Subject : unable to resolve my query from past 4 days

We have purchased one double door fridge worth inr 1.4 lac almost year back. The quality and functioning of refrigerator is up to the mark however the response and after sales service is pathetic.

Fridge has pcb issue which needs to be replaced and we are chasing contact centre and service centre from last 3 days but in today's digital world i am surprise to see that no one has any clarity by when the refrigerator will be repaired.

The temp is above 46 degree and my family is suffering big time. I would request you to kindly look into this matter else i will be forced to take legal action against the samsung for this harassment.

The brand like samsung should have better service and this is disappointing.

    I purchased a refrigerator from darbar traders pvt. Ltd., 1/206/28, sadar bazar, delhi cantt.-110010 model no. Rt34m3743s9/hl on 30/05/2017. The installation was done on 31/05/2017. There were two white coloured tapes on both the front upper corner of the fridge. While shifting the products from old refrigerator to new one my daughter removed the tapes and noticed a sign of mould or can say dent under the tape which was not possible to be visible before removing the tapes. I immediately contacted the service centre through the helpline number. One engineer contacted me on the other day and told me to send the picture of the refrigerator alongwith copy of the bill and promise me to visit on monday i. E. 05/06/2017. He didnot visit on monday and i contacted him on evening of 05/06/2017 and i was told by the engineer that nothing can be done in this matter. I was told to contact to the distributor. On next day i visited the distributer and narrated the whole episode. One gentleman and a lady there after seeing the pictures of the refrigerator told me that it is not a dent rather it is mark of the mould which while rolling the sheets happens and assured me to solve the problem and also that the defective refrigerator will be changed. Now, that full one week has been passed i received a call from samsung on 08/05/2017 and they told that engineer will visit your house and submit a report. No one visited on 08/06/2017 or 09/06/2017. Today i. E. 14/06/2017, i received a call from samsung and they also told that nothing can be done as installation has been carried out. The engineer who has done installation has the duty to remove the tapes but he didnot remove the tapes and when we remove the tapes than only the sign of dent/mould was visible. I requested the samsung person to visit my house and give me a report whether it is a dent or a mould sign. As it not a man made sign this type of thing can only be made while manufacturing a machinery. It is therefore requested to visit my house and provide me a report for the same, so that i can approach appropriate court of law.

      Have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired from 29 may 17 brought on 01 apr 2016.

      Post several requests to customer care/ service center and even a mail to samsung team on 6 jun 17, it haven't resolved my concern.

      There is a gas leakage with in 01 year & couple of weeks and have been requesting for a service report for the defect and repairs that would be carried out.

      Have agreed for the payment also, only requested that a service report is submitted along with the repairs. Trust that is not asking for too much, however, this has not been handled amicably at samsung's end.

      They have been cancelling my requests stating customer not ready to pay, which is not the case.

      Umpteen times have explained patient to customer care executive. Each time a new customer care executive has to be explained & each time it is assured that it is being resolved at higher level & call back has been arranged. However, the service request/ call back each time is cancelled with out a call back. Copies of sms list attached for reference.

      The experience has been frustrating and not becoming of an international brand of samsung. Encouraging/ frustrating customers by inactivity to approach customer grievances cell/ forums.

      This has been pending for quite some time adding to discomfort of family & visiting guests for summer vacations at our place.

      The inefficiency/ improper communication channels at samsung are leading to frustratingly slow response, to the extent of no suitable response for two weeks now.

      Have called them today also & mailed them too and same old assurance have been extended, but given past two weeks efficiency shown by them am truly skeptical of any action.

      Looking forward to suitable addressing of concerns.

          I have purchase led tv. On demo service man demand rs 300 for installation. When i demand bill for that he demand rs 650 which should be free from samsung. When i want to call his senior. Senior also misbehave me on call.
          This incident is happened in 09/06/2017at 5 pm request no [protected]. This is very heart breaking incident from company like samsung.

