Now start, my complain is-
I bought a samsung device[mobile phone-a5 2016. Sm-a510fzkfins. Sm-a510fd] after 4 to 5 months the back glass panel of this device was lost it's shine if it has gorilla glass 4 then why the shine of it's glass lost. Now i m still using this device without any complaint and it has only 4 to 5 months to end of it's waranty but now i complaint to samsung what can i do my next step. One thing also if it's front display also get gorilla glass 4 then why my device display have scrathes on it. I[censored] agree to replace my front display and back glass panel because i have 3 to 4 months warranty left on my device, then reply me i[censored] r not then also reply me. Then i will take my steps or decisions.

      This is to regarding my compliant against the service centre of samsung in preet vihar named maa vaishanvi eservices pvt. Ltd as i went there as my phone display is not wotking without any physical damage.. I reached there by 4 in the after noon and there working hours mentioned in morning 8 to 8 in the evening..
      They strictly said no to me and and said we can't entertain you due to many complaints of customer and also threat me by saying do whatever you can and we don't scare of any complaints..
      This all conversation is held with the manager of the service centre ms monika tyagi, not with any staff working there..
      As now you can see that the ego and misbehaviour of them
      Working under your name..
      Under all this matter my phone didn't get any support and i had return empty hand
      So this is my request and concern regarding the above mentioned complaint. And contact me undersigned as early as possible to get this complaint briefly and all above it repair my phone as early as possible.

      This is to the reference to the above reply as for your kind information no action has been taken by your side till yet and since its been a week for my complaint, I now have to take this complaint to another level with some of the audio and visual proof of my registered complaint against your service centre

        I purchased samsung galaxy a5 (2016) last year on september. But just 3 days back my mobile display is not working. I had visited samsung service center in j p nagar bangalore after that, customer executive saying that your service is expire because you service this device in some local shop before. I told them that device warranty is till left then i should go to local shop for service.
        I talk to manager also but still their view is same. What i can do now. They are demanding 9500 rupees for service. Please help me

          I purchase samsung mobile on 25/08/2016. And from last three to four month i am facing network problem in handset and for this problem rectification i approach samsung service centre three times and they try to solve problem still problem is in handset and lastly service centre manager said that directly contact to company either go to consumer court for this and his response is very bad and talking routely.

            I m usin this samsung galaxy note 5 since 5 april 2016 and i ve used all the note series im a huge fan of note series and forr the first time im facjng this incident before 5 days my battery got drained and it was not getting charged so i took it to the samsung authoriesd service centre zain telecom. Which is in andheri east he told me to come after sometime and collect your cell phone theres no issue and from 5 days he is telling me today and tomorrow and now finally when i spoke to him he is telling me the phone is dead whats this? In 16 months like this the phone will become dead... I know they have done something # as the name is not good of this centre people always talk bad about this centre and this is spoiling the name and image of samsung... Pleasesort out my issue as im not going to collect me phone from there or else ill take my issue on all the social sites

C from bangalore i have purchased samsung j700f galaxy j7 - gold on[protected] at poorvika storeat new bel road shop but thing is touch screen problem from last 2 months i also gave service in samsung service center malleswaram, bangalore but they said that its not comes under warranty and also screen cost around 10 thousand straight away i get shock those mobile under warranty they said like
              Please kindly look into that and provide me service r else kindly replace my mobile.

                I bought a samsung refrigerator model rt31hcux1/ctl on 24/10/2012 from reliance digital store and from then till now three times its compressor has gone faulty and every time samsung service engineers take around 15-20 days to rectify the problem. Now i think that was my worst decision ever took to purchase a samsung product. We are having refrigerators at my home town place those are running perfectly fine since last more than 18 years without even a single issue. I am gonna spread a message through social media also not to purchase any samsung product so that nobody else would face the similar kind of issue.

                  Date of complaint : from 2nd day after installation
                  Problem : door abnormal noise (Freezer door)
                  From day 2 observed freezer door noise and complained.1st time service engineer visited and solved. Again after 2hrs problem noticed.
                  After that did many escalation / mails to ceo etc, but nothing happened. After 3 weeks again service team visited and applied grease on the hinge and no after a day observed some stuck in the door. When called again the service engineer told that this noise is normal since they are not able to solve the problem.

                  It is an default message/reply from SAMSUNG. Till now no action taken from them.
                  I already requested for either Replace with New Product or Refund my money. They simply passing their time thinking that Customer will give up after some time.

