I am very disappointed with your chennai service centre. As i had two problems with it 1. Clock always on display not functioning. 2. When i call a number the screen goes off immediately and i am not able to see whether the call is going or not. I have to press the start button to get the screen back. These problems started happening only after i got my phone fixed with a new tempered glass screen protector, golden colour from a genuine samsung dealer for rs. 450/-.
When i approached the service centre and explaining the above i was told that it is not due to the screen and it is a hardware problem and the sensor has to be replaced. As it is under warranty i was asked to hand over the phone for one week for the repair. This happened on 4th august 2017. As i was leaving out of chennai for the weekend i asked them that i will come and handover on 7th, monday. To day i went to handover the phone i was told that the screen has to be removed before opening the phone and they sought my permission. As i said it cost about rs. 450/- and requested them to do the repair of changing the sensor without removing the screen, but they said it is not possible.
Then i agreed and asked them to remove the screen and give it to me before putting the job sheet and sending it for repair. To my surprise i found the phone working perfectly ok and my earlier problem solved.

1. All my efforts of going to the service centre gone waste.
2.in spite of telling them it may be due to screen i got fixed, i was misguided.
3. If i had handed over the phone they would have opened my phone unnecessarily and it will always be susceptible for future defects.
4. Surprised to see 30 counters o[censored]nprofessional sitting in a. C room and misguiding and cheating the public.
5. Observed almost all counters tell the customers that it is soft ware problem and we will reload the soft ware, leave the phone and go.
5. I dont think you need so many layman sitting behind the counter and
Misleading the customers. You could have put few people only to collect the phones for repair and dot need such a show.
6. I had to spend rs.800/- for the taxi to visit service centre and waste two of my working days.
7. I can only say it is pathetic and can happen only in our country and no one is liable for any answer.

    Hi team,

    I have given my samsung galaxy s8 for screen replacement a week ago.
    I got the confirmation message that the screen replacement is done.
    When i get to the customer service centre they are not delivering my mobile.
    I have visited a couple of times still they are saying the test is failing come back later.
    They are not committing the date of delivery.

      I didn't got the update option in uae and then my cell phone good dead just because of there was no update then when i changed the mother board one of your sales promoter officer did fraud just gave me the mother board which doesn't work with wifi and bluetooth and then when i mail on ceo desk just got a mail and message that tried contacting but was not reachable and i just got a call one time but i couldn't pick the call because i was in the meeting but then when i complained twice they didn't call me just let a message...

      I want a call back from the ceo desk because i have written many mails but just got an reply that we tried to contacting but couldn't reach.

        Samsung ceo,

        I called samsung customer care around 12:40 am, he once again tried to fool me by saying that you will get a call from senior department, and you gets call time and again by our seniors like ravi (Excletion desk), on[protected] at 9:54 am please check recording of this call, i am surprises that you guys at samsung fools us by falls promises and claims that you gets calls, i never get a single a call from so senior desk baring a call from puri on[protected],

        Dear samsung,
        I am very much mentally harassed by the service as i called your service centre more than 100 times but they could only told me that our team is working on the issue and will call you whitin an hour, within day, tomorrow but not any promises kept.. I am physically harassed also by not availing ac facility for 20 days now provided i have invested rs. 43500/- for same. I don't want any reason of delay and all as you made your product available in the market for sale you must have provided the parts also...

        You guys thinks that you are claver enough, you sent me mail at 6:12 pm and tomorrow is saturday i can't contact you till monday it will delayed the process by 2 days more.

        For such mental harassment i will not leave you happy,. If you will continue playing tricks with me by changing one digit of my registred contact numbers and mailing me this late.. The least i want is a new as with compensation of 20 days with ac

        I have filed a case in consumer forum and ministry of consumer affairs i will see you there if you failed to provide the solution and ammend your way to behave with customer.

