Dear sir,

I brought samsung double door refrigerator (Model no. Rs554nrua1j/tl) on 28.10.2013 from s. V. Sonovision enterprises, rajahmundry, costing rs. 90, 000/- and it got problem. I logged a call no.[protected] on 21.06.2017. On 22.06.2017, one authorised service engineer came from samsung named mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry, visited and found sensor and blower fan faulty. On 03.07.2017, the same service engineer mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry rectified the problem by replacing the sensor service part and informed us that the new blower which he brought was not suitable because the model is different so iam replacing the same old blower fan which is now started working and we paid rs. 930/- towards his service charges.

I logged another call no.[protected] on 26.07.2017 and the same authorised service engineer mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry visited and found compressor and cooling coil pipes faulty. Immediately we made a call to the authorised samsung service center, rajahmundry and told the problem. Then they told to hand over the refrigerator in samsung workshop, rajahmundry and we handed over it on 28.07.2017.

On 12.08.2017 we received a call from the samsung workshop that please come and take your refrigerator, we have replaced with new compressor and tested cooling coil pipes and have been observed for 48 hours and now it is in full condition. At that time we paid rs.2035/- towards gas charges.

I logged another call no.[protected] on 11.09.2017, and we made a call to samsung customer service centre and told them to send trained service engineer not from the rajahmundry.

It is extremely bad experience from your rajahmundry, samsung service center

So i want to tell you that please provide proper trained service engineer so that customer will be satisfied because for us days are inconvenience.

I might loose the trust on samsung. Please take care of your customer because they are the only reason of your goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any customer.

Dear Sir,

I logged a call No.[protected] on 21.06.2017. On 22.06.2017, One Authorised Service Engineer came from Samsung named Mr.Appa Rao from Rajahmundry, visited and found sensor and blower fan faulty. I logged another call No.[protected] on 26.07.2017 and the same Authorised Service Engineer Mr. Appa Rao from Rajahmundry visited and found Compressor and Cooling coil pipes faulty. Immediately we made a call to the Authorised Samsung Service center, Rajahmundry and told the problem .Then they told to hand over the Refrigerator in Samsung Workshop, Rajahmundry and we handed over it on 28.07.2017.

On 12.08.2017 we received a call from the Samsung workshop that Please come and said take your Refrigerator, we have replaced with new Compressor and tested Cooling Coil Pipes and have been observed for 48 hours and now it is in full condition. At that time we paid Rs.2035/- towards gas charges.

On 11.09.2017 again refrigerator not cooling. So I logged another call No.[protected] on 11.09.2017, and we made a call to Samsung Customer Service Centre and told them to send trained Service Engineer not from the Rajahmundry. then service engineer rajasekhar came from hyderabad and rectified the compliant.

Now again fourth time my refrigerator not cooling from[protected]. now i logged another call No.[protected] online complaint. when is my problem rectify permanently.


It is extremely bad experience from your Rajahmundry, Samsung Service Center

I might loose the trust on Samsung. Please take care of your Customer because they are the only reason of your Goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any Customer.

    I gave washing machine to your dealer at vizag 24th august for broken inner tub repair to your service centre and they gave estimated as[protected]/- after a week i visited your service centre on 30th august they said part has to come from company and estimated 6500/- and will be delivered within 2days every 2days we are making a call but 2 more days they are saying today we got a call from your centre saying better go for exchange or we will put secondhand part it costs again 500/- extra is this fair for your company to say like this i need immediate response from you tanq

      Iam a regular consumer of samsung products. I have reported my refrigerator is not working.
      Purchased in oct, 2013. Your engineer who visited says it is not covered under warranty as serial number sticker is not there, even though i have original receipt.
      What rubbish he is talking if that sticker is that much important it should have been informed us at the time of purchase or should have been punched so that be entact always or at such a place that it can not be removed easily like the chassis numbers in vehicles.
      That is not fair policy. Please get my refrigerator repaired at the earliest. Or else i will be contained to knock the doors of consumer court and will raise this issue on social media.

