I bought SAMSUNG refrigerator on 26th May 2016. Since then i am experiencing trouble with it. On medium cooling material in fridge gets spoiled and smells. On high cooling, cooling lines freezes and no cooling happen after some time. Water keep coming out from front side because of which my kids slipped many times and got injured. I have complained many times since i bought this refrigerator but the problem is still there. Technician comes...

Dear sir/Madam,

I used to use Iphone only always.But unfortunately I bought Samsung S7 edge last year.One month back I have upgraded to Android 7.
Afterwards I was not able to download any apps through mobile data.
Now I am not able to use gmail or google music. I am struggling like anything.
I had given online complaint but no possitive feedback.
I have visited twice or thrice Samsung service center in Hosur, they are blaming Sim provider. I have changed my sim too but no use.
Actually this sim is working well with different mobile.
But none of the sim is not working with S7 edge.
There is no proper response from them.
I am totally pissed off and it is very worst service from you peoples.
I want to raise a complaint and file a case regarding this.

    Tv model - ps43f4100ar... Samsung product request number - [protected]... This is teja.. Last week my tv stopped working and i took it to samsung service centre and they told me that tv display has gone and i asked to check out the price and they said that the display is not available and samsung has stopped manufacturing them. And also they told that the tv model which we bought is failed model. And i called the customer care and informed the same and executive told me to speak with supervisor for depreciation amount.. After that i received a call and supervisor told me that they will send a technician so that he would check the tv condition and they told me that it would cost me i mean i have to pay the visiting charges.. I refused to pay the visiting charges and said him that i will bring my tv to the service centre but he was not okey with that.. And recived a call from customer care on march 24 friday and that was around 7;30 also we were not at home and asked him to send on the other day. He told me that request would be cancelled and asked me to call to cc and reopen the request, and i received the call on monday and his name is bhasker he was very rash when i asked him to provide proper resolution and even i raised my voice against im sorry for that but am not satisfied with the resolution from your side and i cannot afford the charges, i cannot spend on tv. I bought it with my two months salary.. And asked him to provide resolution thinking from the customer point of view... Pls reduce the visiting charges and please send a technician to my house so that he can check.in other case i will proceed legally coz firstly in the service centre he told me that it is failed model secondly the executive rash behaviour.. And thirdly the life expectancy of the tv.. Its not even 4 years completed and it stopped working and the tv my father bought 12 years ago is working well still... I request you to look into the matter and reduce the visiting charges and send the technician.. Am not expecting nothing other than working my tv normally... I[censored] can replace my tv i can add some money so that i can buy led tv bcoz one of the persom in sercice centre told that this is a failed model.. Or please replace the part failed... Coz we are financially not strong and cannot expect the tv stopped working in very less time period.

        That my AC stopped cooling in the month of September 2016 and accordingly it was repaired by Samsung authorised Service Centre and it was intimated to me that the outdoor unit condenser has a leakage which requires replacement and accordingly the product was taken to Samsung workshop. After paid service of labor, gas recharge and transportation service of the same it was returned back to me in the month of December when the winter season had already set in and accordingly I could not check the functioning of AC. I was informed that the leakage in the condenser has been repaired. That on 24th March 2017 when I turned on my AC for the first time after the repair, it was not cooling and accordingly I raised a complaint with the Samsung helpline. On 26th March 2017 A service engineer was sent to my residence and after inspection of my AC he intimated me that the outdoor condenser unit might still have leakage has not been fixed and requires replacement as it's well within warranty period, so I requested the AC to be picked up again by the workshop and my outdoor condenser unit be replaced immediately along with repairing of any other anomalies in the air conditioner as my warranty is to expire on 5th day of April 2017. That the workshop is still delaying the process of fixing my air conditioner which I think might be intentional, so that my warranty expires .
        under the aforementioned circumstances it is humbly requested to take immediate necessary action for repair of my air conditioner at the earliest and within my warranty period to avoid complications.

