    Hello my name is Rohan
    I bought a samsung j5 2015 on 23september 2015
    After a month a battery problem is detected that is the phone will dead by power off automatically, when the charging remains 35%.
    I complained about it at service centre then they say that it will become good after repairing then i repaired my phone in service centre 3times within 1 year but the phone didnot work properly and the problem continuous and now the members of your complaint centre are now saying that the phone will not be repaired ever. So please find a solution or replace my phone otherwise i knock the door of consumer court

      Sir,
      My name is yashwanth, mechanical engineer for water treatment equipment manufacturing company in mysore, and i owned a samsung s7edge and on 09/07/2016 in mysore city.
      Iam facing battery swelling to battery failure under normal warranty period itself, the above said problem was identified on 22/05/2017 by me, idont have any idea from how long it was there.
      I visited your service office for the same complaint and your service people advised me to get service repair under warranty for foc.
      Since the failure happened with in the warranty period i want my hand set to be replaced adn avail a new hand set, because the battery swelling happened purely because of manufacturing defect, even though i got my phone battery replaced i need some acknowledgement from the your service people that the battery which have replaced will be bearing further warranty for 1 year.

      I request any responsible person to take over my case and take responsible action because i believed in samsung, now let know why i should believe in samsung.

        This is a formal complaint against Samsung Service Center (Bill Number [protected]) & Samsung Customer Care Center (Complaint number [protected])
        I have given my Samsung Phone J2 on 11th May 2017 for the LCD replacement. The Service Center told me to deliver my phone within 3-4 working days. However they failed to deliver it as per stated period. On enquiring about my phone the lady misbehaved and gave me a rolled answer “we cannot predict the date of deliver, we will let you know”. After a week on calling again, I have got the same answer on which I have reached Customer care center to complaint against the service center’s lethargic attitude and no proper response issue.
        Out of two customer care agent, one told me that I will get my phone within 24 hours and other put my line on hold and later disconnected since he had no answer to handle my complaint. In the conversation the agent told me that LCD was initially in transit which is being cancelled and then ordered again. On raising question over un necessary cancellation the supervisor lied and changed his statement.
        I have later approached one supervisor Mr. Kumar and the TEAM LEAD Mr. Deepak who had promised to get back today by 1 PM. None of them gave me a call back and I am still in blank picture without any update.
        This is my written complaint against MISBEHAVIOUR, LIE, CHEATING & FALSE PROMISES along with deviation and misguiding the customer SEVERAL TIMES.
        THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNTOLERABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE FROM A COMPANY LIKE YOU. NEITHER THER CUSTOMER CARE NOT CUTOMER SERVICE COULD LET MY PHONE REPAIRED AND RATHER MISLEAD ME WITH FALSE REMARKS. SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
        I have drained my energy and valuable time on such petty issues which remain unrecoverable
        I expect the senior officials to take strict actions against this behavior immediately.

          Hi my name is wasim shaikh i'm using s 7 few day a go i had battery issue so i went to samsung service centre service told me for an update. After update i got my problem solved but new problem arise that was of bluetooth which happened after the update. They told me that we will order new motherboard in 2 day but days have past they not provided me motherboard please see after the matter and one thing i have spend 50000 rs for the mobile why? To keep in your service centre?

            This is Arpit Agarwal.

            I had ordered VR and paid full amount and after so many days you are sending me a mail that my amount is reversed.

            That is totally unethical and unacceptable.

            How can you take the money in the first case and then after a week reply that your amount will be reversed due to overwhelming response. Is samsung team playing with us or what. When ever you want you can place the order and whenever you want you can reverse the amount. This is totally deficiency in service and unjust behaviour from samsung. I[censored] wanted to reverse the order why did you take the money in the first case. My order shouldn't have processed then. Why were you still showing the offer for next two days. And in between again showing the offer for a week. If the VR was booked completely then you shouldn't have booked my VR. And after 2 days I again saw the ofdee on MY GALAXY. If the bookings were full then why were you showing the offer to book and VR?.

