My samsung galaxy note 5 (Out of warranty) display had flickered 26 th aug 2017. To get it repaired, i approached the samsung service center tambaram, chennai, tn. They received my phone and gave a job sheet without any work order number or job number in it (I asked for the number, "no need any sir"was their reply. They promised me to give my mobile on 29/8/2017. I keep on followed, they keeps on postponing, i reached the service center again and asked for my phone, since no backup not done with it. I have more office data and personal data, bank details in it. Met a manager named mr. Mani, he told that your phone will be delivered with in two days since the part is not available, again i trusted the manager and left the phone in the center. I again called them on 6-sep-2017, still no part received. Asking for two more days time. I was totally unsatisfied with their service. Some one please help me get my phone repaired.

Samsung Refrigerator not working after lighting.It's RELAY might have damaged.
I had received 16 gb card instead of order of 64 gb...money taken for 64 gb card..the ..order is purchase 1 64 gb card get 1 free..but they fraud to me

    I have purchased a new refrigerator model no. Rt65k7058bs/tl-ref-ff-sno.0dvcdbj100321on dtd:-03/05/2017 from your authorised dealer aerovision q5, 104, prem nagar, ambala-134001. After sometime my refrigerator not cooling properly. I have complaint in service center. After complaint your technician visit nd says refill the gas. We done it but refrigerator not cooling properly. After couple of complaints on dtd 14/8/17 technician says plz send this ref. To our service center. We send it after 7 days service center called me and told me your refrigerator is done plz pick it. When we taken back this refrigerator at home this was not cooling properly same problem faced again. When we talk to customer care they says it is ok. Plz solve my problem at the earliest. Other wise i will take a legal action.

      With ref. To your response i already submitted my mobile no. & email address but didn't get any response so i am again submitting my mobile no.-[protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com with the complaint id no. 1667654 done no 18 august 2017. I want to inform you that your engineer had visited to my place and asked for the needed papers for refund purpose but the procure is going very slow. They didn't yet collected all the papers asked by them and didn't telling me the exact position of my case. Please make it fast as my warranty will be ending on 19/09/2017 and you will be totally responsible after that. Very disappoint by your such a slow response

        Maine samsung j7 max mobil liya hai. Kuch dino ke bad usme colour or clarity ki problems ho gaya. Service center par 10 dino se mujhe koi update nahi mil raha hai. Jab bhi call karta hu two days bolkar call cut kar fete hai. Manager se bhi baat nahi ho pa rahi hai.

          We have purchased a refrigrator 2 months back. The product is not working properly, like its cooling capacity is not as expected and we need to defrost it a no of times. On whole i am not satisfied with product. I have raised a compaint a no of times but did not get any response. We have almost all appliances of samsung at home.             I have given to samsung service centre (Jaidatta technologies) at vizag but they asked for 14k for repair.

            My mobile is in warranty and damage was not caused physically

            Today i buy this phn. Camera quality is very dull. I want to replace my phone. I went to the shop where i bought this phn but they are not answeing to my complaint. I am not exoecting this quality from samsung. Samsung broke my trust. What should i do now please help me.

              I have j7 prime samsung phone
              I purchased it on 29th august 2017 purchased at rs. 15900/- of cost but now i realize that its total wastage of money bcoz i don't expect that its gorilla glass, the most toughened glass of my mobile got break just by height of 1 ft.. I don't know why company provides corning gorilla glass in thier samsung mobiles, but i am very disappointed that my mobile gorilla glass got break.. I want samsung company to change my mobile screen free of cost.. I am using samsung phones since 2012. If not then in future i never purchase any items of samsung in my life ever..

              I had chat live witn samsung...they said they will call me...i am waiting for thwre call from 10 hrs.

              My temprd glass is not broken...and screen has..tbis means teemperd glass is of better quality then gorilla glass..

              Please revert as early as possible..

              Speciality of gorilla glass is incredible temperatures, a special trough, robots and a molten salt bath. The finished product is a thin piece of glass that can withstand a lot of punishment.

              I do not except that ot is gorilla glaas.

              I purcahsed this phome 1 week ago...acter lookin into pecifications...i have other option of buying redmi..lenovo...moto...oppo..many more..by paing less price then..samsung...

              I reapect its brand name..i need a solution..

                Today on 5th september 17 my refrigerator problem has been solved. And instead of that i have got a bill of 3600 rs which has been paid by me. But in my mobile bill came 2771.04 rs. May i know why it has happened??

                  Hi, i am a chartered accountant by profession. I lodged a complaint against printer toner on dated[protected] through customer care (Complaint no - [protected]). Samsung executive came and suggested that your toner will be replaced due to problem in toner/cartridge and we will send you the technical summary in your email id.
                  I received the technical summary report on[protected] and as per the email i have to contact with dealer and there was a name mention of mr. Anuj for stock availability. I am constantly following up from[protected] and also contact customer care no but did not get any resolution.
                  I did not understand that samsung is a prestige company and is facing so much difficulty. It was really a very bad experienced with samsung.
                  Finally i have to write an email to you as i am struggling for printing since 28th august 2017. Please see this request on urgent basis.