          This refers to the discussion undersigned had with M/s Samsung india regarding the international warranty of TV UA43KU6000 purchased from Malaysia (SAMSUNG, customer support India REF. NO. [protected]).
          I have purchased a UHD TV UA43KU6000K (Sr/no. 00TG3NCHB0026H) from Manjung, Malaysia on the 2nd January 2017 for which I have been given a warranty of 2 years. This model was carried by me to my home town Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
          For my surprise, TV for which the warranty was given for 2 years had been shut down within 3 months’ of purchase time & the dealer in my home town denies servicing / repairing it.
          After repeated request they are asking heavy charges (some 5000/-Rs as service charges ( service tax Plus) and plus the visiting charges which is 1200/ Rs - and plus the component charges which need replacement + repair charges). This is just because the TV is brought from Malaysia, your dealers and retailers are just worried of grabbing some money from the opportunity your product and you have given to them. It’s the customer that spends the hard earned money to buy your product with a trust in your quality. Here I would like to draw your attention that Samsung products are globally of same quality then why my TV which was purchased at Malaysia and brought to India, cannot be serviced at India under the guarantee cover.
          The fact is that the Samsung electronics is bound for the quality and services for the product it markets through the globe, hence if the product is not working as per the Samsung high standards, its Samsung electronics role matters a lot. The warranty and benefits given to retail and dealer is business and the warranty and guarantee is given on the quality product which has to function for certain hours of time without fail. So Samsung must give warranty on its guaranteed product wherever it markets and gets business from or it must stop giving the guarantee as well selling the product where it is not able to represent completely with responsibility as a brand.
          I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

          your customer service is just talking busines what i want is that Samsung Electronics must eiether take the responsibility if fixing the product which has stopped working before the warranty that one of there dealer has given on behalf of the company. Eiether the TV is to be repaired or they must replaced.it is the responsibility of the company to co-ordinate between the customer care of two country to co-ordinate for the commitment that the company gives with its product anywhere globally. other wise they must stop giving a warranty commitment in india for any of there product they want to sell in india. The commitment on the product whether it is a warranty or gaurantee it is the sole responsibility of the manufacturing company independent of place and country unless they dont have there service center or customer care nearby the place. And for your kind information Samsung is representing its product and not india or malaysia. its the product from which they are business that counts to them. They should not forget that it is there dealer who has sold that TV to me. and any company who doesnt have the capabilities to fulfill there warranty commitments should be banned from selling there product in india.
          your customer care is just speaking about the service charges, visiting charges, taxes, and other. They are not interested to fullfill the clause written in the warranty, it is not the customer they are interested in but the ways to grab some extra money from the customer.
          Thanking youand assure you that i will not again buy a single product of samsung electronics after the bitter experience i have with my refrigerator and tv both malfunctioned with in the months before the warranty got completed and the customer service charged us for the gas filling in the refrigerator case where as the actual fault was the PTC relay that was blown off.

            This has reference to samsung complaint reference [protected].
            I am a hapless customer of a9pro smartphone.
            I purchased this phone on the night of 14/01/2017, and within 4-5 days the phone started to reboot on its own. We took the phone to the service center on 22/01/2017 and was told to take a data backup and come back. As we are working and could not go to the service center during the weekdays, we went with the phone on 28/01/2017. The service center did some software upgradation and send us back stating that the phone can be surrendered if the problem persists. As the problem persisted, we immediately surrendered the phone to the service center on the very next day.
            Post that we were told by the service center to surrender the original bill and the entire kit to the center for replacement. We immediately surrendered the same on the very day and was informed that the replacement would be provided in 7-8 days.
            Subsequently after two days, i got a call from the service center that since the set was submitted one day late, it could not be replaced.
            Since then i have contacted samsung care several times asking about the status of the matter as more than a month and half had elapsed. Finally one mr. Shafiq called me last week saying he's from head office and said he's looking into the matter. Today again he called and informed me that the faulty set can't be replaced as the set was surrendered on the 15th day, one day later.
            I am shocked at the explanation given, that a company like samsung can refuse to replace a faulty handset on a flimsy ground that the set was surrendered a day later.
            I informed mr. Shafiq that this is not acceptable and requested him to provide the contact details of the senior authority to whom i can escalate the matter. He refused to give any details, and told me he is the senior most person available.
            After repeated calls from the service centre, i collected the handset on 26/03/2017 from the service centre and was assured that the problem is rectified. However, to my shock, the problem still persists and the phone goes into auto shutdown constantly.
            All complaints to samsung is falling into deaf ears.

            Based on the call received from the Samsung Team, specifically one Mr.Mudit, I was advised to deposit the faulty set again to Samsung Service Centre which I did on 29/03/2017.

