    Display issues with the tv, screen gone blank, service center says rs.70, 000 for repair. Rajesh from abhinav enterprises (Samsung authorised service partner) claimed that the tv can be fixed using part in rs.5000 to rs.8000. Now his phone is switched off.

    Samsung was to send their engineer on 12th of august and now the service website says that they have cancelled this visit on their own, i need my tv repaired or replaced. You can't take customers for a ride, this is my second complain.

      Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that i had purchased a samsung galaxy on8 (2016) handset for rs 15900/- from flipkart. Imei no – [protected] model sm-j710fzdgins bearing serial number rz8ha15l9nt
      On 15 august, 2017 my phone stopped working, i tried several times but it was not starting. On 16 august, 2017 i visited samsung service centre at vikas marg, delhi and they clearly denied to operate my mobile under warranty. My phone is under warranty. There is no physical damage, breakage or even scar on phone till date.

      I was told that i have to pay an amount for motherboard to get my mobile repaired. Is this for what i bought samsung handset to pay repairing cost under warranty and that is also even without a fault from my side. I will never ever buy any samsung products again in my life and will do all possible to prevent anyone i know - or even don't know (Through blogs, etc) from never buying a samsung product. I had already filed a complaint on consumer forum and will definitely escalate this matter to higher authorities. Company may asked for replacement, or at-least repair the defective part free of cost. They are demanding some rupees for repair. It is injustice to ask payment during warranty period. Please take action against this problem and resolve them because i am facing lot of problems and harassment from handset.

        A month back my newly (Two months old) purchased samsung j5 got damp in monsoon. And got off. I took it to service centre in borivali west which was at chandawarkar lane but now shifted. (Its not even mentioned there properly) i had to ask 2 three shopkeepers there. I went to new address that's in front of ajanta talkies. 10 mins away from the old one. Again o proper boards mentioned there to guide people. After asking others i went on first floor. The service senter was may be setting up. So there was no one to guide me where to go. I went to second counter. The lady rudely asked me what the issue. Kept talking to other people and i was standing there for more than 10-15 min, the lady didnt bothered to ask me to sit. Amazed by the service thinking what wud be next. I was waiting for her reply. She said water problem check karna padega. It will take time. I said i will wait. She had given me papers. Too my sign, my bad i didnt read. On the top she had scribbled charges that i didnt notice.
        After a lot of time they called me. And told pura pani gaya hain anadar it cant get better.. Better u buy a new phone. I said fine. Give it back. I had to again wait and get it on another counter. They asked me for money. I told them no body said i will have to pay even if its not repaired. The phone is new and u r giving me service.. I had no patience to fight after waiting for so long. It was not the matter about money. It was about the treatment and half information i was getting at samsung borivali west service centre. They even removed my phones scrtch guard and didnt even put temporary plastic or anything.. They charged me something 184 rs appx.. I gave 200 rs and was waiting to get the rest back.. The counter girl didnt even utter a word. I told her that i m waiting for the rest of my money. She said chutta nahi hai.. Now this made me really angry. How i m being taken very casually..

        Worst service. I will never buy a samsung phone again. Even my phone was j was in plastic cover but got damp.. And its completely off.. So its worst product and worst service.

        Wud not recommend anyone. Even i[censored] get at a cheaper rate..

          My product note 5 was lcd damaged rest the phone was all ok charging blue light as well the down sensor all were working but when i gave it to service center at lamingtom road mumbai they only told me that the lcd is broken n it will cost me 10000 i said ok but the data of mine should not be erased they told ok we will take care for the same this was the incident of friday. I got a call from the service center on monday stating that the circuit is also damaged and the home button is also not working so i said how did this happen they told u have to change the motherboard cost 16000 home strip cost 1800 and chargong flex cost 3000 n lcd 10000 so i said no gve me my mobile in the same position again they said ok
          But when i have gone to collecct the mobile was dead they kept me waiting for an hour n said me that i shoul come after 1 day n collect the second day i visited n collct the phne in the same condition but now i saw that my charger was not connecting n not getting charge i told the service cneter people but they ignore n said it will happen with my og charger i left after that i visit a local repair center n told to look into the mobile after opening the mobile the repair person just attched a fully working lcd and the mobile was fully workin i told him to check my home he said it is also working i took the video of the same and complaine the same they said u r telling lie and u need to pay a service charge of 177 i told u people are cheat u are taking money for what when all things were ok please look in to the matter contact number is [protected]

            Whats the point. My tv turns off and sound come on its own. Same was shown to service engineer as well. It is random issue. They kept the tv and now saying that it did not happen in front of them. Engineer even said i am lying. This is how you treat a person who is well placed and b school iim product. Been 2 months, instead of changing panel they changed 2 other parts. Why they did not check tv at home when it was with no picture and sound only, making a fool o[censored]s. Case is with hcl okhla. Plasma tv. I called customer care to share that he called me a liar, no one responded

            First power box was changed
            Then a cable was changed.

