I had a complaint regarding my mobile phone c7 pro. My handset not working properly and i visited ur samsung service center new ray entreprisis dated 14 aug'17 but till date i had not received any resolution. I had logged the complaint but no buddy give the resolution to me. If you can check all recording avaliable in your record. I need resolution and what retun my device not repair.     I have purchased a charger gh44-02874a for samsung galaxy j2 from care and care services pvt, ltd. Samsung authorised service centre 40-c. L.B. Marg civil lines allahabad-211001 on 11/7/2017.

    It is very sorry to say that within a month charger became un serviceable. On reporting the matter to said service centre on 12/8/2017. They gave me time of 10 to 12 days.

    But till date they failed to replace my charger. What's the fact behind the case i don't know but for a customer it is very inconvenient to run again and again. Kindly look into the matter for the sake of samsung service support.

      Hi sir i am here to register my complaint about samsung service centre in nandhanam chennai i got problem in my phone like dot on display and i submitted the phone to service centre for service in (06.09.2017) but they are not response for my request and they did not write the job seat number in my customer copy bill and i have asked about the job seat number today then only they have register and gave me the job seat number i have attach the bill copy you have to make the complaint and take seviour action on that service centre worst response for customers

        Sir, i was purchased washing machine in the year 2007 and there was no problem august 2017 but some days back it is not working properly. I send a mail to your service centre on 2.9.2017 at j. D.
        Services, dhanbad. They told that our engineer will attend your complaint on 4th. But not attended. Again i requested him on 5th sept. They told that engineer will attend today between 12.00 to 2.00 pm. The service engineer contacted me by phone regarding my address at 1.00 pm. And told me that i am coming within 1/2 hour. But he did not come. I contacted him frequently every 1 hour engineer told me "i am coming few minutes" but not came upto 7.30 pm. I asked him why you are harassing me? He told, no sir i will come tomorrow posiively.

        He came on 6th september, 2017 at my address and he take a photo of that washing machine and told that it is condemned. It will not repair and he left.

        When i conacted local mechanic they repaired successfully only rs.400/- and my washing machine is working very good.

        Kindly suggest me : is it good for the samsung company to cheated the customer by your authorised service centre of dhanbad. Kindly take appropriate action against them otherwise your name and fame of company willbe in downtroden. My mobile no. Is [protected]

          Today i went to samsung care . My handset is not working properly so i gove to engineer he told me 236 rs you have to paid for software and wait for 30 minutes after 30 minutes i got my mobile and i asked for the bill they reply in rude manner you have to wait 3 hrs still i am waiting for my bill
          The samsung is providing a very bad service and many customer are suffer by this problem .

            I have visited samsung mobile service center, s. V. Communication, toli chowki, hyderabad, telangana to get my mobile phone (Samsung j7 2016 model) repaired as my screen was broken. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to samsung mobile office samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around rs. 3500 for repair of mobile.

            On my next visit to samsung mobile office on 02.09.2017 to handover my mobile to get it repaired, this time they give me estimate of rs. 5800/-. They said its their mistake for giving wrong estimate on my first visit. I asked him if he says this on my first visit i would have refused to give it for service. But the customer care center guy says he cant help me with this and says that to pay 5800 and take mobile or else he will replace it with the old broken screen and give it back to me. I have paid 1500 as advance when i gave my phone on 30.08.2017. I refused to pay 5800 as it is too much at that moment and asked to provide his manager number of that store and i got the phone number of his. I called around 10 to 15 times on the same day but there was no response from the manager. Next day came back to collect my mobile back from service center they gave my advance 1500 rupees back and gave my mobile back with totally broken screen which was not at all my screen. When i delivered my phone to service centre only once long screen break which i can see clearly and now when i received back the whole inner screen was broken and even the touch is not working and phone is not getting started at all. Before delivering to them at least it was working and i can get my contacts and use it.

            But now i'm helpless with this samsung mobile service center, s. V. Communication, toli chowki, hyderabad. There is no where matching with the reputation of service from samsung being such a big company but when it comes to service it is such a bad experience for me.

            This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of samsung mobile service center, s. V. Communication is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment.

            I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile and dew to this inconvenience i am missing all my important contacts and documents and this causing my a very bad experience with my office and all about communications with others.

              Replace but i want to replace my device when its a manufacturing

                This mail is in regard to followup on the ongoing case with sm-g950fzkdins, for which the ceo desk is as issue was raised with40 days of the purchase. I would like to raise the issue with the highest of authorities now and not talking to your customer experience who are nothing but fooling around with customers and giving a run for their money. I have had a nightmare to the level of harassment that samsung has made the customer go through.
                To the extent of my frustration he asked me whether you want refund or replacement. I requested for a refund as i had lost faith in samsung with the worst experience of s8.

