With reference to my repeated service requests from 20/07/2017 service request number [protected] dated 20/072014 second job number for the same issue [protected] dated 03/08/2017 and third job [protected] dated 12/08/2017. Today (On 25/08/2017) again i have received sms and call that states about the repair status of my samsung on 7 mobile with serial number rz8j20wmnga.

Already this issue is with consumer rights cell and i have to inform you that i have filed the case to get replacement for this mobile or for full refund. As per the instruction from consumer rights cell i cannot receive that mobile. So i must need to get replacement or refund only and i am not wants that mobile in the worst condition now.

1) due to your improper handling and substandard service this mobile has got scratches/physical damage can seen including the screen. While submitting the phone i have given the phone with hardened glass screen guard and leather case. (Leather case returned). It must be in the same physical condition while submitted on 20/08/2017.

2) on your previous mail it is mentioned after the last submission of my mobile you people has not done any service on it. That means jumbo electronics is simply cheating me and samsung india ltd.
I have submitted my mobile last time on 10/08/2017 ; 17:52:15 on the same job number of [protected] and on it it is clearly mentioned that 4g lte is not working (Refer the attachment). On 12/08/2017 jumbo electronics has opened a new job with reference number [protected] and mrs, dency informed me that after two days of checking the mobile have issues on 4g lte and proper signal is not getting. Due to this opening a new job.
As per your email message; your people has not done any service after 10/08/2017 ; 17:52:15. Then how you people can promise that the signal issue is cleared. Or it is get cleared automatically?

More over that job has been cancelled by jumbo electronics on 23/08/2016. Without informing me.

From 20/08/2017 to 25/08/2017; during 37 days i have visited 8 times on your service center to get clear the same issue and again you people are calling and trying to make me fool with fake repair status. So i cannot suffer this mental torture any more. You people are forcing me for further legal actions. I must need replacement or refund only. I cannot compromise with your foul plays.

        This is to bring to your kind notice that :

        I purchased samsung a7 during the month of september 2016. Last week i had a complaint with my phone for the display problem. My husband took the phone to the nearby service centre in indiranagar and they told the display is broken. After checking the phone they told it will cost around 5k, we requested for discount because of our financial condition and they told they will try. They checked the phone and sent us a report (Attached for your kind reference).

        Again i received a call from the showroom on 19.08.2017 that the charging port is gone and i have to pay nearly 10k. I don't understand what did the service centre team do while checking. If there was a problem with the port then why they sent a wrong report. And more over my phone was charging well even when the display was not function. The touch screen functions on the top and back buttons were working fine.

        My brother works for the law, i have discussed with him clearly about the issue and understood that the team is trying to loot us just because i have a phone that costs 30k. But i would like to tell them that i am still paying emi for the phone.

        Also, i would like to bring to your kind information that the indiranagar team is trying to spoil your brand, their attitude is so bad towards the customer. This is not only my opinion but my known people as well as the customers waiting at the centre. Their rude behaviour and anger is like we are spoiling their valuable time of chit chatting. We get irritated because our phone is in problem but your team instead of convincing shouts and screams at us for giving an explanation, when we ask them to transfer the call, they tell the manager is busy, laughing between each other, the next second gone out, and ends up telling talk to me other wise disconnects the call.

        Is this the way you treat your customer, i and few of my family members use samsung phone from quite a long time, i never thought this is how it is.in fact last december all of a sudden smoke started coming out of the charging point, i was at kerala and they serviced my phone for free of cost. I never updated on my social media that samsung phone is burning because i thought its an electronic item and this happens and i trusted. Now this is intolerable, the team is trying to loot us and play around with our money, is it because of any commission they get for charging us more.

        The team has insulted my husband very badly and he is come to a point where he is calling all his friends and updating this and shouting at me that he will go to any showroom he finds everyday and tell people about the service. Because of your team people think the brand is at stake.

        I am ready to pay certain amount for the damage but not for all this for which i am not responsible. And if this repeats i will go to any extent even take the law for help for talking so rudely to my husband. If you cant help me then i dont need your phone too, and i will ensure none in my circle opt for this kind of phone where customers problems are not sorted out but are being treated badly and charging money even for that.

