I purchased a samsung double door refrigerator in sept 2016. On next day of purchasing i told to dealer about defects of this refrigerator. It has problems with door and door fitting. After all he complaint to company in oct 2016.
A machenic sent by company and he did a temporary action (Jugad). But now problems are as well as previous. I am facing problem since 8 months. Please help me i want my payback in spite of repairing.

    Today i received a call from a number claiming that my jio number has won a lucky draw of samsung j7 at a discounted price of inr 4000. I was suspicious about the offer. They asked my address my father's name and colour of the handset. I asked a confirmation mail which he provided [protected]@samsung.com. The email address was unresolved. This raised more suspicion. The number from which i received the call is [protected]. It requires to be stopped

    Im using samsung ac i had a cooling problem and samsung technician he checked and he suggested me to change inner coil and fill gas after 15 days same problem i had now he telling change outer coil already i wasted my money for inner coil and gas for Rs.9, 308. i want my money back

      Below are the email i wrote to the ceo office nothing worked yet.

      I have dropped a lot of emails and have been chasing the support team daily in regards to the repair (Gas leakage) of my refrigerator, could you please get it fixed asap, i am facing a lot of problem without my refrigerator.
      Please get this closed by today.

      Refrigerator (Purchased on 11-may-2016, model number - samsung/591 liters/rs554nrua1j/tl shiny river.

      07/june/2017 - i didnt get any engineer to fix the refrigerator, are you guys kiddign with me?? Its been 15 days till now just to fix a refrigerator, why are you guys testing my patience? When will you get it fixed??? Is there any option to refund my money?? I am done with you guys. I am fedup with you guys!!

      06/june/2017 - the team yesterday confirmed that the technician will finally come and fix the refrigerator in the veranda of our home as taking back the fridge will definitely result in scratches and dents, could you please keep up your words??.

      The team from ceo office confirmed me that they will arrange the pickup on 03/june/2017, but nothing worked. My refrigerator is not working from 24/may/2017, the complaints made to the ceo office also are not working. The basic and essential thing for a business to run is "trust", the way you guys are working the whole trust is fading and turning into hatred. I don't know when will you guys take the complaints seriously and work on it.

      I am not sure does the ceo is really interested to these email/complaints and address them. Because the issue is not resolved yet, it’s been 10 days by now, the company and technicians cannot keep their words, sad to see that. The technicians on 29/may/2017 confirmed that the refrigerator should be taken to company and get it fixed as it is a major problem, for which they have not turned till now to collect the refrigerator, not sure when they will fix it and give back to me. Very poor service cannot trust samsung once again in my entire life nor suggest anyone to buy, infact if anyone is buying will give them a proper feedback about you guys for the poor service provided, hoping atleast the ceo reacts to this and get the job done asap so that we don’t have to face any such problem in future and i paying emis for a refrigerator which is at home and we are not using it and cannot stock anything at home, it pains a lot, hope you understand what we are going through. The below comment is 3 days old, for which i did not get proper response, hoping to see for this one.

      30/05/2017 - "i had raised a complaint in regards to my refrigerator (Purchased on 11-may-2016, model number - samsung/591 liters/rs554nrua1j/tl shiny river) which was not working properly. For which i had raised a complaint on 24th may 2017 (Complaint number - [protected]), i had to chase (5-6 calls a day by me and my parents) on 24th, 25th, 26th and finally the technician comes on 27th and checks the refrigerator and tells me that there is leakage problem and gas needs to be filled, which he cannot do it and another technician will come on 29th may 2017, when again i chase the customer care, they keep assuring me that the technician will contact me the same day, but nothing works out, i am chasing till now and expected to get the appropriate technician. After spending one lakh on a refrigerator, when something goes wrong with the refrigerator i have to chase people for 7 days and the problem is not fixed nor responded properly, how can a home manage without a refrigerator for 7 days?? Do you think i will suggest anyone to buy samsung products? As there service is so poor?? No customer orientation, no manpower, products might be good but lack in services. Disappointed with the service. Nobody is bothered to keep the client happy."

        Dear sir/madam,
        I purchased mobile samsung s6 edge two year back in may/june 2014. My imei no is [protected]. Few months back my charging jack was not working and i got it changed from samsung service centre. Since then it is not getting network in 2g and 3g and only catch network in 4g, that's too in selective location. I went to many service centre, but they failed to get it repaired. I am really disappointed with reputed brand like samsung and after spending rs 54000/-. I really like samsung, but after so much disappointment and negative responses from yours service centre, i have to go for other brand mobile.
        Please help me to get my mobile repaired, so i get my confidence back in samsung.

