Hello sir,
My name is yash raj and i bought a s7 edge but after months the screen was scratched and got broken so i sent it to samsung service centre for repair but after it came by repairing the screen was fully functional but it was having scratches and also dents in edges. Sir but from before i was only 2, 3 minor scratches and not a single dent but now i am have many big scratches with many dents.

    My new samsung phone was not working properly so today (22.08.17) i was went to samsung service center located at diamondharbour, south 24 pgs, west bnegal at 5:30 pm. But representative was diaagree to accept my complain. As per him after 5pm no complain cannot proceed from service center and it is rule by company. But at the main entrance of the service center office time mentioning from 10am to 7 pm. So, i think representative create his own rule.

      I have purchased a9 pro 2 months back which is not working right now... And when i consulted the service centre and i even call to toll free n0. They are saying that its a physical damage but i have never dropped the phone... Still they are blaming me for that defect piece... Its really disappointing and i am never gonna buy any product from this company again... When you dont care about your customers why the hell you guys promise about services and warranty...

        Visited one of the service centre for repairing rediculously represented himself to entertain: such a ill mannered staff to respond, feels like does made a fault by investing in samsung to buy s7 edge. As he is trying to make me know about his 10 years of market service.

        Please should look upon this matter else it will be a disrespect to customers& will be a questionable image for brand like samsung.
        Seriously feelslike ashamed to such kind of behaviour.

        Company should make some provisions for such Cases & should Make some provisions regarding such issues, should make Certain criteria inorder to serve Investors in a well mannered & proper response channel.

        A guy in a local area who took Certification Of service centre trying to Show his arrogance by telling that he is working in that market from last 10 years.
        Is this a way to treat & great Investors of Such organisation, Should develop a proper channel for selection ofDealership & certification Of service centres, Company should check out or make some provision for Selection a proper way of handling customer objection . A customer is already dissappointed by the damage caused to him just to satisfy himself hevisits to nearest servise centre but arrogant & ill behaviour of guys looking aftr service centre increase more of his trouble forum should think about such things else it will createa great deal of Negativity amoung Investors & society which will badly harm the Image of Brand.

          Its been less than a month since i had purchased samsung galaxy s8, i got a scratch on the screen just keeping the phone in the pocket. Having the latest gorilla glass which is supposed to be scratch resistant. When i contacted the customer care, they refused to answer regarding the scratch resistant property and said they wont be able to help with the defect in quality of the product. After the visit to service center i tried calling the customer care, after explaining the problem, i was promised a call back but no one called aback. I tried to chat through their website portal but the customer care executive stopped replying after asking about the scratch resistant property.

            Today[protected] i received a call from samsung service centre and they are telling that the product is damaged so it wil not cover under warranty
            On[protected] the guy sitting in the reception checked the product and put the jobsheet
            That time there is no damage in the product
            Now they are telling that the product is damaged

              Dear team,

              I had given curved tv 55' for repair at an authorized service centre of samsung at thrissur (Attached the copy of receipt)
              When given the audio was working, display was not there, tv was in working condition.
              Being an international tv purchased from switzerland it was mandatory to use with stabilizer inspite of informing the service centre people plugged it directly and turned it on, i could see smoke coming from it. Till that moment tv was working fine.
              Later they said it will be ok if replaced with a part, later they dragged the matter stating that there is some part to be replaced and it should come from abroad.
              I waited for 1 month and again they said there is another part to be replaced. Recently they are saying the part is not available and the tv cannot be repaired,

              I am very sure the tv was having only a simple problem of display which would have been repaired if replaced.

              The improper handling of the service centre has damaged the tv.
              I need a solution to this, either it should be repaired or replaced or refund for the same.

              Attached is the receipt given by the service centre, for your perusal, you may contact them, and give me a resolution.