        I hope atleast this will help us sort the problem and support us. End of the day we are your customers who buy phone on your trust. Even after hearing a lot of complaints i took this phone because of my trust on the brand. I hope it will not go waste. Looking forward for your kind support on the same.

          These are blooldy false statements and my warranty period is also left (3months are still due).

            I have puchased smart samsung tv 48 inchs with no ua48h6800arlxl-panal on 02/10/2014. But since 3 weeks my tv display is not working. I have lodged complaint through samsung toll free number and a man from samsung service center tirupati came and said that some t-board problem and he will rectify with in 6 days. Now already 20 days over but no body responding not even lifting my phone and even i made complaint to senior manager of service even he is not responding. Samsung is most worst company regarding service. While promoting they will say that service center is at our doorstep now they are not even supporting us and cheating us

              I have samsung galaxy j7 prime.
              It was having problem in screen so i submited my smartphone to service center. I submited on 22/08/2017 on 23/08/2017 i recieved sms from comapany that your phone has been repaired when i visited there they told me the the phone has been not repaired yet. Then when i got my phone back it was having same problem of screen again. So i again submited the phone on 25/08/2017 they told me that it will be done soon. I have called service center twice but they are not replying properly. I called in comapny for this they told me u will get an call back from higger officer but still i did'nt get call. This company is totally fulling me please help..

              I am waiting from 23 of august now i want full money back..and it also within 2 days or else i will file a complain against your company in CONSUMER FOURM..ok..And this is the last and final request or else ready for future. From 1 week my phone is in service center...And it is facing problem again and again so i will not take that phone back so please refund me my money..or else provide me the updated version of this..i am ready to pay small diffrence...but now i want solution within 2 days...or else see u in court

                Respected sir, we bought a samsung refregerator model number : rt26fajsalx/tl, 3 years before.. Now its not running... We complained in the showroom where we bought. One guy came and checked our refregerator... Then told that he will bring some board and check it again... And he left... Till now he didn'e come... We called him again but he said nw that he still didn;t receive that board to check... So many things n vegetables getting spoil without refregeratoe... So kindly do me a favour

                    Horrible service at customer service centre at durgapur west bengal. Staffs are so rude and adament. I have visited the service centre to repair one of my phone but the executive replied they have power issue (Though the fan near him was working) and to come after 5 pm. I have informed him it is not possible for me to come at that time as i was going out of station and requested to accept the phone for repairing with a manual challan in the absence of an online challan. But he rudely replied that he cannot do so and to make a complaint to the customer care. He was very much adament. I have called the customer care and some mr onkar has received the call. I informed him about my problem. But after speaking with the service executive of durgapur he provided me the same solution that to come after 5 pm and he had no other solution with him. It was felt that he was helpless to help me and when i told him for any alternative solution he disconnected the line in the middle ofthe conversation.
                    Is the service quality of a renowned brand like samsung. If repairing can be accepted only with online challan then why there is not any alternative power backup solution. And if there no other alternative power back up solution then why repairing cannot be accepted with manual challan.
                    Also proper training required for staffs that how to behave with customers.
                    Very much disappointed with your service.

                      I bought samsung ref - rt2735tnbbl on 23-12-12 from vijay sales. Just after 4.5 years, ref stopped cooling and i raised a complaint on 9/8/17 with compliant no. [protected]. My ref - compressor is still under warranty period. I tried complaining to vijay sales but they are also pathetic and once the product, they are not ready to support customers.

                      No solution found by samsung and their service provider - f1 solution.
                      Firstly, they took many days to arrange a home visit after repeated calls at samsung customer care and reason was lack of service kits / gas cylinder availability in gurgaon which is in ncr region and not a remote village.

                      Samsung started investigating the problem on 12/8, wasted so many days but could not find single cause of gas leakage and no cooling. We have been suffering in summer without fridge with no help / support from samsung as they offer delayed and pathetic service with incompetent staff, now they asking us to just pay money and get a new gas filed up and leave it to god and forgot about leakage as it is electronic product.

                      Without finding gas leakage, service engineer mentioned that this defect is very very rare, 1 in thousand type which could be a manufacturing defect, samsung is not taking any responsibility of faulty product, no feedback calls received from customer care, no tat for closing complaints, no buyback policy for faulty product.