            This is in reference to my complaint against samsung refrigerator model no - rt34k3953s9/hl having serial no - 03he4pah900227t. I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from croma sales with 10 year warranty. Surprisingly, it is noticed that fruit or vegetables anything which are kept in refrigerator got rotten & refrigerator is very noisy. I am chasing with samsung team but still there is no solution, its more than 45 days still the same problem persist and i have experienced poor and pathetic customer service. Now i am looking for refund as per customer service manager there is no refund policy...

              Hi

              I bought a 40 inch tv from samsung noida shop on 14 jan 2017. Bill no is eph-2246. Model no is: ua40j5100arlxl. Serial no for this is: 0a2y3pbh805223.
              I have requested for first installation at my place on 31 may 2017. The engineer came to my place and opened the tv pack first time and has told me that tv panel is defective also he has suggested me that since it within 6 months, dealer can replace this, or samsung can replace the panel with no cost.
              After a lot of follow up with samsung they have told me that only dealer can replace this and dealer is saying they can replace only if samsung engineer submit his report.
              My point is that why i should suffer just because i have not used your product when i have bought this, will it be decided by samsung that when i should i use this product. Why i am saying this because they have told me that if i have opened the product within i week and reported that then only they could replace this. When they can replace this product within one week of first use, why not within 6 months of first use also it’s possible that a defected piece was given to me initially because dealer has not checked the same in front of me as they have to get the item from their warehouse,
              I was not expecting this type of irresponsible behavior from a brand like samsung.
              Requesting you to please look into this on an urgent basis and let me know what other options are open for me.

                Hello.. I purchased my samsung galaxy j5 smartphone in december 2015. After that in september 2016 my phone display is not working.. I show my phone in nashik service center, canada corner, nashik. They repair my phone by taking 5000 rs. For the display damage but my phone is in warranty period still they take 5000.

                  I purchased a led tv from samsung (Noida dealer) in 2015. Now the tv led screen has developed dust patches.

                  When i approached samsung they are saying that the led screen needs to be replaced and that since it is out of warranty i have to pay nearly 30k to get that done.

                  This is a restrictive trade practise where a manufacturer has used faulty technology and product to cheat the gullible customer because of their inferior quality testing standards. Now they are using the out of warranty logic to ask me to cough up nearly 40% of the original cost of the product to repair a faulty product.

                  This is cheating at its best. I am asking them to provide contact details of their md or ceo or service head and they refuse to provide the same.

                    I was purchased samsung j7 4g handset.
                    Invoice bill date - 4 june 2017 at 21.48.
                    When first time​ sim card insert in the mobile slot-1. Network gone after 3-4 min. Then i changed​ the another card problem remains same. Next day i go to mobile store and showing this problem to owner then next day i was come to in samsung customer service cannotplace aurangabad. They told me the the water damage problem. Next day i showing the mobile to another samsung customer service nirala bazar. Bill no-[protected] they also told water damage. My complent is i want a new samsung j7 bcoz of my 1year warranty. But im not using mobile so water damage is not my fault. Problem starts from opening the seal package. So i don't pay for repairing charge. I hope u understanding my complent..

                      Highly disappointed with samsung ac service-even after 10 days of complaint no response from samsung

                      On 3rd June 2017 morning i have registered a complain reference no [protected] for my AC Model No ar18jc5jamv/2015 after two days and after so many calls on 5th June late evening the engineer came to our home and said that its fan has to replaced so the person from hcl will come to replace the same. then again 3 days there was no response from samsong/hcl then we called up and then the engineer from hcl came and he said the same thing that...

                      Recently (Two weeks back i have purchased a samsung fh4003 32 inches.. Tv in chennai from vetri home appliances. Currently i'm staying rental house, my house owner is not allowing to fix the wall mount on wall, bcz the wall was already have cracks. Samsung installation called to fix the wall mount, i said the problem, and asked him to give my free wall mount by hand, in another 8 months we are going to change the house, later i can fix it. But he is not wiling to give by hand..!!. How ever its a free of cost, and why they are not giving my wall mount by hand. And he says you need to fix it in six moths it free, other they said they will charge the wall mount. If i get wall mount free when i purchased a tv, why your not giving to me

                        The worst customer service ever!!
                        June 02, 2017: placed a sr for non cooling of my 4 year old samsung refrigerator since it had stopped cooling thursday night.
                        The service request gets thrown from one agent to the other each saying that it is not their area of operation// not their domain of expertise - then when the issue is identified and a part is to be obtained, i need to wait for three more days and today (June 09, 2017) when we follow up, response i get?? You need to wait for another three days!!! And this …for a part coming from just chennai mind you!!!
                        And this is for a fridge that is only four years old and still under warranty!!!
                        Customer service guys have no idea what is happening... Each one tells a different story.