                    I have raised complaint as on 5th august to the samsung cc, regarding power supply in my tv, one engineer visited at my place, he suggested mother board is spoilt, i was informed to replace the mother board which costs apx. 7000, after 2days, he came with replacement of the the mother board (Tv was in his possession for two days.). After replacing the mother board, i have noticed sound of tv was not working properly.

                    After that i have called to cc to send engineer to fix the problem, cc informed me we do not have any complaint registered as on 5th august. I am not sure how 3rd person got my full address and contact number and visited my place without samsung knowledge, this is purely unethical and question of my security.

                    Is this the way samsung customer care is providing service to the customers.

                    Please take necessary action regarding this and let us know the status at the earliest.

                    I have submitted my handset in samsung service centre located in bahraich UP (agarwal communication) dated 9th August 2k17
                    problem in handset was only battery backup so there was only the option
                    to replace with a new battery..
                    as of today date 31st August 2k17, they havent repaired my handset and making so much excuses and delaying the date.

                      Its not even been an year that i purchased samsung s7 edge. The first time its earphone stopped working i got it exchanged as they were in warranty, and again i face the same problem in them, and they have stopped working, i had so much faith in samsung quality, but i don't think its the same anymore. Really disappointed as not even a year is completed and 2 earphones gave the same problem. Such an expensive phone and such a bad experience and quality ! Disappointed from samsung

                        Handset purchased on said date is a defective one, 4 times i went to your service center to get this rectified but every time it was a temp solution. I am pissed off with your pathetic services.
                        I either need a permanent solution or a replaced handset. Else i will sue you in consumer court and also would love to highlight issue on social media.
                        Issue-unable to recharge the battery using any of the chargers. If i put it on charge for complete night then only reach to 30%.

                          I ordered samsung s7 through samsung e-store on 17/08/2017 which was delivered to me on 19/08/2017 (Vide order no :[protected]. The phone was dead on arrival. It was collected by samsung representative on 21/08/2017 and sent to samsung service centre where it was pronounced to be dead on arrival (Doa). I was told that doa certificate will be issued within 24 hours but it took more than 48 hours and rather than being delivered, i was asked to collect it from service centre on my own. I mailed the images of the parcel instantaneously on 23/08/2017, as being a doctor my work was getting suffered without the phone.

                          As clearly mentioned on samsung website, the company is bound to replace the doa phone with the new one within 10 days of receiving images of doa parcel.

                          I have been calling your customer care centre regularly and requesting for fast delivery of my phone and each time i am told that the case is escalated and the replacement will be done soon. But till now (05/09/2017), even the reverse pick up of the product is not arranged. Every time i call the customer care centre. I am told that it will be done soon. I have been requesting the customer care representative repeatedly for arranging a call back from senior on-duty manager, each time i am assured that within an hour you will get a feedback from senior, but i have not received any call from their side.

                          This is sheer customer harassment. I regret buying phone from your e-store. How can a company like samsung behave in such a ridiculous way with their customers? If it would have been us or uk, the company would have been screwed by now.

                            I bought this phone for 3 months. Purchased problems with 3 weeks. At the same time, the disllay was shifted from kannur service center. But now the phone has started more than just the old one. The phone that was given to change the display was even bigger..                               It is brought to your kind attention that we have purchased an invertor ac model no;ar12hv5nbwknna in the month ofmay 2014. Having serial no;oaywpdbf100202w. But now from 05/04/2017 onwards we are continuosly facing problems in respect of cooling continuosly and have already spent around 15000/rs for cooling issue and still the issue remains unsolved. I have continuosly using a/c's of lg company for around eight years and have not spent even a penny for its repair. I have purchased invertor a/c for cutting down my electricity bills but at the same time i have spent huge amounts on its repair and on its cost. I am totally dissappointed by your invertor a/c and suggest others not to buy samsung invertor a/c, s which is to much expensive in the form of repair and cost.. Now i request you to please pay attention to this matter so that it may be pefectly repaired and we should not face problems at regular intervalin future

                              Iam Fed Up With The Services Of Your Samsung Service Centre I Bought A Phone But Cant Use it For Long Time Visiting again and again at your service centre in punjab ludhiana but there is not any solution according to me the samsung product is very very bad product and his customer service centre services is also very very bad

                                I hace given my s6 edge to see what problem it has as the it's not getting charged at kukatpally samsung service centre. Later after 2 day's when i rang them they told mother board has gone and it's not possibe to get it repaired. When i went back home checked i noticed that they removed the charging connector on mother board and they told they will give me 2000 rs if i give phone to them. This is very sad fron samsung and i need my phone back. I wish my problem will be understood and resolved.