                      Samsung engineers are not interested in finding root cause problem and asking to spend more without any guarantee and warranty, i have not heard of any fridge becoming useless in 4 years except samsung and will not buy any samsung product in future.

                        I prebooked samsung s8 plus mobile on 23rd april 2017 and bought my mobile on 3rd may 2017, as per samsung promises prebooking customers will be getting wireless chargers and tumi back cover which we can redeem from mygalaxy app, but still now i cant able to redeem i did lots of follow up with the samsung customer care and from the place i bought i got reply i am not eligible to get the wireless charger but no other reasons given.
                        I would like to know why keeping false promises which company cant keep up and also i want to escalate this issue to higher persons.

                          Samsung!!! A gr8 love i had samsung has finally turned out to be my frustration! Story behind this is:
                          1) i purchased samsung led smart tv at 55000 and life of tv was just 3years🙁.
                          From 3rd year my tv has started restarting continuously and it never worked continously more than an hour.
                          I called the worst customer service of india that is samsung for the same. They are like we do it and we have best service centers in india.
                          But they are the worst service center guys i evers seen.

                          On the 1st visit a year ago they told its mother board problem. Later my tv started working for 6months each day it turns only when it wants to poweron. Tthey charged 600! For saying some
                          Stupid response for the same.

                          A year later problem even got severe. Finally again i called #worst #samsungofficialservice. I called multiple times what i[censored]r guy is not professional and you say it's mother board issue and if it is really not!
                          #samsungservice answer for this sir we do it and ensure that we give correct quote for the repair. They came and charged 8650 for the same.

                          After #worst #samsungservice tv problem even got worsen with new mother board. With my old motherboard i was able to see tv atleast 1hour day. With new my tv started rebooting even more.

                          After charging8650rupees #worst #samsungofficial guy has told sir now i am checking power supply, initially when i told to check power supply his answer was its good but now i see its not working should i make some basic solter and make it work.
                          A fellow #serviceguy who does not even know how to use a #multimeter has blasted and broken the ic in #powersupply. His stupid answer is
                          Motherboard was gone initially so i need to order powersupply costing around 6000.

                          My question was can u confirm my tv works after changing powersupply his answer is i need to check.
                          Currently he changed #motherboard #8650 and asking for 6000 for powersupply. After his fault and he has broken the half working tv completely.

                          I have the proof for the same. Such a stupid product how can every #indian can buy.

                            Good morning sir/madam
                            I really hard to say this, i lost my samsung galaxy a8 which cost r. S. 28, 000 on 15th july 2017 in tirupathi. I complaint in police station but they didn't take any steps till now. I really disappointed. Even i on that option 'find my mobile' but there is no use.

                            I called that person who stole my mobile and he responded that 'i won't give your mobile' like that

                            I kindly request you that please help me to find my mobile, i have more confidence on samsung customer service please help me

                              Hi,
                              I made a complaint on 23 aug 17 for my refrigerator but after lot of follow up no one came to resolve the issue. I made many calls in customer care and he assured me every time persons will come by today and issue will resolve. But nobody come to resolve the issue. There is no coordination between customer care and technical team and interesting point is customer care never share escalation matrix to escalate the issue. I wonder, is top level executives knows how much customer in pain and and need to to the issue. Like other company samsung should make escalation matrix and make customer satisfied. Please don't make customer fool else one day samsung have to pay price with this issue.

                                I have been a customer of samsung mobiles for 5 years starting with samsung galaxy note 2 in november 2012 and recently samsung galaxy c7 pro in may 2017 (Same can be confirmed in your records for my mobile number [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com)
                                However, i am deeply anguished with my experience with samsung over past few days. I am listing the details as below.
                                1. I bought samsung galaxy c7 pro on 9th may 2017 from website of amazon india, which is exclusive dealer of this particular model in the country, for rs 25, 990 (Rupees twenty five thousand, nine hundred and ninety). (Invoice no. Ka-qsau[protected], device serial no.[protected], copy of invoice attached (File name “evidence 1 invoice”).

                                2. On 17th aug 2017 (In less than three months), suddenly the mobile stopped working.

                                3. On 18th aug 2017, the mobile was taken to samsung service centre (Address :- samsung service centre, shayona center, memco cross road, d colony, ahmedabad, gujarat 380025) and here my harrowing experience started.

