
      Till october end? This is unacceptable to me. Now yesterday (3rd time). I
      Faced some issue droplet came to my phone and not working. I am very
      Annoyed with this now. I need replacement or my money back. Every time
      Facing same issue going to centre. People are simply giving me lame
      Excuses. Now i regret on my decision of buying s8. Instead of giving me
      Pleasure. This phone is giving me trouble.

      I am writing this E - Mail to you because of my on going issue of S8 . I found moisture in my S8 . I went to service center 3 times. They are keeping my phone and telling me it is working fine now. Water went inside and now we dried up the water and its working fine . But this issue is still existing . One of the service center communicated to me Water test has been failed. It is not water resistant . I need replacement of my phone . Samsung India people are lying to me and they are simply keeping me in round talks. My phone is facing the Moisture issue every time. This is really not acceptable . This is not how Samsung works or value customers satisfaction .I felt so bad by the executives . Its been 1 month Service center has kept my S8 and they are not responding me back.

      S8 has water problems . Now nobody is responding to my emails . I am loosing faith on Samsung .I am regretting on my decision of buying S8 .

      I am looking for your support.

        Hi,
        I have purchased a convertible frost free refrigerator model no.- rt39m5538s8/tl/2017 from kohinoor electronics which was delivered to me a week later from the date of purchase since then there was sweating issue around the control panel area and cooling issue for which i raised a technical complaint and an engineer was sent to my place he asked my mother to get the invoice who was alone at that time and in the meantime without our knowledge he opened the control panel and tried to fix the sweating issue and damaged the corners of the control panel and for the cooling issue he said that unless there is ice formation in the fridge we don't consider it as a cooling issue.
        I have to again call the support team and tell the problem but still it was not paid heed to. After several attempts i have to ask the support executive to transfer the call to one of the seniors after which my complaint was escalated to the head office and i was assigned miss sonia upadhyay to handle my case, she asked me to get the door replaced and assured that the problem will get resolved once i replace the door and also offered me extra warranty on the fridge which i refused and asked for replacement as it was faulty unit with not even the basic function of the fridge which is cooling not working properly, but she tried to convince me stating that lets see if the issue gets resolved and if it doesn't then i'll further escalate your case to the management and get the replacement done to which i agreed but to my surprise when the technician visited my place with the replacement door it didn't had the control panel which was actually damaged, i again had to call mrs. Sonia to explain her the issue and then they replaced the control panel as well along with the door, the technician in order to stick the brand stickers removed the transparent plastic laminate on the door halfway through which looks very ugly upon asking why he did it he said it was done to verify that the color was proper, even after that the issue was not solved there was still ice formation on the vents in the freezer, i once again has to call mrs sonia for which she said i'll be sending the senior technician mr kalpesh to take temperature readings. When he came he was saying that no matter what happens the sweating issue will remain as is and nothing can be done about it and the ice will continue to form on the vents as outside air goes in the fridge and ice is formed. I told him that how can this be possible as its a frost free refrigerator and cold air is getting blown outside the vents to which he said that this is what happens, about the temperature readings that were taken were, the default temperature of the fridge was set to 3 degree & freezer at -19 degree for which the temperature readings were -26.8 degree for the freezer which is higher than the max temperature on the control panel which is -23 degree and for the fridge it was 7 degree which is the lowest temperature on the control panel at which the fridge can be set, upon asking the mr kalpesh he said its fine this is the fridge is supposed to be like this as its an automatic fridge and it will cool down eventually so i replied and asked then what was the need of control panel if the fridge is not getting set at my desired temperature and why was the technician trying to fix it to which he said that control panel never gets repaired i don't know why he did that because of which we got it replaced and for every problem i ask he had the same answer that the fridge is fine and left. I tried calling mrs sonia for 2 days continuously after that she didn't answer again i called up the customer care and asked them to raise a request that i get a call from the head department to let me know the status of my complaint after which i received the call and she said that according to us there is no issue in the fridge as per the reports we received, losing my patience i told her that i have followed every procedure you asked for as per your company policies and even after all this you are saying that the fridge is fine i asked her that will you be finally able to help me with the replacement of this faulty unit to which she very blatantly replied no and hung up. I don't get this first of all i received a faulty unit, instead of repairing they damage the control panel and the technician coming at place even after seeing that there are issues is saying that there isn't any issue and the replacement of the parts are given for the parts which are not even damaged is this the kind of troubleshooting and solutions head office staff provides. Pathetic service from all the service staff and no sign of giving replacement even though the fridge is under warranty as if they have instructed the staff that no matter what no replacement will be given