                    I bought samsung galaxy s7 edge (Sm-g935fzduins) on 12 february 2017. On 20 august 2017 suddenly while using the phone got overheated and battery started melting. I immediately removed the battery fearing that it might get burst. When i went to the service centre, they gave a very poor response saying that i had tampered with battery that's why it got overheated and i should pay them 2500 for repair. I called to the customer care as the phone was still n warranty period. They told me to submit the phone at service centre and assured they would look into the matter. Since then 20 days have passed but there has been no response from service centre.in spite of repeated reminders they have not given any proper response or my phone. This has caused me great financial loss as it was a 50, 000 rs phone and even more mental trauma. I want samsung to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                      I had purchased samsung inverter ac (Ar18mv3hewk) on april 2, 2017. Since 5th september the ac has stopped working. There has been no cooling at all. I had called up the customer care number [protected] and registered the complaint on 6th september at 1am. The customer care person told me that the servicing of your ac is due so there is a possibility that due to this your product is not working properly. She agreed upon sending the engineer in the morning. The complaint number/ request number given to me was [protected]. Nobody turned up in the morning. Again i called them around 2pm and they told me that the engineer has still not be assigned to your complaint. They told me that they are forwarding my complaint again. The complaint number i was given the was [protected]. No news again from them. I again called them at around 6pm and they asked me to wait till 8pm. No body turned up. This time no complaint or request number was given to me.in the morning on 7 september at 9:45am i again called and they told me that your request has been declined. On asking the reason the phone got disconnected. I again called an the person told me that your complaint has not been declined rather an engineer as been allocated and he will contact you after 10:30. Again no complaint number or request number allotted. After waiting till 5pm i called up again but no definite answer from them still and the complaint number given was [protected]. Can you please let me know what kind of service is samsung as a brand providing. Your people have no idea about what is the status of the request. If this is the kind of customer service you people are providing i feel sorry that i bought your product.

                        Dear sir/ madam,

                        I regret to bring to your notice that i had purchased hw –k360/xl – sam home theater from your retails shop sanjay sales, mumbai.

                        I purchased k360/xk – san home theater on 03/10/2016 and within a year its speakes get damaged, howver raising an issue with customer support.

                        They approched after 48 hours an engneer which inspected the same and reveted that speakes being actually damaged and commited that it being replaced by 24 to 48 hours.

                        Its now more than 72 hours i. E. 3 working days and not a single response being reverted from support team.

                        Even, i spoke to customer support team about if new parts is not available then, kindly replace this with new model.

                        Stil not had any positive response from samsung support team.

                        I would request you to kindly arrange to replace the unit immediately with new model, because i had purchased the unit as new one and paid for the same with warranty of year, i have to face lot

                        Of ambarresement in my family and friend during family function, when speakes being damaged and ruined all festive season fun.


                        Once again i request you to kindly consider my request and arrange to replace the unit with new model k360/xl – sam home theater on immediately

                        Your early action will be appreciated.

                        I regret to bring to your notice that i had purchased hw –k360/xl – sam home theater on 03/10/2016 which speakers being damaged less than a year, however when raised issue with service centre has commited being replaced within 2 to 3 working days now its more than 5 days still service engineer not replied. Also, requeted if not have any spare parts available then kindly replace with new model.

                        Still no response received, i had finally decided to raise complaint letter.

                          I given my s7 mobile samsung service center (Prasad mobile & electronics) in kakinada on[protected] due to mobile not set charging and hear phones problem after several visits samsung team given mobile on[protected] they resolved charging not set problem but i found display issue display (Brightness & contrast) not good they changed the display even though it is in good condition so i given mobile again service center for solve the problem when ever i taking mobile i found display poor quality so i asked to your team for display issue after that they told display also changed i am unable to understood with out any information they changed directly if is good condition so please take-up issue and resolve the problem after given mobile still i did not receive any update from samsung.

                            Installed in march 2017., first complaint 15 days before. Instead of sending it engineer tv engineer anbu checked and said, there is no defect in the lft monitor. But execused from his duty saying to check the set box by sundish and escaped getting his service as satisfactory and promised to visit if confirmed the set top is okey.
                            The set box engineer came and checked and said the it is ok by connecting it to a separate tv. When mr anbu was contacted he promised that he will come and check. But when the local service centre was contacted it was requested to book fresh complaint. Finally i booked another complaint no:[protected]. Mr. Santhimaikose it engineer checked and says there may be defect in mother board. Hence ordered for the same and come and check again after receipt of the same.
                            A reputed company makes the customer to suffer without proper service engineer, with proper equipment to test at site and doing this on assumption.. He wants the cusomer to provide cd player to check the lfd.