        Maine apki company kaa a. C. Mar 2017 main liyaa thaa par main pahele din sea hi samsyaa kaa samnaa kar rahaa huu.. Kabhi fan awawaj karta hai or kabhi uski swing karne wali wings abhi pichale 2 mahino sea main continue cooling ki samsyaa sea pareshan huu.
        Bilkul bhi cooling ni kar rahaa haii. Ajj 11 sep ko maine fhir call sea apke call center par call kiyaa hai par mujhe lagtaa ni ki kuch hoo pay gaa engineer ayaa gaa or ghum fhir kar chal jay gaa.

        App log tv par bade bade vigyapan de rahe hai ki bharat kee kisi bhi kone main app service dengee..
        Par app kota city main hi ni dee paa rahaa to ladhka main kyaa dogee.

        Sir aisa ni hai ki maine first time apka ac liyaa sir mere haar room main a. C. Lagaa huaa hai (Hair /godrej) par apki service or a. C. Ki performance sabse kharab hai.

        Sir maine koi galti too ni ki apki company kaa 43000 kaa a. C. Kharid kar
        Plz mujhe iss samsyaa sea muket kar dijiyaa apki badi kripaa hogi

        Samsung ref rt47 h537 eut purchased on 04/02/2016, main door handle broken 2 times, once i have replace it from samsung at the cost of 1400 rs appox.           Hey I''m purchase Samsung Gear Fit 2, 24 May 17 after 1 month my fit 2 charging not properly like contented and disconnected and I''m released charging pin day by day not good condition and again inform to customer call center, a June-17 to inform my gear fit 2 charging problem and September 17 & 8th September token no [protected] customer care executive told me please visit service center I''m helping for your problem and yesterday my fit 2 not detected charging and visiting to Samsung service center and service engineer told charging pin is a physical Damage, this is a physical Damage and call to customer care for my last problems but not help me I''m suppressing and this is not under warranty and repairing cost rs 2600/- im told this is not a physical Damage this is a manufacturing defect, and I''m already inform Samsung customer call center my charging problem but no one help me, customer care executive told please open job sheet bill no ( [protected]) Okhla phase 1 and again call to customer care and assign my complent no [protected] and cust care executive assuring my feedback forward to senior consultant, and today evening I''m online check my service history status my fit 2 repaired and collect service center but and few minutes call from Okhla service center told your fit 2 not repaired and this is not in under warranty and pay 2600/-

          Bought the mobile 2 months back from reliance store in Hyderabad. just Now I'm noticing my mobile is not charging completely beyond 93 percentage. I Tried discharging the battery to 0 percent and tried charging fully, even its not passing 93 percent.I want a new j7 max mobile because I cant use the repaired mobile if you repair and give.

              Kolkata laketown, dear all, i ashok didwania, on 2nd october, 2016, i have purchased a samsung refrigerator from sales emporium, 443 jessore road kolkata -74,, its model no. Is rt34k3923bs/hl. After installation it was working fine for 3 months but then its cooling slowed down. I immediately made several verbal complaints about the issue to the showroom as well on samsung customer service call centre, the customer service people (On the call) guided several times to do some temperature settings which i did but the problem is as it is and after various complaints which can verified at samsung india ivr system, 2 to 3 times engineers came but the result was "zero",, one of engineers came and did the inspection. He advised me to change the “sensor" but again after 2 days the same problem occurs with additional problem of ice on doors and walls and again i called samsung customer service centre and engineer came and said the cooling is not proper, i need to change additional some parts for which we have to take ur fridge to our service centre,,, which now i refused to do so,,,,, as many experiments were done by samsung engineers. I therefore, i request samsung to kindly change the refrigerator as it is still in the warranty period because at the time of purchase i m not going to bargain the samsung company,, i paid the amount decided by samsung company thats not decided by me and hence why i can take the manufacturing defected product now i m so much harassed about it so pls go through about this mail immediately ,, from last 2 months i verbabally complained so many times but no any action taken by the company,, now it becomes more than enough harrassment for me,, i am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon and will take up with concern authority.

