Dear MD & CEO of Samsung India,

This is with respect to Samsung Refrigerator - RT36JSRZESP, Invoice no - S15/123, Samsung Store, Drive In Road, Ahm, bought on 10th May 2015 and got a problem in freezer where water was coming out of it, after long chase and argument - not easy one - where i had bag - argue what not and than on 14 July 2015, refrigerator got changed.

it was not a wow exp at all as we had to fight for a genuine issue. Trust from this brand has gone now.

now in 1st week of Aug 2017, we found that color started getting fade on handle side from where we open the door.

i sincerely request that, i dont want this piece, kindly return my money 38, 450/- Rs. i am not a reach guy. Really this is pathetic and it has a big question on your QUALITY check.

Now i understand that piece replaced by you guys was really a faulty one hence this problem has occurred.

i won't buy a samsung product again and won't recommend to anyone.

i have registered a complaint at call center and but very poor response.

    I had purchased 1 nos smart tv on june 2013.cost Rs-74000.presently my tv not opened.then I complained at dealership .then sumsung engineer came and said it estimated servicing cost Rs 35000.and after that there is no asurance for any types of problem.
    What type of service is this?
    And how can a costly smart tv breakdown at the age of 4 years.
    please resolve as soon as possible.
    I think my tv was an old stock material.

      I purchased samsung note 4(sm-n910gzweins) imie 351550/07/024847/0 via flip cart. I submitted my phone on dated 11/8/17 due to very much heated while charging and its re start itself and sudden switch off in low battry. To mr.Kapil ([protected]) at bharat communication he gave me ack. Slip with bill no.[protected] on (11/8/2017) and said after open we call you back. After 1 hr. He call me that the phone will not cover in under warrenty as phone has 1 ic damaged inside baord & its chargable rs 24000. I asked that is there any physical damaged?he replied no but its melted due to heated up so we considers it in under damaged and battry also week not giving 100% voltage to hardware. Then i made a call to samsung ccc[protected] and complaint to(executive neha ref no. [protected]), rajeev, sachit. My phone is in new condition & no any damaged even single scratch please help me as i purchased this phone for rs 26400.& submitted under warranty.& no physical damaged pic is avaliable with samsung ccc also and bharat communication

      samsung is a big fraud company they have no motherboard for galxy note 4 so they are not repairing my phone and they are charging 24 thousand samsung is big fraud company and i will never purchase any phone of samsung in future=i promise

So i m calling u in your service team they said u submit ur mobile in service center and give token (Challen no.) as u company service team told 1 business day we will call u. But around 13 days complte no single call or not give satisfaction reply. So pls solve my problme

          This mail is in regard to followup on the ongoing case with sm-g950fzkdins, for which the ceo desk is becoming a mockery as issue was raised within 3 days of the purchase. I would like to raise the issue with the highest of authorities now and not talking to your customer experience who are nothing but fooling around with customers and giving a run for their money. I have had a nightmare to the level of harassment that samsung has made the customer go through.
          The phone was received by the service centre for the issues raised in the 3 days of purchase. After receiving the phone they claimed no defect found as you know they never accept their faults.

          After repairs, the brand new device was received in an all sctached condition from front and back, and the head samsung okhla delhi mr. Ashish apologised for the same and accepted his mistake as in the job sheet too it was not mentioned scratched as it was brand new.

          Mr. Mouazam ali manager customer experience was in the loop and he asked me for a solution. To the extent of my frustration he asked me whether you want refund or replacement. I requested for a refund as i had lost faith in samsung with the worst experience of s8.

          I have a had no replies from samsung or service centre on the same. Now when i called they asked me to replace the back and of the phone and forcing me to take the handset by fixing a brand new device, which has been lying at the service centre ever since it got submitted.

          I refused the same because i don't want my brand new device to be opened at any cost and as customer it has spoilt all the experience.
          Mr. Ashish head service is clueless and has no response besides changing the cover.

          Samsung has deteriorated its image to the core after this and for the same, i would like to raise the issue to a higher concerned authority to let you know how they are handing your flagship phone customers and harassing them. I would like to connect to the higher most authorities now for the same.

            We were watching tv on 9th of august, during which the television had some lines on the screen.in matter of minutes the screen went blank. We turned the tv off. We raised complain with abhinav enterprises (Authorised samsung repair partner), the person visiting declared that the tv panel has damaged and there will be an expense of rs.70, 000. There is no reason why this happened, he told us samsung panels have these issues. I have invested 1.5 lakhs on the led tv and was told i[censored]sed properly it will last for more than 7 years on 10/06/2013. The tv abruptly stops functioning and will cost me more than new led tv to fix it. I really have doubts on samsung product quality which gets portrayed in their branding. I have discussed this case multiple times with different samsung representatives and they are yet to provide resolution. Really feeling cheated on poor product and service quality.

            i have been informed that the complaint has been closed and the issue has been resolved, no one has visited and no action has been taken on the issue. The LED TV still is not operational. Please respond and let me know the exact status so that i can decide my next course of action.

              I purchased my galaxy s7 edge on 15/10/2016 and at the time of purchase i was promised a one time screen replacement for 990inr.

