I have purchased the phone from the internal portal and it has been one month now and they have not generated a bill for the phone sent.
Not sure of they are making a fool or saving tax by not providing the bill to the phone which is sent.
I have called the customer care several time and the only assurance they can give is to give me a reply that the invoice will be sent in next 24 hrs.
I really want to return the phone but the same is not possible as per them.

    Fraud service engineer of samsung
    This is rohit garg and i registered a online complaint with complaint no. [protected] on 22/8/17 on tollfree no[protected] regarding water leakage and cooling issue of my refrigerator. Next day service engineer visited my sight and changed a sensor and for that he charged me rs.550. When i asked for bill then he said he will visit again to check the fridge and will also provide the bill next time.

    After that my fridge stopped working and when i call the engineer he said neither i can provide the bill as it is changed by me personally not by company and your fridge can never be repaired. Although it is only 5 year old fridge and it has comprerssor warranty of 10 years. When i call to customer care they said your fridge is non repairable. Even i has his call recording in which he id denying to give me bill and admitting that he has changed the sensor.

    I just want to know what kind of fraud is this?? Is company fraud or their engineer. I have call to same engineer many times but he is not attending

    I am receiving very shameless kind of replies from samsung officials.A gentleman call me from [protected] and said some electronics parts are not repaiable and company will not entertain any issue if your fridge get totally damaged even after 6 months of purchase.
    This kind of shameless reply is not at all acceptable.
    At the time of product sale company salesperson said our company will resolve any issue within 24 hrs and now they are saying company is not responsible for any damage.

Neeraj mob no. :- [protected] your samsung executive fooled me by saying getting rs. 1000 insurance, company is giving you insurance cover including screen damage also. And on 20th august 2017 when i took my mobile with broken screen to ashok vihar service center they said the scheme was closed two days before my
      Purchase which is 10th jan 2017. So i hereby request you clear the matter and repair my phone without any cost to me. I hope you value ur customers and make sure they are not being cheated anymore by making false commitments by your executive.

          Sir, two years ago we bought a samsung plasma tv 51" from reliance mall - bhavnagar. It worked quite well for these
          Two years when suddenly one day something happened inside it like a firecracking sound and the tv stopped working. Sir, after this incident i called in the the staff support of samsung and he said that normally these tv's work only for two to three years. Hearing this we got into a shock and totally my and my family lost the faith in samsung. Sir, we are totally using many of our appliances of samsung brand but due to this incident i have lost the faith on your company. Please take regular steps as soon as possible. Thank you

            I am writing this as a desperate attempt to get your attention. I am paying the price for being a samsung loyalist. I bought a samsung note5 on 11th july 2017 from amazon. Within 30 days the phone started hanging - for 12 hours. I couldn't make or answer calls, see mails... Nothing. I called up amazon they washed their hands off. I contacted the samsung service centre at indira nagar bangalore (Sri ventures) but they said the problem could be because i had updated software from my wi-fi, so there could be bugs. They asked me to backup my data and reset it to factory settings. Which i did but still it hung. Then i visited the centre and they reset it and uploaded the software. Still, it wasn't working but now even the touch interface is not responding. Then they told me that it was a hardware problem and not a software issue. But they said their server was down and they couldn't help me. They asked me to come the next day. Which i went. They said the server was down still. This has been going on for more than a week!! And every day i have to visit them to listen to this. The point is not hardware or software. I have been given a faulty product. Period. I am really fed up with samsung. Can anyone take note of this and help.

              I have bought samsung j7 nxt smartphone today. As mentioned in specifications by company the camera quality is 13 mp rear and 5mp front camera. But when i captuerd the images by both cameras the quality was very very poor and the images are veey blur. I am not satisfied with that. And with the same brand nd product the images are good. Means my phone is faulty. So i have to replace my phone

                This is with reference to a samsung refrigerator we bought in apr 2013... It was faulty from 1st week... Low cooling was reported person came and filled up the gas and post that it has been a every year affair.

                4th consecutive year and the issue persists.

