Dear sir,
I have purchased s8 newly launched from samsung online shop. The product had some problem. On taking the handset to the samsung authorizes service center they declared that the doa certificate (Dead on arrival certificate) would be issued, which means that the existing handset would be replaced with the new one. They issued the doa certificate on 16. May. 2017.
The scanned copy of the doa was sent to samsung via email at support. [protected]@samsung.com on 16. May.2017. They assured that it would take 7 to 10 working days for the handset to be replaced but till date i havent received the refund or replacement and most important they have got the faulty handset picked too.
I have called the customer care and emailed at support. [protected]@samsung.com countless time and they only have one answer for me to keep patience.
I am only asking them to provide the replacement or refund date which they are unable to provide.
You are requested to please help me on this.

Hi Sir,

I did receive a phone call from service team yesterday ((13.06.2017). The numbers are pasted below,
[protected], [protected]. They assured me that in a day they would address with the resolution but till yet i don't have any visibility of refund/ replacement date.
As it has been 28 days with no visibility i require that this issue should be resolved immediately and not ASAP.
As earlier all your messages mentioning these words Priority, Keep Patience, Regret for Inconvenience do not show any dignified meaning to me as i have been not treated as a loyal customer who had been using samsung mobiles for the last 6 years.
I just need the dates regarding replacement/refund or you can clearly mention that the company do not wishes to resolve.
I am tired of pursuing the same with your team.

Parmila you call me ([protected]-9662) three days back and assure me that in 24 hours you would convey me the dates for replacement or refund but instead you write me an email yesterday (pasted below) that your complaint has been forwarded to the sales department and they are working on it.
You tell me what they are working on for the past one month. The faulty handset has been picked, re dispatch of the new handset is awaited what rocket science is the sales department working on.

It clearly shows unprofessional behavior of yours and entire Samsung team.

    My name is ankit bhandari and i bought the samsung refrigerator, model no. Rt28k3082s8, on 15th of april 2017. This refrigerator is not working properly because the dealer sold us an old repaired model and shockingly samsung india is also supporting the dealer by hiding his fault and by telling us to repair our brand new model instead of replacing or refunding it.

    This is regarding my previous complaints reference no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected], i am really aggrieved by the deplorable behavior of your staff replaced one of the parts of my refrigerator against my wish. The repairing person who visited on 14th may, 2017 on my house did nothing. He called his supervisor (As addressed by the repairing person), while my son received a call from the shop from where i bought this faulty box and both of them and the repairing person forced my son to replace one of the part of the refrigerator in the name o[censored]p-gradation. The repairing person even threatened my son and my wife by saying “lagawana hai to lagao nahi to main chala jaunga” (Change it if you want to or else i will leave) when my son showed him some rotten vegetables. I registered a complaint on 18th instant to replace this refrigerator with a new one. On 18th your customer care executive told me that their senior technician would visit my house within 48 hours of this call to replace this faulty box, but, to my utter most disappointment, nobody came or called even after 144 hours of that call.

    Earlier on instruction from the authorized samsung office, mr. Rohit requested us for one visit and sent senior/junior repairing person to my house for checking the faulty refrigerator. The repairing person, mr. Haroon, came to my place on 27/05/2017 and reported to his office that the same problem is coming again and again on call in front o[censored]s and gave okay report after leaving our place. On 30/05/2017 mr. Vikas ahuja came and took the temperature readings of your fault box and all the pictures of rotten items and of moisture on cool wall, which was okay according to you. On 31/05/2017 and 01/06/2017 mr. Rohit majumder called me my son and forced us for a repairing visit and forced us to get repair our brand new refrigerator and tried to allure us with two month extended, which we don’t want in any case. He even miss guided and miss behaved with me due which i felt restless after the call due to high blood pressure in my office. On 02/06/2017 again, mr. Harun came, even after our saying no to any further repairing visit, and took some more readings. I got the message from samsung on same day that repairing person mr. Vikas (Service request no. [protected]) will come to your place today, even after saying no to further technical visit, but mr. Haroon came. My son showed him the pictures and videos of the samsung refrigerator of one of our neighbor to tell him how they have placed vegetables in the upper shelf and how there is no moisture on their cool wall even after placing the refrigerator in front of two cooler but still he denied the fact that my refrigerator is faulty and asked my son to show him the refrigerator of our neighbor in person. My son took him to our neighbors, where they told him that they always keep their vegetables like this in veg box and in upper shelf but mr. Haroon denied this statement as well and he miss behaved with them. Our neighbor was praising samsung by saying we did not had any technical issue since we bought this refrigerator and we put our vegetables in our refrigerator like this for 1-2 weeks but mr. Haroon denied it by saying “you cannot put anything in our samsung refrigerators for more than 24 hours. You should consume everything from the refrigerator within 24 hours or else it will get rotten.” this thing is not mention anywhere.

