I purchased a k5000 40" led tv on 7/9 and since then no one has given me a call from customer care for demo and installation. I have raised a service request [protected] with the customer care and called them multiple times. Every time the executive will say i will get a call before 8pm to fix the appointment but i haven't got a single call yet. This is one of the pathetic customer service experience i had and i am planning to return the product if i am not getting response by tomorrow. Anyone who is planning to buy a samsung product in the future think twice.

It has been a prompt response after posting my complaint in this forum. I got an email from Samsung customer care support within an hour since my posting and the issue got resolved in next 3 hours. Customer executive called me for the appointment despite being Sunday and he gave the demo and finished the installation before 7 pm today. He has been quite fast and gave me few nice technical tips as well. I am glad that Samsung support team did raise to the expectations though I had to do multiple follow ups initially.

Majumder road, dist.-24 parganas (N), pin-743411 on 14/03/2017 vide model no.-rr20m282zu2/nl and sl. No.-0a8l4zaj200840 & customer's mobile no.-[protected]. I have requested the seller to help me for resolve my issue through availing warranty facility but the said shop did not help me in this regard.
    Pl. Look after the issue with utmost priority as it is only purchase 05 months old and the refrigerator is not cooling at all.

      I am using samsung a5 mobile in this phone i had issue like i didnt get any notifification from any apps like whats app, instagram all certain apps etc. I visit many times in service centre in chandigarh phase 1 indl area almost 3 months i am going to the service centre the engineers do all most do same things they do format my phone new software bt i didnt get resolved my probem

        After several complaints and over 97 days i have not received cash back of rs 4, 673. As per the receipt and policy i should have received the cash back long before 90 days.

I visited Samsung mobile care and declared the phone as DOA and they also said that your phone will be immediately replace by dealer. But till now no replacement has not been done. Even the reverse pick up has not yet been done.I have called costumer care and emailed them numerous times but they are only saying that you will be replied tomorrow . I have purchased a high valued product Rs.40, 000 from them and they are treating me like this.I only want them to replace this mobile as soon as possible.

          We registered a complaint for our malfunctioning refrigator on 12th of september 2017. The issue has not been resolved till this date. Despite the number of visits from service engineers and many calls with the consultant they haven't resolved the issue. Each time a new service guys steps in and replaces some parts. But the problem still persists. With such a humid and hot climate of delhi, it is a huge problem and we have been suffering due to this for some months now.
          I wanted to call the attention of samsung india's consumer service centers to this issue.
          And i hope they find a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

                  Technical issues with s7 edge and lack of service
                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I, dr. Nibin sanil am writing to inform to you regarding the mobile phone i purchased 1and half years back, samsung s7 edge around the time of its release. Despite no physical or any other form of damage, i have been facing issues with the set since more than a month and i have since then contacted many customer care executives and personally visited the authorized service provider in mangalore for the same twice, but in vain. No appropriate guidance has been provided. I have had smart tutor application installed and my phone had been assessed by the technical support indirectly too and they too informed me to put my phone on safe mode and inform them if it was still recurring. The issue is my phone auto restarts and now turns off on its own while using. I wasnt able to give my feedback about the issue recurring on safe mode. After the lack if support i decided to give my phone for the second time to the service provider. The first time i was notified that there was a software issue and it had been dealth with. But then, i faced issues the very day i brought back my phone from service centre. The second time i submitted my phone i was notified that they could not find any issues with the phone and they said it "might be a motherboard issue" and that i would have to pay an alarming 20, 000 rs for replacing the same, just on the basis of the doubt they have. I bought the phone for around 50, 000rs and now just a year later i am being asked to pay 20, 000 rs for a motherboard issue that even the technical support is unsure of. Did not expect this from such a big company like samsung. I request you to look into the matter and notify me as soon as possible.

                        Sir,

                        I purchased an s3 gear online on samsung shop dated 25 august 2017 my order id[protected] however i request order cancellation since it was 2000 /- cheaper in amazon shopping.

                        I have received an acknowledgement mail for order cancellation along with email confirming refund has been initiated however no one is taking responsibility more the money to be returned.

                        Its been more than 9 days since i was notofied about the return and when i speak with samsung they ask me to speak with my bank with giving me any paymnet transfer details such as urt number for my bank to trace teh money

                        Please assist

                          I purchased samsung s7 edge mobile on samsung store on-line on 24/5/17. There was a offer of (10k + interest amount paid on emi) cash-back, which was supposed to get credited in 90 days as per offer. The 90 days got over on 24/08/17 but still the cash-back is not credited to my account. I had made a lot of complaints to samsung but there was no solution given still.