                I guess am done with it... And demand a free replacement or refund of the amount paid.

                  Dear team,
                  This is in regards to the complaint of my samsung refrigerator bearing model no. Rr19j2144nt/nl, bearing serial number 0a6v4zah200672 have purchased on 23rd april 2017. After using few months only crack arises in liner near vegetables basket. Complaint was raised for the same on 2nd aug and after getting harrassed a month they are telling they didn't have resolution for it other than hiding it with some sticker. I have to compromise with it as they this final solution. Is this u people called solution to customer complaint for manufacturing defected product. I do want such stupid solutions. Please take it seriously and resolve it.

                      Important complaint for immediate action

                      Dear sir /madam

                      I am arun kapoor and have purchased a double door refrigerator of samsung of rs. 66000/- from your dealer in kanpur (Up)-india. I could not uploaded the purchase bill for your reference as your site takes only one document, and i wanted to send this complaint on a prority basis. However the bill number is 128 dt. 03.04.2014 purchased from your dealer “smile stores” at 24/36, birhana road, kanpur. The name of the purchaser is regency hospital ltd, sarvodaya nagar, kanpur (Up).

                      I purchased this product on 03.04.2014 after hearing from the dealer about this new wonderful double door samsung refrigerator. The model no. Is rt56h6679sl samsung ref. Unfortunately, since the day i purchased this product, i have faced non-cooling problems. On various complaints, since the date of purchase, the local service engineer used to turn up and check the product. After changing a few small parts, he used to close the complaint and take cash for the service and parts. I was never given a bill, and was told that the same would be sent by courier, which never used to come.

                      Recently, since july 2017, the fridge has virtually been non-functional. After complaints, again many service engineers came and checked the fridge. They first changed some copper or other metal pipe inside saying that this particular model is faulty and will keep on posing problems on a regular basis. Thereafter, the gas was filled and again cash was collected with the promise that the bill would be sent by courier. Same thing happened, the courier with the bill never came.

                      The fridge worked fine for about a week or so and again stopped cooling. The complaints became a regular feature, and again some new service engineer came who said the compressor is not working to its capacity and changed the same, under the 10 years warranty, and started the fridge. Again the cash was given for small parts (Not the compressor) and the service fee without any bill. Thereafter the cooling again lasted for a week + and stopped cooling absolutely. I have some recent complaint /service requests as samples for your necessary perusal and necessary action viz...[protected] & [protected]. You can track these complaints and know the real story, if at all it has been reported correctly by your engineers. You can well imagine the time period of the last about 2 months and the trauma being suffered by us continuously.

                      In short, i am totally disillusioned and exhausted after purchasing this faulty product from a reputed and famous brand like samsung. I know if things go the same way, then eventually i may have to change the fridge for a peaceful living.

                      I would like to know the following from your top management, if at all, customer complaints are taken seriously by by your esteemed company;

                      — why was a faulty product like the above model introduced in the market by samsung. (This has been confirmed repeatedly by your various service engineers since the purchase)

                      — is this model part of some ‘rejected refrigerators’ imported by the company to sell in the indian market to hapless customers like me.

                      — a similar model was purchased by my brother, around the same time. Even he has been complaining regularly about this refrigerator.

                      — why is such a laid back approach taken by your engineers, who usually take a very long time (Number of days) to attend and close the complaint finally. There is no urgency, keeping in mind that a fridge is virtually the “heart” of any household today.

                      — kindly take the matter very seriously and take an immediate action/ decision to replace the fridge at the earliest to re-instill faith in a reputed company like yours. This will surely reassure me and other wannabe customers that samsung means business, and is not fooling its indian customers.

                      I would like to mention that we are one of the largest healthcare group in north india, having a chain of multi-speciality hospitals and paramedical institutes under the brand name of regency healthcare. It would not be out of place to mention here that we have also faced a lot of problems with samsung split air conditioners purchased earlier. But due to bad service and follow up, we have totally stopped purchasing the same in our group companies.

