I bought new samsung galaxy j7 pro. I found problem in touch. I told this issue to the dealer but he said that it has no issue. On the second day, due to small pressure screen does not blink. I went to the dealer and told the issue. Now he is not letting me the replacement of the phone and it's replacement procedure within 15 days. So i request you to make me a replacement of the phone.

    - i’ve purchased a samsung refrigerator in the month of april 2017 from vijay sales, ghdobunder road thane. (Vijay sales invoice no. 190-bwg04-17sifpawuf dated 4/04/2017 model rt28k3343r2).
    - from the starting only, we were noticing that the refrigerator remains off for about 5-6 hours & then starts working for 1-2 hours & again gets off. Due to this, the cooling was not continuous & the food started getting spoiled in overnight & even my wife & son got food poisoning after eating the refrigerated food.
    - when we called the samsung technician, he tried to close the matter by saying that this is new technology where the refrigerator get automatically defrost, however it is not the case as actually the refrigerator remains off most of the time..
    - we’ve done enormous follow ups with the dealer m/s vijay sales, but their response & service is pathetic as they’ve not turned up anytime.
    - later, on writing at the ceo’s desk email on samsung website a senior technician was sent. He diagnosed & identified that one part (Pcb) which is responsible for regulating the compressor is not working properly & need to be changed. After few days, he changed this part & assured that now the device will work properly.. But there was no improvement in the performance of the device.
    - so, i again complained & after enormous follow ups, again the senior technician visited & then again identified the temperature sensor as the faulty part & told that it need to be replaced.. He again came back after few days & replaced the sensor..
    - even after this, there is no improvement in the device working & it still goes off for 1-1.5 hours at least 6-7 times in a day & even after not so hot climate presently, we are feeling the food items are getting effected due to insufficient cooling... Moreover, why any newly bought refrigerator would require so much replacement of critical parts???
    - it seems that there is some major manufacturing defect in the device, which the samsung team is not ready to accept & as a customer, i am getting suffered continuously.. Otherwise, why any newly bought refrigerator would require so much replacement of critical parts???
    - during all these days, no service report/receipt was given to me in writing.. However, i’ve taken snaps of the service receipts
    - now we are feeling like we’ve done a mistake by purchasing samsung product as our hard earned money has gone waste.
    - as a customer i am highly dissatisfied & displeased with the performance of the product & since it is not working properly even after replacement of 2 critical parts, i need replacement of this refrigerator.
    - samsung team is trying to cover up the issue.. Even their customer care people instead of trying to understand the problem, try to confront the facts & starts quarreling over phone only, as if the consumer had done a crime by raising the complaint.
    - after this pathetic experience, i am committed to never buy or recommend any samsung product under any category in rest of my life.

      Samsung india has given me sleepless nights wrt to the split unit purchased on 27th april, 2017. Mediocre customer service who fail to understand the issue the customer is going through and the worst part is the follow-up. A commitment of replacement of the faulty unit or refund was given by the customer care supervisor highlighting the fact that i have raised constant concerns on the unit from date of purchase.

      The unit has been a decorative piece since purchase and the customer is at the mercy of samsung india for no fault of his.

      The first issue encountered with the unit was the nasty odour when turned on from day. The technician claimed that most samsung units have this smell as it has to do with the chemical coating of the coil. The smell became worse and so, a complaint raised have requested for the coil to be replaced.

      Post the replacement of the coil the cooling of the unit has significantly reduced and as on date the unit is a decorative piece.

      I have regularly hounded samsung to have this issue addressed. The technician claimed that the unit was ok without any issue upon inspection and moving on afar a week another technical claims that the ac gas canister was damaged during installation of the new coil.

      This is a nightmare scenario for a customer. Hard earned money spent on what was considered a quality company selling quality products. I regret purchasing this unit and will refrain and advice others from purchasing any of samsung's product because their afar sales support is appalling to say the least.

      A desirable and just resolution will in having the faulty unit replaced or a refund as the unit is genuinely faulty.

      Looking forward to hearing from samsung india with a favourable response.