            Still it turns off. I have video evidence.

            Instead of checking tv at home they took tv to service center and saying it does not turn off.

            When i said it was, he said i am lying.

            This is how they treat people. What a shame

            No escalation mechanism at samsung. Lg is so much better

            In fact I called customer care asking them if someone from Gurgaon office can call. NO ONE CALLED. I Made 3 calls.

            TV 43 one COST, fraction of my monthly salary. The way they have treated us, will never pick a samsung TV again in life.

            Today TV was deleievered...Here is video of today showing how TV is not responding to Remote inputs. It only responds after I turn off the power socket and then turning it on

            What is of disgrace is its been 2 months and they have seen all this. Why they lie is beyond me.

            Instead on call SE called me a liar.

            Even today TV was turned off. Wife in fact had to power off and power on before it could turn on. All recorded. I am not gonna now upload and share link. We have other things in life

            This was seen by engineers in the past and I have given enough evidence.

            We cannot tolerate such deficient service levels anymore.

            Nothing against anyone personal, however, been 2-3 months. You also promised a resolution by next day.

            Why do we in Indian need to beg for own rights. Had I been in US, I am sure I would have got a straight swap/refund by now.

            We shall start a LIVE FACEBOOK CAST next time it happens. Let Samsung Brand value take a hit as well.

            I would question integrity of engineer who observed the TV.

              I bought one samsung tab-model no-sm-t285yzdy ins from delhi from rishabh communication delhi-5 (Samsung delar) on 19/08/17 this product found defective. I had to come back kolkata and went to samsung service center for replacement (As with in 15 days of new purchase. If product found defective then samsung liable to give free replacement or return the money. But samsung customer care kolkata decline to give replacement as they said for replacement i have to delhi and get the replacement from rishabh only, which is completely un acceptable and against samsung sales terms and condition.

              I want free replacement at kolkata or refund of money.

                I have purchase samsung j7 pro j30 dated 11th august 2017 from techno shop (Aioli). On 24th april i faced display issue on my mobile suddenly.
                I shown defect mobile to samsung service center at ghansoli. They simply declared that your phone display is damage by impact load. I requested to service engineer to analyze this issue properly as i did not mishandle the phone. And there is not positive feedback from customer service representative. I am requesting to samsung technical team to analyze this issue.

                I purchased handset on 20/07/2017, problem date 28/07/2017, because of i am travelling so i submit handset on 04/08/2017 and they make jobsheet on 08/08/2017 bill no.-[protected] from burhanpur uptill i didn't get my handset so please help me and get my money back and compensation of facing loss in business and wasting of crusal time

                No updates from technical team. Samsung is a most worst service provider.
                Technical team don't not have any update with them.
                They are not doing any analysis if there are any issues with their product.
                Simply, they try to make customer foolish.
                I faced display issue after 13 days fro date of purchase. There are no physical damage in my mobile neither I miss handle this mobile.
                Technical team simply saying that your mobile is damage internally by impact load. they are not ready to provide any written explanation or any document. I requested to team to share impact load capacity to their product. Simply they can not say this root cause which is gray area.
                I have requested to Samsung to replace my mobile within 2-3 days. Otherwise I will raise legal issue against Samsung India Electronic Pvt Ltd.

                    Attached is a service centre bill of about 13k. This was for replacing my compressor, they put a new one and within 4 days it went out of gas. Now when i complain, for the last 2 days no response except will come tomorrow.

                        I had bought a fully automatic washing machine from vijay sales. I heard very good reviews about the same product, but unfortunately my experience is worst one. The machine is not working properly at all from past few months, the machine is ripping up my clothes. I did many complaints about this to the customer care, they even sent their executives for the repairing but they only came took pictures and went back. Seriously these things are highly unprofessional.

