A complaint has been filed in the name of Samsung Customer Anil Kumar Bhargava for the service of the Samsung Fridge but the service Center in Sikar has not responded for the same as it we are frequently calling the service center and asking them to come and repair our fridge but no heed has been paid by them to us on our regular complaint and no step has been taken by them to provide the solution for our above mentioned problem.We request you to see the same and provide us the solution as this center is situated in Sikar rajasthan

I purchased a led smart tv rs 38000, dated 05/04/2015 . Right now i am facing problem led panel . Picture not cumming. In the span of 2 years if this thing happen so i really not suggest to buy samsung product. Worst product. They giving warranty 1 year.

    Dear samsung
    It is very dissapointing to know that a brand like samsung doesnt provide services to their customer. I recently bought a samsung washing machine from malad infinity ezone store... Immediately after i make the full payment i expect the product to ne delivered but the store personal told me it would be delivered after 4 to 5 wrking days. So after the late delivery done i was told that the samsung representative will come within 48 hrs for installation and demo.. I waited for 2 days and then called te cust care no on 1800 they informed me that the rep will be coming the next day... I waited all day and still no one turned up.. Again i rang the cust care on 1800 and was informed that this time they have send my request wid an urgent note. So now its been almost a week and still no one has come fr the installation amd demo. This has been my worst experience with a so called brand 'samsung' i will never ever purchase a samsung product henceforth.. Infact i was about to buy a samsung 8 and other household appliances for my new house but instead will opt fr an iphone and other brands... Cuz now i really dont trust this brand anymore... Ridiculious

      I bought this not even a month back, refrigerator from an authorised reseller. Its a Samsung French door refrigerator. Model Number - RT56K6378SL. The fridge made loud rattling noises from the day one. We had contacted the person from whol we had bought this fridge. He said he doesn't have an idea. So we waited for few days to if the noise will stop. But it didn't rather it has become louder and WATER is leaking out from the bottom of the fridge.

      Since my fridge is a defective piece. Kindly send the concerned team to check the problem. If this repeats then i want an exchange or a refund.

