I called samsung customer care around 12:40 am, he once again tried to fool me by saying that you will get a call from senior department, and you gets call time and again by our seniors like ravi (Excletion desk), on[protected] at 9:54 am please check recording of this call, i am surprises that you guys at samsung fools us by falls promises and claims that you gets calls, i never get a single a call from so senior desk baring a call from puri on[protected],
Dear samsung,
I am very much mentally harassed by the service as i called your service centre more than 100 times but they could only told me that our team is working on the issue and will call you whitin an hour, within day, tomorrow but not any promises kept.. I am physically harassed also by not availing ac facility for 20 days now provided i have invested rs. 43500/- for same. I don't want any reason of delay and all as you made your product available in the market for sale you must have provided the parts also...
You guys thinks that you are claver enough, you sent me mail at 6:12 pm and tomorrow is saturday i can't contact you till monday it will delayed the process by 2 days more.
For such mental harassment i will not leave you happy,. If you will continue playing tricks with me by changing one digit of my registred contact numbers and mailing me this late.. The least i want is a new as with compensation of 20 days with ac
I have filed a case in consumer forum and ministry of consumer affairs i will see you there if you failed to provide the solution and ammend your way to behave with customer.
It is very shameful that i have been writting to ceo samsung fro last 20 days but you are not responding
I request to please look into the matter and miss conduct of case done by mr. Pradeep kumar suri and take sting action against him, i have mentioned the things how mr. Suri deliberately delayed the service by not calling me, and mailing me in last hours on working days... Can't he call me the working days so i had enough time to respond without waiting for two long days to reopen your office... I assume that samsung ia professional organization and can't bare employee like mr. Suri

I have written to you many times but i am not getting any rrsponse from your side, this is very unprofessional behiviour of your staff.
I need to mrntion one name of a person tarun goyal, you staff at your toll free number if he rightly said his name as of many of your staff promised that our concern team will call yoi but no body called, he also told me on call on[protected] at somewher 8:30pm to 9:30 pm that concern team will contact me but no body contacted he even promised me that if no body will contact i will call you and arrange a conference call but as of many of your staffs he also not kept his promise, when i called him in evening of[protected] he argued and then told me that yout case is closed but my ac is not repaired yet and i didnt get any compensation and with out informinhe how dare you closed the complaint now what about my mony and mental and physical harasment i went through. You are requested to reply in this line not you system generated mail.
I once got ypur mail on[protected] where it is mentioned that as discussed with you. But nobody called and discussed the things

Dear samsung,
I have lodge a complaint regarding problem in my ac on 03-07-17 at 8:39 am your engineer visited me on[protected] at 4 :00 pm now the issue is am single and go to office i took leave today for this ac repair, your engineer told me that ac have some part damaged from inside and it will take 5-6 days to repair, now i want the compensation for living without ac for the days u will take to repair it, if you are not able to compensate please take this ac away i will take another route.
Most impotently you don't need to forward this to your customer service for call who just talk and dont provide result, hope some person who has the authority will call me only

I am highly dissatisfied with your services, a person name pradeep called me discussing all the nonsense of gst, parts issue and all i have asked following there which he couldn't fulfill.
1. Replacement of ac with new one
2. Removal of ac permanently
3. Compensation for installing a ac till repair
4. Provide alternate ac.
I need rs. 1 lac compensation for the delay in service and mental harassment i faced and the heat for which i invested rs. 50000/- for samsung ac which i could not availed.
Please respond on these points.

I am amazed that there is no response after so many calls in last 15 days to your service center, in fact the ceo office is not responding as well, now i am moving to consumer court and returning your ac coloring it black to your head office.
They have changed my contact detail [protected] to [protected] in the system so that when i call for the same complaint to service center the don't recognize me and ask to register new complaint
Is this the way the should do, i am very unhappy with your customer support
I called samsung support and get connected to rohit kumar at 4:54 am on 18 july 2017 he told me that my register number is different why the hell is this happening
No body is coming with solution