                            Power adopter of the monitor was faulty and samsung engineer has collected it for replacement on 1 sep 2017.
                            Till 9 sep 2017 we have not got the replacement so far and the engineers has no idea when he will get it back so he can return it.

                                Sir i am big fan of samsung product especially mobiles.. From starting to till now i am using samsung mobile.. On 08-08-17 i bought a c9 pro mobile rs. 31900 from porvika mobiles showroom vellore.. After a week i noticed tat my mobile display was opened in top left corner, it's a defect 2.. On 17th day of my purchase i went to service center and gave, they dont give proper response and careless they said it cant be replaced.. They heated my new mobile and fixexd.. It hurted me a lot.. After two days again the display opened, this time more than 50 opened.. Again i gave to service center, same response. Big company like nokia vanished because poor customer support.. Dont be next nokia.. You gave defect mobile.. And i need replacement.. I am fan of your mobile, dont make me to hate..

                                  I am writing this to due to poor servicing of samsung company.
                                  I had bought samsung galaxy s7 from z square kanpur uttar pradesh 6 months ago.
                                  Around 15 days before, it started giving charging issues. It was not charging properly.
                                  I took it to samsung service center mall road kanpur on 23rd august 2017. There, i have said to take backup of my phone so i switch on my phone and took backup. They checked it properly and assured me of only charging issues. They issued me a receiving on which it is clearly stated that phone has charging problem only. And said to take phone after 3 days. On sunday, i receive a call from there and they said to take mobile phone, it's display is gone it cannot be resolved there. I was shocked to hear because i have handed proper working phone except charging issue.

                                  I gone there and told them about everything to each member. But they said to take my phone back. So i talked to their head, he listened and then the worker agreed to me about phone original issue before submitting there. They agreed that it is their mistake. It is their fault and they were trying to impose on me, this is how you behave with your customer.
                                  They have said that they will give me proper working phone on 5 september. But there is no response. Now i have got frustrated. After buying costly phone i have to go through all this. I am really disappointed with your service.
                                  I will have no choice if you will not give me my phone back with proper condition. They damaged my phone and now they are not giving it back with proper condition.
                                  All this causing me trouble despite there is no falut of me.

                                  Kindly repair it and give it in well functioned condition.

                                  If this is your service facility then no one will bought samsung's phones.
                                  I hope you will understand my problem and try to resolve it quickly. I want my phone back.

                                  Either provide me new phone or repair old one properly with no damage.
                                  I am attaching a copy of receiving which i got at service center, it states that mobile phone had only charging issue.

                                    Water droplets are forming on the lcd display. Some annoying sound is coming while opening and closing of the doors. I have given complain around 4 times. Everytime a reference number is given to me. Some guys visit once each time i gave a complain. But after that they didn't response at all. I'm fed up with this kind of service from samsung. It's better not buy any samsung product from now onwards.

                                    Its not solved. I tried to call the concerned person after he contacted me but no response again. These are the images i want to show you. Soon samsung will receive a notice from consumer court.

                                    Its been more than a year, Till now the issue of my refrigerator isn't solved. I have hired a lawyer, he didn't respond after some days. The Samsung also didn't respond.
                                    Now due to the above issue the lcd panel is not working.

                                      I submitted mobile sm-a510fzdfins complain no [protected] service center bill no [protected] submitted the mobile on 22nd aug 2017 and till today i. E 8th sept 2017 not able to get back and company is not giving proper response.
                                      If we are asking customer care persons disconnecting the phone. Very bad experience from the company. Different different customers are giving different different answers. Finally no one giving me proper answer when i well get my product back.

                                        I have galaxy s6 sm-g920i
                                        I hav changed the lcd display at samsung care at sangamner hav not been properly done the work the display is not been properly fixed & has been damaged
                                        & also issue more cost then other service care which i compared
                                        The cost of my service was 15500
                                        But if compare to other customer in same case it cost about 9600
                                        The problem of my smartphone is the display screen geeting damage automatically from inner side due to fitting problem
                                        From the side body of display the bubble appears to display outer area
                                        So i request u to solve my problem because company employees regrate to solve it & neglete
                                        And also hav been issued more price from me
                                        So i request u to solve myproblem as early as possible
