I had purchased this phone on 17 july 2017 from ahuja mobiles in bilaspur, chattisgarh. The phone was getting hot on the same time when it was booted up for the first time. I made a complaint to them regarding the raised temperature issues but no one paid heed to my request. I asked them to change but nothing could have been done as i had already paid the amount. I bought samsung refrigerator on 24th july, 2017 and was installed on 27th july.
Since 3rd august it stopped working and after making a complaint the service engineer came after a day and informed me that the pcb is not working and they don't have stock of the same so have to wait for few more days.

So inspite of repeated calls to customer care nothing has been done till now.

I bought a samsung split air conditioner on 2nd june 2017 and since the very first day there is heavy water leakage problem in the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
