Sir my phone internet is not proper work. That network is very good. So please help me. And customer care is not help. On the highway internet is very good but i comes in the room then net is an error. Sir display is very week and battery is very bad. Sir i want to money back samsung. Service center services is very bad. I called him then he gived me 24hours time. And any mail not reverse me.

    I am writing this email with grief and i would like to register an official complaint about the samsung washing machine (Wobble technology) which blew up and caught fire yesterday in my home and which was quite devastating, deadly but god forbid – my family is safe and with the help of few neighbors, were able to put off the fire and reduced damages further.
    Due to this fire accident – i had incurred a loss of approximately around 60+ thousand rupees and now i need to paint the whole house and get new water heater/geyser and also some repair works of electrical and hardware’s.
    I have bought 2 products from samsung i e.. Samsung tv+speakers (Jolly series) and washing machine (Wobble technology).
    It is absolutely very disappointing to see such a top brand like samsung products malfunctioning.
    And i would like to know how you would be compensating these damages and i would like to know how or what measures will be put in place to avoid such accidents in future?

    Note: since the product caused fire, hence i had lost all the bills and warranty details but have attached the photos of the damaged.

      Never knew, keeping my phone in my pocket can damage it's display.
      Is this even real???
      I got a samsung c9 pro on 26th june and started using it around 3rd july. Wasn't even able to use it for 15 days as the display went off, "without any physical damage".
      I went to the service center n they confirmed that the display has gone off and that i will have to pay 8000 in order to get it fixed. I told them it hasn't even been full 15 days that i have used it n the phone hasn't fallen even once but the representative refused to help n said they won't give any warranty support on this n the reason of display issues can be that i kept it in my pocket n it got pressed. Is this even real n true n acceptable?
      U first buy a 32000 phone n then pay additional 8000 in a matter of 15 days in order to keep it working???
      Supremely dissatisfied as of now.
      Have been a loyal samsung user for the past 10 years and now this.
      Utterly unacceptable.

        I purchased the samsung on max mobile from samsungestore on 8th august 2017. I received the delivery on 10th august. On opening the box, i saw that the phone display was not working. I called samsung customer care. They asked me to take the phone to the nearest samsung service center.

        The service center team checked the phone and issued a doa certificate. I sent the doa certificate to samsung estore and the reverse pickup was arranged on 23rd august. Till date, i. E. 12th september, there is no update from samsung as to when i will be issued a replacement. Every time i call the customer care, i am told that my concern has been forwarded to the necessary team and i am asked to call back to check the status after 48-72 hours. The same story keeps repeating.

          Hello samsung,

          I purchased samsung galaxy s8+ last month and was promised for a samsung wireless charger and hence using the promo code i applied for the free wireless charger as per terms and conditions mentioned. Its been 37 days since i placed the order and the samsung customer care agents keep promising that the product would be shipped soon. I had made 10-15 calls, but that seems no use.
          They even said that they escalated the issue, but i never heard from samsung. The reference cod number is[protected].

          There is NO Escalation Reference Number from Customer Representative. I was told that the COD Reference number is the escalation number. How can I even believe on these unprofessional and untrained people ??
          Even they are telling that Supervisor is not available to talk on the issue.

          I have not received and email/SMS or reference number regarding the issue.

          I have been knocking aimlessly for a resolution for the "free wireless charger not yet received on booking of samsung galaxy s8+"

          Hello Samsung,

          I understand your pre-defined email reply templates. Despite contacting the customer care they have failed to process the request and there is no communication about the update for the Wireless Charger.
          I only got a customer reference number : [protected]

          This is definitely not expected from a reputed like Samsung.

          Even after assuring the Samsung Wireless charger delivery within 30days, it has been 50 days now.

          WHAT IS THE STATUS NOW OF THE ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PROCESSED ?
          ESCALATE THE ISSUE AND GET THE PRODUCT DELIVERED AT THE EARLIEST.

