I have purchased seven samsung led flat t. V. On dated 24 february 2017 out of seven one sl. No. Qa2f3znh929554v (Model no. Ua32fh4003r) was sent to kushinagar to mr. Sonu yadav, village harpur mafi, post laxmi ganj, u. P. 274306 contact no. Of the person [protected]. (Attachment 2 nos. Enclosed).

The above mentioned t. V. Screen is not functioning properly. I, sonu yadav had lodged complaint at customer care & the service center engineer has visited from deoveria u. P. Service center & told us that the water entered in the t. V.. I would like to inform you that the engineer visited to my place is giving completely baseless statement. Actually the t. V. Is installed by the samsung engineer at the safe room. How he can give wrong statement now.

Therefore, you are requested to instruct the deoveria service centre to get the t. V. Rectified satisfactorily.

Hope you will take an appropriate for the satisfaction of the customer.

      Hello Team,

      This is in regards to Samsung S8 handset which I purchased few days back on May 02, 2017. Couple of days back my handset fell into a jug of fresh water and was taken out in a second and since then soft key button is not responding and stopped working. Also the camera is not functioning and the phone is now dead.

      I immediately visited the authorized Samsung service center and they asked me to submit the handset for the investigation. After a days i get to hear from service centre that my newly purchased handset is not covered under warranty. Then i contacted SAMSUNG customer care where my call was attended by Mr. Sameer Jain one of the Manager at Samsung Head office. He again asked for couple of days to further investigate. On Monday I received a call from Mr. Sameer Jain & he also said the same that my handset is not covered under warranty and closed the case from their end without informing me. I was really unhappy with this casual approach.

      Per the Service centre executive & Mr. Sameer Jain from Samsung, I am the second owner of this handset hence, my handset is not covered under warranty. But i really fail to understand from where they got such fake information. I have the genuine bill from the authorized dealer from where i purchases this Samsung S8 handset.
      Please find attached the original copy of bill of the handset.

      Also on Samsung website its clearly mentioned that "Samsung S8 IP68 is Dust and Water Resistant and the device is protected against entry of solid foreign objects, and harmful ingress of static water at up to 1.5m, for up to 30 minutes."

      This absolutely wrong statement & misguiding to a customer.

      After reaching to everyone let it be Samsung service center or Head Office, no one was there to help. I am really very disappointed and unsatisfied with the services provided. I have spent Rs. 60, 000 on a handset and now when there is a issue no one is there to help from the company.

      SAMSUNG being such a big brand name has not justified its standard this time. Very very disappointing.

      I want my handset to be replaced with a new handset.

        I have purchased samsung f/l washing machine at vasanth & co. Purasaiwalkam branch chennai on 11/06/2017 vide bill no.[protected]. - model no. Wa70m4000hp/tl-slno.03vk5pbj601827.
        The samsung service engineer called at my house on 12/07/2017 and opened the box and kept the washing machine in the floor. As there is no sufficient washing machine hose in the box, the installation not done on 12/07/2017. The service engineer told me that the machine would be function after the fixing of length washing machine hose tomorrow i. E.13/07/2017 but he obtained my signature in all forms on 12/07/2017. I regret to note that even after fixing the sufficient length hose, the function of 'washing' not working. I therefore request to arrange for the replacement of washing machine

            I have purchased sidebyside door refrigerator, just a less than a month. I founds samsung service and service engineer are non trained, technically not fit to resolve query.
            Laughing part is, door is having manufacturing defect but samsung service engineer says door replacement is not samsung responsibility, it's seller responsibility to get it. I got completely shocked, first 30 days are complete freeze replacement guarantee and1 year service warranty.
            I am having copy of all detail and i had mentioned same in service copy also. I don;t know samsung really cares about customer.

            I did mentioned "My complain Number is :[protected]" in my last post. You can get my personal detail from complain number. You can reach me on [protected].. Same complain I have posted on Samsung support to CEO desk. Hope will get some reply and satisfactory resolution of it.
            If engineer says it's not Samsung responsibility for service, it's big joke and Samsung support team seriously have to look into it. If product company don't take responsibility in warranty period then who will take care.

                Refrigerator not working

                No one listen in a samsung company... I called 28 june to repair my refriferator... Till now there is no response from the samsung company... They are just delaying n delaying... On 28 june they appoint a bajinder employee... But this person doesnt have any sense of talking and always said i am coming... But till now no response... So i request u to plzz take an appropriate action on bajinder and plzz repair my refrigerator as soon as possible...