                            Installed in March 2017., First complaint 15 days before.Instead of sending IT Engineer TV Engineer Anbu checked and said, there is no defect in the LFT Monitor.But execused from his duty saying to check the set box by SUNDISH and escaped getting his service as satisfactory and promised to visit if confirmed the set top is okey.
                            The Set Box Engineer came and checked and said the it is ok by connecting it to a separate TV. When Mr Anbu was contacted he promised that he will come and check. But when the local service centre was contacted it was requested to book fresh complaint.Finally I booked another complaint No:[protected]. Mr.SanthiMaikose IT Engineer checked and says there may be defect in Mother Board.Hence ordered for the same and come and check again after receipt of the same.
                            A reputed company makes the customer to suffer without proper service Engineer, with proper equipment to test at site and doing this on assumption..He wants the cusomer to provide CD player to check the LFD.

                              I have spent rs 11, 450 to replace the broken screen of samsung galaxy a7 2016 edition. Within 12 hrs the screen is damaged again, not because of me but because of lazy work of the "sai tele services" machilipatnam city. He is blaming me instead of his # job. If no proper action is taken i will lodge the police complaint. I am very serious about this.

                                I am having samsung double door 550 liter fridge purchased in 2013. Now it has a problem of fan in it as per technician of local service center is saying that the part is not available & we can't say in how many days it'll be available. I hope you ll resolve the same at earliest.

                                Samsung, these people during purchase of the product, doesn't say that this product do not cover any warranty on any of the item in it except digital inverter, they mis-guide the consumers all the time, without providing proper information. Inspite of spending huge amount in purchasing side by side door refridgerators, if service is this poor, why would one prefer to purchase such type of products. My service request no. Is [protected] in samsung portal.

                                If this products can't even work properly atleast for a minimum of 5 years, what is the value of the brand samsung, and why do they say they are the best service providers and number one leading home appliances in market.

                                Request you to consider this as an serious issue and try to resolve this asap and spread the same to all the consumers who are going to buy big home appliances out of trust on the brand name, and which the brand name can keep their brand image with worst services.

                                    I have a Gear Fit 2 band. Why have Samsung made such a bad strap for a band with such a high cost?? I literally "lost and found" the costly product several times due to the careless strap design flaw. Such design flaw from such a reputed company is never expected especially for an item that is meant to be used in rough conditions...don't you think? my band is nearly reaching 1 year, but the issue started the second day I bought it. I am using a rubber band to literally hold the watch in place. Even though it is okay for me...the question really is "should Samsung be ok with it". What should I expect from Samsung to resolve this problem or how soon?                                       Beware of samsung technicians surgical strike on your functional white goods / appliances

                                      You should never ever call up samsung call centre to avail samsung technicians’ support.

                                      Even when there is no issue with the tv set (Especially, when the cable services to the entire housing complex is snapped due to the monsoon deluge / or other cable related issues better known to the service provider & there is intermittent issues from the cable service provider); just to satiate your doubt whether the tv set has any issue or not; even by mistake, if you ever avail the services of samsung technicians’ and despite paying them their visiting / consultation charges; they will sabotage the functional product & will make it redundant!

                                      The samsung technicians are trained to kill the functional product and or to run a parallel refurbished market in a quid pro quo with their service partners’; in a surgical strike on home appliances by getting into your home & sabotaging your functional product; so that you are coaxed to buy a new product from them.

                                      Hence, customers are forewarned not to call samsung!

                                      They lack business ethics & have been cheating gullible consumers.

                                      In the eventuality, you wish to avail of samsung technicians services; while the technician is at work / don’t get distracted by their pleas for tea - coffee & other hospitality - that can be served, once the work is over / don’t allow them to take the functional product to their workshop / ensure that they do not swap the functional parts with non functional & the following precautions will safeguard your interest!

                                      please ensure that a video clipping is made & kept in your possession / mount a spy / cctv camera; so that they do not “deliberately” fiddle around, sabotage & kill the working product!

                                      though, samsung technicians possess basic knowledge to rectify the product; but, they are “experts” in “killing the functional product” & “primarily trained” to sabotage a functional product!

                                        Dear whoever concerned,
                                        My samsung galaxy j7 prime bearing imei no [protected] was handed over to maa padmawati tele solutions, 921/kameswari road, subhas pally, cooch behar, west bengal for replacement of broken display and front rear case (Fully paid service amounting rupees 6400.00) on 07/08/2017. I was told it will take two weeks at maximum which by itself too much procrastination for my set to get repaired. 50% of the amount was paid in advance. As assured by the concerned service centre i visited first on 21/08/2017 followed by 28/08/17 and 07/09/2017. Every time they kept me waiting at least one hour just to tell me that the set is still not repaired. What is shocking they can't give me any definite time as to when my set be delivered. Just the moment you enter the centre there is visibly notified speedy and quality service. My humble question is that is this what samsung promised about quality and speedy service? Isn't this unbecoming for a widely trusted company like samsung. 32 days have passed still i am in darkness when i will get my set. On the job sheet it is written that they may also provide me stand by model... It really makes me laugh. Plz don't say things like that. Just look into my complaint and plz do whatever necessary so that my set is delivered. I am really having problems without my set... Sorry if i was a bit emotional.