                                4. Any customer entering the doors of this service centre is practically considered a cheater/ liar with questions starting with “pukka liquid giraya hoga (Definitely you must have poured water over it)”, “pukka mobile giraya hoga (Mobile must have definitely fallen)”, “see carefully, there is a scratch here or there” (However light or minimal it may be, words like normal wear and tear do not hold good for this service centre), “screen is not broken but there must be some pressure on the screen”.
                                Nowhere an option is given to customer that there may be a genuine flaw in the product. All efforts of staff in this service centre are focussed on only and only one thing, to prove customer liability. And if it is not there then to create one. And this is what has happened with me.
                                After a torturous shower of questions mentioned above and a wait of two hours from 1500 to 1700 hours, the engineer at the service centre agreed to open and check mobile. But again with a threatening warning “99% screen will not break but if it breaks it is customers liability”. On explaining that the product is “under warranty”, and has been brought to “authorised service centre”. So any damage which takes place at service centre has also to be covered under warranty, the engineer straight away refuses to accept and arrogantly even hands back the phone that you can take away the phone somewhere else, but we will open only if customer gives in writing that if while opening screen breaks, it will be customer’s liability. He further added that “if you want to goto consumer court, goto consumer court and then come to us”.
                                Finally the phone is opened and engineer agrees that there is no breakage inside the phone, and that they will check the mobile.
                                5). At last when job card is being made, i am told that mobile is not under warranty. Even on showing original invoice, another bunch of demeaning questions are showered “was the phone bought in singapore”, “is their any other invoice”, “maybe you have bought from some other dealer”, “is there any other proof that phone was bought from amazon”.
                                After another hour of haggling finally the phone is accepted with a rough customer information receipt being given (Copy attached – file name “”) whose service order number details were never available online on samsung service tracking site.
                                6) after one week of suspense over which i had to repeatedly contact samsung india for warranty status (Email and phone reference number [protected]) and enquire repeatedly from service centre regarding repair status, finally on 25th aug 17, i am informed that my warranty status has been confirmed, phone has been repaired and can be collected.
                                7) on reaching the service centre, i am informed that the display of my phone has been changed. On inquiring the cause, reason given is “there was a small pressure area on one side, we had told you that day only”. On reminding them that i had also told them that “there is not a single scratch on the screen” (In fact service engineer himself had removed tempered glass, and that to without permission), and that “there is no pressure area visible”, i am told that it was not visible to naked eye but checked by chemical test.
                                On inquiring that how a pressure area can lead to a dead phone. They have no reply other than to say “battery might be dead”. Battery was already charged when phone went dead, and phone was again kept on charge whole night in hope that phone might start working by morning before it was taken to service centre. There were no led lights, no ringing of phone and no vibrations even on keeping power button pressed. The phone was dead at that time. Same has been clearly mentioned in the copy of customer information slip which was kept by the service centre (Copy attached – file name “evidence 3 customer information slip copy kept by service centre”). Also to be noted here is that service order number mentioned in this is completely different to the one mentioned in copy given to me.
                                It was further argued by me that even if a “samsung brand”, supposedly good quality product with “gorilla 4 glass” stops working completely within three months of purchase due to a “small area of pressure somewhere on the screen” then it is a manufacturing defect. Mobiles fall, screens crack and yet display keeps working. But to no avail, here these genius samsung service engineers, blind in lust to get customer’s money, with no concept of good after sales service and warranty liability, further added “we agree that this should come under manufacturing defect, but company has clearly told them in 70 written pages that not to accept it. Rather charge customer for each and every such case where display stops working irrespective of cause.”
                                On further informing them that i will be writing about this issue to samsung, i am told “yes, please do write. Even we want company to become aware that the quality of products has gone down, and here because o[censored]njustified company policies we have to fight with customers”.
                                8) in the end, i am charged a total of rs 9316 (Rupees nine thousand three hundred and sixteen rupees) including labour charges of rs 413 (Despite product being in warranty). (Reciept attached – file name “evidence 4 unjustified money charged receipt”).
                                9) and finally to add insult to injury, when my old screen is returned back along with phone, i find that now there are multiple cracks in it (Photographs attached – file name “evidence 5 cracked old screen handed back by service centre”). On asking about it, i am told “humne to pehle hi kaha tha, 1% chance hai screen kholte waqt screen toot sakti hai” (We had already told you that there is 1% chance that screen might break while opening, so it broke).
                                10) i feel that this is a clear case o[censored]nprofessional conduct and cheating by this particular service centre. The real problem in phone was something else because of which phone was not responding and they have cracked the screen while opening. Now by bringing this “pressure sensitivity leading to complete display non-function theory”, they have not only tried to remove their liability for screen crack, but also charged me for mistake of theirs.
                                On the other hand, even if it is “pressure sensitivity (Over a gorilla 4 glass) leading to complete display non function” issue, then this is definitely a case of manufacturing defect which should be covered under warranty.
                                11) i have the following requests to you
                                I) a thorough inquiry should be done against the staff of this particular centre regarding this particular case, as well as into their unprofessional and uncourteous handling of other genuine samsung customers.
                                Ii) complete refund of the financial loss suffered by me due to this issue.