            I dont want my amount to get reversed and I want my VR 2 hadset as soon as possible. Otherwise I will file a case in consumer forum regarding the false hope which you gave to deliver the VR and by taking the amount. That is not what i expected from samsung. I had a good reputation of samsung but now my expectations are falling by such cheap behaviour from samsung. I will really file a case in consumer forum if I don't get my VR delivered.

            I can understand that its in your TC that if the order is fill you can cancel the order. But who cancels it after a week. And why was the AD / OFFER live for next 3 days also. If it was already sold before. Then why the OFFER was still there? To fool customers?

            I'm not getting any call or revert from the headquarters too. I mailed plenty of times but still there is no response. Never expected samsung will go at such level. Had high hopes from this company. No one is trying to solve my query.

            Please give me a call back. Wrote so many mails and spoke to priya, neha, amit gautam, robin. No one is callimg me back and answering my mails and calls.
            Is that way samsung treat its customer???

              I purchased Samsung micro SD card approximate one year before and now it has some error in read or write in data.i contact to samsung service centre but they are unable to tell me the replacement procedure through courier.I m from Distt. Hisar and the replacement centre is in Gurgaon it is very costly if i go there to replace the micro SD card.

                I had bought a Samsung galaxy tab a 3 and half months ago from a local reliance digital store. After 3 and half months suddenly one morning the tablet got dead i guess. It did not turn on and when i pressed the power key it got overheated and the temperature went on rising. Horrified of the facts that Samsung phones blasting we kept it in a dry room and after 2 hrs it cooled down. Without giving further attempts to switch it on we went to the Samsung service centre to show the problem. They took the device inside and after around 20 min they notified us that a part of the functioning unit got burnt up due to excessive current and to bring the device back to normal stage we have to buy it. Then after checking something they told us that the unit cost is rs7500. We were too much discouraged. We called the customer care and expressed our queries regarding this. They said us to visit the centre again and give them that tablet so that they will take a picture and notify us if its under warranty . After 4 days they said us that there is a burn in the unit and Samsung doesn't provide warranty over burn cases. I was too angry. I asked the reason for the burn and they replied me that it is because if light fluctuations. I was spellbound for a moment. I asked if its for light fluctuation or high voltage supply shall the consumer be responsible for this. I explained them that we had used the same adapter and same cable which was provided by Samsung. Even i had never charged it with any portable charger fearing excess current might damage the device. Even i never charged that even when there was power cut and we had inverter power supply. If in all cases there is no chance of high voltage or harmful current supply to device and the device dies of itself then its the fault of consumer. They then said since it has been due to light fluctuations it is neither the fault of consumer nor the fault of company, its the fault of light!!! I didn't knew whether i shall laugh or cry at this.. Such explanation and service care was finally expected from such a big company like Samsung!!! I was completely exhausted explaining your centre but they stick to that point only. My father has got so dissatisfied and angry that he has decided never to buy any Samsung product and even to file a consumer case against it. Fortunately we got a lesson which had prevented me from buying a new Samsung On nxt as its for sure that the same incident is going to occur . Its not at all the problem with paying rs 7400 but its about consumer protection from these types of cheats. I[censored] want to further contact us we agree but we warn u not to repeat these sense less and baseless excuses for the death of the device . We are not really intrested for the consumer case but i[censored] dont take suitable steps we will be left with no choices.

                We need to provide our contacts to the company which is registered.. Then there will be a call from head office and with atmost generosity they will deal with your problem by taking your device problem case from zonal to head office.. Finally with their technicians they will notify u the problem and its resolution... If u really think u r correct then this is the way to get rid of those irritating zonal Customer care services and then finally getting your device repaired

                i hv purchased a Samsung LED TV and a side by side door refrigerator, by 2012 & 2013, my TV got repair by 2015 still it is not fixed as Samsung technician demands 50% of d product cost,

                now 2017 my refrigerator has stopped working with in a very short span in-spite of its 10 years warranty, the Samsung demands 15% of d product cost to fix it .