        It is very shameful that i have been writting to ceo samsung fro last 20 days but you are not responding

        I request to please look into the matter and miss conduct of case done by mr. Pradeep kumar suri and take sting action against him, i have mentioned the things how mr. Suri deliberately delayed the service by not calling me, and mailing me in last hours on working days... Can't he call me the working days so i had enough time to respond without waiting for two long days to reopen your office... I assume that samsung ia professional organization and can't bare employee like mr. Suri

        What about the delay in service... I need compensation for that... If you won't provide it i have already lodge complaint in consumer forum and ministry... And what about the mis conduct of case by mr. Puri... What action have you taken against him... Who is sole responsible for the delay... I have provided details of whole lot of cheating done with me like changing my registered numbers that too only one digit of my registered numbers is this the policy of samsung...
        Not contacting customer for 5-6 days when the customer is calling you 4-5 times in a day and getting response that you will be contacted soon... Is this the policy of samsung...         I have written to you many times but i am not getting any rrsponse from your side, this is very unprofessional behiviour of your staff.

        I need to mrntion one name of a person tarun goyal, you staff at your toll free number if he rightly said his name as of many of your staff promised that our concern team will call yoi but no body called, he also told me on call on[protected] at somewher 8:30pm to 9:30 pm that concern team will contact me but no body contacted he even promised me that if no body will contact i will call you and arrange a conference call but as of many of your staffs he also not kept his promise, when i called him in evening of[protected] he argued and then told me that yout case is closed but my ac is not repaired yet and i didnt get any compensation and with out informinhe how dare you closed the complaint now what about my mony and mental and physical harasment i went through. You are requested to reply in this line not you system generated mail.

        I once got ypur mail on[protected] where it is mentioned that as discussed with you. But nobody called and discussed the things

        Dear samsung,
        I have lodge a complaint regarding problem in my ac on 03-07-17 at 8:39 am your engineer visited me on[protected] at 4 :00 pm now the issue is am single and go to office i took leave today for this ac repair, your engineer told me that ac have some part damaged from inside and it will take 5-6 days to repair, now i want the compensation for living without ac for the days u will take to repair it, if you are not able to compensate please take this ac away i will take another route.

        Most impotently you don't need to forward this to your customer service for call who just talk and dont provide result, hope some person who has the authority will call me only

        I am highly dissatisfied with your services, a person name pradeep called me discussing all the nonsense of gst, parts issue and all i have asked following there which he couldn't fulfill.
        1. Replacement of ac with new one
        2. Removal of ac permanently
        3. Compensation for installing a ac till repair
        4. Provide alternate ac.

        I need rs. 1 lac compensation for the delay in service and mental harassment i faced and the heat for which i invested rs. 50000/- for samsung ac which i could not availed.

        Please respond on these points.

        I am amazed that there is no response after so many calls in last 15 days to your service center, in fact the ceo office is not responding as well, now i am moving to consumer court and returning your ac coloring it black to your head office.

        They have changed my contact detail [protected] to [protected] in the system so that when i call for the same complaint to service center the don't recognize me and ask to register new complaint

        Is this the way the should do, i am very unhappy with your customer support

        I called samsung support and get connected to rohit kumar at 4:54 am on 18 july 2017 he told me that my register number is different why the hell is this happening

        No body is coming with solution

          I bought a new cell phone from amazon web site samsung c 7 pro at 1 julai 2017 and my phone was droped by my hand on my west height and phone was dammaged. Before this i use more adriod phone but this phone is really bad.
          Really the quality of display and glass and body is realy too bad.
          So i request to refund my amount that i charged for repair of my phone.

              Hi,

              This is to inform you that i bought a samsung 7kg front load fully automatic washing machine from the vasant vihar basant lok store of samsung, invoice no. 288/vv/17-18, the salesman name was shaan mohammed and his employee code stated by him is[protected], his mobile number is [protected]. Before buying the machine, we categorically informed him that we will have to place the machine in the balcony and there is no water supply in the balcony and the water supply will have to come through the washroom situated outside the room, he told us that this can be managed by the engineer and will not be a problem, we bought the machine going by his commitment, when the engineer arrived today to install and give demo, we were shocked to know from the engineer that the distance of almost 10 meters can't be managed since water pressure will be subdued.

              This has caused me all kinds of problems, 1st of all my entire day got wasted only to figure out what to do in this scenario, the sales guy shanu or shaan mohammed simply left me stranded.

              He caused this by doing the following:

              1. When we informed him about the water supply concern at our house, he never told me that the distance between the machine and water supply should be less than 5 meters.