          Such a bad experience with samsung services. Samsung commits assured quality. I rate samsung quality parameter in minus out of 10. I purchased mobile named j7-2016 on 28/jan/2017. I m facing internet ant network issues since the day i purchased the device (Manufacturing defect).. I approached samsung service centre plenty of times located in janakpuri, new delhi, but no support from there.. They had submitted my mobile with complaint no. [protected]. Also samsung reference no. [protected]... First they closed my complaint without repairing or checking my device.. When i raised the online complaint, they said that they have now changed motherboard of the device.. But the problem of network and internet disconnection still exists... Complete fraud... The executive name - mr vikram... The data cable of the same device was also not working since 1 month... I told vikram please replace my data cable as it is not working, he told me that we cannot generate calls regarding data cables, you go and purchase from samsung store. Can you please tell samsung, why you are giving warranty on your product. Such a pathetic and annoying service.. I don't have time to visits again and again to the service center for the same issue.. My 15k for the device is totally wasted.. Trust, loyalty totally lost from samsung.. I want complete replacement of my cell phone.

            Hello, 2 weeks back we got a call from one person who acted as a representative of samsung and made a deal telling the smart phone samsung galaxy j7 model which actually costed 16k would give us for 4k, we were curious to know the address so that we can take action and hence ordered it, but to our shock the package came in a post and it has address as rk shopping wala, new delhi beside some sweet shop, and it didnot even have any contact number, when we were trying to call the person who made the deal he didnt attend the call, we are smart enough to not take the box but there are people who may fall for that trap. To our surprise the name in true caller was also samsung mobiles.

              Me buy karne ke liye gaye the kariban 25 din pehle, wahan mr punit ne unhe 2 parts ka price 1150 rs bataya, aur kaha ki aunty ji hum shelf aur ice trey apke ghar bhej denge aur 500 rs advance le liya, kafi din beet jane k baad bhi koi nahi aya, phone pe bar bar wrong commitments ki gaee, 6-6-17 ko main khud gaadi leke service center gaya, mujhe ab 1150 rs ki bajaye 1444 rs ka bill de diya gaya, main shelf aur trey ghar le k aah gaya, jab maine shelf refrigerator me lagai wo nahi lag paee, aj morning main shelf le kar service center gaya aur mr punit ko bataya k ye nahi lag rahi, unhone wapis lene se saaf inkar kar diya.. Aur ese behave kia jaise main koi begger hun... Mujhe bahot hairangi hui ki samsung company jo ki world me no 1 hai ese logon ko service center diya hua hai jinko coustmer ki koi kadar nahi, main shelf wapis le kar aah gaya hun, ab aap mera solution karen, mera man hai ki main inke khilaf consumer court me bhe complaint karun jo aage se ye kisi costmer k sath esa na kar sake...                 My name is rajeshwar guha & i am a resident of kolkata. On 08/05/17 i purchased an top load samsung washing machine from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, 229, rajdanga, nabapally, kolkata - 700107. On 13/05/17 it was delivered to my home, after checking it thoroughly i found out that it has a big dent on the side body, immediately i called up the showroom but nobody responded, then i mailed them about the condition of w/m with pictures (Attached is that mail copy & pictures of washing machine). I lodged a complaint with samsung customer care also, two times but till date my washing machine was not replaced (Complaint no [protected] & [protected]). Persons from samsung customer care came to my home after the complaint & assured me that the w/m will be replaced by the showroom. But even after several visits & many calls to the showroom it was not replaced. I know that it is the responsibility of showroom to replace the defective product but as a renowned company like samsung you are also creditable to the customer. I have been using samsung products from a long time but this is the first instance that i have to suffer this much for no fault of mine. Please resolve this issue asap. My mail id is rajeshwar.                   I have purchased the samsung curved led 102 cm 40j6300 on 25th jan 2016 through croma, but unfortunately this year its panel was damaged so we logged the case with samsung - request number [protected], [protected] to replace the panel. Technician came and he provided the quotation which we agreed upon and gave the advance but later he came and informed that panel is not available and company has stopped making the panel, technician informed that they will take the tv and pay us the money after deducting the panel cost & 17% depreciation cost of the asset from the invoice...
                  Its just 1 year and samsung has stopped manufacturing the spare parts of a product which they launched a year back whose mistake it is?..
                  We don`t want to sell the tv and why should customer bear depreciation cost?
                  We opted from samsung because the parts are available in india as its make in india otherwise sony is much better than samsung

                  Samsung should arrange the panel or remove the depreciation cost. But stop fooling people for your benefit.

