I have purchased samsung washing machine on 13/04/17 model no - tl w/m wa65k4020hl/tl. I made complaint that while spinning it making noisy sound after purchasing 3 days till not yet rectified. My ref no-[protected] i called customer care 4 times and directly i called service centre so many times they told i am sending but till no one came to see, for new machine they are doing like these. Really i fed off. Wrost service

    I had purchased my samsung s8+ last month.. It's not even been a month, scree have black patches.. I contacted service centre gave my mobile @ tvs electronics pvt ltd, nungambakkam, chennai. After 10 day of observation they contacted me from voc department and told.. There is no problem on mobile.. "all s8+ gold colour have this screen patches... You should you use in this condition only" no respect from customer care.. They not allowing me to talk. They just informing and cut my call..

    I am pre - booked.. This device without see and experiencing this mobile... Bought with trust of samsung.. But got disappointed..
    I've paid 64, 500 not so that i can use in this condition. I have always been a premium customer of samsung. From samsung galaxy s3 i am upgrading my galaxy mobile. Now s8+ and this is what i get in return from samsung. I treated without respect from samsung.

    I am going to cancel my oders.. From samsung shop website..

    Kindly get my device changed and provide me with a new one.. Or better refund my money.. I go for any other brand.

    Samsung service is the worst. Technicians are either bad or fraud. I had 2 samsung washing machine, 1 AC and phone and all of them had frequent problems from purchase continuously and product life is short. In one of the instance where dirt & lime scale blocked the draining, they told they need to replace some part and would cost Rs.3000 which got resolved in Rs.100 local guy. They look for every opportunity to get money from customer.

      I have received a dead on arrival handset and the service center has issued the doa certificate. I have also sent these detaila to instructed email and trying to follow on the same. However i have not got the replacment and also there is no response on the same. I have been following up on this since 13 may 2017 from the date i have got the doa certificate from service center. Since 5th may the day i have received the device i have not been able to use it.
      I have got an email communication on 30th may stating the reverse pickup will be arranged however there is no update, i got this response only after raising consumer compliant# 288913. After this there no further update our neither there is any action. I feel very bad as being a loyal customer to samsung who has used most of the flagship models i am getting this kind of support.

      I Purchased before 6 month ago Samsung galaxy J7 prime mobile,
      last day when i charging phone by original Samsung charger it burned during the charger.
      when i go to service center they are charging 9500 for repairing but my mobile phone in warranty period .

        I have brought my samsung galaxy s8+ on 2nd may 2017. Around 15th of may, i noticed a small dark pore inside my display. (Attached) it was deep inside the screen and it was a clear manufacturing defect.

        I raised a complaint on 17th may morning - samsung said that they will send some one to collect the device and inspect the issue but no one turned up till evening. Bad customer service.

        I then went straight to samsung ambattur service center. They acknowledged the issue, they said that they do not have a replacement piece and they asked me to wait for one week.

        I then went to the service center on 26th may after 1 week, they say the same thing. They say that they may replace the display but i was certain that i didn't want that to happen. It was hardly two weeks since i got my mobile and i don't want to get it repaired. I want a replacement option. I pay 65000 rs for a phone and if i get a defective piece, how does it feel?

        They again say that they do not have any replacement pieces in stock and i may have to wait one more week for an update.

        This is very much irritating.

        You do the mistake, and you don't even care about it and the customer has to suffer all alone?

          I have pre-booked my galaxy s8 + on 19/4/17 (Pre booking bill attached) in rr mobiles ambattur - samsung have promised a free wireless charger for all pre-bookings before may 2.

          When i got my mobile on 2nd may (Invoice enclosed), i have registered my device in samsung's own my galaxy app. But i have not got the offer for wireless charger till date. They are providing me some bad offer of their own choice (Tumi cover instead of wireless charger promised)

          When contacted customer, they are very lethargic. They very casually say that my mobile no. Is not present in their pre booking database and hence they cannot do anything. What can i do for that? They have brought complete disappointment in me for the past few weeks.

          They have brought big amount of depression in me. I have pre-booked the mobile in a samsung authenticated dealer, got my mobile delivered on may 2, and when i ask about the free wireless charger, they just don't care and they happily say that they cannot help on this. Due to their arrogance, i have lost my mind and i am not able to focus on anything else.

          Consumers are suffering, pls look into this.

          I have attached my pre-booking bill, invoice and the pre booking screenshot provided by the dealer for your reference. Pls help.

          It's been a week since I have complained about this.. No updates except an email from My Galaxy team on Sunday asking me to wait for 3 to 4 days more.. Very Pathetic Customer Service.