              2. He never asked me how much will be the distance between the water supply and the machine.

              Why should i as a buyer suffer because of missing information provided by samsung sales guy, i need samsung team to make good my losses with immediate effect. I have the recordings of the calls where shaan mohammed has accepted that he did not inform me about the 5 meter thing and nor did he ask me about the distance between the water supply and machine.

              This recording can be shared with the samsung team any time they ask for it.

                I have my samsung ac. One of the part is damaged in may 17. At the same time we asked for service and gas refill. They changed the part and refilled the gas. After 15 days, we went for vacation for one month and again my ac is not cooling properly. Service engineer came and cleaned the ac and told the there is not sufficient gas. Is it possible that gas problem occur within a month.

                This is the first time that worst services are provided by samsung.. Nobody is recognizing the problem. We customers are only to pay for service charge every time.
                Please do help us to come out with this problem.

                  I had purchased this phone on 17 july 2017 from ahuja mobiles in bilaspur, chattisgarh. The phone was getting hot on the same time when it was booted up for the first time. I made a complaint to them regarding the raised temperature issues but no one paid heed to my request. I asked them to change but nothing could have been done as i had already paid the amount.                     I lodged a complaint for my fridge on 31st july 2017. Engineer visited on 1st and informed of new part for which order was raised. On 5th aug i received sms from customer care that part has been made available to engineer manoj rawat. I called the engineer and he said shall be visiting my residence around 6pm. Since i was in office i requested him to call before coming. I got a call at 5pm that he is standing outside my residence and since i was in meeting i had to rush my office boy home to let the engineer carry repair.

                    Engineer informed part has been replaced and invoice is of rs3200. I requested him to come down near my residence society gate atm. Atm was being replenished by bank officials and we were advised to wait for 15 minutes. I requested mr. Manoj rawat to meet me at this atm for payment. He refused misbehaved on phone and took out the part back fridge. He rudely said that when i shall at home with money then only part will be changed.

                    I registered a complaint against the engineer with customer care and requested for immediate redressal however instead of someone catering to my complaint, i got an sms this morning stating that due to estimate discontent with customer complaint has been cancelled.

                    I am suffering mental agony due to non availability of refrigerator for past 6 days in this hot and humid weather. Samsung engineer instead of being helpful has been rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I am suffering mental torture due to this behaviour and service of samsung.

                      I want to let you know that i am a die-hard user and fan of samsung phones but now i am having some serious doubts and issues with it. I owned a samsung galaxy note 2 earlier and presently i own samsung galaxy note 4. With both phones, i have had the same problem and that is the motherboards of both the phones became faulty and the people at the service centre told me that the motherboard would have to be replaced. And it would cost me about rs. 21000 to replace the note 4 motherboard which is almost the cost of a new galaxy note 4 phone. Basically, i am very much disappointed with the durability of the samsung phones as both my phones became unusable after only 2.5 years o[censored]se and it is very costly to repair. And also the phones are very costly in the first place. And once they are not functional, i cannot even sell them on to reduce my cost to buy a new phone. I would like to have a samsung phone which would keep working for at least 4-5 years. If the life of a samsung phone is only of 2 years, then it is no point for me to keep on buying new samsung phone. I have seen my friends’ and relatives’ apple phones working for good 4-5 years. I would be glad if you could resolve my problem. I do like the samsung’s user interface very much and would not want to change the phone, but i am not left with any other option but to switch to some other brand’s phone.

                      I am going through exactly same issue. I too owned note 2 ...twice replaced batteries then motherboard. Then moved to Note 4 ...not even 2 years, already replaced battery once but now motherboard issue has cropped up again. Last 2 months ..I have visited service centres thrice...they don't seem to have clear understanding whether it's software, battery or hardware issue. Their estimation is rs 18000+service charges..which is ridiculous amount to be spent on Note 4 now. Same repair outside (small shops ) ..put it as close to Rs 7000.. though I have not given to them. I am an heavy user of note phones and was keenly looking for buying Note 8 ...but with this kind of longevity of phone and high cost of Note 8 stops me buying it.                       I am facing the same issue. I own a Samsung Note 4 not finished its 2nd year and I was told by the service center that the motherboard needs replacement. Was told that the cost would go above 11000 Rs. I love my device but I cannot keep spending that kind of money to fix it with no guarantee that it will last even the following year. I cannot believe that they charge that kind of money for fixing an older model, cant even image what they might charge for fixing the newer variants. Definitely not sure about investing in Samsung devices in the future. Hoping that Samsung resolves these issues or they stand to loose a lot of loyal customers.