          I have always been a loyal samsung customer using all samsung devices. I bought samsung s7 edge smart on 22 sep 2016 for 53000 and the one time screen replacement offer is available for everyone who bought it on and after 1 october 2016. I now have my s7 edge screen broken now the new screen charges are 16000 as i have checked. I feel very disheartened as i have always bought latest of samsung, but i am not considered eligible for the screen replacement offer although i have bought the phone at a higher price than those who bought it in october 2016. I would be really happy if my request is considered as i have always been a samsung loyal fan.

            Hello sir i m using samsung a8 moblie i had buy it last year may 2016. Before one month its had come minor pink spot single dought on my display bottom right side and after some day thats spot wide itself lumsum 1.5 inch and cover conner by pink colour and afer some day blue colors also has come now blue colour overlaping pink colour and its wide 1 inch at display conner and then one more colour has come black and its also doing same like blue.
            So there i thought that i should cheak on youtube what is issued with that. There is so many moble with same problem i think this manufacturer default. Now i want know this that what is this which is has come after laps warranty. Many moble on youtube which is same problems.

                Dear sir

                This is just to inform you that i have purchased a phone samsung on7 (Model no. Sm-g600fzddins), through flipkart on 14/10/2016. From the day i started using the phone, to my dismay i found the phone to be utterly defective. The phone is taking more than 4 hours to charge and is getting drained in 8.5 hours (Even when internet is off and with no applications downloaded). The kind of harassment i am facing from the ustomer care department of both samsung as well as the service centre is quite obnoxious. The reference no. Of my issue is : [protected].

                The facts are as follow:
                I) on 14/12/2016, i took the phone to s care, authorised service centre of samsung, for repair since the phone is covered by a warranty period of 1 year. The next day i. E. On 15/12/2016, they informed me that they had found the battery to be defective and had therefore changed the battery. But after bringing it back home, i found that the issue still persisted. So on 16/12/2016, again i took it to the same service centre and they told me that they wanted to monitor the phone and would therefore keep it for a day and that i should come there the next day to collect it.
                On 17/12/2016 when i went there to collect it, they told me that they had got no time to check my phone and that i should go there on the next working day i. E. On 19/12/2016. On 19th when i went, they told me that the phone was okay and that they just had to update 'install application' and it was fine. But the problem still persisted.
                Then i contacted samsung customer care on their helpline. They told me that this time i should take it to another service centre for one last time. Even after that if the problem persists, then they are going to look into the financial aspect.

