Dear Sir,
I am Dinesh Pandey I have purchased Samsung AC Inverter(Model no. SAC Samsung AR18MV5HETR Technology dated on 13-Apr-2017 which had cost Rs. 44, 000 from SARGAM Electronics Narela Delhi- 110040.Invoice no. SNR-0528.
This Ac didn’t work properly it was not cooling. So, I have complained dated on 23-Jun-2017. Samsung Engineer visited 23-Jun-17 and said there is problem in outdoor device (it has some card and that has problem).
After that he didn’t come back(Er.Neeraj). He said that my problem will be sorted out on 26-Jun-17, he said one part is damage that he had to order which will come up to 26-Jun-17, service order no. -[protected]. After that I didn’t gat any response from Samsung. Then I called up to Samsung Service Center and spoke with Mr. Gulshan at Sonipat, he gave me delay excuse because of GST. Mr. Harinder called me up on 30-Jun-17 and said that part which is ordered that is not available in there Warehouse and said that your money will be refund or outdoor unit will be changed. He asked me to send A/c Detail and Cheque copy, ID Proof and Bill Copy and I have mailed all that to [protected]@outlook.com dated on 29-Jun-17.
After long time I didn’t get any response from Service Center then I called up Samsung customer care then service Engineer came on 11-Jul-17 and said that the part which is ordered has come and they put it on and came to know other problem. I asked why you didn’t get it together and sorted it out Engineer replied it is connected with altogether and now he got problem that MOTOR in the outdoor Device has to be changed. And now they have to order that MOTOR and they would be able to sort it out. They used to tell me problem one after another and didn’t sorted out the problem.
Thereafter My wife called up to Samsung Service Center and spoke with Mr. Harinder and requested to sort out AC problem he said parts didn’t come yet. Then I said when it is in Warranty then you are not able to sort out the problem. When summer season will be finished then you will change your parts then howcome I will come to know that it would work properly or not. By the next season your warranty will be finished then he asked me to get AMC which has cost around Rs.11, 000 and argued and didn’t response positively.
Sir, You are requested to please understand my problem that I have purchased AC costing around Rs. 50, 000 and get problems one after another and spend 24-25 days in hot summer. If I would get it repair this year and it will create problem in next year then I will pay repair cost Rs.10, 000 -15, 000 in next year after warranty then what is use to purchase 5 Star Rating Samsung AC.
My service order no [protected] also cancelled dated 15-jul-17 reason “due to estimate not approved” and assign new service order [protected]. Sir I am asking that why call is cancelled before completion?
I request to extend the complete AC warranty atleast 4 yrs or refund my money.

    I'm from ludhiana punjab. My samsung j7 phone's rare camera lens mirror is melted.

    How can be samsung so bad..

    Even i have a screen resolution issues.

    I bought this phone on 2016

    Now everytime whenever i tried to on my phone. It heats like anything.

    I want refund right now.

    Will never buy samsung phones again.

        I have a samsung metro 310 handset. Its keypad (Navigation down key) problem. I went to our nearest service centre diamond harbour, south 24 pgs, west bengal. First service job done by keypad replace. Same problem faced after one week later. When i visit 2nd time representative said that no handset replacement will made. We repair once again. I am a student. How much time or money to spend for this? Bad company. Bad handset... Sorry for bad english

          Sir,

          My phone is under warranty. 2 months back only its vibration motor was replaced by samsung service centre, but after that its screen started flickering.

          I went to service centre again after some days, but they reduce to take phone under warranty as thet said that its board got water marks, but actually that board having some marks due to previous service work. It was not due to water.

          I dont know what to do with such service centre.. Its tonk phatak service centre of jaipur.

          My phone still has 1 month warranty and they make it out of warranty without any reason.

            I had purchased samsung s8 mobile, while purchasing i was assured that i will be getting a wireless charger free after registering on my galaxy app. The store people themselves registered on my galaxy app with my number. As i had some network issues with that number i inserted other sim in my phone but now on calling samsung customer care they are saying that am not eligible for fee wireless charger offer as i had changed my sim? This is reflects so badly on samsung if they really want to give free wireless charger then they wouldn't put such terms & conditions in the first place.

