Hello team samsung,
I'm sure your guys are putting sincere efforts in bringing quality products to your customers worldwide, want to mention have experienced that quality in the samsung products i own. However i feel that with time the focus on quality/customer service is diluted somewhere.
People buy the products expecting a descent life span of the product, which then forms the foundation of loyalty towards the brand.
In recent past i had a very bitter experience with one of your product, a product which was once your flagship model for the year, a top of the line mobile phone with stellar specs and design... But lacking in the most basic element of a product.."product life".
I would like to inform that i have used galaxy note 2 for few years and the experience was so overwhelming that had opted to buy samsung galaxy note 4 last april (2016).
Ever since i purchased this phone it worked flawlessly, liked it so much that was already setting my eyes on you upcoming galaxy note model..
However as i was closing to warranty end, phone started developing issues with the motherboard, i was skeptical o[censored]sing it as i had read news of note 7 model bursting into flames due to internal issues.
I took the phone to you service centre where i was given a blunt statement that "note 4 is known for motherboard issues" i was left to wonder how come a top of the line model being known to have issues still not getting addressed aptly by the company.
Phone was taken for motherboard replacement under warranty (Few days were remaining for warranty expiry)... Happy again
Phone was again brand new, working flawlessly again... Awesome customer service... Great experience.
Within a month the phone was dead. Took it to same service centre... Only to hear that the phone is out of warranty, and motherboard costs more than 60% of the cost if not full value of the product.
I'm highly disappointed with this experience, a phone expected to set standards performing so poorly, not even lasting a month over 1 year (Even after replaced parts) and being called a flagship model.
I am not writing this email expecting you to favor me in any way or extend any support whatsoever, i just wanted to convey how poorly your best engineered products fair in real life having such in-descent product life that even a low range phone can outperform it.

Never-mind, we indians have habit o[censored]sing low quality products... And that is what i just experienced.

And Today I received call from Samsung. Again I asked the same question. She said, she will check with the service team.
Here again I am asking the same question, after I paid 11000/-, if my machine won't work. What could be the case.
And why the two people's not answer my question. Is there any uncertainty?