                Ii) on 28/12/2016, i went to another service centre, sanchar electronics private limted, p-163, c. I. T. Road, scheme viim, ultadanga, kolkata -700054. On 03/01/2017, they returned the phone stating that now the phone was okay, no fault was found, just the software needed to be updated. Sitting over there only i found out that the problem still persisted. Then they told me that i should go back home, charge it fully, only then i can see that the phone is okay. But after doing every possible thing, the problem was still there. I spoke to samsung complaining them of the same. They suggested again that i take the phone to the service centre one last time and get it repaired. I wrote an email to samsung. Ms. Shikha from samsung called me back, listened to my issue and suggested that i take the phone to the same service centre since this time samsung would be monitoring it from their end and that they were going to put a senior engineer to look after this case and even after this if the problem persists, then they would look into the next course of action.
                I went and submitted the phone next day at the same service centre on ms shikha's advice. There i made engineer shailesh jaiswal sit infront of me and monitor the phone along with me after which mr jaiswal accepted that the phone had a problem. I emailed to samsung once again to update them. Ms shikha called me back stating that the problem had been detected and that the motherboard had to be changed and that once done i would be informed by the service centre to go and collect it.
                On 03/02/2017, when i went to collect it at the service centre, they gave me a fresh set of adopter and a data cable and claimed that they had changed my motherboard. But even after that the problem still persists.
                So the next day on 04/02/2017, i wrote an email to samsung to inform them of the issue highlighting the fact that now since almost all the parts have been replaced-the battery, the motherboard, the adopter and the data-cable - and still the problem persists, it proves that it is a manufacturing defect and that the phone should be taken back and i be refunded.
                On 05/02/2017, ms. Sunaina, from samsung, called back and arranged a conference call amongst us-mr. Rajesh, the service centre head, she herself and myself. Ms. Sunaina told mr. Rajesh to replace the phone since they were getting repeated complaints which was not to be appreciated. Mr. Rajesh was reluctant to do that, he said he would not commit before he had a word with their area sales manager and that i should visit them again to submit the phone.
                Next day on 06/02/2017 i went there and submitted the phone telling them that i had come to return the phone and they should facilitate my return. They said they would get back to me. After around 4 days they sent me a message stating that the phone is repaired and that i should collect it. When i called them they said that no fault had been detected and there behaviour was tooooo harsh. I told them now i would like to deal in the legal way and hence they should keep the phone as of now.
                Since then a number of telephonic conversations have happened between samsung and myself, and on 16/02/2017 mr neeraj from samsung went on insisting that since the phone has been repaired i should go and collect it to which i asked where does the question of repair comes from when these people claimed that they had found no fault!! I told him that it is just a repetion of what has happened for so long, if i collect it i shall see that the problem is still there, again they will ask me to submit it for one last time and again they will say it has been repaired so come and collect it. So this time, i am going to deal with it legally to which mr. Neeraj said that since the warranty period is of 1 year they are going to repair it for as many times as possible.
                But i am sure because the warranty period is of 1 year, one cannot expect me to run from pillar to post for 1 year after which samsung will say that my warranty period has expired and so they cannot do anything.

                Then i wrote to the ceo by email. After this, i started getting phone calls from both samsung customer care and the service centre trying to pressurise me to go and collect the phone which i declined. Then i received a final mail from kanchan sinha of samsung that they would not refund me the amount or do anything since they had not found any defect with the phone! Then i sent letters to the ceo, once by speed post and twice by registered post but till date i have not received any response from him.

                As a customer i have co-operated enough number of times. Now it is high time for the company to cooperate with me and refund me my amount. The phone has a manufacturing defect. All the more, now the phone has passed through so many hands. So only refund is what i can look at.

                Would request consumers forum to look into the case so that my issue gets resolved.

Samsung is just not paying any heed to the fact that complaint has been lodged with Consumers' Forum and they are just continuing with the old tricks.                 Please note that I received 2 calls from Samsung - on 18/9/2017 from some Ankit and on 19/9/2017 from Rupendri Rathore. It is just a repetition of the harassment that I went through before I complained to Consumer Forum as a last resort. Ms Rupendri was insisting that if Service Centre head says that the problem is resolved, then I should go and collect it from the service centre since they are willing to fix my problem as many times as possible till the warranty period is over! I demanded a refund of the phone price that I have paid and also compension for the harassment since the phone sold is a defective model and that it is no solution that I keep going to and coming back from the service centre again and again ! Moreover, they are claiming that they have found no fault, then how is the question of the problem getting resolved coming into the picture? Till now, all the body parts have been replaced, still the problem persists!

                I got a fnal mail from Ms Rupendri that they will not be able to help me with a refund or whatsoever because they have found no technical fault but I can get my problem fixed as many times as possible till the warranty period! It is a clear indication that in order to evade any refund, they are just going to continue like this till the warranty period is over!

