I have purchased a mobile of your company model J-7 Prime on 12 May 2017 from Universal Mega Store Pushpa Complex Hisar vide invoice number UMS/17-18/0228 dated 12 May, 2017. There is crack on USB cable pin which is straightly a manufacturing defect.
I approached in this regard to your mobile care but they refused to change it. When I argued with them again and again then they asked to deposit mobile set along with that cable but as we all know USB cable is purely different with handset which means they were just throwing the matter here and there.
Therefore I came back from there as it was purely unfeasible to give deposit the handset along with this cable.
I want to convey you in through this mail that
1. My Mobile handset is in warranty / guarantee period.
2. USB cable is having manufacturing defect so it deserves to be changed
3. I felt tired now after going this care and that care for this change.

Therefore I finally request you to change my USB cable keeping in mind it's manufacturing defect and guarantee period.

    Writing a complaint on this forum for the 5th time or more but it is reaching to some deaf and blind people in samsung who are not taking any action instead of me complaining regularly since last 25 days. I bought a samsung refrigerator on 13th of july 2017 from master world electronics, railway road, aligarh, u. P. And since the very next day i. E. 14th of july 2017 i have been continuously complaining about the freezer compartment. It is making too much moisture or having excessive problem of condensation for which i have also attached photos for all to have a look at. I have had more than 9 engineer visits and engineers themselves have recognised and informed about the issue to the service centre manager mr ashok and to the head office as well. Photos and temperature reading have been sent twice to ms silky from noida head office and yet i haven't got any resolution from samsung's side. Whenever i call her she is either on leave or don't pick up the phone and call goes to the answering machine.
    I want anyone reading this to know that samsung's customer service has become pathetic and worst among all the big brands and i would like to request you all not to buy samsung products especially their refrigerators and air conditioners cuz in 3 years my samsung split ac's compressor has already been changed twice. My last complaint reference no. Is [protected] or [protected].
    I don't have hope of a quick resolution from samsung as it has already been more than 25 days. Now only a miracle could save me from these frauds and having my hard earned 38000 rupees go to waste.

    Samsung is the worst brand in the world and has the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life.

    It has been more than a month now and I have made a total of 26 complaints or even more until now with no result from samsung. What a shame. I wish Samsung fails miserably in India due to their pathetic customer service and making their customers feel helpless and irritated to the core.

      I am facing the same issue in my s7 edge. I brought the phone online from samsung store at launch in april. A pink line appeared after 11 months but it used to come and go. When i went to the service centre it wasnt there. They said they can only do something when the problem is there. After a couple of months the line became more frequent and is now permanent. I went to the service centre a month back and they said display need to be changed for inr 14500 i think. Please let me know what to do as originally when the problem was there it was in warrenty unfortunately i did now issue a complaint just talked to the guy so i dont have the complaint number. I am also a loyal samsung customer and have been using its phone only from last 10 years. Plz let me know if you can do something.

        I am perches a samsung refrigerator date - 15/08/16 from raipur electronics pvt ltd. But since of perches my refrigerator showing lots of problem. I was think that was a minor issue so contact with samsung customer care and raise complain. Then service engineer visit and said deep fro-zing issue. He was said to me and guide me every week two time press deep froze button and i did same but issue not resolved. Day after day i am raise complaint engineer visit but no one resolved my issue. Till today 08/08/17 engineer visit and said to me as same as last one year. Now i am claim my money back or give me a new refrigerator (Same model) or i m going to higher then higher authority and complaint for this... Contact me [protected]..

          I have brought a samsung galaxy s8 on 2nd may, 2017 (Order ref:[protected] under no cost emi offer. I was supposed to get the emi amount refunded to my credit card within 90 days but i have not received it yet. I have called samsung customer care a multiple times for resolution of the issue as mu due date for payment of emi is on 09/08/2017 but only thing i received as a reply is we are looking into it and escalating the issue to the concerned team.
          I have also replied to every mail from the samsung team and have attached the invoice and bank statement for month of may, june and july as i was asked for (Email reference: [protected]).
          This is highly unacceptable from a reputed company like samsung, when even after failing the commitment period, it is reluctant to resolve the issue for its customer.
          Now i am not able to pay the full emi amount for this month, bank will charge me a addition penalty for late payment and who should pay that because it is negligence on behalf of samsung and not me.

