Extremely disappointed with a company like samsung. I got a brand new samsung c9 pro almost 20 - 25 days back. The phone started heating so badly as if it would blast any minute. I went to the samsung service center and happen to handover the phone to them and they discovered the mother board is spoilt. They then asked me to pay rs 18, 000/- for a phone which is not even a month old and told me that this is not covered under the 1 year company warranty. I haven't dropped the phone even once and have been using it very carefully since its a new phone. I then had to pay around rs 4000/- to get this fixed. I fail to understand why should i buy a brand like samsung if the phone cannot even last me a year, also what is covered under the warranty then. This is ridiculous. If a brand like samsung starts coning people why should we buy a product like samsung. I need an explanation and a reimbursement for the expense i paid. Also i want samsung to replace the phone as i dont want my phone to blast. You guys better owe me an explanation as i am a loyal customer of samsung and this has really put me off.

    Bad product, recently brought s7 edge for rs.55, 0000, emi is still being paid on it, just crossed a year and the flagship phone keeps on rebooting, did self tricks as showed on website to reboot the phone workd for couple of months.. Still the same issue.. Went to the so calle thrid party samsung authorised service center, they said the cost will be rs.7500 for the hardware issue.. Then after couple of days they say pba need to be replaced and the cost would be rs.15, 000 like wise increasing the cost to the produt which is just crossed the 1 yr free warranty time frame. Very bad product.. Very bad service by the repair team set by samsung so called "authorised service center" whose main focus seems to loot the customers. Need this escalate to the higher authority that's why i have raised a complaint regarding it, please do not make this prouct and its brand to be compared with chineseproducts in the market, low quality and low genuine services, very disappointed, wont recommend samsung product henceforth and wont even buy it, because of such a bad instances, no proper help and support, really disappointed samsung.

      My brother gave his samsung mobile device for the display replacement in on of the service center on 16/08/2017 and they told me to wait for 03 days to get his device repaired. When i called them to check the status of the device they told me to wait for another 04 days and the silly reason they gave was the shortage of hardware and they are not getting the hardware from the head-office so i agreed to them.
      When i called them today (24/08/2017) they again extended the date and i was told to wait for another 10 days and if i am not ready to wait they suggested me to take my device back without the repair. The way customer service people spoke to me was ridiculous.
      Samsung must take an action to redefine their service centers and to train their representatives so that they can be little polite and serve the customers up to their satisfaction. I have had very bad experience of the service center.

        I bought samsung j7 pro on 12th august 2017. And from today morning i saw a purple patch on the screen and a white semicircular patch surrounding it. I took the phone to service centre. They said it's due to pressure. When i keep the phone in purse or hand where from will the pressure come? Is samsung joking with customers?

          My above complaint is for repair for 1.5 ton invertor air conditioner pending since 13th august, 17. On 13th august, 17 engineer visited my home and informed that its pcb is defective and is to be ordered which will come from chennai in 2-3 days time. I kept on waiting and was in touch with service center for next 5-7 days. There was absolutely no response from service center then i escalated this matter to seniors of samsung india consumer care through their call center. It has already been more than 4-5 days when this matter is escalated to seniors but till today i have no clue as what is happening despite calling them on daily basis. There are some phone calls and sms i am getting but there is no firm detail when will be my ac get repaired. It gives me a feeling that even senior officers at samsung consumer care have not clue about the exact situation in my case. I am totally fed up with samsung india now. Still waiting for solution. I have decided that i will not buy any samsung product in future. If you can do something, please help for early closure of my complaint.

            We purchased samsung mw from chroma in hyderabad on 7 august 2017. It was installed on 9 august, found defective on 19 august 2017. Further, the engineer came to check the defect on 21st august at 8 pm after persistent follow up and numerous calls. He found a part defective and took the microwave for repair.
            We understand that a part needs to be replaced and will take a week. We have lost our confidence in samsung products as this is our second bitter experience after a bad battle with samsung acs. Our local service center is s v electronics. We have requested the person in charge, mr. Srikant, to either replace the machine with a new one or refund the money paid for the mw.