                Samsung India is not keeping its product quality up to mark for which it is made for.

                i am very much disappointed with the quality Samsung delivers, totally very very poor quality.

                only good thing is their customer support which is prompt on time, but the product very very poor

                i have an samsung S7 edge. As per the company the smart phone is water resistant. but all this is fake and fooling things. my smart phone got water damage and the service center executive of samsung service center refuses to claim my smart phone in warranty.

                As per the company's advertisement and statements the phone is water resistant.

                So why the company cannot keep the promises they can't keep.

                Samsung India is not keeping its product quality up to mark for which it is made for.

                I am very much disappointed with the quality Samsung delivers

                  I have purchased 25 liter storage type Jonson Geyser 8 months back. In 1st month itself the geyser started leaking and it got repaired in 3 weeks time. Now 2nd time leakage stated. Complained a week back, still no resolution. Even the geyser just warms the water instead of heating.
                  I use other company geyser in my other bathroom, and till now no problem.
                  I find Johnson geyser are worst and their services are pathetic. It's been a week after rising complaint, till no resolution.

                      Hi,

                      I have raised complaint for fridge issue. My complaint number is [protected]. As on today they have not fixed the problem and not eta as well. When i requested to talk to supervisor of your executive (Rudika) on may 23 2017 at 12.45pm. She gave the reference number "[protected]" and manager will call back to me with in 4 hours. But so far there is no call back from any of the manager.

                      When i called the hyderabad office no:[protected], no one is lifting the phone.
                      Due to this delay, so many of our items got spoiled and it created lot of inconvenience to our family. I want your immediate attention to my issue. If samsung is not in position to do it then i will get it done from others. But when ever i call your customer care they are saying it will done on the same day. So far i have called 6 times to your customer car.

                            New refrigerator is not working from day 1 and still not repaired after 2 months.
                            Most of the parts have been changed in product and still not working. samsung customer experience senior executive Abhishek Chaturvedi[protected] Extn-9696) is saying that sending email is against samsung policy. he has been asking me to wait patiently for 2 months and still no solution. If i ask him to send email confirmation on whatever solution he is saying he says its against the company policy to send email. as per samsung you can make fake promises on fixing the product but you don't want to create any record. and also local service guy has changed almost all the major parts in my 2 month old fridge and still not working. what kind of service engineers do you have? do you give them any training or just give them samsung shirt and call them as engineers. worst experience in my life. never buying a samsung again.

                              The complaint of the Samsung refrigerator not working was raised on 17th of may. The company engineer visited on 19th and said a part has been damaged and it will be replaced within 3 days. Now after 3 days and following up with the regional service centre and the customer care the only response I am getting is that the part has been shipped and it will take at least 20 days to reach from Chennai. Even the slowest mode of transportation would not take more than 2-3 days to connect two highly commercial hubs of Chennai and Kanpur.
                              Also today after following up for two days the service centre guy said that the part hasn't been shipped.
                              This in spite of the assurance from the call centre guys named Mr. Munir Rizwi and Mr. Varun Kumar that it has been dispatched already. Highly disappointed with the way customers are being taken for a ride by giving false information.