                We have received your mail detailing your solution on our complaint. We wish to inform you that we have purchased the product worth of ~rs 2.25 lacs and you are offering me the charity of 25% discount on the repairs of the product which is having the same problem two times in the period of 1.5 years. First complaint was lodged within the time of 7 month from the date of purchase. As the period of guarantee and warranty was going on, i was asked to bring the product at the service center and to wait for another 10 days due to shortage of damaged part. After 15 days i was informed that your tv has been repaired and you can collect the tv from service center. We have been given delivery with the assurance that such type of problem occurs once in lifetime and we need not to worry and tv will perform without any failure. But just after the two month of expiry of guarantee period same problem at same place in tv reoccurs and now we are asked to pay for the defect repaired 7 months ago for the same tv.

                Dear sir, we would like to inform you that i have purchased the tv with the brand name of "samsung" and had paid the huge amount of more that 2 lacs on account of its brand value and name otherwise same tv with the same features of other local brand are very much available at approximate 40% of the amount paid for this set. I have not purchased any iind grade brand. We chosen samsung brand because of its name and goodwill. If the product is able to survive for only 7 month then why company having worldwide reputation of quality and assurance is manufacturing such type of defective pieces and selling at such high prices. The purchase price of the tv may be negligible from the company point of view but it is a huge amount what an individual buyer has paid.

                So far as durability of the project is concerned, problem must not come within the 7 month of its purchase. Quality of the product becomes questionable immediately but due to inherent feature of any electronic item i remained silent and get it repaired. But when same problem at same place is reoccurring just immediately after 7 month of first repair then its not appreciable and affordable. It is clear case of negligence and use of inferior quality product at the end of company or service center. Same problem, same defect at same place again can not be a matter of co incidence.

                We have approached samsung center again this time and was asked to lodge complaint with the center. We are not supposed to pay for the damages which has not been duly repaired properly at the time of first complaint. If it was duly repaired then there was no chance of re occurrence of same defect. Either it has not been repaired or the parts used at the time of repair was not up to mark quality product or the product had some inherent manufacturing defect.in either of the case customer is not supposed to pay for the negligence / low quality product/ manufacturing defect. When we noticed the same issue in our tv set second time i approached the distributor and service center. We chased them for more than one month and suddenly someone from your office called me and offer the charity of 25% as discount. Sir when replaced/substituted item is not surviving even for one year then what is the reliability of so prestigious brand. We have strong apprehension that my tv was not repaired properly at the time of its first complaint or it had some inherent manufacturing defect which need to be replaced by new one.

                I have been misguided by the the samsung center/ dealer. We would again like to mention that we have invested in the brand value and amount of 2.25 lacs is not petty amount. We are now not interested in repair of fault and want replacement of my existing tv set with new one without incurring even a single paisa or take back your defective piece and return my full amount.

                At last we rejected your charity offer of the 25% and keeping in view the reputation of the brand and inconveniences faced by us we again request you to kindly replace the tv set. Further if my grievance is not addressed properly then i will be forced to raise my claim before the appropriate authority much against my wishes.

                  But nobody turned up next day.
                  Its been 5 days now, nobody even bothered to call me during these days.

                  Model :ua32f5100arlxl after bought within two years, i got this problem... I am not rich enough to change tv for every 2 years, i hate this company product,
                  please people don't buy samsung tv... It will be in good condition for less than 2years only, don't waste your money...

