I buy samsung site online mobile phone model no on5. But this phone function and camera is not good as expected and universal samsung. I talked to samsung company they refuse to return it. They told that if there is any damage in phone we will return it but in this case we cant return that even if having camera issue so go to the samsung service center and repair it....

It's been 17 days since i ordered a pair of gear iconx from online samsung shop on 15/07/17 and been checking the status of the order regularly, but in vain. It's still reflecting "processing" since then. I've made several calls to the customer care and haven't gotten any help from them either.