        Dear sir it is about my galaxy j2-6 (Sm j210fzddins) sr no [protected] date of manu july16. Buy date 16/7/16. On 31/7/17 i noticed blinking problem and went to your s. Centre karuna mgt services ltd (No [protected]) and was told that it is lcd blinking issue (Mini est 2950/-) bill no [protected]. On 5/8/17 collected mobile and paid (B p no [protected]) and found that returned lcd was badly damaged and date of manufacture 12/5/15. While asking the desk mgr told both is possible. (Screen protactor was also missing) sir i feel that returned lcd was not mine and my mobile was having minor problem. Sir please verify the same. Thanks a k bhowmick [protected]

          Your services has given me way hard times to find the solution/accountability of whose fault it is that i was not informed or aware about 14 days replacement.. It's no where mentioned.. No where... Its has already taken 3-4 hours of my day to get this registered with customer services after getting to and fro from you customer service, service center and your samsung dealer (Reliance digital ahmedabad).. More details can be found on the following ticket #[protected] (If it was raised by the supervisor i spoke with) thisshall give an idea of what the hell has happened.

          All i want here is; the highest authority who has more sanity and brain than your junior, senior executives and team lead to look into this since these 3 designation doesn't seem to understand my issue or provide me a fair resolution that it's not my fault that it was not informed neither mentioned on any of the manual or bill 14 days replacement... And samsung doesn't provide doa in written how do will you track if customer was informed about it or not and if i was was it informed 14 days or 30 days.
          So if its in not written i wouldn't know until u tell me so.. How in the world a customer would know that it's on 14 freaking days.

          If i got one more difficulty in getting this fixed i swear to everything which matters to me in the world i will sue and screw samsung in court.

          P. S - samsung has changed the view of the world by their product and services and this frustration is built since this time you guys didnt deliver something you always do. You have raised the bar and has given this expectation of providing service which is par excellence so now lets act on this too and clean the mud which is spilled by your team.

            I bought a new refrigerator (Model no rt42k5558s9 from reliance mall, pune on 12th august.
            It was delivered promptly on the next day and technician visited in the evening for a demo.
            The fridge worked fine for the next 2 days but then the problem started.
            The fridge stopped cooling and the led on the front panel keeps blinking.
            I raised a complaint via reliance customer care number on 16th, but no one showed up.
            I again raised another complaint via samsung customer care number on the same night.
            I got an assurance that the technician will contact me the next morning and visit to fix the issue.
            I have been calling the customer care every day since then and i keep getting the same response, but nobody has even contacted me yet.

            It is not ideal to live without a fridge for 7 days, now.
            A lot of food has been wasted and samsung is to be blamed.
            This is really unexpectedly pathetic service from a renowned brand like samsung.

              Bought two products from samsung estore in month of april with emi interest refund offer within 90 days. I just got a call from mr. Tanveer (Customer care) that for both the orders[protected] and[protected], emi interest refund is not applicable!!! Are you guys running a business or a joke??

              For the order#[protected], i have already shared the screen shot (See attached) of your samsung estore website (Taken in the month of april) which is clearly showing the offer applicable on hdfc 24 months emi. Your order confirmation emails doesnt even show the offer details neither you store the past details in your system!! Are you running an ecommerce website or a ponzi scheme left to subjective interpretation and word of month!???

              For the other order#[protected], unfortunately i forgot to take a screen shot - but i placed the order only because of the emi interest refund offer. As you can see from screenshot, citibank had offer on 18 months emi. Without the offer, never even in my dreams i will place an order is such a # website like yours. Amazon/flipkart are million times better in terms of customer service.

              Pls note i am tired and frustrated of this repeated instance of lies, poor customer service and will definitely go to consumer court and claim a compensation of rs. 10 lakhs for all the frustration, cheating and lies you guys have put forward.

              Also i am going to put all these incidences in social media so that other customers should know how poorly samsung is running business and trying to fool/cheat customers. Pathetic at its best

                  Hello,
                  I am using samsung j7 mobile phone from last 1.5 years and i am owing 3-4 samsung mobiles in family. We are so great lovers of your mobiles.
                  On[protected] my mobile screen got black and touch not working and i have visited your authorized service center named supertech engineers address plot no-182/34 industrial area phase-1 chandigarh 160001. They told me that solution requires a replacement of one part (Part code - gh-97 17670b) and then mobile will be working fine. I agreed with them and they informed me to collect the mobile on 2-8-17. I got my mobile repaired on the given date with billing amount of 4148/-. Attached is the bill and payment receipt. The very next day in my mobile same problem exists (Touch not working sometime screen got black) and when i approached them again regarding the problem, they telling me that motherboard needs a replacement, as their was moisture over the motherboard and they were blaming for the moisture.
                  If this the service we are getting from an authorized service center of samsung then i am really not happy as i have paid 4148/- grands for the problem to rectify but still persists and now they are blaming for the fault.
                  Looking forward for you help regarding the same or i have lodge a complaint against them in consumer court for all the harassment and their rude behavior towards their loyal customers.

