The Samsung customer service in Meerut is just non-existent. I fail to understand how come Samsung who is a market leader is allowing its Brand image to be tarnished by employing goons here who dont have any decency of language or ethics.

Inspite of writing several Emails, Samsung could not get my issue resolved till date. Is Samsung reluctant to check or instruct its staff at Meerut to provide adequate and timely customer services? I think so ..may be Samsung is also afraid that its own errant staff wont listen to them.

Contents of my complaint is reproduced hereunder within quotes. Even after two weeks of purchase I have ended up with a Microwave oven without its turntable. Samsung doesn't have guts to instruct its erring rude staff to resolve the issue by delivering the turntable. Forget about warranty, right from day one I am having a Microwave oven without its turntable.

"This is against abusive rude behaviour of Samsung Engineer.

While unpacking the microwave oven''s turntable popped up and fell on the floor, breaking into pieces. This happened on 3rd Aug 2017. He promised to get a new one in two days time and it is more than a week now, he is daily postponing his arrival. He uses foul language when we contact him on his mobile +[protected].Today when confronted, he banged the phone on me saying jo karna hai kar lo.

If such is the customer service standards of Samsung, I should admit that I have done a great mistake by purchasing their product.

We paid hard cash to use the products right away but even after a week of purchase we are not in a position to use the product and there is no support from Samsung.

Shame on Samsung.

Initially Samsung sent Email giving Reference number [protected] but they did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead now they have even blocked my Email as they didn't have any answer to my issues.

I appeal to the topmost authorities of Samsung sitting at Gurgaon and Seoul to take cognizance of my issue and check your arrogant staff from misbehaving with customers.

    I have purchased 2 galaxy A3 SM-A300H.DS in Jan 15 whose batteries need to be changed when I contacted Service centre at Electronic People at Agra they told me an expenditure of 3000 each and collected rs 1500 for one set now they are saying battery for it is not available My query is that Company job is the only one to sell the sets and earn profit as who will provide -after sale service this means I have to purchase new set once again and after its battery exhausted it became useless and again so on
    My request is to authorities to arrange batteries for them so they can be used

    Your suggestion to deposit the device in service centre is embrassing as ealier it was deposited will not fetch the results My suggestion to you that arrange the battery for referred set than inform me to get it repaired from service centre since you have not specified that how much time it will take while arranging battery

      I bought the new Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus from samsung store Great India Place Noida. I made the purchase on 12th of august. I intended to buy the 64 GB version but the store owner by mistake gave me the 128 GB version. He infact billed me for the 64 gb version and i paid the exact same amount. next day the store owner called me and informed me that by mistake he has given me the 128 GB version at the cost of 64 GB version so I insisted that I need the 64GB version but he said that the cell phone has already been activated by placing the SIM card inside it and it would not be possible. He requested me that I pay him 6000 rupees more for the 128 GB version considering his request I reluctantly agreed because I didn't want him to lose his money. but after after 2 days o[censored]sage the phone I bought is not working properly. most of the applications are not working properly like camera bixby Samsung pay email Gmail etcetera. the phone is not functioning fluently and is hanging continuously even the applications like bixby are crashing. I went to the store from which I bought this phone. there the store executive updated the software but still the problem could not be resolved. I again requested him that I still want the 64GB version but he didn't Budge and asked me to go to the Samsung service station to get the phone repaired. I told him that I bought this phone just two days back because I was in urgent need of a cell phone and submitting my cell phone would not be an option and considering it's a brand new phone it does not sound right to submit the phone for repair and Samsung instead should give me a new phone all together so he told me that even for that I have to submit my phone under Dead on arrival at the service station and then bring back the packed unit to the same Store and then get the new phone. I hereby request Samsung to look into this and save me from all the ordeals and provide me with the 64GB version instead. I had iPhone 6s and have been using iPhones for a very long time this is the first time I went for a Samsung phone and I don't want my experience to be bad here.

