I bought this phone for 3 months. Purchased problems with 3 weeks. At the same time, the disllay was shifted from kannur service center. But now the phone has started more than just the old one. The phone that was given to change the display was even bigger.. It is a samsung company that has a company that does not have too much response. That is the samsung product we do not buy... Stuppid

    It is brought to your kind attention that we have purchased an invertor ac model no;ar12hv5nbwknna in the month ofmay 2014. Having serial no;oaywpdbf100202w. But now from 05/04/2017 onwards we are continuosly facing problems in respect of cooling continuosly and have already spent around 15000/rs for cooling issue and still the issue remains unsolved. I have continuosly using a/c's of lg company for around eight years and have not spent even a penny for its repair. I have purchased invertor a/c for cutting down my electricity bills but at the same time i have spent huge amounts on its repair and on its cost. I am totally dissappointed by your invertor a/c and suggest others not to buy samsung invertor a/c, s which is to much expensive in the form of repair and cost.. Now i request you to please pay attention to this matter so that it may be pefectly repaired and we should not face problems at regular intervalin future

    Iam Fed Up With The Services Of Your Samsung Service Centre I Bought A Phone But Cant Use it For Long Time Visiting again and again at your service centre in punjab ludhiana but there is not any solution according to me the samsung product is very very bad product and his customer service centre services is also very very bad

      I hace given my s6 edge to see what problem it has as the it's not getting charged at kukatpally samsung service centre. Later after 2 day's when i rang them they told mother board has gone and it's not possibe to get it repaired. When i went back home checked i noticed that they removed the charging connector on mother board and they told they will give me 2000 rs if i give phone to them. This is very sad fron samsung and i need my phone back. I wish my problem will be understood and resolved.

      They basically removed a part from my phone and they want it me to sell it off for Rs. 2000 to them. All this happened in the Samsung service centre Shop No 16, 1st Floor, Gbr Plaza, Usha Mullapudi Road, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad - 500085, Beside South India Shopping Mall, As Raju Nagar

        The above complaint was registered and after several reminders mr. Nanje gowda had visited in my absence when my kids were at home, giving reason that the mother board was spoilt. I had told him to wait for 10 mins and he din't even bother to wait and left the house without giving the estimate. When i called him he told to contact the customer care about the estimate of repair. When i contacted csc i was informed to replace the mother board which costs apx. 7000 and we agreed for it. After 5days, on[protected] he came to replace the mother board. Even after replacing the mother board tv was not switching on and he was not able to find out the actual problem. He left the house informing that he will contact me today[protected] by 10:00 am and let me know the actual problem. But up to 4:00pm he din't bother to call me. The person and the csc are themselves not answering to my phone calls and again around 4:30pm i complained to the cc and then at 5:00pm the person mr. Nanje gowda called and informed that tv panel has to be replaced which costs apx. 23, 000 without inspecting the tv.in complaint status, it was updated that customer is not responding the calls and the customer's address is not traceable which is a false report updated in the system, as he had visited my place yesterday itself.
        Is this the way #samsung customer care is providing service to the customers. We regret to inform that we have brought sumsung product without knowing about this type of false assurances.
        Will you take necessary action regarding this and let us know the status at the earliest.

          Hi, i am sending this message for your kind notice that i had purchase samsung led tv 117 cm ua46d5500 on 26/05/2012 @ rs. 71938/-. Now our tv is not working & i had complain for the same against complain no. [protected]. Your technician already visit & after seen they told me two parts are not working. We have to pay around rs. 13000/-. I had also approve the same but after 4-5 days when he had visit again they told us company stop manufacturing this model & spare parts are not available.
          It's quite shocking. Now tv is like scrap for me, i had spend such a big amount & samsung company technician told me that parts are not available. He was also take my documents invoice copy, my i. D & cancel cheque because he told us company will refund some amount to you. When i call customer care they also told me you will receive some amount but how much not ready to tell.
          Main thing is that i am not interested in refundable amount. I want t. V either you make it working or give me some good discount in other samsung model, so i will purchase the new one. We trust in samsung that is why we decide to spend such a big amount on samsung tv but if samsung not take care of our customer than it's a big question on brand value of such a big giant in electronics field.
          I hope i had received some satisfactory answer from your side as soon as possible.

