Hi.

I have a samsung smart phone j7 prime

My mobile is still under warranty. I got this mobile 5 months back.

Since i have bought this cell phone i have been facing heating issue the moment i plug it in for charger it heats up so bad that i might blast. There is no hardware damage on my cell phone but samsung service center people saying it was water damage.

Yesterday i went to samsung services center no.17 khata no.727, office no 1st floor, krishna grand, outer ring road marthahalli 560037 to get it repaired as my cell phone was not turning on and i was under impression that it is still under warranty so samsung will repair it however they don't want to repair it until i pay "8050/rs" as they want to change the board.

Even if they wish to change the board why should i pay when it is still under warranty? Samsung has found the way to cheat their customers as well and i do recommend people to go with samsung however it seems this company has started doing wrong commitment and found the way to do scams. If the product is in the period of one year warranty and if the board needs to be replaced then why should people have to pay for it? Is this warranty is meant for?

I am not at all satisfied with the samsung customer services people do not respond properly and they don’t even know how to talk as some bunch of people there and completely illiterate.

Now the only way i think to get this problem resolve is to file a complaint in the consumers court and post blogs on the every website where samsung proudly says that they are the best.. No matter what happens i will keep on posting these blogs and will keep filing the complaints against this and next email i will be doing to the samsung top officials in next 24hrs.

I am so tired of taking follow ups from service centre. Given my phone to change the display and they quoted me 9000 fine. Also a time to change was a week. Honestly speaking I would never ever want to use your products again.. So tired of poor services.

    Hi, regarding customer complaint [protected]. Contact number : same as before [protected].
    I am posting my complaint here because, i didn't received any reply from the person gave email id to consult. This is really a not fair answer from samsung india customer care, this is what i am hearing from that dishonest service center from the beginning that the technician didn't even touched my tv.
    You have seen the photos they sent and also we sent, as i said earlier that till 10th of august my tv was working fine and also i provided the photos in which you can see that my display is crystal clear. By hearing to service center on whom we are complaining, if you are taking decisions then why should we complain about service center to samsung india?
    Kindly arrange a qualified technician from other service center located in bangalore, so that he will inspect my tv and give you the report, i can also do that but i don't want to lose warranty only because i have opened the cover, i am pretty sure that by seeing the place where that # technician has made a hole definitely my display screen is not damaged. May be he has damaged the cable lvds cable which carries image signal to the screen from the module, or he has damaged the module itself.
    I am not instructing the samsung india customer care to do this, as a customer who invested money on this product is requesting you, if someone from a authorized service center comes and ruin my property in front of our eyes, and give me a quotation to repair the same, i dont know what name i have to give for this, and when i complained about this to service center, he is denying to accept and also saying he didn't even touched my tv.
    Its really not practical that to expect that technician who damaged my tv intentionally to accept what he did.
    Also by seeing the damage he has made, anybody can tell that this has done purposely or by a non qualified, uneducated person has made it.
    If my display screen is broken, i will cover it from that technician, i will apply any possible way so that the service center team will regret to do this nonsense to me or anybody in future.
    Since you and service center trying to tell me that frame and display are one and the same and if my frame is damaged i have to replace my tv display, then see the attachment in which you can see the damaged frame and my tv screen, why i should replace the display which is giving me the hd performance. This photo was taken to make fun that we are using the old tv trolley as show case. U can see the display light is passing through the cracked frame.
    On 11th of august this # technician has damaged it purposely, sorry for using hard words but its coming from my burning heart.

    As I agreed for 10% payment on the repair cost, Samsung India Customer Care chief Executive, Aswathi Nair called my wife and described about the repair cost and the amount I have to pay. Executive was very much supportive and good listener, and was very practical for the whole month in my fight to get my TV working back again. This makes me to buy more Samsung products in India rather than from Dubai. Today 12/09/2017, R _ Logic team came to my house and replaced the display and I paid the agreed amount. I received a manual hand written receipt for the amount paid, but there was no description of the repair carried out was mentioned. Thanks.

