    I had bought samsung galaxy on max on 29th june 2017 from flipkart. On 12th august i faced an issue of excessive heating for this phone while putting this phone on charge. On 15th august i found bubbles appearing on the screen for which i took my phone to samsung service center (Kolkata, chinarpark). I am really disappointed with the service provided as they are compelling me to agree that due to my negligence my phone got damaged and i am only responsible for the issue. This is totally a manufacturing defect. I have also shared the issue with flipkart. I did not have such pathetic expectation from a brand like this. Just harassing and idiotic behavior i have faced. I dont know if this continues how far samsung will go in future.in past there were a lot of complaints against samsung, but i still had faith. I will take full responsibility to pass this to all my friends and collegues just to not buy any more samsung products as there is no certainty in the products and services provided.
    Just frustrated with all these.16900 is the cost and its not a joke at all.

      Dear samsung,
      I am associated with samsung mobile since 2007 and i am a samsung lover.

      Due to some technical problem on 08.08.2017 i have submitted my on 8 mobile for repairing at sahidnagar, bhubaneswar, odishaa and at that time they estimated around 3-4 days needed to get it repair but it is already 9 days.

      There is no proper communication or standby mobile for me, it show the casual services of samsung.

            I have purchased j1 4g. On 11th of august, the phone stopped charging. Therefore i have submitted the phone to nearest service centre at kalol-gandhinagar gujarat -382721on 12.08.2017. The person at reception take my phone, checked it thoroughly. It was in working condition as there was some battery left. I have been provided tracking no. [protected] and handed it over to engineer. Later on, after 1 hour i visited the service center as i have to provide code no. Of mobile phone as asked by the receptionist. The engineer than told me that the phone is not submitted in working condition. I argued him regarding that as i have submitted it in working condition. He then said to me that its ok, we will see to it. Today on 16/08/2017, when i have sent my friend to check the status, the receptionist/engineer told him that there is water in cpu and hence there is a charge of approx 4000. How can this be possible, as there is no such incidence involving water damage. Ihave checked my phone status online it showed reparing status closed by asc. My phone is currently with them. I just want my phone fixed properly. Kindly resolve the matter, or escalate it to proper authority.

              Hello, i purchased a samsung gear s3 frontier on 10th may 2017 and it stopped charging and became dead on 8th july 2017. I took it to my nearest samsung service on 10th july and they took almost a week and told that the device had some small glitch and it was fixed and was delivered to me on 17th july. Again on 23rd july the watch became dead and stopped charging i went to the service center again they gave it back to me stating they fixed it and delivered it on the 26th. Again on 27th july, the same problem occurred and i gave them the watch and asked them to replace this or refund my money to which they told me that they will replace the motherboard and battery's and give it to me, it has been over a week and i have now updates from them. I always had to miss my office while giving and collecting the watch so i lost 4 days salary plus i bought a super expensive watch worth rs 28500 to wear and not to keep it in the service center.
              I am flagship customer of samsung owning a 600ltrs side by side refrigerator, a samsung galaxy s7 edge phone and a defective gear s3 frontier. Firstly i have lost a months warranty for no reason and for the same problem and i would request you guys to either refund my money or get me a new watch as i don't trust that device anymore.

              I have received a lot of calls already before posting this complaint.

              I escalated this matter to Samsung head office and even wrote an email to Samsung CEO's office. unfortunately, I have received no response and now If I go and order a new Watch from Samsung website it tells me it will be delivered to me in 3-4 business days.

              Such a shame Samsung I regret I am using so many High-end Products of Samsung - Samsung S7E Edge, Samsung 589 Litres side by side refrigerator etc.

              I don't want any other resolution apart from my money back. Because you guys have failed all the dates.