                    Hii samsung team,

                    I would like to inform you that i am one of the mobile phone user from amritsar punjab (India). I bought a c9 pro few months back. After 2 months, it started creating problems. I approached your service center and contact your gurgaon office too with priya jha, but till now there isn't any positive response. They opened the set and changed its motherboard, now they are saying it need not to repair the phone as there isn't any technical issue with the set. This clearly shows that they even didn't find out the problem in the set. I have even exchanged many mails but didn't get any solution till now. My phone is lying there since 2 months.

                    Buying the samsung phone is the worst experience for me.
                    Requesting you to take this matter seriously and get my phone either replaced with a new invoice and warranty or refund whole amount otherwise i have to approach consumer court.

                      Dear sir i m a regular customer of samsung mobils because i think samsung is a best in mobiles. But still i m totally desappointed to samsung carere centers services
                      I m a last 10 year regular customer of samsung what this time brand service is too poor. I m purchase the brand new samsung s7 edge is date on 28/01/2017. After two or three months before my display is broken so i m replace that i n my cost not cpvered in warranty.
                      Sir my issue is that the service center that name is (Ins taleshop) is located in sonipat. Is repair mobile display actually im working a other city (Ludhiana)
                      So i check that in after two or three days what the display is not working properly
                      So cantact your toll free number[protected] and login to my complete. And visit to our near samsung care center is located krishna mandir ludhiana.
                      The care center name is mobile solution. The service center boy check that my handset and he tell me that. Our previous service center not close my call. He tell me that something is rr not close by previous service center sonipat. And ludhiana service center tell me that plz visit again to sonipat service center. But that is not possible to me because is totally to 250km distance inmy home. That problem is starting 10/07/2017 to till date. But not solution in till date. I m totally disapointed to your services. At last i m visit all care centers in ludhiana but no body can help me. At last i was send my phone to again sonipat care center is name is (Ins teleshop) to courier by dtdc. The docat number is d35877735. And please tell me that what is (Rr).
                      And tell me one thing my display cost is pay to samsung company not care center
                      Because my thing is company is too better other outlets but thats my wrong thing
                      The other outletsv is better then company im totally disapointe and i m not telling and suggested to some one to purchase samsung any brand because its service is too poor and diapointing.
                      But after your poor services i m purchasing your brand new s8 samsung mobile phone. But my previous mobile phone is on warranty what after your poorr services is cost is totally lost. So please return s7 edge cost.
                      For your kind information my regester mobile number is [protected] is regester 'on my both mobile handsets so please check that because i m not bluf[censored] to want any advantage.

                      Please as good coustmer i want a revart on this mail. Otherwise i m taking other steps in social media and go away to consumer court. So please force me to that i m taking that steps. Thats my first and last mail.

                        Hi,

                        Suddenly after using one year the pink line starting appearing on the screen. Went through the net and seen all over the world multiple s7 edge users are facing same problem. I think the company like samsung should acknowlege such problem and should have replaced the handset.

                        But, with note 7 issue and the way samsung is dealing with such problems they dont want to acknowledge the manufacturing defects in s7 edge.

                        Exactly after one year i am also seeing the same pink thin but because warranty is gone now why i should pay for it. It is a manufacturing defect not the mistake and damage by the user.

                        If you dont want to replace it than as a use i will go to consumer court and run a social media campaign against samsung mobiles after spending more than 40, 000 and seeing exactly after one year such thing happens to my mobile it is seriously pathetic.

                        If i dont get the resolution within one week. It is very bad of samsung quality and reliability.