            We have given our fridge for repairing as it was not working on 29th of august with the payment of rs.295 wide cash receipt no. Ho/kol/6464 after verification we got a call that the compressor is required to be replaced which will be done in guarantee and condenser is also damaged which doesn't come under guarantee, so we have agreed to pay rs.4500. Now we got a call that the serial no. Is not visible and cannot repair the machine in guarantee. Kindly take care of the matter and do the needful.

            In reference to my earlier complaint, I receive a call on 12th September, 2017 from Samsung company that I have to pay approximately Rs3500 for condensor repair charges and compressor repair would be free of cost as it is under warranty. On 14th I again received a call asking me to pay Rs12500 for repair of both compressor and condensor although my compressor warranty is valid till 10th November, 2017.

              Dear sir,

              I have brought a samsung s8 plus phone in the month of may 2017. After a month a small scratch has been formed twice on my mobile. I gave a complaint to customer care. They advised to contact service centre at tirupathi.

              Later i gone to service centre. They said it got damaged by falling down. After 10 mins argument they took my mobile photo graphs bd informed that they will update once they recieved update from their ho. Still no update.

              When again i contact customer care. They simply said it may damaged due to key heavy pressure.
              I asked them your are using gorilla glass. How can it get damaged for a key.
              She simply cannot explain reason. She told that she will arrange a call with supervisor.

              Plz help me in screen exchange or mobile exchange on this.

              Today I got a call from the Manager of Samsung. He said that there is no guarantee or warranty for the screen. They are saying . I physically damaged my mobile, more over they are saying they have used good quality of glass. Where the screen is showing bad quality.

              Request you to take necessary action on the Samsung electronics.
              The manager was rude and when I asked to give same by mail. He said we can't provide the mail toll Monday EOD.

              I have got a call from Samsung service . They are simply saying. It's your fault. Not ours more over there was no warranty for the screen.

              I asked them for gorilla glass is unbreakable and same is showing in YouTube videos.
              They simply said we don't post videos so .no guarantee for the screen.

              When I asked them to send a mail on this.they sent a mail. But there was no such statement.

              Plz support and make my screen change with a Good quality screen.

                Whats the procedure to log a complain against such scrutinizing behaviour.
                Do tell if you care abput the customer more than hiring personnel who act like total #.

                  Dear sir,

                  I brought samsung double door refrigerator (Model no. Rs554nrua1j/tl) on 28.10.2013 from s. V. Sonovision enterprises, rajahmundry, costing rs. 90, 000/- and it got problem. I logged a call no.[protected] on 21.06.2017. On 22.06.2017, one authorised service engineer came from samsung named mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry, visited and found sensor and blower fan faulty. On 03.07.2017, the same service engineer mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry rectified the problem by replacing the sensor service part and informed us that the new blower which he brought was not suitable because the model is different so iam replacing the same old blower fan which is now started working and we paid rs. 930/- towards his service charges.

                  I logged another call no.[protected] on 26.07.2017 and the same authorised service engineer mr. Appa rao from rajahmundry visited and found compressor and cooling coil pipes faulty. Immediately we made a call to the authorised samsung service center, rajahmundry and told the problem. Then they told to hand over the refrigerator in samsung workshop, rajahmundry and we handed over it on 28.07.2017.

                  On 12.08.2017 we received a call from the samsung workshop that please come and take your refrigerator, we have replaced with new compressor and tested cooling coil pipes and have been observed for 48 hours and now it is in full condition. At that time we paid rs.2035/- towards gas charges.

                  I logged another call no.[protected] on 11.09.2017, and we made a call to samsung customer service centre and told them to send trained service engineer not from the rajahmundry.

                  It is extremely bad experience from your rajahmundry, samsung service center

                  So i want to tell you that please provide proper trained service engineer so that customer will be satisfied because for us days are inconvenience.