              My monitor was not working so i asked for an engineer to pay a visit & he came & told me to resolve my issue in 2-3 days. From that day i called 100s times & they are just making excuses for the new part which is to be fitted in my monitor. I already paid all fee & what i got in return nothing.
              Samsung really disappoint me. I don't think i'll buy any product of yours from now on

And another problem we have is when we on tv its is not coming sound... Again if we off and on then the sound is coming... I want to replace my tv...                   I had bought samsung galaxy note edge with a hope tht if any problem occurs i can easily find all the parts as it costed me 64000..
                  But its fortunate tht i cant and it had given me the worst expericence.
                  I had issues with my battery. So i started to find for a new battery but till now i am unable to find an orignal battery replacement for this.
                  I had replaced 2 batteries till now nd i dont know how many more to go.
                  Whenever i am contacting any customer service center they said its not in stock.
                  I dont know wen it will be in stock.
                  I am still searching for an orignal battery.

                  If samsung is listening this just provide me an orignal battery asap.

                    With the reference to previous complain, today our fridge door is going to change, we got new door from company but while fitting it technicians found it faulty, it has bend, then he changed pcb & using both side tape he stick gasket, but still problem is not solved. Is this a right way for the problem.
                    We are fighting for last 3 months... But still company didn't find problem & not agreed to change the defective fridge.
                    Hopeless service, bad experience, technicians have no knowledge, company don't care customers, we lost money on very bad product of samsung refrigerator.
                    Now if company will give us new refrigerator then only we agree otherwise we are going to complain at consumer court...

                      You do not have to offer service to people in addition to selling the product. Please shut down your service center for any million times better service than samsung's oppo and vivo's.

                        I'm really unable to tolerate anymore of this irritate handset which doesn't have product quality, how many times should i let u all know about my concern, u guys are least bother, i'm sure going to take an action regarding this.. Please find the capture images of my complete concern and also the issue which i'm facing in this handset.. If this could not resolve within a 3couple of days... This case will filled in consumer court and also in the news paper.

                          I am having battery problem in my phone samsung j2 as i already shown my mobile at your service center which is situated at abi guzar lal chowk srinagar namely ohi electronics...
                          Your service executive seen my mobile and said it's battery is damaged need to be replaced with new battery but j2 battery was not available at that time till now they are telling me the same reason...
                          Please help me as i am following them since from 2 months...

Failed to understand or m in a state of shock for providing such irresponsible reply from your end. Don't tell me you don't have enough staff to cater to the needs of your customer.                               On 1st week of july 2017 i. Lodged a complaint on toll free number vide no. [protected] that there is cooling problem in the refrigerator part where as the freezer part was cooling.. The operator gave some suggestion to defrost the refrigerator to resolve the problem. I did that as per instructions but after few days same problem arises then again i lodged another complaint code no. [protected] on 14.07.2017 to send engineer to rectify the problem and i received a sms having name of engineer with his mobile number. When i contacted him, he refused to attend the complaint and told that he has given my complaint to an another person. I am sorry to point that no body has turned up for repair. Is it samsung service.? Shall i get it repaired from outside agency other than samsung or shall i go to social media to tell public regarding your service. Legal aspect. Is. Also open to me.

                                My self dilip parikh resideing at anand. I had complain about my refrigerators is not working on dt.27 june 2017 vide complain no.[protected] to samsung india via toll free no.[protected]. Engineer came and change the pcb and charge me a rs.3550/. I have paid it vide bill no.21355 dt.28/6/17. But still today my refrigerators is not proper work. Every week i complain for that but they are not give me proper solution. My last three reminder complain no. Is (1) [protected] dt.1/7/17 (2) [protected] dt.5/7/17 (3) [protected] dt.12/7/17. So please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks

                                  I have purchased samsung c9 pro on very first day of launch which was delivered to me in march and mobile was working very fine till now. But when i checked today i. E. 14th july 2017, there was no signal showing on phone, i selected restart phone option pressing power button to fix network, but now phone is not getting switch on..
                                  I am worried for my data and mobile too..
                                  Phone was not wet/ was not fallen down/ nothing happen before this incident.. This was all of sudden.

