The product is under Warranty upto 12.10.2017..

1..Experiencing problem in the refrigerator for the last several months...Items kept in the milk tray and lower compartments get frozen...(pictures attached below)even in non freezer compartment
These pictures were also sent to their service department then and there..
2...Made several complaints ...their technicians visited us at least six times...
3..They changed the circuit board and also sensor..But same problem continues..They were not able to rectify
4..Several calls were made...
5..I was originally offered reduced refund...Since I did not want cash ..I requested for replacement...Then they went back on their offer also to refund...

6. The matter is not yet resolved...which clearly proves that this piece is defective
7...No answer whether they are going to repair and rectify..They just simply say they regret for the inconvenience..
8..We are senior citizens and this is our home use...We are put into lot of problems because of this defective Fridge
9..This is clear deficiency of service ...by not rectifying the product under warranty..

    I just a mobile phone from samsung india and its been just 3 months now, i kept this phone near my pillow while sleeping and all of a sudden this phone blasted and my pillow and bed got burnt. It also did burn my hair, thank god no harm was done to my face. Never go for this samsung product. I am a blogger i am going to write it on my blog about this stay tuned to know more about this ripoff's.

    So this is to you people now, I want this issue to sorted out ASAP. I said that i dont have a phone because of this blast. And you people keep on asking the same question as if its the very first time and you got the worst customer service which does'nt get any of these infos you asked for. I had filed this complaint and sent you email so many times and you send me an text stating that the issue is being resolved. And today while chatting you ask the question whether anything happened to me and say that you feel happy that nothing happened to me. What if it had happened???? I just bought this phone 3 months back so is this how the quality supposed to be. I am blogger and now I am going to make it viral via all social medias and also in my blog which i am working now about this ####### product which I got from you. I am going to file this complaint in consumer court I haven't thought of this so far, now I really feel like. I am going to release the pictures of the email response and all the chat conversations which I had and the pics of the damaged things in my home, if this does'nt get sorted out by Friday this week. I did go to one of your service centres and they asked me to send the phone, now I am not going to do so. I just want everything to be public now. I demand a compensation for this thing which I went through putting my life in risk for no reason. Now you are going to see my rage, your time starts now

      I'll suggest everyone not to buy any samsung product again going forward. Last year i bought an samsung tv model no. Ua48h4250ar, i bought it, so i am still paying for it. My tv was working all fine since i got it, few days back i noticed that there is a black spot on it’s screen with a fine white line. Within 4-5 days the spot has become bigger and even that white line. I called customer care to check what is the problem with it. A representative visited my house and checks the tv that there is nothing caused on the screen, it is inside. So basically, internal problem. He tells that it is most likely the panel causing the problem. He needed pictures to definitely see what the problem is, there is no physical damage caused on the tv.
      He made a file and told that he will send this for approval to seniors to see whether the product can be replaced or at least defect can be corrected. Today i received a call saying that it is customer caused problem so this cannot be corrected from our end. When there is no scratch outside the tv or even a single mark, but still it is showing a black spot inside and people from your company are denying to rectify it. I will not take this. The product is under warranty then you have to take care of your product.
      I request you to please look into this matter as i can see that spot increase with day. This is definitely an internal issue caused inside tv. Get my tv panel replaced immediately. My request number is: [protected].

        I have purchased samsung 3d led 32eh6030 on 15/11/2012. Last 03 months tv picture has started blurred picture. I have loddged complaints thru your customer care toll free number. This is my samsung re. Number [protected] dated 22/8/2017.
        Your local service person visited my home, seen exact problem and came to conclusion that tv panel has to be changed, he asked on phone charges of panel, it is rs. 26430.00 inr
        I am shocked to see the amount of panel charges. Sir, this is your samsung problem for this tv model, i can not bear this much expenses, i want support from you, please give exact solution or take back your tv and pay me as per current valuation. Kindly reply earliest. Thank you

          I had c9 pro on 30th june 2017 and since then had been facing sound problem. Volume, notification, system etc indicators showing full but sound goes dead it comes back only when switch off and on the handset to get back sound.
          I had made one complain in the 2nd week of august 2017 and got the call from mr pradeep and ms rekha asking me about the problem, than i went to your service centre on 21st of august 2017 in order get it corected. But just after two days the same problem came up i again marked 2 email to ms rekha asking for immediate action and also called her today 29th august 2017 but probably she was not in office called up mr pradeep but could not get through the network.
          Kindly resolve it and get me a replacement asap.

