I have sumitted my underwarranty samsung j7prime mobile for display fault @samsung care diamondharbour... Twice but they have done nothng... Wenever i ask for my mobile they say it wl take more days... And they r doing this repeatedly without rectifiyng my mobile... How worst service from samsung... I have bougt it 17000 rs aftr 4 months its display gone faulty... Really all customer should take serious note of dis also for customers who r thinking of buing new samsung.

    Hi,

    Samsung dealer charged me 1774/- for gas refilling on 17-july-17 but problem not resolved, multiple ph. Calls i have made to customer care no.[protected] but every time they assured me to assign engineer for the rectification but till date the problem not resolved

    Since 2nd july i have faced lots of inconvenience due to this, having worst experience with samsung appliance

    1. 2-july-17 service request - [protected]

    3. 26-july-17 service request - [protected]
    4. 10-aug-17 service request - [protected]

    I have raised a complaint to consumer forum (383426 dated 10-aug-17) also regarding this if not resolved will go for consumer court

    I am fed up with this, in the peak summers my small kids & family faced problem just because of poor service support now i am frustrated & mentally harassed from this all

    Who will bear the loses occurred due to this from last 1 month ????

        I dr. Rajesh kumar more had purchased samsung s7 edge on 25/10/16 from samsung plaza emall they forced me to purchase phone insurance for rs 4500 of a company named apps daily which i thought was a sister concern of samsung.
        I purchased the insurance getting assurance from samsung plaza that i will get free replacement within 10 days of any damage/theft of the phone.

        After 10 months my phone's screen got damaged, so i went to the samsung plaza store to get it repaired. Samsung plaza manager mr. Sanjay sen told me that the insurance company has winded up their business so samsung plaza can't honor the insurance cover. Mr sanjay sen even has provided in writing that they are not responsible for the products they have sold. And regarding any complain i can visit samsung customer care center lee road.

        When i visited samsung customer care, their executive ms. Bharati chandra told that they were not responsible for the products being sold at samsung stores other than samsungs own product. Thus she endorsed that they can sale any product under the cover of samsung official outlets without being responsible for the same.

        She further referred me to samsung executive mr. Sanjay dubey

        Both of them did not respond to any of my repeated requests.

        I would like necessary action from your end in this matter as soon as possible

          BOYCOTT SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. PATHETIC AND WORST AFTER SERVICE. THUGS ARE DEALING WITH THEIR AFTERSALE SERVICE CENTERS.
          We purchased a dual door samsung fridge without checking about service capability of the company. Now we are facing the issues. Within 1 year it stopped functioning and after about 20-30 phone calls they came and told some part burnt out and has to be replaced. They don't have the part locally and hence had to be procured from Haryana. The overall duration for the fridge to be rectified took more than 10 days. Pathetic after sale service and their local engineers are pathetic.
          Now again 1 week ago fridge suddenly became dead. Called the customer service and complained. Engineer does not turn even after 48 hrs. You have keep calling customer care repeatedly and everytime have to tell the story again. This time they gave service engineer number [Mr. Sunil]. He never answers phone and again we call call center and then ultimately after 20-30 calls Mr Sunil tells he will come next day morning at 11 am. We do not go to our work and wait for him. Does not turn till 1 pm next day. We are trying on phone and does not answer cell phone also. Again we had to call customer call center. Ultimately he is located and says he can't come today since he is in a meeting.He was so rude and we wanted to give Again we desparately call customer care and they arrange for Emperor "Sunil" arrival. He comes and checks the fridge and says mother board gone and replacement required. Goes off saying he will speak to his boss. Then get a message by Mr. Basha [Anothr Emperor] of Samsung saying the part as to be arranged from Noida and will take 3 days. 3 days over no response, Emperor Basha we tried, ignores our calls, cuts our calls. Again we have approach the call center and these guys know hot to waste time. We were on with them for almost 2 hours holding on. Ultimately next day that is after 6 days, they say ordered wrong part and hence they need to re-order again taking another extra 5 days. Our frustrated reached a threshold, we called call center people to give higher authority phone numbers, which they bluntly refused saying they will not give. They are asking us to write to customer care via mail. Ultimately some guy Mr. Sunder from chennai called and like parrot he repeated everything happened all these days and said it will take another 5 days. We asked him to give all these statements as a email or written, for which he is bluntly refusing, saying its not policy of Samsung to give to customer anything in written.Why is afraid to give anything in writing when he has not done anything wrong. This shows Samsung India is reckless andirresponsible company, which harasses customers to the extent of breakdown.
          We all should stop buying Samsung products and creat a awareness campaign.

          I purchased c9 pro on 30 April 2017, Signal lost problem from very beginning. Many times contact to Samsung service centre and even after many complaints to samsung customer care problem not Resolved. Jitender kumar khullar ( advocate) mob. [protected]
          My samsung mobile phone model J2 submit your service center EXCEL SERVICES SATARA for display change date 24 July 2017 and charging point change but he solved only display problem my charging problem is not solved after 12 day this is very bad service I tell him to change my charging point but he ignored what I do now my phone is now switch off

            I have ordered samsung J7 MAX on 27th July 2017 and made payment. It was committed that I will receive the order within 2 to 4 business days(Ideally by 31st July 2017). Till date I have not received the phone that I ordered.