          I have purchased Samsung Refridgerator in the month of November 2016 and in the month of May 2017 it bottle guard got damaged. I have complaint about the same on 22-May-2017 but since from this date I am continuously following up on my complaint no.           Hi sir,

          Today I was told via SMS that the complaint no. [protected] has been resolved (see the attached screen shot of SMS) but till today I have not received the parts infact they brought wrong part twice instead I have already provided the images of broken part which need to replace.

          My question is that why the complaint status changed to resolved as the complaint is not resolved actually and also asked to pay Rs. 427 instead part not delivered.

          It is strange that Samsung is a very big company is unable to provide the service to its consumer since from last four month and I believe that they are interested to sell their product only rather failure in the area of Service.

          It is to requested you to please look into my complaint and ask this question from Samsung company.

            The inident has happened 3 weeks before.
            Continues crashing sound was started coming from the washing machine.
            Initially we thought it could be coming from somewhere else then on the same day we realised that it is from the room where we kept the watching machine. After looking at the washing machine shattered door glasses we failed to understand the reason it has led to such issues. I have prohibited my family from using washing machine which we generally use only on weekend and also had kept the room door locked to avoid any medical emergencies. This crackling sound then continued for couple of days and after that in the mid night it got burst and shattered the glass particles all over the room.

            I have contacted Service centre to report this matter – frankly an exploding glass door is shocking and an unacceptable safety hazard. The response from the representative I spoke to was ok as he confirmed that he will get it eacalated to superior and get it resolved without any cost since the product is under warranty. After Waiting for couple of days I then called to customer care to get the status of my complaint but unfortunately I did not get any proper response after connecting to representative I got to know that I have been charged with amount of 1750 which was totally not accepted as it wasn't our fault. However, initially I was actually looking for the feedback on the cause of this ‘self destruct’ but now I am not going to throw money at expensive repairs for the door to explode. I want Samsung to take this matter seriously and get me the resolution asap
            Clearly It proves that Samsung do not care about safety / quality service (the only reason we bought the samsung product because we had faith on it. This has never been the case with my all Samsung mobiles tv as well as refrigerator . All working absolutely fine but the incident which I have faced with washing machine is totally unacceptable. Moreover to this the treatment which supervisor Ajith has given on this issue is ridiculous. I believe Samsung customer care person already have record of our conversation. As per him we have misused the product which has caused this issue. I just cannot accept this unnecessary blaming
            Why have a glass door anyway? Really this needs to be revisited.

            I have been communicated by you earlier that there would be an engineer visit again but it has not done yet. As requested I have also sent you the images of product but it's of no use. After that it was told to me by you that whatever you communicated to me on phone you will share that on email but still I'm awaiting for your reply

            As discussed in our last telephonic conversation, Which is obviously something which I was trying to say from the day one of the issue

            I have made it clear that it's fault with product itself and since it's under warranty I want to get it replaced by company. I am just wondering how can the inspection report is saying it was due to the misused. This is ridiculous how can you question someone's integrity without knowing him. We are using washing machine since 13 years now and we do know that how to take care of it. The person who came for inspection did confirmed that it's product issue by looking at the product destruction and since this is under warranty he will get it replaced assuring that the same issue will not accure again. Also I can see tiny pieces of glass fragments on the rubber washer on the door with this you can understand the impact how the glass was exploded and this is something not man made destruction. By the way my product is still under warranty and to add to this your representative was even kind enough to understand the issue and was ready to help with the replacement of product in warranty. I unfortunately don't have recording of it else I would have showed you how this request gets a turn. 

            To reiterate here, we use this machine once a week and that too it is kept in a separate room. The machine wasn't on, it wasn't even plugged in. We could hear a strange noise. we looked around and discovered it was the washing machine door. It continued to crack and shatter in front of our eyes and at the midnight explosion happened. However, while cleaning a tiny little shard it did hurt my wife's hand but I have ignored that as it wasn't that serious issue. I think I should be taking an image of it anyways I'm common man and I know I can't just go against Samsung company by complaining against it as I will be no where stand. I am just trying to highlight here that

            There can be a manufacturing defect

            I'm not saying it could be an issue with all of the product but there can be a possibilities that out of 1000 pieces one of the piece can be faulty.