        It is with utmost dissatisfaction and pain that I am writing this mail to enlighten the state and service of Samsung. They had broken the trust that a customer envisages in a brand like Samsung. Though there are literally hundreds of options available in the market, I chose Samsung over others just to make sure that the after sales service and customer support I should be getting should be on par. However, I am sorry to say that Samsung had disappointed a loyal customer and in fact my entire family who had always believed in your products and services for every product starting from a mobile phone to television to washing machine, yet treated worst than I ever imagined.
        I had Purchased an Samsung Galaxy S8 on 5-May-2017.On 9 of may i had faced an weird issue with my mobile thats it my s8 got reset automatically after restarting for about 3 time and heating also.So i reported error on Samsung member app with my error report for which samsung has replied me that its an bug which will be resolved after an Factory reset by me, so i factory reseted my phone.After factory reset i faced an weird issue again of some Red tint and screen burn issue for which i had again called and messaged on samsung member for which samsung replied me with that an software update is being rolled out for his.So i actually seen an update and updated device but after updating i still facing serious screen burn issue on display for which i had seen in samsung member app forum about s8 that it is an defect of hardware.On 22 of may when i removed my screm guard of my device due to some dust gathering at top bezel i noticed that the dust in not on screen guard there is an gap in between upper bezel and glass of my mobile for which i drop images of gap and error report for the same on samsung member app for which i got an reply from samsung that i should phycially inspect my device at samsung care so i visited samsung care and they inspect my device and told me that its under warranty defect issue which we will solve by ordering parts and as my handset is an samsung flagship and have issue from start i dnt hv any intension of reparing it, so i called samsung care number and ask them to replace my device but from 24 may to 29 may they just listening to all my isssue and gathering proof and information from me and arranging call backs which i never got for which they always reply that my number are nt reachable when they tried to call me (i had given 3 number to them).they just have some issue calling me i understand so i call them daily for solution but daily a new person and new senior executive Finally mr Saurabh have esclated my case to High Authority person that is Mr Ankit Singhal Customer satisfaction department samsung india, as always he also unable to call me so i called him on his desk number after 20 tries on 31-may 2017 he gathered all info of mine again and asked me for proof that i have faced issue in my s8 from buying date so i told him that i have all the mails and call history with samsung and samsung member app u can get it frm there but he said no, so i called samsung care again and. Connected my call to samsung senior executive Mr mayank saxena whom i told all the issue about my device and my case history, and told him to coordinate with mr singhal by providing my mails call and problems history with my device for which i mailed to samsung ceo and samsung member app and called many time to samsung care, i said no to mail me those details but he agreed to coordinate to mr ankit singhal and provide all this details to him, so i called mr singhal again on 1 june and he told me that he has coordinate with mr mayank saxena and got all my details and proof, he then try to convince me for extended warranty repaired by extending 1 month waranty of my device if i choose to repair for which i said no and so he said me to provide me invoice and i had provided him the invoice and he further contacted my area service manager mr Deepak Srivastav for ditributor invoive which he got, on 2 june he told me via email that kindly submit handset to service centre so that he can examine my handset by legal procedure and obatining pics and defects pic from manager of service centre so i deposited my handset to mr Darshan tewani, i again mailed him tht sir that i just deposited my handset for examining for your satisfaction that my device is faulty after examing earlier also not for repair so he told me that sir i will try my level best.its beeing again 2 day now i got a mail frm him that he will not be avaible till 12 june
        I eve tried reaching your customer care as soon as ii got mail One of your associates there s me point blank that "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SIR, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO AS ur case is opened with ankit singhal and only he can help you.mr ankit singhal has told me in mail that kindly call samsung service care[protected] for any help or i[censored]rgent kindly contact ms sonia updhyay on sonia.[protected]@partner.samsung.com.im really frustated now by calling and mailing and explaing my issue to everyone as im samsung elite flagship customer and use all premium handset and facing isse frm start with samsung still samsung nt providing any replacemnt to me.I just want samsung to prvide replacement to my device as im facing issue from start which they are aware of.My handset is still at service centre of which i have jobsheet with SaMsung have all info regarding my handset with my Name -Narendra verma and mobile number [protected]
        I just want replacement frm samsung as they have really failed to satisfy me with repair quality in past also and now i wont satisfy with repairl because my device worth is ra 57900 for which paid in cash and i wont compromise with repair within 1 month of purchase and all the issue i facing frm start are proof that i have an defective device which should be replaced and please help me please
        I really do not hope any service now. I write this to serve as an eye opener to all your prospective buyers. This is what I call sophisticated hooliganism.

          Dear Samsung,

          It is with utter regret and frustration that I write this email to you. My parents purchased an Air Conditioner hardly a year ago. The reputation that Samsung has in electronics such as mobile phones and television sets, helped us make up our mind of entrusting Samsung with our very first Air Conditioner in India.

          However, ever since the summer has started in full swing, the air conditioner works pathetically as each day passes. It is indeed saddening to realise that the substandard quality of the cooling system that Samsung has in its air conditions. Multiple calls to the Service centre were futile as the people there are least helpful and keep delaying their much-needed visit to fix the issue.

          We sit here in the sweltering heat of Hyderabad right under the AC as it constantly fails to cool the small hall that it is fixed in. What I fail to understand is that how can Samsung call itself a consumer brand when the products fail to live up to the expectations that Samsung Ads sell on various platforms. It has been a very disappointing summer, to say the least with the entire onus falling upon the Samsung AC which only makes me regret the day I bought the product.

          If by any chance there is something at all that Samsung can do to either fix this AC or have it checked, it would be a small step towards winning back a disheartened customer.

          I hope Samsung looks into the matter at the earliest. A failure to do the same would leave me with no option than escalating the matter to the Consumer Board of India.

