Sir, to be more specific i bought a smartphone samsung galaxy j5-2016 in 2016 and it went wrong within 6 months and contacted customer care for the support and they asked me visit service center and firstly i was made to search entire my city for the service center because they gave me false service center address, that's because your customer care executives and your samsung website were not updated and they were showing old service center addresses. After struggling for 3 days when i checked my mobile it was working perfectly, so, i again contacted customer care number to ask them whether i have to visit the service center, on that they said if you don't have problem now, then you need not visit the service center, so i drop the idea to visit the service center.

Now, its 10 months since i bought my mobile, now again there is a issue with my mobile phone. This time i visited the service center and in the service center the executive asked me to submit the mobile since it is having slow charging problem and they gave me an acknowledgement paper and asked me to visit the center next day. So, next day i visited the service center and they handover me the handset and said problem was with the port and they have replaced the same, but when i checked the mobile whether its charging properly or not, to add to my surprise the problem was not resolved. So, i again told the customer care executive at the service center, that my problem was not resolved. They again asked me to submit the handset and asked me come next as the mother board of the handset has to be replace, so i agreed to that and visited the service center next day to collect my phone. Sir, would you believe that they again handover me my handset and said that the problem is resolved, when i asked them which part got replaced they again said that its the charging port only. When i checked the mobile i found again the same problem was there. Now today[protected] they said that i again have to submit the handset as its motherboard has to be replace and again asked me visit tomorrow.

Sir, what i want to say is that the customer service center and customer care executives were just playing with their customers. They cleverly issue new job cards everyday which makes everyone believe that the handset has come for the servicing on the very day. So, i just want you help me in resolving my issue.

    I have purchased 280 lters refrigerator samsung make from pai electronics
    Bangalore. Damage which is not visible in front view inside the refrigerator. Now it is over 2 months when cleaing the refrigerator we notice the damage inside the refrigerator. We complaint to the company. The service engieers visited the our place and refused to accept pre-purchase damage. No one can identifythe damage easily. This type of branded product company can not sell the damaged product. Dealer pai international was fooled us by selling damaged product. They might have purchased rejcted goods and sold through show room in actual price. They might have obtained half price. Now we do not know whether product manufacturer will take resposiblity of the product or dealer. Who sold the product. This is clearing shows company missutilization of consumer faith in samsug product

      On june 18th we had registered a complaint of samsung washing machine - front load as there was some kind of noise coming from the drum. The complaint number was [protected].
      The engineer came and checked the machine and informed that the problem was of only some finch and that needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was working properly. He took rs 460 for the visit. The washing machine was delivered when we paid the charges of inr 2203 (Out of which inr 1853.57 were service charges for repairing the machine and remaining as per samsung executives were of transportation). We were even not given the receipt of inr 1853.57.
      When we asked for the demo to the service engineers who came to deliver the machine they informed that it has been fully tested at the work shop and was working properly so no need for us to wait and give the demo. The next day when we started the washing machine it was getting stuck and not moving forward. The time duration shown on the display was not going ahead. When we called the engineer who came he informed us that there will be no charges but you have to register another complaint and hence we registered another complaint with number [protected]. The engineer came to our place and informed that the unit needs to be picked up again for repairs. However no charges will be incurred for this. Again the unit was picked up and after 2-3 days we were informed that we have to pay rs 6400 for repairing the circuitry of washing machine. There was never any problem of circuitry in the machine. The circuit might have got damaged when the washing mashing was opened the first time for repairing the drum finch and proper care must not have been taken while doing the first repair and while transporting the unit. If the washing machine was fully tested as per the engineers who came to deliver it for the first time why was the problem of circuitry not noticed. They should have informed the problem with the circuitry when the first time the washing machine was taken for repairs. As the circuitry was damaged by samsung people themselves while rectifying the first problem we request to carry out the necessary repairs free of cost and deliver the washing machine to us in fully working condition at the earliest. If the problem is not solved within a weeks time then i will have to take legal actions against samsung and off course i will stop buying products of samsung.

