We are sorry to hear the loss of your mobile phone. As an immediate step incase FIR for the same is not registered so far, we request you to kindly do the same at the earliest to avoid any misuse of the phone and data.
The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

    Samsang moble hand set g-570 j5 prime purchased on 09.03.2017 vide cash memo no s11389 dated 09.03.2017 from seva kendra trade mehsana jilla panchayat shopping center.
    The mobile hand set was required to use the otg for ekyc for bsnl sim sale only, which was explained to the vendor and he had presented some other company and samsang mobile. I haved decided to purchase the j-5 prime g-570 as for other purpose we can use this mobile and also being branded company i have purchased this mobile hand set.
    On first the mobile was not charging we gone to the vendor he immediately replace the mobile
    When we started the ekyc machine in this mobile the mobile is not supporting the ekyc. The vendor had inquired your local care center they told that 70% samsung mobile s are not supporting the otg.
    Sir my intention to purchase this mobile was only that i have to sale bsnl sim and being reputed branded company i had select your j-5 prime.in market the mobile costing rs.4500, 5000, 5250, 5500 are available with otg support and heavy speed, even though i had selected your phone but i am frustrated after purchasing this mobile and even after reply from the vendor as well as your customer care executive.
    The vendor had denied to replace the phone with reason that you have inserted the sim in the hand set. Sir, without inserting the sim how we can say that your mobile is not supporting ekyc machine.
    I have been forced to purchase new mobile in addition your j-5 prime mobile for which i had spent rs.14200- which is not a small amount for me.
    I have purchased gionee mobile costing rs.5250- only and through this hand set i had sold about 500 sim of bsnl during this 7 days period
    Finally sir, i request your honour kindly replace the mobile with ekyc supporting hand set and give me justice or please return my rs.14200- as i have no use of this branded company and reputed company mobile

They committed install within 1day. But not install as per commited. So I call Samsung show room. But poor customer handling by Samsung show room staff suresh. First teach how to handle customer Suresh then improve service for committed .

          I have submitted a samsung galaxy a7 (2016) to the samsung service centre (Address - om villa, 1st floor, howrah-711109) on 01.03.2017 for changed my mobile display and pda and backcover glass which has broken. They charged 8600 rs and i have advanced 4000 rs cash. Already 24 days gone and they told me daily that the display is not available and how much time taken for that they exact can't tell me. My phone is very important for me.
          I will be very thankfull to u i[censored] see this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I received it on time after this I contacted Samsung customer care for installation of ac .after this I contacted Samsung care 5 times but appointed engineer by Samsung always says, siri will come evening, morning, evening, morning .till now 10 days passed but there is no result .

              Here after I never choose Samsung products as bitter experience about first service request even the product had purchased recently, the service person asked to produce original bill for the service but they have enough data about the details of ours and retail shop .
              The person came and refused to do service for the said reason, I didn't know what purpose they maintain the customer details their end
              If I am ready to pay they never ask anything.

                I have paid Rs. 2000/- note to Service engineer on 23.03.17 against a bill of Rs.919/- The engineer Bunty promised to return balance but he ran away with Rs. 2000/-. I complaint to customer care yesterday around 8.30 PM who promised an immediate action but more than 24-hours have gone past no action is taken. I have not got my balance money back. The guy is now misbehaving on phone and threatening to me and my family members.

                Please take immediate action and if anything happens either to me or to my family members Samsung shall be responsible for the same.

                  Dear sir,
                  i have submitted A7 2016 to the service center as the nothing is coming on display .. the service center worker checked it and taken it in warranty now they are telling me that it is out of warranty and will charge accordingly to change the display.. as per service term and condition broken/damaged display is not covered under the warranty .. kindly do the needfull and revert back as soon ..i am attaching here with the receipt of receiving phone to the service center...
                  Now they are arguing with the issue on change of display that the phone is out of warranty not changing... As the the warranty rule company has to replace the said display under warranty as they have taken it into warranty and they have to change display in warranty without any cost.. if they will not change the display then matter will be taken as litigation matter and will file a case against the company in the consumer Court.

                    I have purchased a new refrigerator however there was cooling issue in just after 3 months. Many complaints raised, service request raised but everytime they provide temporary solution- gas refilling, and then again 4-5 months same issue. The issue that comes after using it for 8-10 years and i was facing it after 3 months. It is a reoccuring issue but i dont see any help.It It is on warranty period but still there is no one replacing. Customer care don't listen and same with Supervisor, Manager of the customer care. How long would i survive after warranty period they are asking to take extra warranty and give them charge for it. It is worst experience with Samsung and will never ever advice for Samsung refrigerator.

