Last year i purchased a samsung single door refrigerator, only one year refrigerator work well now the compressor is the faulty, samsung representative visited on 12 june 2017 & told me your refrigerator will repair. Now the technician call & told me the compressor is not available it will take some time to restock. I never thought that the service of samsung will bad but now i get it, never purchase samsung home appliance.

      Hi,

      I have purchased refrigerator on 12th june 2017. When it reached at my place from the samsung dealer. It was not working. Three hour i have waited and and tried but no luck. Whole night my family could not sleep because of harassment. I paid 40000 for that fridge.
      On 13th june i complained demo team came to my place he said technician wil come. Technician came to my place at evening he said this is totally dead both pcb needs to be change. I was fully harrassed by samsung product and team. He said he will come on 14th june at morning. But no one came. Today at 4.30 one technician came and said pcb needs to be change that i already know. I was thinking technician will come with solution but he said he did not have the information regarding psb. He said he willcome tomorrow.

      On 13th evening i called to customer care for complaint. I said to the executive please transfer my line to voc. He said please tell me your concern than i will do the needful. I explained all the story. He said wait he is transferring the call afetr the 2-3 mintues hold he said his seniors are buzy. I will arrange the call back. By eod you will get the call. But i did not get any call yesterday. Today i called to customer care he said software is updating. Will arrange the call back.

      According to samsung was good brand now product and services has proved me wrong.

      I am not happy with the product and services. Totally dissatisfied and harassed.

      Please provide the ceo or md or any senior person email id so that i could escalate this matter.

      I am also running the call center. I know the value of service

            Sir,
            The ujjain's samsung service centre i. E. Palak agencies try to make me fool when i go to them to repair my phone samsung galaxy s3. The phone was not reading the sim in slot and rather than solve this problem they just update the software and made the bill of rs 230/-. Even after that the problem remain the same. I am also sending you the bill vide attachment. Moreover the staff is not providing any bills to the customers and says hamare system me sara recorf rhta h. When i emphasise then only they provide it to me. Please take some strict action otherwise no body will have faitj in samsung and it may loose its brand image due to the cheating behavior of the staffs of palak agencies ujjain.                   I bought samsung c7 pro on 17 april 2017 last month and it was not working properly. One time the mother board crashed and i gave for the servicing. I got it back few days back but again the sam problem occurred phone restart automatically an not able to start. I want my money back it's not worthy what i paid for it.                     I went to samsung service centre at port blair about my samsung j2 not working properly but when they checked my mobile and told me to change my mobile board due to getting wet by moisture which is under warranty period but they make a bill for checking charge instead of that they demand rs 3800 for changing board.
                    After while i checked it outside and it's worked in cost of rs 200 only.

                        Hi this is dinesh from bangalore i had bought my samsung s8 on 11th may 2017 with in a month there was gaps forming in between phone and back panel, and i submitted my phone to service centre on 8th june 2017 for the same issue, after 3 days the service manager is telling thats manufracture defect and they will replace that back glass, well this is the quality of samsung and the service of even customer care is also worst, if within 1 month if there is such hardware issue with the phone even after service the same problem will persist, so need a replacement or money back of the phone because it's a premium phone samsung s8

                        I purchased a/c one year back. i am facing this issue repeatedly inspite of extension of warranty.samsung rejecting to accept repairs to do in warranty by telling some fake reasons.its better not to go with samsung product itself..or dont go with warranty extension...
                        Everytime a new sim is inserted rs 1.5 is deducted from every samrtphone

                          I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company since 8th april when i got samsung s8 mobile phone.

                          I had pre-book samsung s8 on 30th april but still i have not yet received free wireless charger from samsung. I have followed terms and conditions to avial free wireless charger. But still they have been saying "we would like to inform you that regarding your concern we are arranging a call back for you from our higher escalation department."

                            I hv complaint many times by phone and live chat for samsung refrigerator. But no response from service center at anand (Gujarat)... Very rudely people after paying money they are refusing to giving computer bill​. Even not telling part mrp which is not on the packet (Relay switch). Later i find out they over charged so not giving original bill.. I paid 1350+350 visiting charge.. After refused paying bill i found out relay switch cost is only 350... Wanted money back and compassionate

                            [protected] on 9-6-17. same issue but never solved by service center ..try to find out MRP of RELAY SWITCH...not listed on your site, not on the packet and customer service also don't know the price and SERVICE CENTER refused to give computer bill.and after so many complaint the (VIPUL THOMAS ) engineer who come home only one time from service center ANAND- GUJARAT ..i paid 1350for switch+350 visiting charge. than after complaint never showed up and make excuses that nobody picked up phone.actually he never called ..i hv all call records..
                            finally ..i m tired to find out the switch price...u guys i don't trust anymore.bcz u r not showing actual part price to the customer..i make sure that all my friends and family members DO NOT BUY any SAMSUNG products...

                              I haven't got the wireless charger they promised to give me with the pre-booking.

                              They charged me extra 4999 for prebooking the s8+ mobile but now after that they are telling me to reedem it from an app but nothing happened after i install the app. So its a total fraud.
                              And now they r telling me that the offer is expired so they are straightly saying that your 5k money is forfeited.