                I was watching movie on it and suddenly green line appeared on the screen and a spot on the left corner appeared i didnot how it appeared itself
                When i visited to the service centre the person their told me that its a part failure it will be replaced under charges as u r mobile warranty has expired last month

                  I bought samsung c 9 pr on 26 feb and now the phone speaker is not working and battery draining out, contacted samsung india service centre, one service centre informed that it is a hardware issue please visit another service centre and when i went to service centre, i asked them to open the phone in front of me so that i can see what is the issue, service centre agent denied and said this phone will take time to open so we will inform you once we will check. Submitted the phone, no information provided till 5 days, had to chase it myself again and again then i contacted online chat facility and they informed the phone is repaired you can collect it, i went to take my phone and they informed that phone is damaged by moisture and the total cost to repair the phone will be 21500. It is not repaired i asked why didn't you informed till now, said don't know. Is this is a joke.

                  Wrote an email to ceo help desk no help provided by them as well, wrote directly to mr. H. C. Hong no reply from his side as well. Wrote approx 9 emails and contacted more than 100 times on the numbers provided by samsung and that is not valid. Service centre number [protected], the number provide by head office is [protected] /[protected].

                  Posted the complaint on twitter as well and said please visit service centre. 14th august - contacted on chat and had a word with ram prakash and nikhil verma (Supervisor). I asked what are the guidelines of complaint and who is the regulatory body of samsung, got a reply that our manager is our regulatory body. Nikhil verma said arranging a call back from escalation department and you will receive a call back, no call back until now.

                  Its been 5 months only that i bought it on pre booking in rs. 36900 and now its not working. My money is wasted. Need help i've all the chat and emails saved with me which i send to samsung.

                  My last option will be that i'll raise a complaint to consumer court.

This was the chat I've initiated with Samsung on 14th august and when I visited the service centre they have a totally different story. Even when I ask to chat executive about the regulatory and compliance handler of Samsung he told me that our manager is our regulator. You can check that as well in chat. I've also written to Email to CEO help desk several times but no help from their side as well, each and every one is escalating the case to different department, today I got a call from Manish from head office he said now take your phone to different service centre in Okhla, delhi and if they also confirms that it is due to liquid then you have to pay 21400 Rs to get your phone repaired. This is my last hope to get the issue sorted and after that I'll go to consumer court. Pasting the chat -

This was the chat I've initiated with Samsung on 14th august and when I visited the service centre they have a totally different story. Even when I ask to chat executive about the regulatory and compliance handler of Samsung he told me that our manager is our regulator. You can check that as well in chat. I've also written to Email to CEO help desk several times but no help from their side as well, each and every one is escalating the case to different department, today I got a call from Manish from head office he said now take your phone to different service centre in Okhla, delhi and if they also confirms that it is due to liquid then you have to pay 21400 Rs to get your phone repaired.                     I had bought a samsung single door refrigerator on may 2017. From initial days onwards the cooling was so less. My aged parents were only in the home and they thought that it might be put in less cool mode. When i visited my home june last week i came to know that there is a problem with refrigerator. I registered a complaint in the beginning of july 2017 and your representative told me to just switch off it 4 hrs and on it and check. I do that but i can check only after 2 week as i was not in a position to visit my parents due to my office exigency. Again i complainted on 1st of august the service engineer checked after 3 days and told me that gas leakage is the issue and they can fill it. But i required a replacement because its a new one and it's only 2 months old and u want its not justifiable. Then your engineer told me that he will inform samsung again after 13 days they call me up today and inform can we refill, i told i required replacement then they told they need to check with your head office as cut off is 1 month for replacement
                    Pls intervene i am a managerial employee in a reputed bank and i had not get that much time to follow up on the case. Waiting for a positive immediate action from your end. Ph no[protected]

                      My samsung refrigerator is not working since last 5 days. Inspite of repeated calls to customer care, no resolution, only false assurances from customer care executives and supervisors.

                      Feeling helpless as there is no other escalation channel other than customer care and so far it has been just waste of time.

                        Since the purchase below stated led tv, screen started giving issue. Change of led screen was organized from samsung, just after the purchase.
                        Now since last more than 6 months half of the screen have got blackout again (Same issue re-appeared).
                        This tv seems to be faulty piece from manufacturing. Some electrical fault making led screen blackout faster.
                        Me and my family is loyal customer of samsung and never face any issue on other product under use, my daughter is having samsung led 48 tv purchased before mine and working perfectly.
                        So many mobiles phone never faced any issue.
                        Knowing samsung product quality and reliability and past experience - i am sure this product is of defective quality, not caught in quality inspection of this piece.
                        To bring back my shattered confidence on samsung as brand, i request you to either

                        - or at least organize screen change.