    Hi, It's Harish here again,

    Please, I respect Samsung India customer care for caring my complaint, but coming up with 20% charity discount is really unfair, I have provided strong evidences, Even after the frame damaged my TV was working fine, I don't know how many times I typed it and said it. Its really raising my temper after damaging my property they are offering me 20% discount on the repair charges? Only because I am still polite?
    Samsung India should train them how to work on the customer's property, how to deal with the customers. I need a better solution for this issue. Kindly do the needful.

    Service manager from R - Logic company visited our house on Thursday,
    His statement was fluctuating for our each and every questions,
    At first he said, he have 2 groups, one for only wall mounting and another for engineers to rectify the issues. The wall mounting guys are not suppose to check anything.
    When we said, your technician placed our TV on the sofa and tried with his nail first and then he used screw driver we heard a loud weird noise, so my mom got afraid of the noise and rushed to the hall from room, he said yes, to remove this joints some times we need to use our nails some we need to push hard sometimes we need to use screw driver also, he forgot his last sratement that his technician not suppose to do it.
    When we said forcefully, then he called Ajith and he said as usual he didnt touched our TV. I did asked him, when you are saying he may have used nail or screw driver why your technician is denying that he tried, becsuse he know that he damaged it.
    He dont have any answer, so he started his imaginations, by seeing the damage it doesnt looks like a technician has damaged it. He shown a crack on display exactly where his technician used screw driver, and he is saying that even when there is crack TV will work fine, he didnt had any idea what he was speaking.
    Even I produced evidense against his engineer who offered me thst he will repair in 15k he called him and the statement which engineer provided and actually what happened weren't same, even the manager said he might lose his job, if he really did this, I have taken your version and I will reply on Monday.

    Today he called my wife, and spoke very hsrshly, you people called us after you damaged your TV. When my wife rised her voice, he said no madam my technician and my engineer are promosing on god, so I have to beleive them.
    Is this a joke, a manager taking decesions on god promises?
    We are deeling with one side robbers and judgement given by a comedian.
    If we are lying dont we know the consequences on reporting false complaint againt a company?

    Shoud we do god promises also?

    Is this the way a service center works?
    I am working as a technical advisor in Peugeot car dealers, dealing with Indians, Arabs, Europians and many more nationality people since 12 years and I didnt met a single situation to ask for god promises. I do know the consequences of complaining against a company with wrong intentions and personal benefits. No need to bring god here, its well known for an educated person. My belief, my truth. my confidence and my loyalty are my god. I respect them.

    I am not at all happy with the statement but I did laughed for his funny statement. I can't wait till god punish them, I want my TV back in working condition.

    Kindly come up with better solution,

    I respect your involvement in this issue, As you have offered 50% discount, I would like to mention again that My TV was damaged by a professional technician from an authorized service center, I didn't consulted any local electronic shop to agree for any charity in the name of discount.
    My TV was damaged by that service center on 12th of August and it is nearly a month now and we are waiting and hearing their nonsense with patience, Since frame was damaged before that technician damaged my display I was intended to pay 10% which was only in respect on Samsung India customer care.
    I should demand a new TV, since my TV was purchased only before 5 months and if there was any defect in TV performance and service center failed to repair it properly I can understand, but here he has damaged my property, and negotiating in the name of discount.
    Sorry, I can't agree. Why should I take the burden of 50% for that technician fault?

    R-Logic team replaced my TV display today and I paid 10% as agreed. I got a manual invoice from them which was hand written for 2708 Rupees.

    After one moth of struggle, finally they replaced my TV display, But they have proved again that they aren't professionals at all,

    1. They fixed display with tape, panel is not locked at all.
    2. Didn't informed by service center or engineer why they used tape.
    3. After I sent mail with photos, from R logic team no response, but Samsung India CC responded and promised the repair.
    4, received message from Samsung CCC that Mr. Kushal is assigned for the registered complaint
    5. Next day Mr. Srinivas called and enquired like he don't know the matter at all, I mailed him with photos, also said no one will come.
    Till today my TV kept unattended by anyone.
    I have lost all my patience, Now literally I demand a new TV.

    I am also a human, I do have jobs and responsibilities to meet, Should I struggle one month in unnecessary arguments, and receive such a bad service ? only because I called them since they are from an authorized service center. I don't want my TV repaired with these irresponsible persons.