                  I might loose the trust on samsung. Please take care of your customer because they are the only reason of your goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any customer.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I brought Samsung Double Door Refrigerator (Model No.RS554NRUA1J/TL) on 28.10.2013 from S.v.Sonovision Enterprises, Rajahmundry, costing Rs. 90, 000/- and it got cooling problem. I logged a call No.[protected] on 21.06.2017. On 22.06.2017, One Authorised Service Engineer came from Samsung named Mr.Appa Rao from Rajahmundry, visited and found sensor and blower fan faulty. Immediately we made a call to the Authorised Samsung Service center, Rajahmundry and told the problem .Then they told to hand over the Refrigerator in Samsung Workshop, Rajahmundry and we handed over it on 28.07.2017.

                  On 12.08.2017 we received a call from the Samsung workshop that Please come and said take your Refrigerator, we have replaced with new Compressor and tested Cooling Coil Pipes and have been observed for 48 hours and now it is in full condition. At that time we paid Rs.2035/- towards gas charges.

                  On 11.09.2017 again refrigerator not cooling. So I logged another call No.[protected] on 11.09.2017, and we made a call to Samsung Customer Service Centre and told them to send trained Service Engineer not from the Rajahmundry. then service engineer rajasekhar came from hyderabad and rectified the compliant.

                  Now again fourth time my refrigerator not cooling from[protected]. now i logged another call No.[protected] online complaint. when is my problem rectify permanently.


                  It is extremely bad experience from your Rajahmundry, Samsung Service Center

                  I might loose the trust on Samsung. Please take care of your Customer because they are the only reason of your Goodwill. I hope that this will not happen to any Customer.

                      Iam a regular consumer of samsung products. I have reported my refrigerator is not working.
                      Purchased in oct, 2013. Your engineer who visited says it is not covered under warranty as serial number sticker is not there, even though i have original receipt.
                      What rubbish he is talking if that sticker is that much important it should have been informed us at the time of purchase or should have been punched so that be entact always or at such a place that it can not be removed easily like the chassis numbers in vehicles.
                      That is not fair policy. Please get my refrigerator repaired at the earliest. Or else i will be contained to knock the doors of consumer court and will raise this issue on social media.

                          Hey I''m purchase Samsung Gear Fit 2, 24 May 17 after 1 month my fit 2 charging not properly like contented and disconnected and I''m released charging pin day by day not good condition and again inform to customer call center, a June-17 to inform my gear fit 2 charging problem and September 17 & 8th September token no [protected] customer care executive told me please visit service center I''m helping for your problem and yesterday my fit 2 not detected charging and visiting to Samsung service center and service engineer told charging pin is a physical Damage, this is a physical Damage and call to customer care for my last problems but not help me I''m suppressing and this is not under warranty and repairing cost rs 2600/- im told this is not a physical Damage this is a manufacturing defect, and I''m already inform Samsung customer call center my charging problem but no one help me, customer care executive told please open job sheet bill no ( [protected]) Okhla phase 1 and again call to customer care and assign my complent no [protected] and cust care executive assuring my feedback forward to senior consultant, and today evening I''m online check my service history status my fit 2 repaired and collect service center but and few minutes call from Okhla service center told your fit 2 not repaired and this is not in under warranty and pay 2600/-

                          Bought the mobile 2 months back from reliance store in Hyderabad. just Now I'm noticing my mobile is not charging completely beyond 93 percentage.                               Kolkata laketown, dear all, i ashok didwania, on 2nd october, 2016, i have purchased a samsung refrigerator from sales emporium, 443 jessore road kolkata -74,, its model no. Is rt34k3923bs/hl. After installation it was working fine for 3 months but then its cooling slowed down. I immediately made several verbal complaints about the issue to the showroom as well on samsung customer service call centre, the customer service people (On the call) guided several times to do some temperature settings which i did but the problem is as it is and after various complaints which can verified at samsung india ivr system, 2 to 3 times engineers came but the result was "zero",, one of engineers came and did the inspection. He advised me to change the “sensor" but again after 2 days the same problem occurs with additional problem of ice on doors and walls and again i called samsung customer service centre and engineer came and said the cooling is not proper, i need to change additional some parts for which we have to take ur fridge to our service centre,,, which now i refused to do so,,,,, as many experiments were done by samsung engineers. I therefore, i request samsung to kindly change the refrigerator as it is still in the warranty period because at the time of purchase i m not going to bargain the samsung company,, i paid the amount decided by samsung company thats not decided by me and hence why i can take the manufacturing defected product now i m so much harassed about it so pls go through about this mail immediately ,, from last 2 months i verbabally complained so many times but no any action taken by the company,, now it becomes more than enough harrassment for me,, i am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon and will take up with concern authority. Â