                      I am writing this to apprise you of my suffering vis-à-vis the above samsung refrigerator, which unfortunately, i chose for my personal home use by replacing the earlier good one.

                      Hope you will take a pragmatic view in the matter, in keeping with your samsung brand reputation. Kindly reply to :

                        My name is akshay kumar sharma. And last year on 28th of october i purchased 2 j7 prime.
                        And from last 3 months i visiting to your samsung service centre. During 1st time my otg was not working, so i visited your service centre and during that time they told me that if you brush the socket then you will be able to use. So i told him that i already checked all the thing after that i come here. And then take my phone and resolve my issue.

                        And after some days i facing the issue with my back key and charging problem so again i visit the store and then 1st of all they refuse to take my phone and the reason is i was visited on friday so they told me... Sir because of friday parts are not available so please come again on monday so i tell him that it's ok no problem you can take my phone now and when it will repaired so please let me know i will come.. Ok.. So one of your executive was irritate because of me.. And after he take my phone and give me the receipt.. And on wednesday they called me and tell me that sir your phone is not repairable in warranty because of it is liquid damage so i visited the store on the same day.. And they realized me like i done a biggest mistake to purchase a samsung phone... Because i told him that there is no such thing that you are telling me about.

                        I also know that liquid damage is not counting on warranty period... But they didn't listen me and take the receipt and they give me my phone and inform me that if you want to repair your mobile phone outside of warranty so will be charged 10300rs... So i refuse them and i collect my phone and then i complain on your website about the same thing but i did not get any response. And i am using my phone like i purchased a second hand phone. Some time its working or some time don't.. And now the fingureprint sensor is not working again i visited at your centre and they same process they done and after 2 days they inform me that there is some liquid damage so it's not repairable in warranty and outside warranty charge is the same amount 10300 rs. But this time they cross the limit they did not fit my phone correctly... Because of vibration the screen is also vibrate and from one side of screen in the right side display light is coming out. But they refuse to fix that issue...

                        Hence i called up in customer care at 8.50 pm and my service request no. Is [protected].
                        He had done my verification and told me that sir you will get call or mail from our side with in 24 hrs working hrs, but i didnt get any call from your side.

                        And also i asked for escalation matrix and email id of your md and ceohe bluntly told me that we have dont have such kind of information. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.

                        Hope you understand my issue also can put out recording in 24hrs of the call which i made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly. Which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.

                          I purchased my s7 edge on 15th september 2016 n my screen got cracked accidently i have been using all samsung products wether it's my washing machine my refrigerator n all phones of samsung note 2, note 3 den s6 edge i have used being a great fan of samsung even my husband my son all are using samsung phones.. Custoners who purchased samsung s7 edge after october 1st or on october 1st got the 990rs screen change offer but me who purchased 15days earlier and on higher price is not getting data offer. Please i[censored] want it can click pictures of products n phones of samsung which me n my family are using at our home. Kindly consider my request my phone is still under warranty.                             I have a samsung smart phone j7 prime

                            My mobile is still under warranty. I got this mobile 5 months back.

                            Since i have bought this cell phone i have been facing heating issue the moment i plug it in for charger it heats up so bad that i might blast. There is no hardware damage on my cell phone but samsung service center people saying it was water damage.

                            Yesterday i went to samsung services center no.17 khata no.727, office no 1st floor, krishna grand, outer ring road marthahalli 560037 to get it repaired as my cell phone was not turning on and i was under impression that it is still under warranty so samsung will repair it however they don't want to repair it until i pay "8050/rs" as they want to change the board.

                            Even if they wish to change the board why should i pay when it is still under warranty? Samsung has found the way to cheat their customers as well and i do recommend people to go with samsung however it seems this company has started doing wrong commitment and found the way to do scams. If the product is in the period of one year warranty and if the board needs to be replaced then why should people have to pay for it? Is this warranty is meant for?

                            I am not at all satisfied with the samsung customer services people do not respond properly and they don’t even know how to talk as some bunch of people there and completely illiterate.

