I made my ac complaint to samsung on 25th march 2017 on which they fixed the ac by refilling gas. They charged me for service and gas for around ₹1800. In a day ac stopped working which informed samsung in their feedback complaint, however this time they took approx 20days to respond and replaced the valve for approx ₹600 and refilled the ac. This time and again ac started making found sound through outdoor unit and then stopped functioning. The engineers asked me to replace compressor which they completed on 30th of may 2017. My didn't end here but during same night remote stopped working and so does the ac...Now I am very frustrated and want to sue samsung in court.

Freezer has stopped working since today morning. Temperature is set to -22 degree whereas on display it ia showing 5 degree. and is not cooling
Hi,

I purchased Samsung split AC on 19th April 2017. The AC has stopped working in less than 26 days, it is not calling at all and I have called ji Samsung customer care 5 times to to schedule a technician. Nothing has been done as of now, if this does not get resolved I will take it to the consumer forum.

    I am having s7 edge with date of purchase 05-08-16.
    On 20-04-17 i observed pink line on its display. I was shocked & immediately i searched about it on youtube, there i found it was a common issue with s7 edge & a lot of people were having same issue & have posted videos about it on youtube.
    Then i called samsung customer care & they took my device for 1 week and delivered.
    Then same day i realised touch screen was having issues now. I checked and yes touch screen problems were there.
    Again they took my device for 1 week on and delivered on 10-05-17. But it didn't ended here!
    This time upper half portion of screen was faded to yellow.
    Mrs rekha tanwar (From samsung head office) was handling my case.
    So again my device was picked up on 27-05-17 and on 29-05-17 i was told by mrs rekha tanwar that the service centre says there is no issue with display.
    I explained her that the defect is easily visible & even the person who came for pickup of device admitted yes display is defected. He himself wrote on jobsheet "display colour fade problem". I also told mrs rekha tanwar that i went for selling the device & even there shopkeeper told display is defective.
    This defect was easily available on grey colour so i kept a grey wallpaper on my device to observe the defect easily.
    Mrs rekha tanwar just sent this grey wallpaper to quality assurance team & responded me on 31-05-17 that the team denied & there is no issue with display.
    Now, by just sending a "wallpaper image" to quality assurance team, how can a device be checked?
    Very very poor experience with zamsung.
    This type of service is provided to me.
    Forget about replacement, they are not even changing the display
    Mrs rekha tanwar only prevented service centre to change display of my device.
    So everyone please be aware she pretends as if she would help you but she is there to save samsung some money on repairs in service centres.
    Still my device is in service centre (Hcl services, okhla industrial phase 1, delhi-110020)
    Its defective having display issues.
    I cannot use it or sell it with such defective display.

      Bill no: [protected]; i submitted my mobile at samsung service centre on 6/5/17 and it is yet to be delivered. How long does it take to change only a touch screen? Moreover, they do n't call from the centre. On 27th may, when i visited the service centre, i was informed that the part which they had ordered from kolkata was sent wrongly. It did not fit in my set so i had to wait for more seven days. I am still waiting!!!

        Hi my name is jerome i purchased this mobile s8+ from a shop named teksa retail at nibs road on the 3rd may on 28th may the mobile got dead when i went to the shop from where i purchased it they told me that they will send it to the service center and if it has a hardware problem they will issue a doa but today 31st they r telling me that they will change the mother board and give it instead of replacing the mobile this is totally cheating

          Samsung is fraud company in air conditioners matter

          I scientist vasudev moolrajani has found that samsung’s all air-conditioners are defective, having used aluminum condenser tube instead of copper condenser tube, it is well known fact that when aluminum condenser tube is leaked it is difficult to solder it, if they had used copper condenser tube, it could be soldered when leaked, they had used wrong material, and their compressors are also defective, in guarantee period also these compressors stop working, their aluminum condenser tubes always leaks and gas also flown away,
          In my samsung air-conditioners i had to fill gas every month due to leakage in aluminum condenser tube and i paid rs. 2600/- every month, when i objected, the company’s representative said that there is no guaranty of company for the gas, i told that this tube is leaking you should change it in guaranty period but they never changed, after the guaranty period, when the gas flown away again the company representative charged rs. 8800/- from me to new for new aluminum condenser tube again, and again with in month the gas flown away, my air-conditioner is still lying stopped.in this guaranty period they had to changed 3 compressors being defective, and they charged rs. 2600/- from me for the gas filling every time at the installation time of the new compressor, i said them that before uninstalling the gas was full, your compressor is was defective and so you changed the defective compressor, it is your fault, so company is responsible to give me my gas, which they wasted, but their representative said that it is company’s ruling whenever the defective compressor is changed, this is company’s appreciation that they are giving you the compressor free of cost in guaranty period, this is company’s ruling that every time party has to fill gas on their own expenses. For proof i have all bills of money which i paid to samsung service center, who looted on the behalf of samsung. I had paid approximate rs. 80000/- for the air conditioner, which still not working.
          I alert all people that they should not purchase samsung air-conditioners, they will be deceived.