            I wish to acknowledge you that i am highly disappointed with the kind of hospitality and services support being provided from samsung in gurgaon cyber hub.

            Informing you that i purchased a7 2016 & at the time samsung store executive told me to get insurance with appsdaily, as our samsung has tie-up with appsdaily for mobile protection.

            So i brought appsdaily mobile protection insurance for my mobile. I tried appsdaily customer care no. ([protected]) when it got damage in warranty period many time but the response always was (The no. You are trying to contact does not exist).

            I sent sms (Daily to 5676716) as well. Got response that, (Thank you for contacting appsdaily, our services executive will contact you shortly) but no response.

            When i got tired-up, i called to samsung customer car & register a complaint ([protected]) regarding the same & they suggest me to catch dealer from where you brought this device. I visit to them & sent email as suggested.

            They told me that we are taking followup with appsdaily for your device, but they didn't reply on email. Now two days ago told that appsdaily company has windup & we can't help you out in this & as per if you want, can raise to consumer court & can a fir case file against the samsung.

            Now, you please tell me. Is this the way, what samsung providing customer support. There are lots of mobile's brand in india to buy. But i purchased samsung only because it's a brand & will support in future in trouble.

            Now request you to please help in repairing my device. Will be very thankful to you.

              I wish to acknowledge you that i am highly disappointed with the kind of hospitality and services being provided from samsung service centre in ludhiana.

              I want to inform you that recently i purchased a j7 prime set in which the headphone jack is not working, earlier when i used initially for first time with earphone i thought the earphone may be not working thereafter again after few days i tried the same twice with alternate earphones but it doesn't work and it's just 2 months back i purchased this phone.

              The service centre people are telling to get it repaired from them, but i don't wish the same. I need the replacement for this device immediately because getting it repaired just 2months back after purchase is not worth the brand image..

                I had purchased split ac model no. Ar18hc3usnbnna on 30.04.2014 in my name amit chaturvedi. After using almost three years on 28.05.2017 sundly ac stopped working no cooling even the fan was not working. I made a complaint on 29.05.2017 (Complaint no.[protected])
                On 31.05.2017 your engineer mr danish ali had visited my place and told me that compressor is not working and need to change which is under warranty for 5 years. After all the formality done engineer danish told me that this product will take 5 days to replace. On 01.05.2017 at 11:30 in the morning i got a call from a samsung office which in patparganj delhi by mr. Kaushal and he was telling me that we can not replace the same because the serial no. Of the product is missing. I was very much disappointed with this communication and socked because while i was purchasing the ac that time i have been told that compressor comes in warranty for 5 years and he was your engineeer who installed the ac and again he was your engineeer who open it first time i was lahmen about the system how it work otherwise i would have checked everything that where is serial no. And why few of the numbers are missing.
                This is how i lost my trust in such a world class company called a samsung and how i have been cheated with your people who made people fool in the market and making money from those people who are not aware about the system.
                Sir i am not trying to spoil your image in the market but really i got poorest response from your company your employees are don't have a willing to help customers.
                I am pitched off from your service going to take legal action so that nobody will cheated like me in future.
                And a massage for the people please don't buy ac from the samsung otherwise you will be the next looser like me who sped rs.33000 and still bagging for his own rights.

                  I had paid 36900 rs in a samsung phone. Ghatkopar service center person they easily said there is a moisture how it comes in middle of board. I need to be fixed these issue asap if you all are really sitting there to help. We are your customers if we faced any issue we have right to go there but why you all are denied it's shame full as a brand of samsung through out those employee who don't work properly and decrease the repo of a company. I want my mobile service. I had paid 36900rs it's have lots of worth for me kindly help and take action on it