                      My name is mr. Suresh kumar borana from panjim goa

                      I had bought a samsung gear model no sm-v7000zkainu serial no rf2da0ryg1m. Was purchased on 02/02/2017 and i got the problem within 4 days from the date of purchase.

                      The gear is submitted to the service center on 06/02/2017 having job card no /bill no of the service center is [protected], the service center asked me to submit the box charger and the original bill of the purchase as it was within 7 days of the purchase the company policy is replacement or money refun. So i submitted to miss. Nilima. I received a call from the service center on 09/02/2017 asking me to get a letter from the dealer from which is purchased for the confirmation which was provided by me to her on same day 09/02/2017.

                      After few days i went to the service center after 7 days asking for the status they said waite for more 7 days u will get a replacement brand new.
                      Again when i went to the service center after 11 days she told me to give the id you will get the money refund within 10 days in between i had called the call center two times but once i got the call refrence no is 7267864.

                      No again when went few days back go to see the concern person who knew my matter and following up has left the job miss nilima and other executive attended me and asked me to waite for 2 days as she was unaware about my matter then after 2 days she also assured me for mostly refund now suddenly one person call me saying your part was unavailable so now its available and your gear will get repaired within 15 this call was last week sonone called from pune.

                      My main think are mention below
                      1-first of all the gear gave m, e a problem within 4 days from the date of purchase

                      2- company policy is within 7 days if anything goes wrong is replacement / refund that is why the service center asked for box, charger original bill and letter from the seller which i have attest with the complain acknowledge/received by the service center

                      3- now almost 45 days have passed from the day one they said i will get a replacement or refund and now suddenly they are saying your part is received and your gear will get repaired and will be given to you within 15 days why should i take repaired one when the company policy is within 7 days replacement or refund

                      4- i was assured for refund for which they had taken my id proof also so i am not interested in this gear as looking after the services and i do not have faith in your product and in future if again anything goes wrong you will take more 45 to 60 days to repair.

                      5 - i just want a refund and pay me for the mental torture for which i have gone through as i wasted my time in visiting to the service center so many times

                      Please take my matter and look in to it and do the needful i just want refund as assured by the company and compensation for the above mental torture and harassment faced by me

                        I bought Samsung refrigerator model no. RT33JSRZESP/TL at Shree Electronics Bhilwara on 03/06/2016 . i have suffering big problem in refrigerator with internal body damaged & Out side main door colored fed up with dull ness.within 6 months of Purched. i had giving many compliant to samsung Customer care. But nothing to get any proper responses . i feel very bad & mentally torched with buy this company products. even i used many others products like w/m, led tv, microvan, ACs, phones at my home . i am privileged customer of this company. although i am suffering much more. company is giving poor services like this...??? that's not good for future value of company..

                          I, have received an answer to my complain from team escalation they cannot repair the tv since part required is not being manufactured by samsung, fail to understand how can a multi national company make such a statement.

                              I read the above tag line of yours - "most trusted brand in india". Your are right, mostly all products at my home is of samsung. So this time i again went to buy a washing machine of rs. 23700 - wa65k4020hl/tl from razzle dazzle electronics, krishna nagar, new delhi on 21/03/2017. I paid the amount and was told that it will be delivered to my home. Around 09:00 pm i received the machine and unpacked it while creating video. As i checked that there was a big dent on the front side of the machine and informed the concerned person around 09.20 pm. He said me to call in the morning - bit shocking. Then i called him 11.30 am he said rudely "showroom khulne do" and disconnected my call. Then i called him at 01.45 pm he picked my call and said "time nahi hai" and disconnected my call. It was very frustrating for me and at same time i called him 7 more times, he picked and disconnected my call. Till this time i was fuming as if i have taken some favour or took that machine free of cost as the show room was far way from my office so cant visit that time. Really it was very disappointing after seeing such an abrupt behaviour of that person shukla working there. Is this the way they treat the customer after being guilty? Really shameful. Then i received my replaced piece on 22/03/2017 at 09.30pm after many calls and that too dented piece and i paid the delivery charges. I am not sure is that piece fresh or used? But this time it was really disappointing and sad after purchasing a samsung product from a showroom not online with my hard earned money. Are these things left only, as its a brand now, no care & value for customer. Really disgusting