                        Be very very aware wen thinking of buying a samsung appliance... The company doesnt care once the item has been sold. All the care about is the initial money they get... Outsourced customer service doesnt seems to be on the company boards agenda at all!! 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡
                        Net net.. I am without a fridge for so many days now!!!

                        well...here is the most recent update-

                        Here is yet another update : India time 5.17:
                        The guy Deepak who apparently Sunil Cutinha asked to take my Service request, says I need to now wait until- wait for this - THURSDAY!! For a part that now needs to come from NOIDA which is very much in INdia. There is something called Fedex and the part can be got by tomorrow. So now I need to wait until Thursday ???

                        And this guy Deepak Dailwal, deepak.[protected]@partner.samsung.com, refuses to put this in an email to me . says he cant commit on mail but verbally says Thursday!!! what in the name of heaven is happening Samsung!!! You owe me BIG TIME here...June 2 - June 12 - and we are nowhere near a solution!! I am without a refrigerator from June 02-12 . Would you even understand the hardships here !!!?????

                          After waiting for one month for receiving a handset, I had to pay Rs 4490 of which I had a bill of only Rs 2487.50!!! It happened at a service centre in Siliguri. The company should be careful or it might prove to be detrimental to its hard-earned goodwill in the Indian market. Being a tiny consumer of yours, I just inform you. Refer to the Bill No [protected], SR Electronics. Delivered the handset on 5/6/17 after one month.

The centre has however admitted their fault and told me to provide me a manual receipt next week. Moreover, the touchscreen of my mobile set does not work properly though it has been replaced along with the inner pad. They have suggested me to change the battery to get rid of the problem. They have ordered it on line and assured me to inform of it when it reaches their hand next week. I am waiting till the issues are entirely resolved! And thanks to the Samsung Team for giving the complaint due attention.

                            Mobile's service center which is under the name of bada service center in church road, where local mobile parts are being sold in the name of samsung, in the higher prices from the market, i also cover the mobile in 1000 and glass, whose market price is only rs 150.                               It's so disheartening and I'm fed up now with Samsung, I had purchased a s4 when it had launched and I had immense problems with the phone getting hot. I had ensured not to get another Samsung till now, since the customer service rep ensured this phone had a 10/10 rating. However after 4 days the phone had a problem with the mic, which they exchanged, now the new piece has a major issue with the heating, it gets really hot, and a few pixil issue, what is going on. I'm so disappointed.

                                  I got a Samsung s8 and I am facing battery issues. The phone needs to be charged 2-3 times to make it through a day.I sent the phone to Samsung Service center and they kept it for 3 days and gave it back without acknowledging any problem. its not fair for a customer to pay 58, 000 and get this kinda service, will definitely think to buy a Samsung phone again!!!

                                    This is regarding my previous complaints reference no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected], i am really aggrieved by the deplorable behavior of your staff replaced one of the parts of my refrigerator against my wish. The repairing person who visited on 14th may, 2017 on my house did nothing. He called his supervisor (As addressed by the repairing person), while my son received a call from the shop from where i bought this faulty box and both of them and the repairing person forced my son to replace one of the part of the refrigerator in the name o[censored]p-gradation. The repairing person even threatened my son and my wife by saying “lagawana hai to lagao nahi to main chala jaunga” (Change it if you want to or else i will leave) when my son showed him some rotten vegetables. I registered a complaint on 18th instant to replace this refrigerator with a new one. On 18th your customer care executive told me that their senior technician would visit my house within 48 hours of this call to replace this faulty box, but, to my utter most disappointment, nobody came or called even after 144 hours of that call.

