Samsung flagship mobile with cheap quality hardware inside!!!

Very bad experience with samsung!! Email reference number: [protected].
I bought galaxy s7 mobile on 25 may 2016, for around rs. 50, 000. I have never dropped it even a single time and had been taking very much care.in august 2017, it started freezing and one day it went blank and was not switching on.
The service center executive said it is motherboard problem and asked me to pay rs. 16, 202.
I took my phone back and escalated this issue to samsung ceo office using their website. On september 4th, they contacted me from ceo office and said they will try to do something and asked me to submit the phone in the same service center. I did so on the same day but on sep 07 they called me again from ceo office and said that i need to pay the full amount rs 16, 202. Their reply included the below sentence.
"after an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage."
Actually the service center executive told me that they have not even opened it after i submitted and was waiting for the ceo office to contact them. So i do not understand how they did the "extensive research".
I believe samsung is very confident that they can continue cheating people!!!
My brother also recently faced similar kind of issue but his mobile was under warranty and he is thinking of extending the warranty now. And from a research in the internet i feel that previously the hardware of samsung phones were cheap inside and outside but now they have managed to make the outside better but inside still cheap even for the flagship models.
I am thinking of buying a new phone from a company other than samsung, instead of paying them this much bigger amount for repair.
Almost all the mobile companies, even if it is very small, give one year warranty and if there is any problem, they replace the parts free of cost within the warranty period. But when we buy a flagship model from a 'reputed' company, we expect some quality.

Your updates kill your motherboard and you ask a very big amount to replace the motherboard. You cheat people by providing cheap quality motherboards.
As per their policy they have to provide replacement / service on free of cost for warranted product. If they are not in a position to provide replacement / service on free of cost means just suite them a case in consumer court in order to explore the suitable solution.