          We had received call from Samsung team & they had confirm the refund amount of Rs. 12, 000/- but we are not satisfied from refund amount. Now i request you please repair my TV i don't want refund amount. If try to force us that nothing is possible than i have to file complain in consumer court. If company sell products in the market than company have responsibility of providing service also. Our TV is 5 years old & it's HDMI TV not LCD. I am really disappointing from Samsung team. I had received call on daily basis but result was zero. You are try to fooling your customers. It's really unprofessional behavior from Samsung. If i will not receive any response within 1 week than i have to take further action.

            I have samsung note 4 which was suddenly stopped working and got blank on 10th august 2017 and on 12th august we went to samsung service centre, hcl service limited d-1 sector-3, 09-up-201305 (Center no [protected])

            It was informed by samsung technical team that the mother board is corrupted and since the product is under warranty, it will replaced free of within a week time. But there was no phone call received from samsung about the status and for the resolution.

            After chasing multiple times, samsung service team noida, informed it will take more time as they are not getting the parts. After almost 4 weeks they called and informed the set was ready so come & collect.

            When we reached to the counter where ms. Asha gautam was seated, she was rude and started misbehaving when asked for receipt and warranty need to be carry forward since there was a manufacturing defect & under warranty. Warranty expires on 17th sep 2017

            If the mother board of phone set is replaced by samsung then why the warranty should not be revised.

            She was shouting and completely refused to entertain us which was not acceptable. There was nobody who is ready to listen our problem and ultimately we have to left the place.

            I must say the support service of samsung was filthy, defective & unfinished.

            They really dont care about the after sale service and nobody want to take onus for the same.

            Hence i would to please take up the issue and provide solution on the same

              As requested by me on thursday, 31.08.2017, (Complaint no. Vr018806), one mr. Mani, from "v'are home service, chennai" came to my residence at about 5.15 pm and checked the samsung refrigerator rt41lspn1/2011.
              He said that the electronic board and the relay are defective. He suggested that the electronic board is serviced and the relay replaced. His estimate was rs.5000 including service charge. I agreed for the same.
              He took the electronic board to his office for servicing. He came back around 7.15 pm after servicing the electronic board as told by him. After fixing the electronic board, he was stuck in replacing the relay, as the one he brought was not suitable. He went back to office and came back with another relay and fitted. He put the fridge in service, collected rs.5000 and gave me a receipt.
              When i checked the fridge the next day, the cooling was poor only. I immediately called mr. Mani and informed the status of the fridge. He had not turned up till date.
              I request that the fridge may be repaired. I also suspect that the electronic board should have been healthy since there neither any report of replacement of component was receive by me nor any sign of repair could be seen in the board. I request that rs.4700 is refunded.

                My Galaxy J5 Prime mobile started heating in my pocket and within minutes the back cover automatically got dislodged. The phone right now is in switched off mode and not getting on. The phone was infact so hot that I was unable to touch. It was also emitting grey smoke and so I placed the phone in an open environment. Now it has cooled down but cover is not getting fixed and phone is also not getting on.

                  Hi,

                  I have procured sm-j710fzduins having serial no - rz8hb11twzl, dop of product[protected], ref no - [protected]. I am facing issue since purchasing the mobile set. The issue was in order of on/off. I have goest to okhla samsung customer center two times. One time complete hardware changed dtd[protected] and in july 2017 by okhla customer care.

                  When i have visited second times at okhla samsung service center they were denying to do do the services, saying that this is chargeable while product is under warranty. When i have asked them keep this set at your service center and ask to samsung for replace the same.