                I submitted my phone to sidhant telecom, ranchi, they took more then 10 days to repair my phone (Still not repaired) at first they told me they'll repair it in 3 days then extended it to 7 days and now it has been more than 10 days. Still no idea when will they repair my phone. Very poor and slow service. Like me there are 1000 o[censored]nsatisfied customers in jharkhand.

                He said that my parcel was arrived in India at New Delhi . He said that inside parcel there was a $500000 cheque and Samsung S8 plus . For clearence as a custom charge he told me to give him ₹30000. I want to ask that should I give Him that money or not

                I am suppose to purchase a S8 plus 128gb from the samsung flagship store located at Shayamal cross road ahmedabad the response from loan process to each and every step was pathetic and 3rd grade by Jaimin And Hardik price give was incorrect delivery time was around 4 5 hours i will never buy a samsung product here after
                Ur service engineer came yesterday for installation of new LED tv. He open the packing and said he bring wrong fitting and go back to bring right fitting but never came till now. While all packing left opening. So unprofessional behavior. Still not support from servie center, Aligarh

                  Samsung india i am a great lover of samsung phones and will be firs one to buy your products. But s7edge was last connetion between us coming to the issue you guys will say the attractive featuers to make your product sell and promote. Saying that s7 is a ip48 water resistant 150cms depth and for 30mins. But my phone was not working and it was exposed to rain water for just 5mins. This isn't the major issue the real part is your worst ever customer service. They tell no sir it was not exposed to rain amd if water goes that means it was exposed to water for more than 30mins so we will not give warranty. Can you say how can i prove this.

                      Samsung flagship mobile with cheap quality hardware inside!!!

                      Very bad experience with samsung!! Email reference number: [protected].

                      I bought galaxy s7 mobile on 25 may 2016, for around rs. 50, 000. I have never dropped it even a single time and had been taking very much care.in august 2017, it started freezing and one day it went blank and was not switching on.

                      The service center executive said it is motherboard problem and asked me to pay rs. 16, 202.

                      I took my phone back and escalated this issue to samsung ceo office using their website. On september 4th, they contacted me from ceo office and said they will try to do something and asked me to submit the phone in the same service center. I did so on the same day but on sep 07 they called me again from ceo office and said that i need to pay the full amount rs 16, 202. Their reply included the below sentence.

                      "after an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage."

                      Actually the service center executive told me that they have not even opened it after i submitted and was waiting for the ceo office to contact them. So i do not understand how they did the "extensive research".

                      I believe samsung is very confident that they can continue cheating people!!!

                      My brother also recently faced similar kind of issue but his mobile was under warranty and he is thinking of extending the warranty now. And from a research in the internet i feel that previously the hardware of samsung phones were cheap inside and outside but now they have managed to make the outside better but inside still cheap even for the flagship models.

                      I am thinking of buying a new phone from a company other than samsung, instead of paying them this much bigger amount for repair.

                      Almost all the mobile companies, even if it is very small, give one year warranty and if there is any problem, they replace the parts free of cost within the warranty period. But when we buy a flagship model from a 'reputed' company, we expect some quality.

                      Your updates kill your motherboard and you ask a very big amount to replace the motherboard. You cheat people by providing cheap quality motherboards.

                      No. You cannot extend the warranty as the initial warranty is over.

                      My Suggestion: Never ever again buy a Samsung mobile unless they give some 3 year warranty free of cost.

                      Otherwise they will kill your motherboard by providing some software update and will ask you a very big amount to replace the motherboard.

                        Just a year ago we purchased a double door fridge. While the freezer works well, the bottom portion stopped cooling a few times. after much pleading the service engineer came and replaced the sensor which again stopped working within a week. It is a huge issue to get the service people for site visit as they keep promising but don't turn up.