                              Sir from beginning I have suffering Low Cooling Problem. Last one year so many food & vegetables I had waist. I had complaint so many time on your customer care no. from june 2016, & Continuous sep, oct, nov dec 2016, & jan Feb 2017 every month I was touch in your service engineers & regularly complaint on your customer care But My problem still continue from beginning. On 20 may 2017 A engineer had came & told to me that Gas pipe had chock due to some manufacturing defect in your refrigerator & No one could find it. I shall send the report & It will resolve. after two days Mr Ameer had came to my house who is from beginning follow my complaint. he told now your warranty has expired & you have to pay 1350/- for gas refilling. But my question is that when I suffer from beginning & not single time you had my resolve my problem & still I suffer same problem like low cooling then why I should pay gas refilling. I thoroughly request to you plz resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                Fake serice man, alsways behave badly and very bad mouth spoken person, really disgusting service and refrigerator. I bought on 12 march but it is not cooling so i complained, many staff man come and make reports but no one exchanged it since 2 months and now saying your report is over..                                   I'm very annoyed and disappointed with samsung service. I had initiated the first complaint on 4th may, 2017 and today is 22nd may, 2017 with no support of fixing the refrigerator. There were complaints reference no.'s [protected], [protected] and [protected] and last escalation complaint reference no. [protected]. I want my refrigerator to be fixed what excuse of parts not available. Samsung service center krish electronics d-5, nandavan industrial estate, teen hath naka, thane (West) is not at all helpful.
                                  Why would a consumer send the refrigerator to service center? Obviously to repair and if the parts are not repairable then get the parts give us the estimation of the repairs. Samsung cannot say it will not be fixed as parts are not available. Is samsung aware that it's brand value has already got tarnished. Refrigerator of rs 80000/- bought 4 years 10 months cannot just have a value of 10% depreciation.
                                  Today is the era of stiff competition and the publicity of mouth has more value because then the consumer sows the trust in the brand name. All my appliances which have samsung brand are going to be replaced by another brand once their product life cycle ends.
                                  Initially i thought the escalation senior executive, customer experience would be helpful but it is also not providing proper assistance.

                                    This is to update you that, I am facing numerous issues in my newly purchased Samsung S 8 plus which I have ordered on 5th may 207.
                                    When I got this phone, there was a crack in that phone, so I though this could be due to my casual handling. so after the day, I received this phone, I went on a family trip and was not able to make any complaint in the Samsung service centre. On the way, I checked the same with the service centre that there is some issue in my back crack of the back panel, so they told me that, we can change the back panel of the phone and the cost of the replacement will be rs 5000. so when I came back from the trip, I contacted the nearest service centre to get my back panel replaced
                                    . So I called them on 16th May, despite the fact that the phone back panel was having a dent from the day i have received the phone. I called the service guy he told me that he will arrange a pick of my phone on wednesday but despite of the repeated reminder they didnot even on thursday. they came to pick my phone on Friday and service request number of the same is [protected], service centre number is[protected] and the reference number is [protected].
                                    Then they called me back on saturday that we are not able to replace your back panel only, we have to replace the front screen as well without it cannot.
                                    As it was not my mistake, i purchased i phone 10 days back with a defect. i was so excited when i was ordering this phone as the phone is having the fascinating features so I pre-ordered the same, as I am a loyal customer oh samsung. But all this #### has changed my mind, so now i am thinking that I have made a wrong decision.
                                    Deom the day i have purchased this phone, i am being harresed by your team and with your worst after sales services. without any mistake, I am bearing a burden of a broken phone. the service centre is nothing helping, rather they are trying to make money out of it. they qre asking me for 16000 rs to get the screen changed. i am feeling cheated and harassed. request you to refund my money or I will file a complaint in consumer FORUM for faulty product and harassment.
                                    my phone was working properly when I handed over my phone to the service centre person. But now, my fingerprint scanner is not working and the back panel is having a bigger dent.

                                      I have visited Samsung authorised service center yesterday; they were asking to bring the charger to check which i didn't had . I have checked by changing other Samsung chargers and still problem persists; Hence problem cannot be attributed to charger. I have conveyed the same and Software was updated and they asked me to monitor and revert...

                                      BUT STILL PROBLEM PERSISTS...

                                        This is to inform you that, on 19/05/2017 i have submitted my Mobile (S/N- RZ1G12RW6WX ) regarding simply issued of charging problem with estimated of Rs.550 approx. but on 20th May-17 on 04.00 P.M informed that that should be mother board problem and that estimate will be 8.5K, as per reply i have not needed more expenditure of 80% of mobile invoice price. Than went to on 22/05/17 and also receive my handset.
                                        When i left the care one person (samsung Care) exit out main gate and taken my invoice and something write on it.
                                        At this circumstance my set totally waste when that was not broken, not dump in to water not short circuit.
                                        Told me at this situation my hand set in more? It's use and through?