            I have called them more than 3 times post 31st July 2017 and they just gave me an update the the supply is delayed and hence there will be a "Bit" delay and I will get my order in 2 to 3 working days. Last week I called Samsung and spoke to the supervisor and he committed that I will receive my order by this Friday i.e. 11th August 2017. I called them today again as I did not receive any updates (Via email or on cell phone) from them. Again they are saying that I will receive my order on next Monday i.e on 14th august 2017. Which makes no sense as they committed me that by Friday i.e. 11th August 2017 I will receive my order.

            Any ways I am going to cancel the order if I am not getting it by tomorrow or latest by Saturday before 6:00 PM. I am putting this complain as it is n extreme delay and I have already been billed for my order.

              Good afternoon
              I bought a printer on 10march 2017 in bangalore, model no 2071. Few days before i have made request my request no is [protected], yesterday your engineer mr vijay came he is telling some part got damage u have to replace total charges is 3000 approx. My question why u are charging under warranty, if brand like samsung cheat it really hurt i am really sad when i heard that ubhave to pay under warranty.
              I request u to please check the status of my printer and get it done without any charges, as i am not going to pay any charges.

                TODAY I AM AGAIN GOING TO SAMSUNG OFFICE ASHOK VIHAR TO DISCUSS MY PROBLEM OF CHARGING THEY TELL ME THAT DISPLAY WITH JACK HAS BEEN CHANGE WHICH HAS COST OF RS 12000 BUT THEY REFUSE TO SAY THAT WE WILL NOT TAKE CHARGES FROM APPS DAILY FROM WHICH I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY SO PLS ADVISE WHAT I DO I PAY RS 5000 AT THE TIME OF EXTENDED WARRANTY AND NOW THEY WANT RS 12000 WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME SO PLS HELP ME ASAP

                  With to above it is regretted to inform you that, the complaint remains unattended till no. The technician assigned (Mr. Mubashir) on calling not only refused to come also told that matter may be reported to the higher officials. On calling on your toll free no. Again & again only answer received was " matter has been reported to higher office & the problem will be soled within 24 hrs. Let me tell you that mr. Mubashir has behaved in the same manner few months ago.

                    Hi,

                    Sorry to inform you that I am really disappointed with my new Samsung S7 edge phone. I bought it last week and found a scratch on it in 5 days. As the screen has gorilla glass I thought of not putting on a screen guard. The phone hasn't fallen or there were no such activities done from my side which could result in a scratch. In my family all are Samsung customers and till date we were happy about the products and we do recommend it people.

                      I wish to complain about SAMSUNG J7 MAX (IEMI NO. [protected]) that I purchased on 23rd of July 2017 from croma south ex. Delhi. (Invoice no. SLA[protected]
                      I am complaining because after purchase mobile after few hours I faced network problem & hanging issue in that phone .so I visit in Croma(25th July) for replacement but no response. I contacted cc but no response. I send mail to the company but no satisfactory response from company side. To resolve this problem, I would like you to replace my product or refund my money.
                      I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I already file complaint against croma in consumer forum.I am enclosing copies of my receipt

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        I am really upset to inform you to get the permanent solution, would like to bring your kind notice that, i have purchased one new 230 lts single door direct cool refrigerator (Samsung rr23k274zdz/230 ltr ref, s/n: 0a6h4zah600901) on 19/10/2016 from your dealer m/s great eastern electronics (M/s great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd.) bagnan, west bengal, vide invoice no bn/sa/1617/06622 dated 19/10/2016, amounting rs. 17, 600/-, which is still under warranty period till date.

                        They have delivered the product on 20/10/2016, after taking delivery i have found there is manufacturing defects as mentioned below.

                        1. Bulge out on the body, where magnetic strip of the door is seating. Which will cause leakages of inside cooling air in future & will result low cooling and high electricity consumption.
                        2. There were are waviness in side wall of the refrigerator body.
                        3. Cracking noise coming from the refrigerator during running condition.

                        On 22/10/2016 service engineer mr santanu manna has visited for attending the complaint and i have shown him those defects. He has taken photographs of the defected areas and told the product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

                        On 29/04/2017 service engineer mr asit kumar pal has visited for attending the complaint and i have shown him those defects. He has taken photographs of the defected areas and told the product will be replaced accordingly. I have written on his job sheet also (Copy enclosed).

                        Till date i have yet not been received the replacement of same product, for your kind reference please note one of the complaint no – [protected] which has been registered to your toll free no, i had called-up total 9 times for this reason and for replacement of the product (Some of the sms copy also enclosed, fyip).

                        I have kept all the cartoon packages and booklet for replacement purpose as it is condition, fyip.