                                I hope for an early resolution of my issue, else i will not be left with any other option except to take this matter to consumer court, as well bring it to attention of various print and news media, especially regarding very poor after sales services by samsung india mobiles.

                                    I am having a samsung s7 edge 128 gb internal storage phone,
                                    Which met with a defect as it came in contact of water, when i was outside in rain. As this model is have an ip protection of level 68 even then the device was not protected when came in contact of water.
                                    I have submitted a phone to the samsung customer service (Ref complaint number [protected]). They say the defect can be claimed under warranty, i am surprise why cant i claim the defect as the mobile is still in warranty period.
                                    They are giving an excuse that the mobile was in a depth of water more then as per the ip protection standards.
                                    As i the premium user of samsung who always wait for the new models of samsung, justify that the mobile was in contact of water in rain
                                    I want to know how do your technical department check the defect and on which machine. How the defect is analyses on machine for depth of water as per ip standards and pressure as per standards.
                                    I am waiting for your feedback on this complaint.

                                      Samsung galaxy s8 is a defective product and if you call their customer care then rather than replacing or refund there customer care executives starts talking in high tone and abusive language. Their customer care executives also decline to forward customer's call to their managers and starts yelling "do whatever you can do. It's the policy of samsung".

                                      I did purchased samsung s8 in 58000 and it's cover 3000 which has free wireless charger offer and 3000 cash back.

                                      First of all after receiving the amount for mobile samsung s8 they removed the purchased detail from their samsungstore website and tried to do the fraud of rs. 58000+3000 of cover=rs.61000 thousand. When i raised the complaint with their ceo then after 20 days they shipped both product and when i submitted the request for free-wireless charger and cash back then they starts excusing that they will sent the wireless charges after 365 days and cashback after 1 and half year.

                                      This is how much samsung india is looting the customers money from indian customers.

                                      I would suggest by iphone or htc rather than getting looted by samsung india fraud and cheat services. Fraud samsung., worst customer care, worst unresposive ceo. Only looting the indian customers money.

                                      I did sent complaint to their management yet they haven't resolved my complaint and when I emailed to newspapers then they called me and assured to resolve the complaint yet till 30-90 days they haven't took any decision neither they resolved. My several attempts to email them was wasted. I only got mentally harassed after buying Samsung product. You can try sending email to below email address but they will not resolve your complaint untill or unless you keep sending them email including the newspapers. [email protected], [email protected], I will suggest to buy mobile like HTC rather than buying any Samsung product. Samsung services are so pathetic.

                                        Samsung is a popular brand i maximally use this brand but i am relay conduced they are not properly served to customer within warranty period.

                                        This is to inform you that my device damage on 24.08.2017, i complain against bearing no [protected]. But your service engineer mr. Brojo gopal visit and they inform me the device damage main pcb / circuit board due to cockroach. This is chargeable for repair.
                                        It is within warranty period it is not chargeable for the rules. I discus with my distributor it is not to be charged by service center. It is not properly mention in warranty term.
                                        I think what is the product quality a cockroach damaged the product. Already i have used washing machine, refrigerator, a. C which is not damaged by cockroach,