    If I didn't noted it not questioned about the bad unacceptable service they did, it would have been closed silently.

    I am really feel sorry for myself.

      I bought this j7 on 4th april, 2018 from reliance retail ltd, 3/85, chittaranjan colony, raja s c mallick road, kol-32.

      Following problem were noticed :

      1. From the beginning the ph getting heated and the sound was very low. I informed verbally and i was informed it is company's set.

      2. The sound was very low in spite of put it full volume.

      Today, went to samsung service centre from where i was informed that there is liquid damage and found moisture inside the phone. This problem occurs from outside there the phone got moisture which is very surprising. I was informed as liquid damage problem is out of warranty its cost is roughly 4200/-.

      My question the moisture which found inside the phone can generate if the phone getting heated very badly and i was not able to talk to touch my ear.

      The cost of the phone was rs.10, 900/- and now i am informed further 4200/- will be the expenditure for rectification of liquid damage.

      It is very depressing and the cost of the phone comes rs.15000/-.

        I had requested vide complaint no.[protected] (Future reference no. [protected] dated 17th july 2017 regarding samsung double door fridge whose parts have to be replaced. Mr shivkumar technician was (Cell no.[protected]) initially responding and he had taken photographs of the requirements in the fridge. Few days back when i called him on phone, he said that some other technician would be coming that day. But no body has turned up so far. Please tell me what to do.

          I purchased a mobile handset j730gm golden bearing imei no. [protected] at the price of rs. 20291/- on 2nd aug 2017. I used it for 21 days without any problem. Than one morning i saw a black spot on one side of the display screen. I immediately went to the vendor and lodged my complaint.in turn, he suggested me to go to samsung service centre. I went to the service centre on 24/08/2017 and showed the mobile. The call centre employees said that the screen has got some pressure and the display screen will be changed on the price of rs.8300/-. I said that i keep my mobile in front pocket and there is no mishandling by me and i also have not given any pressure on the mobile, why i have been charged with huge amount. But all in vain. Now sir, i donot have any other option than to request you to kindly intervene in the matter and got my mobile changed with new one. Since the mobile has given problem within one month of purchase.

          Till date, I have not been given any solution to my display screen problem. Now, the whole screen is black and the mobile is unusable. I have spent Rs.20000/- to use a mobile but of no use.Kindly look into the matter and get my mobile changed with new one. Sir, I will not have any other option to go to consumer forum to get address my grievance..Kindly respond.

            I had purchased Samsung Series 7 LED on 14th June 2014. Along with it I had purchased extended warranty for 4 years which is valid until 13th June 2018.

            - After about a year LED screen went bad and samsung happily replaced it without any issue.
            - Again this month (August 17) LED screen has gone bad. I rasied a complaint and their engineer came and took all the pricture and collected every documents

            - Issue is replacement part is not available with samsung and they are saying that they will re-imburse the depreciated amount.
            - Their 3rd year depreciation which they communicated is 33% and 4th year it is 49%.
            - Now my LED is 3 year 1 month old and they want to charge me entire 4th year depreciation which is not acceptable to me.
            - My contention is charge me 4th year depreciation on pro-rated basis which they are disagreeing to.

            First of all they sold me extended warranty and never informed me about product being discontinued.
            Since twice we had the same problem so I think they sold me some degraded stuff.
            Now its been more than a month and they are not resolving nor responding to this case.

            I am seeking for any help to resolve this issue and get my money back. I understand there would be some depreciation to which I have agreed to 40% which I dont know if reasonable or not and on top of it you can understand the situation without LED at my home.