            Subsequently, I received an email from Mr. Mudit on 05/04/2017 stating that the cell could not be replaced as no problem was detected . Same day i replied to him stating that the customer is not a fool to leave the brand new handset at service center if there was no problem . I have till date not received any reply to my email . The copy of the email correspondence is produced here -

            It's extremely shocking to see the kind of response from Samsung. We have reported the complaint within 7 days of purchase and out of nearly 3 months of purchase, the set is lying with Samsung for two and half months.
            Do you think a customer is a lunatic to leave a brand new set with Samsung service centre if there was no problem.
            As I had already intimated countless times that the set gets restarted on its own . It happens when we are using the set .
            For the sake of security of my email accounts, I cannot leave the set with my all my email and other accounts open . So when the set is surrendered at your service centre, you cannot detect the problem. Obviously the problem of auto shutdown recurs when the set is being used. I have already informed this aspect several times to your service centre.
            I demand a re examination of the set keeping the above aspects in mind when the set gets tested with all apps functioning.
            Or else I will have to term it as a failure of your service team .

            Await your revert on the above . And please don't assure of your best services, because I am still waiting to see it .

            I collected the phone from the Service center on 12/04/2017 in fully discharged condition and could not be tested at all .
            Needless to mention that the problem of auto shut down continues .
            so much for Samsung's complaint resolution procedure .

            Out of three months since purchase, the phone was lying with Samsung Service center for more than two and half months, still they could not detect the problem .
            Now they again want the phone to be submitted .

            Initially the reply was they could not replace the phone as 14 days had already passed . Now they say they can't replace because problem cannot be detected .
            How can we let these big corporate get away with cheating the customer this blatantly ?

                  I bought Split AC on 16th March, 2016 and the Company was to provide three free services. I am really surprised that the company failed to remind me anytime either by way of sms or any call that the service is going to expire on 16th March. When today I made a call that to get the free services, then i was told that i will be charged for the same.

                  When I asked Mr. Navneet, J.E., reference call( [protected]) why there was no alert regarrding the service of expiring period from the company side. Then he felt sorry for the same. Then I told him by simply saying sorry does not mean anything to me that as it involves financial cost also for now it will have to bear the cost.

                  I would request you to kindly ignore the delay of 10-12 days and get the split AC serviced under the free service. As the Company is equally responsible for the same and it has failed in giving alert messages/ call to your valued customer who are purchasing goods by paying premium price as compare to the other companies.

                  Hope Brand like yours will accept my request otherwise i will be compelled to take further action in the matter also.

                    Hi Team,

                    I got a Samsung S7 edge in the month of December 2016 whose screen was shattered and when I took it to the service CENTER I was informed that I will have to pay 30200 to have this repaired and with the screen warranty it would be 18000 as they found that there has been a water log in the device.
                    I'm pretty much sure that the phone was never in contact with water and when I claimed this to the representatives over there they showed me a Color which changed due to the water contact with it.
                    It running to have this fixed since then. I joined my new company in the month of December post which I got my first smart phone and this is what happened to it.
                    I am ready to pay the screen replacement cost but the water log thing for a water resistant phone I cannot buy it. The phone is still running its emi of 3rd of of 18 and this is my condition. I really want to use the phone but it's next to dead to use. Please help me get a solution to it.

                      Disappointed with response from Samsung Service when I called to have this dryer repaired. We were told that since the dryer is out of warranty there is no authorized Samsung repair facility in our area. We called 2 local appliance repair shops and neither said they would repair Samsung products and could not recommend one that would. Dryer runs but will not heat. this dryer was repaired once for the same issues at 3 month old. I now have to spending money to purchase a new dryer (obviously not a Samsung) instead of a lower cost repair.

                        I bought a refrigerator from Samsung trusting its brand name and every now and then it stops working.
                        last year when it stopped working, i called there costumer care for repair and they charged me around 3000 rupees saying that the compressor was broken and it have to be replaced along with gas.
                        Now they same issue have raised again,
                        this time they told that the warranty of the product is over and you have to pay 4000 rupees this time.
                        either the quality is very poor or they are overcharging me.
                        need assistance !!
                        because if the refrigerator required[protected] rupees every month, no need to buy Samsung's **** product .