                I've bought a samsung j7 prime with insurance. Its been a 4 or 5 months and its display got a crack in accident and i've applied for insurance and now its been a month but there is no response form the company they have taken my originals copy of invoice and all i need serious action against it or else it would be so serious. I've been turning around the bigc store near to me there is no proper response if thi continues i would seriously take action against the bigc conpany. Though it is the matter of some 5000 rs but the trust issue maters worst service i would never get back to bigc or suggest it to anyone

                  I have bought the samsung refrigerator twin cooling in april 2016 model no. Rt42k5468sl/tl2016. Before completion of 1 yr i have received a call from samsung chennai in april 2017 stating that there is a manufacturing defect in pcb software and that needs an upgrade (Free) and technician has told that i need to keep the refrigerator off for 2 days. If not repaired the lower fridge will have ice formation. But then there was no problem so i did not allow him to change. But now after 1 yr 2 months the entire lower fridge is filled with ice and when i contacted the service center they have quoted repair cost as 4500/- approx and it is not under warranty for the same problem which the technician mentioned during april 2017 (That the problem is due to software upgrade issue in pcb board). Now when the company themselves contacted me in april for repair due to company manufacturing issue for the specific model, why must i pay for the repair. When the problem is a company related/manufacturing issue why must i pay. My complaint details service order no.[protected].

                  Dear sir
                  This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Refrigerator bearing Model No.RT42K5468SL/TL.

                  As per our discussion we have offer the 50% discount on the repair cost, the total repair cost is INR.4382.

                  Kindly give your valuable reply so that we can proceed further and provide you the quality repair.

                  Our Argument: why should we pay 50% also when the defect is due to manufacturing issue. I do not understand why this bargain. We are still not happy as we need to pay 50% of the repair cost unecessarily.I guess these people create problem assuming that people who buy these high end refrigerators do not mind to pay repair cost.For the consumer interest and right i think we have right to question when the basic functionality of the refrigerator is lost.
                  BUT AS THE ENTIRE REFRIGERATOR STARTED MALFUNCTIONING WE ARE COMPELLED TO ACCEPT 50% WAIVER.
                  I STILL INSIST SAMSUNG TO CHECK WHETHER THIS IS A GAME BY MIDDLEMEN WHICH IS PUTTING SAMSUNG BRAND AT STAKE.
                  IF SAMSUNG CANNOT RECTIFY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS PLEASE DO NOT SELL ANY PRODUCTS IN FUTURE AS YOU WILL BE TAGGED AS WORST CONSUMER DURABLE PLAYER IN THE MARKET SHAMEFUL!!!

                    I submitted my phone to samsung authorised service centre (Cmh road, indiranagar, near paradise hotel bangalore) as its power button was compressed down for which i couldn't restart my phone.

                    They made me to replace the lcd saying that power button is broken. When i collected my phone i was just handed over the old part also.

                    When i checked the power button on the old part it was working all good. I don't know own for reason i just paid 14121/- rs.

                    I need my phone to be again replaced with the old lcd and full money refund should be done.

                      As per your advertisement in google regarding installation of samsung pay apps in s6edge, (Snapshot of add is attached) i went to your customer care centre galaxy communication located near old ashok cinema hall, patna on 11.07.2017 for installation of samsung pay apps in my s6edge handset.

                      I was informed by your staff mr. Suraj kumar that the app will be uploaded after system updation after surrendering my phone for an hour. I submitted my mobile handest (Request no.[protected]) to the centre after sacrificing all my important documents n data so that the app could get uploaded but after one hour i was informed that the app is not supportable in this handest, so take back the phone. It took exactly 2 hours to get my phone back. I was waiting there for 3 hours. (Kindly check cctv footage)

                      After getting delivery the phone after 3 hours without installing the aaps, i said that it should be informed to the customer before taking the posession that the app in not supportable in this handset. Hearing this, your staff mr. Suraj kumar answered that customer should also be aware of all the products before coming to the centre.
                      I said i want to meet the manager then he didnt allowed me to meet the manager acting in a very rude way. When i said let me meet the manager otherwise i will complain for you, then he said that go and complain as nobody in bihar will act against me.

                      Now please answer me:
                      Is this a way samsug will treat there high value customer?
                      We need to take prior appointment to meet the manager of samsung?
                      The staff mr. Suraj kumar is talking nonsense n humiliating cutomer on what basis???
                      Customer care department is not having a proper knowledge of its products???
                      Who will retrive my lost data??


                      I am sorry to say that your service in bihar is very poor. Kindly take proper action at the earliest before you loose your market.

                      I am using samsung tv, samsung refrigirator, samsung air conditioner from long time and at this time i was planning to purchase samsung s8 but thanks to mr. Suraj kumar and galaxy communication who let me realised that i am wasting time n money before this compay.

                      By this behaviour of yours i will never purchase any samsung products in future.

                        Sir my tv is 2.8 years old and i am facing problems with vertical rainbow lines. I have spend 35000 thousand rupees on this tv. Your service engineer suggest that pannel of tv will replaced with new one and it would cost rupees 18000 thousand. Sir now adays lot of led tv with lowest price are available in market. Why should we should choose bad samsung led tv who even not return it's cost. I will suggest to all my relatives and friend not to buy bad samsung led tv or mobile.

                          Sir, to be more specific i bought a smartphone samsung galaxy j5-2016 in 2016 and it went wrong within 6 months and contacted customer care for the support and they asked me visit service center and firstly i was made to search entire my city for the service center because they gave me false service center address, that's because your customer care executives and your samsung website were not updated and they were showing old service center addresses. After struggling for 3 days when i checked my mobile it was working perfectly, so, i again contacted customer care number to ask them whether i have to visit the service center, on that they said if you don't have problem now, then you need not visit the service center, so i drop the idea to visit the service center.

