Hello i am using the samsung galaxy j2 2016. My phone is in warranty period and my handsfree and data cable is not working and i was gose to the samsung service center "maa communication (Samsung service centre) 180a, sukhdev market, bhishma pitamah marg, arjun nagar, kotla mubarakpur, defence colony, new delhi, delhi 110003" they said these accessories has been not change but my phone is in warranty period then why he said no.

My mobile j7 prime 2016 but Mobil not suport external 32 Gb memory card . Internal memory card full than I bought 32 Gb memory card but data not transfer to eternal memory card. So mobile not gallery in show to delete same item.