                            Now the only way i think to get this problem resolve is to file a complaint in the consumers court and post blogs on the every website where samsung proudly says that they are the best.. No matter what happens i will keep on posting these blogs and will keep filing the complaints against this and next email i will be doing to the samsung top officials in next 24hrs.

                            I am so tired of taking follow ups from service centre. Given my phone to change the display and they quoted me 9000 fine. Also a time to change was a week. Honestly speaking I would never ever want to use your products again.. So tired of poor services.

                              Hi, regarding customer complaint [protected]. Contact number : same as before [protected].
                              I am posting my complaint here because, i didn't received any reply from the person gave email id to consult. This is really a not fair answer from samsung india customer care, this is what i am hearing from that dishonest service center from the beginning that the technician didn't even touched my tv.
                              You have seen the photos they sent and also we sent, as i said earlier that till 10th of august my tv was working fine and also i provided the photos in which you can see that my display is crystal clear. By hearing to service center on whom we are complaining, if you are taking decisions then why should we complain about service center to samsung india?
                              Kindly arrange a qualified technician from other service center located in bangalore, so that he will inspect my tv and give you the report, i can also do that but i don't want to lose warranty only because i have opened the cover, i am pretty sure that by seeing the place where that # technician has made a hole definitely my display screen is not damaged. May be he has damaged the cable lvds cable which carries image signal to the screen from the module, or he has damaged the module itself.
                              I am not instructing the samsung india customer care to do this, as a customer who invested money on this product is requesting you, if someone from a authorized service center comes and ruin my property in front of our eyes, and give me a quotation to repair the same, i dont know what name i have to give for this, and when i complained about this to service center, he is denying to accept and also saying he didn't even touched my tv.
                              Its really not practical that to expect that technician who damaged my tv intentionally to accept what he did.
                              Also by seeing the damage he has made, anybody can tell that this has done purposely or by a non qualified, uneducated person has made it.
                              If my display screen is broken, i will cover it from that technician, i will apply any possible way so that the service center team will regret to do this nonsense to me or anybody in future.
                              Since you and service center trying to tell me that frame and display are one and the same and if my frame is damaged i have to replace my tv display, then see the attachment in which you can see the damaged frame and my tv screen, why i should replace the display which is giving me the hd performance. This photo was taken to make fun that we are using the old tv trolley as show case. U can see the display light is passing through the cracked frame.
                              On 11th of august this # technician has damaged it purposely, sorry for using hard words but its coming from my burning heart.

                              As I agreed for 10% payment on the repair cost, Samsung India Customer Care chief Executive, Aswathi Nair called my wife and described about the repair cost and the amount I have to pay. Executive was very much supportive and good listener, and was very practical for the whole month in my fight to get my TV working back again. This makes me to buy more Samsung products in India rather than from Dubai. Today 12/09/2017, R _ Logic team came to my house and replaced the display and I paid the agreed amount. I received a manual hand written receipt for the amount paid, but there was no description of the repair carried out was mentioned. Thanks.

                              Please, I respect Samsung India customer care for caring my complaint, but coming up with 20% charity discount is really unfair, I have provided strong evidences, Even after the frame damaged my TV was working fine, I don't know how many times I typed it and said it. Its really raising my temper after damaging my property they are offering me 20% discount on the repair charges? Only because I am still polite?
                              Samsung India should train them how to work on the customer's property, how to deal with the customers. I need a better solution for this issue. Kindly do the needful.