                  After two days i have received a message that mobile set has been serviced please take this. I had gone and collected the same.

                  Once again i am facing issue in camera and on/off in mobile set. Now i am completely frustrated.

                  Okhla service center has also renewed warranty period and taken rs. 1132 from me on 13th may 2017 having customer code [protected].

                  Request you help me to get replace the mobile set and reimburse the expenses occurred during visiting okhla samsung service center.

                      Purchased samsung c7 pro from delhi electronics, galleria, gurgaon on 26th august.

                      Gave it to my father who stays in mmumbai, and on 27th he started experiencing problems.

                      We contacted dealer, he said take it samsung service centre, skycell in mumbai, who after 3 days of checking, gave us "dead on arrival" certificate and packed handset.

                      Which means, we are now eligible to receive new handset.

                      The issue :

                      Samsung says "pan india warranty" but is not applicable if handset needs to be replaced.

                      The dealer asked us to get "packed" handset by courier back to gurgaon for exchange.

                      We argued, it should be done in mumbai, as samsung warranty should be applicable pan india.

                      They said : samsung policy.

                      We got handset by courier, after paying insurance charges to courier company, and what happened enroute, was that "courier" opened the "packed" handset to check if there is indeed a handset inside.

                      Now, samsung dealer and service centre have refused to accept the handset for replacement as on 1st sept.

                      Made complaints on their call centre number but no person is willing to even consider merits of case.

                      My question is very simple :

                      Why is samsung not able to change a faulty handset in mumbai, irrespective of where it was purchased?

                      Is this not a case of limited warranty with geographic limits?

                      Why customer was not informed, that our warranty policy is limited to going back to same dealer from whom you purchase samsung product?

                      Do not buy samsung product outside of your city is the message here.

                        Sub:fraud and damage of my refrigerator by your engineer
                        Respected sir/mam,
                        I purchased my samsung fridge on 01/06/2012, five years ago from a samsung dealer. Last year it suddenly start water leaking problem and it was sorted out by samsung engineer and last month it again start water leaking problem and cooling issue, i registered a compaint with request. No. [protected] on 22/8/17. Service egineer visited my sight and changed a sensor and also charged me rs 550 and said i will come tommorow to check the refrigerator. When i asked for bill of sensor then he said i will give it tommarow. But he never visited again and refrigerator stopped working completely again, when i called him he said neither i will give bill nor your refrigerator can be repaired. When i asked about this to samsung tollfree number then they said your refrigerator is non-repairable.
                        I want to know what kind of service it is. How a 5 year old refrigerator with 10 year compressor warranty can be non repairable after 5 year of purchase.

                        In response to my this mail to your complaint desk i received a call from samsung office from [protected].
                        He said company or service engineer is not all responsible if your fridge get more damaged while repairing by our service engineer. Electronics goods have some non-repairable parts in it and company can do nothing incase those parts got damaged even after 6 months of purchase.

                        Now i have some queries/question/feedback to ceo's desk

                        1) can we expect this kind of non-sense reply from a reputed company??

                        2) do company tell the non-repairable parts like things while selling their products??

                        3) is it not company's responsibility to sortout their product issue either by repair or exchange or any possible solution??

                        4) is the maximum sale only target of company??

                        5) customer satisfaction has no value??

                        6) are your products non-reliable??

                        7) do samsung always send fraud engineers??

                        8) why you promise for full customer support at the time of sale if this kind of service you provide??

                        I have never faced this kind of issue and this kind of replies by a branded company ever.

                        This is totally a shameless act

                            21 aug. 2017. I take my note 5 to service center at btm layout bangalore because pen get stuck in phone. When i ask for charge for removing pen. They give estimate (Bill no.[protected]) for 1000 rs. After two day they call me and told that back panel and frame is damage while removing pen an all charges will be 8300. Rs. And when i go to collect phone i was shock because bill (Inv. No. Pes[protected] is 10200. Rs plus. I can't get that how can they charge me for damage of nay thing while service. I completely disappoint by samsung service center. Is anybody answer me from samsung why this happened with customers. Is they have any responsiblity or not. I strongly recommend to all samsung customer please think twice for go two service center. I attaching estimate copy & invoice copy with it.