                    Ear all,

                    This is to inform you that i have purchased samsung galaxy c-7 pro on 05aug'17. I had issue with network and call dropping and i lodge a complain in shop where i purchased the phone, they said sir may be its sim issue, but i m using j-7 and never this issue in back, but i changed the sim in old phone and its was working fine, then again i went back to shop and ask that problem is still exist, and as per time purchasing they advise that phone will be replaced in warranty period, but they said sir we cant replace and you had to visit service centre and request there, why should customer will face all this jitter, so i had taken leave specially from office on 19 august and went to service at 12pm at samsung preet vihar service centre new delhi, managed by maa vaishnavi enterprises, and advise agent about my network issue and ask for replacement, i submitted the phone in service center on 19aug at 1238 pm, and they chechk ed and advise me to wait and said may be its software issue and we will update it in 15-30 min and advise you accordingly, i waited for more than 4 hours for 30 min time frame and they advised me that phone is working fine please check and if again problem exists we will replace it, i had taken back the phobne around 415 pm and put my sim back and went to home, but problem was not rectified and im facing same issue with my calls, and after that again i went to shop and ask the samsung excecutive the solution, he guided again back me to service centre and advise as within 14days only you can replace the phone and todays is last day, kindly visit again and request them to make do the word they used for replacing the phone, i asked whynot they had advised me at the time of purchjasing the phone that 14 days is limit for changing the phone, luckily i visited on 19aug otherwise they should even deny me for the same also. So at around 6.30 again i went to same service centre and what i see was pathetic, they are cleaning and moping the floor in presence of customer waiting at counters and waiting area and they are doing washing and cleaning infront of them, (Pics attached) as all are buzy and i waited for my turn and went to same executive and asked about the replacing the phone as problem is still exsisthe went here and there doing so many thing in my phone and went to diffewrence counters and lastly said sir we cant replace your set is fine, i asked politly its not working fine and as per you only asking about relpacing the set, but he denied i never said the same, then after argument and long waiting at 8 pm i asked for senior and supevisior, at counters excecutive having fun at counters infront of customers and eating samosas and other thing, any way senior comes and tell me bluntly said set cant be replacedand we cant do anything, i asked please wqrite this and advise this is not possible he said he cant write and cant do anything, from there only i called call centre and tell all about my set problem and asked what i can do now, he asked me to handover phone to senior there and with call centre intervention he took my phone and asked me to come on monday 21aug as 20aug sunday service centre is closed. Around 2045 pm i submitted and left the service centre, on sunday vening 20aug i got a call from call centre and they asked me to collect the phone as its working fine i told her everything the same what problem im facing but she requested me to collect the phone and asked me if problem exists again they will replace it. But to my utter surprice when sunday is holiday and service centre is closed how you can they tested my set on closed office and asked me that all test and fine, this is just not acceptable from samsung brand name for just giving wrong information and doing wrong to customers. I went to service centre and ask about replace set, they said sir we cant please take back your set. I asked them have to done any test or anything on sunday they advise no mas sunday was holiday and they had done nothing and asked me to take back my set. I called call centre again from there and speak to one of executive name pratikh or prateek and advise about all concern and also said that if sunday service centre is cloased how can they test my phone and asked me to collect, he said we cant do anything please collect your phone as its working fine, i asked for his senior and he said he is senior and cant help me i asked for email id he told me there is no email`d and he cant do anything, we can’t replace it, i think all this conversation must be recorded in recorded line. Till now im in middle of nowhere after paying heavy amount for phone, the reason is behind that there was a huge confusion by shop, service centre and customer care, which has given wrong information and misguiding the consumers.
                    Running pillar to post, calling toll free number, visiting service center personnel.. But still no update on when the issue will be resolved.
                    I need the resolution on urgent basis, i need my phone replaced on urgent basis, i need the same offer at any cost because i got the commitment from shop and as well as customer care. You can also check the recording as well.
                    Because of this bad service by samsung am doing numerous follow-ups with service center & customer care every day, due to which am mentally upset and not able to concentrate on my routine works
                    Raising and documenting this as a serious complaint on pathetic customer & technical service by samsung company.

                      I ordered samsung galaxy on max 32 gb (Black) on 12th august and received on 16th august, samsung galaxy on max 32 gb (Gold).
                      Since then i've been chasing samsung over emails and calls but have'nt received any response from them. They asked me to send snapshot of the box in which it came. I sent them that 3 days befor they mailed me for that.

                        I have samsung a5 2016 at first it use to charge really fast but ever since i updated it to 6.0.1 the fast charging isn't working at all i changed the usb line everything but it takes too long time to charge i'm about to update it to nougat now will it bring back the fast charging option as well?? If the fast charging fades away from my phone the phone is of no use now..

