I am having samsung double door 550 liter fridge purchased in 2013. Now it has a problem of fan in it as per technician of local service center is saying that the part is not available & we can't say in how many days it'll be available. I hope you ll resolve the same at earliest.

Samsung, these people during purchase of the product, doesn't say that this product do not cover any warranty on any of the item in it except digital inverter, they mis-guide the consumers all the time, without providing proper information. Inspite of spending huge amount in purchasing side by side door refridgerators, if service is this poor, why would one prefer to purchase such type of products. My service request no. Is [protected] in samsung portal.

If this products can't even work properly atleast for a minimum of 5 years, what is the value of the brand samsung, and why do they say they are the best service providers and number one leading home appliances in market.

Request you to consider this as an serious issue and try to resolve this asap and spread the same to all the consumers who are going to buy big home appliances out of trust on the brand name, and which the brand name can keep their brand image with worst services.

Samsung people have called and said we will try to resolve this issue asap. Still waiting for the product... Same answer... No proper standard technicians... Who can identify the problem and place order for the product all at one shot...

Didn't expected this much delay from brand which says themselves as world's one of the top most brand...

It's been 2 weeks... and till now. No proper response from the team. As you are not having proper well experienced technicians in small cities like Kurnool who can identify problem correctly and resolve it asap. Just think in customer perspective. How many days shall the customer leave all his works and wait for the technician...and the product... no proper update from you people. And that too. Nowadays fridge is the basic thing where every customer would be having. Without fridge. Or atleast. Any spare fridge is also not provided. If it's taking too long to resolve the issue. This kind of response is not at all expected from Samsung people.. very irresponsible...

If side by side refrigerators can't even properly work for a minimum of 5 years. Why does consumer need to go for big refrigerators with this kind of poor service.. one would purchase 5k smal fridges. N even if it gets problem. He would go fr a new one every year. Poor quality n standards. Which need to be rectified from company perspective...

Atlast they tried to rectify the problem but charged around 5, 100/- to get it rectified and replaced...Main PCB itself was not working...I want them to refund my amount...since if these sort of luxury refrigerators cant even work properly for a minimum of 7-8 yrs, its mere waste to go for these products...this product costed me around 80K+ and now not even properly worked and costed me 5K again...and again they gave this warranty is only for 3 months...Samsung, How would you gain the trust of customers if this is the situation...no customer would be happy with this sort of low performance, quickly damaging pieces...

    I have purchased samsung s7 edge from samsung showroom, they have said there is 10000 cash back which will be credited to account in 90 days.
    90 days are passed and still 10k amount is not credited.

    They has mentioned this offer in bill as well.

    This is very disappointing from brand like samsung cheating customer like this.

      After purchasing the model from relience digital bangalore the screen starts to bleed/ started to blacken from 3rd day onwards. I have started to follow the complaining procedure but there is no positive replies from samsung. They have taken everything as granted they just predicting by themselves when i told them that might be manufacturing defect then simply ignored it. Please convey this to top level ladder.

        I have brought samsaung refrigerator, company has given 10 years guarantee on compresure, but in last one year, same is replaced two times, a 3 months back they have also charged me 1500, but after three month, product is again out of order, sevral complaints has been given to customer care, but again they are demanding charges, my whole family is suffering for last 6-7 months due to negligence caused by samsung

          Hello, recently i purchased brand new samsung s8 (Rs:[protected] headset from samsung borivali (Mumbai) store. And the sales person told us that we are providing wireless chargeable if buy this headset. There is some oniline process u need to do. Once its completed u need come to store for wireless charger that will provide just this information given by sale person.
          Now when we went to store his not providing the charger due to offer expired. And the last date is[protected] and his saying if you insert your sim in the phone and activate with samsung application then only you will get.
          This information not provided by the samsung sales person.

          This is how samsung sales persons are cheated with customers.

            Bring to your notice that my samsung handsent guru has some technical glitches on 07.09.2017 (I. E it got switch off sudenly & some keypad issue there) & i went to the servicing centre on 08.09.2017 aidc, guwahati assam.

            My handsent is on warranty, but the servicing centre didnt fix my issue properly as because my warranty is going to be expired on 11.09.2017.

            Its a reputed company, how the servicing centre like this..???

            After it got repaired they call me frequently to renew for the warranty for the one year...

Uske baad phir se whi problm m phir service centre gya unhone mjhe 4 hours m ph thk kr k diya. Phr abhi 4 days phle ph apne aap hi off ho gya on nhi ho ra tha sb kuch kr k dekh liya m phr service centre gya unhone bola ye hum abhi nhi kr skte hmare pas iske parts nhi h. Ok koi baat nhi ph kuch der baad khud hi on ho gya. Phr 2 days tk thk chla. Uske baad dubara jo fingerprint or back key work nhi kr rhi. Ye haal h samsung k phones ka m apna sara kaam chod kr hr 20 days baad service centre jau mtlb customer pagal h jo itne paise dekr ek toh ph le or uper se daily dhkke khae. Aap plz iska solution niklwaiye nhi toh m iski installments nhi dunga. Or sbse bdi prblm ye h samsung m ki apke service centre staff hmesha yhi bolta h ki hmare pass abhi parts avialable nhi h aap okla jao woh thk kr k denge. Toh hmare nearby service centre hone ka fayda kya h. Phone lekr apne ghr se 30 km dur jao thk krane. Ye last ph tha samsung brand ka ab kbhi lena hi nhi very poor services.