            There is damaged to the entire glass door. you can still see that the broken particals are still there inside the rubber washer on door which I haven't cleanup yet.

            This is the quality of product and unfortunately I'm the one suffering from it. We are fortunate enough to survive from it.

            I have question to Samsung that what if there could be someone from my family around the washing machine at the time of explosion and if there was any medical emergency. Who would be hold responsible for this?
            What if this issue happened with one of your family member, will you still be blaming to yourself that it is because of you, who have not taken appropriate care of product and it's all because of your misuse??

            I do appreciate that I am using all product of Samsung - refrigerator, tv, mobile, home appliances and till now I did not have any complaint about it but unfortunately I have to say with this bad experience that I would never gonna buy any Samsung product onwards and will advise all of my relatives and friends never to go with Samsung. With this I think you should be understating how much frustrated I am. Initially with the response from mr Ajith and now with customer care. All are just trying to avoid my concern and show that how good they are in selling the product rather than resolving the issue.

            I can't just accept what you are saying me to do as it is against my integrity and principles. I am writing because I live by certain principles and I appreciate if someone understand this then please someone from Samsung to take a step ahead and help me by resolving my issue

            What do you mean by service id pending for my confirmation?? Which confirmation are you looking for??
            If you get what I wrote in my email then you should be cleared enough to understand that I am waiting for the response from you. Please come and get the product/ part replace asap. I have all the documents warranty paper ready so if need I can give you the copy of it.
            Against complaint [protected] dts 10/8/17, engineer visited and did the job . He made a cash-memo for Rs 1657, collected the amount but did not leave the cash-memo . Neither did he get any report signed

              Writing here for the 6th time in the last one month. I bought a Samsung Refrigerator with convertible freezer on 13 th of July 2017. Since the very next day I have been complaining regularly and til now have made more than 25 complaints through phone, E-mail and consumer complaints forum but I have not been given a resolution yet. I have had more than 7 engineer visits and the engineers themselves have recognised and reported the problem to the service centre manager in Aligarh, U.P. which is Sri Balaji enterprises and temperature readings and photos/videos have been sent to to the service centre manager and to the head office as well but still nothing has happened till now. Whenever I call the service centre I have been told that they will call me back but I never get any call back from samsung. I feel like I have made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing a samsung product. This brand sucks and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For a problem that is so evident it has taken them more than a month and still I have no update about what is going on regarding providing resolution to my problem. I have attached pics of the problem with the freezer as well so that all could have a look at it and see for themselves how Samsung make a fool of you and then leaves you to suffer alone with no positive assistance whatsoever. I pray to God for Samsung's failure and I wish they go bankrupt. I would like to warn you all reading this to not buy any Samsung product because you could become a victim like me any day. Please beware and do not buy Samsung products.

                    I had purchased a J5 Prime mobile phone on 09.06.2017 from Shree Telecom Durgapur, West Bengal. Mobile is not charging. Called customer care vide complaint no [protected]. As per advice and address given went to Service station at Durgapur. Found address given is wrong. Again called customer care but received no help. Finally reached the service center at Durgapur. After waiting for 1 hr there I was told "Charger Problem". They do not have any spares. I was asked to come again after 8/9 days. No definite time period was given. This is highly frustrating. After 2 months the charger goes bad and again service centers are helpless. What should I do now?

                      Most Pathetic Service for A Flagship Mobile & Privileged Customer

                      Issue raised on 22nd July 2017, for a mobile purchased on 22nd July 2016.
                      Pink line on the screen, to which Executive advised troubleshooting and a repair within warranty if its a hardware issue. The tone of the rest of the service post second call has been most apathetic and as frustrating as can be. Now the escalation team is offering me discounts for the repair (not buying the previous communication) Even the mail service to CEO Office does not respond.

                      More importantly, this is an issue acknowledged by Samsung globally. In fact I learnt from the Service Manager, because of this issue Samsung has changed the Display Component of All S7Edge devices just 3-4 months back.

                      Just because phone is not blasting off and causing harm physically to anyone, this issue is not in the limelight (However one can google and find out how many consumers are samsung has replaced displays of so many devices in other countries even out of warranty cases for free.