                I have submitted my smartphone in service centre located in jammu on 16.08.2017 having bill no-[protected]. And the engineer told me that one part needs to be replaced and charges for repair is rs 1600 so i confirm to change the specific part but after waiting for more than week yesterday i received a call from samsung engineer that motherboard is also faulty. And cost fr replacement of said part is 7000. The issue when i submitted my phone is problem with on/off button. But service centre raised new issue of mother board. My main concern is that if if the phone motherboard is defective they must have informed me earlier. I have doubt engineer at service centre replaced partshave submitted my smartphone in service centre located in jammu on 16.08.2017 having bill no-[protected].                   Dear sir i m a regular customer of samsung mobils because i think samsung is a best in mobiles. But still i m totally desappointed to samsung carere centers services
                  I m a last 10 year regular customer of samsung what this time brand service is too poor. I m purchase the brand new samsung s7 edge is date on 28/01/2017. After two or three months before my display is broken so i m replace that i n my cost not cpvered in warranty.
                  Sir my issue is that the service center that name is (Ins taleshop) is located in sonipat. Is repair mobile display actually im working a other city (Ludhiana)
                  So i check that in after two or three days what the display is not working properly
                  So cantact your toll free number[protected] and login to my complete. And visit to our near samsung care center is located krishna mandir ludhiana.
                  The care center name is mobile solution. The service center boy check that my handset and he tell me that. Our previous service center not close my call. He tell me that something is rr not close by previous service center sonipat. And ludhiana service center tell me that plz visit again to sonipat service center. But that is not possible to me because is totally to 250km distance inmy home. That problem is starting 10/07/2017 to till date. But not solution in till date. I m totally disapointed to your services. At last i m visit all care centers in ludhiana but no body can help me. At last i was send my phone to again sonipat care center is name is (Ins teleshop) to courier by dtdc. The docat number is d35877735. And please tell me that what is (Rr).
                  And tell me one thing my display cost is pay to samsung company not care center
                  Because my thing is company is too better other outlets but thats my wrong thing
                  The other outletsv is better then company im totally disapointe and i m not telling and suggested to some one to purchase samsung any brand because its service is too poor and diapointing.
                  But after your poor services i m purchasing your brand new s8 samsung mobile phone. But my previous mobile phone is on warranty what after your poorr services is cost is totally lost. So please return s7 edge cost.

                  Here I attached my Invoice I purchased my Samsung S8 mobile on 3rd august but I do not received any banner of "Wireless Charger" in My galaxy app. I called your service center, Samsung E-Store and Galaxy Store but My experience with your concern persons are very bad their way of talking very poor. and your service also very poor. they told me about slots but how could i know your slots . You start iritating your customers tell me how many times i called you because you think peoples are free we have not any work,
                  Your employes said that I received my Wireless Charger after 3 months, M I Mad?? I think your compney Give us a lolleypop to purchase your costley products and when we purchased then you changed your comitment and you says our service is premium, is this?? If this service is premium then wowwwwww, claps on your service.

                    I submitted galaxy s6 at service center with microphone malfunction issue adter 15 days u recieved back my phone but they had killed the front camera of the phone and are nt taking any responsibility.                     Iservice request on 4th August 2017. But without getting any service they send a message that the service request has meet up with rs 00 cost.
                    This is ridiculous and non chance which make me angry and frustrated. The Samsung company is for Advt in Tv or mass media not for service.

                      Respected sir/ma'm,
                      I mr. Swapnil lohar wrinting this as im already fed up of the service i'm getting from samsung. I bought samsung galaxy s8 plus on 9th of july. And on the 5th day of purchase the mobile got freezed for more than 8 hrs. And later when i took it to the service center n asked for replace of the mobile as it was new and was having problems. And i was answered that it wont be replaced as it is software issue, and the just updated and gave it back to me. Now on the 15th day of purchase the mobiles display went blank, as it was night so i had to visit the service center on the 16th day. So even at that time i requested them to make a replace since it has given the problem again. And the manager at dadar east service center mrs. Kalpana spoke very rudely and said it wont be replaced as it has crossed 14 days now, n we will just replace the screen and give it back.. And she asked me to submit the phone.. And later in the name of gst she kept the phone for more than 20-22 days and then returned it. At that time i also visited mr. Amol sawant the head for service in mumbai at goregaon office... And he said we will try for replace.. But there was no result. Again the mobile started freezing... And had to do the software again... And regarding software update it was never getting completed at home on wifi at the speed of 10mbps.. As well as the fast charging wasnt working.. And for this i visited the sercive center in vashi as mrs. Kalpana was very rude at dadar east. And when i went at vashi the told me that if the mobile is facing software issue since starting then i'll have to visit the service center oftenly... When i asked to resolve the issue or give me the replacement he said i can only make an software update naothing else and even the charger wasnt availabe with the service center. And i also asked him clearly what about the software update after warrantee, and he replied me that "you will have to pay for that after 1 year", is this the solution and service what i get from samsung? I have also made multiple complaints to samsung customer care with the registered number [protected]...
                      Now i just need the replacement of the mobile and no repairs. I'm fed up of visiting service center now and then i have my work too.
                      And if this is not done i will file a case in consumer court against samsung.
                      Please do the needful, this is a humble request.

                          Beware of samsung technicians surgical strike on your functional white goods / appliances

                          You should never never call up samsung call centre to avil samsung technicians’ support, even by mistake.

