Some days before we bought a samsung double door fridge worth rs.85, 811and when the installation people came to home they missbeahved with us they are now denying to install the fridge so now i expect the full refund of the amount i paid for the fridge or else samsung service centre bhubneswar will be eligible for for all kind of legal actions as this was pure indecent and unprofessional behavior
The following bill of the refrigerator is attached below

And along with that there was a 24inch led tv free that was also not delivered to us
I request full refund of the amount.

    Despite repeated reminder no technician visit for over 8 days and counting for a refrigerator product, its totally frustrating and unacceptable sla. I have logged a complaint at customer care on june 7th to no avail despite numerous attempt to remind on the urgency. My compliant number is [protected]. Later they changed it to [protected] dont know why. Food is getting exploit due to negligible cooling and this is a recurrence of the problem which was attended 6 weeks back.

    My complaint number is still the same as in my original complaint on June 15th, not sure why asking again [protected] ? I do not wish to post my mobile number on this forum, its updated in Samsung Customer Care database and I did get a call from Delhi regarding the original complaint.

    Are we sincere about resolving my issue, why merely asking data you already have ?

    You had asked for one chance and attempt to get things right when I received call from Delhi. I went with trust which is now looking pretty useless. Your Service Manager Mr Mahesh is unprofessional and promised update and a turnaround and now not taking my calls nor providing an update.

    I'm without a fridge for last 5 days and do not know when it will be delivered. They notified me on new set of problems, tried new compressor when the old was quite ok, talked about leakage when there was none while it was diagnosed in my premises by the technician. I sense foul play and harassment leaving me helpless. The worst being you are avoiding any communication on the promised junctures.The assurances from the head office is of little value to me.

        Samsung company is selling s7 edge mobile by telling that it is ip68 water and dust resistant in 1.5 metre for 30 minutes but it is cheating by telling water damage when warranty is claimed
        Sir i face some problem in my s7 edge in month of february and visited the service centre they told me that motherboard problem then they solve it and gave me after that my s7 edge slipped from my hand in water basin and some sensors are not working then i again visit the service centre there they refused to give service in warranty they are telling that it is in water damaged and warranty void after that i confirm them that your company ian telling that it ip68 water resistant upto 1.5 metre and for 30 minutes then they received the device since 20 days back they are not updating the service status of my device please look after the matter or i have to knock the door of consumer forum as to get the justice hope you will take need full action as quick as possible

            I was received product successfully delivaried but product was duplicate product was delivaried, when i was insert sd in to mobile it displaying to remove sd card or formate sd card, and it seems memord card was slightly different when compairing with orginal memory card

              My samsung washing machine is not working since 1st june (Under warranty) and my complaints # [protected] and [protected] on 1st june'17 and 7th june'17 respectively were not addressed till date. They do not bother to update the status. I am fed up with samsung now. Their service centres are giving routine replies and not giving any definite date/time limit to address this issue.

              I had sent one mail to their customercare but that also went into a black hole!!!

              I will definitely not recommend any samsung product to any one...

              Pathetic service with pathetic products.

                Last year i purchased a samsung single door refrigerator, only one year refrigerator work well now the compressor is the faulty, samsung representative visited on 12 june 2017 & told me your refrigerator will repair. Now the technician call & told me the compressor is not available it will take some time to restock. I never thought that the service of samsung will bad but now i get it, never purchase samsung home appliance.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased refrigerator on 12th june 2017. When it reached at my place from the samsung dealer. It was not working. Three hour i have waited and and tried but no luck. Whole night my family could not sleep because of harassment. I paid 40000 for that fridge.
                    On 13th june i complained demo team came to my place he said technician wil come. Technician came to my place at evening he said this is totally dead both pcb needs to be change. I was fully harrassed by samsung product and team. He said he will come on 14th june at morning. But no one came. Today at 4.30 one technician came and said pcb needs to be change that i already know. I was thinking technician will come with solution but he said he did not have the information regarding psb. He said he willcome tomorrow.