                              I purchse samsung galaxy s7 edge last year and extend warranty on[protected] by paying rs-3809/- after that few days ago my s7 edge screen broken then thy said i need to pay screen cost +service charge approx rs-15000 so why i pay service charge? Total 15k only for screen replacement is worth it? Generally otherphone screen replacement cost about rs - 5k-6k but for s7 15k too much expensive

                                I am a premium class customer of samsung i have always been buying be it tv & other home appliance also every year i change my high end samsung mobile, you can check my records.
                                This time i had bought an sound bar hw-k450 along with led tv ks-7500.
                                I am happy with the product, product is very nice but unfortunately it stoped working so as systems have lodged a complaint, earlier they to visit the site, the after 15-20 days later they took the woofer, then after 10 days they took the rest of the system. Now since then i have been chasing them, till date i did not got my product back.
                                I hold a very important place at the place i work & much more bigger responsibilities i am sorry i can not run after these guys for my product.
                                As a customer i have done my bit of lodging a complaint if there is a problem with the product. Now it is samsung's responsibility to satisfy the customer through their services.
                                This is my first ever bad experience with samsung service, now i feel so frustrated to convince myself not to buy samsung products if they have such a worst after sales services.
                                Most funny thing is that till date i have not got my product back & the report has been submitted as they have delivered the product & the customer is satisfied.

                                  I am totally fed-up with the kind of services/solutions offered by samsung customer service manager - rohit mazummdar and now i feel upper level involvement is very much required to get this issue resolved.

                                  I bought my led on 11th may, 2017 but within 40 days of purchase, my led started giving trouble. The case was raised against the issues. As i was getting multiple issues, i requested to replace the tv but “rohit mazaummdar” instead denied replacing it as it has already crossed 1 month of your replacement policy. Though issue started appearing its early 10-15 days but as the product was new therefore i was unable to understand those issues and reported issues after a month when i got confirmed that these are really issues.

                                  Final call was to replace display and motherboard. I agreed on it and both of got replaced with the hope that issue won’t occur again.

                                  Now again after 10-15 days, the display has started giving trouble. This is not expected at all. Why only my product is getting malfunction again-n-again? I am totally disappointed with the working of my product and request to consider replacement of it as i don’t have time to deal with pathetic samsung customer care every time. I also shared video of the issue to customer care but no body turned up to see the problem so far. Please help to get the case close now.

                                    We have purchased samsung led tv model : 123cm (49) uhd 4k smart tv mu6470 from bajaj electronics showroom, habsiguda, hyderabad on 16th august 2017. Showroom executive has advised us to take airtel dish connection for good clarity since this is uhd tv. Showroom executive has deputed airtel guy for installing dish connection on 23rd august. Before installing airtel dish our tv was working fine but after installation tv stopped working due to inner panel damage. Immediately we raised complaint to samsung call centre and till now the case is unresolved.

                                    We have personally visited bajaj showroom on 25th august to convey our concern but showroom head mr. Vinod has spoken unparliament language and they said do whatever you want and we are not responsible. Is this the way your channel partners treat your customers???

                                    It is almost now 10+days completed, but no proper action is taken from neither bajaj electronics, airtel nor samsung. Since we believe in samsung brand, we have purchased this high-end tv which is costing 1 lac plus.

                                    Incase samsung or your channel partners are not going to replace with new same model tv – we are going to take serious action by filing case on both of you.

                                    We anticipate for positive reply and action immediately as we are loosing our patience.

                                      I have purchased samsung 32 inches led from authorised of samsung india in hyderabad in year ending 2013.

