I have bought 8 samsung acs in oct 2016, and requested the first free servicing under warranty as one ac is defective and 3 others are not cooling / leaking water.
The first call for servicing was made on 30 july and have been followed up with multiple calls to the service center.
Each time, the response has been to assure that the technicians would visit during the day. Thus i have spent 4 days at home just waiting for the technicians who failed to arrive.

    I buy samsung site online mobile phone model no on5. But this phone function and camera is not good as expected and universal samsung. I talked to samsung company they refuse to return it. They told that if there is any damage in phone we will return it but in this case we cant return that even if having camera issue so go to the samsung service center and repair it.

      It's been 17 days since i ordered a pair of gear iconx from online samsung shop on 15/07/17 and been checking the status of the order regularly, but in vain. It's still reflecting "processing" since then. I've made several calls to the customer care and haven't gotten any help from them either. Each and every one of them say that they're putting it on priority basis and it would get dispatched within 24 hours, but several 24 hours have gone by. This is ruining the credibility of samsung. It being an mnc, such sloppyness is not expected.
      Please revert with a solution to this issue asap.

        The complaint no. [protected] has been escalated to hq, as per toll free number - complaints.[protected], as per status at 19.00 hrs on 1 aug - so they are helpless..
        On 1-aug around morning hours, mr mayank from social media complaint escalation was very polite & thorough gentleman, who had all intentions to help resolve problem & get fridge repaired today itself.
        Later-on on 1-aug mr sandeep (Of same team) called up to hear same problem de-novo from me.
        I narrated again. Mr sandeep was more harping on, "it is a normal failure" after 2-years & was not ready to listen to resolve.
        On reminding, that as per mr sandeep, fridge will function only-2-years? He was adamant, ": its a normal failure in 2- years".
        My question remained un-answered that after 2- years i keep wasting money on repairs. He was reminded that during last 50-years - all my 5- fridges gave trouble free life, each more than 10-years.
        Behaviour of mr sandeep was again, un-becoming for a hq/samsung employee-customer care deptt.
        Now; last 96 hours, my fridge is un-serviceable — naturally, torture to my wife/family, since food has started getting awfully wasted.
        .
        Chairman plz help repair fridge, under compressor 10- years' warranty
        Give training to call center supervisor, for not attending call, in-spite of repeated requests by me.
        Give training to supervisor who did not attend my call, after requesting more that 10 times.

            I had taken my mobile to your secunderabad p. G. Road service center my phone is on always on opening page of mobile showing only (Galaxy note 4) and when connected to charger it start working. This was my complaint so they said that battery is gone so i asked replace the battery and show me and the problem is same after changing battery i asked that show me in your battery gadgets that my battery is not working they said we don't have that facility then they said that connector problem so i said when connecting to charger it is working so no reply for that then they said that after this repair also we can't guarantee that your mobile will work it may require further more repair so i could not able to understand what your service center is asking for my complaint. I told them that then first check the defective part and repair that part instead of guess repair that battery is gone or connector is gone and simply raise the bill. Then i told them that please inform me the total repair cost of my mobile before repairing my mobile then they said that if you will not repair and your mobile back as it is then we will charge rs.170/- as service charge which i agree for that. They were very clear on this issue at least.
            You have such a big service center and don't have equipment to check the the basic parts of mobile. Like battery etc.,
            For selling your product you have very good promotion and for service very poor working.
            My request you to please look into this matter. Feel free to call me any time.

                I have purchase new samsung suhd smart led 49” model 49ks7000 on 9th july 2017 from reliance retail limited times square, andheri-kurla road, sakinaka, mumbai 400059i. Invoice copy is attached.

                The item was delivered to me on 10th july 17 evening and subsequently installation technician of reliance visited to fix the wall mounting and install the tv.

                During power on it was clearly identified that the remote unit supplied along with tv is not pairing, the observed problem was mention in the installation report carried by the reliance technician. Service complain was registered at samsung by reliance and confirmed there is problem in the remote and will be replaced by new remote.

                Samsung technician have visited number of times with different types of remotes to resolve and could not succeed. For interim period reliance offered basic remote which works with limited tv functions.

                On regularly follow up with samsung and reliance, now i have been given to understand there is some problem in tv set and requires change of pcb/ up gradation in software. Earlier i was told since the problem has encountered during installation i should be getting brand new set, and as days have passed away there is change in approach.

                I rest my case, and now demand replacement of tv set or refund of the full amount along with compensation,

                Please refer to the trailing mail. And like to put on record, yesterday 3rd Aug.2017, Reliance Retail technician had visited to our residence to inspect the TV, without intimation, and presented himself in my absence and taken signature of my Wife on the report he was carrying.

                I would like to once again highlight and maintain my statement, the remote supplied with TV is not pairing nor any other remote brought by Samsung technician are working till date.