              I am a phone software developer and
              I change the software of my phone all the time, which is against samsung's policy and hence my warranty is void now.
              I dont want my warranty anyway. Its never been useful to me in my life. Because i take care of my electronic devices with care.

              But samsung promised to replace the screen of the phone once within 12 months in case of external damage or other issues with the screen.

              I accidentally dropped my phone and broke its glass. I was promised a one time screen replacement at the time of purchase and now they tell me that we dont do that for you since you installed unauthorised software..

              Come on samsung, what does installing unauthorized software has to do with accidentally dropping a phone on the floor and shattering the screen?

              Why wont you replace my screen?
              Its clearly under 12 months from purchase.
              It was nowhere written in the samsung offers page about one time screen replacement being linked with my warranty!! It said one time replacement will be done within one year.

              There are no exchange offers for my phone now. If i sell the phone i wont get back the full money i paid while purchasing.
              The screen replacement without offer costs 15000inr.

              There are no offers to buy galaxy s8 at this point with an exchange of s7 edge.
              I also cannot use my phone at its current condition. I purchased a flagship with the trust in the brand. Now its not even keeping its promises

              So please give me what you promised at the time of purchase and stop this warranty void responses.

                  I had registered a complaint (Ref no [protected]) for my samsung microwave on 11/08/2017 regarding broken handle and dent to the body. Today service person from samsung came without any handle, instead he gave me address to take the microwave over there and he went, taking the charges along. I paid him service charges for the precious address which doesn't have a phone number. I asked him the phone no.in response he told its of no use as nobody will pick up. Pitiable service from samsung india

                      I have registered a service query to samcc on 23th july'17 regarding my handset (S7 edge) screen glass damage. I have received a text via samcc a reference no. I. E. [protected] still after 20 days of registering a complaint i din't received even a single call regarding my issue. My handset warranty expired on 10/08/2016 & still i dont seem any relief from samsung team.

                      You are kindly requested to tell me a path how could i repair it & a copy of bill has been attached.

                        I visited preet vihar mobile service repairing centre on 12.08.2017 for battery problem issue. Customer care executive told me to submit the phone for two hrs. To identify the problem but working display screen of my samsung mobile j-7 has been changed with not working screen during testing of mobile in service centre and while it was working at the submission of mobile.

                          My Samsung mobile phone is under warranty period, it had some technical issue, iam here at Ambernath West service centre pin-421501, 5 counters are here but only two working, and that to one customer service is taking more then 30 min even the counter is empty for 20-30 min after one customer is left from counter, check CCTV. The customers are served on random basis, who ever is known to them they are served 1st irrespective of the token number they hold.

                            Ridiculous service. Despite of same error in the ac and despite of changing the linked part to that issue of e1 54 company is not providing the replacement though it's been just 2 months i purchased the ac. I wonder how you guys are earning despite of such worst service i had ever seen with such brand. Highly highly disappointed. Request you not to purchase ac from samsung

                              Dear sir

                              I have registered a service request no [protected] dated 23th june 2017 but till date your technical team can not resolve the issue.

                              The problem that i have faced to resolve a small issue for the refrigerator

                              1) always your chat team is very positive but there is no support from the service center.
                              2) no one tell us the real picture, what is the problem? They lack man power, they do not have spare or they are not interested.
                              3) have chat many times till now, they always apologize for the delay & say they will forward one reminder, arrange a call. But cannot tell us when they will resolve the issue (Which date, year??). What is the problem (Man power, unavailable spare or not interested.

                              Please understand that your time is as important as mine, give a clear picture, if you can not resolve look for other alternative.

                                The main person and the staff at the reception deals very rudely with the customer. You cannot question their mode of operation, which was found to be very harrassing. The functioning time given is 9.00hrs to 6.00hrs but they open the office very late. Inspite of asking the customer to come at 9.00am; with
                                Place to wait is the road in the hot sun. They talk without any scruples hurting the sentiments of the customer. They are not customer friendly at all meaning spoiling the image of your firm

                                You should start another service centre in Trivandrum in the heart of the city for plucking out the arrogance in them[protected]. the service charge taken from me for mere repair is cut throat amt Rs2000/- for the 22 inch computer monitor whose problem was non availabilty of display. the end result is turning my back on Samsung items and telling others about this incident.                                   My led tv was not powering on, i called on the toll free number of samsung electronics. They send a technician to check it. He told me that ic board needed to be replaced and it would cost around 5000 rs. The part was replaced but issue did not get fixed. After that technicians visited 3 more times, it took more than 2 months to fix the issue and cost got upto 11, 000 rs.

                                  I would like that they give very poor customer service.

                                    I am using j7 prime from last 10 months, and still its covering under warrenty and accidentally its felled down once and gorilla glass has broken so i just checked with the customer care and they are not ready to replace for a free of cost, so why should i pay for it? Its gorilla glass, even i attached a tempered glass and also its broken, so i request a replace of device or repair it for free of cost.

                                      I purchased mobile handset samsung galaxy s7 edge in 2017 from raipur chhattisgarh india. Now screen glass has broken. The shape of handset is prone to breakage. On inquiary samsung dealers say replacememt of screen glass will cost rs.14000plus taxes. This cost of replacement is too much. Pl ask samsung to replace my phoneset's screen glass under their one time screen glass replacement offer