                  More than 48 hrs over from the reply from CEO Helpdesk. Engineer called and told that they will visit and do the needful but till pending. It is going very very worst.
                  What else they want the Customers to do?
                  tried Live chats - 7-8 times, MAIL to CEO Helpdesk - 3 times, EMAIL to CEO - 2 times and posted in twitter, facebook
                  Really shameless people and they dont take any action on customer grievance
                  Worst customer service by Samsung India, I purchased Samsung TV on May 2016, After call one tech. came to install my TV, since he don't have a drilling machine he went my home without installation and entered in Job card as installed, Then nobody turned up to install. finally after coming from vacation I installed the TV in Sep 2016 with the health of my friend and one carpenter. In June 2017 one small vertical line starts coming in TV and it's starts broadening.
                  I make complaint to SAMSUNG INDIA, while service order no. [protected], First they assure me to change of panel under warranty later they starts demanding Rs. 30000 for change of panel. I tried to contact Mr. Ghosh service head of RAIPUR SAMSUNG INDIA, but Tech. of the company never provided his no. and told me he never talk to customer in service matter. I contacted each and every person in Samsung, but my issue didn't resolved, finally I lodge online complaint to consumer forum. It's annoyed them and closed my complaint. one tech. in evening informed me that they are going to close my complaint, If you desire lodge complaint again. He also told me that there is no gain in lodging complaint and writing email, Since Samsung is very big company and they are capable to manage everything and everybody including consumer forum.
                  The behaviour and attitude of Samsung is pathetic, and they are behaving in a manner how 150 yrs. back East India company was doing. How TV turns faulty after 14 months of purchasing and 11months of installing.
                  I am demanding Job card where date of installation is mention but till today they didn't provided me.
                  3 days back Hon'ble PM told the nation for stronger consumer protection law but till that time SAMSUNG INDIA torture the customer.

                  This is in reference to your email dated 08/11/2017 regarding my complaint for Samsung LED TV bearing UA50J5570AUMXL &amp Serial Number 0A2Y3ZSH200343B. .
                  Since 50 days I am receiving same reply that your company need to function in conformity to the company policies.
                  Yesterday I asks simple 3 questions in r/o your company policies ie.
                  • Samsung count guarantee period from date of purchasing the goods or from date of installation.
                  • What if delay of installation is due to SAMSUNG parts.
                  If customer demands to see JOB CARDS then SAMSUNG provide to customer or not, Since Jobcard is vital documents for customer in which he record his satisfaction or dissatisfaction.

                  Instead of getting simple and plain reply this time also I received same robotic reply. It’s seem in your office instead of human being some robot is sitting and always reply on behalf of customer care representative. Also it was quoted in your email that some telephonic conversation happened on 8.11.2017 after my email, was completely falls, no conversation took place between Samsung and myself on 8.11.17.
                  I don’t know you ie. Mr.Hong are viewing email or not, but in India if anybody write letter, email or twitt to Hon’ble Prime Minister then he himself reply on his own name, and I hope you don’t consider yourself above Prime Minister of India as far as you wants to do business here.
                  Second your customer care beliefs that all law abiding, policy lover person are only found in SAMSUNG company and rest of India don’t belief in law and policies.
                  Third, Being a Law Graduate from one of the premier university of this country, I needn’t learn from Samsung about rule, policies and law of the land .
                  We Indians are law abiding citizen Myself too, but by ignoring my rights you are trying to impose TALIBANI LAW.
                  Hence I accept direct reply of my 3 query, also since I am writing to you directly hence I can’t deal with ROBOT which are function with different name in your office, and I held you responsible for any injustice.

                    Hi,
                    I have purchased s7 edge in the month of january and was given the offer s7 edge screen replacement for 990 one time.
                    Now when i have issue with the screen your service centre is denying and saying not valid.
                    Why was this offer given to me in first place by your samsung store - buddy retail private lmt, rajouri garden.
                    Being a customer i need to be given this offer for one time replacement, pathetic service team and the service manager named yatin chabbra gurgaon head office, he is arrogant and doesnt understand the issue. Not have even proper skills to resolve my query and was very blunt for the repair.
                    I am not satisfied with the reply and service samsung people are giving.
                    Why cheating customer and selling s7 egde if you can't afford to give offers to the customer,

                    Ref: S7 edge screen replacement

                    In january I bought a S7 edge mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has screen problem.

                    The [Consumer Rights Act / Sale of Goods Act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

                    As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone s7 edge and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days.