                              Service manager from R - Logic company visited our house on Thursday,
                              His statement was fluctuating for our each and every questions,
                              At first he said, he have 2 groups, one for only wall mounting and another for engineers to rectify the issues. The wall mounting guys are not suppose to check anything.
                              When we said, your technician placed our TV on the sofa and tried with his nail first and then he used screw driver we heard a loud weird noise, so my mom got afraid of the noise and rushed to the hall from room, he said yes, to remove this joints some times we need to use our nails some we need to push hard sometimes we need to use screw driver also, he forgot his last sratement that his technician not suppose to do it.
                              When we said forcefully, then he called Ajith and he said as usual he didnt touched our TV. I did asked him, when you are saying he may have used nail or screw driver why your technician is denying that he tried, becsuse he know that he damaged it.
                              He dont have any answer, so he started his imaginations, by seeing the damage it doesnt looks like a technician has damaged it. He shown a crack on display exactly where his technician used screw driver, and he is saying that even when there is crack TV will work fine, he didnt had any idea what he was speaking.
                              Even I produced evidense against his engineer who offered me thst he will repair in 15k he called him and the statement which engineer provided and actually what happened weren't same, even the manager said he might lose his job, if he really did this, I have taken your version and I will reply on Monday.

                              Today he called my wife, and spoke very hsrshly, you people called us after you damaged your TV. When my wife rised her voice, he said no madam my technician and my engineer are promosing on god, so I have to beleive them.
                              Is this a joke, a manager taking decesions on god promises?
                              We are deeling with one side robbers and judgement given by a comedian.
                              If we are lying dont we know the consequences on reporting false complaint againt a company?

                              Shoud we do god promises also?

                              Is this the way a service center works?
                              I am working as a technical advisor in Peugeot car dealers, dealing with Indians, Arabs, Europians and many more nationality people since 12 years and I didnt met a single situation to ask for god promises. I do know the consequences of complaining against a company with wrong intentions and personal benefits. No need to bring god here, its well known for an educated person. My belief, my truth. my confidence and my loyalty are my god. I respect them.

                              I am not at all happy with the statement but I did laughed for his funny statement. I can't wait till god punish them, I want my TV back in working condition.

                              I respect your involvement in this issue, As you have offered 50% discount, I would like to mention again that My TV was damaged by a professional technician from an authorized service center, I didn't consulted any local electronic shop to agree for any charity in the name of discount.
                              My TV was damaged by that service center on 12th of August and it is nearly a month now and we are waiting and hearing their nonsense with patience, Since frame was damaged before that technician damaged my display I was intended to pay 10% which was only in respect on Samsung India customer care.
                              I should demand a new TV, since my TV was purchased only before 5 months and if there was any defect in TV performance and service center failed to repair it properly I can understand, but here he has damaged my property, and negotiating in the name of discount.
                              Sorry, I can't agree. Why should I take the burden of 50% for that technician fault?

                              After one moth of struggle, finally they replaced my TV display, But they have proved again that they aren't professionals at all,

                              1. They fixed display with tape, panel is not locked at all.
                              2. Didn't informed by service center or engineer why they used tape.
                              3. After I sent mail with photos, from R logic team no response, but Samsung India CC responded and promised the repair.
                              4, received message from Samsung CCC that Mr. Kushal is assigned for the registered complaint
                              5. Next day Mr. Srinivas called and enquired like he don't know the matter at all, I mailed him with photos, also said no one will come.
                              Till today my TV kept unattended by anyone.
                              I have lost all my patience, Now literally I demand a new TV.

                              I am also a human, I do have jobs and responsibilities to meet, Should I struggle one month in unnecessary arguments, and receive such a bad service ? only because I called them since they are from an authorized service center. I don't want my TV repaired with these irresponsible persons.

                              If I didn't noted it not questioned about the bad unacceptable service they did, it would have been closed silently.

                                I bought this j7 on 4th april, 2018 from reliance retail ltd, 3/85, chittaranjan colony, raja s c mallick road, kol-32.

                                Following problem were noticed :

                                1. From the beginning the ph getting heated and the sound was very low. I informed verbally and i was informed it is company's set.

                                2. The sound was very low in spite of put it full volume.

                                Today, went to samsung service centre from where i was informed that there is liquid damage and found moisture inside the phone. This problem occurs from outside there the phone got moisture which is very surprising. I was informed as liquid damage problem is out of warranty its cost is roughly 4200/-.

                                My question the moisture which found inside the phone can generate if the phone getting heated very badly and i was not able to talk to touch my ear.