          Thank You Very Much Samsung. A well deserved gift for my loyalty - Owning 5 Samsung Galaxy Devices..
          I have pre booked my Samsung galaxy s8 and bought it on 2nd may 2017 the offer was free wireless charger whoever books before 3rd may there were plenty of advertisements for that.. I have booked the Samsung galaxy s8 from Samsung store Transcell Systems mobile number [protected] and [protected]... I have checked with the Samsung Store for the details of wireless charger free offer given to Samsung store..

          unfortunately Samsung store it self don't have any details of the offer but while booking they were telling the offer will be displayed in my galaxy app once you register...
          its a kind of cheating done to me .. I have contacted my.[protected]@samsung.com thru 100's of mails but every time they would tell As discussed with you in previous mail. Your activation was on 02/05/2017 which entitles you for the Pre-book (wireless charger ) on meeting the terms and conditions of the offer. We can see that the offer is mapped to your number. Please follow the steps to see the offer
          1. Launch My Galaxy
          2. Find offer in Banner
          3. swipe through banners if the first is not the offer

            I had purchased refrigerator (Model - 34m3043 s8) dated 11.04.17.
            The fridge had problem of over cooling at upper section. The bottles catches
            Ice on it, ice-creme gets very hard like stone to cut also. I had made complain
            To service center, the person came form company changed fridge pcb.
            But the problem had not solved yet. Again i made complain & the technician
            Came 2 time but cant solved the problem & gave unsatisfied answers.
            The problem has not solved till date in spite of numerous call to various departments. I am not at all satisfied with the service & technicians. I am kindly requesting you to replace my refrigerator with new one.

              I purchased two Samsung Triangular design 1.5 ton split ACs about three years back. Since, then every season, I have to get them repaired for one reason or another.

              Even after raising multiple replacement requests, nothing has been done. Now, for last two weeks, again one of the ACs stopped working. I have escalated the issue about three times in last 2 weeks (the latest complaint no. - [protected]). Every time a service engineer visits, he comes up with a new problem. Two weeks back, I was told that the PCB is not working and it will take about 3-4 days to procure the part. After four days, another engineer visited and told me that PCB is working fine, its the compressor which is faulty. Now again, after two days another engineer visited and said that both PCB and compressor are not working. I called up his senior (Akshardeep Jit Singh - [protected]) and asked him what is all this mess about and should I be escalating the matter with Samsung. He very rudely told me that if I think things will get resolved this way, I am free to do so!.

              I request Samsung to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Also, some action should be taken against such people who go around spoiling the brand image in the eyes of the customers.

I'm sorry to say but i'm not going to let this phone get opened. I've paid 58000 not so that i can take it to a service centre and get it opened within a month.. I have always been a premium customer of samsung. Firstly s6 edge, then s7edge and now s8 and this is what i get in return from samsung. Kindly get my device changed and provide me with a new one.. This phone is not going to open. And if not then i'm sorry to say that this will be my last samsung phone which i've purchased..

                Buy a new washing mechine model no WA60H4300HB/TL from ETERNAL ELECTRONICS, BARIKPUR BAZAR, BHADRAK before 20 days but we are unable to fitting the washing mechine please solve our problem as soon as possible to fitting this mechine so please sent your engineers as soon as possible for better service.

                Purchased samsung galaxy S8 on the 6th june 2017, phone went blank on the 18th june 2017, the phone was given to customer service located at sion (mobile world ). complaint no. [protected], after several calls and emails made to the customer care, i received a call saying that the phone will not be covered under warrant as there is water damage on the phone . When i asked them to give a written statement that the reason for phone getting damaged is water traces found they are not willing to give. as this model galaxy S8 has been certified with ip68 certification that the phone is water resistant and can be under water for upto 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes .even the advertisement shows that the phone is submerged under water and still works .
                when i told them to give me a written statement, that the phone was under water for more than 1.5 meter or above 30 minutes for which samsung claims their phone can survive under that condition they dont have any answer to that . i asked them also if the phone is water resistant then how did the water get inside the phone at the first place, they dont have a reply to that . the phone was purchased on the 6th june 2017 and it stopped working on the 18th june 2017 with in 12 days . and the company is not willing to accept that it must be a manufacturing defect .
                if the company has received ip68 certification which proves that this phone samsung galaxy s8 has passed dust and water test, then how did my phone get spoilt . has the certification department check the product properly ?? i have requested for a replacement of the phone .
                i have explained to more than 15 customer care representative, names below
                Ms. Saili, Ms, manica, Ms. priya Jha, ms. Ashwati and many more, no one is able to give me in writing about the report . They have given me an repair estimate of 40, 740 rs on phone . the person who had given me this figure is Ms. Ashwati . i have requested her to send me everything via email, but still i have not received any correspondence from Samsung

                  I have purchased samsung smart tv 32k5570 from girias, bannerghatta main road, bengaluru, karnataka 560076.