                        Please note, this is purely a manufacturing defects & i need immediate replacement of the same product, kindly arrange accordingly.

                          I have Purchased my product from samsung shop with order ID[protected]
                          I have received my refrigerator on date 1st Aug''''17 and after installation on 2nd of Aug''''17 (Service request no: [protected]) where the service engineer completely denied to check the product and told that i am here for installation only and he installed the product and went
                          The day after ie from 3rd Aug i have found number of following issues :
                          1. Water Dispenser not working
                          2. Freeze is not cooling as per requirement
                          3. Lot of Water droplets and moisture in freeze and freezer

                          I am continuously following up with customer care to visit but was told some senior engineer would be visiting soon . I got call from service engineer on 6th Aug''''17 and was told that he will be unable to come after that i got call on from another service engineer on 7th and was told that he will be visiting at 2pm but havent came i was so surprised that no one was bother to resolve the issue and i am really sorry to say that after buying such costly and unique product but no is cared to take followup
                          Finally today on 8th Aug Service engineer visited and fixed water dispenser issue but after 2 hrs it again stopped working for other related issues i was told that senior team will be visiting
                          I request to samsung requested to replace my piece as i am not convenience and problem are still not resolved
                          Today on 9th Aug''17 i got a call from customer care but none have visited to resolve the issue

                            I have purchased side by side refrigerator on 10th june. But my normal fridge side not cooling properly. I have complained so many time. One day service center people hs changed sensor but problem not rectified. I have complained to sent senior engineer. One people has come he detected that 3nos sensors to be changed. He has misbehaved with my family and challenged that no body will come further and now complained has closed without visiting the home.
                            So it requested to take necessary step to rectify other wise i will file case in consumer coart as well as in session coart for mishaving with my family also for not rectification. It is also mental harsment.

                              I have bought a samsung s7 edge on september 14th 2017 by exchanging a note 5 and was one of the first ones in my friends circle to buy it, later many of my friends seeing my phone have bought the same.

                              The front screen has cracked last months and when i approached the service center they refused to repair my phone under 999 screen replacement offer. My friends who have bought after me are able to avail to this offer but me inspite of me being a loyal samsung customer. This is highly unfair and it is penalizing people who want to try your new phones.

                              My experience of the phone is getting compromised by using a cracked screen and if i wish to replace it is very expensive.

                              Request samsung to extend this offer considering that i am a loyal customer and have tried all their high end phones.

                                The only reason why am posting this message is, want to make people aware of the cons of buying expensive stuff from branded guys like samsung.

                                I bought samsung smart 3d tv in aug 2013 for 72000.

                                Couple of days back display blacked out. Registered a request - [protected].
                                Technician visited the site and said that the tv display panel has gone and it would take 40000 bucks to replace it and the warranty is only for one year.

                                There is no point in buying these so called branded expensive tv's when the warranty is only one year and the product doesn't last even four years.

                                People are just robbed of their hard earned money with cheap products like this!!

                                Am pretty much disappointed with this kind of quality.

                                This is just not acceptable.

                                Never going to buy another samsung product in my life time!!

                                    But today is 9th of august 2017 and already 15 days gone without any solution nor i received any response form your people.

                                      I had done an amc with sn enterprises for my samsung 1.5 tr split ac on 15/05/2017 and had handed over a cheque in favour of sn enterprises for rs 4600 to mr sankor mondal. Please note that no money receipt was provided at the time of collecting the cheque

                                      The above cheque was encashed on 18/05/2017. However, after the cheque was encashed, sn enterprises deliberately delayed handing over the amc documents to me. I had to make several calls to sn enterprises and the engineer sankor mondal but they delayed delivering me the papers using various alibi. I received the document only after i escalated a complaint to the samsung executive support desk.

                                      I booked a call for low cooling on 08/08/2017 with ref no - [protected] and soon after i received a call from[protected]. Though i could make out from the voice on the other end that the caller was sankor himself, he used a different name to identify himself. He told me that my amc was no longer valid and they are ready to refund the money. He even said that i would have to pay rs 590 as service charges for the repair call. He has called me several time since then from the same above phone number.

                                      I would suggest samsung to take strict action against fraudulent service centers like sn enterprises. The only reason i had done the amc from sn enterprises was because they were listed as authorized samsung service centers.

                                      This series of events has left a very bitter taste for samsung and their service centers in my mouth and i vow never ever to purchase anything from samsung ever again.

                                      It sickens me to the core to find a tier-1 consumer electronics company like samsung appointing such unscrupulous service centers and engineers to serve their customers.

                                      Do not buy any SAMSUNG product. They appoint rogue third party service centers to provide after sales support and everyone in their customer support department is untrustworthy. Right from the CEO desk executives to regular support.

Replied — each time wrested time only on cell details, fridge details, add, problem nature after my answer they said - escalated to higher level, some one will visit in 24 hrs. I[censored] can't serve then why not say - we. Samsung can't. I hope some answer from the company/ management.
