My galxy j5 phone i broght it last year unfortunatly batery of it is not working i went Sion, ghatkoper, ulhasnagar all suggested me to buy it from local shop but i found duplicate batteries on local shop, on may 15 2017 ulhasnasr service center in tilson market promised me to provide the same may days they kept me on waiting after i called they told me its imposible us to get you buy is from local shops.after getting fedup.on 28 may called on samsung helpline they informede your request for the betery has been cancelled 3 day after the registration.from where will i get a geniun samsung batery???

    Tarkeshwar shaw purchase a samsung mobile a510 - black, rs.21900/- on before 5/6 months.

    Unfortunately i am facing a minor problem in my handset, i went service center for defective set, but service center does not entertain my case in spite of have warranty period.

    So tell me what i can do???

    Customer ref No. [protected]/[protected] for 2 Inverter AC priced around 1 Lakh. In 3 years the product is not working though fitted in very safe environment. Launched complaint on 18-May-17 but no action taken. Only the AC has been uninstalled and kept at my place. No one is following up on this.

      Hello Sir,
      I am Shaukath from Tirunelveli.I bought a Samsung S7 edge handset on 27.09.2016.its been around 8 months since the date of purchase.My device was good till may 8 2017 midnight.When I got up on 9th may, I saw few horizontal dark gery lines in the display with tge low screen brightness, If the brightness is set to high those line disappear.So I took it to the nearest Samsung service centre(Redeemer electronics).They examined my device and said it can't be done through warranty because of minor damage on the rearcase.
      This is my second Samsung S7 edge facing screen issues.Last one shows pink lines and returned it.2nd one also showing grey lines. Unsatisfactory product.
      So I spoke with Samsung customer executives.They also said the same thing.But the problem facing in my device is not because of the damage.It is purely a manufacturing defect.As I went through lot of studies online.I've seen many S7 edge users facing the same issue.You guys are just trying to escape from us by blaming the damage of the phone.
      Such a shame from a reputed company like Samsung.Even I asked service engineer(Dhinakaran) about this.He said I can't say anything without opening the device.Then how could you say it's my fault. Even he can't say why this problem exist and where the problem is in display.Is this the way you guys answer to customers.
      Buying a phone for Rs.50900 isn't easy, and again you are asking Rs.22000 for changing the display.Instead of spending 22k for screen replacement i would have buy a new phone.
      I am struggling with this problem for 20 days.Even my mobile was in service centre for a week.My service number was [protected].And my registered mobile number is [protected].And my mail ID.is [protected]@gmail.com.
      Registered too many complaints still i didnt get any satisfied answer.You can't point my device damage and escape from this defective product.Its annoying using the phone with full brightness.I am totally fed up with this device.I request you replace the screen for the free of cost.
      I have decided to file a consumer complaint for your defective product and for worst customer service.Its my final request for free replacement.I have already spoke with Mr.Rahul, Narendra Singh and Deepak Bailwal.
      Highly unsatisfied with this product and fed up speaking with your customer executives.Kindly do something for the betterment of customers.If your product can't satisfy the customer for atleast 1 year, it won't be a successful product and such company will not be in top for long time.Awaiting for your reply.Kindly mail me positive reply.Hope you will help me.

        Dear Samsung CEO,

        Brief about the issue.
        I purchased a Note 5 phone on[protected] with the high trust on Samsung. I am using this phone for Official purpose.
        Initially it was working well. But it was started giving me a trouble of Battery Drain issue on 11/2016. So I gave my phone for service
        on[protected] at Smart communication which is located in Salem, Tamilnadu. They checked and found there is some issue with Display and Battery
        and they said We will get this replaced within a warranty and they fixed it as well.

        Coming to the Current situation My mobile again started giving me an issue on of Hand Touch is not working but the S-pen is working.
        I visited the same service centre and diagnosed and found there is some issue with Display and it will cost around Rs.10000 and have to pay from your pocket.
        Because it is now out if warranty.

        Dear Sir, Tell me a solution, as a customer i paid my hard earned Money of 52000 and within 10 months your trustworthy product gave me a first trouble and fixed
        within the warranty and after 5 months again similar issue and now it is out of warranty and have to pay Rs.10000.