                          Thereafter, after mr prasad’s advice we went to the dealers place and requested for replacement. We met the promoter the very next day on 22nd jul 17 and the promoter has assured that he will replace the product once the same is vetted by the samsung technician. Again complaint was raised and another technician has come to inspect the same on 4th aug 17, who inturn has confirmed that the product so delivered is defective one. The same was communicated to mr rama krishna and mr umesh from samsung team.
                          Days passed, but none seem to respond.
                          Kindly note that refrigerator has not been used for more than 2 days and since then it is lying unused.
                          Ps: if the product does not get replaced within next 48 hrs, we hope to meet you in consumer court.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            Few days back, i have kept my phone on charging and after half an hour when i removed the charger and i saw there were some spots of blue and pink color and later on it spreads to whole screen and after 1 day it became blank.

                            When i went to samsung service center (Okhla phase - 1), they told me that the display will be changed and it will cost you around inr[protected]k. So i gave them the phone and after 2 days on the day of delivery, i called them they told me that it was not repaired as there was some liquid in the phone and now the cost has been raised to inr 21000 (Neither my phone was dropped in water not on the floor) still the display went black.

                            At the time of delivery, they are saying it cant be repaired so we haven't close the phone properly, now there are some cracks coming on the screen which earlier was not present in my phone.

                            This shows that they don't have the display with them, that why they have raised the cost to inr 21000 (Phone cost is inr 24500).

                            I am really unhappy and unsatisfied from the samsung service, till now i have purchased only samsung phones but now my trust has been broken.

                              I've been using my samsung galaxy s7 edge for almost a year, suddenly, the next day, i see this pink line, on the screen, i went on forums, and youtube, to check for a fix, and everywhere all around the world, are having the same problem. Its not even the user misuse problem, its the production problem, i'm disappointed with the customer service, i went to the samsung repair center in pune, they said i will have to pay 16, 000rs to change the screen, i already spent a huge amount to get the phone, and now i should, pay more, and also the amount, in which i can get an iphone 5s. I tried to contact the samsung india, on twitter, but i think, my message was ignored. If this is the case, i should not even consider buying the s8.

                                I have procured microoven [ce73jd] on 10.11.2012 from khosla electronics, madhyamgram, west bengal.
                                Against my above two service request my problem yet to be resolved.
                                My cavity is little bit rusted iand from there sparking is happening.
                                But i have 10 years waranty on cavity applicable on ceramic enamel cavity.
                                So this is to be replaced. But service centre is telling as this spares are not available so they are unable to repair my microoven.
                                So you are requested to help me in this regard so that this problem can be resolved.

                                This is to inform you that some one from your Customer service team contacted me to day and informed that as the spare cavity is not available with them, so Samsung unable to repair my cavity and in place of that Samsung will return me 10 to 15% of my purchase cost.
                                This offer is not at all acceptable to me . The Cavity has 10 years Warranty, so if it the spares not available then why should I suffer ?
                                10 to 15% depreciation will not solve my purchase at all.
                                So please look into this matter and arrange to take appropriate action in this issue.

                                In spite of several correspondences over phones ans complaint portal no resolution I received from you other than 10% depreciation charges which is not at all acceptable for me as I have 10 years Warranty period for the cavity.
                                Any way this is the final reminder to you regarding this subject for taking approprite step to repair my Micro oven.
                                I have already sent this complain to Consumer forum help line and if not received any proper step regarding this issue within next 15 days then I have to submit all the complain documents to Consumer forum documents and legal action accordingly.

                                  I have purchased samsung on next. Model name smg10fzdhins. But i have received model sm-g10f. 0n box model no. Is smg10fzdhins is same as on flip card side but on cover smg6100f/dd.in setting - about is sm-g610f only. This model is for j7 prime when i open g-mail account. I was shocked. Tomorrow i will going on consumer courts against this fraud system.

                                    My samsung j2 has just passed 1 year. Suddenly i saw the ph is not working. I went to the nearest authorized service center.
                                    Firstly i was told i need to change the battery. I then changed the battery rs 1300.
                                    Still the phone was not working. When i was calling i could hear the voice of the other person but he cannot hear my voice.
                                    Secondly they suggested it is a mike problem. Then they changed the mike rs 500 approx.
                                    For 1 day the phone was working, next day the same problem, i went to the service center they checked the ph. Asked me to wait for 2 hours.
                                    Thirdly they told mother board problem.
                                    Till this time i had sent roughly rs 2000.
                                    Please help and suggest me how to make the phone workable.

                                        On 14-08-17, i submit my samsung j7 handset with samsung service centre rohtak for change of audio jack of phone, but they change charging jack (Which is working properly) due to some clerical error on their side.