                      Just To Summarize:
                      1. Issue was there much before it was reported and even If you go by absolute 365 Days Logic (Phone was activated on 22nd Evening)
                      2. One of the executives committed resolution (he represented SAMSUNG) and there is no reason I should believe others and not him.
                      3. No privileged customer like treatment, no stand by unit, no call backs, sick behavior by Escalation Team.
                      4. No reply from even CEO Office. Even Escalation Team does not answer calls. I leave a voice message and then they call back. Its been more than 10 Days - Without a Phone (And nobody even cares)

                      Desired Resolution:
                      1. Refund (Suitable amt which we mutually deem fit)
                      2. Replacement with some other device (I am not trusting S7Edge again)
                      3. Repair and then take it back as charity (if above 2 are not possible)

                      Phone is lying with the Service Center for 10 Days now.
                      I work in Top Management of an MNC and cant live without my data and contact details. Could not even take back up as screen was not working to choose options. Was not even offered a standby phone. This is when my records show more than 2Lacs purchase in less than a year.

                      Got a call from SAMSUNG India Social Media Team (Mayank)
                      To no surprise, he said he cannot do anything about it.

                      Also, denied to share the escalation matrix. And quite blatantly said "Do whatever you want to"
                      Let's see how far it goes, since I would not stop escalating and spreading it around until it reaches the Sr Management.

                      I wonder why they even have escalations team in place when they can't even understand the issue.
                      All executives seem to be going their way and a consumer is made to accept whatever is best suited to SAMSUNG.

                      I am having a similar issue with my flagship as well, and the worst part is that the company is offering discounts instead of accepting their fault, neither the ceo is replying, nor am i satisfied with the resolution.
                      My phone is with the service centre since 2 weeks now,
                      I guess social media is the only way i can get them to listen to me now,

                      I am already looking for the top management team on social media and trying to get in touch with them in whatever way i can.

                      Will soon be posting on every social media on how Samsung is cheating its clients.

                      Hey Anirudh,

                      Thats exactly what I am going through & I guess the right step in this direction is to somehow escalate this to the top management. In the process of doing this. It seems Asian (Read Indian) Markets are always taken as granted by such MNCs. Since if you go through a few global community forums, SAMSUNG has openly acknowledgement this as product's fault and repaired it even when it has been out of warranty.

                      To tell you the truth, one of the service managers has also told me that the unit has been replaced for new units (a couple of months back). Lets just voice it together in all forums possible and get hold of their top management email IDs (please PM me your contact no. lets work on it)

                      Like in this case, I was shocked by this executive behavior named Mr. Mayank (PR Social Media/Consumer Portal Escalations).

                      He first said he ll take it up and get back to me and later said, we cannot do anything. Do whatever you want to... I mean being a customer I was more diligent and courteous expressing my opinions. Pathetic!

                        Hello,

                        It's been a pathetic Service and product quality from Samsung. I bought new side by side refrigerator 3 years back and since then been facing issues. Now it's compressor has to be replaced for which the complaint was raised on 24th July, 2017 (complaint no. [protected]). During the first technician visit we were assured that problem will be rectified in 2 days but now it's almost a month, no resolution. Service center keeps on providing one or the other excuse, earlier we were told that there is a shipment delay, then some billing issue. It's been a a very bad experience of buying a Samsung product, they don't care about the customer. Escalating through the Samsung Help desk is not helping either, every time I call, get a new date of fixing the issue. Samsung is truly opposite to what they say about customer service. They are non-committal to the quality and service.

                          I had a samsung s7 edge which I raised complaint and provided to the service centre.

                          They accepted that its the mistake from service centre and told me that they will waiver the cost of the parts and I will have to pay the tax amount of 5000/-.

                          I told them to contact me after 2 days and without contacting they have closed my case.

                          Worst service from samsung its been more than 45 days since the phone is in service centre.

                          Regretting for buying s8 now.

