My samsung galaxy note 5 (Out of warranty) display had flickered 26 th aug 2017. To get it repaired, i approached the samsung service center tambaram, chennai, tn. They received my phone and gave a job sheet without any work order number or job number in it (I asked for the number, "no need any sir"was their reply. They promised me to give my mobile on 29/8/2017. I keep on followed, they keeps on postponing, i reached the service center again and asked for my phone, since no backup not done with it. I have more office data and personal data, bank details in it. Met a manager named mr. Mani, he told that your phone will be delivered with in two days since the part is not available, again i trusted the manager and left the phone in the center. I again called them on 6-sep-2017, still no part received. Asking for two more days time. I was totally unsatisfied with their service. Some one please help me get my phone repaired.