                May I request the Consumer Forum to look into it on a more serious level and help me get my problem resolved. I am going to attach my documents as a proof that I have constantly facing challenges from their end since I bought the phone. As of now I am going to paste the mail that I received from Ms Rupendri, Samsung, yesterday. Please find it as below.

                      You should never ever call up samsung service partner gurudev service, vikhroli, mumbai to avail samsung technicians’ support.

                      The samsung technicians are trained to kill the functional product and or to run a parallel refurbished market in a quid pro quo with their service partners’; in a surgical strike on home appliances by getting into your home & sabotaging your functional product; so that you are coaxed to buy a new product from them.

                        I purchased samsung s7 edge. And i received a defective piece. They just replaced the piece but not tranfering the offer. But here my question is by looking the offers we will buy the mobile. Receiving deffect piece is not my fault. It is company in capability to deliver defect less products. And still fighting for this not at all bothered by samsung.

                        Sadly the 2nd time received mobile also defect piece. And the samsung managaer now said that we can do doa now as we have done it already. So doa replacement also there is restriction.

                              My name is Uday Singh Rana and I have a Note 4 (SM-910G). After updating it to official samsung marshmallow on wifi for first day i noticed that it started freezing, random restarting and next day it stopped working. The phone never booted and never charged again. So i went to service center in Janakpuri, Delhi they told me i need to change my motherboard.                               I work with an automotive MNC in Gurgaon as Brand Manager. Since the time my Note 4 faced issues of randomly restarting and switched off, the product has been a laughing stock at my office and colleagues have been stating that this is why Samsung products are not reliable as compared to other brands.

                              I had always promoted Samsung products but with such a major disaster with Samsung OTA update I am not willing to recommend any other individual another Samsung product. Note series being the flagship product is supposed to uphold the highest quality standards, which is not the case here.

                              I have not faced such an incident with much cheaper phones. Shall await a prompt resolution from your end.

                              As explained over the phone, the above handset is currently not switching on and it seems to be a hardware issue. The samsung service centre suggests a motherboard replacement. The hardware issue occurred in just 1.5 years of purchasing this handset, which is unacceptable for a flagship phone purchase.

                              Kindly make arrangements for resolving the issue at no cost to the customer, as it has occurred due to Samsung OTA software update and is not due to any customer handling issues.

                              As I have explained to your Customer Service Team that this Phone Dead issue in Galaxy Note 4 is a manufacturing defect and is being faced by several other consumers across the globe.

                              On behalf of three US consumers, Migliaccio & Rathod LLP (law firm) has filed a nationwide class action against Samsung. You can read the 37-page complaint, provided as attachment here: (http://www.classlawdc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/1-Complaint.pdf). The complaint alleges that Samsung concealed a known material defect in the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note 4 Edge from its customers. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Samsung failed to disclose that the embedded MultiMediaCard (eMMC) memory would prematurely fail, rendering the smartphones inoperable. The class representatives seek damages, including the cost to repair and/or replace the smartphones, pursuant to state and federal consumer protection and warranty laws. The case bears the caption Beture, et al. v. Samsung, No. 17-5757 and is pending before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

                              Dear Samsung Customers or Prospective Customers,

                              This final update is to let you know that Samsung has been defrauding its customers with faulty and sub-standard quality products through various marketing gimmicks and false advertising. Now whether it the 'Phone Dead' issue in Note 4 series or the 'Battery Blast' issues in Note 7 series, all point towards lack of quality checks.

                              Today I received a phone call from Samsung Customer Service Team in regards to the reference no. [protected] that I had logged for issues with my Note 4 (Phone Dead Issue). After a week's deliberation the final verdict that they gave in the name of customer service is laughable, where they stated that as a policy Samsung does not take onus of faulty products outside warranty period and is not concerned if any software updates from Samsung itself hampers the hardware. Adding to it, that Samsung can never deliver any hardware or software which can be faulty or at risk of fault.

                              Well, this shows that companies such as Samsung are only defrauding Indian people of their hard earned money by selling them faulty products and have customer service teams present only to hoodwink the gullible customers with lengthy procedures and policies made by themselves and favorable to themselves only.