                            I had purchased Samsung Double Door Fridge 4 years ago. On Aug 9th 2017, the freezer stopped cooling. We lodged the complaint [protected] for the same. 3 visits have been made by the service engineers. Till Aug 9th 2017, everything was working fine except the freezer. On first visit the engineer said that gas need to be filled then it will work fine. On 2nd visit, they cut all the pipes to check the pressure and on 3rd visit they said that it is non-repairable since there is internal leakage of gas. You can see the attached pictures.                             On Aug 18th 2017, a senior executive of Samsung confirmed on telephone that the life cycle of such products is 5 Years only.

                            So never trust on their Advertisements or the verbal commitments made by their dealers regarding Durability & Quality.

                            “Dada Kharidey Pota Bartey” is not applicable on their products. Please consider this before putting your Hard earned money in SAMSUNG products.

                            Still the executive is defending the incompetency of their trained and certified Service Engineers. He said that they are so trained that they can tell you about the damage only after damaging your working product – Hats off to their expertise !!! If the so called Authorised service center and their trained staff can not repair the minor defects in their products then what kind of After Sales Service SAMSUNG is providing - Only God Knows.

                            The local technicians (Non-Certified/Trained Engineers) are far better than their Certified Engineers.

                            I reported the matter twice on Samsung India CEO office also through E-Mail through their web portal. But I have not received any response from his office so far.

                              It is with extreme sadness and apathy I am writing this email to you as a consumer of your brand and not necessarily your product. As a market leader in consumer electronics products your brand stands out in the market and influences a consumer like me to buy your brand for the sheer entertainment and value for product proposition.

                              I had purchased a Samsung Led TV (Model UA32H4100ARMXL) 32 inch from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Madhyamgram, West Bengal on 15/06/2014 (Invoice attached # 1) with great expectations. The choice was made basis a brand which probably gave perception of quality and longevity which was again reassured at the time of sale by the sale representatives at the showroom. Your warranty was 1 year, further after consultation with the representative I have taken Extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz for 2 more years for mental satisfaction.

                              Coming to the problem:-

                              (1st)
                              There was a display problem (some straight line on the display) which has come up within 17 months (11/11/2015) of the purchase and the same is apparently not covered under the warranty as 1 year has been elapsed. Claim No.OC[protected]-00001324. Claim settled on 28/01/2016 after 2 & 1/2 month from reporting/complaint date. They have collected Rs.150.00 + Rs.350.00 (receipt has been attached # 3)

                              (2nd)
                              Again display problem occurred (black spot on the display) on 02/04/2017 and I lodged complaint with Bajaj Allianz on 21/04/2017, (Claim No.OC[protected]-[protected] and same has been resolved on 19/05/2017 after 1 month. They have collected Rs.500.00 (receipt has been attached # 4)

                              Current Problem –

                              (3rd)
                              From today (13/08/2017) moning no display is coming only sound is coming. I have called your customer care (Ref. No.[protected]) and your official told me to raise a service call which again cost to Rs.600.00 +GST of 18%. And further cost can be calculated after the verification of your service engineer.

                              And I think this will go on and on for ever.

                              Questions & observation:

                              What accountability does samsung has towards the brand it sells in the market on trust and on quality which it states it is a pioneer in, where the product not even manages beyond 17 months. Just to state, my ealier tv set was LG – Cineplus which lasted for more then 17 years without any replacement or repair. If I compare the brand value with Samsung and the delivery of my product given by Samsung it just doesn’t match.
                              I am not claiming a life time warranty in a electronic goods but a mental satisfaction with the product as I have purchased your product with a great expection.

                              Now my question is, what wrong I had done to purchase this selective piece which has not even lasted 17 months. Not only that, it did not give me a mental satisfaction for a single day.

                              But with such type of experience it will be difficult to refer the brand to someone else in this competition.

                              Also as a consumer if you put yourself in my place, I have been devoid of the minimum experience the product should have given me a brand which I trusted and believed upon and not looked a local brand which would have given the same durability of not more.

                              I sincerely await a positive response and not a automated (Protocol response mechanism) of the number of days I and my family have to undergo for not having to watch our beloved programs which are part of the life and experience which one wants to be.