                    Phone stopped working from a factory defect 13 days old. Sent phone back to be fixed Samsung won't fix told me will send refund. Never received refund call Samsung was on the phone for over a hour and half to find out they never sent refund could not answer why they never sent it. Asked for supervisors to talk to them about why never sent refund and was put on hold for another 20 minutes just for them to hang up on me still no refund no answer nothing.
                    Worst company will never buy another product from them.

                      Hello sir/madam,

                      I had booked a call with samsung service center on 18th may 2017 (Call no - [protected]) for my three years old samsung split ac of 1 ton model no-ar12hc5tsncnna.

                      The problem that i was facing with my ac is - when the ac is switched on, after running for few minutes the rccb tripples down.

                      The call was forwarded to cool point which is the authorised samsung service center. The engineer cam to my house on 18th may itself and he had detected that it was the issue with compressor. This is what he wrote on the service acknowledgement document-"compressor defect outdoor defect urgent tcr-1269 inr 288/-". Inspection charges of rs 288/- was paid to him on that 18th may.

                      Outdoor unit was lifted on 19th may 2017 and on 24th may it was informed that condensor, capacitor and capillary tube has to be changed and an amount of rs 7642/- was charged for the same.

                      The amount was paid on 26th may 2017 to the authorized person of cool point, bill no - p. O. No-cp/tcr/2017 1751. Repaired outdoor unit was brought on 01.06.2017 and it was found that same defect was persisting.
                      Rccb was tripping after few minutes of switching on the ac.

                      The authorized person of cool point then told that they need to check both the outdoor and indoor units of the ac. We agreed and they carried both the units to the service center.

                      Thereafter mr. Samir ghosh of the service center was contacted several times but he couldn't give us any positive response. As per his suggestion, our electric line has been checked and no defect was found. Another ac in the other room (Which is also a samsung ac) was switched on from this connection and no problem was found.

                      There are few points which i would like to bring to your notice:-

                      1. Initially it was detected as compressor defect was instead of compressor, condensor capacitor and capillary tube were changed resulting in no improvement.

                      2. Mr samir ghosh doesnt understand what rccb and what is its importance, which is why is keeps on saying that the ac is working in his service station. You need to understand that the ac may work without rccb for sometime. But since rccb is safety equipment which catches the minor fault in the appliances and thus switches off without causing any harm to the appliances.

                      This makes me believe that either samsung has hired the most inefficient persons or they are deliberately cheating me.

                      3. Lastly i urge you to please look into the matter without high importance since we are suffering in these terrible hot days due to some wrong treatment.

                      Dear Samsung,

                      I am happy to let you know that my AC is now working properly after the compressor has been changed. However as I had mentioned earlier that the condensor was replaced, which was absolutely not required, charging me Rs 7642.

                      I will be happy if you inquire into the matter as why such forceful / wrong replacement of parts was done. Also i would like to get my money back since it was charged wrongly.

                      I would also like to mention that I happy with the service Samsung has provided me after I have escalated this matter in consumerComplaints. So I am hopeful that Samsung will also further act upon my request.

                      I have received a call from Sandeep who said that they would send engineers to my home and in presence of a electrician they will investigate.

                      However he said that he would confirm me the date and time. After which I didn't get any other call samsung nor I am able to connect via any customer care number.

                        I have purchased a samsung four years back... But now the complain is that the panel of picture tube is not working stated by the service engineer of samsung. So what wehave to do if it is damaged within four years. What is its
                        Original price. The question is if it is damaged within four years of purchase
                        Then we have to think to purchase the samsung tv in near future. We are also not informed about the genuinity of the part that weare purchasing.

                            I bought samsung galaxy j5 prime just 3 mnths before.Nw there is a small bending in one end. The end near to volume up and down button there is small bending out wards.It does not slip down. I add some photos here.i use this phone only just three month. Long years am Samsung user, dont met any prblm from ur part. But for this handset face problems. It slightly make a dot in my mind about ur truthfulness samsung.This hand set also hanged once just after one month use.went to authorised service centre, they resolved it. They told that it is due to problm of non removable battery. Am a teacher and home tutor also, use this device as my source book. Samsung i trust u..please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Hi all..

