Just to share my experience with Apple. A month ago i bought my son a IPhone 7 on clearing his first year of college. Four days back their was some problem with the rear camera on going to the Authourised service center they told that they would take care of the problem. Today we receive a phone call from them stating that your new Handset has arrived and you are requested to collect the handset after giving the standby handset provided to you at the time of submission of the faulty handset.
Now this is called honesty and loyalty towards customer which you would never understand.
You guys suck and more over your staff which you are paying salaries are hopless.
FYI - ALSO NOW SECOND MONTH OF MY MISERY HAVE STARTED.

Hi.
Are you kidding me. The sealed handset has been picked along with the DOA and invoice three days back. And you write down and notify me to send the scan copy again whereas you have the hard copy in original.
Still i am attaching again.

Hi,
The sealed pack polythene containing Samsung S8 with box and accessories plus the DOA and invice was picked by Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. yesterday. They have provided me the Authority letter against the pick up.
I hope you would send me the new one ASAP without any delays as this has been long pending.

Dear Sir/ Madam.
Called today at the customer care no even they were unable to advice that when the issue would be resolved.
They adviced that the call is scheduled for today which makes no sense to me as the DOA scanned copy has been emailed on 16.05.2017.
I am only interested for replacement or refund date which no one is able to provide me.
I am tired of all this and pity myself of buying a samsung premium product.
Again as always the operator at the customer care no has asked me to be patience. I am unable to understand the policies that Samsung has laid.
My worst experience ever.

Hi,
I would call them although whenever i have called them they only have one answer that your problem would be sorted out via email only.
And no one has contacted me till yet but just once about 10 days back and asked me to have patience.
This is not going the right way where consumer is suppose to be taken seriously.

Dear Sir/ Madam.
Any update?
As of now your period of 10 working days of replacement has exhausted as per your term and conditions.
Pls. Advice if i need to go to the consumer complaint forum as i am running out of patience.
Just wanted you to know that i had always been a loyal customer of Samsung all these years i had used S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 Edge but with my current experience i would prefer going forward to use Apple mobile as they dont take that much of time as you do in case of any problem/ defect with the handset.
FYI and A.