                          5th august i bought samsung fridge.
                          This fridge was not working and dealer denied to take it back and asked me to company.
                          Company service person said they do not have another fridge so they will process the refund but later they told me they will not give refund and as per company policy we will give new fridge.
                          It 22 days since neither i got refund nor replacement.
                          This fridge is still present in my house.
                          I have called customer care 50 times but every time they say we will escalate.

                          I am filing a complain on consumer court on this monday.
                          Will be filing fir against them for mental harassment and keeping my money illegally and not taking faulty product back

                            Extremely disappointed with a company like samsung. I got a brand new samsung c9 pro almost 20 - 25 days back. The phone started heating so badly as if it would blast any minute. I went to the samsung service center and happen to handover the phone to them and they discovered the mother board is spoilt. They then asked me to pay rs 18, 000/- for a phone which is not even a month old and told me that this is not covered under the 1 year company warranty. I haven't dropped the phone even once and have been using it very carefully since its a new phone. I then had to pay around rs 4000/- to get this fixed. I fail to understand why should i buy a brand like samsung if the phone cannot even last me a year, also what is covered under the warranty then. This is ridiculous. If a brand like samsung starts coning people why should we buy a product like samsung. I need an explanation and a reimbursement for the expense i paid. Also i want samsung to replace the phone as i dont want my phone to blast. You guys better owe me an explanation as i am a loyal customer of samsung and this has really put me off.

                              Bad product, recently brought s7 edge for rs.55, 0000, emi is still being paid on it, just crossed a year and the flagship phone keeps on rebooting, did self tricks as showed on website to reboot the phone workd for couple of months.. Still the same issue.. Went to the so calle thrid party samsung authorised service center, they said the cost will be rs.7500 for the hardware issue.. Then after couple of days they say pba need to be replaced and the cost would be rs.15, 000 like wise increasing the cost to the produt which is just crossed the 1 yr free warranty time frame. Very bad product.. Very bad service by the repair team set by samsung so called "authorised service center" whose main focus seems to loot the customers. Need this escalate to the higher authority that's why i have raised a complaint regarding it, please do not make this prouct and its brand to be compared with chineseproducts in the market, low quality and low genuine services, very disappointed, wont recommend samsung product henceforth and wont even buy it, because of such a bad instances, no proper help and support, really disappointed samsung.

                                My brother gave his samsung mobile device for the display replacement in on of the service center on 16/08/2017 and they told me to wait for 03 days to get his device repaired. When i called them to check the status of the device they told me to wait for another 04 days and the silly reason they gave was the shortage of hardware and they are not getting the hardware from the head-office so i agreed to them.
                                When i called them today (24/08/2017) they again extended the date and i was told to wait for another 10 days and if i am not ready to wait they suggested me to take my device back without the repair. The way customer service people spoke to me was ridiculous.
                                Samsung must take an action to redefine their service centers and to train their representatives so that they can be little polite and serve the customers up to their satisfaction. I have had very bad experience of the service center.

                                    My above complaint is for repair for 1.5 ton invertor air conditioner pending since 13th august, 17. On 13th august, 17 engineer visited my home and informed that its pcb is defective and is to be ordered which will come from chennai in 2-3 days time. I kept on waiting and was in touch with service center for next 5-7 days. There was absolutely no response from service center then i escalated this matter to seniors of samsung india consumer care through their call center. It has already been more than 4-5 days when this matter is escalated to seniors but till today i have no clue as what is happening despite calling them on daily basis. There are some phone calls and sms i am getting but there is no firm detail when will be my ac get repaired. It gives me a feeling that even senior officers at samsung consumer care have not clue about the exact situation in my case. I am totally fed up with samsung india now. Still waiting for solution. I have decided that i will not buy any samsung product in future. If you can do something, please help for early closure of my complaint.

                                      We purchased samsung mw from chroma in hyderabad on 7 august 2017. It was installed on 9 august, found defective on 19 august 2017. Further, the engineer came to check the defect on 21st august at 8 pm after persistent follow up and numerous calls. He found a part defective and took the microwave for repair.
                                      We understand that a part needs to be replaced and will take a week. We have lost our confidence in samsung products as this is our second bitter experience after a bad battle with samsung acs. Our local service center is s v electronics. We have requested the person in charge, mr. Srikant, to either replace the machine with a new one or refund the money paid for the mw.