                              Why should i have to face trouble when i already gave my money its now their duty to give hand it to me because thats what i paid for... Why should i have to face trouble by searching inside a stupid app which is not reliable.

                              I want my 5000 refund on my account from samsung

                                I am writing this mail to complain regarding the service of samsung. A few weeks ago (To be exact 3 weeks ago), my dad's tv conked off due to some power issues due to lightening. It was connected to a stabilizer and was under warranty period. The technician came the next day and said that he had to get the part from kochi's samsung godown. When there was no response for 2 days, my dad called up the samsung service center and was told that the part had to come from chennai as it was not available in kochi. It's been 2 weeks almost now with the part still not being received. My dad and i have been calling up numerous times and all we get is apologies and apologies. We are totally fed up of the way samsung has handled this. I mean does it take more than 3 weeks to get a part within india itself. Samsung shows big ads mentioning about how dedicated their service is... It's all a hoax. The sr request no is : [protected].

                                One thing we have decided is that samsung has lost a customer and i will make sure that the service they do is mentioned everywhere.

                                    I have purchased samsung galaxy on-5 before more than 1 year but the battery of this phone is not working. I have try to buy the battery through e-store but they are advised go to service center.
                                    I am going several service center in kolkata and durgapur but they says there is no battery sale in our service center kindly buy to other shop they also suggest so many shop name.
                                    I have says to service center staff book my order and kindly provide the same after few's days but they are says this not possible for us.

                                      I dr. G. Saravanan working as a professor, had bitter experience in samsung service center, i will bring the points for your kind view for the betterment of the samsung customer as like me.
                                      December 2016:
                                      1. I purchased j5 prime mobile (Model:sm-g570fzkdins) in samsung showroom, brookfield mall, coimbatore on 27.11.2016.
                                      2. I had the back button sensitivity problem in phone, it was also realized by my family members, college colleague. Then first i approached showroom they said that it is manufacturing problem and direct towards service center.
                                      3. I approached authorized service centre ([protected] s. J. N. Electronics, shop no.258/1, first floor coimbatore 641044) within seven days, engineer never agreed the problem and said all the mobiles are in samsung like this only do not compare with other mobiles like htc.,
                                      4. I received the verification call, that time also i told the problem still persist, they told me to go to the service centre once again but i received the same answer from them.
                                      June 2017:
                                      1. I had a problem in home key, speaker problem and persisting back button sensitivity problem, i approached same samsung service centre on 08/06/2017, they said that they will call with in a hour, but i did not receive any call.
                                      2. Next day 09/06/2017 at 11:17 am, i called to center; she told we order the spares yesterday, within the warranty period, no need to pay, everything will be cover, i clarified it by repeated questions.
                                      3. 09/06/2017 evening i received the call from center and told that it won’t cover with in the warranty period, i asked why are you changing your words, they replied because of our clearance of pending without seeing we put order. I asked what the other option is then he told our engineer will call you, i did not receive the call.
                                      4. 10/06/2017 afternoon (4:15pm, 4:18pm, 4:19, 4:21, 4:25, 6.48pm) i tried so many times, no one lift the phone
                                      5. 12/06/2017 i only called at 10.07am, they told engineer said that i have to be there then they will tell the fact.
                                      This type of response is the first step for to bringing down the organization, please consider these points and make the necessary steps and do the needful for me.

                                        Hey samsung, we know you're here to make business. Do you know some of your "customer support (Really?!) executives" are a bit too supportive? :/ i happened to be in the samsung customer care chandannagar (West bengal), service center id is: [protected] - - vaishnotelecom for repairing my galaxy a5. The support "executive" piyali dey picked up the phone and reported that my device is not repaired (Even after 1 week! :o she told me to pick that up positively in 2-3 days i. E. On 8th/9th june)! I kept calling'em up & not even a single time they picked that phone up until i reached probably the 100th time milestone! Someone named dipak roy picked up the phone & kept talking # & i told him that i want that phone in an hour, he confirmed it's fully repaired & i can pick it up immediately if i want to! (Strange isn't it?)
                                        My mother reached the customer care in 2 hours today & someone there told her"you are talking too much over phone! Go sit at the backside, we'll serve you when we want to! And one bloody "executive" threatened her that "do whatever you want to!" when she told 'em that she's gonna complaint to samsung about this nonsense & bad behavior! I want immediate action against that piyali dey & that "threatening guy"! Hey samsung, if you can't setup a proper customer care, don't do it!

                                        Where did I mention that I didn't get the product 100% working?! :O I wrote that so called 'executives' should be removed from work! Or if you people have interest in providing ###### services, then fine! Keep doing that! The day after my phone returned from the customer care, I sold our Samsung fridge, TV & washing machine too! I bought all of LGs & from now on SAMSUNG IS PROHIBITED in our locality(my neighbors too did sell! :D ) Samsung, go drown! We paid you for the service, we didn't pay you for bad service! Thank you & no further reply from you is needed or expected! Have a bad day! :/