                  Tv was delivered on time, technician visited my home on time and tried to install tv, then problems started

                  1. Remote batteries were missing inside, also the cover was opened. Felt it was used one like a demo piece.
                  2. Technician tried to install it, buy the time tv is powered on, it was powered on like a used one, not like a brand new one (For brand new tv it will play welcome to samsung, set location, etc etc

                  I am still ok with the above two concerns

                  3. Youtube and other applications were not working - two technicians visited my house to fix it. Multiple times they have tried to upgrade the software. They asked me to contact seller for replacement as it is defective.

                  4. Also screen mirroring feature is not working.

                  Later i got a call from samsung as they will send technician to troubleshoot the issue. Another technician came to my home for troubleshooting.
                  Initially they said, wait for few days sir, it is issue with the server end.
                  Now they are saying its been more than 1month, we may or may not replace it.

                  Till date 4 times technicians came to my home for checking this tv.

                  Default applications itself not working, not sure whether the other applications will work or not.
                  All i want the tv to be replaced with new one as early as possible or give me refund

                  once i raised complaint here, next day i got a call and the engineer came to my home along with Manager. Since the issue is not resolved, manager told me as he will speak with his next level and provide an update within 2days. I got a call after 2 days as it is approved to replace the TV. they collected 3months statement and ID proof TV was replaced within a week time.

                    Sir i had buyed a refrigrator in 2011 after 2 years the refrigrator started getting issues and the refrigerator was in warranty still i had paid extra charges they had changed the compressor condensor and other things and i had paid the charges even after paying those charges again my refrigrator is not working and now they are saying i have to pay 7000 to repair that but sir why should i pay that before this even o had paid more than 7000 for repairing of refrigerator sir plz do something i had buyed that refrigrator because samsung was trusted brand for us and now we r facing lots of problem

                      Model No J7 purchased from Surtgarh, (Raj) on 29 Feb 16. My handset dead under warranty pd & handed over to service centre tinsukia assam vide job No. 1850 dt 30 Jan 17. Dealer name is Mr Lal Babu Gupta (Cell No.[protected]). Cell not yet delivered to me till date. On interaction with customer care they given me Complaint Ref No. [protected]. But no feed back report recd to me till date by customer care & Mr Gupta. Lapse of 04 months no information about my handset.                         Dear concern

                        I have s-6 edge and accidentally its screen got broken and i submitted my mobile to service center except the screen my phone was in proper condition and after 3 days i received call from the center that my back cover is faded and i refuse them by saying i did not my back cover to be replaced after more then one week they said that my phone is repaired and please come to collect after reaching the center and when i saw the phone its back cover was in terrible condition and i refuse to take my phone and then the representative over there said to me that this type of things happened and we are not liable for that you have to take the phone in this condition only. Then i have word with mr. Shailijandan singh who said that give us 2 days and we will give your phone back in same condition as was submitted by me on 25th may 2017.

                          I am using a samsung refrigerator, model rt50h5809sl/tl. The refrigerator stopped cooling end of last month, and i raised a service request through the call centre on 26th may (Reference [protected]). The service engineer came after two days on 28th may, and within a duration of five minutes inferred that the refrigerator was perfectly fine, less a sensor, which he replaced.

                          The refrigerator is still not cooling. I raised another request on 30th may. Since then till now, i have been chasing the service engineer, who is either in some other location, or busy, or as of today morning 'unwell'. He also told me that he is the only service engineer in bangalore, and so he has a lot of work. His mobile number is [protected].

                          So... I am stuck with a refrigerator which does not cool, for almost a week now. The service centre has told me that they cannot escalate my service request, and in the standard call centre response, i was told that the service engineer will contact me over the next 24 hours etc etc.

                            Samsung refrigerator was not working, so toll free complaint was made on 27th may 2017. The next day a person came, checked and said that the compressor was to be changed and hence took rs.1000/- from a couple of senior citizens. The problem has not been resolved till date inspite of numerous calls to various depts. Yestrdy an engg came at 8:30 pm but was sent back because it was quite late in the night and they were senior citizens. The enggineer assured that he would be coming the next day by 9:30 am. Today upon calling him his response has been rude and callous stating that he was out of station and they could do what ever they wanted. Is this the way to treat senior citizens??!