                          Problem details - on first august 2017 i have purchased samsung galaxy j5 prime mobile just after unboxing i found display issue in my mobile phone the screen was frequently sometimes flickering on2nd august i call their toll free support and they told to visit service centre and when i visited i was told the engineer on counter that my mobile will be replaced as its one to 2 days old and updated the software and said please use and check for one day if the problem persists kindly come next day with bill box and all accessories again i visited my mobile not replaced the i have submitted the mobile and got a jobsheet there it was clearly mentioned that my mobile is having display but their manger denied from that that no i will not replaced again and again am visiting then again i mailed to samsung and then got a call they agin told to visit service centre today again i visited sir they misbehaved and told " its on 2 to 10 days mobile and just after unboxing facing issue.. Now i want to either replacement or refund. Again n again am saying to go to the service centre what is this?? I purchased this mobile for using not for leaving in the service centre when i first time submitted the mobile the engineer clearly viewed that my screen was flickering and submitted my mobile alongwith all bill box and accessories the bill no is [protected]
                          Kindly you check it and when i again visited the manager cancelled my doa crtrfctn said no this will happen it is “normal flickering the screen is tft not amoled it wil fliker” sir kindly focus on the undelined statement then again i mailed to samsung’s email support again got a call and i was told to visit and submit my device again i visited without submitting my device they told “nahi hoga nahi karenge kahi or se kara lo jisko bolna bol do hum nahi karenge” the manager told this sir u just think am i mad on 1st august 2017 i purchased a new mobile and on 2nd august without any problem or reason i will complain?? Am really facing frequently flickering issue in low brhightness.
                          This is my final attempt for settlement sir kindly replace my mobile because its just after unboxing am facing issue. If i will not get the solution i am moving forward to the consumers’s court.

                            Please note this is the 2nd time since the date of my purchase of ac on[protected], the pcb (Motherboard) is not working and needs to be replaced immediately.
                            1st time: earlier on dated[protected], the so-called service engineer was called for servicing the ac and within a month[protected], the pcb issue was reported and was replaced by from b2x service solutions india pvt. Limited (Chinar park, kolkata) charging inr 7372/-
                            2nd time: similar issue cropped up again on[protected]I. E. Almost a month last the last visit made by the so-called service engineer on[protected] for resolving some power issue), when we reported a compliant stating that led 2 & led 3 was blinking (As per manual pg. No. 47 ‘its a communication error between indoor and outdoor unit’ and measure for installer to take is noted as ‘check the connection wire between the indoor and outdoor units whether the power cable or communication cable is crossed or not”) and there was no cooling. On visit by the service engineer from b2x service solutions india pvt. Limited (Chinar park, kolkata) had again said that pcb is not working and replacement would cost ~inr 8, 000/-.
                            I do not know is this a mere co-incidence, that every time the service engineer is doing something in the outdoor unit (Which is installed on the roof top) there comes an issue with pcb failure and i being a customer is supposed to bear the cost.
                            The product says 10 yrs. Warranty 5 yrs on compressor, can anyone tell me what does that mean. It is not pcb part of the compressor. If so than why every time a complaint is logged and pcb replacement cost is borne by the customer. Further, i was told that there is no ways of repairing the pcb. If that is the case then why they make such product. As per my understanding of the warranty clause pt. “9. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only. The maximum claim /s if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.” i am supposed to receive a free replacement / repair of parts within 60 month of the purchase of the unit.
                            I would request your team to also check how many time the service provider is replacing the pcb and even call the customer of such an incident. I would suggest company shall atleast see the root cause of such a failure and also the technical expertise of the service engineers and the loyalty of the service provider. This requires an immediate investigation and resolution to the complaint at the earliest. I would request for either immediate replacement or repair of the machine and return of my earlier cost of replacement of pcb.