                                The cost of the phone was rs.10, 900/- and now i am informed further 4200/- will be the expenditure for rectification of liquid damage.

                                It is very depressing and the cost of the phone comes rs.15000/-.

                                  I had requested vide complaint no.[protected] (Future reference no. [protected] dated 17th july 2017 regarding samsung double door fridge whose parts have to be replaced. Mr shivkumar technician was (Cell no.[protected]) initially responding and he had taken photographs of the requirements in the fridge. Few days back when i called him on phone, he said that some other technician would be coming that day. But no body has turned up so far. Please tell me what to do.

                                    I purchased a mobile handset j730gm golden bearing imei no. [protected] at the price of rs. 20291/- on 2nd aug 2017. I used it for 21 days without any problem. Than one morning i saw a black spot on one side of the display screen. I immediately went to the vendor and lodged my complaint.in turn, he suggested me to go to samsung service centre. I went to the service centre on 24/08/2017 and showed the mobile. The call centre employees said that the screen has got some pressure and the display screen will be changed on the price of rs.8300/-. I said that i keep my mobile in front pocket and there is no mishandling by me and i also have not given any pressure on the mobile, why i have been charged with huge amount. But all in vain. Now sir, i donot have any other option than to request you to kindly intervene in the matter and got my mobile changed with new one. Since the mobile has given problem within one month of purchase.

                                      I had purchased Samsung Series 7 LED on 14th June 2014. Along with it I had purchased extended warranty for 4 years which is valid until 13th June 2018.

                                      - After about a year LED screen went bad and samsung happily replaced it without any issue.
                                      - Again this month (August 17) LED screen has gone bad. I rasied a complaint and their engineer came and took all the pricture and collected every documents

                                      - Issue is replacement part is not available with samsung and they are saying that they will re-imburse the depreciated amount.
                                      - Their 3rd year depreciation which they communicated is 33% and 4th year it is 49%.
                                      - Now my LED is 3 year 1 month old and they want to charge me entire 4th year depreciation which is not acceptable to me.
                                      - My contention is charge me 4th year depreciation on pro-rated basis which they are disagreeing to.

                                      First of all they sold me extended warranty and never informed me about product being discontinued.
                                      Since twice we had the same problem so I think they sold me some degraded stuff.
                                      Now its been more than a month and they are not resolving nor responding to this case.

                                      I am seeking for any help to resolve this issue and get my money back. I understand there would be some depreciation to which I have agreed to 40% which I dont know if reasonable or not and on top of it you can understand the situation without LED at my home.

                                        My name is bharath kumar my num is [protected]... I bought a phone from big c mobiles vijayawada... When i bought the phone on day it self while buying... I saw that there is a screen touch problem and asked the big c representative... She said we just added tampered glass... Wait for some time it will work... After 3rd day it stopped working... I went to big c they suggested you got a complaint less than 15 days of time.. So you can get a new phone.. Kindly visit the service center they said... So i went to service centre.. They said first it's a hang problem and returned it to me in less than 20 mins and i said same problem is occurring and they said they will check phone and later they said it's software problem and they need 3hrs of time to repair... And later they said we cant repair the phone.. Visit the another way service center.. I said it's too long for me to go another service center.. I said them i bought phone 5days back i got the problem... They said to wait for 10mins... I have waited 3hours... They said they will replace the phone... It's takes 5-10 days of time.. Not a problem i said.. And later again after they are saying it's water logged.. You won't get any warranty... I asked them how it can... They said it can be due to sweat too... I asked them to show me photos they brought my mobile in one side with screen and another with mother board... I asked how can water be on both sides??. I told them to take photos of both sides... But they dropped water from one side and took only 1side water images... I asked them means... They said we didn't see and we forgot...
                                        I have 2 qsns... If the phone is water logged how can we on the phone and operate it
                                        And how can the water stay on both sides when taken manually?? I have been asking the proofs of my phone but no one is providing the proofs.. Kindly provide me solution for it