              My name is bharath kumar my num is [protected]... I bought a phone from big c mobiles vijayawada... When i bought the phone on day it self while buying... I saw that there is a screen touch problem and asked the big c representative... She said we just added tampered glass... Wait for some time it will work... After 3rd day it stopped working... I went to big c they suggested you got a complaint less than 15 days of time.. So you can get a new phone.. Kindly visit the service center they said... So i went to service centre.. They said first it's a hang problem and returned it to me in less than 20 mins and i said same problem is occurring and they said they will check phone and later they said it's software problem and they need 3hrs of time to repair... And later they said we cant repair the phone.. Visit the another way service center.. I said it's too long for me to go another service center.. I said them i bought phone 5days back i got the problem... They said to wait for 10mins... I have waited 3hours... They said they will replace the phone... It's takes 5-10 days of time.. Not a problem i said.. And later again after they are saying it's water logged.. You won't get any warranty... I asked them how it can... They said it can be due to sweat too... I asked them to show me photos they brought my mobile in one side with screen and another with mother board... I asked how can water be on both sides??. I told them to take photos of both sides... But they dropped water from one side and took only 1side water images... I asked them means... They said we didn't see and we forgot...
              I have 2 qsns... If the phone is water logged how can we on the phone and operate it
              And how can the water stay on both sides when taken manually?? I have been asking the proofs of my phone but no one is providing the proofs.. Kindly provide me solution for it

                I have submitted my phone on 05/08/2017 to samsung samsung c9 pro services centre at vile parle west. This service center is been taken care by a 3rd party hcl. The service at service centre is pathetic. I have been visiting this service centre ever week for my convern in regards to my camera and display issue.

                On my first visit i had a charging issue. The technician changed the mechinical part. Also they changed the display due to gum issue. Which i was not informed.

                After few days i started experiencing an issue with display and camera. As the display was not fitted correctly the dust was getting inside the phone and accumulated near the camera. So i visited the service center again and informed the issue. It was a return repair for them and they have again opened my phone and cleaned it however, the issue with the camera still exist.

                Hence i have to resubmit the phone on 05/08/2017. It has been now more then 20 days there is no resolution.

                I have been assigned a case manager from delhi name rikendra tomar. He is been investigating on my case.

                I have informed him that there is a camera issue and display has been changed and since then i am not satisfied with it.

                Also the representative at the service centre are not supportive.

                After an investigation rikendra tomar told me that they have changed the camera display and motherboard.

                So i visited the servise center to collect my handset.

                And i see that there is a dent on my phone and also there is a scratch on my display which the service center clearly denied.

                Also the loan phone which is provided to me end of life phone which has a lot of dent and scratches on display.

                As i had no option rather than accepting the phone however, i feel that there is no value of customers.

                I have been treated like a road side public. And i was really insulting.

                My phone was checked by the representative at the store before submitting and there was no dent or scratches. I have a job sheet to prove that.

                Also i have a snapshot taken of the dent on my phone, which is at the upper right corner portion of the phone.

                They are still investigating and there has been no resolution provided.

                Also the case manager assigned to my case is not helpful he is just blabbering on what is been told. I have not invested my hard earn money to visit the service multiple times.

                I need a full refund of my device as i feel that it is a faulty device. And the issue will raise again.

                I have not accepted my phone from the service center.

                Please help me as all the representatives are not helpful and this complaint board is only option.

                Please do the needful.

                ITS NOW BEEN A MONTH THAT I DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE AND USING A THIRD GRADE PHONE PROVIDED TO ME.

                ARE YOU UNDERSTANDING WHAT IS THR ISSUE THAT I AM EXPERIENCING WITH MY STATUS AND VALUE IN THE MARKET THAT I HAVE.

                I HAVE BEEN GIVING YOU ALL THE PROOFS THAT THE SERVICE CENTER IS LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGE OF MY PHONE.

                THOUGH YOU HAVE A PROOF STILL SAMASUNG IS SO THIRD CLASS COMPANY THAT THEY CANNOT GIVE OUT RESOLUTION ON THE ISSUE I AM EXPERIENCING.

                THERE IS NO VALUE OF CUSTOMERS WHEN IT COMES TO ISSUES AFTER SALE.

                SAMSUNG IS NOT CONSIDERING THE FACT IT IS SERVICE CENTER ISSUE. AND THEY HAVE DAMAGED MY PHONE WITH A DENT ON IT.

                IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE WITH SAMASUNG HAVE BEEN PROVING CUSTOMERS LIARS. THERE IS NO VALUE OF CUSTOMERS.

                I NEED A RESOLUTION ON IMMEDIATE BASIS.