                                      Thus tv is only an add-on in our house. Wherein we haven't used this tv, the maximum number of hours it was used is less than 150 hours since we purchased. I was out country for 1year 6 months.

                                      On[protected] when i switched on the tv to view the ganesh chathurthi coverage in media after 15 minutes the screen turned into blank and only voices was audible. I have given a telephonic complaint to samsung and ticket number generated vide no: [protected]

                                      On[protected] the technician visited and after inspection he comes to a conclusion that the picture panel needs to be replaced which costs rs. 18650/- and freight cost of getting material costs to rs. 1500/-. I made a payment of rs.400/- vide cash receipt no: 1154 as visiting charges to the technician.

                                      When i asked technician why this problem has araised he said no idea. It is to be noted that even technician made a statement that tv is as box piece and not used.

                                      I was shocked and i have recalled to samsung toll free number and conveyed the message what samsung technician said and shared the message that we haven't used the tv. The call attended executive stated that they shall escalate the issue to higher management and come with a solution to the problem.

                                      On[protected] i have also written a complaint on to ceo samsung india wherein i have received a call from the executive and enquired/collected the information from us and stated in 4 hours of time will revert back to the complaint made the new ticket number raised vide no: [protected].

                                      On[protected] a call executive from samsung india calls means states that samsung cannot help us and only solution is that i need to replace the panel which is costing rs. 18650/-, freight rs. 1500/- and the service charges as well.

                                      It is important to note that when i received a call on[protected], samsung executive was speaking in high tone, rude and not acceptable way towards the customer.

                                      Secondly it is also important to note that a new 32 inches led tv is costing rs.23000/- in open market.

                                      Thus samsung places a mind game where spare cost including freight, service charge costing around to rs. 20000/- and new tv in open market costing rs. 23000/-.

                                      Thus i have also browsed on online i have observed they are several customers been trapped, carried away, got influenced by brand name "samsung".

                                      From my personnel experience and reviews read online samsung led 32 inches 5 series model has problems with panel and failed to meet and provide services to its customers specially in tv's.

                                      I am not aware whether samsung management is reviewing the problems what customers are facing.

                                      Thus i conclude samsung has primarily failed to provide good service to its customers and after reading the online reviews on samsung tv problems it's not recommended to opt the samsung brands in tv specially.

                                      I have received a EMAIL REPLY from Samsung on 05th September 2017 with regard to my complaint posted on " CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN"

                                      I am just adding the snapshot of the reply received from Samsung.

                                      Please read it Samsung says the repair cost would be Approax Rs. 19726/-

                                      I once again say that a new TV is today's market landing Rs. 22000/- as per the advertisement posted in today's 05 September 2017 " Times of India Newspaper"

                                      In my complaint posted I never expected to free of cost service if it was I wouldn't have paid the service charges if Rs. 400/- to the technician visited to my residence.

                                      The services rendered by the multi national brands in India is not good/ fair practice.

                                      Thus I request the Samsung/ other brands to give its customers healthy service so that your major publicity would come from WORD OF MOUTH of publicity.

                                      I am totally depressed with the reply received from Samsung.

                                        With reference to subject i have purchased a samsung sm j120 mobile phone in january 2017.
                                        We had faced the display problem in this phone in june-2017.
                                        I have given mobile for repairing in your jind service center m/s neha communication, which was repaired and handed over to me.
                                        But again same problem started on 20th august 2017 nothing is displayed on screen & phone is totally off,
                                        I have submitted my handset to your service centre at jind on 22.08.2017 for repairing, as i was told by your representative that phone will be repaired within three days. But 12 days have been passed & still there is no positive response by repeated talks with service centre representative and oftenly talks with rude behavior which is not acceptable. Till date they have not clarify when we will get our phone. Being top rated brand in smartphone, such type of pathetic customer service is not expected at all. Yor are requested to look into the matter & take necessary action.
