Updated by ankit 09 My name is Ankit Bhandari and I bought the samsung refrigerator, model no. RT28K3082S8, on 15th of April 2017. This refrigerator is not working properly because the dealer sold us an old repaired model and shockingly samsung india is also supporting the dealer by hiding his fault and by telling us to repair our brand new model instead of replacing or refunding it.
This is regarding my previous complaints Reference No. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected], I am really aggrieved by the deplorable behavior of your staff replaced one of the parts of my refrigerator against my wish. The repairing person who visited on 14th May, 2017 on my house did nothing. He called his supervisor (as addressed by the repairing person), while my son received a call from the shop from where I bought this faulty box and both of them and the repairing person forced my son to replace one of the part of the refrigerator in the name o[censored]p-gradation. The repairing person even threatened my son and my wife by saying “lagawana hai to lagao nahi to main chala jaunga” (change it if you want to or else I will leave) when my son showed him some rotten vegetables. I registered a complaint on 18th instant to replace this refrigerator with a new one. On 18th your customer care executive told me that their senior technician would visit my house within 48 hours of this call to replace this faulty box, but, to my utter most disappointment, nobody came or called even after 144 hours of that call.
Earlier on instruction from the Authorized Samsung Office, Mr. Rohit requested us for one visit and sent Senior/Junior Repairing person to my house for checking the faulty refrigerator. The repairing person, Mr. Haroon, came to my place on 27/05/2017 and reported to his office that the same problem is coming again and again on call in front o[censored]s and gave okay report after leaving our place. On 30/05/2017 Mr. Vikas Ahuja came and took the temperature readings of your fault box and all the pictures of rotten items and of moisture on cool wall, which was okay according to you. On 31/05/2017 and 01/06/2017 Mr. Rohit Majumder called me my son and forced us for a repairing visit and forced us to get repair our brand new refrigerator and tried to allure us with two month extended, which we don’t want in any case. He even miss guided and miss behaved with me due which I felt restless after the call due to high blood pressure in my office. On 02/06/2017 again, Mr. Harun came, even after our saying no to any further repairing visit, and took some more readings. I got the message from Samsung on same day that repairing person Mr. Vikas (service request no. [protected]) will come to your place today, even after saying no to further technical visit, but Mr. Haroon came. My son showed him the pictures and videos of the Samsung refrigerator of one of our neighbor to tell him how they have placed vegetables in the upper shelf and how there is no moisture on their cool wall even after placing the refrigerator in front of two cooler but still he denied the fact that my refrigerator is faulty and asked my son to show him the refrigerator of our neighbor in person. My son took him to our neighbors, where they told him that they always keep their vegetables like this in veg box and in upper shelf but Mr. Haroon denied this statement as well and he miss behaved with them. Our neighbor was praising Samsung by saying we did not had any technical issue since we bought this refrigerator and we put our vegetables in our refrigerator like this for 1-2 weeks but Mr. Haroon denied it by saying “you cannot put anything in our Samsung refrigerators for more than 24 hours. You should consume everything from the refrigerator within 24 hours or else it will get rotten.” This thing is not mention anywhere.
Our neighbor is a well reputed diploma holder in electronic and communication and after the repairing person denied all his statements he asked the qualification of the repairing person to which he replied that he is diploma holder from pusa. Then after seeing this kind of behavior and sense of talking our neighbor told us to file a case in consumer forum.
Mr. Haroon took some readings, which were different according to him from readings taken by Mr. Vikas Ahuja on 30/05/2017. He even told my family members to change temperature settings of this box in 10-10 days according to the outside temperature, which is not mentioned anywhere. The kind of behavior and sense of disbelieve in customer shown by the executives and repairing persons is not acceptable from Samsung. You are indirectly telling me and other customers that we are lying. I am disappointed with this behavior and I don’t think that Samsung cares about its customer. Samsung is a well reputed company by this type of callous and cold response after selling its product may adversely spoil its reputation in the open Market. Now Further, I don’t want any repairing visit I want my refund as soon as possible. I have all the evidences of the above mentioned incidents.
Since sending different technician or changing one part (for which neither any receipt was issued nor any permission was taken) is not solving the problem, it is high time this faulty refrigerator be replaced with a new one or my money shall be refunded. The dealer told us to repair our product for three more time so that so that he and samsung India can escape their fault of selling an old refrigerator. Even after repeated requests if faulty piece is not replaced with a new one or my money refunded, I shall have no other option left but to knock the door of the Judiciary.

The guy Deepak who apparently Sunil Cutinha asked to take my Service request, says I need to now wait until- wait for this - THURSDAY!! For a part that now needs to come from NOIDA which is very much in INdia. There is something called Fedex and the part can be got by tomorrow. So now I need to wait until Thursday ???
And this guy Deepak Dailwal, deepak.[protected]@partner.samsung.com, refuses to put this in an email to me . says he cant commit on mail but verbally says Thursday!!! what in the name of heaven is happening Samsung!!! You owe me BIG TIME here...June 2 - June 12 - and we are nowhere near a solution!! I am without a refrigerator from June 02-12 . Would you even understand the hardships here !!!?????