                    On 13th evening i called to customer care for complaint. I said to the executive please transfer my line to voc. He said please tell me your concern than i will do the needful. I explained all the story. He said wait he is transferring the call afetr the 2-3 mintues hold he said his seniors are buzy. I will arrange the call back. By eod you will get the call. But i did not get any call yesterday. Today i called to customer care he said software is updating. Will arrange the call back.

                    According to samsung was good brand now product and services has proved me wrong.

                    I am not happy with the product and services. Totally dissatisfied and harassed.

                    Please provide the ceo or md or any senior person email id so that i could escalate this matter.

                    I am also running the call center. I know the value of service

                          The ujjain's samsung service centre i. E. Palak agencies try to make me fool when i go to them to repair my phone samsung galaxy s3. The phone was not reading the sim in slot and rather than solve this problem they just update the software and made the bill of rs 230/-. Even after that the problem remain the same. I am also sending you the bill vide attachment. Moreover the staff is not providing any bills to the customers and says hamare system me sara recorf rhta h. When i emphasise then only they provide it to me. Please take some strict action otherwise no body will have faitj in samsung and it may loose its brand image due to the cheating behavior of the staffs of palak agencies ujjain.                               I have samsung j2 pro its serial no has rz8h71msowy. I was visit done at grover computers electronics opp bajaj photostat, jagadhri road yamunanagar 135001 haryana asc code 3388994 on date 9.6 2017 i was given my mobile for repair his switch on key not working. That he repaired also said we are replaced required parts. But after 4 days i have getting same problem. [protected] plz do need full.

                                I bought samsung c7 pro on 17 april 2017 last month and it was not working properly. One time the mother board crashed and i gave for the servicing. I got it back few days back but again the sam problem occurred phone restart automatically an not able to start. I want my money back it's not worthy what i paid for it. Because it's not trust worthy now.

                                My name is Arvind Singh. 4-5 days ago I went the samsung shop near by my home name is communication centre, ambedkar path, jagdeo path, bailey road, patna. There is a samsung sales promoter name is 'Sapan Kumar. He talked to me in bad manner. I think he is totally illiterate. So please suspend him other wise he always talk like this to customer.

                                I bought Samsung c pro7 last month. The product is not good and I gave it for the servicing and still the issue not resolved. So I want my money back please arrange call back as soon as possible. Am not satisfied with the product.

                                  I went to samsung service centre at port blair about my samsung j2 not working properly but when they checked my mobile and told me to change my mobile board due to getting wet by moisture which is under warranty period but they make a bill for checking charge instead of that they demand rs 3800 for changing board.
                                  After while i checked it outside and it's worked in cost of rs 200 only.

                                    I have lodged the complain against regarding installation a led on 02/06/2017. My complain no is [protected] & mob no. [protected].
                                    But till today i. E 12/06/2017 i have not got any satisfactory reply at your end.. When a make a call customer care they wll alwas told us sir aaj ho jayega.. But not that day came.
                                    Please look this matter seriously... Otherwise i will go consumer form...

                                      Hi this is dinesh from bangalore i had bought my samsung s8 on 11th may 2017 with in a month there was gaps forming in between phone and back panel, and i submitted my phone to service centre on 8th june 2017 for the same issue, after 3 days the service manager is telling thats manufracture defect and they will replace that back glass, well this is the quality of samsung and the service of even customer care is also worst, if within 1 month if there is such hardware issue with the phone even after service the same problem will persist, so need a replacement or money back of the phone because it's a premium phone samsung s8

                                      I purchased a/c one year back. i am facing this issue repeatedly inspite of extension of warranty.samsung rejecting to accept repairs to do in warranty by telling some fake reasons.its better not to go with samsung product itself..or dont go with warranty extension...
                                      Everytime a new sim is inserted rs 1.5 is deducted from every samrtphone

                                        I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company since 8th april when i got samsung s8 mobile phone.

                                        I had pre-book samsung s8 on 30th april but still i have not yet received free wireless charger from samsung. I have followed terms and conditions to avial free wireless charger. But still they have been saying "we would like to inform you that regarding your concern we are arranging a call back for you from our higher escalation department."