      Under the reference complaint no [protected] the washing machine was delivered after rectification ( rectification as informed by Samsung Service Centre )
      My front door washing machine again stopped working within a span of one month.
      I was again asked to pay the charges to repair the machine under complaint no [protected].
      When I denied to bear any charges ( as I have already paid for the circuit that got damaged ) SAMSUNG closed my compliant without my consent.When I called customer care again they requested to open the compliant and so I again opened the complaint with request no [protected].Again the same thing was repeated and complaint was closed by SAMSUNG without my consent.When I called customer care they re booked the complaint with other reference no [protected].
      Samsung offers one of the worst services and they just know how to harass customers.
      I do not understand how many times do I have to keep on paying the charges and also this has wasted so much of my time. I will not pay any expenses now.If my washing machine is not repaired free of cost within two days time then I will take legal actions against SAMSUNG service centre and also I will stop buying any SAMSUNG products.

        -just 1.5 year old double door refrigerator
        -gas leakage problem detected

        Most worst and pathetic service by samsung service centre, yelling from last 15 days and making complaints 4-5 times a day to fix but people there are least concerned no one visit and call centre people makes fake promises, even floor in charge is not ready to talk even as he has no answer.

        I strongly recommend buyers never to buy samsung products as after service is more then worst and disgusting.

          On repeated reminder and complains our issue is unresolved since many days. Hereby requesting the respective authority to resolve the issue by arranging a pick up and refund the amount at earliest.

            I had purchased this phone on 8 months back. From first month i used to visit service center because of the mobile dead problem. I have visited 4 times in last 8 month for the same problem and called to your support executives approx 100+ times but the result is as it is. I am sharing your service center receipt and want to replace it on the priority.
            Also, i have only one option to replace this otherwise i have finally decided to file case against your company because i have tired to take time from office and repair such kind of worst mobile.
            Today, i am sharing same issue over each of social media website as well as consumer report website to stop such kind of worst handset.
            Now, i would not sit silent and in next week you will receive notice from consumer forum.

                I have taken samsung microwave oven on dt 29.10.2016 from amar agencies shop no 18-19 space olympia, suitgirni chowk aurangabad. But when the product received for installation no one came till we call most of time them. After wards when they gone we started to use but we recognised that this product is faulty. So we were calling to samusung customer they were not responding our complaint. So we contact to amar agencies he said to contact samusung customer care i told him we have already contacted but he says they only can resolve your problem.                   Not working properly,

                  I had given samsung ssd for warranty replacement at supertron surat location on date: 10-april-2017, chq no: 3035 (Copy attached as attachment). Till date not replaced.

                  * more than 90 days not replaced.
                  * 4 to 5 times visited but not they replied "we will inform you when your porduct arrived"
                  * service center not properly reply.

                    I purchased mobile from vijay sales pimple saudagar, which is worst in sales and providing services after sales.
                    The screen was flickering hence i took it to kothrud service center, and they returned the phone without doing anything, then i submitted the mobile to m. M services pimpri sai chowk, and believe me i have seen such worst services any where they have not returned my mobile since 17 days, and just say due to gst parts are not available.
                    I urge people not to buy samsung phones ever never.

                      2 years before i purchased samsung s4 mini mobile. I kept that mobile like a baby. Still no scrach, but 2 months before mother board is gone. (I dont know what is the problem). Even local brands are having atleast mother board warrenty. The service centre is asking 8000 rupees to change mother board. This is not very high,
                      So i am not able to put the mobile in exchange. I want to recover my data as well.

                      I called to customer care they are also not responding properly.

                      Please help me to repair my mobile.

                      The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
                      We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                      As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                        Bought the above tv from ab electronics late last month and was promised airtel digicard free with the purchase of the television. When the card did not arrive, on checking a few days later we were informed that we would have to pay 1200 rupees. It is so surprising that a samsung dealer promises something at the time of purchase and then does not honour the commitment.

                          This complaint is regarding the worst service ever i got from the samsung service centre. I have submitted my phone samsung galaxy s6 at the samsung service centre panvel, maharashtra for changing lcd. I have visited this panvel service center on dated 30 th june 2017 but they gives excuses for gst and told me to visit again on 7th june so i have given the my s6 phone on 7th of july 2017 after being promised that i'll be getting back the phone on 11th july. The service centre failed to deliver it on the given date, even they didn't received the call also. I am getting frustrated for this kind of service. They even don't know what samsung provide the warranty for lcd. I did a call to toll free number from service center and confirm to them what samsung exactly provide the warranty for lcd, then this panvel service center accepted and ready to give 3 months warranty. I had talk with service head of this panvel service center mr. Deepak mali whose id number is drmali8253 even he don't know what warranty samsung is providing after confirmation from toll free number this service head will accepted for 3 months warranty and after that he promised for i'll be getting back the phone on 11th july, but failed to deliver on time but still gives excuses to me in a rude manner. I want immediate action to be taken against this panvel service center and i want my compensation from samsung for the loss of my valuable time.