                                One of the customer care personnel - rishabh promised assistance and also asked for details of my mobile after which he denied helping me.. He wasnt professional and acted like a robot repeating the same thing again and again though i asked him to be professional. Complaint wasn't taken but the tl provided me the reference number for the chat record... The number is [protected]... Pls ensure that people are also professional as equivalent to the organization and it's processes

                                    I bought C9 pro for my wife's birthday on 13th march 2017. Second day itself the Proximity sensor didnt work.
                                    I called Samsung support and they gave the case number [protected] and told me to go to the showroom itself.
                                    They did something and proximity sensor worked. Next day charger didnt work, Random reboots & intermittent touch issue again called up support.
                                    They told me to visit service center in RT nagar. My house is in kr puram and drove all the way 35kms to showroom 1st time and 30kms to service center 2nd time.
                                    They agreed for 14 day replacement or refund with DOA.
                                    But as per samsung process they need one sticker on the box which was taken by the showroom guys while they were putting the flip cover.
                                    They denied for DOA as the sticker is not available. Being an IT giant. Your process relies on a small sticker which the customer is not informed of.

                                    Next issue is Charger - they are ready to replace the charger but the phone has to be reapplied with the same version of software.
                                    I dont understand the logic on this when the charger is hardware faulty but the phone has to be reimaged. I lost data on the phone as i waited in the show room for more than 2 hours.
                                    I went at 4.45 and came out only at 7.05pm.

                                    Samsung need to take this really serious on the way customers are handled.
                                    The process is too complex for resolving a small issue.
                                    I have a ipad which had issues and the way Apple treated us is way superior than this support. For the small charger issue i had to wait for infinite time which doesn't make sense.

                                    Being a IT giant the processes should be simple for customers instead the process is in stone age.
                                    It is evident with the product quality that the charger for this 37K phone just died in one day.
                                    The phone heats up and random reboots & Touch issues.

                                    if you are customer will you accept this for a phone of 37K.

                                    Kindly give me a DOA for the device as it is nearing 14 days.
                                    I have also told them that I can upgrade to Samsung S7 if needed.
                                    I am big fan of samsung but now burnt my hands.
                                    Even when the Samsung note 7s were exploding.
                                    I was assured about samsung's quality which I have seen before and opted for C9 pro.
                                    I think no wonder this one can explode soon.

                                    Kindly give me a DOA for the device as it is nearing 14 days.

                                    Please let me know if I have to take it legally.

                                    Rahul from CEO desk called me and told me to contact the service center for DOA. He gave a number [protected] (Gopal) to proceed further with DOA. But when I called Gopal.
                                    He is not aware of any of these details. Is there anyone who can help me.

                                    When send email from samsung website there is no acknowledgement from the site to my email which is very basic. I think these things has to be taken care seriously.

                                    Update on the complaint
                                    When we put the call in speaker the mic is not working. Phone hang and touch issue still persist. The service center has got the phone with them for diagnosis to generate the report for senior management it seems. I have taken a day off to roam around to the service center and the showroom. Credit goes to Samsung support, service and show room team. I am going to write to the head office or to the head quarters if there is no proper resolution given. My 14th day is ending on saturday 25th March 2017. I think they are intentionally postponing this saying that there is a sticker missing. My phone is with service center and the bill does have the phone's imei number and box does have a IMEI number. But they are expecting some other sticker which they have not mentioned anything about in the terms and conditions. Service center manager told me to talk to Samsung directly for the rules and the regulations. I as a customer see all the representatives as Samsung.

                                      I purchased a samsung galaxy S5 in august 2016. it has not been working well. customer service has not been able to fix it. they offerred me a refund while I was requesting a replacement since i did not want to go through the hassle of finding another equipment. they say that they do not have the product anymore. if that is so, it would be appropriate to give me a phone with a similar configuration rather than say refund only. service staff are rough while answering. have recorded their conversation as well.

                                        This is to bring to your Kind notice that Myself Mr. Arjun Kudekar, presently living in Shirwal (Maharashtra) . My Samsung LED TV is not functioning properly since few days, which I had informed to the customer care .
                                        TV is under warranty period, even after getting Technicians service, it did not repair. I also informed at the nearest Samsung service centre Satara . They refused to repair it on warranty and asked to charge amount for the same, approximate amount of Rs 11, 000 .