    Our neighbor is a well reputed diploma holder in electronic and communication and after the repairing person denied all his statements he asked the qualification of the repairing person to which he replied that he is diploma holder from pusa. Then after seeing this kind of behavior and sense of talking our neighbor told us to file a case in consumer forum.

    Mr. Haroon took some readings, which were different according to him from readings taken by mr. Vikas ahuja on 30/05/2017. He even told my family members to change temperature settings of this box in 10-10 days according to the outside temperature, which is not mentioned anywhere. The kind of behavior and sense of disbelieve in customer shown by the executives and repairing persons is not acceptable from samsung. You are indirectly telling me and other customers that we are lying. I am disappointed with this behavior and i don’t think that samsung cares about its customer. Samsung is a well reputed company by this type of callous and cold response after selling its product may adversely spoil its reputation in the open market. Now further, i don’t want any repairing visit i want my refund as soon as possible. I have all the evidences of the above mentioned incidents.

    Since sending different technician or changing one part (For which neither any receipt was issued nor any permission was taken) is not solving the problem, it is high time this faulty refrigerator be replaced with a new one or my money shall be refunded. The dealer told us to repair our product for three more time so that so that he and samsung india can escape their fault of selling an old refrigerator. Even after repeated requests if faulty piece is not replaced with a new one or my money refunded, i shall have no other option left but to knock the door of the judiciary.

        Refer my two consumer complaints on portal (attached for your reference).Sir, I have purchased FHD 40K5000ARLXL S/NO 0A913PAJ400083 on 26 May 17 from authorised dealer in Coimbatore Mayuri Electronics Private Limited. In Samsung site in product detail as accessories VESA wall mount support is authorised on samsung site But Samsung InstallatIon team is proving normal fixed wall mount support in place of Vesa wall mount support. Lot of efforts are made but samsung sales rep are divuldging the term support to supported. It is totally clear that in accessories with remote, vesa wallount support is given on site with ibid model. My complaint is also closed without consideration and put remarks that cosumer is asking more than the authorised.Please find the trooth on site, accessories of particular model and attachment herewith.           My ac is installed last year. I have used it only for 3 months (In summer). Now due to low cooling it was attended by you authorise service centre person and found the nut near gas filling point is loose in outdoor unit. Then it is tightened and gas filled on 4.6.17, after 30 min on the same day it was leak again. Again i log a complaint to toll free no. And today it is again attended and found there a nut break in indoor unit. So the technician replaced the nut and line charged and kept dial indicator for observation till tomorrow evening. Your authorise service centre is charged me for it 2750, bill no. 2114 date -4.6.2017 by albeena service, aurangabad maharashtra. As in both cases has happened and gas is leaking is due to improper installation and 2nd time leakage test not done properly. This is not my mistake so i want entire amount paid to service must be returned to me and it should attend as free of cost. I request you to revert me. If no replied i will take further action as it is not my fault /mistake. Being a fan of your product as i am using tv, fridge, ac, mobiles etc. Do take necessary action urgent and return me the charges i paid for the repair.

            This is to inform you that i has purchase full hd led tv model no. Ua495100 from m/s kbm electronic luxmi nagar on 17.03.2017 of rs. 58, 000/-only. At the time of showroom the sale man shown the tv which was fixed on wall in the show room. The quality of led tv was very good quality as good sound and volume and colour picture at the time of demo. After saw the demo piece then decided brought it. After using the tv at home two month supplied by the shopkeeper and found that quality of product is not good as compare with demo piece as volume and sound and colour picture quality. The demo piece just like compare with sony tv. As per my thinking that md/s kbm supplied the full hd tv led 49inch as second sale quality which are available in the local market.

            You are requested to kindly look into the matter personally and depute your service engineer to check the product so our hard earning money may not be waste. Your m/s samung electronic is world wide first class electronic product just like other i. E. Sony and lg.