                          There is still no response from samsung team. this is the worst service ever i got. i will keep telling people to dont buy any samsung product if is this kind of service they are providing. i used s3 and now i am using s6 but now here after i will be not using any samsung product .i am giving 4000 INR advance payment for my s6 LCD change on service center head getting promised that phone will get back on time but there is no any response from service team. i already get frustrated and i have now regrets for buying samsung phone.

                          Today i received my product 25000mah power bank with bluetooth headset.. but the product is not working.i want to return this and refund maoney back..

                            This complaint is regarding the carelessness of the samsung service centre. I have submitted my phone samsung galaxy a8 at the samsung service centre near dondaparthy, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh for replacement of the glass. I have given the phone on 5th of july after being promised that i'll be getting back the phone on 8th july as i'll be out of station after that. The service centre failed to deliver it on the given date. So i called to the manager of the service centre mr. Ramraju regarding this issue and he was speaking so carelessly and he was answering to me in a rude manner. I want immediate action to be taken against him and i want my compensation from samsung for the loss of my valuable time.

                              I have purchased a samsung refrigerator model no. Rt39k5458sl/tl, serial no. Odce4dbh800143e on[protected], but m/s era radios has not given bill till today by which i am facing many problems. Besides this my refrigerator is not working since last 5 days and i have lodge a complaint before you and the complaint is still pending due to bill.
                              I am a senior citizen having age of 79 years and facing such problems due to m/s era radios, civil lines, bareilly. I have visited his shop more than 10 times but no response given by him.
                              I am retired govt officer and i hope that you will look in this matter and will take serious action against m/s era radios, civil lines bareilly and will repair my above mentioned refrigerator as soon as possible.

                                From last couple of month my fridge continues giving problem to me, multiple time the fridge get repair and finaly it's unrepairable, it's only 3-4year old. And ur telling u vl get only 35%, i am not agree wid this 35%, kindly repair my fridge, or give similar model to me,
                                My fridge is not proper working from last couple of month, who vl going to bare the food getting spoil,

                                  I have submitted my mobile metro 313 in march and problem was simpale that music player was not working. After 15 days i got my mobile and check that pcb was short and display was white and i again submitted my mobile. Now after 4 moths they are telling me that pay 900 ruppes then they will repair.
                                  That is samsung service.
                                  I'm unhappy with it and if anyone is responsible to resolve it please contact to me otherwise i will go in forum

                                    I gave a samsung TAB 4 for repairing in February, 2017 to Samsung Service Centre, Mathura. I didn't get any receipt for that moreover i have not received my samsung tab, till date. The person over there Mr. Sudip Shaha doesn't receive the calls & whenever I go there (26 kms from my home, to & fro) personally he says it will be repaired by tomorrow. Is there any solution for this kind of nuisance?

                                      Genuine advice to all : never buy any samsung products. Though they are cheap, the are good for nothing. Tried multiple mobiles, never lasted more than a year.
                                      Bought ac, no cooling at all, where as my neighbour bought voltas ac, which is really good.

                                      Their customer care is worst. Warrant offers are just for cheating. Never expect any replacement/repair.

                                        I love Samsung brand; I really do which is why I continue to use it despite a series o[censored]nfortunate incidents over a decade. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A7(2016) handset Serial no. RZ8H20CYDPN IMEI no. [protected]/01 for Rs 27000/- from Reliance Digital Store, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. On July 5, 2017 my phone shows little spot on screen but 2 days later the spot spread to the whole screen and screen went blank. On july 8, 2017 i visited samsung serivice centre and they clearly denied to operate my mobile under warranty. My phone is under warranty. There is no physical damage, breakage or even scar on phone till date.

                                        While returning my cell, i was told that i have to pay an amount of Rs. 6200/-to get my mobile repaired. I will be taking legal action for my loss and deficiency of service. Company may asked for replacement, or at-least repair the defective part free of cost. They are demanding some rupees for repair. It is injustice to ask payment during warranty period. Please take action against this problem and resolve them or either go for consumer forum. Because i am facing lot of problems and harassment from handset.

                                        Would request your intervention as it is under warranty. Looking for a favourable reply at the earliest.