                This was dead on arrival.
                Till now after calling more than 100 times samsung has not resolved the issue.
                Samsung is highly unprofessional.
                People do not know how to talk.
                Consumer's problem is non of their concern

                  Bought samsung s8 plus on first day of launch and in normal rain water entered into it and phone was declared out of warranty and now that phone is dead and their is no one to listen and your person at the time of sale say that this phone is waterproof and can take anywhere in water i think its your handset defect that water entered.
                  You are working in a country like india where you have maximum sale and selling handsets which is costlier than other countries.
                  After that also you people have this kind of service and if you are in any other country you just dont have to even do all this and they people replace your handset.
                  Kindly see to it otherwise i will take legal action.

                      I am so frustrated with the service provided by samsung, india. My phone number is [protected]. I so want to pursue legal recourse against them and take the management who leads customer service to court! I have bought an expensive tv whose display is not functioning within 3 months of purchasing it! And instead of replacing it, samsung has been insistent on fixing the panel. It is so frustrating to deal with their customer service and voc team, who have given me false information after i broke down and relented to them repairing it (Gave up after yelling on the horrible service and customer ownership) about the part being available and repairs being completed by tomorrow. Now, they do nto know when the part will come or when the repair will be done. How can a new tv break down within 3 months!!! Care for your customer!

                        Dear sir/ madam,
                        I am showing my frustration by writing this complaint. I am been facing the worst customer service experience from the renowned global multinational appliances company. I bought a samsung refrigerator rt59ebts/2011, 510 liters.
                        There has been technical issue since august 2017, on aug 6th first complaint (Complaint# [protected]) was made samsung customer care line. The technician visited from authorized service center - kaiser electronics patpar ganj, i p extension, delhi. The technician informed that part (Pcb) need to be replaced. He also informed that part is not readily available and need to be specially ordered and that will take time. He also informed that once part received, he will come and replace. After doing multiple follow ups, technician - parvesh changed the part on aug 17th via cash bill# cr 3044 and payment of rs 2593.00. Within 24hrs of replacement of new part, we again started facing the same technical problem. Again informed technician "parvesh" and his supervisor "kaushal" that problem still persist, they informed that need to replace part (Pcb) again, as the newly installed one could be faulty.
                        On aug 20th, again complaint was made for same technical issue (Complaint# [protected]), however no action happened. I was assured that within 3 days the problem will be resolved.

                        On aug 25th again called samsung call center and got new complaint (Complaint # [protected]) and till date sep13th no solution to my problem has been provided. We have made numerous calls to kaiser electronics supervisor "kaushal", he doesn't bother to pick up phone or when he picks up give standard answer once the part is received will be replaced. He informed that part will come from chennai
                        The complaint has been escalated to customer service supervisor "" who assured that he will get us solution but again no support. There is no one ready to provide any solution and it seems samsung doesn't care and believe in providing after sales service and repairs to the customer once they have sold the product.

                        I request if samsung senior management look into this issue and provide me an early resolution. I can be reached on following number[protected]. Thanks

                          Mr. Sandeep over telephonic discussion Mr. Sonu told me in front of you that i will collect my device from Mr. Pawan but he has not given and need two more days grace period.

                              I placed an order for samsung fridge on your website on 12/09/2017 - order ref[protected]. At the outset let me mention thta i required a fridge immediately, and as your website'claimed' that "delivery guaranteed within 24 hours" i paid and placed the order. There was no communication from samsung reg delivery till this morning ie 24 housr after placing the order. I had to spend a couple of hours with your customer contact people, educating them that i require delivery based on assurance given by samsung. Finally i am told that delivery will happen in 3-5 days!!!

                              Samsung - please dont put out lies on your website to get orders. Not befitting a company of your size, and 'reputation'. Kindly remove that statement guaranteed delivery within 24 hours ' from your ecommerce website immediately. This is illegal, accepting orders by giving false and incorrect information.

                              I hope you understand what i am saying. I plan to take this upyhrough other channels also.

                                I have purchased s7 edge on 16 september 2016 and that time they we giving offer of one time free display replace met. But know they are making excuses... They are playing cheap tricks to sale there phones. If they have promised why they are not fulfilling now...                                   Hi all,

                                  I purchased samsung s7 edge. And i received a defective piece. They just replaced the piece but not tranfering the offer. But here my question is by looking the offers we will buy the mobile. Receiving deffect piece is not my fault. It is company in capability to deliver defect less products. And still fighting for this not at all bothered by samsung.

                                  Sadly the 2nd time received mobile also defect piece. And the samsung managaer now said that we can do doa now as we have done it already. So doa replacement also there is restriction.

                                  Shame on samsung products and services.

                                    Continually communicated with the technician and the reliance digital store located in kukatpally, hyderabad, they have not yet sent the technician for installation in week days.                                       Now since kotak mahindra bank is charging me 14% interest in credit card statement, they said that the refund amount i will get by samsung directly since its their offer to customer...
                                      Initially samsung said that they will refund me after six months, but now its more than 8 months & samsung is not responding me with refund...
