Dear sirs,
I would like to inform you that my double door refrigerator of model name 05934zaz400005z is give trouble to me due to rubber cut below side the door for quite some time. I made complain to samsung custom care using their number[protected], several times. My complain no is [protected] after that their person visited my home and vide call no. [protected] and replaced the rubber of complete door and take the both charges of services and produce. After changing by refrigerator door’s rubber. We are facing some cooling issue i complain several time after they visited and change parts and committed and problem resolve now but situation was very disgusting. Now my refrigerator become a box. My point is :-
1. First time my problem is for rubber cut
2. After replaced rubber we are facing some cooling issue.
3. Now my refrigerator become a box after several time visit of your well trained technician.
4. Now your customer care services person and technician said parts are not available so problem cannot be resolve.
5. My refrigerator was in working condition before your technician visited and after visit its become a box for me
6. They suggest to me purchase new refrigerator which are not possible to me.
7. We all family members are using different product of samsung for last 10 years and now it was very painful situation for me and my family members and its was very difficult to trust in your product. Therefore, i request you to take necessary action in this regard.

High cooling problem was going last 2month in my freeze?i was complaint 18april and still problem is same?where is service?i was 5times call toll free number but nothing?3rd class service still problem is same

    Hello,
    I, anil verma from sohana distt mohali punjab, i had buy a washing machine (Wt1007ag) cost 13500 from raja electronic sohana distt mohali punjab dated (06\08\2015). I would like to share my worst experience with your product, at the time of purchased to till today i faced number of times problem regarding drier part like not working properly or heat generated and too much noise. I complaint to the shopkeeper about this problem several times and your company expert has visited and resolve the problem for that time but after some days again it will happen. This will happen 8 times continuously from the time of purchased but now its enough for me. I don't know why this happening again and again but now i donot repair my product anymore because it has some technical issue which your company expert can't handle or not understand so please change my product or to give back my money, so i switched to another trustworthy brand who commits and deliver accordingly because i used many of your appliances but now its totally break of my trust in your reputated brand.

      I bought a samsung c7 pro (Golden) phone in the month of april from the amzon site. The issue of heating problem with this april issue was coming for slow charging.
      But for some days its problem is also coming in the display. I have had a lot of problems with this phone in 2 months.
      Please request me to exchange my phone and give me new phone as soon as possible.

      When will a9 pro will get nougat update..a7 and a5 got nougat update but you not a9 pro .y this is so late market is running now on Android 'O' still we couldn't get nougat atleast

      I have bought Samsung c7 pro around 5 months ago. Till date i can't activate call waiting
      I thought this problem will solve automatically but problem remains same.
      I already done those inline process that how to activate call waiting but i received from my phone is "unexpected response from network".

          I have raised cases with samsung a lot of times and all you guys know is to resolve the case... I had pink display issue with my phone which is found in lot of s7 edge phones, since my display was cracked samsung said it cannot be claimed under warranty. I paid for the replacement and got my phone on june 3rd. Where they replaced the phone screen and the metal bumper but never provided the sim tray with the phone. Though they took 12000 plus.
          While collecting the phone i confirmed if all the issue are fine and did confirm twice about water resistance and the staff said that they did check the water resistance and its fine. Even when my phone was cracked the water seal was tight.

          As s7 edge is a ip 68 certified phone, before the repair i used my phone in pool and other water places for more than 30 minutes without any issue but now after the repair the was under water for a minute about a depth of 6 inch in freshwater but water went inside my phone.

          Today i had been to samsung service centre and the staff there are so rude and do not take our queries.

          I did my phone service in samsung mobile service center (Vasavi telecommunications) yelahanka, bengaluru, karnataka 560064

          Now i need a resolution or i need a replacement since my phone is still under warranty or i need my money back.

          Samsung service including the ceo desk is worst.

          Never recommend samsung to anyone.

          I used samsung s plus, s2, s3, s4, s5 but none had issue like in s7 edge.

          Samsung service level is pathetic.

          Do remember that do not justify as its water damage its a phone with ip 68 rating and it should hold 5 feet depth for 30 minutes, but due to poor service and repair 6 inch pure water for a minute as damaged the phone.

          Iphone and sony have better service. Kindly let me know a good resolution.

          I received a call from samsung stating that I will get another call in 2 hours but no one called again... Such a poor and pathetic service
          I Have purchased a new Samsung LED Monitor 18.5", when I first open the pack there was the Strick line in the monitor, so for that i rise the complaint @ toll free number, a person visit to our office from samsung service center, and get that monitor for service. I give my monitor for service @ 26th june now the date is 17th july, but still i didn't get my monitor and also any status. Iam really irritated by this samsung service. Please find any solution to get back my monitor as soon as possible. My Request Number is [protected].