                              After s week long discussion with the customer care executive they send a person who charged Rs.295.00 just for on and off the tv (no screw has been opened) and gave a estimate of Rs.16000.00 for repairing. After discussion with the customer care executive the same has been reduced to Rs.9000.00. But their will be no warrenty as they are giving the discount. Now my question is that after purchasing no service has been given by SAMSUNG. In this 3 years this TV Went to service centre for atleast 4 times. Not a single day it given us pleasure for having a SAMSUNG like brand LED TV. Which I have purchased by giving 27000. nearly another 3000 spent further in this BOX. I think SAMSUNG made their product for 1 year only. And before purchase a SAMSUNG LED TV once should bear in mind that fact. After my horrible experience with SAMSUNG LED I never recommend my near and dear relatives this brand.

                              Once again I state that I am not claiming a life time warrenty but atleast 3 to 5 years is not a bad demand.

                              Next week I will move to Consumer Forum to discuss my issue if they can help me in this worst situation.
                              They have a slogan "Jago grahok jago" See what happend their.

                              I repaired the same TV by giving 3000 from outside. They demanded 16000 finally 9000 (without warranty) for repairing it.
                              Will never advice to anybody to purchase SAMSUNG LED TV.

                                I have purchased 02 nos. mobiles 1) Galaxy J2 and 2) Galaxy J7 prime mobile on 17.06.2017. The Galaxy J2 mobile is been hanged and not started on 06.08.17, hence self has contacted to customer service, they advised to contact Service Center. (Call Ref.No.[protected]). I handed over Mobile to Mangalmurti Enterprises (Service Center), Thane on 08.08.17 but before submission they asked to be ready to pay Rs.3000/- if set damage at time of repairing, also if not damage then handset will repair under warranty and after verbal approval they accepted handset for repairing. On 08.08.17 (Tuesday) evening I have received message from Sam-CCC that handset is ready and collect from service center but on 09.08.17 (Wednesday) service center executive called & asked to pay Rs.3000/-, also confirmed that the ignore received message from SamCCC. On.08.08.17 How SamCCC sent message that Mobile is ready to collect?? and later Mangalmurti Service Center asked to pay Rs.3000/-, this arm twisting policy of service center to recover money from customer, I need fair justice against this issue, otherwise will take up this issue in consumer court and this last purchase of Samsung product because It seems that SAMSUNG doesn't have control on their Service Centers, they looting to customer giving false information. (Last communication Ref.[protected] with Samsung Customer Service Center)

                                  I have given my service request for my led tv ua22f5100, sl. No. 23533zng808974 in first week of aug. And mr. Yahpal samsung service engineer from hapur (Up) service center has visited and inspected the tv and also taken the pictures of the fault. Then he said somebody will come to replace the parts.

                                  After that no one has visited so far. Again we have lodged the complaint in toll free no. And the reference no. Given is [protected].

                                    U have added it for j7 pro y can't u add for note 5
                                    I am a samsung lover and i hate when lower end phones get new update than higher end please push the update fast it's a better device and no update on always on display to this mobile i have s7 edge and i love its always on display

                                      Dear sir i m a regular customer of samsung mobils because i think samsung is a best in mobiles . but still i m totally desappointed to samsung carere centers services
                                      i m a last 10 year regular customer of samsung what this time brand service is too poor. I m purchase the brand new samsung s7 edge is date on 28/01/2017.After two or three months before my display is broken so i m replace that i n my cost not cpvered in warranty.
                                      sir my issue is that the service center that name is( INS TALESHOP) is located in sonipat.Is repair mobile display actually im working a other city (ludhiana)
                                      so i check that in after two or three days what the display is not working properly
                                      so cantact your toll free number[protected] and login to my complete.and visit to our near samsung care center is located KRISHNA MANDIR LUDHIANA.
                                      The care center name is MOBILE SOLUTION.The service center boy check that my handset and he tell me that. our previous service center not close my call . He tell me that something is RR not close by previous service center sonipat.and ludhiana service center tell me that plz visit again to SONIPAT SERVICE CENTER .But that is not possible to me because is totally to 250km distance inmy home. That problem is starting 10/07/2017 to till date .but not solution in till date. I m totally disapointed to your services . At last i m visit all care centers in ludhiana but no body can help me .At last i was send my phone to again sonipat care center is name is (INS TELESHOP) TO COURIER BY DTDC .The docat number is D35877735. AND PLEASE TELL ME THAT WHAT IS (RR).
                                      And tell me one thing my display cost is pay to samsung company not care center
                                      because my thing is company is too better other outlets but thats my wrong thing
                                      the other outletsv is better then company im totally disapointe and i m not telling and suggested to some one to purchase samsung any brand because its service is too poor and diapointing.
                                      But after your poor services i m purchasing your brand new S8 samsung MOBILE PHONE .But my previous mobile phone is on warranty what after your poorr services is cost is totally lost . so please return S7 EDGE COST .
                                      For your kind information my regester mobile number is [protected] is regester 'on my both mobile handsets so please check that because i m not bluf[censored] to want any advantage .