                  Dear concern,
                  I have purchased samsung refrigerator in 2012, model no. Rt3234tabsu/tl/2012. Last monthjuly 2017 i had this cooling problem with the refrigerator & called up the service guy from samsung service centre. Mr. Arjun kumar from samsung okla phase 2 delhi service centre came & advised ua to fill gas in the refrigerator & charged 1500 rs for filling it, he visited us at least 4-5 times but there is no improvement in the cooling of the refrigerator. Then i called up at the service center again n there was another person named mr zulfiqar from okhla phas2 office again sent by samsung service team & according to him the censor of the refrigerator was not working n changed the same in his second visit. But the condition hasn't changed. The cooling problem has not been resolved till date.. We are facing lot of problem n harassment from samsung team.
                  Request to pls get the problem resolved asap or else i will have to take legal action against the team.

                      I purchased a samsung led tv ua40k5570au from pai international showroom, bangalore on 17th march of 2017. We shifted to new house and while shifting our tv frame was misaligned on the right side and got cracked on left upper corner by mishandling but tv was working fine, there was no defect in picture quality and also audio. As my family decided to wall mount the tv they sent me the picture of the frame misaligned on 10th of august, i was afraid will this miss alignment causes any issues to tv if wall mounted, so i asked my wife to get estimation for replacing the frame, when my wife called r - logic service center on 12th august, they said display panel will cost 27000 rupees, she replied them, we don't need display only the frame is damaged. But he was not ready to listen, without seeing our tv he decided himself that display need to replace. She said since tv is working fine just do the wall mount. Then they said they will send technician. After a while she received the message that service engineer mr. Pandurang has been assigned for your request number [protected], but mr. Pandurang sent a technician called ajith for the wall mount, when ajith came my wife asked if he can align the frame, he acted like aligning it, it just needed a gentle push from backside to align, since i am in dubai and my wife afraid to attend it, we called these irresponsible and fraud people for the paid help. They asked 1500 rupees to do the wall mount.
                      Any tv back cover will have screws but this gentleman used a screw driver and he targeted correctly at the bottom center of the tv back cover and made a hole by breaking the cover, and cracking noise heard from tv as my wife said, he switched on the tv to confirm whether he successfully damaged it or not, and applause he did it well, he gave my wife a number just call this number he will repair it but he will charge you a small amount, when we seen the phone number he gave it was surprisingly none other than mr. Pandurang the service engineer of r-logic technology. I was shocked when i heard this from my wife.
                      Myself from dubai called service center and mr. Srinivas k attended the call and he said your wife asked estimation for display and my technician confirmed ur display is broken, he (Ajith) even didn't touched your tv, so we can't do anything. When i said she didn't asked for display she asked for the frame which was miss aligned, he replied frame and display are all one and the same, i was speaking so politely but he started rising and rude, when i asked he provided his email id and i forwarded the pictures my wife sent me on 10th of august and also the pictures after he damaged it. Even the photos were sent in whats app so picture title is the date of sent, it clearly justifies that on 10th of august my tv was good.
                      He still argued that picture you sent is not of full screen, ok but the lines which occurred after you people damaged are on the same place or area which my pictures are covered. He was not at all interested to take my complaint and replied so rudely,
                      I am also working in reputed service center, i am attending customers from multi nationalities. I know what is customer care and how to behave with customers, i am really shocked to see people representing the worlds best brand.
                      I could have bring tv from dubai with cheaper price of the same brand and model, only to get better and safe service i purchased in india, but people like srinivas, pandurang and ajith the r - logic technology team have shown how worse the service center can be.
                      In spite of several mails i didn't got a single reply mr. Srinivas he just ignored all my queries. Ajith was well instructed from service center to do so and he did it well, since a lady (My wife) is handling the case it was so easy for them to finish the task.

                      I believe ajith has damaged lvds cable or the control board not the display, these people are intended to bill for display and repair or replace cable or control board and make easy money. They closed ticket as not approved by customer. Without even checking the tv they are asking approval of 27000 plus labor charge that too after damaging it. Repairing a faulty product is called service center. Damaging the good product and demanding money for repairing the same is called robbery. Behaving polite doesn't mean that we are helpless.