                          I am using your Note 5 and went to your services center balajee in Jabalpur for my broken handset repair, Pls note the subsequent grievance about my loss in professional and delay in registering my request

                          • I submit my damaged h/s Note 5 to your service center (BalaJee services) on 27/feb/17, as per them they ensure to call me in 24 hrs. time then update my estimated price of h/s
                          • Nether I got a call nor any whereabouts about my damaged mobile, I called them up after two days and confirm about the charges they told me the estimated price of aprox 13000/-and notify that I will get my mobile in 15 days of period.
                          • After 15 days when I ask, they said the parts have not been rcvd and it will take additional 5 to 10 days of time
                          • On the very similar day, I called up your customer care people and they well-versed that my complaint has not been register by service center and they are not able to see any of my details, I managed to logged my complaint through call center peple and then I got the call from your supervior Miss Rajni and assured the I will get back my H/S within 24 hrs, but once more it took 3 to 4 days.

                          After 2 to three days I rcvd SMS that now my mobile is ready and can pick up, but they are not providng us the cashless faciltiy as your call center supervisor is also very rigid on the same and gave me very dissatified response

                          Sir-With the Break of 20 to 25 days I got massive damage in my profession due to service delay and dependencey on Samsung.

                          Who will going to compensate for that and what action will going to take against your local service center in such an ingnorance to your customer., pls tell how to to repair and recompensate my professional loss .
                          I would request to provide me an option of my loss in buisnees due to delay in your serives for 20 days and no action taken by your supervisor accept they apologised for this heavey loss in my buisness, would request to pls revert or else I would complled to go the the consumer forum or file the case against Sumsung for such mental and economic loss

                            I’m fed up with one of Samsung service center (Mangalmurti enterprises). Last year my handset developed a display issue. The issue was simple, the display used to come off every now and then from the top left corner. After multiple visits and revisits for repairs, the issue was not fix and in this process my handset was cosmetically damaged specifically the paint came off and a gap developed between the chassis and the display. The condition my handset became horrifying!! So I asked them to fix it. To which they plainly refused and asked me to pay rs9600 as they had to replace the entire chassis. I refused to accept that and I raised a complaint against with the Samsung customer care team hoping to get some proper solution, when confronted they shamelessly claimed that I have damaged it somehow. So after fighting with them for over a month they accepted their mistake and replaced the chassis for free and claimed the device is fixed. Now after all this fighting, to add to all the horror within a month of getting my handset “fixed”. The display started to develop a noticeable reddish tint and the AMOLED panel not the top glass started develop small cracks from the top left corner, so I visited the service center as soon as I could and asked them for an explanation as the handset was neither dropped nor had any damage. They took my phone for inspection and to my surprise they said the display cracked due to overheating and it is not covered under warranty and so have to pay Rs8500 to get it fixed. After arguing for hours with the Service center guys, I had to walk out. And within a week of all this, the display died out. Having no other choice, I had to go to the service center get it fixed and this time they said I have to pay Rs10400 to get it fixed. Now let me remind you, the handset does not show any signs of drop or physical damage.

                            So guys I just want to know, what is going on? This is horrifying as this is what Smasung backend team sent me when I asked for help and they wont answer the calls as well :
                            “Dear Mr. Patil,

                            This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Handset model code SM-N910GZKEINS, bearing serial number RZ8G8052N0V.
                            It is our best endeavor to provide you with impeccable product experience at Samsung. Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, Samsung products stand out as best as compared to other products in the same category.

                                  Hi Team, I purchased an A/C from Pai international, Kalyanagar Bangalore and yesterday it got installed as per service request raised by Pai and Samsung guys installed it. The rates as quoted by PAI while selling the product for additional components doesn't match what Samsung charged me, so finally I ended up spending Rs 3500+ other expenses for white cement etc. If Samsung is not in sync with PAI where there products are sold, why don't you guys speak amongst and advice PAI not to claim that the charges are going to be such and such. Really unhappy with Samsung and PAI both.All your responsibilities are over since you have got your payment for the product? Call me i[censored] want to understand more.Attached bills for your reference.

                                      I bought a phone from samsung plaza at adyar, chennai on march 25 2017. I paid my bill amount through my credit card. But to my shock, the transaction fee payable by the merchant for using pos is transfered to the customer. As per rbi rules the transaction charge has to bare the charge as they are using the service for running their business. The practice of collecting money from the customer is not acceptable. I paid 300 inr extra for using credit card.