            Hi,

            Service request: [protected]

            My samsung front loading washing machine had motor bearing noise, so raised a complaint on 13/may/2017,
            Service engineer visited and told to arrange a new motor and visited after 10 days, but new motor was not working,

            Service engineer again re-order the new motor, after one week turned up with same motor

            Again after one week, to my surprise came with same motor which was agin not working

            4th time came with new motor again it was not working, but old motor ws working

            5th time two guys came and checked pcb and motor, but again no resolution
            I was told pcb has an issue, after this motor display stoped working
            I wasalso told that wshing machine will goto service center

            To my surprise on 16th june they closed the call, and i recieved and sms that we hope your query was resolved satisfactorily

            I called service engineer and asked to just replace the motor, and was told motor is not there, so have to reorder 5th time

            I call service helpline number on 17th june, and asked to escalate the issue,
            And called 3-4 time, but no response from samsung..

            Samsung: please stop laughing at customers problem,

              And it is clearly shown forign particles near back button of mobile which occurred during manufacturing mobile that means MANUFACTURING FAULT..So my mobile should be replaced or repaired under warranty period.I am service man and my office work hold due to not available of mobile . Request please take necessary action earliest.
              My mobile cost is 17500 which purchased on[protected] against EMI of Rs-2700 pm from HDFC bank . Still EMI under processing and your service deptt estimated repaired cost Rs-10000 which is not acceptable .

                Hi, i'm navi resident of sector 76, noida. We are using a refrigerator of samsung. Before one moths everything was fine but but suddenly i faced a problem of low cooling. I complained in samsung customer care 12 day before and on 9th june my complain got resolved by feeling gas in my refrigerator. But then again i got the same problem of no cooling since last three days. I again complained in customer care my complain no. Is [protected]. Yesterday i called the customer care executives said today is sunday no body will come to solve my problem it's off on sunday... But in my knowledge there is no off on sunday. Anyways they gave me time of today morning at 11am. They said an engineering will definitely come an solve your problem. But today nobody came and when i talked in service center hcl services limited sector 3 noida... There i talked with mr. Bhawan singh whoes mobile no. Is [protected] he said they have off today no one gonna come to resolve my problem. I requested him that i'm suffering a lot without refrigerator since 3 days in this summer session. But he denied to send anyone today.
                I just want to ask is this kind of services samsung is providing to their customer. Sumsu is a good brand name. I think the people who are representing this company shouldn't spoil it's brand image like this way.
                I'm anticipating a positive response from customer support team. And i wish my complain get resolved as soon as possible. Because life without refrigerator in such a chilly summer is lke a hell.

                  Hi. I have a samsung s6edge sm-g925i. It was all working very good until 20th may 2017 when the device asked me to update to android 7. I downloaded android 7 and allowed it to install overnight. Morning i wake up to see that its stuck in boot-loop and i the phone keeps on restarting. I took the phone recently to samsung authorized service station (Bill number :[protected]) to my surprise they say that the mother board is corrupted and is not accepting any software. It will cost 12, 000 inr to repair it. This is completely baseless. This was all because of the android 7 update and they ask me to change my mother board. There is no fault or mistake from my side, why should i pay this large amount for the repair. After contacting samsung, they say they cannot do anything and i have to get the repair done and pay for it.

                    Faulty fridge, sold by samsung that they had to replace the chip board. With in one year again ice dorms and soils the food in the fridge that my son had a food poisoning problem for 5 days. We trust samsung brnd and buy, is this the trust elevel samsung can deliver?
                    If i pay 3, 000 rs less will you accept? Then why should i accept defect product?

                      I have received a defective led tv. The tv was found to be defective within 2 hrs of installation. Samsung is trying to avoid the guarantee which was assured while purchasing the tv. Instead a wild allegation without any proof is being made that the defect/damage occured at our end. To prove my point i have even sent several photographs to the samsung executive mr. Farhan on farshan. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com. I have challenged the samsung service personnel to prove that it was our mistake, but they failed to come up with any scientific explanation.in this manner, the warranty promised by samsung becomes highly questionable!! The complaint no. Is [protected].. I have been using samsung products for last 20 years, but this experience of one sided, high handedness has left a bitter taste.

                      My S7 edge fell down and lcd damged, I went to Samsung service center they told me it will cost you 14500 to change lcd display, cant you discount as I am regular customer of Samsung, instead of repair i can buy a new Xiomi Redmi Note 4 or Mi Max with more features

                          I had purchased my mobile on oct 2015. Within the span on 1year i got started no. Of troubles with this model like hanging up the applications and finally now in the month of jun 2017, it was hanged up with stating the samsung logo only. I tried to restart again showing same thing. I had given to samsung service center even though no use they also escaping to do the troubleshot with this mobile. So, i want the final clarification with concerned authority from the samsung mobile company to resolve the issue or else i will file complaint to consumer court.