                We don't have any copy of the report on which my wife has signed and disregard that document.

                Today Samsung Technician visited and has Confirmed in his report Main PCB and Wi Fi Dongle faulty.
                Mr. Viswadeep of Service Manager Reliance Retail Times Square has advice not to accept replacement as he will be processing replacement through Samsung.

                  On 3rd july 2017, had lodged a complain for the touch issue in the microwave within the warranty period. They placed the order for the touch panel and then refused to replace it at home and asked us that they would need to carry our product to their warehouse for better delivery and monitoring.
                  After multiple follow ups, we got to know that the panel didn't had the issue but the knob had, so they have placed the order of the same. But we don't get any intimation regarding all this. Till date we have neither got our product back nor they are telling what did they do with it.
                  So i am really suspecting now on the genuinity of the product.

                    I have bought samsung mobile on 14-7-17 with 2 years warranty but on the 3rd day it self i found an issue of charging port loose issue and then i have contacted customer service and that lady is not even know what is the meaning of replacement and exchange, then i asked for senior and she said no senior she will arrange a call back after 4 hrs but nothing happened, then i called up the customer service and explained the whole thing but still no solution and csrep said not supervisor available and he to offered call back, then next day some one called and he as earlier 2 persons he was the same not able to solve the intermittent issue of charging port issue, then wrote a mail to ceo desk, then a lady called and said she will resolve the issue and then explained again the issue and experience with samsung and then informed them i didn't want replacement nor repair, asked for refund and no solution from her end too and then next day some manager called and again explained the issue and experience with samsung and there is no reaction nor empathy or sympathy, he kept repeating only one thing visit to service center and get the job id so he can escalate the issue, then visited the service center it was like store of insects and stinking environment and waited for 30 to 40 mins, then again spoke to the tech and explain them the scenario and then one of the hardware tech said sir you have some many apps in the phone thats why you are facing charging port loose issue, i am was totally blank bcoz of software issue caused hardware problem in the phone and i didn't have any thing to say and then he said speak to his manager who was not there and again waited for 30mins and manager came and again explained the issue and he said he can repair the phone and i have denied for it and asked him to provide the job id, as manager promised to call on saturday he never called up, then again chated with samsung on tuesday and explained them the scenario and he was also helpless, then got the call from manager and he said i didnt allowed the tech to check the phone and then asked him how did they confirm that they have to repair to get the issue fixed.
                    Then he said he asked me to submit the handset to service center and then informed him i cant go for repair and he said thats the only thing he can do and then asked him to send the mail but as of now no mail.
                    This is the wonderful experience that i got from samsung, please help me in returning the phone and refund the money..

                      I am writing this complaint for the 20th time or even more as no resolution has been provided to me since my first complaint on 14th of july 2017. I bought a refrigerator with convertible freezer 345l (My biggest mistake in life) on 13th of july 2017 and since then i have been complaining about the freezer having problem of moisture/condensation. I have had more than 8 engineer visits and nothing has been done till now. What a shame for a brand like samsung. Fake tv commercials and fake promises. Please don't buy samsung products. Last time i called they told me that some silky from the head office is following up with my case but she died or what i have no idea but since 4 days she is not responding to my calls nor have i received any communication from samsung's side. I feel pathetic and irritated to the max because of such a big multinational brand whose service is even worse than a local brand. My last complaint no. Is [protected]. I have asked samsung for a replacement, refund or to get it fixed but they have done nothing until now other than wasting my time. Shame on you samsung. I would like all of you reading this to know that samsung is a cheat company and do not buy its products. Rather go for brands like whirlpool, godrej or even videocon. I wish india had a better system for resolving customer complaints officially like they have in usa or other developed countries. Feel sad and disgusted to have wasted 38000 rupees on a cheap and fake product of a cheat and fake brand.

                      Since the last two days I have been getting calls from Silky from the Head office of samsung asking for my ID, Invoice and my bank details. I have sent them all the details the asked for in an official e-mail yet they are not answering my query about when are they going to settle this dispute. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my country ever and after this I am damn sure I am never going to buy any Samsung product ever in my life nor am I going to let my relatives or friends buy any Samsung product. Samsung should be ashamed of their behaviour and worst customer service network in the world.

                        I owned a front loading washing machine (Model no. Wso702wknsat35pcb) since 3 years. Few day back it stopped working. We raised complain with samsung customer care centre assuming that its best company which value its customer and give best service, but our believe got break when your service engineer reached our home and by putting only ear telling that we need to change motor costing 4000.00/- inr. We tried to approach your nagpur area wahing machine incharge as introduced mr. Asfak, who never answer his call by self and ask girls of his office to answer his call. We left several messages for him too.
                        I my self is an engineer and never met such talented person whos find fault without even touching the machine. I humbly request you to see in tothis matter and help us in keeping our faith with your brand.

