Below are the email i wrote to the ceo office nothing worked yet.
I have dropped a lot of emails and have been chasing the support team daily in regards to the repair (Gas leakage) of my refrigerator, could you please get it fixed asap, i am facing a lot of problem without my refrigerator.
Please get this closed by today.
Refrigerator (Purchased on 11-may-2016, model number - samsung/591 liters/rs554nrua1j/tl shiny river.

07/june/2017 - i didnt get any engineer to fix the refrigerator, are you guys kiddign with me?? Its been 15 days till now just to fix a refrigerator, why are you guys testing my patience? When will you get it fixed??? Is there any option to refund my money?? I am done with you guys. I am fedup with you guys!!
06/june/2017 - the team yesterday confirmed that the technician will finally come and fix the refrigerator in the veranda of our home as taking back the fridge will definitely result in scratches and dents, could you please keep up your words??.
This need to be closed today with 100% quality!!!

The team from ceo office confirmed me that they will arrange the pickup on 03/june/2017, but nothing worked. My refrigerator is not working from 24/may/2017, the complaints made to the ceo office also are not working. The basic and essential thing for a business to run is "trust", the way you guys are working the whole trust is fading and turning into hatred. I don't know when will you guys take the complaints seriously and work on it.

I am not sure does the ceo is really interested to these email/complaints and address them. Because the issue is not resolved yet, it’s been 10 days by now, the company and technicians cannot keep their words, sad to see that. The technicians on 29/may/2017 confirmed that the refrigerator should be taken to company and get it fixed as it is a major problem, for which they have not turned till now to collect the refrigerator, not sure when they will fix it and give back to me. Very poor service cannot trust samsung once again in my entire life nor suggest anyone to buy, infact if anyone is buying will give them a proper feedback about you guys for the poor service provided, hoping atleast the ceo reacts to this and get the job done asap so that we don’t have to face any such problem in future and i paying emis for a refrigerator which is at home and we are not using it and cannot stock anything at home, it pains a lot, hope you understand what we are going through. The below comment is 3 days old, for which i did not get proper response, hoping to see for this one.
30/05/2017 - "i had raised a complaint in regards to my refrigerator (Purchased on 11-may-2016, model number - samsung/591 liters/rs554nrua1j/tl shiny river) which was not working properly. For which i had raised a complaint on 24th may 2017 (Complaint number - [protected]), i had to chase (5-6 calls a day by me and my parents) on 24th, 25th, 26th and finally the technician comes on 27th and checks the refrigerator and tells me that there is leakage problem and gas needs to be filled, which he cannot do it and another technician will come on 29th may 2017, when again i chase the customer care, they keep assuring me that the technician will contact me the same day, but nothing works out, i am chasing till now and expected to get the appropriate technician. After spending one lakh on a refrigerator, when something goes wrong with the refrigerator i have to chase people for 7 days and the problem is not fixed nor responded properly, how can a home manage without a refrigerator for 7 days?? Do you think i will suggest anyone to buy samsung products? As there service is so poor?? No customer orientation, no manpower, products might be good but lack in services. Disappointed with the service. Nobody is bothered to keep the client happy."