                            Myself, vishal jalu - resident of 82 golaghata vip road, 6th floor - aradhana apt. Kolkata - 700048.
                            I bought this refigerator in my mother's name - meera jalu in august 2016.
                            I started facing problems of refrigerator not chilling since 02/05/2017 and had been complaining since 07/05/2017.
                            Technicians (Both junior & senior) from gr tech, bangur avenue (Authorised service center) could not fix the problem even after visiting 6 -7 times in may, refilling gases, changing compressor, etc.
                            After repeatitive requests for replacement or refund of the product from the customer care, they asked to let the technician try for the last time before initiating the refund process. But they failed again and still not ready to help me out with either of replacement or refund.
                            I am staying without refrigerator from 1 & half month in this summer. All my food and other goods get perished and rotten. Thats too much of wastage. And top of that we are suffering this even when our fridge is under warranty. There is no help or visitor since last 15 days. Kindly help.

                                I would like to inform you that my double door refrigerator of model 2007-8 is give trouble to me for quite some time. I made complain to samsung custom care using their number[protected], several times. Last month their person (Sent by s. V. Electronics, hyderabad-32) visited my home and vide call no. [protected] and replaced the compressor on dated 18.05.17. I have paid an amount of rs. 9000/- approx vide bill no. 8849 dated 18.05.17for repairing my fridge and they have given warranty for six months. After one week of repairing the fridge once again start giving problems. Last 15 days i have given several complain to their custom care department but no body has bothered to attend my complain..
                                I do get phone calls from their hyderabad office that our person is coming tomorrow for repairing. But till now no body has turn up. Therefore, i request you to take necessary action in this regard.

                                  My name is yusuf zindran, i had purchased a samsung s8 plus from samsung store in adheri called the ssk retails pvt ltd. I had pre booked the phone in 28th april 2017 and i got a letter from dem for the pre booking but did not receive any sms abt confirmation. Letter screen shot is attched below.3rd may i got the phone s8 plus. I had specificly pre booked the phone coz of wireless that was been given if you pre book. After getting the handset the samsumg store entered the sim and activate the phone bit did not inform me to keep the sim inserted for over 7days to get the wirless charger option in my galaxy. After few days i got the tumi cover option. I called the samsung store and from 7th may till 7tj june they have been trying ti get in touch with my galaxy statin i had pre booked but the my galaxy team doesnt want to understand and they kept saying im only eligible for tumi cover which is not tue case. After rlthat i was tld by samsung store to directly send email to them abt the same i did as well bit they are saying the same dat im nit eligible for wireless.. And dey said plz send the pre bookin sms and we will get it resolved but samsung store people have not sent me any sms at first place which is a fault from their end. Secondly to keep the sim connected in the phnoe for 7days was also not informed because of which i have to suffer and the only thing coz of which i had pre booked the phone im not geting and im really not satisfied with the service and i need to complaint abt dis to first get it fixed and to escalate even further abt the hassle dat i have to go through and a loyal customer with samsung i have not been treated well at all. Please get it checked and revert back as dis needs to be escalated coz a big company like samsung cant treat their customer in this way.

                                    Sir I have paid Rs.2600/- for replacing the parts it is big losses for me after investigate the phone by techanician they said it has inside damage but Thire is no any damaged only a single wire dialogue from display it is not justify and also said you have paid mandatory to repair it otherwise you have no option so I request to kindly recovery my amount which I was given to Samsung

                                      I purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge on 31/05/2017 from samsung authorized showroom in phoenix high street mall, lower parel mumbai.
                                      Phone is now not booting up and it has stopped working. My wife went to the same showroom from where we have purchased the phone but they completely ignored her and are not responding.

                                      Its been the worst customer handling experiencing that we faced. It wasnt expected from samsung.

                                      We would need phone replacement since its only been 2 weeks since we purchased the phone and now its not starting up.

                                        I bought one above mentioned tv and after running it for 5 months i noticed small line at two places at the bottom of the screen before i giving complaint. The screen goes blank, i reported the matter with samsung india vide registered service order no.[protected]. They send person to verify the issue and found my complaint & next day they bring new board and fixed, again same issue occur while fixing, they checked & informed the panel was failed. Its in warranty. & i also put insurance for this product.

                                        ... They also informed due to ant entry the tv was failed.
                                        U guys not advised about it while buying this product.
                                        Now the guys says, it may charge & i need to spend half of the tv cost.

                                        Even they not providing the reports / failed parts photos...

                                        Seems they trying to cheat me.

                                        Its ridiculous.

                                        I feel cheated and totally surprised about it..

                                        I want to make complaint in consumer court.