                        Dear sir,
                        I had purchased a twin cooling refrigerator being model no. Rs21hstpn in my name on 6.04.2014, while keeping in view the name and market repo of samsung. However, it appears that samsung company has not only expertised in giving defective appliances to its customer but also is negligent towards the suffering of its customer. The said refrigerator has never worked properly since i purchased it as in the january, 2015 it suddenly stopped cooling to full effect and ultimately in july, 2015 there was no cooling. The said fault was duly noticed to samsung india and it was revealed that the gas of the refrigerator had leaked out and same was resolved on 12.7.15 by the samsung. However, despite being under the warranty samsung charged us rs.1628/- for putting gas in it, which should have not charged at the first place.
                        After several month of working properly the same problem persisted on various occasions in the year 2016, which can be verified from the complaints made by us vide phone numbers [protected] and [protected].
                        Recently on 26.5.17 the said refrigerator again stopped cooling and on the very same day the samsung company was notified vide complaint no. [protected]. On 28.05.17 one of the engineer visited our premises to resolve the issue and after preliminary check we were informed that the compressor of the said refrigerator is not working and needs to be replaced. The said engineer have also assured that the same will be replaced and we can get the status of the new part by calling him on [protected].
                        That it is very painful that the company of such a stature is not able to resolve the said issue and from the facts and circumstances it is clear that the product as mentioned above, sold to us is defective in nature and it will be relevant to mention herein that since that day the said engineer have stopped taking our calls which clearly shows in efficiency of the support team of the samsung india.
                        We are constrained to write this complaint as 8 days have passed by but no action whatsoever has been taken by the samsung india to resolve the issue and in other words it can be said that the samsung india is incompetent and incapable of resolving the issues and running business here in india.
                        By way of present complaint i call upon the samsung india to replace the product in question being model no. Rs21hstpn immediately failing which we will be constraint to take legal action.

                          Dear madam/sir
                          I had purchased Samsung note 5 last year. Few months back its screen started discoloring on the top so on 18 may 2017 i went to samsung care sector 16 faridabad as it was still in warranty. They told me that for this they have to get the approval and will inform me in two days. Till one week i did not get any response from the samsung care so i called them on 25 may then they said it has got repired and i can collect my phone. When i went their to collect it they said it was a mistake and they are still waiting for the approval. As soon as i left the service center i got a call from samsung technical department regarding my phone. The person was rude and started blaming me about the discoloring, i told him that this handset cannot be opened and how can someone see the thing and damage it that is inside the display screen. I immediately went back to collect my phone from the service center then the person at the samsung center told me that they have repaired it as they were 99.9% sure that it will get approved and my case is GENUINE and now i have to pay 9000 for the repair. I also sent my complaint to samsung CEO office but they also took around one week but did not do anything.
                          It has been 15 days but all my complains and requests are not taken seriously. The last person with whom i talked said you can go anywhere but we cannot do anything. If my case was not right then my phone should not have been repaired without my consent. The center was confident enough to repair my phone before getting the approval of the shows that my case is GENUINE. Moreover what is the point to give warranty for the product which is of low standard i have paid 43000 rs to buy this Samsung #### and due to their poor and low quality products n worse technical and customer service they have already lost their reputation, i will request you to kindly intervene and help me out as i am regretting my decision to buy Samsung mobile at so high price when my family members were against it and feeling cheated for spending my hard earned money on this samsung phone.                               Such a bad experience with samsung services. Samsung commits assured quality. I rate samsung quality parameter in minus out of 10. Its better to purchase mobile named j7-2016 on 28/jan/2017. I m facing internet ant network issues since the day i purchased the device (Manufacturing defect). I approached samsung service centre plenty of times located in janakpuri, new delhi, but no support from the. I recently visited samsung service centre on 02/june/2017 at 6 pm. They had submitted my mobile with complaint no. [protected]. Also samsung reference no. [protected]. I received one message after 1 hour on 2/june/ 2017 that your repair has been completed you can collect you device. Next day at 12 pm i. E 03/june/2017 i visited the service centre to collect my device. Samsung executive said your handset is not repaired yet but your complaint / call has closed. What the hell it is? How the company can close customer complaint since it has not been resolved. The data cable of the same device was also not working since 1 month. I asked the samsung executive to please replace my data cable, as it is under warranty. He said sorry we cant generate your call.. Go and purchase from market.. Can you please tell me samsung, why you are giving warranty on your product. Such a pathetic and annoying service.

