I have visited samsung mobile service center, s. V. Communication, toli chowki, hyderabad, telangana to get my mobile phone (Samsung j7 2016 model) repaired as my screen was broken. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to samsung mobile office samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around rs. 3500 for repair of mobile.
On my next visit to samsung mobile office on 02.09.2017 to handover my mobile to get it repaired, this time they give me estimate of rs. 5800/-. They said its their mistake for giving wrong estimate on my first visit. I asked him if he says this on my first visit i would have refused to give it for service. But the customer care center guy says he cant help me with this and says that to pay 5800 and take mobile or else he will replace it with the old broken screen and give it back to me. I have paid 1500 as advance when i gave my phone on 30.08.2017. I refused to pay 5800 as it is too much at that moment and asked to provide his manager number of that store and i got the phone number of his. I called around 10 to 15 times on the same day but there was no response from the manager. Next day came back to collect my mobile back from service center they gave my advance 1500 rupees back and gave my mobile back with totally broken screen which was not at all my screen. When i delivered my phone to service centre only once long screen break which i can see clearly and now when i received back the whole inner screen was broken and even the touch is not working and phone is not getting started at all. Before delivering to them at least it was working and i can get my contacts and use it.
But now i'm helpless with this samsung mobile service center, s. V. Communication, toli chowki, hyderabad. There is no where matching with the reputation of service from samsung being such a big company but when it comes to service it is such a bad experience for me.
This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of samsung mobile service center, s. V. Communication is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment.
I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile and dew to this inconvenience i am missing all my important contacts and documents and this causing my a very bad experience with my office and all about communications with others.