                            I have done a complain regarding my 32 inch tv samsung on date 20th july 2017, they assigned me engineer on date 21st july, engineer come to my home and checked my tv, he told a power problem in your tv and ask for part replacement, i allowed him told to bring the new part and apply in my tv and make it run soon he taken the request and i got a message in 3 to 5 working days your part will come with engineer, now its more then 11 days no any engine visited again also no any update by engineer, many times i called samsung customer care no any support from them only they use to tell your part is not yet delivered, i asked for the final date they gave me 31st of july again today 1st of august i called them now they given me a date of 3rd of august, now i am totally in stress, please help me.

                              And he gave me the date to collect the phone on 31/07/2017. But when i went there they denied to give the phone. Everday i spend 3 hours in this process in service centre. And still they said come another day... Please look in to this matter.. Why they do, nt give satisfactory service to customer...

                                I bought samsung digital inverter technology in december 2016 from tata cromo, delhi. After operation of one month we observed that all vegetables freezes in the vegetable box even if the temperature settings is on minimum. Its been 8 months i am struggling with samsung service engineers. They have replaced pcb, temperature sensor, duct wall of my refrigerator but we can see no sign of improvement in the vegetables. Even water kept on the vegetable box shelf freezes within 5 - 6 hrs. Samsung is doing hit and trail method by replacing all the parts one by one in my refrigerator.
                                I would suggest you to please rethink before buying any product of samsung as they are compromising with the quality of parts.

                                  As soon as we filed complaint with you, we received a call from some caller Mob No. [protected] and he promised to refund total amount of LCD instead of repair. For this he asked for ATM card, CV and the OTP. On passing of the information and amount of Rs. 9999/- was debited to account No. [protected] with SBI. Card No is [protected].
                                  It means that some body has hacked your site and cheated us of this amount. This has happened due to your insecure site facilitating such a fraud and you are liable to the loss we have suffered since you never informed us about your site having been hacked.

                                    I am kapil khandelwal purchased a samsung new phone j7 prime @ 17/6/2017, but within a month one side speaker of hands free is not play properly. Saturday i went to samsung authorized service center (Ranjit hanuman road, mhow naka, indore). Firstly there was no attender to tell me that you will have to take token for your turn, after 30-35 min one of your executive told me that plz take token and wait for your turn. I said ok and after 40-45 min min. My turn came (Because of no attender i waste me 30-35 min.).
                                    When i told to my complaint to your executive, he checked ear phone and said yes there is a problem & we will change it. But he said that drop ur phone min. 2 hours. I said why 2 hours its too long time for a small problem. So his reply is today is not rush thatswhy i am taking ur phone for 2 hours otherwise we take phone for whole day for same problem. And sir take backup o[censored]r phone data because it may be loss. (So plz can u tell me what is connection of handsfree and phone data??). I said no i cant take backup of my phone data right now. And also can't drop here my phone for 2-3 hours. After asking my phone data may be loss he said that because we attach ur phone to system for finding imei no and check that this is the right phone and u r the original owner o[censored]r phone. I said that i have original bill with my name and no. U can check. But he told we believe you but company not believe they want proof. Finally i decided that i wouldn, t change it. And surprise is that at the time of leave i request to your executive that plz do it fast because it's not to possible come again here. Then your executive said me sir actually we do not have ear phone right now. So we have to order for that so u have to drop ur phone for tuesday. What nonsenceis that. Now i decided to that there r many reason to say no to samsung...
                                    (1) some members was busy in chit - chat, if any one be attender i could save my time.
                                    (2). Why i spend 2-3 hours for just change my handsfree.
                                    (3). What is connection between ear phone and my phone data. Why i take back up for it. That mean i waste my time again for back up my data.
                                    (4). If comapny want to know that i am the right person, they can be check my all id proof like pan, dl, aadhar, passport etc. I have original bill with imei no. Printed on bill. I have original packing box also. So why samsung company don't believe on that. Is all are fake?
                                    So its my request to you that plz resolve my problem.

                                      Sir i buy a samsung galaxy j7 prime and tell them that i am giffting this to my brother who will use this in australia 17/7/2017
                                      He use this cell phone here 3 days with indian sim.
                                      When in australia he use his vodafone sim its shown regions lock. I complent it to samsung by mail and toll free no. They geve me some suggestion only by mail. That suggestions was not valid.
                                      Australian samsung care demand a regions code but samsung india not provided it and do not contact me on my mob. No,
                                      My brother face a lot of problems. Vodafone store to samsung store.
                                      On phone box its clearly written "since this product is ment for sale in india only, this product should be activated with a sim card issue frome a mobile operator within india. To use sim card frome other reigon, cumulative calls over five minutes must first with the sim card frome indian operators"

                                      I have bill and box in india.