        This is ridiculous and kind of dishonesty action that you are burdening the customer for asking to pay the cost for a defective product.
        I am very much dis-appointed, depressed and so restless. In other words i feel like i am cheated/Robbed by Samsung by the Waste Product.
        This kind of product you are naming it as Premium phone but it is unable to survive for 10 months continoulsy.

        Finally, we are the sacrificial Goat as have to pay 10000. You may not be able to understand as How hard is earning a Money in India.

        Need your intervention to fix this issue.

          Hi,
          From day when I buy on8 mobile phone I didn't get solution till now.

          Service centre change motherboard and reinstall software several time but faulty mobile phone issue is not resolve till now.

          As I called to customers centre they are asking for job no but service centre is not ready to give us same now what is the solution for that I don't know. Service support is very pathetic of Samsung nobody want to listen or understand your mobile problem and solution is next to impossible.

            Hope this email fine you well.

            Sorry to bother you for such a small issue for Samsung but "Big Issue" for me.

            Samsung slogan "Imagine the amazing things we can build" is making my self to think about its quality and services for long time relationship by in my case everything is shattered.

            I am loyal and continue user of Samsung Brand and in my family and circle i would always suggest Samsung Brand only by knowing its quality and services.

            But unfortunately, myself is suffering from the issue and the team from Samsung behaving normal (i believe there are many customers who facing same issue so might be its not new for them) but of course it is painful for me as i have invested the amount.

            I am facing overheating issue and APP permission issue which was rectified earlier by your service center but now again same issue occurred in the phone for which your team is asking me to visit again at your so called service center.

            Being as a working woman, you can understand that, i don't have such time to spend at your service center with no fault of mine.

            I would request you to arrange the replacement or refund of the mobile without any further delay.

              The product i received is totally fake. I have ordered for a 25000mah powerbank and wat i received is 1020mah powerbank.
              The site www.dealzandoffers.com is a total fake site.
              I have send emails to de customer compliant of that site but i didn't receive any further replies.
              Replace the product with a good 25000mah powerbank of any company or return my cash back as fast as possible.
              If no further measures is taken to replace or return i may file a compliant in cheating me.

                Hello sir,

                I have purchased Galaxy j7 prime last month and i am facing serious issues with this device i have repaired this handset from customer care once and again other issues are coming.

                New problems. This handset has hanging issues, giving electrical shocks, sim networks are not there, no internet and now customer care is not listening to my issues.

                All i want is to replace this handset as this has some major issues thay i dont think i can continue with even after another repair.

                If you still want to repair then please give me in written that this problem will not come agian and company or custimer care must take responsibility for any mishappening .

                  Dear,
                  I was purchased samsung c9 pro black 64 gb mobile on 26th April 2017. I indicate my mobile front camera blur issue. Than I go to service center & submitted mobile on 9th May 2017 but still 26th May 2017 I have not received my cellphone back. In between I have visited 7 to 8 times but did not get proper solution for my problem. I am faid up with all this nonsense I have loss my business also. So do something about this

                    Samsung service is very very poor, i cant suggest anyone to buy samsung products.

                      Dear sir i have ordered a combo of 64 gb samsung memory card and samsung 25000 mah power bank and airphone from www.dealzandooffers.com on 23rd may 2017 by advertisement on facebook.com.
                      It is delivered to me on 26th may 2017.
                      When i hv opened the parcel i found a piece of plastic instead of memory card a duplicate powerbank which os not working and a very rough quality airphone. I have paid 1049 for above useless product. I have immidiatly informed to the courie company delhivery courier service about this fraud and asked them to refund bit they denied. And they even not provided me the information about the aforesaid company it shows that the courier company is also involve in this fraud.

                                I gave my Galaxy S6 which was purchased in Dubai for repair at Samsung mobile exclusive service center located at Kaveri complex Udupi. The complaint was I couldn't switch on the handset. I handed over the handset on 17th May 2017 with the assurance that they will open and let me know the cost of repairing by next day. Unfortunately no one was bothered to call me on the next day. So I again visited their service center on 19th and one of the senior staff named Mr. Sukesh handed over the damaged handset back to me saying that it can't be repaired in Udupi and I should try my luck at Samsung center at Mangalore!!!
                                If the Udupi center is not professional enough to repair the handset, then why did they take it in the first place? Now I have a damaged handset whose display screen is broken by the so called "Samsung mobile exclusive service center". I have attached all the documents from the service center along with the photos of damaged handset.