                                      Please as good coustmer i want a revart on this mail . otherwise i m taking other steps in social media and go away to consumer court . so please force me to that i m taking that steps . thats my first and last mail.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        As per our visit with Samsung Care and tele talk with Samsung Care, we regret inform you that my phone Samsung J Mobile Phone was blast on 11th August 2017 evening approx. at 8:00 PM. Which was purchased from A One Mobile and Gift gallery? Its IME Number Is [protected], Model Number is SAMSUNG J2 4G, 2015 edition, Bat No. S/NRJ8G90RHFRR. As per bill attached herewith.

                                        We have talked with Customer care officer about blast of phone and we have not got any satisfactory answer from samsung care side.

                                        So we are submitting my blasted phone to customer care office Anand and we are requested herewith to do the needful action immediately and replace the phone.

                                        We expect best co-operation for that matter otherwise we shall be forced to take legal action and make police case or we will go Grahak Surkasha as it may necessary.

                                        We hope your Samsung company will take necessary action and we will get by phone quickly with running condition or replace the new phone.

                                        સર અમને સોમસુંગ તરફ થી કોઈ જવાબ હજુ સુધી આવીયો નથી, અને સેમસંગ કેર આનંદ તરફ થી મને એવું જાણવામાં આવ્યુ કે તમારી કમ્પ્લેઇન્ટ નું કઈ થઇ શકે તેમ નથી એવો લેટર મારા ઘરે પોસ્ટ દ્વારા મોકલવામાં આવીયો તે અંગે મેં સેમસંગ કેર ટોલ ફ્રી નંબર પર કોલ કર્યો તો મને કહેવામાં આવ્યુ કે તમારો કેસ અમારા અધિકારી પાસે છે,
                                        બીજી વાત એ છે કે આજ થી 3 દિવેસ પેલા સેમસંગ કેર આણંદ માંથી મને જાણવામાં આવે છે કે તમારા પર લેટર સેમસંગ હેડ ઓફિસે પર થી આવશે પણ લેટર આણંદ સેમસંગ કેર માંથી આયો અને તેમાં મને જાણવામાં આવ્યું કે તમારા મોબાઈલ નું કઈ થઇ શકે તેમ નથી, તે અંગે મેં સેમસંગ કેર આણંદ કોલ કરીયો ( [protected]) તો મને કે છે કે મોબાઈલ નું કઈ થશે નઈ તમારે જે કરવું હુંય તે કરો. અને લેટર અંગે પૂછ્યું કે તમે મને લેટર મોકલીયો તો પછી જૂઠું કેમ કીધી કે સેમસંગ હેડ ઓફિસે થી લેટર આવશે।

                                        પ્રિય સાહેબ તમને વિનંતી કરું છું કે આના માટે હું શુ કરી શકું મારે આગળ લીગલ પ્રોસ્સેસ કરવી છે સેમસંગ કેર વાળા જૂઠું બોલે છે. તેમની સર્વિસ ખરાબ છે ગ્રાહક જોડે પણ સરખી રીતે વાત કરવામાં આવતી નથી અને સેમસંગ તરફ થી મને કોઈ જવાબ નથી મળિયો।