                                  I have purchased a Samsung LED TV UA32D5900 in month of January 2012. I have face a dispay issued 15 days back found the screen is continuously getting reboots. Then I have a logged the case with sumsung service centre, as usual I have not received their response post registering complaint, I have to take follow up for the same. Then someone from Krish Electronics has visited at my house to cheek the issue and found that the motherboard and speaker has gone bad and need to replace. So he taken down all the relevant details which requires to raise the part replacement and for which he charged me Rs. 690 /- Then after two or three days he has share the estimate for the part replacement i.e. around 10, 199 /- Rs. And I have provided my confirmation to go ahead and place the order.

                                  Then the actually surprise situation has started, the guy has come two days back to replace the part after almost 8 days after placing the order. And he come to know the part which he has carry on site for part replacement is not compatible with my TV model. And he has informed me that he needs to again raise the part replacement request with Samsung since the part which he has order is not compatible, so again I have started the discussion with direct Samsung service centre, they have shown very casual approach by mentioning it happens very rarely and unfortunately it happens with you and I need to again wait for almost 5 o 6 days, since the part needs to order either from Noida or Chennai.

                                  I tried convincing that why it happens to me and who has made the mistake and why I have to suffer, I have spoken to the escalation manager of Samsung service centre, but all in vain there is no positive response rather than only saying sorry and I have to wait till the part come. He has committed that I will be getting call from service centre team within next couple of hours, however as usual no response from anyone. I found all this guy’s Krish Electronics, Thane and Samsung service centre, are very unprofessional and least bother about customer’s response, they always follow the way as per their convenience.

                                  Finally got the call from Samsung service centre about mentioning the part is not available and they will pay me only 17 % of my initial purchase cost as a depression value and I have to purchase new TV by paying the additional amount means at least 25, 000 /-

                                  Guys this is really frustrating experience with Samsung, the product which has only 5 years old, for that they don’t have the parts available and forcing customer to purchase new one.

                                  Guys, please be aware to buy any product from Samsung as they don't value customers.

                                      Dated 10th may i received my phone with screen replacement from samsung service center (Hcl services ltd) vikas puri. Call # [protected] set serial #r28h91hl6gx.
                                      Phone was received with different color screen (Not gold), when complained i was convinced that its gold screen not any other.
                                      A week later alike every other confident owner of water resistant phone i picked up call with wet hands and in few minutes the phone turned off and never got switched on. Dated 24th may, 2017 i complained back to same service center but they denied reckless, careless repair of phone as wasn’t sealed properly. It was evident that staff knew it at first place that repair wasn’t efficient and phone wasn’t sealed properly or tested post repair, thus was handed it over to me insignificantly. My loss is loss of confidence of every samsung customer who choose samsung technology over other leading companies. I have pictures of samsung parts and back cover which clearly state that there is no super technology behind samsung phone claiming water resistance but mere gumming down back cover which is open to human repair limits of samsung service center.

                                      Despite all i believe in samsung technology but i truly belief that its human error of resource of repaired my phone and didn’t fix phone well which lead to leak in phone. It was duly informed at the time of recieval of phone that i don’t find it fixed properly as back cover seemed loosen plus that screen color replaced doesn’t match back cover or my phone. This is alarming and would like to escalate it to the core.

                                        I had raised a Service Request #[protected] for my washing machine on 31st May 2017 and was informed that the field executive would visit before 8PM the same day. I reached out to the executive whose details were assigned and was informed that he is not going to be servicing the locality I reside in. Since then till today I had been following up on the request and just being reassigned to the same field executive "RISHI contact#[protected] has been assigned against your service request [protected]" and nothing changed. The field refuses to attend to the request and the customer service is unable to expedite or escalate the request no progress is made on the case