                        Any further feedback on this issue ... as there was visit organized by Samsung and was confirmed that screen needs to replaced.
                        Reason of having second time having same issue, was shared was quite funny (moisture).
                        In my family we are having at least 3 LED tv older than this workings w/o any issue in same condition.
                        It seems there is something electronically is not correct in this TV, damaging Screen.
                        Please organize resolution on behalf of Samsung, to uphold my lost confidence on the Samsung as brand.

                          I was purchased samsung s8 on date 27 july 2017.

                          I am not satisfied for this model because vertical line on screen of phone and today 4 august 2017 i was visited on your service center sec. 16 faridabad and he said that our complaint noted and call himself after some revert received and said 9th august last date of chage mobile but no given any complait receipt and no educate for submit phone.

                          I going out of station come back on 10th august.

                          I am dissatisfied for this service.

                          I want need to be change my phone.

                          I was purchased samsung s8 on date 27 july and today date 16 august. Purchased time sale person commitment to is that wirless charger will delivered on 3 days from purchasing date but today 9 days from purchase of phone but not receive wirless charger.
                          I am highly dissatisfied with all samsung cheep services.
                          I am not guide any person for purchase sumsung brand.
                          Very poor service.

                            I had purchased a active plus washing machine on 8.8.2017. Although service engineer was assigned on 11.8.2017 against order id -[protected]. But till date service engineer yet not reported at my home although i called three times for free installation with demo as mentioned as per your terms. Even i had called two times on 14.8.2017 and 16.8.2017 on toll free customer care to resolve the issue. As 90% of my home eletronics were buying from samsung and i was experienced poor quality service of my home products earlier. As example, my samsung tv was purchased in 2013 but no maint done by service centre, tinsukia branch although requested during warranty period. So to enhance customer demand a positieve action should be taken

                              मैंने आपके पास कंप्लेन दर्ज करवाई थी की मेरा a c कूलिंग नहीं कर रहा है। आपके यहाँ से आपका इंजीनियर आया और उसने a c की सर्विस कर दी फिर भी कूलिंग नहीं हो रही है, मैंने उसे बोला की कूलिंग नहीं हो रही है, तो उसने बोला 1 -2 दिन मैं हो जायेगी। उसके बाद भी कूलिंग नहीं हो रही थी। मैंने फिर से कस्टमर केयर पर कंप्लेन दर्ज करवाई किन्तु आज तक कोई भी आपके तरफ से नहीं आया। कृपा करके जल्द से जल्द मेरी समस्या का निदान करें।

                                As you guys already must know that many samsung galaxy note 4 sm-n910g users are facing the mmc_read failed error. It all started after the update that was provided on january. My phone has now even stopped booting up. I visited a service center and they tell to replace the motherboard which is 20k. With that cost i can get a new phone. For a issue caused from your side, u guys asking customer to pay! Because of this i was left with no other option but buying another phone and my warranty being expired. Now because of this i event lost the trust i had on samsung products.

                                  Center of samsung in bathinda, from last few days but still no issues
                                  Are being resolved. I have already wasted my precious time just
                                  Because of the defected piece which your firm have made and gotten me
                                  Into mental harassment as well as wastage of my time.
                                  Hence kindly replace my phone with the new one or refund me back my
                                  Money asap. Or i shall be going to theconsumer court if my problems

Abhi tak mera ac theek nahi hua he. Warranty ke samaan ke bhi paise mangte he (Example condenser) company se koi nahi ata sare private log he mujhe apki company se koi shikayat nahi he samsung is the best. I have all things of samsung like mobile, fridge, own, and ac. Please sir agar aap meri kuch help kar sakte he to achcha hoga.

                                      I am regularly facing one issue of volume control, it goes off or gets reduced to minimum without my doing anything with its volume control. At times I am forced to switch off and switch on the handset to recover soubd volume.