                    I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                      I have booked samsung fridge - model no. Rt37m5538s8 from vijay sales (Sales order no.[protected]so 239) from pune satara road - dt.[protected], address : jai tirth society, sharada arcade, pune satara road. After telephonic conversation with sales person several times, they told me that delay is causing from company side, when ever i ask for delivery they answer me me in next week, already two weeks past, i want to know whan i will receive my delivery.

                        I purchased this machine 2.5 yrs back. Ever since i purchased it the machine had to be sent for repairs very frequently.
                        First, the front display pcb had some issue because of which it had to be replaced costing me more than 5k rupees.
                        Then the drum started making noise which had to be repaired again costing me more money.
                        Now for the past one month the machine doesn't even power on. Every time the mechanic comes, does some research and trials it works for maybe an hour. The next morning it's again dead.
                        If this is not resolved permanently in next 24 hours, i will have to take the shelter of consumer forum and seek compensation too.

                          Regarding above complain, i have receive call from Mr. Singh representative of Samsung Mobile, he asked with me he has unable to replace the phone or return the money. and company has handover the mobile after repairing on 1.8.2017.
                          But i have not sutisfy with company decision and i dont belive in this set because in my openion this is big issue but as per company this is little issue.

                            I purchased samsung refrigerator on june 26 from pai electronics whitefield branch. On july 12, i noticed water dripping into the tray which is placed above the vegetable tray, so i called customer care. The engineer krishna came on july 13 and checked it, and said that my fridge model (47t6358 - 465 litres) has problem of ice formation, and a software update will resolve it. He suggested me to keep fridge switched off for 48 hours so he can come on july 17 and update the software. Krishna didn't turn up on july 17 - i followed up with him twice and he said he'll come on july 18 because the device needed to update software is not available. I waited for him on july 18 but he didnt turn up, and upon calling he said he's on leave and called his supervisor nandakishore[protected], who mentioned that company will provide replacement since the fridge is less than one month old. I accepted the suggestion - nandakishore said he'll get new fridge delivered by friday (July 21). Between july 18 to 21 i called nandakishore twice everyday to check status - he kept saying i'll receive fridge by friday. Never did he care to update me on the status - i've called krishna and nandakishore 15-20 times till date. Today is july 21 - i called him again to check when fridge will be delivered. Then he dropped bombshell by saying that pai international doesn't have stock of the fridge. He connected me to his superior raju ([protected]) who asked me to visit dealership for resolution. He said replacement has been approved but same model is not available so need to check other models. I visited dealership, who showed me the updated model (Rt47m623) but said i will need to pay extra money to get replacement. I refused. Now raju says i have 3 options
                            1. Wait 20 days for either replacement or refund
                            2. Pay extra money and buy another model
                            3. Get pcb board changed and see if problem goes away

                            This is absolutely ridiculous - its been 10 days since i lodged complaint, and four days since i was promised replacement. All false promises. Hopeless service team which doesn"t care one bit about customers.

                            If samsung knows there is no way of replacing, then why commit replacement without checking inventory?

                            If samsung cares about its customers, it would have apologized for inconvenience and as a compensation for the same, given the latest version of the refrigerator as replacement without any extra cost being borne by customer.

                            Clearly, samsung doesn"t seem to care and i will take it to highest levels in samsung. They need to know how customers feel cheated.

                              I sold my 30 year old voltas fridge and 14 yr old whirlpool fridge thinking i will buy a new age more modern looking one. My wife decided to surprise me and purchased a side by side samsung 600lt fridge for a whopping 85000 rs. Whopping because it is a huge amount for a middle class family in india. The biggest trick pulled in the customer is the misleading sticker on the front that says 10 year warranty on bold letters and once u get a problem u realise it has"on the compressor"written in small letters.in the 13th month of my purchase the freezer side of the fridge stopped working. Have been calling the samsung toll-free last 2 months to no avail. Initially a technician came and said that it has a gas problem. I was shocked to know that and asked them to replace the fridge. And that i will not let them repair as it is a high priced new fridge. I have been harassed by samsung company for last two months as i'm calling them almost daily and they say they will get back to me. Such inferior products at such high prices. I will never buy a samsung product again. Also i am left with no option but to approach the consumer court.

                                My name is dr. Manish karna and i brought s8 + mobile on 08th july 2017 using hdfc credit card because there was cash back offer of rs. 3000. I had to register the same hdfc credit card which was used for purchase with samsung pay. When i tried registering the card, it showed error as "invalid card". When i enquired from samsung call centre, they said since it is a dinners card, it cannot be supported as per the terms and conditions. When i enquired about terms and conditions their response was that they cannot share. This is against the fundamental right of customer. When i enquired about the email i'd on which i can raise complain, they also deny that. Anyways, i read terms and conditions through samsung store, nowhere it written that dinners card is not supported. This is absolutely cheating with customers and moreover how can samsung deny sharing terms and conditions. This is also against the honourable supreme court ruling in one such case.in view of the above, my prayer is to not only refund the cash back but also compensate me for the mental trauma i have suffered through.