                                I submitted my phone to sidhant telecom, ranchi, they took more then 10 days to repair my phone (Still not repaired) at first they told me they'll repair it in 3 days then extended it to 7 days and now it has been more than 10 days.                                 He said that my parcel was arrived in India at New Delhi . He said that inside parcel there was a $500000 cheque and Samsung S8 plus . For clearence as a custom charge he told me to give him ₹30000. I want to ask that should I give Him that money or not

                                  Samsung india i am a great lover of samsung phones and will be firs one to buy your products. But s7edge was last connetion between us coming to the issue you guys will say the attractive featuers to make your product sell and promote. Saying that s7 is a ip48 water resistant 150cms depth and for 30mins. But my phone was not working and it was exposed to rain water for just 5mins. This isn't the major issue the real part is your worst ever customer service. They tell no sir it was not exposed to rain amd if water goes that means it was exposed to water for more than 30mins so we will not give warranty. Can you say how can i prove this.

If they are not in a position to provide replacement / service on free of cost means just suite them a case in consumer court in order to explore the suitable solution.

                                      I bought galaxy s7 mobile on 25 may 2016, for around rs. 50, 000. I have never dropped it even a single time and had been taking very much care.in august 2017, it started freezing and one day it went blank and was not switching on.

                                      The service center executive said it is motherboard problem and asked me to pay rs. 16, 202.

                                      I took my phone back and escalated this issue to samsung ceo office using their website. On september 4th, they contacted me from ceo office and said they will try to do something and asked me to submit the phone in the same service center. I did so on the same day but on sep 07 they called me again from ceo office and said that i need to pay the full amount rs 16, 202. Their reply included the below sentence.

                                      "after an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage."

                                      Actually the service center executive told me that they have not even opened it after i submitted and was waiting for the ceo office to contact them. So i do not understand how they did the "extensive research".

                                      I believe samsung is very confident that they can continue cheating people!!!

                                      My brother also recently faced similar kind of issue but his mobile was under warranty and he is thinking of extending the warranty now. And from a research in the internet i feel that previously the hardware of samsung phones were cheap inside and outside but now they have managed to make the outside better but inside still cheap even for the flagship models.

                                      I am thinking of buying a new phone from a company other than samsung, instead of paying them this much bigger amount for repair.

                                      Almost all the mobile companies, even if it is very small, give one year warranty and if there is any problem, they replace the parts free of cost within the warranty period. But when we buy a flagship model from a 'reputed' company, we expect some quality.

                                      Your updates kill your motherboard and you ask a very big amount to replace the motherboard. You cheat people by providing cheap quality motherboards.
                                      I bought a samsung s7 edge last year in july 2016, Can i extend my warranty time period? If yes please tell me how much will it cost.

                                      No. You cannot extend the warranty as the initial warranty is over.

                                      My Suggestion: Never ever again buy a Samsung mobile unless they give some 3 year warranty free of cost.

                                      Otherwise they will kill your motherboard by providing some software update and will ask you a very big amount to replace the motherboard.

                                        Its been more than a month my samsubg refrigerator is out of order. Despite of complaining 10 times no action has been taken and finally i get a message that my request has been closed. Is that the kind of service i get for such an expensive product of a reputated company like samsung. I hope authorities will take strict action and rectify my problem

                                        Just a year ago we purchased a double door fridge. While the freezer works well, the bottom portion stopped cooling a few times. after much pleading the service engineer came and replaced the sensor which again stopped working within a week. It is a huge issue to get the service people for site visit as they keep promising but don't turn up.