              Battery was puffed and it can be blast any time. And it is in warranty period modole number is a7. Mobile battery is very worst condition and it can blast any time. We went to service center also but not got any proper reply from there. My mobile is in waranty period. I am using samsung mobile from last few year so i except to solve this problem soon. Batter is getting very heat in short time. Batter condition is very worst.                 I had brought a new samsung fridge (Rt33jsmferz) for around 35000 from pondicherry in 2015 june. Its just two years old and now it has gradually stopped cooling to a complete stop. I contacted cust service and they sent an engineer next day who said theres a gas leak and gas needed to be filled. Next day another service tech came and said the compressor us damaged had stopped working and needs replacement. Im waiting 1 week now for it be repaired, each day i have to call the tech 3-4 times js to get an answer "parts not arrived".. I called the customer service and all they say is 'once parts come, service engineer will come and repair'. No follow up, no feedback. Nothing.
                Horrible service.. Samsung has to understand tht fridge is not like tv or microwave, needs urgent repair.. We are a family of four.. Im stocking my food in neighbours house now for last 1 week... And its exactly a convenient thing to do..

                Never buying samsung home appliance again and will never recommend my friends to buy... Poor products.. Horrible after sales support and irresponsible customer service..

                  I purchased samsung a7 2015 mobile on 20 dec. 2015.
                  When purchased battery backup was 12 hours without using mobile. On using internet battery backup was 5 hours.
                  Now as on today battery backup without
                  Using mobile is 8 hours.
                  On using internet battery backup is 2 hours.
                  I always used u saving mode.
                  I always used ultra saving mode.
                  I submitted mobile in samsung service centre for 6 times.
                  Service centre could not solve issue.
                  So look into the matter & solve the battery backup problem.
                  In general i will claim the real fact that all
                  Samsung mobiles have very less battery backup.

                    I bought this tv on the 10th of may.
                    It was delivered by 11th of may.
                    But it was not installed till the 13th.
                    With in 2 weeks the panel was spoilt and there was a line on the screen.
                    They replaced the tv with a new one after 2 days and the installation did not happen till another 4 days.
                    Today 10th of june the tv installation failed all over again because the tv hole for the screw to fit in itself is crooked.

                    This is an extremely discomforting and annoying customer service.
                    Where we are constantly needed to call the samsung and the store consistently for any update.

                    I urge that a strict actiom be taken against the company and the service provider as soon as possible.

                        Samsung has a service centre at mangal tower kantoli ranchi, the attitude of employees here is very unprofessional, they cal us after 40 min but again takes 2 hours to listen to us and every time while enquiry about the mobile they say engineer is having lunch. Every customer is irritated due to their worst service and behaviour. We will surely not purchase any samsung product now which we were endorsing for the past 10 years.

                          Samsung is a worldwide ###### brand & I simply can't understand why people waste their money on that ######## brand! :/ They don't produce nice products, they do NOT provide good customer support & even in my case the customer care "EXECUTIVE(read: Suited-booted dickhole!)" ended up threatening me when I told him that I'll surely complaint to Samsung about their bad behavior! Samsung is very bad, I give Samsung a single star & lots of slangs! FO Samsung! :/

                            Subject : unable to resolve my query from past 4 days

                            We have purchased one double door fridge worth inr 1.4 lac almost year back. The quality and functioning of refrigerator is up to the mark however the response and after sales service is pathetic.

                            Fridge has pcb issue which needs to be replaced and we are chasing contact centre and service centre from last 3 days but in today's digital world i am surprise to see that no one has any clarity by when the refrigerator will be repaired.

                            The temp is above 46 degree and my family is suffering big time. I would request you to kindly look into this matter else i will be forced to take legal action against the samsung for this harassment.

                            The brand like samsung should have better service and this is disappointing.