                          Now, its 10 months since i bought my mobile, now again there is a issue with my mobile phone. This time i visited the service center and in the service center the executive asked me to submit the mobile since it is having slow charging problem and they gave me an acknowledgement paper and asked me to visit the center next day. So, next day i visited the service center and they handover me the handset and said problem was with the port and they have replaced the same, but when i checked the mobile whether its charging properly or not, to add to my surprise the problem was not resolved. So, i again told the customer care executive at the service center, that my problem was not resolved. They again asked me to submit the handset and asked me come next as the mother board of the handset has to be replace, so i agreed to that and visited the service center next day to collect my phone. Sir, would you believe that they again handover me my handset and said that the problem is resolved, when i asked them which part got replaced they again said that its the charging port only. When i checked the mobile i found again the same problem was there. Now today[protected] they said that i again have to submit the handset as its motherboard has to be replace and again asked me visit tomorrow.

                          Sir, what i want to say is that the customer service center and customer care executives were just playing with their customers. They cleverly issue new job cards everyday which makes everyone believe that the handset has come for the servicing on the very day. So, i just want you help me in resolving my issue.

                            I have purchased 280 lters refrigerator samsung make from pai electronics
                            Bangalore. Damage which is not visible in front view inside the refrigerator. Now it is over 2 months when cleaing the refrigerator we notice the damage inside the refrigerator. We complaint to the company. The service engieers visited the our place and refused to accept pre-purchase damage. No one can identifythe damage easily. This type of branded product company can not sell the damaged product. Dealer pai international was fooled us by selling damaged product. They might have purchased rejcted goods and sold through show room in actual price. They might have obtained half price. Now we do not know whether product manufacturer will take resposiblity of the product or dealer. Who sold the product. This is clearing shows company missutilization of consumer faith in samsug product

                              On june 18th we had registered a complaint of samsung washing machine - front load as there was some kind of noise coming from the drum. The complaint number was [protected].
                              The engineer came and checked the machine and informed that the problem was of only some finch and that needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was working properly. He took rs 460 for the visit. The washing machine was delivered when we paid the charges of inr 2203 (Out of which inr 1853.57 were service charges for repairing the machine and remaining as per samsung executives were of transportation). We were even not given the receipt of inr 1853.57.
                              When we asked for the demo to the service engineers who came to deliver the machine they informed that it has been fully tested at the work shop and was working properly so no need for us to wait and give the demo. The next day when we started the washing machine it was getting stuck and not moving forward. The time duration shown on the display was not going ahead. When we called the engineer who came he informed us that there will be no charges but you have to register another complaint and hence we registered another complaint with number [protected]. The engineer came to our place and informed that the unit needs to be picked up again for repairs. However no charges will be incurred for this. Again the unit was picked up and after 2-3 days we were informed that we have to pay rs 6400 for repairing the circuitry of washing machine. There was never any problem of circuitry in the machine. The circuit might have got damaged when the washing mashing was opened the first time for repairing the drum finch and proper care must not have been taken while doing the first repair and while transporting the unit. If the washing machine was fully tested as per the engineers who came to deliver it for the first time why was the problem of circuitry not noticed. They should have informed the problem with the circuitry when the first time the washing machine was taken for repairs. As the circuitry was damaged by samsung people themselves while rectifying the first problem we request to carry out the necessary repairs free of cost and deliver the washing machine to us in fully working condition at the earliest. If the problem is not solved within a weeks time then i will have to take legal actions against samsung and off course i will stop buying products of samsung.

                              Under the reference complaint no [protected] the washing machine was delivered after rectification ( rectification as informed by Samsung Service Centre )
                              My front door washing machine again stopped working within a span of one month.
                              I was again asked to pay the charges to repair the machine under complaint no [protected].
                              When I denied to bear any charges ( as I have already paid for the circuit that got damaged ) SAMSUNG closed my compliant without my consent.When I called customer care again they requested to open the compliant and so I again opened the complaint with request no [protected].Again the same thing was repeated and complaint was closed by SAMSUNG without my consent.When I called customer care they re booked the complaint with other reference no [protected].
                              Samsung offers one of the worst services and they just know how to harass customers.
                              I do not understand how many times do I have to keep on paying the charges and also this has wasted so much of my time. I will not pay any expenses now.If my washing machine is not repaired free of cost within two days time then I will take legal actions against SAMSUNG service centre and also I will stop buying any SAMSUNG products.

                                -just 1.5 year old double door refrigerator
                                -gas leakage problem detected

                                Most worst and pathetic service by samsung service centre, yelling from last 15 days and making complaints 4-5 times a day to fix but people there are least concerned no one visit and call centre people makes fake promises, even floor in charge is not ready to talk even as he has no answer.

                                I strongly recommend buyers never to buy samsung products as after service is more then worst and disgusting.