                                    Samsung has its brand image globally for the quality and services too. Today i am the victim who is suffering with both bad quality product and service.
                                    I bought samsung fully automatic washing machine top load in oct 2013 and its not even four years and i had to replace three main parts of thw machine

                                    Pullgator in may[protected] rs
                                    Motor in july 2017
                                    Pcb (Technician mentioned this name) — both 6500 rs

                                    In three years i need to spend 9500 rs on replacement of the part which is more than half of the cost of the machine,. I mean what quality are we talking about. Not only that i have gone through horrible times of servicing.
                                    I have launched complain on 2nd july. The technician has taken the part (Pcb) saying that it will replaced in one to two days time. Inspite of lot of follow up with engineer and service centre i was not getting any satisfying reply other than part not available. Not even once i got call from service centre to update.
                                    On 13th july i got call from service centre saying not only pcb even motor also need to be replaced while that was not told by the first engineer.

                                    Its not only fooling the customer but also making maoney from customer,
                                    I had to struggle a lot for 13 days without machine and till date no solution

                                      Whenever i switched on the washing machine (Samsung front loading) the power for the entire house was getting cut off. I lodged a complaint with the service centre (Keerthanas mysore) a technical engineer checked the machine and opined that the power cable has to be changed. We told him to change the cable. He promised to come the next day with the power cable and replace the old one. Though more than three days have gone the techie has not come back. On inquiry we were told that they do not have the power cable on stock, that they have placed an indent with their central store and that the compliant will be attended on receipt of the spare. We wish to add that this is not the first instance of poor service

                                        I was returning to india from jordan at 19th-may'17 after a business trip and during my layover in doha airport, i purchased one samsung galaxy s8 from pulse electronics in duty free section.

                                        After getting to know about the specifications and other facilities like warranty and insurance which were the part of s8 package, i finally purchased one for me and at the point of sell, store executive confirmed multiple times to me that phone's warranty will be covered across the globe with onsite warranty facility.

                                        One week ago on 9th-jul'17, i observed a very tiny crack around the left edge panel of my phone's screen which was not caused by any direct impact or fall off as the phone was with me all the time in my pocket or may be that crack was from the beginning but i did not observe, by the time i come to know about the crack i immediately contacted samsung support to help me out with this problem.

                                        Firstly samsung declined on my face to look into any matter related to international products (Which are bought outside of india), according to their policy, samsung does not entertain warranty facility for any internal product, which was confirmed by the samsung store executive in doha airport in the very first place.

                                        After pushing this matter from my side and having a word with around 8 to 9 different samsung support personnel (Including managers and team leads), samsung finally decided to send an engineer (Mr. Umar khan, goregaon samsung support, mumbai) to diagnose the product if it was physically damaged by any outside intervention/impact but samsung engineer confirmed it was not caused by any direct impact or fall off case, he collected the useful information like crack pictures and serial no, while leaving he asked me to re-talk to samsung support and push this matter to get it fixed.

                                        I feel like i am scammed by samsung because why would any one buy such product that even its warranty will not be covered in his own home country and as a matter of fact, i was totally intercommunicated from samsung.

                                        This crack is progressing rapidly on the phone's screen and has take a round shape even after taking care of it so much but samsung is arrogant to accept a tiny possibility of selling a faulty product from their side neither they are taking any accountability of warranty and crack issue but repeatedly saying same statement 'samsung does not cover warranty of international products as per the policies and i have to pay whole amount inr 14000/- to get my phone fixed which is not a small amount to pay for the damage that even i haven't committed.

                                        Therefore i am looking forward having my finger crossed that samsung will get my phone fixed and resolve this warranty issue, and also will take care of their global executives training on their very terms and policy conditions, so that customers will not trapped like me.