                              My Note 4 hardware (motherboard) failed within 1.5 years o[censored]sage. This cannot happen even with the cheapest of phones out there in the market. This goes on to show that heavy profiteering is taking place from gullible customers, first in the name of high quality products and then in the name of quality service.

                              I call upon all Indian customers to boycott brands such as Samsung, till they understand the real meaning of Customer Service and till the time they start listening to Indian consumers. I just bought an iphone 7 and preparing to book an iphone x for myself and my family members.

                              MORAL OF THE STORY: NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG MOBILE or BE PREPARED TO LOSE MONEY.
                              Dear Samsung Team,

                              The service reference ID had come to my mobile as an SMS when i visited the samsung service centre, C-5, 1st Floor, Main Road, Janakpuri, Delhi - 110058, New Krishna Park, Near Sagar Ratna & Janakpuri West Metro Station Gate No.1.

                              I had visited the above samsung service centre a few months back and since then my phone is switched off and i am using a temporary phone. Since the phone is off i am not able to retrieve the service reference ID. But you may search the IMEI no. and my mobile no. [protected] for service visit details. My name is Uday Singh Rana and i work with an automotive MNC in Gurgaon as Brand Manager.

                              Kindly suggest the resolution for the same. I had always promoted Samsung products but with such a major disaster with Samsung OTA update I am not willing to recommend any other individual another Samsung product. Note series being the flagship product is supposed to uphold the highest quality standards, which is not the case here.

                              I have not faced such an incident with much cheaper phones. Shall await a prompt resolution from your end.

                                Meri problem a.c. ki Indore unit hai jisko main kab sea replace karne ke bol rahaa huu par jab tak Indore unit replace ni hogi jab tak iski samsyaa kaa samdhaan ni hogaa... kyoki mujhe day 1 sea hi Indor unit main problem lag rahi ...

                                Or haan jab mere bhatije ne apke engineer ko bola ki hunare dusare room wale ki cooling dekho to apke Samsung ke engineer bole ki yea invertor a.c. hai iski cooling normal a.c. sea kam hi rahtii haii. To kyaa maine invertor ac kharid par kyaa galti kari.. ajtak mujhe mere haier or gidrej ke a.c. main kabhi koi problem ni ai or Samsung jo ki itnaa bada brand hai uskaa ye haal.

                                Sir customer hai to Samsung hai warna binA customer ke koon Samsung.

                                  I was having the battery problem in my mobilr for the last 4 moths.Service center people told me that i have to change battery.but i didnt get the battery even after waitimg for 2 months one fine day my mobile stopped working I Took it to service centre they checked and inform me that mother board is gone and i have to pay 18k to correct the motherboard.Well this is rediculous i used this device only for 22 months...when i esclated to samaung team they talked to me rudely...a guy named Tejas from esclation team told me things very harshly as if i am his servant..he told me what m i expecting a life long warranty

                                    Purchased on 15/2/13. As per your desn. I am not installing stabilizer.Due to this the back board got burnt.The person from Kumbakonam ser centre brought one new board and fixed and tried for functioning and failed. My question is in your manual you have clearly mentioning that there is no need for separate stabilizer for this type of fridge.But my fridge got fired due to high voltage. Further you have 10 yrs waranty but in the service centre that told that it is for compressor only.Kindly clarify.

                                      Dear concern i have purchased your latest a5 2017 mobile, i was facing some problems then i visited to samsung center, they have taken the mobile for quality check which took 48hrs, and after 48 hrs i got a call that sir your mobile is formatted and working fine, i asked him what was happend why the mobile is heating like microwave, then the beautiful reply came from customer care (Sir our mobiles hit upto 48-degree but it wont blast), i told him while riding on bike its heats too much even i put my mobile in my bag, he replied it is natural,

                                      I just wanted to no what is my fault, i have done a very big mistake of my life that i switched from i phone to samsung, because my friend suggest me to by this phone i have bought this mobile for 28990 /- and i am not going use this mobile because it can blast any time, even i will suggest to my friends to don't use samsung products