          Kindly look into it and resolve it asap.

My phone is in warranty period and my handsfree and data cable is not working and i was gose to the samsung service center "maa communication (Samsung service centre) 180a, sukhdev market, bhishma pitamah marg, arjun nagar, kotla mubarakpur, defence colony, new delhi, delhi 110003" they said these accessories has been not change but my phone is in warranty period then why he said no.

              Complaint is regrading my refrigerator have submit the complaint to the helpline that in my refrigerator cooling is totally absent. So they send me the technical executive on 07/07/2017. Name of the guy is gurpreet he visited to my place and checked the refrigerator after that he clearly mentioned that there is gas problem and we need to refill the gas along with we will change one part total are charges are around, visiting charges is 354 and 125 for gas refill and the extra for part change. I agree on this. But he said we will not work on holidays so it will be done by tomorrow on dated 08/08/2017. Now today without any confirmation i have received the call from the executive that sir i am on the way to your home i said i am in office so please wait till 2'0 clock even you should inform me before coming his reply was sir in that case i will come to you by tomorrow i am only a single guy to handle the complaint so i requested him to stay or come back he declined my request.
              After that i again called to the customer care now there they send a new executive but the shocking part is he is saying sir there is 1520 charges for gas refill i said i was not aware about it even your colleague told me approx 125 his reply was sir it is a common sense so now tell me what should i do its being 4 days my refrigerator is not working so kindly resolve my issues as

              New updation to the complaint is i have seen my refrigerator propely back SIde the gas supply pipe gas been cut by the technician without my knowledge. they are just harssing me with pathetic actions.its been 7 days i am suffering from heat and my refrigerator is not working. pls understand the pain and resolve my issues at utmost priority

              Its being more then 7 days there is no updation towards resolving my issue. I am suffering a lot because before visiting the technician there was some cooling but that was to low after visited the technician he had cut the gas pipe without my knowledge.Now cooling is totally absent. Day by day i am facing the pain being harass by your company.There is a whether temperature is more then 40 degree census and my refrigerator is not working .Kindly resolve my issues on priority .

                The samsung sd memory card of 64 and 128 gb was delivered to me from dealscart.com; when i opened the packet i red that on 64 gb sd card of samsung ltd. Was written it is made in koria. And that of the 128 gb sd card of the same company was made in phillipinees. When i inserted the 64 gb card in my lg g5 phone the storage was showing 62 gb as it was right but when 128 gb card was inserted in the same mobile it showed only 14 gb total space of the sd card.

                  Requested for a service of microwave on saturday 5th august 2017 morning 11 am. Following them up since then and made 100 calls asking to send the engineer. Everytime same response - plz wait, we will send the engineer today. But the engineer never came.
                  No follow up from there side, no call no updates.
                  If you cant provide a good service to the customer stop selling your products!! At the end of the day its the services which makes brands better.

                      We have been following since long to get our refrigerator repaired. The service engineer visited our house about 7 days back and done some repair work but after some time, the same again got faulty. He charged an amount of rs. 2400.00. Now, after that, in-spite several requests were made, none of the person had attended.

                        I visited the samsung service centre for an exchange of charger which was under warranty.
                        The civil lines, moradabad center made me visit them atleast 6 times and ultimately rejected to exchange, even though i had the bill.
                        I had to visit delhi, and then finally they exchanged my charger with great satisfaction.

                          I had purchased a samsung galaxy s7 edge on 24th october, 2016 under a scheme wherein if the phone's screen gets damaged within one year i pay an amount of rs.990 and get a new screen on it.
                          However, the phone has been lying with maa communications for almost 2 weeks, they came back to me saying that the phone is not covered under the warranty for the screen change and asked me to pay an amount of rs.13000 (Approx) for the screen change.
                          I have been on calls with samsung customer care/mukesh and khushboo from star communications (South ex) but no-one is able to give me an update on the same.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have purchased samsung refrigerator with the strong recommendation of my friends but i didn't knew that my choice will prove wrong.