                ALSO AT THE SERVICE CENTER THAT I VISITED IN VILE PARLE WEST HCL. I HAVE NOTICED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN REPLACING PARTS FROM OTHER SIMILAR DEVICE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND DISGUSTING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY DONE. HOW CAN THEY CHEAT WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.

                ALSO FIND THE ATTACHED IMAGES WITH A DENT ON MY PHONE. I NEED A FULL REFUND MY PURCHASE. AFTER THERE IS DENT ON MY PHONE I AM NOT WILLING TO TAKE IT BACK. THAT WAS NOT THE CONDITION OF THE PHONE AT THE TIME I SUBMITTED MY DEVICE.

                I have been trying to get this resolved since 1 week now.

                I spoke with Samsung representative at[protected], informing that i need a call back from Rikendra Tomar. The representative mentioned that he will get this forwarded to him. Also I requested for a a supervisor of Rikendra Tomar. There is no revert from any of the representatives.

                I am really answerable on where is my phone.

                I am feeling Iike i m been ripped off and there is no solution.

                I request this consumer complaint foram to help..

                I been without my phone since a month now.

                Also i have attached a images of my phone is been damaged by service centre..

                Kindly help me with the resolution.

                    I have submitted my phone on 05/08/2017 to samsung services centre at vile parle west. This service center is been taken care by a 3rd party hcl. The service at service centre is pathetic. I have been visiting this service centre ever week for my convern in regards to my camera and display issue.

                    On my first visit i had a charging issue. The technician changed the mechinical part. Also they changed the display due to gum issue. Which i was not informed.

                    After few days i started experiencing an issue with display and camera. As the display was not fitted correctly the dust was getting inside the phine and accumulated near the camera. So i visited the service center again and informed the issue. It was a return repair for them and they have again opened my phone and cleaned it however, the issue with the camera still exist.

                    Hence i have to resubmit the phone on 05/08/2017. It has been now more then 20 days there is no resolution.

                    I have been assigned a case manager from delhi name rikendra tomar. He is been investigating on my case.

                    I have informed him that there is a camera issue and display has been changed and since then i am not satisfied with it.

                    Also the representative at the service centre are not supportive.

                    After an investigation rikendra tomar told me that they have changed the camera display and motherboard.

                    So i visited the servise center to collect my handset.

                    And i see that tgere is a dent on my phone and also tgere is a scratch on my display which the service center clearly denied.

                    Also the loan phone which is provided to me end of life phone which has a lot of dent and scratches on display.

                    As i had no option rather than accepting the phone however, i feel that there is no value of customers.

                    I have been treated like a road side public. And i was really insulting.

                    My phone was checked by the representative at the store before submitting and there was no dent or scratches. I have a job sheet to prove that.

                    Also i have a snapshot taken of the dent on my phone, which is at the upper right corner portion of the phone.

                    They are still investigating and there has been no resolution provided.

                    Also the case manager assigned to my case is not helpful he is just blabbering on what is been told. I have not invested my hard earn money to visit the service multiple times.

                    I need a full refund of my device as i feel that it is a faulty device. And the issue will raise again.

                    I have not accepted my phine from the service center.

                    Please help me as all the representatives are not helpful and this complaint board is only option.

                      This is in reference to the complaints regarding the (New) faulty refrigerator, which was delivered to me.
                      I have raised a complaint request for the visit and the guy showed up after atleast 5 days. He said that, in order to fix this a plastic part is required which comes free. And he closed the complaint with a promise that he will deliver that part very next day. This happended on 21st jun via request# [protected].
                      Since then that guy never showed up. Now we are keep on raising the same request to samsung customer care under different request numbers-
                      # [protected] but that guy named yogesh with contact number [protected], always giving us some excuse that he is on leave and he will send some other guy. That request is still pending.
                      I know samsung has a very pathetic work environment, which gives no motivation to people to work. But if you can not fix a small customer request about your own product. You guys better stop selling them.
                      Dont come back and ask me about my details, because you can get it from the service request number.