                          Samsung India has been reputed venture worldwide and so one aspect a paradigm service support from them. But my experience was negative as one the representative of Samsung service centre in my city misbehaved when he was unable to answer my query regarding international warranty. Later on it was resolved via customer care toll free service. But the whole scenario put in question the hired staff competency. The person on the phone call was out of knowledge and surely a incompetent one but inspite of tackling with the situation professionally he took it to personal level and hence the outcome was unhealthy conversation with foul languages which turn to be intolerable on my side and so i complaint against him but till now I've not been updated for with the progress of it. Today when I call up to enquire the status of my complaint then I was given an explanation that action against the person is an internal matter of company and so I'll not be updated with the proceeding of it. My question is that what kind of complaint system is this which doesn't even ensure proper feedback to complainant.
                          In my opinion strict action should be taken and proper feedback system should be develop so to keep the disappointed customers in confidence.

                                I would like to pull your attention to something where your process is totally odd and may expose you to the negligence and the unprofessionalism shown by your back end team. This might be one of the reasons why samsung customer may also lose hope on the products especially mobiles.

                                It has been 30 days now i have made a purchase for samsung galaxy s8 and i had right away initiated the process of getting the wireless charger delivered at my residence. Last week, after waiting for long when i followed up with your team they shared that it's a 30 days process but we assure you that the product will be delivered to you by 5th september without fail at any cost. I am totally clueless why the team needs 30 days just to ship the product. On 1st september, i get an email from the samsung team about the dispatch details with blue dart courier reference number and dispatch confirmation and details. Yesterday again i receive another email stating that the product is yet to be dispatched and i need to wait for another 7-10 days just to get the dispatch details. Now here is what my concerns are:-

                                1. When the product was already dispatched on september 1st via bluedart courier then why i have received another email in just 4 days stating that the team needs another 7-10 days to share the dispatch details.

                                2. On checking the airway number shared by the samsung team on bluedart tracker on their website, it says that the tracking number is incorrect. Then how come a company like samsung can share such kind of wrong details with the end customer.

                                3. The commitment was for 30 days and it is more than 30 days today.

                                Therefore, though i am a big fan and happy user of samsung products, i am very disappointed with the after sales support and services team as this is a true example o[censored]nprofessionalism and negligence. I can understand that there is a huge communication gap among your departments otherwise i am not sure why such things would ever occur. On top of that i called up your customer care team and the floor supervisor commits that he will call be to give me some progress update by 12 pm today which never case. This is the height of being unprofessional and surprised as a company like samsung can do this.

                                Therefore, i would like you to take some strict actions against your warehouse team and thought to bring this to your notice. I have also attached the copy of emails to you for your reference. I also need an assurance as of how soon i can receive the product committed to me. Also, i have decided to take this to every social media i can.

                                    I bought samsung s7 edge smart on 13 sep 2016 for 56000. I now have my s7 edge screen broken now the new screen charges are 15000 as told by the service centre. I feel very disheartened as at the time of purchase i was told my phone is covered under 990 scheme one-time screen replacement offer, but now i am informed it is not considered eligible for the screen replacement offer although i have paid a higher amount. Where is the loyalty and where is the trust for customers?

                                      I have purchased galaxy s7 from samsung online shop. After two days the phone was dead and was not turning on. I visited samsung mobile care and declared the phone as doa and they also said that your phone will be immediately replace by dealer. But till now no replacement has not been done. I have sent all the documents on 30 august 2017 to there email which is [protected]@samsung.com. But till now no revert mail are sent buy them. Even the reverse pick up has not yet been done. I have called costumer care and emailed them numerous times but they are only saying that you will be replied tomorrow. But that tomorrow never happens. It's been thirteen days now still not got any reply from them regarding replacement. I am frustrated with there service. I have purchased a high valued product rs.40, 000 from them and they are treating me like this. I only want them to replace this mobile as soon as possible.

                                        My washing machine which is 7 months old is not working well.2 weeks before i booked a complaint in nearby service centre but they didnt even come to check the problem.. I had contacted service engineer sadikh [protected] 3 times but he didnt come yet.. First time im experiencing this type of behavior from samsung.. Im using many products of samsung but for first time facing a complaint with their product.. I thought the service of samsung will be good so only i bought their product..