                              I am using samsung galaxy s6.. From last 18 months.. M facing some issue in that phone.. The phone got hang many times and suddenly before few days.. I kept my phone on charging but suddenly it got switched off.. Then i went to service centre i. E., [hcl services ltd. C-5, new krishna park janakpuri]. They told me that some liquid was there in the phone due to that we have to change the charging connecter which cost u arnd rs.1100.. If the same problem occurs then we also change the battery worth rs.1200 (Approx).. N still the prblm was not solved then we replace ur screen folder..
                              But after 3 days when i called on service centre no. (011_[protected] then a guy (Arjun) picked my call.. I told him to connect me to vikram who is taking care of the same.... Then arjun told me that vikram is not avilable.. He will be there within 10 mins.
                              Then i called aftr 10 mins. Agn arjun picked my call nd he told me that still vikram has not come.. Then i discussed my issue with arjun nd gave my bill no. To arjun.. Then arjun told me that mother board o[censored]r phone is not working.. It will cost u more than rs.12000.. I told him to connect me with vikram he agn said that vikram is on lunch.. Than i gave around 15 calls.. But no one picked my call.. Than aftr the same agn arjun picked my call and he told me that vikram will be there within 5 mins. But still they repeated this rubbish.. I called agn so many times but no one gave a single response to me..
                              I'll take this issue to the higher authorities.. I mean m using a bloody smartphone which costs me around rs.40, 000 and they guys are treating me like i have taken a keypad handset... Very bad and disgussting experience i ever had with a company.. Kindly do the needfull and the copy of reciept is already attached.. And i want a quick response..

                              I did not get cashback sir i purchased my phone with the debit card of icici bank and i did not get cash back .I purcahsed my phone in February.

                                  My mobiles had suffered charging port problem on[protected], it is in warranty period, so i decided to visit samsung customer care in pali*, after visiting there, i had faced a v. Bad experience as they are treating customers without respect and they denied service, they are asking for proof that this mobile is not opened by any third party plus without investigating they asked money for changing the mother board, when i ask why they are giving different reasons of damages, but i never felt any complaints other than charging issue. And previously once i have repaired the same complaint from another samsung customer care (Ginger care, 1st floor, p. K tower building, kodungallur, mob:[protected]) on[protected] and they told any complaints within the warranty period will be attended by the company, so its kindly request to take necessary action in this matter & get it repair as soon as possible.

                                    It is very disgusting to that company like samsung cheat their customer and no response/action

                                    With great pain i am writing that i purchase a tab from croma. I purchased a samsung tab jmax t 285 gold 18cm sr no. ([protected]/[protected]) on 7th august 2016 from croma at baroda centre square-a015 vadodara gujarat at rs. 13400/-

                                    Few days ago when i put the tab for charging it got heat up after 20 minutes and a small bubble came up at the charging pin area. I took out he charging and showed to croma manager. He checked and found ok and informed me to take out the contact details and other data or it will get vanished. I did so and handed over the tab to croma reperesentative ms monika.in my presence they removed the tuffon screen to check the tab if any damage on screen. They confirmed that there was no damage.

                                    After few days croma informed me that the repairing cost will be rs, 10000/- as sumsung has reported it is damaged.

                                    My tab in running condition when given for repair. I gave it for repair for a small bubble came up and as it was getting heat up presuming it may get burst any time.

                                    Since the tab is in warranty and it is a manufacturing defect i should be given replacement or free repair, you are aware that in the past there were many complaints reported for the samsung battery burst and i am sure if the tab would not have taken out of charging it would have got burst as it got heat up.

                                    I have been following up with croma but there is no satisfactory reply from them.

                                    You are well aware that when we buy mobile or any product online we are guaranteed for replacement for few days after use if not found ok. While this piece was packed and handed over to me only after payment by croma when i purchased. So i purchased it blindly with out any trial keeping a trust on samsung. Just after 2-3 days i came to know that the instrument is getting heat up while charging but i thought that it may be a normal thing since its a tab.

                                    I feel betrayed, cheated by samsung and croma. As inspite of writing at various levels and ceo desk no action is taken till date and i am being fooled by samsung team by time buying answer and without any result.

                                    May i request you to let me know clearly will i get replacement/ refund of my money or repaired instrument? If not i will be compelled to go to consumer forum and initiate other legal course of action and write to social media etc.

                                    Hoping for any answer by tomorrow 6th june 2017.

                                      I replaced my samsung galaxy a8 display for 7400 on saturday from samsung service center after taking my phone back to home the pasting of the display got ditached because of sunday i went to service center on monday morning today nd complained them after 20 minutes they delivered the phone when i went out the display again got ditached i strictly agrued with them again after 20 minutes they delivered the phone i took the phone and went back home when i reach i saw there is a no display from top corner to half they said it's ur fault u gave pressure into it now u have to pay again 7400 for display i asked to let me talk to manager they say we can't allow u my display was in warranty for 3 months all fault was theres... How will i again pay 7400 i am a student please help me sir

                                      I bought samsung c9pro, yesterday after charging I made a call after that phone is blank .today I gone to service centre I said liquid gone inside the phone how lie they saying they not want to give service to costly mobile .they telling repairing cost will be rs27000/- requested to pls don't buy samsung costly mobile.