                      I believe samsung india customer care will take action and justify my issue.
                      I need not to pay for an authorized service center mistake or trap. I demand free repair of my led display, i am least bothered about my tv frame since even after the frame was damaged my tv was working perfect.
                      You can see the pictures attached before and after the damage, my photos which are taken before damage are not of full screen but it has covered exactly or more than the space where the lines happened after he damaged it.

                        Why Samsung blaming by giving means of warranty. Any way you expect only money from customer always I pay more than 13000rs for buying good product but now I am felt that I am wasting money always.. Worst service they blaming me in the name of warranty

                        Today I paid for my mobile service as a part of Labour charge here after I definitely go for any other samsung products why you giving warranty and why you collecting money from customer...You are cheating me in the name of giving warranty totally spoil samsung brand name

                          I have give my samsung a8 mobile which is under warranty to the service center hasitha cell plaza mobile at palakollu on 25/07/2017.

                          Till date i havent recevied my mobile, further to this hasitha mobile center woner is speaking very rudely and saying that he will hand over the mobile when ever he receive parts from the company.

                          I still cant understand how this people can say that answer to me after 28 days

                          How a mnc company like samsung are not following any rules and regulation for issuing service center to un discipline organisations

                            I bought j7 max mobile on 12/08/2017 from relience digital. After few days speaker not working. Customer care said parts not available.                                 We have received your letter in which you have wrongly mentioned our led tv as washing machine and u denied to replace our tv. So now we are really fed up with samsung because you are not solving our genuine problem, our tv is defective from the day one and u tortured us with frequent visits and repairing our brand new tv but still it's not working. Nobody wants to buy a defective set. So, finally we are going in consumer court for justice since you are not solving out genuine problem.

                                  I am rishi agrawal, i own a samsung a8 mobile phone and was fed up with the low batter back-up of the phone. So i raised a request for battery replacement at the samsung service center, jaipur (Ablaze communication).. I was charged rs 1250 upfront, but was told to wait for the call to come once they have the part available... After a month i did not receive any call and when i visited service center then was told that i need to further wait because my part has gone back... When i made noise about the issue, they agreed to replace the battery with someone else's battery and after the replacement i was asked for rs 500 more in the name of gst changes... I asked for explanation, which they could not, but negotiated to pay rs 300 instead.

                                  After all this, i ended up paying total of rs 1550, but the batter back-up did not improve even for 1 minute and i have still charge my phone some 3-4 times a day.

                                  I approached their call center thru live chat mode and was always told that i would receive the call back to discuss the issue, and got the call back as well, but was told that service center owner will call me back to resolve, which never happened.

                                  I am expecting the resolution and compensation for my mental dissatisfaction and frustration.

I was holding my phone in hand and suddenly it got stuck by table. By this accident my phone screen is damaged. A spot is appeared on screen. But touch is still working.                                       I purchased the tv last year on 18th and was told by the dealer to contact him for any issues with the tv. Coincidentally my tv got a small vertical thin line on the tv on 17th this year[protected]. So i contacted the dealer who told that he would look after and send the samsung repair guy. That guy came on[protected] and asked to call customer service saying that its out of warranty and would need to replacr the whole display costing 14k. I had reported the issue on 18th but they are not accepting and helping or making any exception. I took me two days on the call to contact the supervisor for help but even he was unhelpful. The agents promised me call back 3 times but nobody called for 2 days and later i had to stay connected for 45 mins to get transfered to the supervisor who was not helpful. The ref id of my contact with samsung is [protected]. Samsung service is cheat as i spend 38k for the tv and within 1 year i had to spend 13k again and samsung would not help for repair at all. They just make excuses instead of helping even though they can. I would like to escslate this to the highest point of authority. Please help me as i cant pay 13 again... I brought this tv on instalment which completed few months back and i am being asked to pay again. Please help me.

                                        Hi my name is afroz affan and i have faced the same problem with my j5 prime model its been 12 months i purchased the phone and now the battery has bulged from inside making my phone a curvy one in the middle its become fat and when i went to the service centre they said it would cost me around 7.5 k for the repair.. I dont understand if it would blast and this incident happend in the night when my phn was just beside me i woke seeing my phn as a fat and broken lcd.. I am confused what to do about this phone see i want to go to the court if no action is taken by samsung india. The thing is we are buying phones where they can blast and explode.