                                  The above complaint was registered and after several reminders mr. Nanje gowda had visited in my absence when my kids were at home, giving reason that the mother board was spoilt. I had told him to wait for 10 mins and he din't even bother to wait and left the house without giving the estimate. When i called him he told to contact the customer care about the estimate of repair. When i contacted csc i was informed to replace the mother board which costs apx. 7000 and we agreed for it. After 5days, on[protected] he came to replace the mother board. Even after replacing the mother board tv was not switching on and he was not able to find out the actual problem. He left the house informing that he will contact me today[protected] by 10:00 am and let me know the actual problem. But up to 4:00pm he din't bother to call me. The person and the csc are themselves not answering to my phone calls and again around 4:30pm i complained to the cc and then at 5:00pm the person mr. Nanje gowda called and informed that tv panel has to be replaced which costs apx. 23, 000 without inspecting the tv.in complaint status, it was updated that customer is not responding the calls and the customer's address is not traceable which is a false report updated in the system, as he had visited my place yesterday itself.
                                  Is this the way #samsung customer care is providing service to the customers. We regret to inform that we have brought sumsung product without knowing about this type of false assurances.
                                  Will you take necessary action regarding this and let us know the status at the earliest.

                                    Hi, i am sending this message for your kind notice that i had purchase samsung led tv 117 cm ua46d5500 on 26/05/2012 @ rs. 71938/-. Now our tv is not working & i had complain for the same against complain no. [protected]. Your technician already visit & after seen they told me two parts are not working. We have to pay around rs. 13000/-. I had also approve the same but after 4-5 days when he had visit again they told us company stop manufacturing this model & spare parts are not available.
                                    It's quite shocking. Now tv is like scrap for me, i had spend such a big amount & samsung company technician told me that parts are not available. He was also take my documents invoice copy, my i. D & cancel cheque because he told us company will refund some amount to you. When i call customer care they also told me you will receive some amount but how much not ready to tell.
                                    Main thing is that i am not interested in refundable amount. I want t. V either you make it working or give me some good discount in other samsung model, so i will purchase the new one. We trust in samsung that is why we decide to spend such a big amount on samsung tv but if samsung not take care of our customer than it's a big question on brand value of such a big giant in electronics field.
                                    I hope i had received some satisfactory answer from your side as soon as possible.

                                    We had received call from Samsung team & they had confirm the refund amount of Rs. 12, 000/- but we are not satisfied from refund amount. Now i request you please repair my TV i don't want refund amount. If try to force us that nothing is possible than i have to file complain in consumer court. If company sell products in the market than company have responsibility of providing service also. Our TV is 5 years old & it's HDMI TV not LCD. I am really disappointing from Samsung team. I had received call on daily basis but result was zero. You are try to fooling your customers. It's really unprofessional behavior from Samsung. If i will not receive any response within 1 week than i have to take further action.

                                      I have samsung note 4 which was suddenly stopped working and got blank on 10th august 2017 and on 12th august we went to samsung service centre, hcl service limited d-1 sector-3, 09-up-201305 (Center no [protected])

                                      It was informed by samsung technical team that the mother board is corrupted and since the product is under warranty, it will replaced free of within a week time. But there was no phone call received from samsung about the status and for the resolution.

                                      After chasing multiple times, samsung service team noida, informed it will take more time as they are not getting the parts. After almost 4 weeks they called and informed the set was ready so come & collect.

                                      When we reached to the counter where ms. Asha gautam was seated, she was rude and started misbehaving when asked for receipt and warranty need to be carry forward since there was a manufacturing defect & under warranty. Warranty expires on 17th sep 2017

                                      If the mother board of phone set is replaced by samsung then why the warranty should not be revised.

                                      She was shouting and completely refused to entertain us which was not acceptable. There was nobody who is ready to listen our problem and ultimately we have to left the place.

                                      I must say the support service of samsung was filthy, defective & unfinished.

                                      They really dont care about the after sale service and nobody want to take onus for the same.

                                      Hence i would to please take up the issue and provide solution on the same

                                        As requested by me on thursday, 31.08.2017, (Complaint no. Vr018806), one mr. Mani, from "v'are home service, chennai" came to my residence at about 5.15 pm and checked the samsung refrigerator rt41lspn1/2011.
                                        He said that the electronic board and the relay are defective. He suggested that the electronic board is serviced and the relay replaced. His estimate was rs.5000 including service charge. I agreed for the same.
                                        He took the electronic board to his office for servicing. He came back around 7.15 pm after servicing the electronic board as told by him. After fixing the electronic board, he was stuck in replacing the relay, as the one he brought was not suitable. He went back to office and came back with another relay and fitted. He put the fridge in service, collected rs.5000 and gave me a receipt.
                                        When i checked the fridge the next day, the cooling was poor only. I immediately called mr. Mani and informed the status of the fridge. He had not turned up till date.
                                        I request that the fridge may be repaired. I also suspect that the electronic board should have been healthy since there neither any report of replacement of component was receive by me nor any sign of repair could be seen in the board. I request that rs.4700 is refunded.