                              I purchased a refrigerator from darbar traders pvt. Ltd., 1/206/28, sadar bazar, delhi cantt.-110010 model no. Rt34m3743s9/hl on 30/05/2017. The installation was done on 31/05/2017. There were two white coloured tapes on both the front upper corner of the fridge. While shifting the products from old refrigerator to new one my daughter removed the tapes and noticed a sign of mould or can say dent under the tape which was not possible to be visible before removing the tapes. I immediately contacted the service centre through the helpline number. One engineer contacted me on the other day and told me to send the picture of the refrigerator alongwith copy of the bill and promise me to visit on monday i. E. 05/06/2017. He didnot visit on monday and i contacted him on evening of 05/06/2017 and i was told by the engineer that nothing can be done in this matter. I was told to contact to the distributor. On next day i visited the distributer and narrated the whole episode. One gentleman and a lady there after seeing the pictures of the refrigerator told me that it is not a dent rather it is mark of the mould which while rolling the sheets happens and assured me to solve the problem and also that the defective refrigerator will be changed. Now, that full one week has been passed i received a call from samsung on 08/05/2017 and they told that engineer will visit your house and submit a report. No one visited on 08/06/2017 or 09/06/2017. Today i. E. 14/06/2017, i received a call from samsung and they also told that nothing can be done as installation has been carried out. The engineer who has done installation has the duty to remove the tapes but he didnot remove the tapes and when we remove the tapes than only the sign of dent/mould was visible. I requested the samsung person to visit my house and give me a report whether it is a dent or a mould sign. As it not a man made sign this type of thing can only be made while manufacturing a machinery. It is therefore requested to visit my house and provide me a report for the same, so that i can approach appropriate court of law.

                                Have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired from 29 may 17 brought on 01 apr 2016.

                                Post several requests to customer care/ service center and even a mail to samsung team on 6 jun 17, it haven't resolved my concern.

                                There is a gas leakage with in 01 year & couple of weeks and have been requesting for a service report for the defect and repairs that would be carried out.

                                Have agreed for the payment also, only requested that a service report is submitted along with the repairs. Trust that is not asking for too much, however, this has not been handled amicably at samsung's end.

                                They have been cancelling my requests stating customer not ready to pay, which is not the case.

                                Umpteen times have explained patient to customer care executive. Each time a new customer care executive has to be explained & each time it is assured that it is being resolved at higher level & call back has been arranged. However, the service request/ call back each time is cancelled with out a call back. Copies of sms list attached for reference.

                                The experience has been frustrating and not becoming of an international brand of samsung. Encouraging/ frustrating customers by inactivity to approach customer grievances cell/ forums.

                                This has been pending for quite some time adding to discomfort of family & visiting guests for summer vacations at our place.

                                The inefficiency/ improper communication channels at samsung are leading to frustratingly slow response, to the extent of no suitable response for two weeks now.

                                Have called them today also & mailed them too and same old assurance have been extended, but given past two weeks efficiency shown by them am truly skeptical of any action.

                                Looking forward to suitable addressing of concerns.

                                    I have purchase led tv. On demo service man demand rs 300 for installation. When i demand bill for that he demand rs 650 which should be free from samsung. When i want to call his senior. Senior also misbehave me on call.
                                    This incident is happened in 09/06/2017at 5 pm request no [protected]. This is very heart breaking incident from company like samsung.

                                      This is in reference to my complaint against samsung refrigerator model no - rt34k3953s9/hl having serial no - 03he4pah900227t. I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from croma sales with 10 year warranty. Surprisingly, it is noticed that fruit or vegetables anything which are kept in refrigerator got rotten & refrigerator is very noisy. I am chasing with samsung team but still there is no solution, its more than 45 days still the same problem persist and i have experienced poor and pathetic customer service. Now i am looking for refund as per customer service manager there is no refund policy...

                                        I bought a 40 inch tv from samsung noida shop on 14 jan 2017. Bill no is eph-2246. Model no is: ua40j5100arlxl. Serial no for this is: 0a2y3pbh805223.
                                        I have requested for first installation at my place on 31 may 2017. The engineer came to my place and opened the tv pack first time and has told me that tv panel is defective also he has suggested me that since it within 6 months, dealer can replace this, or samsung can replace the panel with no cost.
                                        After a lot of follow up with samsung they have told me that only dealer can replace this and dealer is saying they can replace only if samsung engineer submit his report.
                                        My point is that why i should suffer just because i have not used your product when i have bought this, will it be decided by samsung that when i should i use this product. Why i am saying this because they have told me that if i have opened the product within i week and reported that then only they could replace this. When they can replace this product within one week of first use, why not within 6 months of first use also it’s possible that a defected piece was given to me initially because dealer has not checked the same in front of me as they have to get the item from their warehouse,
                                        I was not expecting this type of irresponsible behavior from a brand like samsung.
                                        Requesting you to please look into this on an urgent basis and let me know what other options are open for me.