                                I bought samsung smart tv 49inches from pai international showroom b. G. Road bangalore on march 17 this year through emi. I recently shifted to new home. While shifting. My tv frame got mis aligned slightly by accidentally. But the tv was working pefectly. As i didnot want to take further risk i called up to the samsung service centre that is r-logic centre lalbagh road. I told them the matter they told the display will cost 27000₹. I said i need only frame. He is said no. Then i asked him for wallmont the tv. He told he will send the technician. The technician mr. Ajith came i asked him regarding the frame. Can u fix this. He told i will try and took screw driver and opened the frame and align. I don't know what he did. The tv image started getting vertical and horizontal lines. He said he can't fix it and took photos and said i cannot do this and told to call service centre. He spoke to his manager and has said i won't fix let them get service first. It's broken that this he told. I said till now everything was perfect. After u used this screw driver it's not working. And the image has also gone. Now tv a is not working. My hiiusband complained this to the samsung service centre. Now they are telling we have asked for display estimation. It's not our prblm. It's been broken and the technician has not done anything. I have the pictures of the tv working when it got mis aligned. And the photos when technician broked the tv. But the people there are not responding properly and speaking rudely. It's still under warranty and they are not doing the service

                                  I bought two products from two different ids by two different credit cards from samsung estore in month of april with emi interest refund offer within 90 days. After following more than 25 times with samsung customer care i just got to know by ms. Varsha & mr. Tarique that for both the orders[protected] and[protected], emi interest refund is not applicable!!! Is it a joke or what???

                                  It is the matter of more than rs 20000 as i was eligible for the cashback of rs 10k something on each order. And at the time of placing the order it showed me that i am eligible for 10k amount. But now they guyz are saying that it was applicable for the emi of 18 months only not on 24 months. But where is it written?? I read all the t&c available on the site at that time and nowhere it was written that it is for 18 months only.

                                  I am really frustated with this huge fraud held with me and really need a compensation of rs 20 lakhs as this is really heights, you guyz have kept money from last 04 months and earning roi from it. You guyz have really cheated me.

                                      Dear samsung team

                                      We had purchased refrigerator model no: rt56h667esl/2014 from varun electronics, karnal against bill no: 20397 dt 09/03/2015 and delivery from akashvani radios, panipat.

                                      We had complained for non working of freezer against complaint number [protected] dt 09th august 2017. After calling many times person come to see after 4-5 days on 15th august.

                                      Then he said that there is gas problem and they filled gas on 16th aug 2017.

                                      Still it was not working and we complained again, then they said a wire was loose and now it will work properly.

                                      Still next day we again complained for not working, then they said compressor is not working and they will change the compressor in 2-3 days.

                                      Now its 21/08/2017, now they said we have to pay gas charges of rs: 1700/- first. We told them to fix the problem first then we will pay the charges. Even they speaks very rudely. Number we called was [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                      Please tell us why we will pay before no problem is solved.

                                      Now, its more than 2 weeks, we are really fed up for all these harassments and if it will not solved even by you, then we will complaint in consumer court.

                                      We really don’t expect this type of negligence by samsung and their staff. They even dont know what is the problem and how to fix it.

                                      We did complaint about all these again on customer care number and complaint number is [protected]. And then we received call from number [protected] and they even saying to send the refrigerator at their shop. How we can do it. It is in warranty period of 10years then why we are being tortured by company staff.

                                      Kindly requesing you to please take action immidiately to get change compressor at our home, other wise we will file the case in court and all legal expenses will be beared by company and its staff.

                                        Its less then a month that i purchased new samsung phone galaxy c9 pro which automatically detects moisture even when the phone is kept well in a dry place.

                                        Story does not end here not after this the phone touch is not working properly you click a and phone will automatically open b and sometimes touch stops responding and then we have to lock the phone and unlock the same again to make it function.

                                        I guess i was stupid to pay 32000/- for a useless phone like this instead i would have purchased a cheap phone like oppo or vivo which is less in cost and has a great life.

                                        Now i regret that why i did not listen to my frends and family that samsung is not a good company in terms of phone.