                            I have purchased samsung refrigerator with model no - rt30k3983sl from sargam electronics mayur vihar phase -3, delhi. Purchase date is[protected], its only 9 months and a major problem has occurred that the gas has been leaked. I called the service centre and the technician visited the place, he welded the coil but no guarranty is provided for the same. Its really disturbing that after investing so much of money on home appliance and in return i get defected piece which also repaired with no warranty on it. I never expected such poor quality product from such prestigious company lie samsung. Its for sure leakage problem will come again as its once started it keeps on coming again and again. At present it was in warranty period so i dont have to pay anything but in near future it will be costing high.

                              I, deepak saini has purchased a samsung refrigerator which was delivered to me on 24 may 2015.
                              Its work normal one year after one year some cooling problem in fridge and i called samsung service center for complaint.
                              Lots of engineers come from side of samsung and every engineer tell different problem in refrigerator.
                              Someone say gas problem and another one is say sensor problem and another is fan problem & engineer visit charge is charged every time & some spare parts charges.
                              But problem is not solved and currently i suffer same problem on my refrigerator.
                              Again i call in samsung service center. Engineer come and say that is no solution for this problem. Please off your fridge in a day for 3-4 hour after that ice is melt that fix on fan after that fridge is working.
                              So that this is your service.
                              Customer spend lots of many for purchase latest technologies product and suffer this kind of problem and your engineers come & say no solution for this problem.

                              My problem is not solved from last year to current from the side of samsung.

                                  I have purchased samsung a5 on 28/05/2016. It is just above a year and the battery started swelling today in the daytime under normal usage in my office. It has swelled to a point the the back cover has popped out on one side. I would say that it may explode if i turn back on the phone. I just want to know whether such a dangerous life thretening malfunction should be dodged by the dealer/manufacturer with an excuse that the warranty has expired by a couple of months.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i own a twin door refrigerator which was bought on 2011 and have been facing problems since february 2017. Initially they visited and filled gas after which it worked for a month before getting back to the problem state. I have been complaining and following up with them since june 29, it is more than 40 days now and they have not resolved my problem. Every day i complain and then some one calls us up and says that they would send a technician and the problem would be resolved. They have also started telling that the refrigerator is non repairable and nothing can be done. How can a company which manufactures products make such a statement. They have no right to sell a product for 60000 and then after 5 years say that it is not repairable. If they do not have a solution for their equipment it means that they just do not know their product. I had also emailed their ceo mr. Hong, even after which there has been no action. I have been a loyal customer of samsung since the last 15 years and bought everything from hometheatre system, washing machine, led tv, phone and now the refrigerator from samsung. Had a very high opinion about them, but this problem has convinced me not to buy anything from samsung again.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      I purchased a brand new samsung phone - (J7 prime) on[protected] from top 10 shop (Mira road, mumbai) for rs. 16900.00rs. This phone came with a 12 months warranty

                                      Problem : after using it for only 2 months, its touch function started having problems. It was not working, hanging up etc.

                                      Steps taken to resolve the problem :
                                      (1) i went to samsung service center (Fraslin tech care pvt. Ltd) on[protected]. I explained the problem with my new phone and handed it over to them for repair
                                      (2) as on date, they phone is still with the service center
                                      (3) they are demanding a payment of rs. 6000/- stating that the problem with the phone is that "phone was dropped or has been dropped in water"
                                      (4) however, i would like to point out, that the phone was never in contact with water/ moisture. I myself am a qualified it professional and am well aware of taking care of my expensive phone
                                      (5) i have written to samsung customer support, but despite being in warranty period, and just 2 months into usage, the phone is not working properly.

                                      Resolution requested : i have repeatedly communicated to samsung via mail, on phone with call center and verbally at the service center that i am entitled to have this defective phone replaced.

                                      Please help.

                                        I have always been a loyal samsung customer using all samsung devices. I bought samsung s7 edge smart on 03 july 2016 for 53200 and the one time screen replacement offer is available for everyone who bought it on and after 1 october 2016. I now have my s7 edge screen broken now the new screen charges are 16000 as i have checked. I feel very disheartened as i have always bought latest of samsung phones like samsung mega6.3, s4, s6 edge and now s7 edge no matter what price they come with, but i am not considered eligible for the screen replacement offer although i have bought the phone at a higher price than those who bought it in october 2016.