                                I made my ac complaint to samsung on 25th march 2017 on which they fixed the ac by refilling gas. They charged me for service and gas for around ₹1800. In a day ac stopped working which informed samsung in their feedback complaint, however this time they took approx 20days to respond and replaced the valve for approx ₹600 and refilled the ac. This time and again ac started making found sound through outdoor unit and then stopped functioning. The engineers asked me to replace compressor which they completed on 30th of may 2017. My didn't end here but during same night remote stopped working and so does the ac...Now I am very frustrated and want to sue samsung in court.

                                Freezer has stopped working since today morning. Temperature is set to -22 degree whereas on display it ia showing 5 degree. and is not cooling

                                I purchased Samsung split AC on 19th April 2017. The AC has stopped working in less than 26 days, it is not calling at all and I have called ji Samsung customer care 5 times to to schedule a technician. Nothing has been done as of now, if this does not get resolved I will take it to the consumer forum.

                                  I am having s7 edge with date of purchase 05-08-16.
                                  On 20-04-17 i observed pink line on its display. I was shocked & immediately i searched about it on youtube, there i found it was a common issue with s7 edge & a lot of people were having same issue & have posted videos about it on youtube.
                                  Then i called samsung customer care & they took my device for 1 week and delivered.
                                  Then same day i realised touch screen was having issues now. I checked and yes touch screen problems were there.
                                  Again they took my device for 1 week on and delivered on 10-05-17. But it didn't ended here!
                                  This time upper half portion of screen was faded to yellow.
                                  Mrs rekha tanwar (From samsung head office) was handling my case.
                                  So again my device was picked up on 27-05-17 and on 29-05-17 i was told by mrs rekha tanwar that the service centre says there is no issue with display.
                                  I explained her that the defect is easily visible & even the person who came for pickup of device admitted yes display is defected. He himself wrote on jobsheet "display colour fade problem". I also told mrs rekha tanwar that i went for selling the device & even there shopkeeper told display is defective.
                                  This defect was easily available on grey colour so i kept a grey wallpaper on my device to observe the defect easily.
                                  Mrs rekha tanwar just sent this grey wallpaper to quality assurance team & responded me on 31-05-17 that the team denied & there is no issue with display.
                                  Now, by just sending a "wallpaper image" to quality assurance team, how can a device be checked?
                                  Very very poor experience with zamsung.
                                  This type of service is provided to me.
                                  Forget about replacement, they are not even changing the display
                                  Mrs rekha tanwar only prevented service centre to change display of my device.
                                  So everyone please be aware she pretends as if she would help you but she is there to save samsung some money on repairs in service centres.
                                  Still my device is in service centre (Hcl services, okhla industrial phase 1, delhi-110020)
                                  Its defective having display issues.
                                  I cannot use it or sell it with such defective display.

                                    Bill no: [protected]; i submitted my mobile at samsung service centre on 6/5/17 and it is yet to be delivered. How long does it take to change only a touch screen? Moreover, they do n't call from the centre. On 27th may, when i visited the service centre, i was informed that the part which they had ordered from kolkata was sent wrongly. It did not fit in my set so i had to wait for more seven days. I am still waiting!!!

                                        I scientist vasudev moolrajani has found that samsung’s all air-conditioners are defective, having used aluminum condenser tube instead of copper condenser tube, it is well known fact that when aluminum condenser tube is leaked it is difficult to solder it, if they had used copper condenser tube, it could be soldered when leaked, they had used wrong material, and their compressors are also defective, in guarantee period also these compressors stop working, their aluminum condenser tubes always leaks and gas also flown away,
                                        In my samsung air-conditioners i had to fill gas every month due to leakage in aluminum condenser tube and i paid rs. 2600/- every month, when i objected, the company’s representative said that there is no guaranty of company for the gas, i told that this tube is leaking you should change it in guaranty period but they never changed, after the guaranty period, when the gas flown away again the company representative charged rs. 8800/- from me to new for new aluminum condenser tube again, and again with in month the gas flown away, my air-conditioner is still lying stopped.in this guaranty period they had to changed 3 compressors being defective, and they charged rs. 2600/- from me for the gas filling every time at the installation time of the new compressor, i said them that before uninstalling the gas was full, your compressor is was defective and so you changed the defective compressor, it is your fault, so company is responsible to give me my gas, which they wasted, but their representative said that it is company’s ruling whenever the defective compressor is changed, this is company’s appreciation that they are giving you the compressor free of cost in guaranty period, this is company’s ruling that every time party has to fill gas on their own expenses. For proof i have all bills of money which i paid to samsung service center, who looted on the behalf of samsung. I had paid approximate rs. 80000/- for the air conditioner, which still not working.
                                        I alert all people that they should not purchase samsung air-conditioners, they will be deceived.