                                  We have recently purchased the freeze from samsung and it is generating gas from freezer. We have contacted many time to samsung office guys, executive team and ceo email but there was no proper resolution.

                                  This is really a bad performance from the entire team and i believe this is not a way to deal with customers.

                                  The product has started occuring problem in just one year and the other freeze of lg is working fine from last five years.

                                  We have purchased a samsung freeze just a year ago and they provided warranty of it and we found that since last 6 days gas is leaking from freezer.

                                  we tried to contact many time with samsung customer care, I executive team and other person but no proper response was found.

                                  Insteaes of providing resolution they have shown our mistake in that.

                                  This is really ridiculous services from samsung team.

                                  no resolution of now...
                                  this is really a confused scenario... your represenative visited home and checked freeze. he told us that he will come in jext three days with some equipments and fix the problem but again received a call from call center that there is a physical damage and they can not fix it.

                                  We are using many other equipment and never fault any other issue like this and never ever did any wrong witb this samsung freeze..
                                  i would request you to resolve this asap as freeze is off since last 10 days and no one is helping

                                  After having a complete discussion with your customer service representative ref to complaint [protected] we found that we need to pay some amount to get it fix, however I believe this response is unfair and illegitimate as we have not damage the freeze and we are also not sure when it got done but suddenly it has started leaking gas so both are different perspective as per the customer end.
                                  I have tried to explain over call that we got the problem in mid of may and warranty has expired in march as per your CSR so for one month only you guys are not understating the customer concern and charging the amount even we are not sure when the damage took place in freeze so I tell you this kind of experience does not match with your ‘CSR Vision Statement-
                                  ’’ Samsung has not only provided products that meet the needs of customers, but has also reached out to underserved individuals around the country, ”

                                  I also found a very rude & unprofessional communication from the side of your Customer Service office, He was only imposing and telling the things. It was not a helping and resolution call, Does that match your Employability statement –
                                  “Samsung fosters promising talents by offering customer service education, soft skills and capabilities needed to survive in today’s competitive work atmosphere.”
                                  I found that same kind of problem in my car when the warranty has expired but they repaired the part asap and without any charge as a customer gesture so this seems a difference to serve the customer.
                                  This is my last and final request to replace or repair the freeze part without any charge, I would appreciate your kind cooperation in this regard, I will look forward to hear from you

                                    Service center or customer support not changing my battery even it is under warranty and only 3 months old.. When i visit service center they told me that ur battery will be changed come after 1 week and then ask them for work order id they refuses to give me work order id by saying that it is not for customers... Then i contact service center after week for asking they said me that give ur order id than i told them that they dont give me work order id even after asking
                                    Then samsung:'s customer executive told me not possible i told them yes it happens then they told to visit there again and make a call to manager and tell him to talk with us on call.. When i visit there they

                                      I had purchased a refrigerator which serial no. 0a544zah201755x & model no. Rt28k3722ut/nl on 15 march 2016 from navrang audio video pvt ltd. Add: d-10 vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi92
                                      Sir from beginning i have suffering low cooling problem. Last one year so many food & vegetables i had waist. I had complaint so many time on your customer care no. From june 2016, & continuous sep, oct, nov dec 2016, & jan feb 2017 every month i was touch in your service engineers & regularly complaint on your customer care but my problem still continue from beginning. On 20 may 2017 a engineer had came & told to me that gas pipe had chock due to some manufacturing defect in your refrigerator & no one could find it. I shall send the report & it will resolve. After two days mr ameer had came to my house who is from beginning follow my complaint. He told now your warranty has expired & you have to pay 1350/- for gas refilling. But my question is that when i suffer from beginning & not single time you had my resolve my problem & still i suffer same problem like low cooling then why i should pay gas refilling. I thoroughly request to you plz resolve my problem as soon as possible