                        I located in patna city, bihar, india.in my nearest samsung mobile service centre pin code is 800008, i don't know exactly the name of service centre is.
                        In this service centre all staff are very lazy to work. I give any phone to this service centre, they can't give within 5 - 10 days. They give approx 15 - 30 days. And said that product display or battery or something else is not come easily to this centre. If we goto 2 year back, then this service centre is very good. But all employees are change within 2 years. And all new employees of this centre is work very slowly that's why they can't give my phone in time after repairing.
                        That's why all customers are angry to this pin code 800008 samsung mobile service centre. They can't work properly.

                              I bought samsung refrigerator on 24th july, 2017 and was installed on 27th july.
                              Since 3rd august it stopped working and after making a complaint the service engineer came after a day and informed me that the pcb is not working and they don't have stock of the same so have to wait for few more days.

                                I bought a samsung split air conditioner on 2nd june 2017 and since the very first day there is heavy water leakage problem in the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
                                I had contacted the twice but the technicians are not able to resolve the problem. Now i cannot continue with the faulty unit and i would demand for the replacement o[censored]nit as a resolution.

                                  I was purchased samsung s8 on date 27 july 2017.

                                  I am not satisfied for this model because vertical line on screen of phone and today 4 august 2017 i was visited on your service center sec. 16 faridabad and he said that our complaint noted and call himself after some revert received and said 9th august last date of chage mobile but no given any complait receipt and no educate for submit phone.

                                  I going out of station come back on 10th august.

                                  I am dissatisfied for this service.

                                  I am highly dissatisfied with all samsung chip services.
                                  I am not guide any person for purchase sumsung brand.

                                    I have bought teo samsung mobile phones both samsung galaxy j7 max, through my corporate tie-up with samsung india using their corporate internet id one phone was ordered on 25th july 2017 and the other phone was ordered on 31 july 2017
                                    While punching the order and making the paymeny, it clearly mentioned that the delivery will happen in 3 to maximum six working days. Which is completely a false promise. I have continuously followed with samsung india on several occasions they have been just postponing the date mentioning that the mentioning that they will take up the matter on urgent priority but having failed to do so on several phone calls made to them.
                                    I was supposed to give one mobile to one of my colleague who is leaving the organisation on monday 7th august 2017 and the other was a gift to my father who is thoroughly thoroughly disappointed as he does not have a phone as the phone died few days back, and the service is very casual, talking about such pathetic attitude i wanted the delivery today... And they refused would want you to take strict action against such cheat. I think oppo and lenovo are better service providers. I would want the company to compensate me for the false promise given and such miserable service. Also request action against the company.

                                      We had purchased samsung led tv from siddhivinayak electronics services, kamraj nagar, ghatkopar (E), mumbai-400077, on october, 2015. The model number is ua23h4003armxl.

                                      The warranty period is extended from december, 2016 to december, 2019 its 3years, during the warranty period, the display of the television went blank. This was done during the warranty period., i have registered a complaint with samsung customer care centre the complaint # are: [protected]. The same was informed to your service department. They had sent the service engineer on 14/7/2017, but they are not replacing the screen. I want the service team to immediately replace the display/screen and to provide a solution asap. Failing which i will reach out to the media against samsung and will also have to file a suit at the consumer redressal forum for fraud and claim compensation. Hence, i request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      In general we cannot afford to spend money on tv within a short periods and the life expectancy is unpredictable. Please look into the matter and give an alternative solution.

                                        I had brought s7 edge in september 2016 and am facing problem with phone freezing/hanging/ auto rebooting itself multiple times.

                                        Phone was given to service center in may, july01, july 21.. Since i have asked for replacement as service center guys are not able to find a solution from last 15 days the phone is in service center (Rajajinagar bangalore) and now i am not getting any response from samsung head office, chennai and the guys in service center are asking me to contact them only.

                                        This sort of service for a product which has a warranty of 1 year is pathetic, any other company would have exchanged the phone within 2 days but here samsung is neither responding back with a solution or a replacement of phone.

                                        Can you provide me samsung head office number and mail id for escalation of such worse customer service