                                    Earlier on instruction from the authorized samsung office, mr. Rohit requested us for one visit and sent senior/junior repairing person to my house for checking the faulty refrigerator. The repairing person, mr. Haroon, came to my place on 27/05/2017 and reported to his office that the same problem is coming again and again on call in front o[censored]s and gave okay report after leaving our place. On 30/05/2017 mr. Vikas ahuja came and took the temperature readings of your fault box and all the pictures of rotten items and of moisture on cool wall, which was okay according to you. On 31/05/2017 and 01/06/2017 mr. Rohit majumder called me my son and forced us for a repairing visit and forced us to get repair our brand new refrigerator and tried to allure us with two month extended, which we don’t want in any case. He even miss guided and miss behaved with me due which i felt restless after the call due to high blood pressure in my office. On 02/06/2017 again, mr. Harun came, even after our saying no to any further repairing visit, and took some more readings. I got the message from samsung on same day that repairing person mr. Vikas (Service request no. [protected]) will come to your place today, even after saying no to further technical visit, but mr. Haroon came. My son showed him the pictures and videos of the samsung refrigerator of one of our neighbor to tell him how they have placed vegetables in the upper shelf and how there is no moisture on their cool wall even after placing the refrigerator in front of two cooler but still he denied the fact that my refrigerator is faulty and asked my son to show him the refrigerator of our neighbor in person. My son took him to our neighbors, where they told him that they always keep their vegetables like this in veg box and in upper shelf but mr. Haroon denied this statement as well and he miss behaved with them. Our neighbor was praising samsung by saying we did not had any technical issue since we bought this refrigerator and we put our vegetables in our refrigerator like this for 1-2 weeks but mr. Haroon denied it by saying “you cannot put anything in our samsung refrigerators for more than 24 hours. You shouldconsume everything from the refrigerator within 24 hours or else it will get rotten.” this thing is not mention anywhere.

                                    Our neighbor is a well reputed diploma holder in electronic and communication and after the repairing person denied all his statements he asked the qualification of the repairing person to which he replied that he is diploma holder from pusa. Then after seeing this kind of behavior and sense of talking our neighbor told us to file a case in consumer forum.

                                    Mr. Haroon took some readings, which were different according to him from readings taken by mr. Vikas ahuja on 30/05/2017. He even told my family members to change temperature settings of this box in 10-10 days according to the outside temperature, which is not mentioned anywhere. The kind of behavior and sense of disbelieve in customer shown by the executives and repairing persons is not acceptable from samsung. You are indirectly telling me and other customers that we are lying. I am disappointed with this behavior and i don’t think that samsung cares about its customer. Samsung is a well reputed company by this type of callous and cold response after selling its product may adversely spoil its reputation in the open market. Now further, i don’t want any repairing visit i want my refund as soon as possible. I have all the evidences of the above mentioned incidents.

                                    Since sending different technician or changing one part (For which neither any receipt was issued nor any permission was taken) is not solving the problem, it is high time this faulty refrigerator be replaced with a new one or my money shall be refunded. Even after repeated requests if faulty piece is not replaced with a new one or my money refunded, i shall have no other option left but to knock the door of the judiciary.

                                    My name is Ankit Bhandari and I bought the samsung refrigerator, model no. RT28K3082S8, on 15th of April 2017. This refrigerator is not working properly because the dealer sold us an old repaired model and shockingly samsung india is also supporting the dealer by hiding his fault and by telling us to repair our brand new model instead of replacing or refunding it.

                                      This is u. Pushpanathan from cuddalore dist. Tamilnadu. I have galaxy j7 prime. I using this phone from few months. I saw the loudspeaker issue here. Then i submitted my phone to samsung customer care cuddalore. When i submit my phone care person said.. We'll provide ur phone in 2 days.. But it's just crossed 10 days.. Still now care persons saying "wait for two days.. Wait for two days.. Wait for two days.." it's #.. Then my desicion is im going to send my phone to samsung headoffice india. Then i promise hereafter i'll never go for samsung..