            I have brought this tv 4 year back la32d580k4r and had to replace the display unit immediately after one year when the warranty was over. I had to replace the display 2 times again (Once in warranty time of the replaced display). The latest one started showing fault one year back and when i contacted customer support the responce was bad as i had to again replace it spending money from my pocket. I seriously suspect the product i got from samsung is defective one, which i never expect from a reputed brand like samsung.
            Request you to consider this and do the needful for replacing the product.

              I had purchased a samsung double door fridge in 2010 in goa model number being rt40mams. Recently i had a gasket problem and defrost heater problem and complained to samsung customer care. Samsung has blankly said that the parts are not available and company cannot do anything about it
              I mean how can a company like samsung just deny to repair its own product when a customer is ready to pay the charges for it.
              Also their technicians visiting have no clue about the problems exactly and keep on sending some other person each and every time.
              This leaves me with no other options than to dump this fridge as the samsung cannot repair it.
              I really need to know how a company manufacturing something just deny to repair it within 7 years.

                Purchased a new handset on the 6th of may, j7 prime 32 gb, which had a manufacturing defect, which came up after 2 weeks on the 20th day.
                The basic rule is for a replacement as it was a major defect with the motherboard of the handset, which affected the network.
                Samsung does not advertise anywhere about their handset replacement policy which is before 14 days of purchase. I went to the service center on the 20th day that is 27th of may, and they accepted that it is a major manufacturing defect (Need to replace the motherboard of the handset).
                They will not replace with a new handset but will replace the motherboard of the handset, immediately. These champions are not having the stock of the motherboard of the particular model and have asked for 3 - 4 days for the same, which is simply not acceptable.
                I got a call from their service center, mentioning that the part is not available with any of their service centers, so i have to wait for the same, with no commitment for the number of days.
                Samsung advertises about being customer friendly and this is what they do to a customer who has purchased a new handset with a genuine manufacturing defect which has been acknowledged by the service center.
                Please think before buying samsung handsets.

                  I bought my phone on 31st Oct 2016. In just 2 months I started facing prob. I formatted my phone twice in just 4 months. Then I approached customer care since the prob was not resolved. Recently my phone was dead due to water damage. Hardly just 5 sec it was in wash basin accidentally. It's IP68 rated phone i.e water resistance upto 1.5 metres of water for 30 minutes. As per Samsung claims, my phone should've handled 10 sec of water exposure so easily. It's because of the cheap quality of the phone. They gave an estimate of nearly Rs. 34000 for the service. I fought with Samsung care and made them understand its not my mistake and its because of the poor quality of the phone. They waived the spare part cost and at last asked me to pay Rs. 4250 as the tax alone. I paid Rs. 4250 unnecessarily for their mistake. After 1 month of this service I again faced a prob. My phone completely went black and after some time one half of the screen went green colour. Then later it got restarted automatically. For a new phone this much problem should never come. When I approached Samsung care they are not even considering my case. They are not even replying for my issue. The phone cost is Rs 50000.

                  I bought Samsung refrigerator 20 months back, the fridge is not giving good service, it is not cooling well regarding this I complaint the Samsung service people, was really disappointed with Samsung refrigerator, as well as Samsung service support, worst ever service support...                     26- may 2017 - i got an software update for this phone. I update the phone and it restarted as always. After that update the phone started hanging and was getting blank after sometime.
                    So the 1st option was to format and reset factory settings. Which i did and still the problem wasn't resolved.
                    Then i went to the authorized samsung mobile service center in aundh, near brebown chowk.
                    They asked me the phone model and the manager there said this phone has a technical glitch and is not responding to the update received. They have 4 other phones of same complain and it isnt working.
                    They also said they had a case where they had the similar case, and they did a software reset, but the mother board went bad and then there was a poilce case and, these people had to pay the losses.
                    And he said the same thing will happen to your phone too. And we do not want to take the risk and made me sign a paper saying doing the software reset on the owners risk.
                    I have used the phone in a very decent condition and was sure the samsung products are worth to be trusted. And confidently said to them, get the software reset. Which i am sure is the best solution when your mobile starts performing slow and keeps hanging. (To note - till this my phone was working, the only thing was it was hanging).
                    So when they did the software reset - they made me sit with the engineer.
                    The software got downloaded successfully. But the reboot didn't happen.
                    And then the staffs just said, its dead and ur mother board needs to be changed. And its 20 k cost.

                    So my question is, how can this happen when u do a software update which the samsung company has sent, and due to this the mobile phone start acting weird and gradually the mother board gives up.
                    Then this is a technical issue due to the software update.