                                    First when i purchased in pai showroom - vijayanagar - bangalore,
                                    With the price of around (24k) - the sales persons gave all the wrong information about the tv features.

                                    When it fixed in house and checked what ever the features the sales persons told it is not available.

                                    And if you people would have tell that the samsung tv - will work only
                                    One year., that time only i would have go and buy other tv (Like lg etc..). This is full of cheating and giving wrong information to the customers.

                                    And regarding warranty - got message and i called to the customer service - as i have been told that one of your executive will give a call and collect money on july 1st week. He has not come and my warranty is not available now.

                                    I think - samsung tv life is only 1-year. Please announce this to the customers with immediately, so that others will not get cheated like me.

                                    Exactly 1-year of purchase (July-2017) have problem with the color and now - on the screen one line is coming.

                                    When i contacted to the customer service engineer he is saying the screen will cost - around 12k.

                                    I just want to ask you, that - am i a mad person that again to spend that much of amount for the low quality tv's - samsung.

                                    I am using - samsung - washing machine also from quite a long time. But i did not expect this worst experience. It is good that i can inform this to my well wishers / friends / colleagues

                                    Do not ever never buy any samsung products, and i tell my experience.

                                    Now - i am asking you, what is the solution to the screen replacement / and want to go for the warranty.

                                    If not please tell - that your products will work only
                                    For 1-year / and after one year - we have to throw it in to the dustbins.

                                    I am not at all happy with your product/ wrong / false and cheating promises to the customers.

                                    Request: please do not cheat and give wrong promises to customers like me -
                                    As (24k) worth product willwork only
                                    1-year means, it is a lot problem for us. To bear and buy other product.

                                      Please note that i purchased a refrigerator, ref-sd-125 l to 200 l, samsung rr1915ccasa/192ltr ref, sl no 0837 on[protected]. During defrosting (For taking out raw food ingredients from deep fridge for cooking), the water accumulates in the non-detachable container attached outside the fridge. It is supposed to be evaporated, as told to us during fridge installation, when fridge is re-started & run for quite a long time. But this does not happen & the container has become water reservoir. It has become a ideal place for mosquitoes to increase their nos. I think it's a design fault & some remedial measure (Modification/ rectification/ attachment/ detachment) to be implemented to get rid off the problem. Please treat the issue as a major problem.                                         On checking with the service center for the replacement of the screen (Samsung j7 prime), it was told that the screen can be replaced in a week. Later there was no response from service center for more than a month. Not easily reachable through phone as well.

                                        First time, it was told that order can be placed without surrendering the phone and an order was taken. After a week the screen reached the center, i was told that, there is some issue and cannot be replaced. I was asked to wait for another week so that they can place a new order. But its been a month later, i was checking on how long can i wait, and now they ask me to surrender the phone only then they can raise an order for the screen.

                                        Is this how, they say different things at different point of time (1 mnth before and after)? Also how can i surrender a phone and be without it? This service center employees are hardly reachable and poor service and poor response!!

                                        I sent my samsung galaxy grand quatro mobile Model No.GTI 8552 in completely dead condition.for repairs to Sabri Mobile Service, the authorised service centre of the company at Forbesganj, Dist Araria (Bihar). After their thorough checkup they estimated the cost of repairs Rs.620=29p which I agreed to pay..After their repairs they delivered the mobile to me on 21.06.2017 and took the payments vide their inv no. 1643 dated 21.06.2017.When I brought the mobile to my home I found that WiFi is not working.They again kept the mobile for 2-3 days and finally
                                        told me that WiFi will not function and they demanded extra cost to the tune of Rs, 6000=00 for its repairs. When I protested as to why I was kept in dark on the first day when they accepted the phone for repairs and gave me estimated cost of repairs they turned a deaf ear.I lodged a complaint with the customers care centre vide reference no.[protected] and on their advise I deposited the phone vide service request no.[protected] dated 06.07.2017. The Customer Care is only for saving iitheir service centre and to lodge complaint with them is a wastage of time. My phone is still lying idle with the service centre. Will higher authorities of the company look into the problem and save me from the illegal extra charge of repairs beyond their estimated and paid charges.