                          Even when there is no issue with the tv set (Especially, when the cable services to the entire housing complex is snapped due to the monsoon deluge / or other cable related issues & there is intermittent issues from the cable service provider); just to satiate your doubt whether the tv set has any issue or not; even by mistake, if you ever avail the services of samsung technicians’ and despite paying them their visiting / consultation charges; they will sabotage the functional product!
                          The samsung technicians / service partners technicians are trained to kill the functional product, in a surgical strike by getting into your home & sabotaging your functional product; so that you are coaxed to buy a new product from them.

                          Hence, customers are forewarned not to call samsung!!

                          They lack business ethics & having been cheating gullible consumers.

                            I bought my a5 2016 a year ago now i can see the battery had buldged and it sems like it will explode any moment, i have been using only the original samsung charger for charging and i had excelent charging cycles when i bought this product i believed that it will last around 2-3 years even though it was overpriced i bought it for the same reason the brand name and my trust in samsung

                              Samsung promised to provide bixby voice name software in samsung s8 plus but now they are not fulfilling it globally it was launched on 22 aug but still in india it is not available after buying 65000 rupess phone this is what we indians are getting n in asking they keep in giving computerized answer n not giving us the reason for delay and also not exact date when it will be available.                                 I have purchases a new phone on 18 aug 2017, but their is some problem in screen, it is not functioning properly we click on whats app and phone opens facebook and like that.
                                When i visited samsung galary they are saying their is one scratch and due to which they can not replace my phone.

                                When we purchase a samsung phone we do not expect that it will become unresponsive on one scratch.

                                With such brands we have some expectations and this simply loses our confidence on it...

                                If their is a scratch on ring of it how can they say that it will damage the screen...

                                Please help as after buying a phone of 25000 we can not take this that phone is repaired in days.

                                  This is regarding my complaint no. 17082751 lodged with toll free no.[protected] on 27.08.2017. The call was answered by mr vikas.

                                  Complaint was related to my samsung refrigerator (Inverter – double door), no cooling from last one week. Technician mr. Raju (Cell no.[protected] from diva) visited my residence and in seconds he confirmed that there is gas choke up and leakage problem. The price for refilling the gas and gas filter was inr 1500. As we purchased two refrigerator the other one also developed the similar problem last month and gas was refilled for inr 1200. Hence we requested to get this done at same cost, which was refused and finally we agreed that get it refilled at inr 1500.

                                  Raju collected his visit fees of inr 350 and assured that he will come today and get the gas refilling done.

                                  To surprise, he never came and when i called he told that gas is not available and i should speak to toll free number again. When i called toll free no. And spoke to mr. Vikas it was told that my complaint was cancelled (Which is not known to me). This is cheating from a reputed service provider like you and feel senior should look into the issue.

                                  Also, to our problems it was told that we should not buy this type of refrigerators as most of them has the similar problem and known issue.

                                  My only request you to send a good technician and get the problem fixed by tomorrow.

                                    It is therefore requested to your good self once again through email that i have registered thrice a complaint in your costumer care office. The complaint no for first time was [protected]. Second time complaint no was [protected] and third time complaint no is [protected] but till date no response is give neither your service engineers visit in my home to check the led tv. I received the message that the service engineer will visit to your home, the name mentioned in message of service engineer was rajinder mob no [protected]. I call him but he told me that i will come to check the led but he did no visit and check the led in my home. I once again call him and he told me that if the costumer executive call you, you should told them that the engineer visited and checked the led tv of 40inches. It is there fore i want to bring into your notice that such type of engineers you have appointed and they are going to destroy the name of company. It is therefore requested to you that please sought out the problem of my led tv and take action against your service engineers. They are not visiting nor giving best services to your costumers. My led tv is in guaranty period now. If you will not resolve this issue, i will file the case against you in the consumer court.

                                      I have a same problem model led tv and purchased in 3 jul 2017 for 50k. And before two days in running condition its video output / display stopped working and only audio is working. After checking at samsung service center, they said its led panel damaged so you have to replace it & it will cost me for 22080/-
                                      So this is really faulty slot of samsung which stops working with out guaranteed useful life of device. So please make a group of member and fight for right. Please contact to make a group -[protected]

                                        This is a repeat complaint. I had purchased two samsung inverter design acs in 2014. However, after sometime, both the acs started malfunctioning. I have to put in requests every few months to get the them repaired. Last time, after putting the complaint on this forum, one of the seniors got in touch with me and assured me that in case the issue persisted, they would help me out. However, even after emails and calls to that concerned senior, there is no response. Also, i contacted the customer care team and to my surprise, no senior team members were available to take my call. The customer care team sent an engineer who said that there is gas leak. He repaired it and with 12 hrs the ac has again stopped working. This is absolutely crappy service from a brand like samsung. I am regretting my decision to by two such costly acs.