                    Plus this problem is with all the handsets of the similar make.
                    The manufacturer and the marketer both need to be questioned on this.
                    I have a video recording of the service center main engineer of aundh service center - who said that this is a technical error and the headquarter team of samsung knows about it.

                    So that means - the samsung mobile software wasn't supporting for this model and the new patch upgrade made the mother board go bad.

                    This is the fault in make of this model and also the software upgrade.

                    Spending 60 k for this premium mobile was with this mindset that such glitches wont happen.
                    I have been handling the phone in a proper manner and had kept it in best of condition. Have attached pictures which can give a proof that there is no physical damage also.
                    The last picture shows that the handset is still working but not able to reboot (After the service center did their part)

                    I blame the company and the manufacturer for this. As the service center guys have no answer for the same.
                    Till today i have always been a samsung lover. But this incident has left me uncertain with the brand, spending almost 60 k is not a joke.
                    But the way the phone has just stopped working and service center only bothered about how much they will earn by changing the motherboard is what i see here. 20 k i can probably buy a another phone, instead of spending on samsung anymore.
                    Need proper resolution of the same.

                      Hi this is aminder from ludhiana i have big issue regarding the battery of my s7 edge. I sent so many emails regarding this nly got one phone call frm ur side.. This is the third time i spoiled my money 51000 in s7 edge.. Battery is draining in 2 hours not even a month old phone. I went to service centre on the 12th day and asked to change the phone they said we cant help we can nly update.. After 2 days of checking i went again and they said now 14 days are over we cant change the phone.. Pls help it out... I saved for 9 months to buy s7 edge and i sold it 2 times with a loss of 30000 and again third time m getting the big problem with battery and speakers sounding very low

                          I have samsung galaxy s3 19305t. My problem is battery drain. Connected to charger, normally charged. But charging down in only one hour. When using mobile data. Battery percentage is comes to 28 sim network is off and also shows battery fully charged, disconnect from the charger in the notification bar, then immediately phone switched off. While using my phone connected to the charger, then also battery percentage is down early, but charging symbol is shown.
                          So please tell me what can i do to fix this problem.

                            I bought fridge on 14.06.2015, within 2 years cooling issue. I raised complaint in Samsung customer care. Next day evening serviced person came and checked. He told that gas leaked and need to be refilled the gas. the amount to be paid to correct the problem Rs 2500. But local service person told it will come around below 1000.
                            1. I want to know the real cost for that service ?
                            2. How gas leaked problem occurred ?
                            3. After refilling what is the warranty period for that service?

                            I trusted Samsung and bought this Refrigerator. please solve the issues.

                              In my phone, problem like auto lock, auto wifi disconnected, hanging, some time power & home not work. So i go customers care service center 1st time they only update my phone then 2nd time i need to go there again to solve same problem so they suggested to change display but problem remain same at third time i need to go there so they suggested to change mother board again i will go so they update my phone but problem doesn't solve, & now last time i go there so they again change mother board. So i still can't understand what they do with my phone only time. So i genuinely request you to please look in the matter and replace my phone with new one.

                                  I had given my Samsung S7 phone to Care Point Samsung Service center in Jayanagar, Bangalore to check for any water damage on the phone.

                                  The phone was in working condition.

                                  However, the technician incorrectly thought that the phone does not switch on and re-imaged the device thus wiping off all its contents, including precious family photos.

                                  The center was supposed to only check for any damage and call me to advice on a repair. However, they did not call me or take my approval to re-image the device.

The same become again faulty within 15 days of replacement but today i got a call the guy told me that being a cosmetic part the same will not be replaced or repaired now reference no is [protected]
                                    My question is we being consumervhas invested a sum of rs 12000 on yiur brand and your company is giving these type of reply or service? A part of the machine becomes faulty within a warranty has to be repaired or replaced free of cost?

                                      I purchased samsung refrigerator model is rr19k182z on 13/04/16 in reliance mart. After one year my fridge compressor is gone. I called to customer care. They guys saying i have pay server change plus tax. This is for only checking. I have a 10-year warranty of compressor. But they customer care people saying i need to pay service and gas filling. The total cost is 5k. The service guy is coming he removed all gas and he changed and gas refilling. If they are giving 10-year warranty why i should pay for that refilling gas. They only removed they have fill gas. If i want to pay gas filling they have mentioned in term and condition. Once compress is gone. Why should have pay gas filling service charges? They don't mention anywhere in term and conditions. Why should pay for him? That to reliance mart people are selling damaged product. They protect working only one year. Product work only one year. Don't buy anything in samsung product unnecessarily you facing issues with the product. Customer care people also not responding properly

                                        Samsung printer of thalavoor grama panchayat office model express m2826nd, kerala not working since last 2 months. We have already registered complaint in time and a technician from local area kottarakara came and inspected and suggested parts change intimating the samsung nearby office for the same. But no further response. The printer has not been repaired yet neither replaced. The delay is highly regrettable.