                            This is in reference to the Samsung refrigerator I have procured. I procured the refrigerator in 2013 and from the time I have purchased that, I am facing complaints in it. I was initially told to complain at the Samsung helpline number and I did so.
                            The problem started with water seeping from the front door and the fridge emitting a foul smell. The engineers who came were more interested in making us private clients than in solving the problem.
                            The foul smell from the refrigerator was so much so that it used to come in the next room. It created an embarrassing situation in front of our guests many times. Also, pls keep in mind that we are strict vegetarians, therefore we don't store any kind of egg and meat in the refrigerator.
                            Once, the engineer came, said that the gas needs to be refilled, did so along with chopping off some thermocol from the freezer. He charged Rs. 1500 for the same without giving any receipt. In two days the smell recurred, when I called him, he asked me to complain at the customer care as he couldn't do anything.
                            The new engineer came up with his medical problem saying he can't smell anything at all as he suffers from Anosmia. He checked the refrigerator and said that the gas is leaking ( which was refilled two days ago). He was shocked to hear that his colleague had chopped off the thermocol. I made the two of them talk on phone. The first engineer promised he will come the next day and solve the problem as he had taken the money.
                            I again complained at the customer care and requested for a senior engineer to be sent. The third who came also said, he couldn't do anything and will request his senior to come.
                            The fourth engineer, finally suggested that we use coffee powder and keep that in the refrigerator for few days and keep changing it. The smell reduced to an extent.
                            After about 15-20 days the refrigerator wasn't cooling anything. The freezer was also not working. I again complained at the customer care. This time they had sent the first engineer who came and had charged money. He said he couldn't do anything and will refer the complaint further. The very same day, after one hour, someone from the gas refilling department came, inspected the fridge and banged 4-5 times at the bottom of the fridge and immediately we heard a " whoosh" sound. After about five minutes he called us and said that the body of the fridge is dysfunctional and the gas is leaking from the front door. He said that this problem is irreparable and he insisted that we process the request for a refund, where in 22% will be deducted every year. He called us 3-4 times insisting that we should process the request. We didn't agree to that.
                            The first engineer who came to us is Gurdeep and the last one who banged the fridge is Shyam.
                            I am strictly mentioning it here that we were not helped these two people at all. Infact they tortured us mentally by not coming on the day promised and merely asking us to switch off the fridge for 24 hours time and again.
                            Samsung is a reputed company, I regret my decision of buying this appliance from you as the service you have provided is shattering.
                            Please check your records and have a look as to how many times I have complained.

He refuse me to change the display. The display made with is gorilla glass and seems there is some manufacturing defect and need to be replace. Pls look the matter on priority and resolve my problem.                                     I'm ordering redmi power bank but u send for samsung it's not working above 3minets u cheating me..
                                    Next head set is fully damaged it's have only wires not having for any speaker
                                    Then i'm ordering 64gb pendrive and 64gb memory card but u send me only 128gb memory card who wants this...
                                    Plzzz take it return money or i'm expecting product

                                      I had given the mobile to samsung service centre for solving the problem slow working of my mobile.
                                      When i went to take the mobile back, i found there are lots of scratches at the bottom of my mobile and at the time of giving they checked my mobile and write on job sheet about my screen guard broken not about anything else. When i am telling that the scratches are not there at the time of giving phone they are telling me we don't open it just taken for software update, it is not possible that scratches done at the time of software update. If the scratches are there at the time of giving phone, they have to mention. But they didn't mentioned and properly checked by authority at the time of taking phone.
                                      Now after long discussion with samsung authority they come to end of discussion and saying that they change the mobile body ring. It means they will open my new mobile.
                                      Just tell me why i will open my new mobile because of negligence of the samsung service center. Although samsung helped me to change the ring of the mobile, but for their negligence i dont open my new mobile as it will always considered the mobile open for the future.
                                      Highly unsatisfied from samsung service center and from samsung authority of india also.

                                        I bought a samsung j2 pro mobile on 16/07/2017 by cost 9000rs. Now my mobile phone make some problem like one sim slide is not working and also charging system not working. So i submit mobile on customer care but they return it by said the mobile tuch is not working and it was brake. My mobile have no problem any kind of tuch. They are unnessary make some tuching problem. So i have to complain. Also they tell me at first repear the tuch problem and it cost around 3500.
                                        Sir kindly noticed my problem and
                                        Suggest me how i repair. It is very costly for me
